The 10 Best Course Platforms for Mindfulness Coaches, Compared

The best course platforms for mindfulness coaches do more than host an eight-week video series. A mindfulness course only works if people actually sit down to practice between lessons, so the platform has to carry guided audio, a daily practice prompt, live group sits and a simple way to keep people going after week eight. When you compare tools, the real question is this: will your students practice in the same place where they learn, or will they need three apps and a calendar reminder to do it?
Our pick is Coachful. It puts the course, the daily meditation habit, morning and evening check-ins, live group sessions, booking, payments and a community behind one login, inside a client app that carries your branding. We make Coachful, so read the ranking with that in mind. We have kept the other nine entries factual, priced as each vendor lists them in October 2026, and each one ends with the case for picking it instead.
If you teach a wider wellness mix, our course platforms for wellness coaches guide covers that ground. This one stays with mindfulness: guided practice, cohort courses, retreats online and the quiet follow-through that keeps a practice alive.
What does a mindfulness coach's client journey look like?
It runs in four stages: attract, enroll, deliver and retain. Most course platforms are strong at one or two of them, and mindfulness coaches feel the gaps most in delivery and retention, because a practice either becomes daily or it fades.
Attract: a free practice people can try tonight
Mindfulness sells through experience, not argument. The usual way in is a free 10-minute guided meditation, a five-day "calm mornings" email series, or a short live sit on a weeknight. That needs a landing page, an email list with an automated sequence, and somewhere to host the audio. If you grow on Instagram, it also helps when a comment like "BREATHE" sends the free practice by DM. Our guide on platforms to get clients for mindfulness coaches goes deeper on this stage.
Enroll: checkout, a short intake and clear scope
Enrollment for a mindfulness program is usually one of three offers: a self-paced course, a cohort course with weekly live sits (the eight-week shape popularized by mindfulness-based stress reduction, which Jon Kabat-Zinn developed at the University of Massachusetts Medical School, according to Wikipedia's summary of MBSR), or 1:1 coaching with a practice plan. You need checkout with payment plans, a few intake questions (current practice, what they hope for, anything you should know before guiding them), and a coaching agreement that says what you do and do not do.
Deliver: lessons plus daily practice
This is where course platforms split. A lesson library alone is not enough. A mindfulness student needs a guided audio for today, a reminder to sit, a place to note how it went, and a live session each week where they can ask questions. The coach needs to see who practiced and who went quiet. Video hosting, drip release and completion tracking are table stakes; daily habits and check-ins are not, and most course tools do not have them.
Retain: from course graduate to ongoing practitioner
The end of an eight-week course is the moment most students drop their practice. The offers that keep people are a monthly membership with live sits, a community, a habit streak they do not want to break, and the next course or retreat. Retention needs community, recurring billing, and some way to notice when a graduate stops showing up.
Scope: where mindfulness coaching stops
Mindfulness coaching is not therapy or medical treatment. The U.S. National Center for Complementary and Integrative Health notes that meditation and mindfulness practices are generally considered low risk, but that few studies have looked at possible harms and some people report negative experiences such as increased anxiety (NCCIH, Meditation and Mindfulness: Effectiveness and Safety). Put a scope line in your agreement and intake, and refer a client to a licensed mental health professional or their doctor when they describe trauma symptoms that practice brings up, panic, persistent low mood, a psychiatric diagnosis they are being treated for, or thoughts of self-harm. In the U.S., anyone in crisis can call or text 988, the 988 Suicide & Crisis Lifeline. Keep clinical records in a clinical system; none of the course tools below, Coachful included, is a medical records system.

Which platform covers which stage of the journey?
Coachful is the only tool in this list that covers all four stages and also tracks daily practice. The table below shows where each platform is documented to be strong and where you would need another tool, based on vendor pages and our notes as of October 2026.

