The 10 Best Course Platforms for Holistic Health Coaches

The 10 Best Course Platforms for Holistic Health Coaches

The best course platforms for holistic health coaches do more than host videos. They carry a client from a free sleep or stress guide into a short course, then into a 12-week program where daily habits, check-ins and sessions sit in one place. So the deciding question is not "where do my lessons live?" It is "where does my client do the work between lessons, and how many tools do I pay for to see it?"

Our pick is Coachful. It puts courses, habits, morning and evening check-ins, booking, payments, a community and your website under one login, and its team will build your site or first course outline for free. We make Coachful, so weigh that, and read the nine alternatives below. Several of them beat Coachful in specific situations, and each section says when.

What do holistic health coaches need from a course platform?

Holistic health coaches need a platform that can teach and then support practice. A lesson on blood sugar balance or evening wind-down routines is only useful if the client tries it on Tuesday night, notes how it went, and you see that before your next call.

That shapes the requirements in ways a generic course buyer would not think about:

  • Mixed content formats. Holistic coaches teach with guided breathwork audio, short movement videos, printable meal guides, recipe cards, journaling prompts and seasonal reset calendars. A platform that only handles video lessons pushes you toward a second tool for downloads and audio.
  • Daily practice, not just completion. Course completion tells you a client watched the "morning light" lesson. A habit tracker and a morning check-in tell you whether they actually went outside. That second signal is what you coach from.
  • A layered client journey. The usual path runs from a free lead magnet to a low-priced mini course, then to a 1:1 or small-group program, then to a membership or alumni community. Each step needs checkout, onboarding and a place to land. Our guide to mini courses versus signature courses covers how those offers fit together.
  • Intake and agreements before the first call. Holistic work touches food, sleep, stress and hormones, so you want intake questions on booking and a signed coaching agreement that states your scope before any advice is given.
  • Room for groups. Many holistic coaches run 21-day or 6-week cohorts. Automatic cohort groups and live calls save you from managing a separate Facebook group or chat app.

The scope line. Holistic health coaching supports behavior change. It does not diagnose, treat or cure disease, and a course should not promise to. Refer clients to a physician, registered dietitian or licensed therapist when they report symptoms that need assessment, signs of disordered eating, medication questions, or a condition you are not licensed to manage. Put that line in your sales page, your coaching agreement and your first lesson. If you are still mapping your training, see how to become a holistic health coach and our comparison of holistic health coach certification programs.

Thinking of launching your coaching business?

Answer a few questions and Coachful builds it around you: your website, programs, booking and payments. Ready in minutes.

Build your platform

How did we choose and rank these platforms?

We ranked on four criteria, weighted toward how holistic coaching actually works: one login for the whole client journey, delivery between sessions (habits, check-ins, community), total monthly stack cost at 5, 15 and 40 clients, and setup effort, including whether someone will build it for you.

We did not test these platforms hands-on. Every vendor fact below comes from the vendor's own pricing and feature pages as listed in October 2026, or from public reviewer ratings on Trustpilot seen on October 25, 2026. Where a vendor does not state something, we say so. Course-only platforms score well on lessons and lower on the "between sessions" criterion, because that is where holistic clients most often stall.

For the broader category, including platforms that suit business and life coaches, see our parent guide to the best course creation platforms. If your practice leans toward food and macros, our list of course platforms for nutrition coaches goes deeper there.

1. Coachful: best overall for holistic health coaches

Coachful wins when your course is the front door to coaching rather than the whole business. It is a coaching platform where courses, multi-week programs, daily habits, check-ins, booking, payments, contracts, a community, your website, funnels and email all sit under one subscription, with one login for you and one branded app for your clients.

A laptop showing a client's enrolled group program and a tablet showing habit trackers on a cream kitchen counter

Courses that hold every format you teach. The course builder supports modules, lessons, drip release and completion tracking. Alongside courses you can publish downloads, videos, books, AI tools, events and bundles, all delivered into the client's branded home and app. For a holistic coach that means the breathwork audio, the printable pantry guide and the 6-week course live in the same place your client already logs in. There are 48 course templates with quizzes and more than 40 ready-to-film program templates if you would rather edit than start blank. For more on structure, read how to create an online course your clients finish.

