Best Social Media Scheduler for Coaches: 7 Picks for 2026

The best social media scheduler for coaches is the one that turns a post into a booked call, not the one with the longest list of networks. A coach rarely needs to publish to twelve platforms. You need to show up on two or three of them every week, point each post at a free consult, a lead magnet or a program page, and know who came through. So the deciding question is simple: where does the click go after someone reads your caption, and how many tools does it pass through before money changes hands?
Our pick is Coachful. We make Coachful, so weigh that, but the reasoning is concrete: its Social planner drafts and schedules posts to Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, X, Threads and YouTube, and every post can link to a booking page, funnel or link-in-bio page that lives in the same account as your payments, contracts, programs and client app. Dedicated schedulers such as Buffer, Metricool and Later still win on analytics, TikTok and Pinterest, and team approvals, and we say exactly where below.
This guide ranks seven tools, compares their network coverage and listed prices, works out the cost for a coach at 5, 15 and 40 clients, and walks through a full setup in Coachful step by step.
What do coaches actually need from a social media scheduler?
Coaches need a scheduler that keeps a steady posting rhythm with little weekly effort and sends interested readers straight to a next step they can act on. Reach matters less than the path from post to conversation.
That makes a coach's needs different from a brand's or an agency's. A few patterns show up across almost every coaching niche:
- Few networks, used well. A life or mindset coach usually leans on Instagram and Facebook. Executive, career and business coaches live on LinkedIn. Fitness and wellness coaches add short video on Instagram and YouTube. Very few solo coaches run more than three or four accounts.
- Content that comes from the coaching itself. The best posts are reframes from sessions (anonymised), questions clients keep asking, a habit challenge, a client win shared with permission, or an invitation to a workshop. A scheduler that helps you turn those raw notes into captions saves more time than one with a fancy grid preview.
- A clear call to action on every post. "Book a free 20-minute call", "Grab the reset guide", "Apply for the cohort". That link has to land on a booking page, a lead-magnet funnel or an application form, and the person should end up in your client list, not in a spreadsheet you update by hand.
- Launch bursts. Coaches who run cohorts, challenges or webinars post heavily for two or three weeks and lightly the rest of the time. Post caps per month matter during launches.
- Low admin. Most coaches are a team of one. Every extra login (scheduler, link-in-bio tool, booking tool, email tool, payment page) is another subscription and another place where a lead can fall through.
- Honest scope. Health, fitness and nutrition coaches post advice in public. Your scheduler cannot check claims for you, so captions should stay inside coaching scope and say when someone should see a doctor or therapist.
If you coach in a specific niche, our niche guides go deeper: life coaches, business coaches, executive coaches, career coaches, health coaches and fitness coaches.
Which social media schedulers are best for coaches at a glance?
Ranking criteria: one login for the whole client journey, between-session delivery, total stack cost, and setup effort (including Coachful's free white-glove build), then network coverage, analytics and price as listed in October 2026.
| Rank and tool | Best for | Entry price as listed | Free plan or trial |
|---|---|---|---|
| Coachful | Coaches who want posts, booking, payments, programs and client app under one login | Lite: $29/month for up to 5 clients | A free trial; Social planner included in your Coachful membership |
| 2. Buffer | Low-cost scheduling across many networks, including X and Bluesky | $5 per channel per month yearly, $6 monthly (Essentials) | Free plan for 3 channels; 14-day trial |
| 3. Metricool | Coaches who want analytics and ads data next to their calendar | $20/month yearly, $25 monthly (Starter, up to 5 brands) | Free plan (1 brand, 20 posts a month, no LinkedIn or X) |
| 4. Planoly | Instagram-first coaches who want a visual grid and a simple storefront | $14/month yearly, $16 monthly (Starter) | Free mobile plan (10 uploads a month); 14-day trial |
| 5. Later | Visual planning for Instagram, TikTok and Pinterest | $18.75/month yearly, $25 monthly (Starter) | Free plan (12 posts per profile a month); 14-day trial |
| 6. SocialBee | Evergreen content recycling by category | $24.20/month yearly, $29 monthly (Bootstrap) | 14-day trial, no card required |
| 7. Hootsuite | Coaching firms with several people sharing one inbox and reporting | $99 per user per month yearly, $149 monthly (Standard) | 14-day trial, no card required |
How did we choose and rank these tools?
We started from what coaches do with social media (publish a few times a week, send people to a call or a free resource, convert them into paying clients) and scored each tool on how much of that path it covers.
Each tool was judged on five things:
- Where the click goes. Can a post point to a booking page, funnel or checkout that the same tool runs? Or does the scheduler stop at "published"?
- Networks coaches use. Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, Threads and YouTube first; X, TikTok and Pinterest as a bonus that matters for some niches.
- Writing help. AI help with ideas and captions, since most coaches write their own posts.
- Real monthly cost for a solo coach on three networks, plus what else you still have to buy.
- Setup effort. How long until the first week of posts is scheduled and every link works.
We did not run hands-on tests of every competitor. Vendor facts come from each company's own pricing and help pages as listed in October 2026 (SocialBee's pricing page was read on the day of writing), and ratings come from public review sites. Where a vendor does not document a feature, we say so rather than guess.
1. Coachful: the scheduler that is wired into your whole coaching business
Coachful is a coaching platform, not a standalone scheduler, and that is exactly why it ranks first for coaches. One subscription covers booking, payments, coaching agreements, program delivery with habits and check-ins, courses, a community, a website with funnels and email, and an AI assistant called Michelle. The coach has one login; each client gets one branded app.

