Top 5 Platforms to Get Clients for Divorce Coaches, Ranked

Top 5 Platforms to Get Clients for Divorce Coaches, Ranked

The best platforms to get clients for divorce coaches do two different jobs, and most only do one. Some create demand: a directory, a marketplace, search traffic or ads put you in front of someone who is lying awake wondering whether to file. Others handle conversion: the website, the free guide, the booking page, the follow-up and the payment that turn that person into a client. The deciding question is simple. Which tool covers the stages you are weakest at, without forcing you to glue five subscriptions together?

Our pick is Coachful, because it handles both sides in one account. A Coachful profile can appear in Find a Coach (coachful.co/find-a-coach), Coachful's own public marketplace, where people browse by category, take a short quiz, get matched and book a discovery call with a listed coach. The same account runs your website, funnels, lead quiz, email, Instagram automations, booking, agreements, payments and the program your clients follow between sessions. We make Coachful, so weigh that, and read the other four entries with the same care: each one wins for a specific kind of divorce coach.

One honest note before the list. Software cannot manufacture demand, and no platform guarantees clients. A directory listing with no reviews and a funnel nobody visits both produce nothing. What a good platform does is make sure the people who do find you can book, sign and pay in a few minutes, and that nobody who downloads your guide is forgotten. If you want the broader picture across every coaching niche, our guide to coaching platforms to get clients covers it.

How does a divorce client move from first search to a signed package?

A divorce client usually moves through four stages: attract, enroll, deliver and retain. Each stage asks something different of your tools, and the emotional state of the client changes how each stage should feel.

Attract. Divorce coaching clients rarely search for "divorce coach" first. They search for what is happening to them: "should I get divorced", "how to tell my kids", "how to prepare for mediation", "what to do after he moved out". They also arrive through referrals from family lawyers, mediators, financial planners and therapists who want someone to handle the emotional and practical load that billable legal hours should not cover. Directories and coach marketplaces add a third route, along with Instagram, podcasts and local talks. What this stage needs from software: a fast website with articles that answer those searches, a lead magnet (a "first 30 days" checklist or a mediation preparation worksheet), a profile on at least one directory, and a simple page you can hand to referral partners.

Enroll. The person who books a free call is often in crisis or close to it. They need a booking page that shows real availability in their time zone, a few gentle intake questions, reminders so they do not forget a call made at 11 p.m., and a coaching agreement they can sign before the first paid session. The agreement matters more here than in most niches, because it needs to say clearly that you are not a lawyer, a therapist or a financial adviser. Payment should support plans, since many clients are watching every dollar while assets are being divided.

Deliver. Divorce coaching is often packaged as a defined program: a 90-day "decision clarity" package, a navigating-the-process package that runs alongside mediation, a co-parenting communication program, or a group for rebuilding after the decree. Between calls, clients need somewhere to find worksheets, track small daily wins, check in on hard days and see what they agreed to do before the next session. A private group can help, as long as members feel safe.

Retain. The process is long. A client who signs for the separation phase may need you again for co-parenting, dating, or a career restart. Retention needs email sequences, a record of where each client is, and offers that follow naturally from the first one. Referral partners also need to hear back that their client is being looked after.

A word on scope, because it shapes every page you publish. Coaching is not legal advice, therapy or financial planning. Your website, intake form and agreement should all say so, and you should refer clients to a family lawyer, a licensed therapist or a financial professional when the question calls for one. If a client discloses abuse or says they feel unsafe, refer them to local emergency services or a specialist service such as the National Domestic Violence Hotline in the US. The ICF Code of Ethics is a useful reference for writing clear agreements about confidentiality and role boundaries.

How did we rank these five platforms?

We pictured one realistic practice and asked what it would need. Example: a solo divorce coach with 15 active one-to-one clients, one eight-week group for people in the first year after separation, a free "Should I Stay or Go?" guide as the main lead magnet, and three family lawyers who send referrals. That coach needs to be found, to book discovery calls without back-and-forth email, to sign and bill clients cleanly, to deliver the group, and to keep in touch with everyone on the guide's list.

