Best Platform for Real Estate Coaches: Top 5 Picks for 2026

Best Platform for Real Estate Coaches: Top 5 Picks for 2026

The best platform for real estate coaches is the one that lets an agent pay, sign, start a program, join the group and book a call without you stitching five tools together. Real estate coaching is rarely a single course. It is a 90-day launch plan for new agents, a weekly accountability call for producers, a mastermind for team leaders, and a library of scripts and listing-presentation lessons that clients return to between calls. So the deciding question is simple: how much of selling and delivering that work can run in one place, at what monthly cost?

Our pick is Coachful. It puts checkout, coaching agreements, booking, multi-week programs with daily tasks and check-ins, courses, a community and your website behind one login, with one branded app for your clients. We make Coachful, so read our ranking with that in mind; below we explain the criteria, what each of the other four platforms does better, and exactly when you should pick one of them instead.

This guide is about selling and delivering coaching online. If you are choosing tools for CRM and admin, read our companion piece on the best software for real estate coaches. If you are still shaping the business itself, start with how to start a real estate coaching business.

What do real estate coaches sell online?

Most real estate coaches sell a mix of live coaching and structured content: programs with weekly actions, group calls, a course library and a community where agents compare notes. The platform has to handle all of them, because agents buy the outcome (more listings, a steadier pipeline, a team that runs without them), not the format.

Typical offers we see in this niche look like this:

  • New-agent launch program. A 90-day program for licensees in their first year: sphere-of-influence outreach, a weekly prospecting target, daily call blocks, and a check-in every evening that asks how many conversations happened.
  • Producer accountability coaching. Ongoing 1:1 or small-group calls for agents already closing deals, sold as a monthly subscription with a set number of session credits.
  • Team-leader mastermind. A cohort of team leads or brokers meeting twice a month, with a private group, recorded calls and shared hiring and compensation templates. Our guide to the best platform to host coaching masterminds covers this format in depth.
  • Listing and buyer-consult course. A self-paced course with scripts, objection handling and a listing-presentation walkthrough, often sold alone and bundled into the higher offers.
  • Investor and wholesaling cohorts. Coaches who teach acquisitions run fixed-date cohorts with deal reviews. Our roundup of real estate wholesaling classes shows how varied those programs are.
  • Annual business-plan intensive. A one-time paid workshop each autumn where agents build their next-year plan, which then feeds into ongoing coaching.

A note on scope. Business coaching for agents is not legal, brokerage or tax advice. Most agents work under a supervising broker (see the overview of real estate brokers on Wikipedia), and licensing and advertising rules differ by state, so refer clients to their broker or an attorney when a question touches contracts, disclosures or licence law. If your course includes marketing or prospecting scripts, check them against the fair housing guidance from HUD. For how you price and invoice your own offers, check with an accountant, because sales tax on digital products varies by location.

How did we choose these five platforms?

We scored each platform on what a real estate coach actually needs to sell and deliver online, using what each vendor documents publicly and what public reviewers report. We did not run hands-on tests for this article.

  1. One login for the whole client journey. Can an agent find you, pay, sign an agreement, book, start a program and join the group without leaving one place?
  2. Delivery between sessions. Real estate results come from daily prospecting habits. We favoured platforms that support weekly goals, daily tasks and check-ins, not just a video library.
  3. Selling tools. Checkout with payment plans and coupons, funnels for webinars and lead magnets, and email.
  4. Client learning experience. A clean branded home and app where courses, calls and community sit together.
  5. Total cost of the stack. Monthly price, per-sale fees and the extra tools you would need to fill gaps.
  6. Setup effort. How long it takes to go from nothing to a live offer.

We left out practice-management tools built for clinical or wellness practitioners, because a real estate coach has no use for charting, and course marketplaces, because agents buy from a coach they trust, not from a catalogue. For a broader checklist, see how to choose an online coaching platform.

1. Coachful: the best platform for real estate coaches overall

Coachful wins when you sell coaching, not just content: an agent buys a program, signs your agreement, books the kickoff call and then gets daily prospecting tasks and evening check-ins inside the same branded app where your course and community live. That is the gap every other platform on this list leaves open.

A laptop showing Coachful's program-linked groups and a tablet showing a client community feed on a brokerage meeting table
Coachful's Squads view with program-linked groups on the laptop and the client community feed on the tablet, both with demo data.

