10 Best Platforms to Get Clients for Mindfulness Coaches

10 Best Platforms to Get Clients for Mindfulness Coaches

The best platforms to get clients for mindfulness coaches do two separate jobs, and most tools only do one. The first job is demand: getting a stressed manager, a new parent who cannot sleep or a burned-out nurse to find you at all, through marketplaces, directories, search, social content and the occasional ad. The second job is conversion: turning that person into a paying client with a website, a booking page, a short quiz or intro call, a checkout and follow-up that keeps them practising. So the deciding question is simple: which platform helps people find you, and which one turns their interest into a booked, paid and practising client?

Our pick is Coachful, because it covers both jobs from one account. A Coachful profile can appear in Find a Coach (coachful.co/find-a-coach), Coachful's own public marketplace, where people browse by category, take a short quiz, get matched and book a discovery call directly with a listed coach. The same account then runs your website, funnels, lead quiz, email, Instagram automations, booking, payments and the daily practice your clients do between sessions. We make Coachful, so weigh that, and read the other nine entries: some of them are the right call for specific mindfulness businesses.

One honest line before the list. Software alone cannot manufacture demand, and no platform, ours included, guarantees clients. A marketplace listing gives you a shopfront; your teaching, content and referrals bring people to it. What the right platform does is make sure nobody who arrives slips away because the booking link was broken, the checkout lived on another site or the follow-up email never went out. If you want the general version of this guide, see our coaching platforms to get clients comparison.

What does a mindfulness coach's client journey look like?

It runs in four stages: attract, enroll, deliver and retain. Mindfulness clients rarely buy on the first visit; they usually sample a guided practice, a free workshop or a short course first, so the platform has to carry them gently from one stage to the next.

Attract: where mindfulness clients actually look

People rarely search for "mindfulness coach" first. They search for help with a feeling: stress, sleep, overwhelm, anxiety about work, burnout after caregiving. They find teachers through guided meditations on YouTube and podcasts, short practices on Instagram, meditation apps that host live teachers, workshops at yoga studios and community centres, and workplace wellbeing days booked by HR. Coaching marketplaces and directories are a smaller but higher-intent channel: someone browsing a coach marketplace has already decided they want a person, not an app. At this stage you need a place to publish practices, a free resource that captures an email address, and a listing in at least one marketplace where people come specifically to hire a coach.

Enroll: from a free practice to a paid offer

Mindfulness offers tend to fall into four shapes: one-to-one coaching packages (often six to twelve sessions), an eight-week group course (the format popularised by mindfulness-based stress reduction), recorded courses or meditation libraries, and workplace workshops. To enroll someone you need a sales page, a booking page for an intro call, intake questions that screen for fit, a coaching agreement and a checkout that handles packages, payment plans or subscriptions.

Deliver: the practice happens between sessions

A mindfulness client's progress depends on what they do on the six days you do not see them. Delivery needs a daily practice habit they can tick off, short morning or evening check-ins, recorded meditations they can replay, a weekly session (video or in person) and, for courses, a cohort space where the group can share what came up.

Retain: keeping the practice alive after the course

When an eight-week course ends, many participants want to keep sitting with a group. Retention tools are a membership or monthly subscription, a community feed, recurring live practice sessions, and email that brings past clients back for the next retreat or advanced course.

Scope: what mindfulness coaching is not

Mindfulness coaching is not therapy or medical treatment. According to the US National Center for Complementary and Integrative Health, meditation is generally considered safe for healthy people, but there are reports of it worsening symptoms for some people with certain psychiatric conditions. Screen at intake, and refer to a licensed mental health professional when someone discloses trauma symptoms, panic attacks, a current eating disorder, severe depression or thoughts of self-harm. The ICF Code of Ethics also asks coaches to be clear about the limits of coaching and to refer when another professional is a better fit. Whatever platform you choose, clinical records belong in a clinical system, not in coaching software.

Build your platform

Which platforms are best for mindfulness coaches at a glance?

We ranked tools on four criteria: one login for the whole client journey, delivery of daily practice between sessions, total stack cost at 15 clients, and setup effort (including whether someone will build it for you).

How did we choose these ten tools?

