Best Client Portal for Holistic Health Coaches (10 Compared)

The best client portal for holistic health coaches is the one your client opens every morning without being reminded: it holds their habits, their check-ins, their meal ideas and their next session, and it holds your booking, agreements and payments on the other side. Holistic coaching works between calls. A client trying to sleep earlier, eat more plants and walk after dinner needs a daily nudge and a place to log how it went, not just a monthly Zoom link. So the deciding question is simple: does the portal carry the whole client journey, from first booking to the third renewal, or does it only handle one stage of it?
Our pick is Coachful. One login covers booking with intake questions, e-signed coaching agreements, Stripe payments, multi-week programs with daily habits and morning and evening check-ins, courses, a client community and your website, and the client gets one branded app. We make Coachful, so weigh our view accordingly; below you will find nine other tools ranked honestly, with prices as each vendor lists them and a clear note on when each one beats us.
This guide is built around the way a holistic practice actually runs: attract, enroll, deliver, retain. Each tool gets mapped to those four stages, then we cost out real stacks at 5, 15 and 40 clients. If you want the wider view beyond portals, our guide to the best software for holistic health coaches covers the full toolkit.
What does a holistic health coach's client journey need from a portal?
It needs to support four stages that look different from a life coach's or a personal trainer's. Holistic clients come for whole-person change (sleep, stress, food, movement, relationships with their own body), so the portal must hold daily behaviour, not just session notes.
Attract: a calm website and an easy first step
Most holistic health coaches sell a discovery call, a free guide (a seasonal meal plan, a sleep wind-down checklist, a pantry swap list) or a low-cost workshop. The portal tool should either host the website and lead-magnet page itself or plug cleanly into one. Every extra tool at this stage is another login and another subscription.
Enroll: intake, agreement, payment in one go
Before the first session you need a health history and lifestyle intake, a coaching agreement that makes your scope clear, and payment for a package or a monthly plan. Holistic intakes tend to be long: current diet, sleep, stress, digestion, energy, medications the client chooses to disclose, and goals in their own words. Our roundup of intake form software for holistic health coaches goes deeper on question design.
Deliver: daily habits between calls
This is where most portals fall short. A 12-week whole-food reset, a sleep and stress program or a midlife energy program depends on what happens on Tuesday at 7am: a habit to tick, a morning check-in on energy and mood, a recipe, a short lesson, a message from you. The portal should show the client what to do today and show you who is drifting.
Retain: community, renewals and the next program
Holistic clients often stay for a second or third phase: maintenance coaching, a seasonal group reset, a membership. Retention needs a community space, a simple way to sell the next offer, and email that keeps alumni warm.
Where coaching ends and clinical care begins
A holistic health coach supports behaviour change; coaching is not medical treatment, nutrition therapy or diagnosis. Do not diagnose, treat conditions or tell a client to change medication. Refer to a doctor, registered dietitian or mental health professional when a client reports chest pain, fainting, unexplained weight loss, signs of disordered eating, pregnancy with new symptoms, thoughts of self-harm, or wants to stop a prescribed medication. Your portal choice matters here too: Coachful is not HIPAA-certified and does not sign a BAA, so clinical records belong in a clinical system. If you are also a licensed clinician, read the Healthie and Practice Better sections closely. For credential questions, see holistic health coach certification programs compared.
Which client portal covers which stage of the journey?
Ranking criteria: one login for the whole client journey, between-session delivery (habits and check-ins), total stack cost, and setup effort, including whether someone will build it for you.

