Best Payment Platforms for Executive Coaches: 10 Ranked

Best Payment Platforms for Executive Coaches: 10 Ranked

The best payment platforms for executive coaches handle two very different buyers without friction: a company that pays a five-figure engagement against an invoice, and a self-funded leader who wants to spread the same fee over six months. The deciding question is not "which processor is cheapest" but "which system collects the money, holds the signed agreement and keeps the engagement running in one place", because in executive coaching the payment is tied to a defined engagement with a sponsor, a coachee and a fixed number of sessions.

Our pick is Coachful. It takes payments through your own Stripe or Razorpay account with a 0% platform fee, sends the coaching agreement for e-signature before the first call, sells session credits and payment plans, and then delivers the engagement (sessions, goals, check-ins, notes) inside the same login. We make Coachful, so weigh that, but the nine tools below each win a specific situation, and we say plainly when one of them is the better choice.

What do executive coaches need from a payment platform?

Executive coaches need a platform that can invoice an organisation, take a card or payment plan from an individual, and connect each payment to a signed engagement. Most generic checkout tools only do the middle part.

The client journey in this niche usually looks like this:

  • Chemistry call, then a proposal. A prospective coachee, often referred by HR or a talent leader, books a short call. If it fits, you send a scope: for example, twelve sessions over six months plus a 360 debrief.
  • A three-way agreement. The coachee, the sponsor (their manager or HR) and you agree on goals, confidentiality and what gets reported back. That agreement has to be signed before the first session.
  • Corporate billing. Larger companies pay against an invoice, often after raising a purchase order, and frequently on 30 or 60 day terms. Some will pay half up front and half at the midpoint.
  • Self-funded leaders. Founders and executives paying personally want a card checkout, a monthly retainer or a payment plan, plus a receipt they can file.
  • Delivery over months. Sessions, between-session actions, progress against goals and a closing review, often alongside assessment work such as 360 feedback.

Three scope issues are specific to this niche. First, ticket sizes are high, so a 1% difference in fees matters: on an example $15,000 engagement, 1% is $150. Second, sales tax or VAT on services sold to companies across borders is common, so automatic tax calculation saves real time (rules vary by country and state; check with an accountant). Third, many executive coaches are working toward ICF PCC or MCC, so hours logged per paying client have value beyond billing.

Which payment platform fits which executive coaching situation?

Ranking criteria: one login for the whole engagement from agreement to final session, payment flexibility for both corporate and self-funded buyers, total monthly stack cost, and setup effort (including a free white-glove build).

How did we choose and rank these tools?

We started from the jobs an executive coach actually does with money, then scored each platform on how many of those jobs it covers without a second tool. We did not run hands-on tests; this is based on what each vendor documents on its own pages and what public reviewers report.

  1. Corporate and individual payments. Can it send an invoice to a company and also run a card checkout, subscription or payment plan for a person?
  2. Agreement before payment or first session. Is e-signature built in, and is the signed document stored with the client?
  3. Engagement delivery. After payment, does the same system run sessions, goals and between-session work, or do you need another app?
  4. Fees. Platform fees on top of processing, and whether you keep your own processor account.
  5. Monthly cost at 5, 15 and 40 clients, since executive practices tend to be small rosters at high fees.
  6. Setup effort. How long until a first invoice goes out.

Fitness-only tools and pure payment processors are included only where they win a real executive coaching scenario. For the broader category across all coaching niches, see our parent guide to the best payment platforms for coaches.

1. Coachful: why is it the best overall pick for executive coaches?

Coachful wins when you want the whole engagement in one place: proposal-ready offers, a signed agreement, the payment, the sessions and the progress record. It is a coaching platform, not just a checkout, so the payment is the start of the client record rather than a row in a separate dashboard.