We pictured one realistic practice and asked what it needs. As an example: a mindfulness coach with 15 active clients, made up of eight one-to-one clients on a three-month package and a seven-person evening group running an eight-week course. The coach publishes a short guided practice on Instagram each week, offers a free 10-minute body-scan recording as a lead magnet, and wants past course graduates to stay in a monthly practice circle. That coach needs a marketplace or search presence, a page that sells the course, an intro-call booking page with intake questions, an agreement, a payment plan, a daily meditation habit for each client, a cohort space, and email to bring graduates back.

We then scored each tool on what its vendor documents and on prices as listed in October 2026 (older notes from our September 2026 profiles are marked as such). We did not run hands-on tests; where we mention reviewer sentiment, it is what public reviewers report. Direct coaching-admin substitutes appear in the lower half because they cover delivery and admin well but leave demand to you.

1. Coachful: the marketplace, the funnel and the practice in one account

A laptop showing a coaching flows library and a tablet showing a habit tracker on a windowsill desk with tea and a candle
Coachful's coaching flows library with morning and evening check-ins on the laptop, and a client habit tracker on the tablet.

Coachful is a coaching platform built for coaches who deliver programs, not only sessions. One membership covers booking, payments, coaching agreements, program delivery with habits and check-ins, courses, a community, a website with funnels and email, and an AI assistant, with one login for you and one branded app for your clients. For a mindfulness coach, that means the eight-week course, the one-to-one package and the monthly practice circle can all live in the same place as the Instagram post that started the conversation.

Demand: Find a Coach plus your own channels

Most coaching software assumes you already have an audience. Coachful adds a demand channel of its own: your profile can appear in Find a Coach, the public marketplace where visitors browse by category, take a short quiz, get matched and book a discovery call with a listed coach. It is a consumer-facing marketplace, not an enterprise procurement network like BetterUp or CoachHub, so it suits coaches who sell to individuals. It will not replace your own content, and we make no promises about how many people it sends you.

Your own channels run from the same account. The section-based website builder includes a blog for practice articles, SEO settings, a custom domain and 30 designed homepage templates, several in calm wellness palettes. The social planner helps you draft post ideas and captions with AI and then schedules posts to Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, X, Threads and YouTube from one calendar. Instagram automations are the piece mindfulness coaches tend to like most: when someone comments a keyword such as BREATHE on a reel, Coachful can reply publicly and send them a DM with your body-scan lead magnet or your booking link, and that person lands in your Coachful lead records.

Conversion: funnels, quiz, booking and checkout

Booking, application, lead-magnet and checkout funnels come with pixels and UTM tracking, and there are about 25 funnel templates to start from. A lead quiz gives curious visitors a lower-pressure first step than a sales call. Booking pages handle availability rules, buffers, minimum notice and time-zone detection, with two-way Google, Apple/iCloud and Outlook calendar sync and built-in video or auto-created Zoom, Meet or Teams links. Intake questions on booking let you screen for scope before the first call, and a coaching agreement with e-signature goes out before the first session and stays on the client record.

Payments go through your own Stripe Connect or Razorpay account: one-time payments, subscriptions for a practice circle, payment plans for a course, coupons, order bumps, Apple Pay and Google Pay. Coachful takes a 0% platform fee (since August 2026); you pay only Stripe or Razorpay processing.

Here is a short walkthrough of how funnels are built in Coachful:

Coachful funnels page listing a free webinar funnel, a lead magnet funnel and a program launch funnel
Coachful's Funnels page in demo data: a webinar funnel, a lead magnet funnel and a program launch funnel, each with edit and view options.

Delivery: the daily sit, tracked

Multi-week programs carry weekly goals, daily tasks, habits, morning and evening check-ins, goals with progress bars and streaks. A client on your eight-week course sees "Morning meditation, 10 minutes" as a habit, answers a two-question evening check-in, and opens this week's recorded practice in their branded app. Courses support modules, lessons, drip release and completion tracking, so week three's recording can unlock on day 15. Cohort groups are created automatically on program enrollment, and the community feed, group chat and video events handle the weekly group sit.

