Top 7 Coaching Platforms With a Website Builder, Ranked

The best coaching platforms with a website builder put your public site, your booking page, your checkout and your client delivery under one login, so a visitor who reads your homepage can book, pay, sign and start the program without being handed to four other tools. The deciding question is not "which builder has the prettiest templates" but "what happens after someone clicks the button on my site?" If the answer is "they land in a different app with a different logo," you are buying a website builder with a coaching add-on, not a coaching platform.
Our pick is Coachful. We make Coachful, so weigh that, but the ranking below is built on criteria any coach can check: one login for the whole client journey, what you can deliver between sessions, the total cost of the stack, and how much setup work lands on you. Coachful includes a section-based site builder with 30 designed homepage templates, a blog, a custom domain and SEO settings, and every booking, checkout and application funnel lives on the same account as your programs, habits and check-ins. If you only want a standalone builder like Squarespace or Wix, read our best website builder for coaches guide instead; this article is about platforms where the website is part of the coaching system.

What do coaches actually need from a platform with a built-in website?
A coach's site has three jobs: earn trust, start a conversation, and take money for a defined offer. A platform that bundles the website should make all three happen without a copy-and-paste link to another product. Here is what that means in practice.
- Pages that sell a service, not a shop. Most coaches need a homepage, an About page, a "Work with me" page with two or three offers, a results or testimonials page and a contact or booking page. Template packs built for e-commerce or portfolios make you delete half the layout before you can start.
- Booking on the site itself. A discovery call is the main conversion for most coaches. The booking widget should read your real availability, add buffers and minimum notice, detect the visitor's time zone, and ask intake questions before the call.
- Checkout for packages, programs and payment plans. Coaching offers are often a three-month package, a monthly retainer or a cohort program paid in instalments. The checkout needs subscriptions, payment plans and coupons, not just a one-off "Buy" button.
- A custom domain and basic SEO controls. Your name should be the address. You also need page titles, meta descriptions and a blog, because people search for things like "career coach for nurses" and a blog post is how you show up. Wikipedia's overview of search engine optimization is a fair primer on why titles and content matter more than tricks.
- A straight line into delivery. After someone pays, they should land in the client area where your program, worksheets, habits and messages already are. This is the step where standalone builders fail, and where coaching platforms differ most from each other.
- Funnels for the ones not ready to buy. A lead magnet page, an application form for high-ticket offers and a webinar sign-up page cover most coaching funnels. Each should feed the same contact list your email sequences use.
- Accessibility and mobile layouts handled for you. Many clients will find you on a phone. Readable contrast, proper headings and alt text are basic courtesy; the W3C's WCAG guidelines are the reference if you want to check your own pages.
Scope matters too. A coach selling a 12-week program needs more than a booking page; a coach who only does single sessions may not need funnels at all. Keep that in mind as you read the "Pick it over Coachful if..." line at the end of each section.
Which coaching platforms with a website builder rank highest?
Ranking criteria: one login for the whole client journey, between-session delivery, total stack cost at 5, 15 and 40 clients, and setup effort (including whether someone will build the site for you).

Vendor prices are as listed in October 2026 and are in US dollars unless noted.
How did we choose and rank these platforms?
We started from a simple filter: the platform must include a website or public page that a coach can sell from, and it must also handle at least some coaching admin (booking, packages or client delivery). That rules out pure site builders like Squarespace and pure schedulers like Calendly. It also rules out tools such as Practice Better, Satori, CoachAccountable and Quenza, which our notes list as having no website builder or landing pages.
From there we scored each platform on the four criteria above using what vendors document on their pricing and help pages and what public reviewers report. We did not run hands-on trials for this roundup. Where a vendor does not document something (a custom domain on a given plan, for example), we say so rather than guess. Prices come from each vendor's pricing page as listed in October 2026; ratings are Trustpilot figures seen on the dates noted.
Paperbell is the closest direct substitute for Coachful in this group: a coaching admin tool for solo coaches with a simple site. It sits at #4. AttractWell and Kajabi rank above it because their site and funnel tools go much further, even though neither handles per-client delivery the way a coaching platform should.
1. Coachful: why is it the best coaching platform with a website builder?
Coachful is a coaching platform where the website is one part of a single system. One subscription covers booking, payments, contracts, program delivery with habits and check-ins, courses, a community, a website with funnels and email, and an AI assistant, with one login for you and one branded app for your clients. It is built for coaches who deliver programs, not just sessions, for solo coaches growing into a small team, and for coaches replacing four to six tools.