The resources page lists 12 types a coach can publish, including courses, audio, podcasts, worksheets, downloads, books and AI tools.

Practice between lessons. This is the part course-only tools skip. Coachful programs run for multiple weeks with weekly goals, daily tasks, habits, morning and evening check-ins, goals with progress bars and streaks. A client in a "Calm Evenings" program might get a lesson on light exposure, a daily habit of screens off by 9:30 pm, and an evening check-in asking how they slept. You see the answers on their client record, together with intake answers, notes, tags, payments and sessions. Each client carries a status of thriving, active, quiet or at risk, so you notice the one who went silent in week three.

Here is a short walkthrough of how programs are built and delivered:

The business side, without extra subscriptions. Booking pages handle availability rules, buffers, minimum notice and time zones, with two-way Google, Apple and Outlook calendar sync and built-in video or automatic Zoom, Meet or Teams links. Intake questions can be asked on booking. Coaching agreements with e-signature go out before the first call and are stored on the client record, which is where your scope statement belongs. Payments run through your own Stripe or Razorpay account with one-time payments, subscriptions, payment plans, order bumps and coupons, and Coachful charges a 0% platform fee (only Stripe or Razorpay processing applies). Enrolling in a program creates a cohort group automatically, with a community feed, group chat and video events for live calls.

Holistic coaches who also work on food can add the Fitness & Nutrition pack: nutrition targets, meal plans, recipes, food lookup and barcode scanning, private progress photos and measurements, and weekly check-ins. See the Fitness & Nutrition pack for the full list.

Michelle, the built-in AI assistant, works from your live practice data. She can draft a program outline, write a welcome email sequence or summarize a recorded session. Questions and planning are included in your Coachful membership; confirmed builds and changes use AI credits.

Why Coachful stands out: a free white-glove service. From Create, choose "We'll build it for you · FREE" and describe what you want: a website, a funnel, a sales page, a program, a course outline with written material, an email sequence, a lead quiz and more. You can attach up to 8 reference links and up to 10 files such as your logo, photos and existing copy. The Coachful team builds it inside your own account, usually within about 24 hours. Nothing is invented: no fake credentials, testimonials or prices, and gaps are left for you to fill. One recent build was for a menopause and midlife health coach starting from nothing: a five-page site in sage and cream where every button leads to a free 20-minute consultation. The service does not record videos, design logos or run ads. Read more about the free white-glove service.

What Coachful does not do. It is not HIPAA-certified and offers no BAA, so it is not for clinical record-keeping or insurance billing. There is no PayPal and no permanent free plan. The client app ships under the Coachful listing with your branding, not under your own App Store account. There is no Garmin, Fitbit, Whoop or Oura sync, and it is not a course marketplace that sends you buyers.

Price. Plans are flat monthly, lower plans cap the number of clients and Pro is unlimited (current plans: Lite: $29/month for up to 5 clients; Solo: $49/month for up to 20 clients; Pro: $99/month with unlimited clients; Studio: $199/month with unlimited clients). There is a free trial, and monthly plans cancel in one click. More detail is on our pages for health coaches and the online course platform.

2. Kajabi: for the established coach with a big audience

Kajabi earns second place for one specific holistic coach: someone who already has thousands of subscribers and wants a polished signature course, a community and marketing automations in one well-known platform.

Kajabi homepage promoting its course, community and website platform for creators
Kajabi's homepage in October 2026.

Kajabi is a course, community, website, funnel and email platform built for selling knowledge products. For a holistic coach, that suits a self-paced "Hormone Harmony" course sold through a webinar funnel, with a members' community for ongoing questions. Its marketing tools are mature, and the brand is familiar to buyers.