Coachful habit tracker showing Morning Meditation, Exercise, Journaling and Reading habits with day counts
Coachful's Growing Habits view in demo data, with Morning Meditation at 12 of 30 days next to exercise, journaling and reading habits.

The client record pulls goals, check-ins, habits, notes, intake answers, payments and sessions together, with a status of thriving, active, quiet or at risk. That status matters in mindfulness work, where a client who stops checking in has often stopped practising. Michelle, the built-in AI assistant, works from that live data: she briefs you before sessions, drafts emails and content, summarises recorded sessions and can give private feedback on your own coaching against ICF Core Competencies 3 to 8. Questions and planning are included in the membership; confirmed builds and changes use AI credits. If you are working toward an ICF credential, Coachful also counts your coaching hours and distinct clients against ACC, PCC and MCC thresholds and exports a client coaching log.

Why Coachful stands out: a free white-glove service. On every plan, you can open Create, choose "We'll build it for you", and describe what you need: a website, a funnel, a sales page for your eight-week course, a program, a course outline with written material, an email sequence, a lead quiz or a webinar page. You can attach up to 8 reference links and up to 10 files such as your logo, photos and existing copy. The Coachful team builds it inside your own account, usually within about 24 hours. Nothing is invented: no fake credentials, testimonials or prices, and gaps are left for you to fill. One recent example: a somatic coach leaving Kajabi had the homepage and About page rebuilt and the contact form connected. The service does not record videos, design logos, manage ads or run ongoing marketing. Read more in how the white-glove build works.

Limits. Coachful is not HIPAA-certified and is not for clinical records or insurance billing. There is no PayPal and no permanent free plan. The client app ships under the Coachful listing with your branding rather than your own App Store account. It is not a course marketplace, so it will not send you course buyers the way a large app store might, and there are no third-party plugins.

Price. Flat monthly plans; lower plans cap the number of clients, Pro is unlimited, and monthly plans cancel in one click (current plans: Lite: $29/month for up to 5 clients; Solo: $49/month for up to 20 clients; Pro: $99/month with unlimited clients; Studio: $199/month with unlimited clients). A free trial is available.

Pick it over the others if you want one login from the first Instagram comment to the eighth week of the course. Mindset and spiritual coaches often land on the same setup; see the pages for mindset coaches and spiritual coaches.

2. Kajabi for recorded meditation courses and memberships

Kajabi homepage, captured as a desktop screenshot in October 2026
Kajabi's homepage in October 2026.

Kajabi is a course, community, website, funnel and email platform for selling knowledge products. If your mindfulness business leans toward a library of recorded meditations, a self-paced eight-week course and a membership, Kajabi is a mature home for it, and its marketing tools (pages, funnels, email) are built to sell digital products.

Prices as listed in October 2026: Basic $179/mo ($143/mo annual) with 5 products, 2,500 contacts, 1 community and 1 website; Growth $249/mo ($199/mo annual) with 50 products and 25,000 contacts; Pro $499/mo ($399/mo annual). The standard trial is 14 days. Kajabi Payments in the US costs 2.9% + $0.30 on Basic, and using a processor other than Kajabi Payments or PayPal adds a Kajabi fee of 2% on Basic, 1% on Growth and 0.5% on Pro. On Trustpilot it shows 3.4 from 2,347 reviews (seen October 2026).

The gap for mindfulness coaches is personal practice. Kajabi treats coaching as products and communities, not per-client plans, so there are no habits, daily check-ins or per-client progress. The Basic plan includes 0 AI credits and caps you at 5 products, which a coach selling a course, a membership, a retreat deposit, a workshop and a 1:1 package fills immediately.

Pick it over Coachful if your income is mostly recorded courses sold to a large email list, you rarely coach one to one, and you are comfortable with the higher entry price.

3. Mighty Networks: when the community is the product

Mighty Networks homepage, captured as a desktop screenshot in October 2026
Mighty Networks's homepage in October 2026.

Some mindfulness teachers build their business around a weekly online sit and a members' space where people share what came up. Mighty Networks is designed for exactly that: community, courses and live events, with Mighty-branded member apps.