How the Social planner works
You find it under Sell > How you reach them > Social planner. It gives you AI help with post ideas and captions, then lets you schedule and publish to Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, X, Threads and YouTube from one calendar. Each network publishes separately. If one network fails (an expired connection, say), Coachful retries that network on its own and sends you a notification, so a LinkedIn hiccup does not cancel your Instagram post.
The difference from a standalone scheduler is what sits behind the link. The posts can point at pages you build in the same account:
- Booking pages with availability rules, buffers, minimum notice, time-zone detection, intake questions and paid sessions, synced two ways with Google, Apple/iCloud or Outlook calendars, with Zoom, Meet, Teams or built-in video links created for you.
- Funnels for booking, applications, lead magnets and checkout, with Meta Pixel and UTM tracking, so you can see which campaign brought a lead in.
- A link-in-bio page that sells, which is the page most Instagram and Threads posts end up sending people to.
- Email lists, broadcasts and multi-step sequences with triggers, delays, branching and A/B splits, so someone who downloads your guide from a post gets a follow-up without you copying addresses between tools.

Here is a short walkthrough of how funnels are built in Coachful, which is where most of your social traffic should land:
What happens after someone clicks
When a reader books from a post, the session lands on your calendar, payment (if any) runs through your own Stripe Connect or Razorpay account with a 0% Coachful platform fee, and a coaching agreement with e-signature can go out before the first call. Once they enroll, the program delivers weekly goals, daily tasks, habits and morning and evening check-ins in their branded app, and cohort groups are created automatically for group programs. That between-session delivery is what a standalone scheduler can never give you, and it is the reason a follower becomes a client who stays.
Michelle, the built-in assistant, works from your live practice data. She can draft emails and content, build programs, summarise recorded sessions and brief you before calls. Questions and planning are included in your Coachful membership; confirmed builds and changes use AI credits.

Where Coachful is not the right tool
Be clear on the limits before you switch. Coachful does not publish to TikTok or Pinterest. It has no social analytics dashboard (no follower growth charts or best-time-to-post reports) and no unified social inbox for comments and DMs. It is also not HIPAA-certified, has no PayPal, and has no permanent free plan. If social media is your main product (you run an agency or sell social media management), a dedicated scheduler is the better fit.
Pricing is flat monthly plans: lower plans cap the number of clients, Pro is unlimited, and team plans add coach seats (current plans: Lite: $29/month for up to 5 clients; Solo: $49/month for up to 20 clients; Pro: $99/month with unlimited clients; Studio: $199/month with unlimited clients). Monthly plans cancel in one click.
Why Coachful stands out: a free white-glove service. On every plan, you can go to Create > We'll build it for you · FREE, describe what you want, attach up to 8 reference links and up to 10 files (logo, photos, brand guide, copy), and the Coachful team builds it inside your own account, usually within about 24 hours. For a coach starting social media, that can mean a link-in-bio page, a lead-magnet funnel, a booking funnel and a welcome email sequence ready before your first scheduled post. Nothing is invented: no fake credentials, testimonials or prices; gaps are left for you to fill. It does not cover recording videos, logo design, ad management or ongoing marketing. One recent example: a business mentor for beauty professionals got a 12-week mentorship sales page, a free start-up-guide funnel and rewritten follow-up emails. Read more in how the free white-glove service works.