What the site builder gives you
The builder is section-based: you stack sections (hero, offers, testimonials, FAQ, booking, blog posts) rather than dragging pixels around, which keeps pages tidy on mobile. You start from one of 30 designed homepage templates grouped by style (business, wellness, life, performance, creative), or use the Import website option if you already have a site elsewhere. Each site gets a blog, a custom domain and SEO settings for titles and descriptions. A link-in-bio page that sells is included too, so your Instagram bio can point to offers rather than a plain list of links.

Templates are a starting point, not a cage. Sanctuary, below, is one of the wellness designs: soft palette, plenty of white space, and a clear path to a consultation.

Booking, checkout and funnels on the same domain
This is where Coachful separates from general builders. Booking pages carry availability rules, buffers, minimum notice and time-zone detection, with two-way Google, Apple/iCloud and Outlook calendar sync and built-in video or auto-created Zoom, Meet or Teams links. Intake questions are asked at booking. Reminders go out by email, plus SMS (24 hours before) and WhatsApp (1 hour before) once messaging is enabled.
Checkout runs through your own Stripe Connect or Razorpay account and supports one-time payments, subscriptions, payment plans, order bumps, coupons, refunds, Apple Pay, Google Pay and Stripe Tax. Coachful's platform fee is 0% (since August 2026); you pay only Stripe or Razorpay processing. A coaching agreement with e-signature can go out before the first call and is stored on the client record (see coaching contracts).
Funnels cover booking, application, lead-magnet and checkout flows, with Meta Pixel, GA4 and UTM tracking, and about 25 funnel templates to start from. Leads land in the same records your email lists, broadcasts and multi-step sequences use.

Here is a short walkthrough of the website builder:
What happens after the visitor pays
The buyer becomes a client inside your branded home and app, where multi-week programs with weekly goals, daily tasks, habits, morning and evening check-ins, progress bars and streaks are waiting. Courses with drip and completion tracking, downloads, a community feed, group chat and video events sit in the same place, and cohort groups are created automatically when someone enrolls in a program. On your side, the client record holds goals, check-ins, habits, notes, intake answers, payments and sessions, with a status of thriving, active, quiet or at risk. Michelle, the built-in AI assistant, works from that live practice data to draft emails and content, build programs and brief you before sessions; questions and planning are included in your Coachful membership, while confirmed builds and changes use AI credits.
Why Coachful stands out: a free white-glove service. On every plan, you can open Create > We'll build it for you, or the "Want us to build it for you?" card on the Website and Funnels pages, describe what you want, and attach up to 8 reference links and up to 10 files such as your logo, photos and existing copy. The Coachful team builds it inside your own account, usually within about 24 hours. They do not invent credentials, testimonials or prices; gaps are left for you to fill. A leadership coach with a Squarespace renewal days away got one clean homepage with a repeated "talk with me" button; a somatic coach leaving Kajabi had the homepage and About page rebuilt and the contact form connected. It does not cover logo design, recording videos or ongoing marketing. Read more about the white-glove build service.

Where Coachful is not the right fit
Coachful is not a general website builder for non-coaching sites, and it has no third-party plugin marketplace. It is not HIPAA-certified, so clinical records belong elsewhere. There is no PayPal and no permanent free plan. The client app ships under the Coachful listing with your branding, not under your own App Store account. Pricing is flat monthly; lower plans cap the number of clients, Pro is unlimited, and team plans add coach seats (Lite: $29/month for up to 5 clients; Solo: $49/month for up to 20 clients; Pro: $99/month with unlimited clients; Studio: $199/month with unlimited clients). There is a free trial, and monthly plans cancel in one click. More detail lives on the coach website builder page.
2. AttractWell: how far does its website and funnel toolkit go?