As listed in October 2026, Launch costs $95/mo ($79/mo annual) with 3 hosts and livestreaming up to 20 hours a month for 100 attendees; Scale is $215/mo ($179/mo annual) with 30 hours and 200 attendees; Growth is $354/mo on annual billing. There is a 14-day trial without a card. Mighty charges a platform fee of 2% on Launch, 1% on Scale and 0.5% on Growth, on top of Stripe processing. Trustpilot shows 3.3 from 219 reviews.

What it leaves out: 1:1 scheduling, invoicing, contracts, per-client habits, check-ins and private coaching plans. Your own branded app is only on the custom-priced Mighty Pro tier. Most coaches pair it with a booking tool and an email platform, which is where the cost adds up.

Pick it over Coachful if your offer is almost entirely a large paid practice community with livestreamed sits, and one-to-one coaching is a small side line.

4. Systeme.io, the budget funnel engine

Systeme.io homepage, captured as a desktop screenshot in October 2026
Systeme.io's homepage in October 2026.

New mindfulness coaches often need a lead magnet page, an email sequence and a checkout before they need anything else. Systeme.io is a low-cost all-in-one marketing suite: funnels, email, courses, community, a blog and an affiliate program, with 0% transaction fees even on the free plan.

Pricing as listed in October 2026: Free at $0 (2,000 contacts, 3 funnels, 1 course, 1 automation rule); Startup at $17/mo (5,000 contacts, 10 funnels, 5 courses); Webinar at $47/mo; Unlimited at $97/mo. The free plan never expires and needs no card. Trustpilot shows 4.9 from 8,696 reviews.

The trade-off sits in delivery. As of our September 2026 profile, there is no native 1:1 scheduling with client records, habits or check-ins, community and course features are basic, and there is no branded mobile app. You would still need a booking tool and something for the daily practice.

Pick it over Coachful if you are pre-revenue, want to test a no-cost meditation challenge and an email list for close to nothing, and will add coaching tools later.

Which one looks like you?

Coachful builds your coaching website from a few answers, in a design chosen for your niche, with programs, booking and payments ready behind it.

5. Practice Better: for coaches with a practitioner credential

Practice Better homepage, captured as a desktop screenshot in October 2026
Practice Better's homepage in October 2026.

Practice Better is practice management for wellness and nutrition practitioners: scheduling, telehealth, charting, billing, programs and a client portal. It fits mindfulness coaches who also work as a dietitian, occupational therapist or other credentialed practitioner and need charting in the same place as their programs.

As listed in October 2026: Sprout $0 (3 clients), Starter $35/mo ($25/mo annual, 10 clients), Professional $69/mo ($59/mo annual, 300 clients), Plus $99/mo ($89/mo annual, unlimited clients) and Team $155/mo. Trials run 14 days on most paid plans and 30 days on Team. Payments run through Practice Better Payments, powered by Stripe. Trustpilot shows 3.8 from 87 reviews.

For finding clients, it does little. Our September 2026 profile notes no website builder or funnel pages, and evergreen programs, portal branding, a custom URL and SMS start on Plus. Accounts below Team have one practitioner.

Pick it over Coachful if you need clinical-style charting for a licensed practice alongside your mindfulness work, and you already get clients from referrals rather than marketing.

6. Paperbell keeps 1:1 packages simple

Paperbell homepage, captured as a desktop screenshot in October 2026
Paperbell's homepage in October 2026.

A coach who sells one thing (say, a six-session mindfulness package) can be well served by Paperbell, an all-in-one admin tool for solo coaches covering booking, packages, payments, contracts, a client portal and a simple website.

The price as listed in October 2026 is a single plan at $97/mo ($80.83/mo annual) with unlimited clients, sessions and packages, a 30-day money-back guarantee and no additional transaction fees beyond Stripe or PayPal processing. The trial length is not on the pricing page. Trustpilot shows 3.5 from 14 reviews.

Where it falls short for this niche: according to our September 2026 profile there are no courses, no community and no goal or habit tracking, and no native mobile app. That rules it out for an eight-week group course with a daily practice, and it offers no demand channel of its own.

Pick it over Coachful if you only sell 1:1 packages, never plan to run a group or course, and value one fixed price over anything else.

7. Quenza and its guided exercises between sessions

Quenza homepage, captured as a desktop screenshot in October 2026
Quenza's homepage in October 2026.