How did we rank these course platforms?
We ranked for the way a mindfulness practice is actually taught, not for raw course features. Every course tool here can host video. Fewer can tell you that a student skipped four mornings in a row.
- One login for the whole journey. Can a student find the course, today's practice, the live sit link and the community in one place?
- Between-session delivery. Does the platform support daily habits, check-ins and reminders, or only lessons?
- Total stack cost. What do you pay once booking, e-signatures, email and community are added?
- Setup effort. How long until a working course, sales page and practice routine are live? A free done-for-you build counts here.
We did not test these tools hands-on for this article. Features and prices come from vendor pages and documentation as listed in October 2026, plus what public reviewers report.
Ranking criteria: one login for the whole client journey, between-session practice delivery, total stack cost, and setup effort (including a free white-glove build).

1. Coachful: where the course and the daily sit live together

Coachful is a coaching platform that treats a mindfulness course as a program people live inside, not a folder of videos. One subscription covers the course, the daily practice, booking, payments, agreements, community, your website, funnels and email, with one login for you and one branded app for your students.
Building the course and the practice side by side
The course builder handles modules, lessons, drip release and completion tracking, so an eight-week course can open one week at a time. Next to lessons you can add audio, videos, downloads, books, AI tools and events, and bundle them. For a mindfulness coach that means the body scan audio, the week-three reading and the Thursday live sit all sit in the student's home in the app, under your branding.
What course tools usually leave out is the practice itself. In Coachful a program can carry weekly goals, daily tasks and habits with streaks, plus morning and evening check-ins. A "10-minute sit" habit with a morning check-in ("How rested do you feel?") and an evening one ("What did you notice today?") turns a lecture series into a practice. If you are starting from nothing, there are more than 40 program templates and 48 course templates with quizzes to adapt.

Here is a short walkthrough of how check-ins are set up:
Cohorts, live sits and 1:1 sessions
When someone enrolls in a cohort program, Coachful creates the cohort group automatically, with a group chat. You can run group calls and webinars on built-in video or with auto-created Zoom, Meet or Teams links, and add a community feed with direct messages and video events for graduates. Booking pages handle 1:1 sessions with availability rules, buffers, minimum notice and time-zone detection, two-way Google, Apple/iCloud and Outlook sync, and reminders by email, plus SMS and WhatsApp once messaging is enabled. Session credits suit a "course plus three private sessions" package.

Seeing who has stopped practicing
Each client record holds goals, check-ins, habits, notes, intake answers, tags, payments and sessions, and gives the client a status of thriving, active, quiet or at risk. For a mindfulness cohort, "quiet" is the useful signal: the student who stopped checking in in week four is the one to message. Michelle, the built-in AI assistant, works from that live data. She can brief you before a session, draft the week-five email, summarize a recorded session or help build a program. Questions and planning are included in your Coachful membership; confirmed builds and changes use AI credits. You can also set up an AI Coach, an AI version of you that selected clients can chat with between sessions, which you configure.
Selling it
Payments run through your own Stripe Connect or Razorpay account: one-time, subscriptions for a monthly sitting group, payment plans for a longer course, coupons, order bumps, Apple Pay and Google Pay. Coachful takes a 0% platform fee; you pay only Stripe or Razorpay processing. Agreements with e-signature go out before the first call. The website builder includes a blog, custom domain and 30 designed homepage templates, and funnels cover lead magnets, applications, booking and checkout. Email sequences can deliver a five-day free meditation series, and Instagram automations can send the free practice by DM when someone comments a keyword. Current plans: Lite: $29/month for up to 5 clients; Solo: $49/month for up to 20 clients; Pro: $99/month with unlimited clients; Studio: $199/month with unlimited clients.
Why Coachful stands out: a free white-glove service. From Create, "We'll build it for you · FREE", you describe what you want, add up to 8 reference links and up to 10 files, and the Coachful team builds it inside your account, usually within about 24 hours. For a mindfulness coach that might be the eight-week course outline and written material, the sales page, the free-meditation funnel and the welcome email sequence. Nothing is invented: no fake credentials, testimonials or prices, and gaps are left for you to fill. A somatic coach leaving Kajabi, for example, had their homepage and About page rebuilt and the contact form connected. The service does not record your guided audio or videos, design logos or run ads. Read more in how the free white-glove service works.