What Coachful is. Coachful is a coaching platform. One subscription covers booking, payments, contracts, program delivery with habits and check-ins, courses, a community, a website with funnels and email, and an AI assistant. You get one login; your clients get one app carrying your branding. It is built for coaches who deliver programs, not just sessions, for solo coaches growing into a small team, and for coaches replacing four to six separate tools. The company is based in Tallinn, Estonia, and public reviewers rate it 4.5 on Trustpilot from 21 reviews.

How a real estate offer runs inside it

Start with the program, because that is where agent results happen. You can build a multi-week program with weekly goals, daily tasks, habits, morning and evening check-ins, goals with progress bars and streaks. For a new-agent launch program, that might mean a weekly goal of 50 sphere conversations, a daily task to log calls, a habit for a two-hour prospecting block, and an evening check-in asking how many appointments were set. You see each client's status on their record as thriving, active, quiet or at risk, so you know who stopped prospecting before the next call.

Group delivery is built in. When an agent enrolls in a program, Coachful creates the cohort group automatically, and you also get a community feed, group chat, direct messages, video events, group calls and webinars. That suits a team-leader mastermind or a fixed-date investor cohort. Our guide to the best platform for cohort coaching programs goes deeper on running cohorts.

Courses sit next to the coaching. You can publish modules and lessons with drip and completion tracking, plus downloads, videos, books, AI tools, events and bundles, all delivered into the client's branded home. Your listing-presentation course can be sold alone, bundled with the program, or drip-released week by week. There are 48 course templates with quizzes and more than 40 ready-to-film program templates if you want a starting structure.

Here is a short walkthrough of building a program in Coachful:

Selling: checkout, funnels and your website

Payments run through your own Stripe Connect or Razorpay account: one-time payments, subscriptions, payment plans, order bumps, coupons, refunds, Apple Pay and Google Pay, with Stripe Tax and an invoice per transaction. Since August 2026 Coachful charges a 0% platform fee, so you pay only Stripe or Razorpay processing. That matters in a niche where a year-long mastermind can be a large single payment.

On the marketing side, you get a section-based website builder with a blog, custom domain, SEO settings and 30 designed homepage templates, plus booking, application, lead-magnet and checkout funnels with Meta Pixel, GA4 and UTM tracking. Email lists, broadcasts and multi-step sequences with triggers, delays, branching and A/B splits are included in your Coachful membership. Booking pages handle availability rules, buffers, minimum notice and time zones, with two-way Google, Apple/iCloud and Outlook sync and built-in video or auto-created Zoom, Meet or Teams links. Coaching agreements go out with e-signature before the first call and are stored on the client record.

Michelle, the built-in AI assistant, works from your live practice data: it can draft a program, write email sequences, summarize recorded sessions and brief you before a call. Questions and planning are included in the membership; confirmed builds and changes use AI credits.

Why Coachful stands out: a free white-glove service. On every plan, you can open Create > We'll build it for you, describe what you need (a website, a funnel, a sales page, a program, a course outline, an email sequence, a lead quiz and more), attach up to 8 reference links and up to 10 files, and the Coachful team builds it inside your own account, usually within about 24 hours. Nothing is invented: no fake credentials, testimonials or prices, and gaps are left for you to fill. One recent build was for a real-estate and money coach, who got a year-long cohort program with an application form, an eight-page site and a free nine-day bootcamp funnel. Read more about the free white-glove service.

What Coachful does not do

  • No PayPal and no permanent free plan (there is a free trial).
  • No multi-stage sales deal board for large teams and no Salesforce or HubSpot integration. If your coaching business runs a big sales team, that is a gap.
  • No routing forms that pick a host from form answers, though multi-coach session types support round-robin or least-busy assignment.
  • Not a course marketplace, and not a general website builder for non-coaching sites; no third-party plugins.
  • The client app ships under the Coachful listing with your branding, not under your own App Store account.
  • The affiliate program tracks links, clicks, conversions and revenue, but payouts are recorded manually rather than sent by Coachful. Coaches who pay agents a referral fee should plan for that.

Pricing. Plans are flat monthly; lower plans cap the number of clients, Pro is unlimited, team plans (Studio and Agency) add coach seats, and monthly plans cancel in one click. Current plans: (Lite: $29/month for up to 5 clients; Solo: $49/month for up to 20 clients; Pro: $99/month with unlimited clients; Studio: $199/month with unlimited clients).

How to start. Begin a free trial, then request a free white-glove build of your website, funnel or first program. Clients, programs and content from your old tools are imported for you during onboarding. Coaches who teach business growth more broadly may also like our page for business coaches and for sales coaches.

2. Kajabi: best when your catalogue is mostly courses

Kajabi is the pick for a real estate coach whose business is a large library of courses and digital products, with coaching as a smaller add-on. It is a course, community, website, funnel and email platform built for selling knowledge products.