Who it is for: coaches who deliver programs, not just sessions; solo coaches growing into a small team; anyone replacing four to six tools. To start, open a free trial and request the white-glove build on day one.
2. Buffer: the cheapest way to cover many networks

Buffer is a plain, dependable scheduler priced per connected channel, which suits a coach on two or three accounts better than most flat-fee plans. It publishes to Instagram, Facebook Pages, TikTok, LinkedIn, X, YouTube (Shorts), Threads, Pinterest, Google Business Profile, Bluesky, Mastodon and Substack, the widest list in this roundup. Instagram personal profiles and Facebook groups are reminder-only, so a coach who runs a free Facebook group for their community will still post there by hand.
Prices for a three-channel coach
As listed in October 2026, Essentials costs $6 per channel per month, or $5 billed yearly. A coach on Instagram, LinkedIn and Facebook therefore pays $18 a month, or $15 a month yearly. Team costs $12 per channel ($10 yearly) and adds unlimited team members, which matters if a virtual assistant writes your drafts. The Free plan covers up to 3 channels with 10 queued posts per channel at a time (a slot refills once a post goes out), one user and 30 days of Insights history. A 14-day trial of Essentials or Team drops back to Free if you never add payment details.

Gaps a coach will notice
Buffer stops at the post. Its Start Page is a simple link-in-bio landing page, but there is no booking calendar, payment page, program delivery or email sequence behind it, so you still need a scheduler for sessions, a payment tool and an email tool. The free plan's 10-post queue is also tight in a launch week if you post daily on three networks. Buffer is rated 4.2 on Trustpilot from 146 reviews, as listed in October 2026.
Pick it over Coachful if you post to Bluesky, Mastodon, TikTok or Pinterest, you want post analytics on a small budget, or you already run booking and payments elsewhere and only need the calendar for posts.
3. Metricool: analytics and ads in the same place as the calendar

Metricool is the pick for a coach who actually looks at numbers: which posts drive profile visits, how ads perform, how competitors post. It connects Instagram, Facebook, Threads, TikTok, YouTube, Pinterest, Bluesky, Google Business Profile, Twitch and LinkedIn (paid plans), plus a website or blog and Facebook, Google and TikTok ads accounts. X needs a $10 monthly add-on.
The plan structure
Metricool prices by "brand" (one profile per network). The Free plan, described as free forever, covers 1 brand, 20 scheduled posts a month, 30 days of analytics and 5 AI credits, but excludes LinkedIn and X, which rules it out for executive, career and business coaches. Starter for up to 5 brands is $25 a month or $20 billed yearly, with publishing listed as unlimited under a fair use policy, unlimited analytics history and 20 AI credits per brand each month. Advanced (from $67 a month, $53 yearly) adds unlimited team members. No standard paid trial is listed; the free plan plays that role.
Coach-friendly extras
SmartLinks, a link-in-bio page, is on every plan. On paid plans, Flows can send an automatic DM when someone comments a keyword on Instagram, which is a common way coaches hand out a free guide ("comment RESET and I'll send it"). That is useful, but the guide itself, the opt-in, the follow-up emails and the booking page still live in other tools. Metricool is rated 4.1 on Trustpilot from 690 reviews as listed in October 2026.
Pick it over Coachful if you want detailed social analytics, competitor benchmarking or ads reporting, or your audience is on TikTok or Pinterest, and you are happy to run your booking and programs in a separate platform.
4. Planoly: an Instagram grid planner with a storefront attached