Where Coachful falls short
Coachful is not HIPAA-certified and offers no BAA, so it is not the place for clinical notes. There is no PayPal and no permanent free plan, though there is a free trial. The client app ships under the Coachful listing with your branding, not in your own App Store account. It does not sync with Oura, Garmin, Fitbit or Whoop, and Apple Health sync is not publicly available, so heart-rate or sleep data from wearables stays in those apps. It is not a course marketplace, so it will not bring you students on its own. On Trustpilot it shows 4.5 from 21 reviews.
Who it is for: mindfulness coaches who teach a course and want students practicing daily in the same app, with live sits, 1:1 sessions and a graduate community. See also Coachful as an online course platform and group coaching software.
2. Kajabi: is it worth it for a large meditation catalog?
Kajabi suits a mindfulness teacher with a big audience and many products: a library of guided series, a membership and a podcast. It is a course, community, website, funnel and email platform for knowledge products, and it is mature at that.

For a mindfulness business, Kajabi's strengths are the catalog and the marketing. You can build a membership with monthly practice themes, sell a flagship eight-week course, and run email campaigns from the same account. The limits show when you try to coach individuals. Kajabi treats coaching as products and communities, not per-client plans, and it has no habit tracking or daily client check-ins, so "did they sit this morning?" is not something it can answer.
Pricing, as listed in October 2026: Basic $179/month ($143/month annual) with 5 products, 2,500 contacts, 1 community and 0 AI credits; Growth $249/month ($199/month annual) with 50 products, 25,000 contacts and 500 AI credits; Pro $499/month ($399/month annual). Kajabi Payments in the U.S. costs 2.9% + $0.30 on Basic. If you use another processor (other than PayPal), Kajabi adds 2% on Basic, 1% on Growth or 0.5% on Pro on top of the provider's fees. The trial is 14 days, and some features such as bulk contact import stay locked until you pay. Trustpilot showed 3.4 from 2,347 reviews in October 2026.
The 5-product cap on Basic matters more than it sounds for mindfulness coaches: a free meditation, a starter course, an eight-week course, a membership and a retreat replay already use all five.
Pick it over Coachful if your business is mostly selling many self-paced products to a large email list and you do not need daily practice tracking or 1:1 client records.
3. Podia: the plain storefront option
Podia is a straightforward storefront for courses, downloads, webinars, coaching sessions and a community. For a mindfulness coach selling a few offers, it is one of the easiest tools to set up.

A typical Podia setup for this niche would be a free guided meditation as a download, a self-paced course, a paid webinar for a seasonal workshop and a community space for graduates. What Podia lacks is the practice layer: no client habits, check-ins or per-client plans, and our older profile notes no mobile app and no native video calls, so your live sits run on another tool.
As listed in October 2026: Mover $49/month ($42/month annual) with 50 products and 100 email subscribers included; Shaker $99/month ($84/month annual) with 150 products and 500 email subscribers; Earthquaker $179/month ($150/month annual) with unlimited products and 1,000 email subscribers. Mover charges a 5% Podia fee on sales; Shaker and Earthquaker charge 0%, with Stripe or PayPal processing on top. The trial is 14 days with no card required. Trustpilot showed 4.1 from 153 reviews.
The email allowances are the catch for mindfulness coaches, who often grow through a free meditation series. A free practice that brings in 600 subscribers already passes the Shaker allowance.
Pick it over Coachful if you want the simplest possible shop for a handful of products, accept PayPal, and run your live sits and practice tracking somewhere else.
4. LearnWorlds: when the course itself is the product
LearnWorlds is a learning platform with a website builder, funnels, SCORM support and interactive video. It suits a mindfulness teacher building a structured, assessment-heavy course, for example a teacher-training track or a workplace mindfulness program sold to employers.