Quenza is a client-engagement tool for coaches and therapists: activities, worksheets, programs, chat and a client app. Mindfulness coaches use this kind of tool to send a guided breathing exercise, a reflection worksheet or a weekly journaling prompt between sessions.

Listed prices in October 2026: Spark $25/mo ($20/mo annual) for 10 clients, Growth $50/mo ($40/mo annual) for 250 clients, Impact $125/mo and Collective $160/mo for up to three professionals. The trial is 30 days without a card. Trustpilot shows 4.3 from 8 reviews.

The limits are sharp. Client payments and invoicing are marked as planned, not available, and our September 2026 profile lists no scheduling or video calls. Quenza handles the deliver stage only, so you would still need a website, a funnel, a booking tool and a payment tool around it.

Pick it over Coachful if you already have marketing, booking and billing you like, and only want a richer worksheet and exercise library for clients between sessions.

8. Stan Store: selling from your Instagram bio

Stan Store homepage, captured as a desktop screenshot in October 2026
Stan Store's homepage in October 2026.

Because so many mindfulness clients first meet a teacher through a reel or a story, a link-in-bio storefront is a reasonable starting point. Stan Store sells digital products, courses, memberships and paid calls from one page.

As listed in October 2026, Creator costs $29/mo ($25/mo annual) and Creator Pro $99/mo ($79/mo annual), both with unlimited products and customers and a 0% Stan fee (Stripe or PayPal processing applies). The trial is 14 days. Email marketing, upsells, discount codes and affiliates are only on Creator Pro. Trustpilot shows 4.7 from 2,205 reviews.

Stan is a shop, not a coaching system: no contracts, invoices or client records, no programs with tasks, habits or check-ins, and no team seats advertised. A client who buys your 21-day meditation series gets a download, and there is no record of whether they practised.

Pick it over Coachful if you mainly sell low-priced recordings to an Instagram audience and do very little ongoing coaching.

9. Kit, if your newsletter is your best marketing

Many mindfulness teachers grow through a weekly letter: a short reflection, one practice, one link. Kit (formerly ConvertKit) is an email marketing and newsletter platform with landing pages and simple digital-product sales. We do not have a homepage screenshot for Kit in our library, so this entry is text only.

As listed in October 2026, the Newsletter plan is free for up to 10,000 subscribers; Creator starts at $39/mo for up to 1,000 subscribers and scales with list size; Pro starts at $79/mo. Creator and Pro have a 14-day trial without a card. Kit Commerce charges 3.5% + $0.30 per USD transaction. Automations and sequences need a paid plan. Trustpilot shows 3.9 from 162 reviews.

Kit fulfils digital products only. It has no scheduling, client records, session management, course portal, community, habits or check-ins, so it is one piece of a stack rather than a stack.

Pick it over Coachful if email is your entire marketing strategy, your list is large, and you want the most specialised newsletter tool while running coaching elsewhere.

10. Calendly as a booking add-on

Calendly homepage, captured as a desktop screenshot in October 2026
Calendly's homepage in October 2026.

Calendly is the default answer to "how do people book an intro call with me", and for coaches who already have a site, payments and delivery sorted, it does that one job well: booking pages, reminders and paid bookings through your own Stripe or PayPal.

As listed in October 2026, the Free plan allows 1 event type and 1 calendar connection; Standard is $10/mo per seat on annual billing with unlimited event types; Teams is $16/mo per seat annually. Trustpilot shows 4.1 from 714 reviews.

It stops at the booking. There are no client records, notes, programs, habits, check-ins, contracts or invoicing, and intake is limited to booking questions. Every coach on a team pays per seat.

Pick it over Coachful if you only need a booking link to bolt onto tools you already pay for and have no plans to consolidate.

What does each option cost at 5, 15 and 40 clients?

Should you run one platform or assemble a stack?

Most mindfulness coaches end up at one of two answers: a single all-in-one account, or three or four specialist tools connected by hand. Here are four realistic recipes for the 15-client example practice, with monthly platform costs as listed in October 2026.