We scored each platform on how many of those jobs it covers in one place, what it costs at 5, 15 and 40 clients, how much setup it demands, and what clients experience between calls. Vendor facts come from each vendor's pricing page as listed in October 2026 (Noomii's page was read on the day of writing). We did not run hands-on tests; where we mention limits, they come from what vendors document and what public reviewers report.

One tool type is deliberately missing. Lead marketplaces where people post a request and several providers pay to respond can work for some trades, but a person in the middle of a separation rarely wants five strangers calling. Directories with real profiles fit this niche better, which is why Noomii is on the list and pay-per-lead boards are not.

1. Coachful: the one account for being found, booked and supported

Coachful's website builder on a laptop next to a tablet showing the funnels list
Coachful's website page structure on the laptop and the funnels list on the tablet, on a kitchen table beside house keys and eucalyptus.

Coachful is a coaching platform where one membership covers the whole path a divorce client takes: the marketplace listing and website that get you found, the funnel and booking page that turn interest into a call, the agreement and payment that start the work, and the program, check-ins and community that carry clients through the months in between. You log in once. Your clients get one branded home and app.

Demand you do not have to build alone. A Coachful profile can appear in Find a Coach, Coachful's own public marketplace. Visitors browse by category, take a short quiz, get matched with listed coaches and book a discovery call directly. It is a consumer marketplace, not an enterprise procurement network of the BetterUp or CoachHub kind, and like any marketplace it does not promise a number of leads. It is one extra door, sitting next to the doors you open yourself.

Those other doors are in the same account. The section-based website builder has 30 designed homepage templates, a blog with SEO settings and your own domain, so you can publish the articles that answer "how do I prepare for mediation" or "how to co-parent with a difficult ex". Booking, application, lead-magnet and checkout funnels come with about 25 templates, plus Meta Pixel, GA4 and UTM tracking, so you can see whether the lawyer's referral page or your Instagram brings more calls. A lead quiz works well here: "Where are you in your divorce?" can route someone still deciding to a different first email than someone already in mediation.

Instagram automations catch the people who never visit a website. When someone comments a chosen keyword such as "CHECKLIST" on a post, Coachful can reply publicly and send the guide or your booking link by DM, and that person lands in the same lead and client records as everyone else. The social planner drafts and schedules posts to Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, X, Threads and YouTube from one calendar, with a retry and a notification if one network fails.

Coachful Prospects page with a table of leads showing date, name, source form and stage

Enrollment that feels calm. Booking pages detect the visitor's time zone, respect your buffers and minimum notice, sync both ways with Google, Apple/iCloud and Outlook calendars, and create Zoom, Meet or Teams links automatically (or use built-in video). Intake questions sit on the booking form, so you can ask what stage of separation someone is in before the call. Email reminders are standard, with SMS 24 hours before and WhatsApp one hour before once messaging is enabled. Coaching agreements with e-signature go out before the first call and are stored on the client record, which is where your "I am not your lawyer or therapist" clause belongs.

Payments run through your own Stripe Connect or Razorpay account: one-time, subscriptions, payment plans, coupons, Apple Pay and Google Pay, with an invoice for each transaction. Coachful takes a 0% platform fee (since August 2026), so you pay only Stripe or Razorpay processing. For a client splitting every bill with an ex, a three-part payment plan can be the difference between yes and not yet.

Support between sessions. This is where divorce coaching differs from one-off advice, and where Coachful is strongest. You can build a multi-week program with weekly goals, daily tasks, habits, and morning and evening check-ins, so a client in week three of separation logs how they slept and what felt hardest, and you see it before your call. Each client record holds goals, check-ins, notes, intake answers, payments and sessions, and shows a status of thriving, active, quiet or at risk. A "quiet" flag on someone going through a custody dispute is a reason to reach out. Courses, worksheets and downloads appear in the client's branded home and app. For groups, enrolling someone in a program can create the cohort group automatically, with a feed, group chat and video events. Our guide to community platforms for divorce coaches goes deeper on running safe groups.