How did we rank these portals?
We read each vendor's pricing page and product documentation, plus what public reviewers report, and scored each tool against the four stages above. We did not run client programs inside each tool, so treat limits as documented, not tested. Prices for Coachful's competitors are as listed in October 2026 unless we note that we checked the pricing page in November 2026 (Kajabi, Healthie and Circle).
Weight went to the deliver stage, because that is where holistic coaching earns its results and where clients decide whether to renew. A tool that books calls beautifully but leaves daily habits to a separate app scored lower than one that keeps both under the same login. Cost was measured as the whole stack a coach would realistically need, not the sticker price of one tool.
1. Coachful: the whole holistic journey under one login

Coachful is a coaching platform where one subscription covers booking, payments, contracts, program delivery with habits and check-ins, courses, a community, a website with funnels and email, and an AI assistant. It is built for coaches who deliver programs rather than isolated sessions, and for coaches replacing four to six tools. For a holistic health coach, that means the 12-week reset, the intake, the agreement, the morning check-in and the alumni community all live in one place, and the client opens one branded app.
What your client sees each day
Clients land in a home inside the Coachful app carrying your branding. Programs run for as many weeks as you design, with weekly goals, daily tasks, habits, morning and evening check-ins, goals with progress bars and streaks. A client on week three of a sleep and stress program might see today's tasks (lights out by 10:30, ten minutes of breathing, no caffeine after noon), tick a habit, answer a two-question evening check-in on energy and mood, and open the week's lesson.

For food-focused coaching, the Fitness & Nutrition pack adds nutrition targets up to calories and macros, meal plans, recipes, food lookup and barcode scanning, private progress photos and measurements, and weekly check-ins. Holistic coaches who avoid calorie counting can keep targets simple and lean on recipes and habits instead. The Fitness & Nutrition page lists what the pack includes.
The check-in engine behind it
Check-ins are set up as coaching flows: a welcome flow for new clients, daily morning and evening check-ins, weekly reviews and longer journeys. You write the questions once (sleep quality, digestion comfort, stress from 1 to 10, one win today) and every enrolled client gets them on schedule.

Here is a short walkthrough of how check-ins are built and what clients answer:
Enrollment without the paperwork chase
Booking pages handle availability rules, buffers, minimum notice and time-zone detection, with two-way Google, Apple/iCloud and Outlook sync and built-in video or auto-created Zoom, Meet or Teams links. Intake questions can be asked at booking, so the health and lifestyle history arrives before the discovery call. Coaching agreements with e-signature go out before the first session and stay on the client record, which is where your scope statement belongs (more on that in our coaching contracts page).

Payments run through your own Stripe Connect or Razorpay account: one-time packages, subscriptions, payment plans, coupons, refunds, Apple Pay and Google Pay. Coachful charges a 0% platform fee (since August 2026), so only the processor's fee applies. Reminders go by email, plus SMS 24 hours before and WhatsApp one hour before once messaging is enabled.
Seeing who is drifting
Each client record gathers goals, check-ins, habits, notes, intake answers, tags, payments and sessions, with a status of thriving, active, quiet or at risk. Michelle, the built-in AI assistant, briefs you before sessions from that live data, drafts emails and can build a program outline from your notes. Questions and planning are included in your Coachful membership; confirmed builds use AI credits. The AI Coach lets selected clients chat with an AI version of you between sessions, configured by you, which suits the "is oat milk fine for my plan?" type of question that otherwise lands in your DMs at 9pm.

Retention and growth
The community feed, group chat, direct messages and video events give alumni somewhere to stay. Enrolling clients in a group program creates a cohort group automatically, which suits a seasonal reset run four times a year. Courses with drip, downloads and bundles let you sell a self-paced gut-friendly cooking course to people who are not ready for one-to-one work. The website builder, funnels, email sequences and the social planner handle the attract stage without another tool. Current plans: (Lite: $29/month for up to 5 clients; Solo: $49/month for up to 20 clients; Pro: $99/month with unlimited clients; Studio: $199/month with unlimited clients).
Why Coachful stands out: a free white-glove service. From Create > We'll build it for you, you describe what you need (a website, a lead-magnet funnel, a 12-week program outline, an email sequence, an intake form) and attach up to 8 reference links and up to 10 files such as your logo, photos and existing copy. The Coachful team builds it inside your own account, usually within about 24 hours. Nothing gets invented: no fake credentials, testimonials or prices, and gaps are left for you to fill. One recent build: a menopause and midlife health coach starting from nothing got a five-page site in sage and cream with every button leading to a 20-minute consultation. It does not cover filming videos, logo design or running ads. Read more about the white-glove build service.