Kajabi homepage promoting its platform for selling courses, communities and coaching
Kajabi's homepage in October 2026.

Where it shines. If you sell a dozen products (a listing-presentation course, a buyer-consult course, a social media course for agents, a recorded summit), Kajabi's product structure and marketing tools fit that catalogue. Growth and Pro plans add more products, contacts and admin users, which helps if a virtual assistant or a co-coach manages the store with you.

What it costs, as listed in October 2026.

  • Basic: $179/mo ($143/mo annual) for 5 products, 2,500 contacts, 1 community, 1 website, 2 admin users and 0 AI credits.
  • Growth: $249/mo ($199/mo annual) for 50 products, 25,000 contacts and 500 AI credits.
  • Pro: $499/mo ($399/mo annual) for unlimited products, 100,000 contacts and 3 communities.

Kajabi Payments in the US charges 2.9% + $0.30 on Basic, 2.8% + $0.30 on Growth and 2.7% + $0.30 on Pro. Use a different processor (other than PayPal) and Kajabi adds its own 2%, 1% or 0.5% fee on top. The standard trial is 14 days.

Gaps for coaching agents. Kajabi's coaching model is products and communities, not per-client plans. There are no habit trackers or daily client check-ins, so the "did you make your calls today" layer that drives agent results has to live elsewhere or not at all. The Basic plan's cap of 5 products also fills up quickly once you split a course, a program and a mastermind into separate offers. On Trustpilot, public reviewers rate Kajabi 3.4 from 2,347 reviews (seen October 2026).

Pick it over Coachful if your revenue comes mainly from a large self-paced course catalogue sold to thousands of contacts, and individual client accountability is a small part of what you do.

3. Skool: best for a cheap, high-energy agent community

For a coach building a large free or low-cost community of agents, with a classroom and calendar attached, Skool is hard to beat on simplicity. Each group combines a community feed, a classroom and a calendar, with gamified leaderboards that reward members for posting and engaging. For agents who already compete on production rankings, that format can feel familiar.

Skool homepage introducing its community, classroom and calendar groups
Skool's homepage in October 2026.

Pricing, as listed in October 2026. Hobby costs $9/mo ($7.50/mo annual) and Pro $99/mo ($82.50/mo annual), both with unlimited members, courses, videos and live calls. The trial length and card requirement were not stated on the pricing page or help FAQ when we checked.

Watch the transaction fees. Payments run only through Skool Payments. Hobby takes 10% + 30¢ on every transaction. Pro charges 2.9% + 30¢ on sales up to $899 and 3.9% + 30¢ above $900. Real estate masterminds and year-long programs often sit above that line, so the higher rate applies to exactly the sales that matter most. Skool's fees are non-refundable, and payouts arrive weekly on Wednesdays.

What you would still need. Skool has no custom-domain website, no funnels, no email automation and no public API. It also lacks 1:1 client records, intake forms, habits and check-ins. A coach running private accountability for producers would add a booking tool, an e-signature tool and an email platform. On Trustpilot, Skool shows 1.6 from 54 reviews (seen October 2026), a small sample.

Pick it over Coachful if your main product is a large paid community with group calls and a course library, you sell mostly at lower price points, and you do not run individual coaching plans.

Which one looks like you?

Coachful builds your coaching website from a few answers, in a design chosen for your niche, with programs, booking and payments ready behind it.

4. Mighty Networks: best for brokerage-scale communities and events

Brokerages, franchise trainers and coaches running a network of agents across many markets will find Mighty Networks built for that scale. It combines community, courses and events, with Mighty-branded member apps, multiple hosts and moderators, and livestream hours that grow with each plan.

Mighty Networks homepage presenting its community, courses and events platform

Plans as listed in October 2026.

  • Launch: $95/mo ($79/mo annual) with 3 hosts, 10 moderators, 200 GB storage and 20 livestream hours a month for up to 100 attendees.
  • Scale: $215/mo ($179/mo annual) with 5 hosts, 15 moderators and 30 livestream hours for up to 200 attendees.
  • Growth: $354/mo billed annually with 10 hosts, 100 moderators and 40 livestream hours for up to 1,000 attendees.
  • Mighty Pro: custom pricing, with unlimited hosts and moderators and your own branded apps.

Mighty adds a platform fee on sales (2% Launch, 1% Scale, 0.5% Growth and Pro) plus Stripe processing. The trial runs 14 days with no card required and includes Growth features.