Planoly began as a visual Instagram grid planner and still feels that way: you drag images around to see how your profile will look before anything goes live. That appeals to wellness, life and spiritual coaches whose feed doubles as a brand mood board. It auto-posts to Instagram, Facebook Pages, TikTok, LinkedIn, YouTube, Threads and Pinterest. X is reminder-only, and Bluesky and Google Business Profile are not supported.
The Creator Store angle
Every paid plan includes Creator Store, a link-in-bio storefront for digital downloads, e-courses, memberships, live events, merch and paid 1:1 consultations, with no Planoly cut of sales (Stripe or PayPal processing fees still apply). Paid 1:1 bookings support availability windows, buffers, Google Calendar sync and Zoom or Google Meet links. That makes Planoly the only pure scheduler here that can take a paid discovery call from a post. What it does not document is program delivery between sessions: weekly goals, habits, check-ins, coaching agreements or a client app.
Listed prices
As listed in October 2026: Starter is $16 a month ($14 yearly) for one Social Set (one account per network) and one user, with unlimited uploads. Growth is $28 ($24 yearly) for two Social Sets and two users. Pro is $55 ($47 yearly) for six of each. The free plan lives on the mobile app only and allows 10 uploads a month. All paid plans include a 14-day trial. Planoly is rated 3.2 on Trustpilot from 61 reviews.
Pick it over Coachful if Instagram is your main channel, you care most about how the grid looks, you want TikTok or Pinterest, and you sell small digital products and single calls rather than multi-week programs.
5. Later: visual planning for Instagram, TikTok and Pinterest

Later is another visual-first planner, strongest for coaches who build their audience on Instagram, TikTok and Pinterest. It publishes to Instagram, Facebook Pages, Threads, Pinterest, TikTok, LinkedIn, YouTube (Shorts only) and Snapchat. X support ended on 28 August 2025, and Bluesky and Google Business Profile are not supported, so a business coach who still posts threads on X will need something else.
Tiers and what each one caps
As listed in October 2026: Starter is $25 a month ($18.75 yearly) for 1 user and 1 Social Set of up to 8 profiles, 30 posts per profile per month, 5 AI credits a month and 3 months of analytics. Growth is $50 ($37.50 yearly) for 2 users, 180 posts per profile and a year of analytics. Scale is $110 ($82.50 yearly) with unlimited posts. The help center documents a Free plan with 12 posts per profile a month and no analytics, carousels or Stories scheduling. The paid trial lasts 14 days, needs a credit card and converts automatically unless cancelled.

Watch-outs for coaches
Thirty posts per profile per month is enough for daily posting on Starter, but a launch with daily posts plus Stories can hit it. The Social Inbox for Instagram and Facebook comments and DMs starts on Growth. Every plan includes a Link in Bio page that can collect email sign-ups to Mailchimp or CSV, which means a second tool for the follow-up emails. Later's Trustpilot score is 1.4 from 352 reviews as listed in October 2026, which is worth reading before you commit to a yearly plan.
Pick it over Coachful if TikTok, Pinterest or Snapchat drive your audience, you want a visual feed preview, or you need an inbox for Instagram DMs and comments.
6. SocialBee: categories and recycling for evergreen content
SocialBee organises posts into content categories (tips, client questions, offers, behind the scenes) and can recycle evergreen posts on a schedule. For a coach with a library of solid tips who wants a balanced mix every week without rewriting the plan, that model fits well. Its pricing page lists direct posting to Facebook (profiles, pages and groups), Instagram (business and personal), Threads, LinkedIn (profiles and company pages), X, Pinterest, TikTok, YouTube, Google Business Profile and Bluesky. Direct posting to Facebook groups is a plus for coaches who run a free community group.
What the plans include
From SocialBee's pricing page, read on the day of writing: Bootstrap is $29 a month or $24.20 a month billed yearly, for up to 5 social profiles, 1 user, 10 content categories, unlimited AI content generation and 3 months of analytics. Accelerate is $49 ($40.80 yearly) for up to 10 profiles, 2 years of analytics, bulk editing, CSV uploads and a post approval system. Pro is $99 ($82.50 yearly) for up to 25 profiles, 3 users per workspace and 5 workspaces. Each plan comes with a 14-day trial with no credit card required, and the page also mentions a 30-day money-back guarantee.
Trade-offs to weigh
Recycling is a double-edged tool for coaches: repeating your best reframe every six weeks works, but repeating last spring's "doors close Friday" post does not. SocialBee's pricing page does not list a link-in-bio page, booking or payments, so the destination for every post still comes from other tools. We could not find a Trustpilot score in our data for SocialBee and have not included one.
Pick it over Coachful if you want an evergreen library that refills your calendar by category, post directly into Facebook groups, or need approvals for an assistant who drafts posts for you.
7. Hootsuite: built for teams, priced like it