Interactive video lets you pause a lesson for a reflection question, which fits mindfulness teaching well. LearnWorlds is not built for 1:1 client management, habits or check-ins, so daily practice and private sessions need another system.
As listed in October 2026: Starter $29/month ($24/month annual) with 1 admin and 1,000 active learners per month, plus a $5 fee per paid enrollment; Pro Trainer $99/month ($79/month annual) with 5 admins, 2,000 active learners, 15 page funnels and 2,000 mass emails per month, and no LearnWorlds sales fee; Learning Center $299/month ($249/month annual). Stripe or PayPal fees of 2.9% + $0.30 apply. A branded mobile app is a separately priced add-on. The free trial runs 30 days, and LearnWorlds pages say no card is required. Trustpilot showed 4.8 from 423 reviews.
On Starter, a $97 course sale costs you $5 to LearnWorlds before processing. At 20 sales a month that is $100 in fees, which is the point where Pro Trainer pays for itself (an example calculation, not a forecast).
Pick it over Coachful if you are building a formal course with quizzes, SCORM packages or certification for organizations, and coaching individuals is a small part of the work.
5. Practice Better: a practitioner's client file
Practice Better is practice management for wellness and nutrition practitioners: scheduling, telehealth video, charting, billing, programs and a client portal. Mindfulness coaches who come from a clinical or allied-health background often know it already.

Its strength for this niche is the 1:1 side: forms, note templates, secure messaging and booking in one place, with programs you can assign. The weaker side is everything before enrollment. Our older profile notes no website builder or funnel pages, so your free meditation, sales page and email list live elsewhere. Evergreen self-paced programs, portal branding and a custom URL only start on Plus.
As listed in October 2026: Sprout is free for 3 clients; Starter $35/month ($25/month annual) for 10 clients; Professional $69/month ($59/month annual) for 300 clients, adding group scheduling, fixed-date programs and payment plans; Plus $99/month ($89/month annual) for unlimited clients with evergreen programs and portal branding; Team $155/month ($145/month annual). Add-ons include an AI charting assistant from $10 per practitioner per month and SMS at 5 cents per text. The trial is 14 days on most paid plans. Trustpilot showed 3.8 from 87 reviews.
If your mindfulness work sits next to a licensed practice, the charting focus is a real advantage. If you are a coach first, you will pay for clinical tools you do not use and still need a separate place to sell.
Pick it over Coachful if you work alongside a licensed health practice and want charting-style notes, or you only need a free tool for your first three clients.
6. Paperbell: one price for 1:1 admin
Paperbell is admin software for solo coaches: booking, packages, payments, contracts, a client portal and a simple website, for one flat price. It is a good fit for a mindfulness coach whose business is mostly private sessions.

Paperbell lists online classes and digital downloads, so you can sell a recorded series. Our older profile notes no full course builder, no community and no goal or habit tracking, and no native mobile app, so students reach their material through the mobile browser. A daily sitting practice has nowhere to be logged.
As listed in October 2026, Paperbell has a single plan at $97/month, or $970 a year (about $80.83/month), with unlimited clients, sessions and packages, and no extra transaction fees beyond Stripe or PayPal processing. There are no add-ons. The pricing page has a "Try For Free" button but does not state the trial length, and there is a 30-day money-back guarantee. Trustpilot showed 3.5 from 14 reviews.
For a coach selling "six private sessions plus a guided audio pack", Paperbell is tidy and predictable. For a coach running an eight-week cohort with a graduate community, it covers only part of the job.
Pick it over Coachful if nearly all your work is 1:1, you want one flat price with PayPal, and you do not need courses, habits or a community.
7. Thinkific: built for student volume
Thinkific is a course platform with communities, memberships and webinar products, and generous student limits. It suits a mindfulness teacher with a large audience selling self-paced courses at scale.

Start allows up to 10,000 current students, which is far more than most coaches need. On the coaching side, our older profile notes no built-in 1:1 scheduling, so private sessions rely on an external booking link, and there are no client habits, daily check-ins or per-client plans. A branded mobile app is a $199/month add-on.
As listed in October 2026: Start $109/month ($82/month annual) with 2 admins, 1 community and 5 live community events; Grow $219/month ($164/month annual); Expand $499/month ($374/month annual). Prices rose about 10% on August 13, 2026. Thinkific charges 0% transaction fees with Thinkific Payments; third-party gateways carry an extra fee that the page does not list. The trial is 30 days. Trustpilot showed 1.8 from 868 reviews in October 2026, the lowest score in this list.
Pick it over Coachful if you sell self-paced courses to thousands of students, need group sizes and bandwidth at that scale, and keep 1:1 coaching out of the platform.
8. Teachable: low cost to start, fees to watch
Teachable is a course and digital product platform with student mobile apps. It is a common first stop for mindfulness coaches putting a single recorded course online.

