Top 5 CoachAccountable Alternatives in 2026, Ranked

Top 5 CoachAccountable Alternatives in 2026, Ranked

CoachAccountable has the deepest accountability tools in coaching software, and its customers mostly love it. Coaches who search for CoachAccountable alternatives are usually stuck on something else. The bill climbs with every active client, a cohort of 40 costs the same as 40 private clients, there is no app for clients to download, and nothing in it helps you find the next client.

Coachful is our #1 CoachAccountable alternative for 2026. It keeps the between-session work, with programs, tasks, habits and check-ins, and puts it in an iPhone and Android app next to a website, funnels and email.

This guide ranks five options. Quenza, Simply.Coach, Delenta and Satori each fit a different reason for leaving, and if measured accountability is the centre of your method, staying may be the right call. For the wider field, see our accountability software comparison.

Why coaches look for a CoachAccountable alternative

CoachAccountable has shipped since 2012 and it shows in the detail. Actions, Metrics, Worksheets and routine tracking turn a session into work you can measure. Every plan has every feature, unlimited coach and admin accounts, and a 30-day trial with no card. Capterra reviewers give it 5.0 from 67 reviews. Few tools in this category are liked this much.

CoachAccountable is built around Actions, Metrics and Worksheets. Its limits are price at scale and the missing app.

The reasons coaches still look elsewhere:

  • Pricing is per active client. $20 a month covers two clients, $40 covers five, $70 covers ten, $120 covers twenty and $250 covers fifty, and the ladder keeps climbing from there. It is cheap with a handful of clients and a real line item with a full roster.
  • Group programs get expensive. Every participant counts as an active client. A 40-person cohort is priced like 40 private clients, which reviewers name as the biggest drawback.
  • There is no client app. It is a web app. On a phone, the documented route is an add-to-home-screen shortcut.
  • No website, funnels or email marketing. CoachAccountable embeds into a site you build elsewhere. Finding clients is left to other tools.
  • The interface takes learning. Some reviewers call it outdated, or overwhelming at first.

If your roster is small and your method depends on custom metrics and worksheets with detailed reminder rules, CoachAccountable is still the specialist. Nothing below goes deeper on that.

How we ranked these CoachAccountable alternatives

This is our ranking, built from each vendor's pricing page, help documentation and public reviews, plus our own product. Anyone leaving CoachAccountable is giving up a strong tool, so we weighed what you keep as heavily as what you gain:

  • Accountability you keep: tasks, check-ins, worksheets and a clear view of who did the work.
  • Cost as the roster grows: what 20, 40 and 100 clients cost, and how groups are counted.
  • The client's experience on a phone: a real app, reminders and somewhere worth opening daily.
  • Business tools included: scheduling, video, payments, a website and marketing, so the stack gets smaller.

Coachful ranks first because it keeps the first and improves the other three. Quenza and Simply.Coach each beat it on one narrow point, and the sections below say which.

1. Coachful: best overall CoachAccountable alternative

Coachful starts from the same belief as CoachAccountable: the work between sessions is where coaching pays off. It handles that work with programs, tasks, habits and check-ins that clients open in an app, and it wraps the rest of the practice around it.

Accountability in a form clients open daily

A program in Coachful runs week by week, with goals, daily tasks, lessons and notes. Habits carry streaks, and morning and evening check-ins take a client about a minute. Before a call you can see who did the work, who went quiet and how each person has been feeling.

The coach's view: task completion, check-in rate and mood across the roster, with the clients who need attention flagged.

On the client's side, everything for the week sits in one hub: the next session, the worksheet due before it, their program and the notes from last time. The accountability page shows the full loop.

What you gain

  • A client app. Clients use Coachful on iPhone, Android or the web, with your logo and colours inside. See the client app.
  • Plans priced by tier. Coachful charges per plan, and one plan includes unlimited clients, so on that plan a cohort does not add a charge for every participant.
  • Community and courses. Each cohort gets a group with its own feed and calls, and a native course builder tracks lesson completion.
  • Video and scheduling together. Sessions run on built-in video or on Zoom, Google Meet or Teams links created for you. CoachAccountable links out to those tools.
  • A website, funnels, email and a lead pipeline. The part of the business CoachAccountable leaves to other software.
  • An AI assistant. Michelle drafts programs, summarizes recorded calls and briefs you before sessions. CoachAccountable states that it runs no AI over coaching content, which some coaches will prefer.