Coachful's offers page and agreements tab on two screens in an executive office

What Coachful is and who it is for. One subscription covers booking, payments, contracts, program delivery with habits and check-ins, courses, a community, a website with funnels and email, and an AI assistant called Michelle. Coaches get one login; clients get one branded app. It suits executive coaches who run defined engagements rather than one-off calls, solo coaches growing into a small associate team, and anyone replacing four to six separate tools. The company is based in Tallinn, Estonia, and holds a 4.5 rating on Trustpilot from 21 reviews.

How payments work. You connect your own Stripe Connect or Razorpay account. From there you can sell one-time engagements, monthly retainers as subscriptions, payment plans, order bumps (for example, adding a 360 debrief) and coupons, and you can issue refunds. Clients can pay with Apple Pay and Google Pay, and Stripe Tax calculates sales tax or VAT. Coachful has charged a 0% platform fee since August 2026, so the only fees are Stripe's or Razorpay's processing. Every transaction generates an invoice, and you can create manual invoices for a corporate sponsor who pays outside the checkout.

Here is a short walkthrough of invoices in Coachful:

Engagements as offers. Paid sessions and session credits mean you can sell "12 sessions over six months" as one product and let the coachee book against the balance. Booking pages handle availability rules, buffers, minimum notice and time-zone detection, which matters when your clients sit in different regions. Calendars sync two ways with Google, Apple/iCloud and Outlook, and sessions get built-in video or an auto-created Zoom, Meet or Teams link. Intake questions on the booking form let you collect the sponsor's name and goals before the chemistry call.

The agreement comes first. Coaching agreements with e-signature go out before the first call and are stored on the client record, next to the payment history. For a three-way engagement, that keeps the confidentiality terms you agreed with the sponsor attached to the person you are coaching. Read more on coaching contracts in Coachful.

Delivery after the money lands. Each client record holds goals with progress bars, check-ins, habits, session notes, intake answers, tags, payments and sessions, with a status of thriving, active, quiet or at risk. Before a session, Michelle can brief you from the client's live data and summarise recorded sessions afterwards. For leadership cohorts, enrolling clients in a program creates a cohort group automatically, with group chat and video events.

ICF hours. Many executive coaches are building toward PCC or MCC. Coachful counts coaching hours and distinct clients against ACC, PCC and MCC thresholds and exports an ICF client coaching log with paid and pro bono hours, so the billing record and the credential log come from the same sessions. See ICF hour tracking.

Growing into a firm. Studio and Agency plans add coach seats with per-coach availability and staff permissions, and multi-coach session types can assign bookings by round robin or to the least busy coach. That fits a principal coach who subcontracts to associates. Details are on the teams page and the executive coaches page.

What Coachful does not do. There is no PayPal and no permanent free plan. It is not HIPAA-certified, so clinical records do not belong there. It has no multi-stage sales deal board for large teams and no Salesforce or HubSpot integration, which matters if you sell into enterprises through a formal pipeline. The client app runs under the Coachful listing with your branding, not under your own App Store account.

Why Coachful stands out: a free white-glove service. On every plan, you can open Create, choose "We'll build it for you · FREE", and describe what you want: a website, a sales page for your leadership engagement, a funnel, a program, an email sequence or an application form. Attach up to 8 reference links and up to 10 files (logo, brand guide, existing copy), and the Coachful team builds it inside your account, usually within about 24 hours. Nothing gets invented; gaps such as credentials or testimonials are left for you to fill. One recent build: a leadership coach with a Squarespace renewal days away got one clean homepage with a repeated "talk with me" button. It does not include video recording, logo design or ad management. More on the white-glove service.

2. HoneyBook: is it the right choice when sponsors want a proposal first?

HoneyBook wins when your sales motion is "send a proposal, get it signed, invoice the company". It is a client-management CRM for service businesses, built around proposals, contracts, invoices, a scheduler and a client portal, which maps neatly to how corporate engagements are bought.

HoneyBook's homepage presenting its client management platform for service businesses
HoneyBook's homepage in October 2026.