Michelle, the built-in AI assistant, works from your live practice data. She can draft a program outline, write the follow-up emails for your lead magnet, summarize a recorded session and brief you before a call. Questions and planning are included in your Coachful membership; confirmed builds and changes use AI credits. Coachful also tracks ICF coaching hours against ACC, PCC and MCC thresholds, which helps if you are building toward a credential.

Here is a short walkthrough of how funnels are set up inside Coachful:

Why Coachful stands out: a free white-glove service. From Create, choose "We'll build it for you" and describe what you need: a website, a lead-magnet funnel for your "first 30 days after separation" guide, a sales page for your group, an email sequence, a program outline. Attach up to 8 reference links and up to 10 files such as your logo, photos and existing copy. The Coachful team builds it inside your own account, usually within about 24 hours. Nothing gets invented: no fake credentials, testimonials or prices, and any gaps are left for you to fill. One recent build was a five-page site in sage and cream for a midlife health coach starting from nothing, with every button leading to a free 20-minute consultation; a divorce coach can ask for the same shape. The service does not cover recording videos, logo design, ad management or ongoing marketing. More detail is in how the free white-glove service works.

Limits to know. Coachful is not HIPAA-certified and is not a clinical record system, so if you are also a licensed therapist, keep therapy records elsewhere. There is no PayPal and no permanent free plan, though there is a free trial. The client app ships under the Coachful listing with your branding, not under your own App Store account. There is no Salesforce or HubSpot integration. And Find a Coach is one source of visibility, not a guarantee: your own content and referral partners still matter. Current plans: Lite: $29/month for up to 5 clients; Solo: $49/month for up to 20 clients; Pro: $99/month with unlimited clients; Studio: $199/month with unlimited clients. Lower plans cap the number of clients, Pro is unlimited, and monthly plans cancel in one click. The Coachful page for divorce coaches shows the setup for this niche.

Who it is for: divorce coaches who sell programs or packages rather than single calls, who want one place for marketing, enrollment and delivery, and who would rather spend evenings with clients than connecting tools.

2. Noomii: a coach directory with lead alerts

Noomii's homepage presenting its professional coach directory and coach search
Noomii's homepage in October 2026.

Noomii is a long-running directory where people search for coaches by type, and its value for a divorce coach is visibility on a site that already ranks for coaching searches. Its coach page describes the site as a directory with more than 20,000 coaches listed, and offers relationship coaching among its browse categories, which is where most divorce coaches will sit.

What membership gets you. According to Noomii's coach page, read on the day of writing, there are two tiers you apply for. Pro includes a featured listing with priority in the directory, access to SmartMatch lead alerts with the ability to pitch leads, profile optimization, a showcase audio interview and monthly publishing on Noomii.com. Elite adds a full coaching CRM, enrollment in the Noomii Sales Academy, unlimited publishing on the site and one-to-one coaching for the coach.

Price as listed. The page does not show a membership fee for either tier; you apply and learn the price in the process, so we cannot verify it. What it does list is a commission rate: 30% on Pro and 15% on Elite. Factor that into your package pricing before you join, since a commission on a multi-month divorce package is a real cost.

Limits for this niche. Noomii is a demand source, not a delivery tool. Pro does not include the CRM, so you would still need booking, agreements, payments and somewhere for clients to work between sessions. The testimonials on its page are the vendor's own selection; we have no independent data on how many leads divorce coaches receive. Lead alerts that you pitch also mean competing with other coaches for the same person, which suits some coaches and not others.

Pick it over Coachful if your only gap is visibility, you already have booking and delivery handled elsewhere, and you are comfortable with a commission on the clients it brings. Many coaches will run both: a Noomii profile pointing to a Coachful booking page.

3. AttractWell: marketing suite with texting built in

AttractWell's homepage presenting its all-in-one website, funnel and CRM platform for coaches
AttractWell's homepage in October 2026.