What Coachful does not do
Coachful is not HIPAA-certified and does not sign a BAA, so it is not for clinical charting or insurance billing. There is no PayPal, no permanent free plan, and no Garmin, Fitbit, Whoop or Oura sync. The client app ships under the Coachful listing with your branding, not under your own App Store account. To start, open a free trial and request the white-glove build on day one. Holistic and wellness specifics are on the Coachful for health coaches page.
2. Kajabi: a course-first portal with a big price floor
Kajabi suits holistic health coaches whose business is mainly digital products: a self-paced anti-inflammatory cooking course, a membership of seasonal recipes, a cohort program run twice a year. Its pricing page (checked November 2026) lists courses, cohorts, community, a website, email and a customer app.
Plans and what they hold
Basic is $179 a month ($143 a month billed annually) with 5 products, 2,500 contacts, 1 website, 1 community and 2 admin users. Growth is $249 a month ($199 annual) with 50 products and 25,000 contacts, and Pro is $499 a month ($399 annual). Kajabi Payments card rates for US entities run from 2.9% + $0.30 on Basic down to 2.7% + $0.30 on Pro. Extra contacts come in blocks of 25,000 for $125 a month.
Gaps for one-to-one holistic work
The pricing page does not list daily habit tracking, morning and evening check-ins, nutrition targets or coaching agreements. For a coach whose clients need a daily nudge, that means a second tool for delivery, and Kajabi's entry price is already high for a practice of 10 or 15 clients. If most of your revenue comes from one-to-one packages, you are paying for marketing power you may not use.
Pick it over Coachful if your holistic business is mostly self-paced courses and a large email list, you sell to thousands of buyers rather than dozens of clients, and you are happy to run one-to-one habit coaching elsewhere.
3. Healthie: when your practice includes licensed clinical work
Healthie is built for clinicians: dietitians, functional medicine practices and integrative providers who need charting, telehealth and insurance-adjacent tools. For a holistic health coach who is also a licensed nutrition professional or nurse, that clinical side can matter more than marketing features.
Price ladder (checked November 2026)
Core is $19.99 a month ($18 annual) for 10 active clients, with scheduling, payment processing, charting, telehealth, a client portal and iOS and Android apps. Essentials is $49.99 a month ($45 annual) for 250 active clients and adds custom form building and group messaging. Plus is $129.99 a month ($115 annual) with unlimited clients, group telehealth and online programs. Group starts at $149.99 a month, with extra clinicians at $50 a month each. Stripe payments carry a 2.9% + $0.30 fee, and a free trial needs no card.
What it means for a coach
Healthie lists HIPAA-compliant Zoom and a Fullscript integration for supplements and labs, plus ClaimMD for claims. Those are clinical tools; a coach without a license should not use supplement dispensing or lab ordering as part of coaching. Online programs, the feature closest to a habit-based reset, sit on Plus. There is no website builder, funnel or course storefront on the pricing page, so the attract stage needs other tools.
Pick it over Coachful if you hold a clinical license, need HIPAA-compliant records and charting, or bill insurance alongside your coaching.
4. Quenza: worksheets and programs, nothing on the money side

Quenza is a client-engagement tool used by coaches and therapists. You build activities, worksheets and multi-step programs, then send them to clients through its app and chat. A holistic coach might build a seven-day food and mood journal, a stress inventory or a values exercise for a burnout client.
As listed in October 2026, Spark is $25 a month ($20 annual) for 1 professional and 10 clients, Growth is $50 a month ($40 annual) for 250 clients, Impact is $125 a month for 400 clients, and Collective is $160 a month for up to 3 professionals and 500 clients. There is a 30-day trial with no card.
The limits are significant for a solo practice. Quenza has no client payment processing today (invoicing and digital products are marked as planned), and its older profile notes no scheduling or video calls. That leaves enrollment, booking, agreements and your website to other tools. It does the deliver stage well and very little else.
Pick it over Coachful if you already have booking and payments sorted, you only want a structured worksheet and journaling tool, and keeping costs low at under 10 clients matters most.
5. Practice Better: the wellness practice manager