For an executive coach, the useful part is that a proposal, contract and first invoice can go out as one package to an HR contact, and the client portal keeps those documents together. HoneyBook is also the payment processor, and as listed in October 2026 it offers ACH bank payments at 1.5%, which is meaningfully cheaper than cards on large invoices. On an example $15,000 invoice, 1.5% is $225, about $210 less than the same invoice at 2.9%. The pricing page conflicts on card fees: the FAQ says 2.7% + 10¢ while the plan comparison shows 2.9% + 25¢. Instant deposit costs 1%.

HoneyBook pricing page with Starter, Essentials and Premium plans
HoneyBook's pricing page in October 2026.

Pricing as listed in October 2026: Starter at $29/month billed annually (2 live lead forms), Essentials at $59/month or $49 annually (up to 2 team members), and Premium at $129/month or $109 annually (unlimited team members). All plans include unlimited clients and projects. There is a 30-day free trial with no card required. Prices rose in February 2025.

The limits are on delivery. HoneyBook has no programs, courses, habits, check-ins or community, so once the engagement is paid you run the coaching somewhere else. The scheduler and automations start on Essentials, not Starter. Payments must run through HoneyBook's own processing, so you cannot bring an existing Stripe account.

Pick it over Coachful if your work is mostly corporate contracts sold through formal proposals, you value ACH at 1.5% on large invoices, and you are content running the coaching itself in a separate tool.

3. Stripe on its own: when is no platform the best platform?

Going direct to Stripe wins for the coach whose clients are almost all companies paying by invoice, and who needs nothing more than a professional invoice, a payment link and automatic receipts. There is no monthly subscription; you pay per transaction.

Stripe's pricing page, as served to us from Europe in October 2026, lists no setup or monthly fees, 1.5% + €0.25 for standard EEA cards and 2.5% + €0.25 for UK cards, with 2% added when currency conversion is needed. Stripe Invoicing's Starter tier charges 0.4% per paid invoice, Stripe Billing for subscriptions is 0.7% of billing volume on pay-as-you-go, and Stripe Tax is 0.5% per transaction where you are registered. Rates differ by country, so a US-based coach should check the US version of the page.

For an executive coach this means you can send a sponsor an invoice with net terms, let them pay online, and charge self-funded clients through payment links or a subscription, all from the Stripe dashboard.

The limits show up the moment the engagement starts. Stripe has no booking page tied to sessions, no coaching agreement with e-signature, no session notes, no goals, no client app and no ICF hour log. You will add a scheduler, a contract tool and a client workspace, and the reconciliation between them is your job. The extra percentages also stack: invoicing, billing and tax each add their own fee on top of card processing.

It is worth noting that Coachful and several other tools on this list run on Stripe anyway. Choosing Coachful does not mean leaving Stripe; it means Stripe sits under a coaching workspace with a 0% Coachful platform fee.

Pick it over Coachful if you bill a handful of corporate clients a year, already run delivery in tools you like, and want the lowest possible software spend with no client-facing app at all.

4. Kajabi: does it make sense for executive coaches who sell courses?

Kajabi wins when coaching is the premium tier above a sizeable course or community business, for example a leadership course sold to thousands of managers, with private coaching for the few who want more.

Kajabi's homepage presenting its course, community and website platform
Kajabi's homepage in October 2026.

Kajabi combines courses, community, a website, funnels and email. For executive coaches with a large audience, that means a manager-level course can feed an application for one-to-one work. As listed in October 2026: Basic at $179/month ($143 annually) with 5 products, 2,500 contacts and 0 AI credits; Growth at $249/month ($199 annually) with 50 products and 25,000 contacts; Pro at $499/month ($399 annually). The trial is 14 days, with a card optional.