Hootsuite is an enterprise-oriented social media suite, and it makes sense for a coaching firm where several people share social duties, not for a solo coach. It connects Facebook, Instagram, X, LinkedIn, Threads, TikTok, YouTube, Pinterest, Bluesky and Google Business Profile, with WhatsApp messages in the inbox. Every plan includes Hootbio (link-in-bio) and a unified inbox for comments and DMs.
Per-user pricing in practice
As listed in October 2026, Standard is $99 per user per month billed yearly or $149 monthly, capped at 10 social accounts, with 100 AI credits a month, unlimited scheduled posts and benchmarking against up to 5 competitors. Professional is $199 per user yearly ($299 monthly) with unlimited accounts and DM automations. Advanced is $399 yearly ($499 monthly). There is no free plan; the 14-day trial needs no credit card but limits posting to 10 to 20 posts a day per organisation and excludes bulk scheduling.
Why it ranks last here
For a solo coach on three networks, Standard costs more than six times Buffer Essentials and offers no booking calendar, checkout or program delivery. A two-person team doubles it. Hootsuite's Trustpilot score is 1.3 from 556 reviews as listed in October 2026.
Pick it over Coachful if you run a multi-coach firm with a marketing person, you need a shared inbox across many accounts, competitor benchmarking and formal reporting, and budget is not the constraint.
How do the features compare side by side?
Coachful covers the networks most coaches use and is the only tool here with booking, payments and program delivery behind the post. The dedicated schedulers cover more networks and add analytics.

What will each option cost at 5, 15 and 40 clients?
Dedicated schedulers cost the same whatever your client count, but they only cover social posting; Coachful's price covers the whole business and scales with clients. The table assumes a solo coach posting to three networks (Instagram, LinkedIn and Facebook) and uses yearly billing where offered.
| Tool (plan) | 5 clients | 15 clients | 40 clients | What else you still need |
|---|---|---|---|---|
| Coachful | Lite: $29/month for up to 5 clients | Solo: $49/month for up to 20 clients | Pro: $99/month with unlimited clients | Nothing for social, booking, payments, programs or email; Stripe or Razorpay processing only |
| Buffer (Essentials, 3 channels) | $15/month | $15/month | $15/month | Booking, payments, email, program delivery |
| Metricool (Starter) | $20/month | $20/month | $20/month | Booking, payments, email, program delivery |
| Planoly (Starter) | $14/month | $14/month | $14/month | Email, contracts, program delivery |
| Later (Starter) | $18.75/month | $18.75/month | $18.75/month | Booking, payments, email tool, program delivery |
| SocialBee (Bootstrap) | $24.20/month | $24.20/month | $24.20/month | Link in bio, booking, payments, email, program delivery |
| Hootsuite (Standard, 1 user) | $99/month | $99/month | $99/month | Booking, payments, email, program delivery |
The right comparison is not scheduler against scheduler. It is Coachful against a scheduler plus a booking tool, a payment page, an email platform and whatever you use to deliver programs. Add up what you pay today for those four or five tools before you decide. For the booking side on its own, see our guide to scheduling software for coaches.
How does a coach set this up in Coachful, step by step?
Build the destination first and the posts second. Here is a realistic setup for a coach who wants three posts a week driving people to a free consult and a lead magnet. The example offer and post plan are illustrative.

- Request the white-glove build. Go to Create > We'll build it for you · FREE and ask for a link-in-bio page, a lead-magnet funnel for your free guide (for example, "The 5-minute evening reset"), and a booking funnel for a free 20-minute call. Attach your logo, photos and the guide's text. The team usually builds it within about 24 hours.
- Set up the consult booking page. Create the session type, set availability, a 15-minute buffer and 24 hours' minimum notice, and add two intake questions ("What made you book now?" and "What would make this call worth your time?"). Connect Google, Apple/iCloud or Outlook so bookings never double up.
- Write the follow-up sequence. In Email, build a short sequence that starts when someone opts in for the guide: the guide on day 0, a story on day 2, an invitation to book on day 4. Michelle can draft it from your notes for you to edit.
- Connect your networks. Open Sell > How you reach them > Social planner and connect the accounts you actually use, for example Instagram, LinkedIn and Threads.
- Plan a week of posts with AI help. Ask for ideas around one theme (say, "people who start strong and fade by week three"). Edit the captions into your own voice. Give each a single call to action: Monday's post links to the guide funnel, Wednesday's to the link-in-bio page, Friday's to the consult booking page.
- Tag your links. Add UTM parameters to funnel links so you can tell a LinkedIn sign-up from an Instagram one, and add your Meta Pixel to the funnel if you plan to run ads later.
- Schedule and watch the notifications. Each network publishes on its own. If one fails, Coachful retries that network and notifies you, so you only need to reconnect the account that broke.
- Follow the lead, not the likes. New opt-ins and bookings appear in Prospects and Intakes with their source form, so on Friday you can see who came from which post and who booked a call.