Check-ins are built as short flows: a welcome, a morning check-in and an evening one.

Potential limitations

  • CoachAccountable goes deeper on metrics and worksheet rules. Custom KPIs, separate send and due times and multiple reminders are its home ground. Coachful's check-ins and worksheets are simpler.
  • Coach seats are limited. CoachAccountable includes unlimited coaches on every plan. Coachful includes three or six seats on its team plans.
  • Entry plans cap clients. Check the plan and client allowance shown to you against your roster.
  • It is a younger product. CoachAccountable has traded since 2012 and has the longer review history. We cover this openly in Is Coachful new?

Choose it when: you want accountability your clients will open on their phone, and you are tired of paying for a separate website, scheduler and email tool. The Coachful vs CoachAccountable comparison goes feature by feature.

2. Quenza: best for guided exercises and reflection

Quenza comes second for coaches who chose CoachAccountable for the homework. Its activity builder and library of ready-made exercises are the strongest on this list, and its client pricing is far kinder to groups.

Where it shines

The next session starts with the client's own reflections. Build an activity, or pick from more than 100 pre-made, science-based exercises, then chain them into Pathways that release on a schedule. Clients complete them in the Quenza app. Growth covers up to 250 clients for $50 a month, which changes the maths for cohorts. Capterra rates it 4.8 from 33 reviews.

Potential limitations

  • It does not run the practice. There is no booking, payment processing, invoicing or video. You pair it with other tools.
  • The entry plan stops at 10 clients. Spark is $25 a month for one professional and 10 clients. Groups and file sharing start on Growth.
  • The app is Quenza-branded. A custom domain on the web starts on Impact at $125 a month.

Choose it when: exercises and reflection are the reason you buy software, and you already have scheduling and billing you like. We rank Coachful first because it keeps the client work and replaces those other tools too.

3. Simply.Coach: best for sponsored leadership coaching

Simply.Coach suits coaches whose clients are paid for by an employer. It is built around engagements with goals, stakeholder input and reports a sponsor can read.

Simply.Coach website homepage for its digital coaching platform

Where it shines

Structure for coaching inside organizations. Goals, development plans, 360 assessments and scheduled stakeholder reports sit alongside booking, contracts, invoicing and embedded video. There are iOS and Android apps, and the company claims SOC2, HIPAA and GDPR compliance. G2 reviewers rate it 4.8 from about 146 reviews.

Potential limitations

  • Solo plans cap clients. Starter is $9 a month for 3 clients, Essentials is $29 for 7 and Growth is $49 for 30. Unlimited clients start on Leap at $69.
  • Team plans are priced per coach. CoCreate is $79 a month per active coach with 10 clients each. CoachAccountable's unlimited coach accounts do not carry over.
  • It takes a while to learn. Reviewers mention feature overwhelm, and there is no community, funnel builder or marketing automation.

Choose it when: you deliver leadership coaching inside organizations and need the reporting and the paperwork. See Coachful vs Simply.Coach, or our Simply.Coach alternatives guide.

4. Delenta: best for a white-label app

Delenta covers delivery, courses and community in one tool and puts a client app under your own brand. It is a reasonable move if the missing app is your main complaint.

Delenta website homepage describing its coaching management platform

Where it shines

A branded app and a broad feature set. Programs with drip content, goals and tasks, group coaching, digital contracts, invoicing and a landing page are part of the platform. Premium adds a course creator and a white-labelled iOS and Android app, and an AI note-taker summarizes sessions. Delenta charges no extra transaction fee.

Potential limitations

  • Client portals are capped. Starter is $29 a month for 10 portals and Pro is $49 for 40. Unlimited portals, courses and the app need Premium at $79.
  • No dedicated habit tracker. It works with tasks and goals. If you rely on routine tracking in CoachAccountable, test this closely in the trial.
  • Phone scheduling is weak. Reviewers describe scheduling on mobile as clunky and the calendar as limited.

Choose it when: a white-label app matters more to you than depth of tracking. It is fourth because the accountability tools are lighter than the ones you are leaving. More in our Delenta alternatives guide.

5. Satori: best if you want less software

Satori is the simple option. It handles enrollment, scheduling and billing for a solo coach and leaves the coaching itself to your calls.