Students can follow lessons in Teachable's mobile apps, which helps with short daily audio. There is no native scheduling or calendar sync (our older profile notes coaching calls rely on Calendly or Zoom), and no habits, check-ins or per-client plans.
As listed in October 2026: Starter $39/month ($29/month annual) with 5 products and a 7.5% platform fee on sales; Builder $89/month ($69/month annual) with 10 products and 0% platform fee; Growth $189/month ($139/month annual) with 50 products and 5 admins. Teachable Payments processing for U.S. cards is 2.9% + 30 cents. Plan cards show a 7-day free trial plus a 30-day guarantee. Trustpilot showed 3.3 from 1,110 reviews.
The Starter fee adds up quickly: on $2,000 of course sales in a month, 7.5% is $150, more than the Builder upgrade (an illustrative figure).
Pick it over Coachful if you only need to host one or two recorded courses and do not run live sessions or track practice.
9. Systeme.io: free to begin
Systeme.io is a low-cost marketing suite with funnels, email, courses, a community, a blog and an affiliate program. Its free plan is genuinely usable for a mindfulness coach testing a first offer.

The free plan gives you 2,000 contacts, 3 funnels and 1 course, enough for a free meditation funnel and a starter course. Course and community features are basic, our older profile notes no branded mobile app, and there is no native 1:1 scheduling with client records, habits or check-ins.
As listed in October 2026: Free $0 (never expires, no card); Startup $17/month with 5,000 contacts and 5 courses; Webinar $47/month; Unlimited $97/month. All plans have 0% transaction fees. Trustpilot showed 4.9 from 8,696 reviews.
Pick it over Coachful if your budget is close to zero and you mainly need funnels and email to test whether a mindfulness offer sells.
10. Stan Store: selling from your bio link
Stan Store is a link-in-bio storefront for digital products, courses, memberships and paid calls. It fits a mindfulness coach who grows on Instagram or TikTok and sells small offers from a phone.

A guided meditation pack, a short course and a paid call can all sit on one page. There are no contracts, invoices or client records, no programs with tasks, habits or check-ins, and no team seats advertised.
As listed in October 2026: Creator $29/month ($25/month annual) and Creator Pro $99/month ($79/month annual), both with unlimited products and customers. Email marketing, upsells, discount codes and affiliates are only on Creator Pro. Stan takes 0% of sales; Stripe or PayPal processing applies. The trial is 14 days. Trustpilot showed 4.7 from 2,205 reviews.
Pick it over Coachful if you sell low-priced audio and mini-courses to a social following and do not deliver ongoing programs.
How do the features compare side by side?
This matrix narrows the comparison to what matters most for mindfulness delivery. "Not listed" means we found no mention in the vendor material in our notes, not that the feature is definitely absent.

What does each stack cost at 5, 15 and 40 clients?
Course platforms rarely price by client, so most rows stay flat; the difference is what you must add around them. The figures below are each vendor's monthly price as listed in October 2026, for the cheapest plan that runs a mindfulness offer without a sales fee where one applies. They exclude payment processing.
| Platform | 5 clients | 15 clients | 40 clients | What you still need to add |
|---|---|---|---|---|
| Coachful | Lite: $29/month for up to 5 clients | Solo: $49/month for up to 20 clients | Pro: $99/month with unlimited clients | Nothing for this journey |
| Kajabi (Basic) | $179 | $179 | $179 | Booking, e-signatures, practice tracking |
| Podia (Shaker) | $99 | $99 | $99 | Video calls, booking, e-signatures, practice tracking |
| LearnWorlds (Pro Trainer) | $99 | $99 | $99 | Booking, e-signatures, practice tracking |
| Practice Better | $35 (Starter) | $69 (Professional) | $69 (Professional) | Website, funnels, email marketing |
| Paperbell | $97 | $97 | $97 | Course builder, community, practice tracking |
| Thinkific (Start) | $109 | $109 | $109 | Booking, e-signatures, practice tracking |
| Teachable (Builder) | $89 | $89 | $89 | Booking, community, practice tracking |