RecipeToolsMonthly platform cost at 15 clientsWhat is still missing
Coachful (all-in-one)Coachful onlySolo: $49/month for up to 20 clientsYour own App Store app; PayPal
Course-firstKajabi Basic + Calendly Standard$179 + $10 = $189Daily habits and check-ins; per-client progress
Budget assembledSysteme.io Startup + Calendly Standard + Quenza Growth$17 + $10 + $50 = $77Contracts; one client record; three logins
Practitioner-ledPractice Better Professional + Kit Creator + Stan Store Creator$69 + $39 + $29 = $137Website and funnels; community
Community-ledMighty Networks Launch + Calendly Standard + Kit Newsletter$95 + $10 + $0 = $105, plus 2% of salesContracts, invoicing, habits, check-ins

The hidden cost in every assembled stack is the gap between tools. A client who books in Calendly, pays in Systeme.io and practises in Quenza exists in three places, and a missed Zapier step means a course participant never gets their week-one recording. For more on building the enrollment side, see our guide to getting more clients as a coach and the email marketing for coaches page.

How would a mindfulness coach set this up in Coachful, step by step?

Take the example practice: eight 1:1 clients and an eight-week evening group. Here is a setup that covers the whole journey, and what the client sees at each step.

Two screens showing a client's group program view and a coach website builder in a calm practice room
A client's enrolled group program in Coachful on one screen and the website builder's page structure on the other.
  1. Request the build. Open Create, choose the white-glove option and ask for a five-page site, an eight-week course sales page and a lead-magnet funnel. Attach your photos, bio and existing copy. The team builds it in your account, usually within about a day.
  2. Choose a calm template. If you would rather start yourself, pick a wellness homepage such as Sanctuary from the website builder and add a blog for your weekly practice notes.
  3. Turn on your marketplace profile. Complete your Coachful profile so it can appear in Find a Coach. A visitor who takes the matching quiz can book a discovery call straight onto your calendar.
  4. Build the lead magnet funnel. Offer the 10-minute body-scan recording. The visitor enters their email, gets the recording and joins a three-email sequence that ends with an invitation to the next course intake.
  5. Connect Instagram. Under Connections, link your professional account, then add an automation: anyone who comments BREATHE on your weekly reel gets a public reply and a DM with the body-scan funnel link.
  6. Set up booking with intake. Create a 20-minute intro call with buffers and intake questions, including a scope screen ("Are you currently receiving treatment for a mental health condition?") so you can refer when needed.
  7. Send the agreement and take payment. After the call, send your coaching agreement for e-signature and a checkout with a three-part payment plan for the course or a package price for 1:1 clients.
  8. Build the program. Create an eight-week program with a weekly recorded practice, a daily "sit for 10 minutes" habit and a short evening check-in. The client sees today's practice and their streak in your branded app.
  9. Open the cohort space. Enrollment creates the cohort group automatically. Schedule the weekly live sit as a video event for the group.
  10. Plan the after-course offer. Add a monthly subscription for a practice circle and an email sequence that invites graduates in during week seven.
Sanctuary website template homepage from Coachful's wellness templates
The Sanctuary homepage template, one of Coachful's wellness website designs, shown with placeholder content.

From the client's side, the whole path is one brand: they comment on a reel, receive a practice, book a call, sign, pay and start their daily sit in the same app. If you also run group courses at scale, the group coaching software page covers cohorts in more depth.

How do you move from your current tools without losing clients?

Move in the quiet weeks between course intakes, and move the client relationships before the marketing.

  • Export first. Download your client list, notes, intake answers and recordings from the old tools before cancelling anything. Coachful imports clients, programs and content for you during onboarding.
  • Finish active cohorts where they are. Let a running eight-week group end on its current platform; start the next intake on the new one.
  • Re-host your recordings. Upload meditation audio and video into courses or the resource library so links in old emails can be replaced in one pass.
  • Keep your domain. Point your existing domain at the new site so search rankings for your practice articles carry over, and set redirects for any changed page addresses.
  • Update every link in one afternoon. Instagram bio, YouTube descriptions, podcast show notes, email signature and any directory listings.
  • Tell clients what changes for them. A short email: where to log in, where their practice lives now, and that their schedule stays the same.

What mistakes do mindfulness coaches make when choosing a client platform?