As listed in October 2026, Basic costs $179/mo ($143/mo billed annually) and includes 5 products, 2,500 contacts, 1 community, 1 website and 0 AI credits. Growth is $249/mo ($199/mo annually) with 50 products and 25,000 contacts. Pro is $499/mo ($399/mo annually). Kajabi Payments in the US charges 2.9% + $0.30 on Basic. If you use another processor (excluding PayPal), Kajabi adds its own fee of 2% on Basic, 1% on Growth and 0.5% on Pro. The standard trial is 14 days; a card is optional, but if you enter one Kajabi places a hold and charges when the trial ends, and some features stay locked until you pay.

The limits matter for holistic coaching. Kajabi has no habit tracking or daily client check-ins, and coaching is delivered as products and communities rather than per-client plans. You would still need somewhere to see that a client logged their evening routine. Five products on Basic also fills quickly once you add a mini course, a signature course, a membership and two downloads. On Trustpilot, Kajabi showed 3.4 from 2,347 reviews when we checked.

Pick it over Coachful if your business is mostly self-paced courses sold to a large list, you rarely run 1:1 programs, and you value Kajabi's marketing ecosystem more than daily client tracking.

3. LearnWorlds: when the course itself has to teach a lot

Some holistic courses are close to a short curriculum: gut health fundamentals, the basics of circadian rhythm, an introduction to mindful eating with quizzes after each module. LearnWorlds is the strongest pure learning tool in this list for that kind of content.

LearnWorlds pricing page with plan cards
LearnWorlds's pricing page in October 2026 (this capture shows euro prices).

It is a course and LMS platform with a website builder, funnels, SCORM support and interactive video, where questions or notes can appear inside a lesson. That suits coaches who license content to wellness centers or want certificate-style courses.

Prices as listed in October 2026: Starter is $29/mo ($24/mo annually) with 1 admin, 1,000 active learners per month, 300 AI credits, and a $5 fee per paid enrollment. Pro Trainer is $99/mo ($79/mo annually) with 5 admins, 2,000 active learners, 15 page funnels and 2,000 mass emails per month, and no LearnWorlds transaction fee. Learning Center is $299/mo ($249/mo annually). Stripe or PayPal gateway fees of 2.9% + $0.30 apply. The 30-day free trial includes core features and, per LearnWorlds, needs no card; schools that are not upgraded are scheduled for deletion.

The trade-offs: active-learner caps apply on self-serve plans, the branded mobile app is a separately priced add-on, and LearnWorlds is not built for 1:1 client management, habits or check-ins. On Starter, a $5 fee per sale adds up if your mini course sells for $27. Public reviewers rate it highly: 4.8 from 423 reviews on Trustpilot when we checked.

Pick it over Coachful if your main product is an interactive, quiz-heavy course or SCORM content for organizations, and coaching is a small part of your revenue.

4. Podia: the simplest storefront for a first mini course

A holistic coach selling a $37 "7-Day Stress Reset" and two printable guides does not need much machinery. Podia is the friendliest place on this list to start selling with very little setup.

Podia homepage presenting its storefront for courses, downloads and coaching
Podia's homepage in October 2026.

Podia is a storefront for courses, downloads, webinars, coaching sessions and a community. You can sell a mini course, a recipe e-book and a paid discovery call from one page, which suits the early part of a holistic coach's journey.

As listed in October 2026, Mover is $49/mo ($42/mo annually) with 50 products, 25 community spaces, 100 email subscribers included and a 5% Podia transaction fee. Shaker is $99/mo ($84/mo annually) with 150 products, 500 email subscribers, 1 assistant and 0% Podia fee. Earthquaker is $179/mo ($150/mo annually) with unlimited products and 1,000 email subscribers. Stripe or PayPal processing applies on top. The 14-day trial gives full access with no card required.

The limits show up as you grow. Email subscriber allowances are small: 100, 500 or 1,000 included, and holistic coaches often build lists through free guides that bring in hundreds of sign-ups a month. Older profile data notes no mobile app and no native video calls. There are no client habits, check-ins or per-client plans, so once a buyer becomes a 12-week client you will be tracking them somewhere else. Podia showed 4.1 from 153 reviews on Trustpilot when we checked.

Pick it over Coachful if you only sell a few digital products and the occasional call, you want the shortest possible setup, and you do not plan to run multi-week programs soon.