Practice Better is practice management software for nutrition and wellness practitioners: scheduling, telehealth, charting, billing, programs and a client portal. Many holistic nutrition practitioners start here because of the free tier and the clinical-style notes.
As listed in October 2026: Sprout is $0 for 3 clients; Starter is $35 a month ($25 annual) for 10 clients; Professional is $69 a month ($59 annual) for 300 clients; Plus is $99 a month ($89 annual) for unlimited clients; Team is $155 a month with 2 practitioners. Payments run through Practice Better Payments powered by Stripe. Trustpilot showed 3.8 from 87 reviews in October 2026.
The catch for a growing coach is where features sit. Evergreen programs, portal branding, custom URL and SMS start on Plus, so a holistic coach running an always-open reset pays $99 a month even with 20 clients. Its profile (September 2026) notes no website builder or funnel pages, so the attract stage lives elsewhere. Only one practitioner per account below Team. For a full list of swaps, see our Practice Better alternatives for holistic health coaches.
Pick it over Coachful if you want charting-style session notes, telehealth inside a wellness practice tool, and a free tier while you have three clients or fewer.
6. Paperbell: tidy admin, light on daily delivery

Paperbell is an all-in-one admin tool for solo coaches: booking, packages, payments, contracts, a client portal and a simple website. For a holistic coach who sells three-month packages of fortnightly calls and nothing more, it removes a lot of friction.
There is one plan, listed in October 2026 at $97 a month ($80.83 a month annually), covering unlimited clients, sessions, files and packages. Paperbell says there are no additional transaction fees, and processor fees from Stripe or PayPal apply. A 30-day money-back guarantee applies; its help center describes a 7-day trial with the public site offline.
The gap is the deliver stage. Its profile notes no courses, no community and no goal or habit tracking, and no native mobile app. A client on a whole-food reset gets their booking and their files, but nothing that asks how today went. Our list of Paperbell alternatives for holistic health coaches covers that trade-off in detail.
Pick it over Coachful if you only sell session packages, want PayPal at checkout, and do not need habits, check-ins or a community.
7. CoachAccountable: deep accountability, priced per head

CoachAccountable is a coaching back office with sessions, action plans, metrics, worksheets, courses, invoicing and agreements. Its metrics feature lets a client log numbers such as hours slept or glasses of water, which fits holistic habit work better than most admin tools.
Pricing scales with active clients, as listed in October 2026: Starter $20 a month for 2, Level 1 $40 for 5, Level 2 $70 for 10, Level 3 $120 for 20, Level 4 $250 for 50 and Level 5 $400 for 100. A 30-day trial needs no card. Trustpilot showed 4.8 from 47 reviews in October 2026.
Per-client pricing gets expensive the moment you run a group reset with 30 people. Its older profile notes no native mobile app and no website, landing pages or marketing automation, and CoachAccountable states it is not HIPAA compliant. The interface is functional rather than calm, which some wellness clients notice.
Pick it over Coachful if you run a small one-to-one roster, want granular metric tracking and action plans, and do not need a website or community from the same tool.
8. Circle: a community home for alumni and cohorts
Circle is a community platform that also hosts courses, live events and a website. For a holistic coach, it shines at the retain stage: a members' space for a seasonal reset cohort, monthly live Q&As and a recipe library.
Listed prices (November 2026 check)
Professional is $89 a month, Business $199 and Scale $419, with prices shown on annual billing in USD. Professional includes unlimited members, community, courses, live events, a website, member directory, custom domain and iOS, Android and desktop apps. Email marketing is an add-on charged on top of the community plan (from $99 a month for 10,000 contacts), and branded email notifications cost $40 a month on Professional. A 14-day trial needs no card.
Why it ranks eighth here
The pricing page does not list session booking, coaching agreements, daily habit tracking or check-ins. A coach using Circle still needs a booking and agreements tool and a way to run daily accountability. Paired with Paperbell or Practice Better it works, but you are now paying for two or three tools. Our roundup of community platforms for holistic health coaches compares Circle with other options.
Pick it over Coachful if your main offer is a large paid community or membership with hundreds of members and one-to-one coaching is a small add-on.
9. HoneyBook: a service-business CRM, not a coaching portal