Fees deserve a close look at executive ticket sizes. Kajabi Payments in the US charges 2.9% + $0.30 on Basic, 2.8% on Growth and 2.7% on Pro. If you use another processor (excluding PayPal), Kajabi adds 2% on Basic, 1% on Growth and 0.5% on Pro on top of that provider's fees. On an example $12,000 engagement through an outside processor on Basic, the extra Kajabi fee alone is $240.

The limits for one-to-one work: coaching in Kajabi is organised as products and communities, not per-client plans. There is no habit tracking or daily client check-in, no e-signature agreement noted in its profile, and Basic caps you at five products. For an engagement-based practice with fifteen clients, that is a lot of course platform for a coaching problem.

Pick it over Coachful if your revenue comes mainly from courses and a large community, and one-to-one executive coaching is a small add-on you are happy to run with lighter tooling.

5. Paperbell: what does a simple package checkout get you?

Paperbell suits the solo executive coach who wants one tidy place to sell packages, collect a signed contract and take payment, with very little to configure.

Paperbell's homepage presenting its all-in-one admin tool for solo coaches
Paperbell's homepage in October 2026.

It is an all-in-one admin tool for solo coaches: booking, packages, payments, contracts, a client portal and a simple website. As listed in October 2026 there is one plan at $97/month ($80.83 monthly on annual billing) with unlimited clients, sessions, files and packages. Paperbell states "no additional transaction fees", so you pay only Stripe or PayPal processing, and there is a 30-day money-back guarantee. An older help-center note describes a 7-day trial with the public site offline and client messages off.

For executive coaches, packages map well to engagements, and the contract step happens at checkout. PayPal support helps if a self-funded client prefers it, which Coachful does not offer.

The limits are on everything after the sale. Paperbell's profile lists no courses, no community and no goal or habit tracking, and there is no native mobile app, only the mobile browser. If your engagements include between-session actions, leadership development milestones or a cohort, you will need a second tool. At one price per coach, adding associates also multiplies cost. Its Trustpilot rating was 3.5 from 14 reviews when checked in October 2026. Compare more in Paperbell alternatives.

Pick it over Coachful if you only need booking, package checkout and contracts, you want PayPal at checkout, and you handle any between-session work by email.

6. CoachAccountable: how does per-client pricing work for coaching firms?

CoachAccountable makes the most sense for an executive coaching firm with several associate coaches, because its pricing page says unlimited coach and administrator accounts are included at no extra cost.

As listed on its pricing page today, price depends on active clients: Starter covers 2 clients for $20/month, Level 1 covers 5 for $40, Level 2 covers 10 for $70, Level 3 covers 20 for $120, Level 3.5 covers 35 for $200 and Level 4 covers 50 for $250. Every plan is fully featured, only active clients count, and you can deactivate and reactivate clients while they keep access to past records. There is a 30-day free trial with no card required. The page also notes that each person in a group or company engagement is a separate client.

That last point matters for executive coaches. If a company buys coaching for six leaders, that is six clients on your bill. Per-client pricing tracks revenue reasonably well when fees are high, but it grows quickly for team coaching.

The pricing page does not say which payment processors CoachAccountable connects to or whether it adds a transaction fee, so confirm both during the trial before you move corporate billing into it. It also does not offer a website builder, funnels or a community on the scale of an all-in-one platform, so marketing stays elsewhere. More options are in CoachAccountable alternatives.

Pick it over Coachful if you run a firm with many coaches on a modest roster, you want every associate and admin account included, and your marketing already lives on another site.

7. Practice Better: is a health EHR a fit for executive wellness coaching?

Practice Better earns a place for executive coaches whose work sits close to health: executive wellness, burnout recovery or performance programs run alongside dietitians or physicians. It describes itself as an all-in-one EHR (electronic health record), and its features lean clinical.

Practice Better's homepage presenting its practice management and EHR software
Practice Better's homepage in October 2026.