5. Practice Better: for licensed practitioners who also teach

Practice Better is the right call when your holistic work sits inside a clinical license, for example a naturopathic doctor, registered dietitian or nurse practitioner who also sells programs. It describes itself as an all-in-one EHR, and its pricing page lists HIPAA, PIPEDA and GDPR compliance.

Practice Better homepage presenting its practice management platform for health practitioners
Practice Better's homepage in October 2026.

Its feature list includes charting, protocols, billing and insurance, ePrescribe, telehealth, secure messaging, journaling, a client portal and mobile app, and programs and courses. For a practitioner who needs session notes in a compliant record and wants to deliver a self-paced program on the side, that combination is hard to match.

Prices on Practice Better's pricing page, checked October 25, 2026: Starter is $35/mo monthly ($25/mo billed annually) with 10 clients and 1 GB of storage. Professional is $69/mo monthly ($59/mo annually) with 300 clients, group scheduling, fixed-date programs and payment plans. Plus is $99/mo monthly ($89/mo annually) with unlimited clients, evergreen and self-paced programs, portal branding and 750 SMS reminders a month. Team is $155/mo monthly ($145/mo annually) with 2 practitioner licenses. A free Sprout plan covers 3 clients. Paid plans have a 14-day trial, Team has 30 days. Transaction fees are not listed on the pricing page.

The catch for a non-clinical holistic coach: self-paced programs and portal branding only start on Plus, and the product is organized around a practice record more than a marketing site. The pricing page does not list a website builder or sales funnels, so you would pair it with a separate site and email tool. That is why it appears in the stacks table further down rather than standing alone.

Pick it over Coachful if you hold a clinical license, need a HIPAA-compliant record or insurance billing, and your courses are a supplement to clinical care.

6. Thinkific: built for a large catalog and many students

Thinkific makes sense for the holistic educator who has moved past coaching individuals and now teaches thousands of students across several courses, for example a library of yoga nidra, seasonal eating and stress courses.

Thinkific homepage presenting its platform for courses, communities and memberships
Thinkific's homepage in October 2026.

It is a course platform with communities, memberships and coaching or webinar products. Start allows 10,000 current students, 2 admins, 1 community with 10 spaces and 5 live community events. That student ceiling is generous compared with most of the list.

As listed in October 2026, Start is $109/mo ($82/mo annually), Grow is $219/mo ($164/mo annually) with 6 admins and 3 communities, and Expand is $499/mo ($374/mo annually). Prices rose about 10% on August 13, 2026. Thinkific charges no transaction fee through its own payments, which run at about 2.9%; third-party gateways carry an extra fee that is not listed. Every self-serve plan has a 30-day free trial.

For a coach, the gaps are real. There is no built-in 1:1 scheduling (older profile data says coaching relies on external booking links), no client habits, no daily check-ins and no per-client plans. A branded mobile app is a $199/mo add-on. Public reviewers are unhappy: Thinkific showed 1.8 from 868 reviews on Trustpilot when we checked, which is worth reading before you commit.

Pick it over Coachful if you run a high-volume course business with thousands of self-paced students and little 1:1 work.

7. Teachable: several self-paced courses with student apps

Teachable suits a holistic coach who wants to package knowledge into a few self-paced courses and digital downloads, and wants students to watch lessons in a mobile app without paying for a custom one.

Teachable homepage presenting its platform for courses and digital products
Teachable's homepage in October 2026.

It is a course and digital-product platform with student mobile apps. A "Foundations of Holistic Nutrition" course, a "Cycle Syncing Basics" mini course and a printable meal-prep guide fit comfortably inside Builder's 10-product limit.

As listed in October 2026, Starter is $39/mo ($29/mo annually) with 5 products and a 7.5% platform fee. Builder is $89/mo ($69/mo annually) with 10 products and 0% platform fee. Growth is $189/mo ($139/mo annually) with 50 products and 5 admins. Teachable Payments processing for US cards is 2.9% + 30¢ (international 3.9% + 30¢), with a $15 chargeback fee. The plan cards show a 7-day free trial plus a 30-day guarantee.