AttractWell suits the divorce coach whose main job is marketing: it bundles a website, funnels, a blog, a CRM with email and texting, booking, contracts, invoicing, courses and a community. It describes itself as an all-in-one for coaches, course creators, consultants, authors and speakers.

The texting is the standout for this niche. A short text reminder before a discovery call, or a check-in message to someone who downloaded your guide, can feel more personal than email. Session packages ("call packages") with usage tracking let you sell a 10-session divorce support bundle and see what remains. Courses are called vaults, and the community is a Facebook-style feed with scheduled posts.

Pricing, as listed in October 2026: Starter $69/mo (500 contacts, 100 texts a month, 5 automations, 1 vault, 2 booking links, no call packages); Basic $99/mo (1,000 contacts, 1,000 texts, 100 automations, 3 vaults, 10 booking links, 5 call packages); Premium $129/mo (4,000 contacts, unlimited booking links and call packages); higher tiers go to $179 and $239. Your first month is $1 on every plan, and AttractWell lists a 0% transaction fee, with processors charging their usual rates. It has a Trustpilot rating of 4.6 from 21 reviews (seen October 2026).

Where it falls short. Starter has no call packages, which most divorce coaches will want, so Basic is the realistic floor. Low tiers have few vaults, and unlimited vaults and classes cost $17 a month extra. The vendor does not document per-client habits or daily check-ins of the kind a structured program uses, so the between-session experience is mostly content and community.

Pick it over Coachful if SMS marketing to leads is central to your plan, you run a large email and text list, and your coaching is mostly sessions plus content rather than programs with daily check-ins.

4. Paperbell: tidy admin for one-to-one packages

Paperbell's homepage presenting its booking, packages and payments software for solo coaches
Paperbell's homepage in October 2026.

Want the simplest way to sell a package and get the paperwork done? Paperbell is built for that: booking, packages, payments, contracts, a client portal and a simple website, all at one price per coach.

For a divorce coach with mostly one-to-one clients, this covers enrollment well. A client buys your "Navigating Mediation" package, signs the agreement, books the sessions included and pays, in one flow. Paperbell lists unlimited clients, sessions, files, packages and traffic on its single plan.

Cost: $97/mo, or $80.83/mo billed annually, as listed in October 2026. There is a "Try For Free" button and a 30-day money-back guarantee; an older profile notes a 7-day trial with the public site and client messages off. Paperbell lists no additional transaction fees beyond Stripe or PayPal processing. Trustpilot shows 3.5 from 14 reviews (seen October 2026).

Gaps. There are no courses, community, or goal and habit tracking, according to an older profile, so your group program would need another tool. There is no native mobile app; clients use a mobile browser. The website is simple, with no funnels or lead quizzes, and Paperbell does not send people to you. It is the enrollment and admin layer, not the attract or deliver layer.

Pick it over Coachful if you only coach one to one, you never plan to run a group or a program with daily check-ins, and you want the fewest possible settings to learn.

5. Stan Store: selling from your Instagram bio

Stan Store's homepage presenting its link-in-bio storefront for selling digital products and calls
Stan Store's homepage in October 2026.

Stan Store is a link-in-bio storefront, and it is a fit for divorce coaches whose audience lives on Instagram or TikTok. One page lists your free guide, a paid "post-divorce reset" mini-course and a bookable paid call, and visitors buy without leaving it.

Plans as listed in October 2026: Creator $29/mo ($25/mo annual) with unlimited products and customers; Creator Pro $99/mo ($79/mo annual), which adds email marketing, upsells, discount codes and affiliates. There is a 14-day free trial on either plan, and Stan lists a 0% fee on sales, with standard Stripe or PayPal processing. Trustpilot shows 4.7 from 2,205 reviews (seen October 2026).

The catch for this niche. Stan has no contracts, invoices or client records, and no programs with tasks, habits or check-ins. For a divorce coach, the lack of a signed agreement is the biggest gap: you need a clear record that the client understood you are not providing legal or therapeutic advice. Email, which you need to nurture someone who downloads your guide but is not ready yet, sits on the higher plan.