As listed on its pricing page today: a free Sprout plan for 3 clients; Starter at $35/month ($25 annually) for 10 clients; Professional at $69/month ($59 annually) for 300 clients, adding account deposits and payment plans; Plus at $99/month ($89 annually) with unlimited clients and SMS reminders; Team at $155/month ($145 annually) with 2 practitioner licences. Trials run 14 days, or 30 days on Team. Integrated billing and payments, scheduling, telehealth video and secure messaging are in every paid plan.

For an executive coach, deposits and payment plans on Professional fit high-fee engagements, and the charting tools suit coaches who work under a medical team. Remember that coaching is not treatment: if a client reports symptoms of depression, burnout that affects health, or substance issues, refer them to a qualified clinician.

The limits for a leadership practice: the language and workflows are built for practitioners, not executives, and features such as charting, fax numbers and ePrescribe are noise for most coaches. Corporate invoicing and three-way sponsor agreements are not its focus.

Pick it over Coachful if your executive work is genuinely health-led, you collaborate with clinicians, and you need clinical record-keeping that a coaching platform should not hold.

8. Podia: a lighter storefront for a low-ticket leadership course?

Podia fits the executive coach who wants to sell a modest digital product, such as a first-time manager course or a recorded leadership workshop, next to a few coaching offers, without the cost of Kajabi.

Podia's homepage presenting its storefront for courses, downloads and coaching
Podia's homepage in October 2026.

It is a simple storefront for courses, downloads, webinars, coaching sessions and community. As listed in October 2026: Mover at $49/month ($42 annually) with a 5% Podia transaction fee; Shaker at $99/month ($84 annually) and Earthquaker at $179/month ($150 annually), both with 0% Podia fee. Stripe or PayPal processing, at a standard 2.9% + 30¢, comes on top. There is a 14-day trial with no card.

For executive coaching, the 5% fee on Mover rules it out for engagement billing: on an example $10,000 engagement, that is $500 to Podia before processing. On Shaker or above, the fee disappears, but email allowances are small (500 subscribers included on Shaker), and older profiles note no mobile app and no native video calls. There are no per-client plans, check-ins or habits.

Podia can still work as the course shop while engagements are invoiced elsewhere, but that is the two-tool setup most executive coaches are trying to leave. See also our comparison of platforms to sell coaching packages.

Pick it over Coachful if you mostly sell low-priced courses and downloads, coaching is occasional, and you want PayPal at checkout.

9. Stan Store: does a link-in-bio checkout work for paid strategy calls?

Stan Store suits the executive coach who builds an audience on LinkedIn or Instagram and wants a fast mobile checkout for a paid strategy session or a downloadable leadership guide.

Stan Store's homepage presenting its link-in-bio storefront for creators
Stan Store's homepage in October 2026.

As listed in October 2026: Creator at $29/month ($25 annually) with unlimited products and customers in one store, and Creator Pro at $99/month ($79 annually), which adds email marketing, upsells, discount codes and affiliates. Stan charges 0% on sales; Stripe or PayPal processing applies. The trial is 14 days, with the first month charged when it ends. Its Trustpilot rating was 4.7 from 2,205 reviews when checked.

For this niche, a paid strategy call or "leadership audit" sold from a link in a LinkedIn profile is a clean way to qualify senior prospects. Stan does that with very little setup.

Where it stops: Stan has no contracts, invoices or client records and is not a CRM. There are no programs with tasks, habits or check-ins, and no team seats advertised. A corporate sponsor asking for an invoice is outside what it does. Treat it as a front door, not a practice system.

Pick it over Coachful if you only need a mobile storefront for small purchases from social traffic and you already invoice engagements elsewhere.

10. Everfit: who should use a fitness app for executive coaching?

Everfit is the specialist pick for executive performance coaches whose engagements include structured training, for example energy and resilience programs for senior leaders that pair coaching with workouts.

Everfit's homepage presenting its fitness coaching app for trainers
Everfit's homepage in October 2026.