The trade-off. Mighty does not handle 1:1 scheduling, invoicing or contracts, and it has no per-client habits, check-ins or private coaching plans. If a team leader in your community wants private coaching, you would run that through other tools. Your own branded app is only on the custom-priced Mighty Pro tier. Public reviewers rate it 3.3 on Trustpilot from 219 reviews (seen October 2026).

For a broader look at this category, see our guide to group coaching community platforms.

Pick it over Coachful if you run a community of hundreds of agents with several hosts, frequent livestreams and regional sub-groups, and private coaching is not part of the offer.

5. Stan Store: best for selling from social media

Real estate coaches who grow on Instagram, TikTok or YouTube Shorts and sell straight from their bio link will get running fastest with Stan Store. It is a link-in-bio storefront for selling digital products, courses, memberships and paid calls from a phone.

Stan Store homepage showing its link-in-bio storefront for creators
Stan Store's homepage in October 2026.

Two plans, as listed in October 2026. Creator costs $29/mo ($25/mo annual) and Creator Pro $99/mo ($79/mo annual), both with unlimited products and customers. Stan takes no transaction fee ("keep 100% of every sale"), so you pay only Stripe or PayPal processing. There is a 14-day free trial, and the first month is charged when it ends.

Where it runs out. Email marketing, upsells, discount codes and affiliates are only on the $99 Creator Pro plan. There are no contracts, invoices or client records, so it is not a CRM, and there are no programs with client tasks, habits or check-ins. Stan does not advertise team seats. It works well for a $47 script pack or a paid strategy call, but a 12-week coaching program needs somewhere else to live. Public reviewers rate it 4.7 on Trustpilot from 2,205 reviews (seen October 2026).

Pick it over Coachful if you sell only low-ticket digital products and single calls to a social audience, and you have no plans to run multi-week programs or a client community yet.

What does an example offer look like, built end to end in Coachful?

Here is how one illustrative offer, a 12-week "Listing Engine" program for agents with one to three years in the business, would run from first click to final call. The names and numbers are examples, not a real client.

Step 1: the funnel and checkout

A free webinar funnel ("Five listing conversations a week without cold calling") collects registrations with Meta Pixel and UTM tracking. A follow-up email sequence branches on whether the agent attended. The sales page offers the program with a payment plan option, an order bump for the listing-presentation course, and a coupon for webinar attendees. Payment goes to your own Stripe account.

Coachful Funnels page listing a webinar funnel, lead magnet funnel and program launch funnel
Coachful's Funnels page with three demo funnels: a free webinar, a lead magnet and a program launch.

The funnel walkthrough shows how those pieces connect:

Step 2: onboarding

After payment, the agent receives your coaching agreement for e-signature before the first call, answers intake questions (current production, brokerage, lead sources, weekly hours available) and books a kickoff session. The agreement and answers land on their client record.

Coachful Agreements tab with a drop area for signed PDFs
The Agreements tab in Coachful, shown empty, with a drop area for a signed PDF.

Step 3: the program

Each of the 12 weeks has a goal, such as "book 3 listing appointments". Daily tasks cover the prospecting block and follow-up. A habit tracks the two-hour call block, an evening check-in logs conversations and appointments, and a progress bar shows the quarter's listing target. When an agent goes quiet, their status changes, and you can reach out before momentum is lost.

Step 4: the community and group calls

Enrolling creates the cohort group automatically. Agents post wins, share scripts and join a weekly group call booked on your calendar. Course lessons on listing presentations drip out alongside the program weeks.

Step 5 is the renewal. At week 10, an email sequence offers continuing accountability as a monthly subscription with session credits. If you would rather not build any of this yourself, the free white-glove service can set up the funnel, program outline and site for you. For the website side, Coachful's templates include business-style designs like the one below; see the coach website builder for more.

What do three typical stacks cost each month?

The cheapest stack is not the one with the lowest headline price. It is the one that needs the fewest extra tools and the smallest per-sale cut. Below are three illustrative stacks at 5, 15 and 40 active clients. Vendor prices are as listed in October 2026, excluding payment processing; where a stack needs a scheduler or e-signature tool, we leave that cost open because it depends on which tool you choose.

Stack5 clients (new-agent coach)15 clients (group program + course)40 clients (mastermind + community + course)

Mighty Networks + Stan Store Creator Pro + scheduler$95 + $99 = $194/mo plus a scheduler$194/mo plus a scheduler$215 (Scale) + $99 = $314/mo plus a scheduler

Per-sale fees change the picture as programs get more expensive. On an illustrative $3,000 mastermind seat, Skool Pro's 3.9% + 30¢ rate comes to $117.30 per sale, and Mighty Launch's 2% platform fee adds $60 before Stripe processing. With a 0% platform fee, Coachful leaves you with only the processor's charge. None of the other stacks include habit tracking or daily check-ins at any price.