HoneyBook is a client-management CRM for service businesses: proposals, contracts, invoices, a scheduler and a client portal. Some holistic coaches use it because they came from wedding, photography or wellness-retreat work where it is common.
As listed in October 2026, Starter is $29 a month billed annually (monthly price not shown), Essentials is $59 a month ($49 annual) and Premium is $129 a month ($109 annual). The scheduler and automations start on Essentials. HoneyBook is the payment processor, and its pricing page shows conflicting card rates (2.7% + 10¢ in the FAQ, 2.9% + 25¢ in the plan comparison). A 30-day trial needs no card.
There are no programs, courses, habits, check-ins or community. For a holistic coach, HoneyBook handles the enroll stage polish (a branded proposal for a six-month package) and nothing after it.
Pick it over Coachful if you also run retreats or events where proposals and multi-party contracts matter more than daily client delivery.
10. Dubsado: workflows for paperwork, then hand-off

Dubsado is a client workflow CRM: forms, contracts, invoices, a scheduler and automated workflows. A holistic coach can build a sequence where a booked call triggers the intake form, then the agreement, then the invoice.
As listed in October 2026, Starter is $35 a month ($27.92 annual) with one active lead-capture form and no scheduler or automations; Premier is $55 a month ($43.75 annual) with unlimited lead forms. A 21-day trial with full Premier access needs no card. Dubsado says it does not include website building and is not an email marketing platform, and its mobile app is a companion to the desktop web app.
No courses, community, habits or check-ins means your clients' daily experience lives somewhere else entirely. It is a strong back office and a weak client portal for this niche.
Pick it over Coachful if you want granular, rule-based paperwork automation and are happy to deliver coaching content through a separate app.
What do these portals cost at 5, 15 and 40 clients?
The cheapest plan that covers each client count, monthly billing where listed. These are portal costs only; processor fees and any extra tools come on top.
| Tool | 5 clients | 15 clients | 40 clients | Notes |
|---|---|---|---|---|
| Coachful | Lite: $29/month for up to 5 clients | Solo: $49/month for up to 20 clients | Pro: $99/month with unlimited clients | Website, email, community and programs included; 0% platform fee |
| Kajabi | $179 | $179 | $179 | Basic: 5 products, 2,500 contacts |
| Healthie | $19.99 | $49.99 | $49.99 | Online programs need Plus at $129.99 |
| Quenza | $25 | $50 | $50 | No payments or scheduling |
| Practice Better | $35 | $69 | $69 | Evergreen programs and branding need Plus at $99 |
| Paperbell | $97 | $97 | $97 | No habits, courses or community |
| CoachAccountable | $40 | $120 | $250 | Priced per active client |
| Circle | $89 | $89 | $89 | Annual billing; no booking listed |
| HoneyBook | $59 | $59 | $59 | Essentials, the first plan with the scheduler |
| Dubsado | $55 | $55 | $55 | Premier, the plan with the scheduler |
A single price tells you little on its own. Healthie at 15 clients looks cheap until you add a website, an email tool and a community; Kajabi looks expensive until you remember it includes all three. That is why the next section prices whole stacks.
All-in-one or assembled: which stack should you run?
Most holistic coaches end up with one of three set-ups. Here is what each costs at 15 clients, using only prices the vendors list.
| Stack | Tools | Monthly cost at 15 clients | Logins for the client | What is still missing |
|---|---|---|---|---|
| Coachful | One platform: site, booking, agreements, payments, programs, check-ins, community, email | Solo: $49/month for up to 20 clients | 1 | Clinical charting (not HIPAA-certified) |
| Practice manager plus community | Practice Better Plus + Circle Professional | $99 + $89 = $188, before a website and email tool | 2 | Website, funnels, email marketing |
| Admin plus engagement | Paperbell + Quenza Growth | $97 + $50 = $147 | 2 | Community, courses, email marketing |
| Course platform plus booking | Kajabi Basic + Dubsado Premier | $179 + $55 = $234 | 2 | Daily habits and check-ins |
| Clinical plus community | Healthie Plus + Circle Professional | $129.99 + $89 = $218.99 | 2 | Website builder, email marketing |
The hidden cost of an assembled stack is not just the subscriptions. Every handoff (booking in one tool, the program in another, the community in a third) is a place where a client gets a second password reset email and quietly stops logging in. If your results depend on daily engagement, fewer logins usually means better adherence. For more on that side, see our guide to client accountability portals for health coaches.