What it leaves out: no native scheduling or calendar sync, so calls rely on Calendly and Zoom per older profile data, and no client habits, daily check-ins or per-client plans. On Starter, 7.5% of every sale is a steep cost for a coach selling a $97 course. Teachable showed 3.3 from 1,110 reviews on Trustpilot when we checked.

Pick it over Coachful if you want a dedicated self-paced course shop with Teachable's student apps and you handle coaching calls with separate tools.

8. Systeme.io: the lowest-cost way to test an offer

If you are still finishing your certification and want to test whether anyone will buy a "Gentle Morning Routine" course, Systeme.io lets you do it for $0.

Systeme.io homepage presenting its all-in-one funnel, email and course tool
Systeme.io's homepage in October 2026.

It is a low-cost marketing suite with funnels, email, courses, a community, a blog and an affiliate program. The free plan, as listed in October 2026, includes 2,000 contacts, 3 funnels, 1 course, 500 students, 1 blog, 1 custom domain, 1 automation rule and 1 email campaign, and never expires. Startup is $17/mo (5,000 contacts, 10 funnels, 5 courses), Webinar is $47/mo (10,000 contacts, 50 funnels, 20 courses) and Unlimited is $97/mo. All plans carry 0% transaction fees, with only Stripe or PayPal processing. No card is required to sign up.

That is a strong deal for list building. The limits for holistic coaching: older profile data notes no native 1:1 scheduling with client records, habits or check-ins, basic community and course features, and no branded mobile app. Once you start running a paid program, you would add a booking tool and a way to track clients. Systeme.io showed 4.9 from 8,696 reviews on Trustpilot when we checked.

Pick it over Coachful if your budget is truly zero for now, you mainly need a lead magnet funnel, an email list and one course, and you will move to a coaching platform once clients sign up.

9. Kartra: for coaches who think like marketers

Kartra fits a holistic coach who runs paid ads, launches, SMS reminders and a support desk, and wants all of that in a single marketing suite with memberships attached.

Kartra homepage presenting its marketing suite with pages, funnels and memberships
Kartra's homepage in October 2026.

Its feature set covers pages, funnels, email and SMS, memberships, calendars and a helpdesk. For a coach launching a 30-day reset twice a year with a webinar, a sales page and a follow-up sequence, the tooling is all there.

As listed in October 2026, Essentials is $59/mo ($52/mo annually) with 500 contacts, 5 pages, 1 product, 1 membership or course and a 5% transaction fee. Starter is $119/mo ($99/mo annually) with 2,500 contacts, unlimited pages, products and memberships, unlimited email and SMS, 5 team members and 0% fee. Growth is $229/mo ($189/mo annually) with 12,500 contacts. There is a 14-day free trial and a 30-day money-back guarantee.

The weak spots: Essentials is tight at 500 contacts and one course, there are no client habits, check-ins or per-client coaching plans, and older profile data notes no mobile app for students and that funnels and memberships are not portable to other platforms. Kartra showed 3.2 from 129 reviews on Trustpilot when we checked.

Pick it over Coachful if launches, ads and SMS marketing drive your business and you prefer a marketing suite to a coaching workspace.

10. Stan Store: selling from your Instagram bio

Many holistic coaches find clients on Instagram or TikTok through recipe reels and morning routine videos. Stan Store turns that bio link into a shop for a guide, a mini course or a paid call.

Stan Store homepage presenting its link-in-bio storefront for creators
Stan Store's homepage in October 2026.

It is a link-in-bio storefront for digital products, courses, memberships and paid calls. As listed in October 2026, Creator is $29/mo ($25/mo annually) and Creator Pro is $99/mo ($79/mo annually), both with unlimited products and customers. Stan takes 0% of sales; Stripe or PayPal processing applies. Both plans have a 14-day trial, with the first month charged when it ends.

The limits are significant for anything beyond a first sale. Email marketing, upsells, discount codes and affiliates are only on Creator Pro. There are no contracts, invoices or client records, so it is not a CRM, and there are no programs with client tasks, habits or check-ins. No team seats are advertised. Stan Store showed 4.7 from 2,205 reviews on Trustpilot when we checked.