What mistakes do real estate coaches make when choosing a platform?

The most common mistake is picking a tool for the first offer and then bolting on four more as the business grows. Watch for these too:

  • Buying a course platform for a coaching business. Videos teach the script, but they do not check whether the calls happened. If your promise is more listings, you need daily accountability, not just lessons.
  • Ignoring per-sale fees on high-ticket offers. A percentage fee that looks small on a $49 course becomes a real cost on a year-long mastermind.
  • Splitting clients across apps. When the course is in one place, the group in another and the booking link in a third, agents stop logging in. One branded home keeps them engaged.
  • Making unverifiable income claims. Promising specific commission numbers on a sales page is risky. Use outcomes you can document and let your broker or attorney review regulated claims.
  • Skipping an exit plan. Check that you can export client data and content. Our guide on protecting coaching data from platform shutdowns explains what to look for. Coachful exports full client data as a ZIP, and courses can be exported too.
  • Building everything yourself. Weeks spent on a website delay the first sale. Use templates or a done-for-you build and launch sooner.

Which platform should a real estate coach choose?

Choose Coachful if you coach agents through programs, calls and a group, and you want checkout, agreements, booking, daily accountability, courses, community and your website in one place with one branded app for clients. It is the only platform here built around the daily prospecting habits that real estate coaching depends on, it takes no platform fee on sales, and the free white-glove build gets your first offer live without weeks of setup.

Pick Kajabi for a large course catalogue, Skool for a cheap and lively community at lower price points, Mighty Networks for a brokerage-scale network with many hosts and livestreams, and Stan Store for low-ticket sales from social media. Each is a solid tool for that job; each leaves the private-coaching layer to other software. Compare more options on our comparison hub or read the online course platform comparison.

Frequently asked questions

What is the best platform for real estate coaches in 2026?

For most real estate coaches who sell programs, 1:1 calls and a group, Coachful is our pick, because selling and delivery run in one place with daily check-ins and habits that support prospecting routines. Coaches who mainly sell courses may prefer Kajabi, and those who run a large low-cost community may prefer Skool. We make Coachful, so weigh our ranking against the criteria above.

What is Coachful's free white-glove service?

It is a done-for-you build included on every Coachful plan. You describe what you want (a website, funnel, program, course outline, email sequence and more), attach up to 8 reference links and 10 files, and the team builds it inside your account, usually within about 24 hours. It does not include recording videos, logo design, ad management or ongoing marketing.

Can I run a real estate mastermind on Coachful?

Yes. You can sell the mastermind with payment plans through your own Stripe account, send an agreement for e-signature, and deliver it with a cohort group, group chat, video events and group calls. Recorded sessions can be summarized by Michelle, the built-in AI assistant.

Do I need a separate course platform if I use Coachful?

No. Courses with modules, lessons, drip and completion tracking are included in your Coachful membership and appear in the same branded home as your programs and community. Coachful is not a course marketplace, though, so you bring your own audience.

Does Coachful accept PayPal?

No. Payments run through your own Stripe Connect or Razorpay account, with Apple Pay and Google Pay supported. If PayPal is essential, Kajabi, Teachable or Stan Store support it in some form.

Is Skool good for real estate coaching?

Skool suits a community-first business with a classroom and group calls, and its leaderboards appeal to competitive agents. It lacks a website, funnels, email automation, client records and check-ins, and Pro charges 3.9% + 30¢ on sales above $900, which affects high-ticket programs.

Can my team of coaches share one account?

Coachful's Studio and Agency team plans add coach seats with per-coach availability and staff permissions, and multi-coach session types can use round-robin or least-busy assignment. See our guide to the best coaching platforms for teams for more.

Is coaching real estate agents the same as giving legal or brokerage advice?

No. Business coaching covers goals, habits, marketing and skills. Questions about contracts, disclosures, licensing or advertising rules belong with the agent's supervising broker or an attorney, and marketing scripts should respect fair housing law.

Can I move my existing courses and clients into Coachful?

Yes. Clients, programs and content are imported for you during onboarding, and the white-glove service can rebuild your website or funnels. You can also export your client data as a ZIP at any time.

How do I price a real estate coaching program?

Start from the outcome and the time you will spend: count your live hours per client, add the value of your course and templates, and compare that with what agents already spend on lead generation. Test one price with a small cohort, then raise it as results build. Payment plans can make a higher price easier to accept.