Pick it over Coachful if you mainly sell low-priced digital products to a social audience and keep one-to-one coaching as a small side offer handled elsewhere.

What does each stack cost at 5, 15 and 40 clients?

The cheapest-looking tool is not always the cheapest stack, because the tools that do one job need partners. Monthly prices below are as listed in October 2026, before card processing.

Recipe A, all-in-one. One Coachful membership covering marketplace listing, website, funnels, email, booking, agreements, payments, programs and community. Current plans: Lite: $29/month for up to 5 clients; Solo: $49/month for up to 20 clients; Pro: $99/month with unlimited clients; Studio: $199/month with unlimited clients. Add the free white-glove build to get the first website and lead-magnet funnel done.

Recipe B, assembled (example). Stan Store Creator for the storefront ($29), Calendly Standard for booking ($10 per seat on annual billing), Kit Creator for email (from $39 for up to 1,000 subscribers), and Paperbell for agreements and packages ($97). That totals about $175 a month as an illustration, before a community tool for your group and before a directory membership. It is four logins, four places where a lead can fall through, and four renewals. Our guide to email marketing platforms for divorce coaches compares the email piece if you go this way.

Recipe C, directory plus all-in-one. A directory profile such as Noomii for extra visibility, pointing to a Coachful booking funnel. You pay the directory's terms on top, but every lead from both sources ends up in one prospect list.

Pricing your own packages is a separate question. Rather than copying a number, add up the hours a package really takes (sessions, messages, check-in reviews, prep), set an hourly floor you need to earn, and compare with what local divorce coaches publish. Then offer a payment plan so the total does not stop someone already stretched by legal fees.

How would a divorce coach set this up in Coachful, step by step?

Here is one way to build the 15-client example practice, with what the client sees at each step.

  1. Request the build. From Create, ask the team for a five-page site (Home, About, Work With Me, Resources, Contact) and a lead-magnet funnel for a "Should I Stay or Go?" guide. Attach your logo, headshot and any copy you have. The client later sees a calm site where every button leads to a free discovery call.
  2. Complete your Find a Coach profile. Choose your category, write a plain description of who you help, and make sure your free discovery call is ready to book. A visitor who takes the matching quiz can book you directly.
  3. Set the discovery call. Create a 30-minute free session type with buffers, minimum notice and two intake questions: "Where are you in the process?" and "Is there anything about your safety I should know?" The client picks a time in their own time zone and gets reminders.
  4. Write the agreement. Include your role, confidentiality, the boundary with legal, therapeutic and financial advice, and when you will refer out. Have a local lawyer review it. The client signs before the first paid session.
  5. Build the packages. Create a 90-day one-to-one program with weekly goals and evening check-ins, and an eight-week group program that creates its cohort group on enrollment. Offer a payment plan on each. The client buys, pays and lands in their branded home.
  6. Add the follow-up sequence. Write five emails for guide downloaders over two weeks, branching on whether they booked a call. The client who is not ready yet keeps hearing from you gently.
  7. Connect Instagram. Set an automation so commenting "GUIDE" on a post sends the funnel link by DM. The person lands in your prospects with the source recorded.
  8. Give referral partners a link. Create a short page for family lawyers and mediators explaining what you do and do not do, with your booking link. Tag those leads so you can thank the partner.

How do you switch platforms without losing clients mid-divorce?

Move clients at a natural break, not in the week before a mediation session. Clients in the middle of a separation have little patience for new logins, so plan the switch around them.

  • Export first. Download your client list, notes, signed agreements and payment history from the old tool before you cancel anything. Coachful imports clients, programs and content for you during onboarding, and you can export everything from Coachful later as a ZIP.
  • Run both for one cycle. Put new clients on the new platform straight away and move existing clients when their current package renews.
  • Re-sign at renewal. Use the switch to send your updated agreement, rather than copying old signatures across.
  • Move subscriptions carefully. Recurring payments usually need the client to re-enter a card. Tell them why in a short personal note, not an automated email.
  • Update every link. Your directory profiles, Instagram bio, email signature and the pages your referral partners use all need the new booking link.