AttractWell is an all-in-one platform for coaches, course creators, consultants, authors and speakers. Its pricing table lists website, funnels, blog, CRM, email and texting, booking, contracts, invoicing and a store. Of every tool here, it is the one most focused on marketing volume: domains, pages, texts and automations are all counted and scale by plan.
Domains, pages and plan caps
As listed in October 2026, Starter is $69/mo with 500 contacts, 2 domains, 10 pages, 2 booking links and no call packages. Basic is $99/mo with 1,000 contacts, 5 domains, 250 pages, 10 booking links and 5 call packages. Premium is $129/mo with 4,000 contacts, 10 domains, unlimited pages and unlimited booking links and call packages. Higher plans (Pro $179, Diamond $239) raise contacts, texts and course limits. There is no conventional trial; the first month is $1 on every plan, and AttractWell lists a 0% transaction fee.
For a coach, the key detail is that session packages ("call packages") are not on Starter at all. If you sell a six-session package from your site, Basic is the realistic floor. Courses are called "vaults": Starter has 1, Basic 3, with unlimited vaults and classes at +$17/mo. There is also a Facebook-style community and memberships with recurring payments.
Where it is thinner for coaching delivery: our notes do not list habit tracking, daily check-ins or per-client program plans. You can sell and schedule well; following a client day to day between calls is a different job. Public reviewers rate it well (Trustpilot 4.6 from 21 reviews, seen 2026-10-27).
Pick it over Coachful if you run several brands or domains, you rely on SMS marketing at volume, and your coaching is mostly calls plus a course rather than a structured program with daily client tracking.
3. Kajabi: is a course platform the right home for a coaching site?

Kajabi is a course, community, website, funnel and email platform for selling knowledge products. If your business is mainly a signature course with an audience behind it, its website is part of a polished sales machine. If your business is mainly 1:1 or small-group coaching, much of what you pay for will sit unused.
As listed in October 2026, Basic is $179/mo ($143/mo annual) with 5 products, 2,500 contacts, 1 community, 1 website, 2 admin users and 0 AI credits. Growth is $249/mo ($199/mo annual) with 50 products and 25,000 contacts. Pro is $499/mo ($399/mo annual) with unlimited products, 3 websites and 3 communities. The standard trial is 14 days per Kajabi's help center.
Payments are the part to read carefully. Kajabi Payments in the US charges 2.9% + $0.30 on Basic, falling to 2.7% + $0.30 on Pro. If you use a different processor (other than PayPal), Kajabi adds its own fee of 2% on Basic, 1% on Growth or 0.5% on Pro on top of the provider's fees. On a $3,000 coaching package (an example figure), that extra 2% is $60 per sale on Basic.
For coaching specifically, our notes say there is no habit tracking or daily client check-ins, and coaching is organised as products and communities rather than per-client plans. The 5-product cap on Basic also matters if you sell a discovery call, two packages, a course and a membership. Trustpilot shows 3.4 from 2,347 reviews (seen 2026-10-25).
Pick it over Coachful if your revenue is mostly courses sold to a large email list, you want Kajabi's marketing ecosystem, and 1:1 delivery is a small side offer.
4. Paperbell: is a simple site enough for a solo 1:1 coach?

Paperbell is all-in-one admin for solo coaches: booking, packages, payments, contracts, a client portal and a simple website. It is the closest direct substitute for Coachful in this list, aimed at the coach who wants to stop juggling Calendly, Stripe and a contract tool.
Pricing is one plan: $97/mo, or $80.83/mo billed annually, with unlimited clients, sessions, files, packages and traffic, as listed in October 2026. The pricing page says "No additional transaction fees"; Stripe or PayPal processor fees apply. There is a 30-day money-back guarantee. The trial length is not stated on the pricing page, but Paperbell's help center (July 2026) describes a 7-day trial during which the public site is offline and client messages and SMS are off, so you cannot fully test the live site with real visitors.
The website itself is described as simple: enough to present your packages and let people book and pay, not a full multi-page marketing site with funnels. Our notes list no courses or LMS, no community and no goal or habit tracking, and no native mobile app (mobile browser only). That is fine for a coach whose work is the session itself; it is a gap for anyone selling a program where clients need structure between calls. Trustpilot shows 3.5 from 14 reviews (seen 2026-10-25).
Pick it over Coachful if you only sell 1:1 session packages, you want one flat price with unlimited clients from day one, and you do not need funnels, courses or between-session tracking.
5. Coaches Console: does a long-standing back office still earn its price?