How does a holistic health coach set this up in Coachful, step by step?
Take an example coach: Maya (illustrative) runs a 12-week "Rebalance" program covering sleep, stress, whole-food eating and gentle movement, plus a monthly group call and a free seven-day morning routine guide. Here is how that practice maps onto Coachful.
- Request the build. Maya opens Create > We'll build it for you, attaches her logo, three photos and her old program PDF, and asks for a website, a lead-magnet funnel for the seven-day guide and a 12-week program outline.
- Choose a calm homepage. The team starts from a wellness template such as Sanctuary and connects every button to the discovery call.
- Set up booking. A 30-minute discovery call with buffers and minimum notice, and intake questions on sleep, stress, digestion, energy and goals.
- Write the agreement. A coaching agreement with a clear scope paragraph (coaching, not diagnosis or treatment; the client keeps their doctor informed), sent for e-signature before the first session.
- Create the offer. Rebalance as a one-time payment or a three-part payment plan through her Stripe account, with Apple Pay and Google Pay.
- Build the weekly rhythm. Each week gets a goal (week 1: a consistent wake time), daily tasks, two or three habits, and a short lesson or recipe.
- Add check-ins. A morning check-in (sleep quality, energy 1 to 10) and an evening check-in (stress, one win, digestion comfort).
- Turn on the community. Enrolling in the group version creates a cohort group automatically; the monthly call runs as a video event.
- Write the email sequence. The guide funnel feeds a five-email sequence ending in a discovery-call invitation.
- Review weekly. Every Friday, Maya checks who is marked quiet or at risk and messages them before Monday's slump.