  • Expecting software to create demand. A beautiful site with no content, listings or referrals behind it stays quiet. Pick the platform for conversion, then commit to a demand channel you will actually keep up.
  • Selling sessions instead of a practice. Mindfulness results come from daily repetition. A tool that only books calls cannot show you who stopped sitting in week three.
  • Skipping the scope screen. Without intake questions, you may enroll someone who needs a therapist. Screen, refer and document that you referred.
  • Underestimating fees. Platform percentages (2% here, 10% there) on course sales can cost more than the subscription itself once a group fills.
  • Letting graduates drift. Have the retention offer ready before the course ends, not after.
  • Pricing by guesswork. Work backwards: decide your monthly income goal, subtract platform and processing costs, then divide by realistic client numbers for 1:1 and group seats.

Which platform should a mindfulness coach choose?

Choose Coachful if you want demand and conversion handled in one account: a Find a Coach listing and your own site, funnels, Instagram automations and email to bring people in, then booking, agreements, payments, daily practice habits, courses and a community to keep them practising. The free white-glove build removes most of the setup work. Choose Kajabi if you are a course creator first, Mighty Networks if the community is the product, Systeme.io if you are testing on almost no budget, and Practice Better if you need practitioner charting. Paperbell, Quenza, Stan Store, Kit and Calendly each solve one stage well and work best as part of a stack. Wellness and spiritual coaches face similar trade-offs; compare our guides for wellness coaches, spiritual coaches and mindset coaches, or browse all comparisons on the compare page.

Frequently asked questions

What are the best platforms to get clients for mindfulness coaches?

Coachful is our top pick because it pairs a public coach marketplace with the site, funnels, booking and daily practice tools that turn interest into clients. Kajabi suits course-led businesses, Mighty Networks suits community-led ones and Systeme.io suits tight budgets. No platform guarantees clients; your content and referrals still drive demand.

Where do mindfulness coaching clients look for a coach?

Most start by searching for help with stress, sleep or burnout, then find teachers through YouTube, podcasts, Instagram, meditation apps, studio workshops and workplace wellbeing events. Coaching marketplaces such as Coachful's Find a Coach reach people who have already decided they want a coach. A good setup uses one or two of these channels and sends everyone to the same booking page.

Is mindfulness coaching the same as therapy?

No. Mindfulness coaching supports a healthy person's practice and goals; it does not diagnose or treat mental health conditions. Screen at intake and refer to a licensed professional when someone describes trauma symptoms, severe depression, panic attacks or thoughts of self-harm.

Can I sell an eight-week mindfulness course and 1:1 coaching from one platform?

Yes, if the platform supports both programs and sessions. In Coachful, the course runs as a program with weekly recordings, a daily habit and an automatic cohort group, while 1:1 clients book sessions and buy packages from the same account. Course-only tools usually need a separate booking app for the 1:1 side.

What is Coachful's free white-glove service?

It is a build service included on every plan. You describe what you need (a website, funnel, sales page, program, email sequence or lead quiz), attach references and files, and the Coachful team builds it inside your account, usually within about 24 hours. It does not include recording videos, logo design, ad management or ongoing marketing.

Do I need a website if I am listed in a coach marketplace?

It helps. Many people check a coach's own site before booking, and a site with a blog gives search engines something to rank for your practice topics. In Coachful, your marketplace profile and your website live in the same account, so you maintain one set of details.

Can clients track a daily meditation practice between sessions?

In Coachful, yes: you set a meditation habit, morning or evening check-ins and streaks, and clients tick them off in your branded app. Quenza and Practice Better offer between-session activities too; Kajabi, Stan Store, Kit and Calendly do not track individual practice.

Does Coachful work for clinical mindfulness programs?

Not for clinical records. Coachful is not HIPAA-certified and does not sign a BAA, so licensed clinicians should keep treatment notes and insurance billing in a clinical system. It suits the coaching and education side of a practice.

How should I price mindfulness coaching?

Start from your income goal and work backwards: subtract platform and card-processing costs, then divide by the number of 1:1 clients and group seats you can realistically hold. Group courses let you charge each person less while earning more per hour. Check local tax rules for digital products with an accountant.