Coaches Console is one of the older coach business systems: CRM, calendar, website, client portal, email and invoicing, with courses on the higher plan. Coaches who have used it for years value having everything in one account; newer buyers mostly notice the price and, per public reviewers, a dated interface.
As listed in October 2026, the Core Console System is $197/mo ($166.42/mo annual) for a single coach account, with client limits not specified. The Total Console System is $297/mo ($249.75/mo annual) and adds unlimited products and courses. There is no free trial and billing details are required at signup; instead there is a "100% money back guarantee" within the first 30 days. Transaction fees are not stated, and there are no setup fees.
That $197 entry point is the highest in the coaching-admin group. It buys you a website on the same login as your client portal, which is the point of this category, but our notes do not detail template counts, custom domain handling or SEO controls, so ask for a demo of the site editor before you commit. If you sell courses as part of your coaching, budget for Total.
Pick it over Coachful if you already know its workflow from a previous business or a peer, you want a long-standing vendor, and the higher monthly cost is not a deciding factor.
6. Systeme.io: can a funnel suite stand in for a coaching platform?

Systeme.io is a low-cost marketing suite: funnels, email, courses, community, a blog and an affiliate program. It is the cheapest way in this list to get a custom domain, a blog and sales pages online, and it charges 0% transaction fees even on the free plan.
As listed in October 2026: Free at $0/mo with 2,000 contacts, 3 funnels, 1 course, 1 blog, 1 custom domain, 1 automation rule and 1 email campaign; Startup at $17/mo with 5,000 contacts and 10 funnels; Webinar at $47/mo; Unlimited at $97/mo. The free plan never expires and no credit card is required. Stripe or PayPal processing applies.
The catch for coaches is what is missing. Our notes list no native 1:1 scheduling with client records, and no habits or check-ins. In practice that means pairing it with a scheduler (Calendly's Standard plan lists $10/mo per seat billed annually) and keeping client notes somewhere else, which is exactly the stitched-together stack an all-in-one coaching platform is supposed to replace. Community and course features are described as basic, and there is no branded mobile app. Trustpilot shows 4.9 from 8,696 reviews (seen 2026-10-25), mostly from marketers and creators.
Pick it over Coachful if you are pre-revenue, your offer is a low-ticket course or digital product, and you are comfortable running bookings and client follow-up in separate tools for now.
7. Merkora: is one branded page enough to get started?

Merkora is a newer platform for coaches, therapists, consultants and other independent experts. Instead of a multi-page website it gives you one branded public page at yourname.merkora.app, with booking, intake forms, a waitlist and session packages where clients can see their remaining balance.
The pricing model is unusual. The Free plan is $0 "until your first paid sale"; after that you have 14 days to move to Professional, or new bookings and sales pause. Professional is $79/mo, with a founding-member rate of $29/mo for 50 founder spots (locked for 12 months, then $39/mo). Merkora lists a 0% platform fee; Stripe processing applies. Free-plan live events cap at 10 participants and carry Merkora branding.
Beyond the page, Merkora hosts video courses, digital downloads and free lead magnets with email capture, and enforces cancellation and no-show policies by issuing wallet credits. Our notes do not mention a custom domain, a blog or multi-page site building, which is why it sits last for a website-focused search. The product appears new, with little public review history yet.
Pick it over Coachful if you only need a single booking-and-offers page under a platform subdomain, and you want to pay nothing until the first client pays you.
How do the website features compare side by side?
This matrix covers the website features coaches ask about most. "Not in our notes" means the vendor's pricing and help material we reviewed did not document it, not that it definitely does not exist.
| Platform | Site type | Custom domain | Booking on the site | Checkout and payment plans | Blog and SEO | Between-session delivery |
|---|---|---|---|---|---|---|
| Coachful | Multi-page, section-based, 30 homepage templates, Import website | Yes | Yes, with intake questions and calendar sync | Yes: subscriptions, payment plans, order bumps, coupons | Blog plus SEO settings | Programs, habits, check-ins, courses, community |
| AttractWell | Website, funnels, pages capped by plan | Yes, 2 to 50 domains by plan | Yes, 2 booking links on Starter | Store, invoicing, memberships | Blog | Courses (vaults), community; no habits in our notes |
| Kajabi | 1 website (3 on Pro) | Not in our notes | Not in our notes | Yes, with extra fee off Kajabi Payments | Not in our notes | Courses and community; no habits or check-ins |
| Paperbell | Simple website | Not in our notes | Yes | Packages and payments | Not in our notes | Client portal; no courses, community or habits |
| Coaches Console | Website | Not in our notes | Calendar included | Invoicing | Not in our notes | Client portal; courses on Total |
| Systeme.io | Funnels and blog | Yes, 1 on the free plan | No native 1:1 scheduling | Yes, 0% transaction fees | Blog | Basic courses and community; no habits |
| Merkora | One public page | Not in our notes (yourname.merkora.app) | Yes, with intake and waitlist | Packages with balances | Not in our notes | Courses and downloads |