The point of the example is the shape, not the specifics: one place to build, one app for the client, and a weekly review that runs off real check-in data.
How do you move clients to a new portal without losing them?
Move in a quiet week, move everyone at once, and give clients one clear instruction. Switching portals mid-program is where holistic coaches lose momentum, so plan it.
- Export first. Pull client lists, notes, intake answers and program content from your old tool before you cancel. Check each vendor's export options; some only export CSV rosters.
- Keep clinical records where they belong. If you hold health records in a HIPAA-compliant system such as Healthie or Practice Better, keep them there. Move coaching content and habits, not charts.
- Start new clients in the new portal. Let current clients finish their phase in the old tool if they are near the end; enroll everyone new in the new one.
- Send one welcome message. Tell clients what to download, how to log in and what they will see today. A short screen recording helps.
- Re-sign agreements. New portal, new agreement: send it through the new tool so it sits on the client record.
- Move payments last. Subscriptions tied to an old processor account need care; talk to your processor before switching recurring billing.
On Coachful, clients, programs and content are imported for you during onboarding, and you can export everything later as a ZIP (roster, notes, check-ins, goals, habits, sessions and form responses), so you are never locked in.
What mistakes do holistic coaches make when choosing a portal?
- Buying a clinical tool for non-clinical work. Charting, superbills and supplement dispensing add cost and scope risk if you are not licensed.
- Buying a booking tool and calling it a portal. If the client only logs in to reschedule, you have a calendar, not a portal.
- Ignoring per-client pricing. A group reset of 30 people can triple your bill on per-head tools.
- Skipping the scope paragraph. Put it in the agreement and the intake, not just on your website.
- Overbuilding check-ins. Two or three questions a day get answered; ten do not.
Which client portal should a holistic health coach choose?
Choose Coachful if you deliver programs and want one login for you and one branded app for clients that covers the whole journey, from the first website visit to the third renewal. It is the strongest fit for the deliver stage, where daily habits and check-ins decide results, and the free white-glove build removes most of the setup work.
Choose Healthie or Practice Better if you hold a clinical license and need charting and HIPAA-compliant records. Choose Kajabi or Circle if your business is mainly courses or a large community. Choose Paperbell, HoneyBook or Dubsado if you only need tidy enrollment paperwork. Choose Quenza or CoachAccountable if you want a focused engagement or accountability tool and have the rest of your stack sorted. Nutrition-heavy coaches can also compare our list of client portals for nutrition coaches, and coaches who want their own branding front and centre can read the white-label client portal buying guide.
Frequently asked questions
What is a client portal for a holistic health coach?
It is the private space where your client sees their program, habits, check-ins, sessions, documents and messages, and where you see their progress. For holistic coaching, the daily side (habits and check-ins) matters as much as booking. A good portal also holds intake answers and the signed agreement.
Is Coachful HIPAA-compliant?
No. Coachful is not HIPAA-certified and does not sign a BAA. It is built for coaching, not clinical record-keeping or insurance billing, so licensed clinicians should keep medical records in a clinical system.
What is Coachful's white-glove build service?
It is a free service on every plan: you describe what you want built (a website, funnel, program, course outline, email sequence or form) and attach references, and the Coachful team builds it in your account, usually within about 24 hours. It does not include filming videos, logo design or running ads.
Can I run group resets and one-to-one clients in the same portal?
Yes, on platforms that support both. In Coachful, a group program creates a cohort group automatically on enrollment, while one-to-one clients get their own program and sessions under the same login.
Do I need nutrition tracking in my client portal?
Only if your coaching includes food goals. Many holistic coaches prefer habits, recipes and simple targets over calorie counting. Coachful's Fitness & Nutrition pack adds nutrition targets up to calories and macros, meal plans and recipes, so you can keep targets as simple as your coaching style needs.
Which client portal is cheapest for a new holistic coach?
Practice Better's Sprout tier is $0 for 3 clients and Healthie Core is $19.99 a month for 10, as listed. Both leave the website, email and community to other tools, so compare the whole stack before deciding.
Can clients use the portal on their phone?
Coachful clients use your branded experience inside the Coachful app. Healthie and Circle list iOS and Android apps; Paperbell and CoachAccountable rely on mobile browsers, according to their profiles.
Should my coaching agreement mention scope of practice?
Yes. State that coaching is not diagnosis, treatment or a substitute for medical care, and that the client should consult their doctor before major changes. Have a local lawyer review the wording, since rules vary by state and country.
Can I take PayPal through my client portal?
Coachful does not support PayPal; payments run through your own Stripe or Razorpay account. Paperbell lists PayPal alongside Stripe.
How long does it take to set up a holistic coaching portal?
It depends on how much you build yourself. With Coachful's white-glove service, a site, funnel or program is usually built within about 24 hours of your request; you then add your own videos and review the copy.
Coachful is a coaching platform for coaches who deliver programs: one login for booking, agreements, payments, habits, check-ins, courses, community and your website. It does not handle clinical records or PayPal. Start with a free trial and ask the team to build your site or program for you. Compare more options on the coaching client app page.