It is a fitness coaching app with workouts, habits, nutrition and messaging, priced by client count. As listed in October 2026: Starter is free for up to 5 clients; Pro starts at $19/month ($16 annually) for 5 clients and scales to $29 for 10, $49 for 20 and $95 for 50; Studio starts at $105/month for 50 clients. There is a 30-day trial with no card. Transaction fees are not shown on the pricing page.

For the executive niche, the catch is that payments are a paid add-on, as are automation and meal plans, and there is no course builder, website, funnels or email marketing. You would still invoice the corporate sponsor elsewhere. Its Trustpilot rating was 2.7 from 16 reviews when checked.

Coachful's Fitness & Nutrition pack covers workout building, logging and nutrition targets inside the same platform that handles payments, which is why Everfit sits last for this audience. Read more on software for executive wellness coaches.

Pick it over Coachful if training delivery is the core of your work, you have fewer than five clients and want the free tier, and billing happens outside the app.

What does each platform cost at 5, 15 and 40 clients?

Executive practices tend to run small rosters at high fees, so we priced each tool at 5, 15 and 40 active clients using monthly billing. Processing fees are extra in every case.

Platform5 clients15 clients40 clients
CoachfulLite: $29/month for up to 5 clientsSolo: $49/month for up to 20 clientsPro: $99/month with unlimited clients

The table understates the gap for single-purpose tools, because most of them need a second product to run the engagement. That is why the next section prices full stacks.

What do three typical executive coaching stacks cost per month?

These are illustrative stacks built only from prices listed in October 2026, at monthly billing, for a coach with about 15 active clients. Processing fees are extra in all three.

On the course-led stack, also budget Kajabi's extra 2% if Basic payments run through an outside processor. On the corporate stack, HoneyBook's ACH rate can cut fees on large invoices, which may offset part of the cost difference if most clients pay by bank.

How would an executive coach set up payments in Coachful?

Setting up an executive engagement in Coachful takes a handful of steps, and the white-glove team can build the sales page and application for you. Here is an example flow for a six-month leadership engagement.

Coachful's intakes page and session calendar on a tablet and laptop in a business lounge
Coachful's intakes page and sessions calendar on a tablet and laptop, shown with demo data.
  1. Connect Stripe. Link your own Stripe Connect account (or Razorpay) and turn on Stripe Tax if you sell to companies in other states or countries.
  2. Create the engagement as an offer. For example, "Executive Engagement: 12 sessions" with session credits, sold as a one-time payment, plus a payment plan version for self-funded clients. Add an order bump for a 360 debrief if you offer one.
  3. Attach the agreement. Set the coaching agreement to go out for e-signature before the first call, with your confidentiality and sponsor-reporting terms.
  4. Build the booking page. Set availability, buffers, minimum notice and intake questions (sponsor name, company, the leader's top three goals). Connect Google, Outlook or Apple Calendar.
  5. Handle corporate payers. When a company pays against an invoice instead of the checkout, create a manual invoice for that client so the payment and the sessions sit on the same record.
  6. Set up delivery. Add the coachee's goals, weekly check-ins and between-session actions so progress is visible at the midpoint review.
  7. Track your ICF hours. Sessions count toward ACC, PCC and MCC thresholds automatically, and you can export the client coaching log at renewal.
  8. Request the build. Use "We'll build it for you · FREE" for the engagement sales page and an application funnel, then review and publish.

For pricing the engagement itself, start from your target annual income, divide by the number of engagements you can deliver well, and test that figure against what sponsors in your sector already pay. Our guide to coaching software for executive coaches covers the delivery side in more depth, and the coaching payment software page lists every payment feature.

What payment mistakes do executive coaches make?