What does each platform cost at 5, 15 and 40 clients?
Here is the monthly cost of a working stack at three practice sizes, using monthly billing as listed in October 2026. Where a tool cannot take bookings or hold client records on its own, the note says what you would need to add. Payment processing fees are extra for everyone.
| Platform | 5 clients | 15 clients | 40 clients | Notes |
|---|---|---|---|---|
| Coachful | Lite: $29/month for up to 5 clients | Solo: $49/month for up to 20 clients | Pro: $99/month with unlimited clients | Site, booking, checkout, contracts, programs and email in one plan; 0% platform fee |
| AttractWell | $99 | $99 | $99 | Basic, the first plan with call packages; 1,000 contacts |
| Kajabi | $179 | $179 | $179 | Basic; 5 products; extra 2% if you use a non-Kajabi processor |
| Paperbell | $97 | $97 | $97 | Single plan, unlimited clients |
| Coaches Console | $197 | $197 | $197 | Core; $297 if you also sell courses |
| Systeme.io | $0 to $17 + scheduler | $17 + scheduler | $17 + scheduler | No native 1:1 booking or client records; add a scheduler and a client tool |
| Merkora | $79 | $79 | $79 | Free only until your first paid sale; $29 founder rate while spots last |
The flat-price tools look the same at every size, which is the appeal. The real difference shows when you add what each one leaves out: a course tool for Paperbell, a booking tool and client records for Systeme.io, a per-client tracking tool for Kajabi. How would a coach set up a website in Coachful, step by step?
Here is a worked example: a career coach for mid-level managers who sells a free 30-minute fit call, a three-month 1:1 package paid in three instalments, and a short self-paced course on interview preparation. The aim is a five-page site where every button leads somewhere that already works.
- Decide whether to build it yourself. If you would rather not, open Create > We'll build it for you, choose Website, paste links to two or three sites you like, and attach your logo, headshot and any copy you have. The team builds it in your account, usually within about 24 hours, and leaves gaps where they need your real details.
- Pick a template. If you build it yourself, choose a business-style homepage template from the gallery (Meridian or Ledger suit a corporate audience) and set your colours and fonts once.
- Connect your domain. Point your own domain at the site so the address is your name, not a platform subdomain. Wikipedia's page on domain names explains the basics if DNS is new to you.
- Create the booking page. Set up the fit call as a session type with your availability, a 15-minute buffer, 24 hours' minimum notice and three intake questions (current role, target role, timeline). Connect Google or Outlook so busy times block automatically.
- Create the offers. Add the three-month package with a payment plan through your Stripe account, attach your coaching agreement for e-signature, and add the course as a separate one-time product. Set a coupon if you run a launch.
- Build the pages. Home (who you help and one call-to-action), About, Work With Me (the package and the course), Results (only real testimonials you have permission to use) and Contact or Book.
- Add a funnel. Use a lead-magnet funnel template for a "Five questions managers get asked in director interviews" PDF, connected to a short email sequence that ends with the booking link.
- Set SEO basics. Write a page title and description for each page, and publish two blog posts that answer questions your clients actually ask.
- Build the delivery side. Create the 12-week program with weekly goals, a Monday check-in and a habit such as "one networking message a day," so a client who pays on Tuesday has something to do on Wednesday.
- Test the journey. Book a call as a visitor, buy the package with a test coupon, sign the agreement and confirm you land in the client home with the program.
The same flow works for other niches with different content; our guides for career coaches and life coaches go further on page content for each audience.
What mistakes do coaches make when choosing a platform with a website?
- Judging by templates alone. A beautiful homepage that sends buyers to a different tool for booking and another for delivery creates three logins for your client. Click every button in the demo and see where it goes.
- Ignoring the payment-processor fine print. Some platforms add their own percentage on top of Stripe, or force you onto their processor. On high-ticket packages, a 1% or 2% difference is real money every month.
- Picking a plan that caps the one thing you sell. Product caps, page caps and "no packages on this tier" limits are easy to miss. Check the cap against your actual offer list, not your current one.