| Stan Store (Creator Pro) | $99 | $99 | $99 | Agreements, client records, practice tracking |
Should you go all-in-one or assemble a stack?
For most mindfulness coaches, all-in-one wins because practice lives between lessons, and every extra app is another place a student forgets to open. Here are three common recipes with their listed monthly costs.
Recipe A: all-in-one
Coachful alone covers the course, daily habits and check-ins, cohort groups, live sits, 1:1 booking, agreements, website, funnels and email. Cost for 15 clients: Solo: $49/month for up to 20 clients. Add the free white-glove build and most of your setup work becomes writing the brief and recording your audio.
Recipe B: course tool plus practice-management tool
Podia Shaker ($99/month) for the course, free meditation and community, plus Practice Better Professional ($69/month) for booking, forms and 1:1 notes, comes to $168/month as listed in October 2026. You still have no daily habit tracking, and your students log in to two places. Live sits need a video tool on the Podia side.
Recipe C: big catalog plus 1:1 admin
Kajabi Basic ($179/month) plus Paperbell ($97/month) is $276/month as listed. You get a strong marketing engine and clean 1:1 admin, but two client records, two logins and the 5-product cap on Kajabi Basic.
Assembled stacks work when each tool does something you truly need that the others cannot. The hidden cost is the student who cannot remember which app has today's meditation.