Pick it over Coachful if nearly all your sales come from social media, you sell low-priced digital products, and you are not yet running ongoing client programs. Coachful also has a link-in-bio page that sells, if you later want it connected to your programs.

How do the 10 platforms compare feature by feature?

Only Coachful combines courses with habits, check-ins and 1:1 booking natively; the rest either focus on lessons or on clinical records. "Not stated" means the vendor's pricing page and our profile data did not confirm it.

What does each stack cost per month?

Because most course platforms lack client tracking and booking, a fair comparison prices a full stack. Here are three example scenarios for a holistic coach, using monthly list prices from October 2026. These are illustrations, not quotes, and they exclude payment processing.

  • Stack A, starting out: 5 coaching clients, one mini course, a free guide.
  • Stack B, growing: 15 clients, a signature course and a small community.
  • Stack C, established: 40 clients, a group program twice a year and an alumni community.
OptionStack A: 5 clientsStack B: 15 clientsStack C: 40 clients
Coachful (all in one)Lite: $29/month for up to 5 clientsSolo: $49/month for up to 20 clientsPro: $99/month with unlimited clients

Systeme.io + Practice BetterFree $0 + Starter $35 = $35Startup $17 + Professional $69 = $86Webinar $47 + Professional $69 = $116
Stan Store + Practice BetterCreator $29 + Starter $35 = $64Creator Pro $99 + Professional $69 = $168Creator Pro $99 + Professional $69 = $168

Two things the totals hide. First, every non-Coachful stack means two logins for you and two for the client, and none of them adds daily habit tracking with morning and evening check-ins. Second, the low-cost stacks still lack a full website and email sequences in some cases, so a coach often adds a site builder on top. Coachful includes the website, funnels, email, booking, contracts and community in the plan, and the white-glove build covers the setup time. Compare all plans on the plans page.

How would a holistic health coach set this up in Coachful?

Here is an example path for a coach launching a "Rest and Reset" offer: a free sleep guide, a $47 six-lesson mini course, and a 12-week 1:1 program. The prices in this example are the coach's own choices, not recommendations.

A laptop showing a client's coaching journey page on a wooden side table in a calm reading nook
The client My Coaching page in Coachful, showing a demo 90-day reset journey, on a laptop beside a journal and a candle.
  1. Ask for the website. Open Create, choose "We'll build it for you · FREE", and describe a calm five-page site with your colors, bio, photos and the one action you want visitors to take, such as booking a free consultation. Attach your logo and any existing copy.
  2. Build the mini course. Start from one of the 48 course templates or ask Michelle for an outline. Add six lessons with drip release one day apart, a downloadable sleep diary and a short guided wind-down audio you recorded yourself.
  3. Create the lead-magnet funnel. Use a funnel template to offer the free sleep guide, connect it to an email sequence that introduces the mini course on day three, and add your Meta Pixel if you run ads.
  4. Build the 12-week program. Set weekly goals (for example, a consistent wake time in week one), daily tasks, habits such as a ten-minute evening walk, and morning and evening check-ins asking about sleep quality and energy.
  5. Set up booking and the agreement. Create a consultation session type with intake questions about current routines and any conditions under medical care. Attach a coaching agreement with e-signature that states your scope and when you will refer out.
  6. Connect payments. Link your Stripe account and offer the program as a one-time payment or a three-part payment plan, with the mini course as an order bump on the guide checkout if you like.
  7. Watch the client list. Each week, filter for clients marked quiet or at risk and send a short message before they drift. Michelle can brief you on each client before a session.

For the cohort version of this offer, our guide to cohort course design covers pacing and live calls, and how to create a mini course covers the first step.

Which mistakes do holistic coaches make when choosing a course platform?