Most payment problems in executive coaching come from treating a months-long engagement like a one-off product. These are the common ones:

  • Starting sessions before the agreement is signed. If the sponsor later disputes scope or confidentiality, you have nothing on record. Send the agreement first, every time.
  • Paying a percentage platform fee on large invoices. A 2% to 5% platform fee on a high-ticket engagement can cost more per year than an all-in-one subscription. Check whether the fee applies on top of processing.
  • Running billing and delivery in separate tools. When payments live in one system and sessions in another, nobody notices that a client has used all their credits or that a plan instalment failed.
  • Ignoring tax on cross-border corporate work. Services sold to companies in other countries can trigger VAT or sales tax rules. Use automatic tax calculation and check with an accountant where it varies.
  • No payment plan for self-funded leaders. A founder may say yes to the work but not to one lump sum. A three or six-month plan often closes the deal.
  • Losing ICF hours. If billing and session logs are separate, reconstructing paid hours for a PCC application is painful.

Verdict: which payment platform should an executive coach choose?

For most executive coaches, Coachful is the best choice: it takes payment through your own Stripe account with a 0% platform fee, sends the agreement before the first session, sells engagements as session credits or payment plans, and then runs the coaching, the client record and the ICF log in the same place. The free white-glove build removes most of the setup effort.

Choose HoneyBook if your work is proposal-led corporate contracts and ACH matters more than delivery. Go straight to Stripe if you invoice a few companies a year and want no subscription. Choose Kajabi if courses drive the business. Paperbell, CoachAccountable and Practice Better each fit a narrower practice shape, while Podia, Stan Store and Everfit are storefronts or specialist apps you would pair with something else. Frequently asked questions

What is the best payment platform for executive coaches?

Coachful is our pick because it combines payments through your own Stripe account, e-signed agreements, session credits, payment plans and engagement delivery in one login with a 0% platform fee. HoneyBook is the strongest alternative for proposal-led corporate work. Stripe alone suits coaches who only need invoices.

How do executive coaches usually get paid by companies?

Companies typically pay against an invoice, often after raising a purchase order, on net payment terms. Some pay a deposit up front and the balance at the midpoint. Your platform should create an invoice for the sponsor and link it to the coachee's record.

Should I charge executive clients per session or per engagement?

Most executive coaches sell a defined engagement, such as a set number of sessions over several months, rather than single sessions. Selling it as session credits keeps the client booking against a known balance and makes renewals a clear conversation.

Is Stripe enough for an executive coaching practice?

Stripe handles invoices, payment links, subscriptions and tax, each with its own fee. It does not provide booking, agreements, session notes or a client app, so most coaches add several tools. Platforms such as Coachful run on your Stripe account and add the coaching workspace.

Does Coachful take a cut of my coaching payments?

No. Coachful has charged a 0% platform fee since August 2026. You pay only Stripe or Razorpay processing on each transaction, plus your Coachful membership.

Can Coachful send invoices to a corporate sponsor?

Yes. Coachful creates an invoice for every transaction and lets you create manual invoices, so a sponsor who pays outside the checkout still has a proper invoice and the payment sits on the client record. Coachful does not support PayPal.

What is Coachful's free white-glove service?

On every plan, you can ask the Coachful team to build a website, sales page, funnel, program, email sequence or form inside your account, usually within about 24 hours. You describe it and attach up to 8 links and 10 files. It does not include video recording, logo design or ad management.

Do I need a HIPAA-compliant payment platform as an executive coach?

Leadership coaching is not healthcare, so most executive coaches do not. If your work involves clinical care alongside coaching, those records belong in a clinical system such as an EHR. Coachful is not HIPAA-certified.

How should I handle sales tax or VAT on executive coaching?

It depends on where you and the client company are based, and rules differ by country and state. Use a platform with automatic tax calculation, such as Stripe Tax inside Coachful, and check with an accountant before invoicing across borders.

Can I track ICF coaching hours from paid sessions?

In Coachful, yes. It counts coaching hours and distinct clients against ACC, PCC and MCC thresholds and exports an ICF client coaching log with paid and pro bono hours.