How would a mindfulness coach set this up in Coachful?
Here is an example setup for an eight-week "Steady Mind" cohort course with a monthly sitting group afterward. The names and numbers are illustrative.
- Request the build. Open Create, choose "We'll build it for you", and describe the course outline, the sales page and a free five-day meditation funnel. Attach your logo, a photo and your existing lesson notes.
- Record your audio. While the team builds, record eight guided practices and a short welcome video. The white-glove service does not record media, so this part is yours.
- Shape the course. Set eight modules to drip weekly, one guided audio and one short reading per module, with completion tracking on.
- Add the practice layer. Attach a daily "sit for 10 minutes" habit, a morning check-in with one question about sleep and mood, and an evening check-in asking what the student noticed.
- Schedule the live sits. Create a weekly group call for the cohort; enrollment creates the cohort group and chat automatically.
- Set up checkout and agreement. Connect Stripe, add a payment plan, three intake questions and a coaching agreement with your scope line and referral wording.
- Launch the lead magnet. Connect Instagram and set an automation so a comment with "CALM" sends the free meditation funnel by DM; the email sequence takes it from there.
- Watch the quiet ones. In week three, filter clients by "quiet" and send a short personal note. Ask Michelle for a pre-session brief before any 1:1 call.
- Plan the next step. In week seven, open a monthly sitting-group subscription with a community space so graduates keep practicing together.
For pricing your course, start from the hours you deliver (eight live sits, any 1:1 calls, your prep time), the price of comparable local or online courses you can see, and what your audience already pays for classes. Our guides for mindset coaches and health coaches show how other coaches package similar programs.
How do you move an existing mindfulness course?
Migration is mostly about your media, your list and your students' progress. Plan it between cohorts, not in the middle of one.
- Keep your master files. Download your original audio and video recordings before you cancel anything. Re-uploading from your own files is cleaner than relying on a platform's export.
- Export the list and buyers. Export contacts, customers and active subscriptions to a spreadsheet from your current tool. Practice Better's per-client archive, for example, is emailed and kept for 48 hours, according to our older profile, so download it straight away.
- Move recurring billing carefully. Subscriptions on one processor rarely transfer automatically. Tell members the date the new billing starts and give them a simple re-subscribe link.
- Let Coachful do the import. During onboarding, clients, programs and content are imported for you, and the white-glove team can rebuild a sales page or site.
- Know you can leave. Coachful exports full client data as a ZIP (roster, notes, check-ins, goals, habits, sessions, form responses) and exports courses.
See our coach website builder page if your site is moving too, and the email marketing for coaches page for rebuilding sequences.
What mistakes do mindfulness coaches make when choosing a course platform?
- Buying for video hosting alone. Every tool here hosts video. The question is whether students practice between lessons.
- Ignoring sales fees. A 5% or 7.5% fee on entry plans quietly costs more than an upgrade once a cohort fills.
- Splitting the student across apps. Course in one tool, live sits in another, community in a third: retention suffers in week four.
- Skipping the scope line. Without written scope and referral wording, a student in distress has no clear path to the right professional.
- Keeping clinical notes in a coaching tool. If you are also a licensed clinician, keep clinical records in a HIPAA-compliant system.
- Forgetting the graduates. Plan the membership or next course before week eight, not after.
Which course platform should a mindfulness coach choose?
Choose Coachful if you want your course, daily practice, live sits, 1:1 sessions and graduate community under one login, with a free white-glove build to get started. Kajabi and Thinkific suit large self-paced catalogs; LearnWorlds suits formal, assessed courses; Practice Better and Paperbell suit coaches whose work is mostly 1:1; Teachable, Systeme.io and Stan Store are low-cost ways to sell a first recorded course.
Coachful in brief. Coachful is a coaching platform for coaches who deliver programs, not just sessions: booking, payments, agreements, courses, habits and check-ins, community, website, funnels, email and an AI assistant in one subscription, with a branded client app. It is not HIPAA-certified, has no PayPal and is not a course marketplace. To start, take a free trial and request the free white-glove build from Create. Frequently asked questions
What is the best course platform for mindfulness coaches?
Coachful is our pick because it combines courses with daily habits, morning and evening check-ins, live group sessions and 1:1 booking in one branded app. If you only sell recorded courses to a large audience, Kajabi or Thinkific may suit you better.
Can I host guided meditation audio on these platforms?
Yes. All the course tools here can host media in lessons. Coachful also lists audio and podcasts as resource types, so a guided practice can sit in the student's app next to the lesson and the daily habit.
Do I need a separate meditation app for my students?
Not necessarily. If your platform has habits and check-ins, students can log their sit where they learn. Course-only tools usually leave that to a separate app or a spreadsheet.
Is mindfulness coaching the same as therapy?
No. Mindfulness coaching teaches practice and supports habits; it does not diagnose or treat mental health conditions. Refer clients to a licensed professional for trauma symptoms, panic, persistent low mood or thoughts of self-harm, and share crisis lines such as 988 in the U.S.
Is Coachful HIPAA-compliant?
No. Coachful is not HIPAA-certified and does not sign a BAA. Coaches who are also licensed clinicians should keep clinical records in a clinical system.
What is Coachful's free white-glove service?
From Create, you can ask the Coachful team to build a website, funnel, sales page, program, course outline and written material, email sequence and more inside your account, usually within about 24 hours. It is free on every plan. It does not include recording audio or video, logo design or ads.
Which platform is cheapest for a first mindfulness course?
Systeme.io has a free plan with one course and 2,000 contacts as listed in October 2026, and Teachable Starter is $39/month but takes 7.5% of sales. Cheap tools usually lack live sessions, booking and practice tracking, so count what you will add.
Can I run an eight-week cohort with weekly live sits?
Yes, on most tools with a video add-on. In Coachful, enrolling in a cohort program creates the group and chat automatically, and group calls run on built-in video or auto-created Zoom, Meet or Teams links.
Can I sell a monthly membership after the course ends?
Kajabi, Podia, Thinkific, Stan Store and Coachful all support recurring offers. In Coachful you can sell a subscription through your own Stripe account and pair it with a community space for graduates.
How do I move my course from Kajabi or Teachable?
Keep your original audio and video files, export your contacts and buyers, and plan the switch between cohorts. Coachful imports clients, programs and content for you during onboarding.