The most expensive mistake is buying for the course and forgetting the client. These come up again and again:

  • Paying for a big course tool before you have a client. A $179 plan with a 2,500-contact cap is a lot of overhead for a coach with ten email subscribers. Start small, then move up.
  • Ignoring transaction fees on low-priced products. 7.5% on a $27 course or $5 per enrollment changes your margins more than the plan price suggests.
  • Promising outcomes your scope does not cover. "Heal your gut" or "reverse your thyroid condition" on a sales page is a treatment claim. Write about habits, routines and support instead.
  • Using testimonials carelessly. The FTC says endorsements must be honest and reflect typical results, or make clear what results people can generally expect; read the FTC's Endorsement Guides FAQ before quoting a client's weight loss or symptom change.
  • Sending marketing email without the basics. Commercial email needs a postal address and a working opt-out honored within 10 business days, per the FTC's CAN-SPAM guide.
  • Splitting the client across four apps. Course here, habits in a tracker app, chat in WhatsApp, booking elsewhere. Clients drop the extra steps first. Our guide to client accountability portals for health coaches explains why one home matters.

Which course platform should a holistic health coach choose?

Choose Coachful if your course leads into coaching and you want habits, check-ins, booking, payments, community and your website in one place. That describes most holistic health coaches, whose clients change through daily practice rather than lesson completion.

Choose Practice Better if you work under a clinical license and need a compliant record. Choose LearnWorlds for interactive, curriculum-style courses, Kajabi if you already sell self-paced courses to a large list, and Podia or Systeme.io if you are testing your first product on a small budget. Coachful in short: a coaching platform for coaches who deliver programs, not just sessions, from solo coaches to small teams. It covers courses, programs with habits and check-ins, booking, payments, contracts, community, website, funnels, email and an AI assistant. It is not HIPAA-certified, has no PayPal and no permanent free plan. To start, take the free trial and request a free white-glove build of your website or first program.

Frequently asked questions

What is the best course platform for holistic health coaches?

For most holistic health coaches, Coachful is the best fit because it combines courses with daily habits, morning and evening check-ins, booking and community. Course-only platforms such as Kajabi or Teachable host lessons well but do not track daily practice. Licensed practitioners who need a compliant record may prefer Practice Better.

What is Coachful's free white-glove service?

It is a free build service on every Coachful plan. You describe what you want, such as a website, funnel, course outline, program or email sequence, attach up to 8 links and 10 files, and the Coachful team builds it inside your account, usually within about 24 hours. It does not include recording videos, logo design or ad management.

Is Coachful HIPAA-compliant?

No. Coachful is not HIPAA-certified and does not sign a BAA, so it is not suited to clinical record-keeping or insurance billing. If you are a licensed provider handling protected health information, use a platform that lists HIPAA compliance, such as Practice Better.

Can I sell a course without offering coaching?

Yes. Every platform in this list sells standalone courses. In Coachful you can sell a course on its own and later bundle it with a program or sessions, so buyers can move up without switching platforms.

Which platform is cheapest for a new holistic coach?

Systeme.io has a free plan with one course, 500 students and 2,000 contacts, as listed in October 2026. Stan Store and LearnWorlds start at $29/mo, though LearnWorlds Starter adds $5 per paid enrollment. Coachful has a free trial and flat monthly plans priced by client count.

Can I upload my own guided meditations and recipe PDFs?

Yes, on most platforms. In Coachful you can publish videos, downloads, books, audio and worksheets alongside courses, and the Fitness & Nutrition pack adds recipes and meal plans. Coachful does not supply stock videos, so you record or upload your own.

Does Coachful take a cut of my course sales?

No. Coachful has charged a 0% platform fee since August 2026. You pay only the processing fees of your own Stripe or Razorpay account. PayPal is not supported.

Can I move my courses from Kajabi or Teachable?

Yes. Clients, programs and content are imported for you during Coachful onboarding, and the white-glove team can rebuild your site and sales pages. You can also export your full client data as a ZIP later if you ever leave.

Does Coachful sync with wearables like Oura or Fitbit?

No. Coachful does not sync with Garmin, Fitbit, Whoop or Oura, and Apple Health sync is not publicly available. Clients log habits and check-ins directly in the app, which many holistic coaches prefer because the client reflects on the data.

Should my course make health claims?

Keep claims within coaching scope: habits, routines, education and support, not diagnosis or treatment. State in your agreement and first lesson that you will refer clients to a physician, dietitian or therapist when their needs go beyond coaching.