- Launching on a platform subdomain. It is fine for testing, but your name on the domain builds trust and keeps your search traffic if you ever move.
- Skipping the post-purchase step. The best sales page cannot fix a client who pays and then hears nothing for a week. Make sure the program, welcome message and first check-in are ready before you launch the site.
- Testing the site where visitors cannot see it. Some trials keep the public site offline. Plan to test the full booking and checkout flow with a friend before you commit to an annual plan.
- Writing every page yourself before choosing. If a platform will build the site for you, send it your notes and references first and edit what comes back.
Which coaching platform with a website builder should you choose?
For most coaches who sell programs, packages or cohorts, Coachful is the strongest choice: the site, the booking page, the checkout, the agreement and the program the client starts on day one all live under one login, and the team will build the site for you if you would rather not. It is also the only tool here that combines a multi-page site with daily client tracking (habits, check-ins and program progress) after the sale.
AttractWell is the pick for marketing-heavy coaches who want many domains and texting. Kajabi suits course-first businesses with a big list. Paperbell is a clean fit for 1:1-only coaches who want one flat price. Coaches Console serves those who value a long-standing vendor and accept a higher price. Systeme.io gets you online for almost nothing if you will run bookings elsewhere. Merkora is a single-page starter that costs nothing until the first sale. For the wider picture, including tools with weaker site builders, see our parent guide to coaching software with a website builder, or browse the comparison hub.
FAQ
What is a coaching platform with a website builder?
It is coaching software that includes your public website, so the pages visitors read, the booking page, the checkout and the client area all run on one account. That is different from a general builder like Squarespace, where you connect a separate scheduler, payment tool and client portal. The benefit is fewer logins and fewer broken links between steps.
Can I use my own domain on these platforms?
On Coachful, yes: each site supports a custom domain. AttractWell includes 2 to 50 domains depending on plan, and Systeme.io includes one even on its free plan. Merkora gives you yourname.merkora.app, and our notes do not document a custom domain option there.
Is Coachful's white-glove website build really free?
Yes. The white-glove build service is free on every plan. You describe the site, attach up to 8 reference links and up to 10 files, and the Coachful team builds it inside your account, usually within about 24 hours. It does not include logo design, video recording or ongoing marketing, and nothing is invented: no fake testimonials, credentials or prices.
Can I move my existing website into Coachful?
Coachful's website builder has an Import website option, and clients, programs and content are imported for you during onboarding. A somatic coach leaving Kajabi, for example, had the homepage and About page rebuilt and the contact form connected by the white-glove team.
Do I still need Squarespace or Wix if my coaching platform has a website?
Usually not. If your platform covers pages, a blog, a custom domain, booking and checkout, a second builder only adds cost and another place to update. Keep a separate builder only if you run a non-coaching site, such as an online shop, which Coachful is not built for. Our standalone builder guide covers that case.
Which platform here has no transaction fees?
Coachful, AttractWell, Systeme.io and Merkora each list a 0% platform fee; you pay only your payment processor. Paperbell lists "no additional transaction fees." Kajabi adds 0.5% to 2% if you use a processor other than Kajabi Payments or PayPal.
Is Coachful HIPAA-compliant for health coaches?
No. Coachful is not HIPAA-certified and does not sign a BAA, so it is not for clinical record-keeping or insurance billing. Health coaches who need that should keep clinical records in a clinical system and can still use Coachful for coaching, programs and their website.
Does Coachful accept PayPal on the website checkout?
No. Checkout runs through your own Stripe Connect or Razorpay account, with Apple Pay and Google Pay supported. If PayPal is essential to your buyers, check that before you build.
How long does it take to launch a coaching site on these platforms?
It depends more on your content than the tool: having your offers, prices, bio and testimonials written down is usually the slow part. On Coachful, the white-glove team usually delivers a build within about 24 hours of your request, leaving gaps for anything only you can supply.