Satori website homepage for coaching business administration

Where it shines

A calm client experience. One link takes a client through a questionnaire, agreement, payment and booking. Only active clients count toward billing, a free plan covers pro bono clients, and ICF-track coaches can export a coaching log.

Potential limitations

  • Accountability tools are light. There are check-in prompts and session notes, but no goal tracking, metrics or habit tracking.
  • Every plan has caps. Essentials is $33 a month for up to 10 active paying clients. Pro is $49 for 50, and the top plan stops at 150.
  • No Zoom integration and no app. Meeting links go through Zapier or by hand, and clients use a mobile browser.

Choose it when: CoachAccountable turned out to be more system than you use, and you want less. It is last here because it removes the feature that defines the tool you are leaving.

How to switch from CoachAccountable without losing client history

CoachAccountable makes leaving easier than most. Use that before you cancel anything.

  1. Export each client. The Export button on the Clients tab produces a client's full coaching history, and you choose which item types to include. Do this for every active client and anyone whose records you must keep.
  2. Decide what you really use. List the worksheets, metrics and actions clients complete each week. Most coaches find a handful carry the method.
  3. Rebuild one program. Recreate that handful as tasks, habits, check-ins and forms in the new platform. Expect to rebuild these by hand; worksheet formats do not transfer between tools.
  4. Run one pilot client. Move a client who likes trying new things. Ask what they miss after two weeks.
  5. Step down the ladder. CoachAccountable is month to month with no cancellation fee. Move clients as engagements end, drop to a lower tier as the count falls, and cancel when the last one closes.

Coachful's onboarding includes help importing clients, programs and content, which covers the roster and leaves you to decide how the worksheets should work.

Our verdict: Coachful is the #1 CoachAccountable alternative

Coachful is our first recommendation for coaches leaving CoachAccountable. It keeps the daily accountability, moves it into an app clients carry, and adds the scheduling, video, website and marketing that CoachAccountable leaves out.

Choose Quenza if guided exercises are your whole method. Choose Simply.Coach if sponsors read your reports. Choose Delenta if the app must carry your name in the store. Choose Satori if you want less software. And stay with CoachAccountable if custom metrics and worksheet rules are how you coach and your roster keeps the per-client bill low.

Try Coachful with one real client

Frequently asked questions

What is the best CoachAccountable alternative in 2026?

Coachful is our #1 CoachAccountable alternative. It keeps programs, tasks, habits and check-ins between sessions and adds an iPhone and Android client app, community, courses, built-in video, a website and email marketing. Quenza is the better pick if guided exercises are all you need.

Why do coaches leave CoachAccountable?

Mostly cost at scale and the missing app. Pricing is per active client, from $20 a month for two clients to $250 for fifty, and each group participant counts. Clients use a web app with no App Store download. There is also no website, funnel or email marketing.

How much does CoachAccountable cost?

CoachAccountable charges by active client: $20 a month for 2, $40 for 5, $70 for 10, $120 for 20, $200 for 35 and $250 for 50, with higher tiers beyond that. Every plan includes all features and unlimited coach accounts. Prices were checked on 2 September 2026.

Does CoachAccountable have a mobile app?

No. CoachAccountable is a web app, and its documentation suggests adding a shortcut to the phone's home screen. Coachful, Quenza, Simply.Coach and Delenta all have iPhone and Android apps for clients.

Is CoachAccountable good for group coaching?

It has groups with shared actions, metrics and files, so the tools are there. The drawback is price: each participant counts as an active client. For large cohorts, a plan with unlimited clients or a high client cap, such as Coachful's unlimited plan or Quenza Growth at 250 clients, usually costs less.

Does Coachful replace CoachAccountable's worksheets and metrics?

Partly. Coachful has forms and worksheets, goals with progress, daily habits, and morning and evening check-ins. CoachAccountable goes further on custom metrics and on send times, due times and reminder rules for worksheets. If those rules are central to your method, test them before you move.

Which CoachAccountable alternative has unlimited clients?

Coachful has a plan with unlimited clients, Simply.Coach includes unlimited clients on Leap at $69 a month and Delenta includes unlimited client portals on Premium at $79. Quenza Growth allows up to 250 clients for $50.

Can I move my CoachAccountable data to another platform?

Yes. CoachAccountable exports each client's complete coaching history from the Clients tab. Contacts and notes can be brought into a new platform, and Coachful helps with that import during onboarding. Worksheets and metrics need to be rebuilt in the new tool's own format.