What mistakes cost divorce coaches clients?

  • Waiting for a directory to fill the calendar. A listing is one door. Pair it with content that answers the questions people search during a separation, and with referral relationships.
  • Collecting emails with no follow-up. People often download a guide months before they are ready. A sequence keeps you in mind until they are.
  • Blurring the scope. Telling a client what to accept in a settlement crosses into legal advice. Keep the boundary in your agreement, intake and website copy.
  • Skipping the safety question. Ask about safety at intake, and know where you would refer someone before you need to.
  • Selling single sessions only. Divorce takes months. Packages and programs match the process and give clients structure when life has none.
  • Running a group with no privacy plan. Members may share details about ex-partners and children. Set rules, and keep the group inside a closed space rather than a public social feed.

Which platform should a divorce coach choose?

Choose Coachful if you want one account that helps you get found (through Find a Coach, your website, funnels and Instagram), turns interest into signed and paid clients, and supports those clients between sessions with programs, check-ins and a private group. It is the only platform here that pairs a marketplace listing with programs and daily check-ins in the same account, and the free white-glove build removes most of the setup work. Choose Noomii as an extra directory if you are comfortable with its commission. Choose AttractWell if texting leads is core to your marketing, Paperbell if you only coach one to one and want minimal admin, and Stan Store if you mainly sell digital products from Instagram. Whatever you pick, the clients still come from showing up where separating people look for help.

Frequently asked questions

Where do divorce coaches find most of their clients?

Usually through a mix of search, referrals and social media. People search for the problem they face ("how to prepare for mediation"), family lawyers and mediators refer clients who need emotional and practical support, and directories add visibility. No single platform covers all of these, so pick one that makes every source end in the same booking page.

Is a coach directory worth paying for as a divorce coach?

It can be, if the directory ranks for coaching searches and you complete your profile fully. Check the terms first: Noomii, for example, lists a commission on clients and does not publish its membership fee. Treat a directory as one source, not the whole plan.

Do I need a website if I am listed on a marketplace?

Yes, in most cases. Referral partners and people who hear about you will search your name, and a website with articles and a free guide builds trust that a short profile cannot. In Coachful, the marketplace profile and the website live in the same account.

What is Coachful's free white-glove service?

It is a done-for-you build included on every plan. You describe what you need, such as a website, funnel, program outline or email sequence, attach reference links and files, and the Coachful team builds it inside your account, usually within about 24 hours. It does not include videos, logo design or ad management.

Can a divorce coach give legal advice?

No, unless they are also a licensed attorney acting in that role, and even then it is a separate service. Divorce coaches help with decisions, emotions, preparation and communication, and refer legal questions to a family lawyer. Put this in your agreement and on your website, and check with an attorney in your jurisdiction about wording.

Should I offer a free discovery call?

Most divorce coaches do, because people want to know they feel safe with you before paying. Keep it short, ask a few intake questions on the booking form, and end with a clear offer. Reminders help people under stress remember the call they booked.

Can I run a divorce support group on these platforms?

Coachful and AttractWell both include a community space; Coachful also creates a cohort group automatically when someone enrolls in a group program. Paperbell and Stan Store do not include one. Whatever tool you use, set clear privacy rules for the group.

Is Coachful HIPAA-compliant for divorce coaching?

No. Coachful is not HIPAA-certified and does not sign a BAA. Coaching is not clinical care, but if you are also a licensed therapist, keep clinical records in a clinical system.

How long does setup take?

With Coachful's free white-glove build, the first website or funnel is usually ready within about 24 hours of your request, and you then adjust it. Assembling separate tools takes longer, because each needs its own setup and connection to the others.

What should I put in my first lead magnet?

Something practical for one stage of the process: a checklist for the first 30 days after separation, a mediation preparation worksheet, or questions to ask before deciding. Make it short, useful without a call, and followed by a few emails that offer the next step.

To start, open a free trial and request your first build from Create. See how Coachful works for divorce coaches, or browse group coaching tools if you plan to run cohorts.