When a consult turns into a sale, the rest happens in the same account: checkout through your own Stripe or Razorpay, the agreement with e-signature, enrollment into the program, and check-ins in the client's branded app. If you also run Instagram automations, you can set them up from the Automations screen.

What mistakes should coaches avoid with social media scheduling?
The most common mistake is scheduling posts that lead nowhere. Most of the rest come from treating social media like a brand campaign instead of a client pipeline.
- Posting without a destination. A post that says "DM me" sends people into a channel you cannot track and may not answer for a day. Link to a booking page or a funnel instead.
- Spreading across too many networks. Three networks you post to every week beat seven you post to monthly. Pick the ones where your clients already spend time.
- Batching a month and walking away. Scheduled posts still get comments. Block 15 minutes a day to reply, or the scheduling time you saved is lost in missed conversations.
- Recycling dated offers. Evergreen tips can repeat; launch posts with dates and deadlines cannot.
- Sharing client stories without consent. Get written permission before quoting a client, and remove identifying details from session-based posts. Our guide to social proof for coaches covers safer ways to show results.
- Making medical or financial promises. Health, fitness and nutrition coaches should keep posts within coaching scope: coaching is not treatment, and captions should tell readers with symptoms, injuries, eating concerns or mental health crises to see a doctor or licensed professional. Financial coaches should avoid promising returns.
- Forgetting disclosure rules. If you are paid or gifted to mention a product, the US Federal Trade Commission expects a clear disclosure in the post itself; see the FTC's Disclosures 101 for Social Media Influencers.
- Paying for features you will not use. Competitor benchmarking and enterprise inboxes are wasted on a solo coach with 40 clients.
And if social media drains you, it is not the only route to clients: see how to get coaching clients without social media.
What is the verdict?
For most coaches, Coachful is the best social media scheduler because the post, the booking page, the funnel, the follow-up email, the payment and the program all sit in one account. You publish to Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, X, Threads and YouTube with AI help on captions, and every click lands somewhere that can turn a reader into a client. The free white-glove build means the destination pages can be ready before your first post goes out.
Choose a dedicated scheduler when social media itself is the work: Buffer for low-cost coverage of many networks, Metricool for analytics and ads, Planoly or Later for an Instagram, TikTok or Pinterest grid, SocialBee for evergreen recycling, Hootsuite for a team with a shared inbox. Many coaches will be best served by Coachful alone; a few will pair it with one of these for TikTok or analytics.
Frequently asked questions
What is the best social media scheduler for coaches?
Coachful is our pick for most coaches because its Social planner schedules posts to Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, X, Threads and YouTube and links them to booking pages, funnels and a link-in-bio page in the same account. If you need TikTok, Pinterest or detailed analytics, Buffer or Metricool are the strongest dedicated schedulers for the price.
Can Coachful post to TikTok or Pinterest?
No. Coachful publishes to Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, X, Threads and YouTube. Coaches who rely on TikTok or Pinterest can pair Coachful with Buffer, Later, Planoly or Metricool for those networks.
Does Coachful show social media analytics?
Coachful does not offer a social analytics dashboard or a unified social inbox. It does track funnels with UTM parameters and the Meta Pixel, and new leads and bookings show up in Prospects and Intakes, so you can see which campaigns bring in people who opt in or book.
Is a free social media scheduler enough for a coach?
It can be at the start. Buffer's free plan covers 3 channels with 10 queued posts each, Later's free plan allows 12 posts per profile a month, and Metricool's free plan allows 20 posts a month but excludes LinkedIn and X. The catch is that none of them books calls or takes payments, so you still need tools behind the link.
What is Coachful's free white-glove service?
It is a done-for-you build included on every plan. You describe what you want (a website, funnel, link-in-bio page, program, email sequence and more), attach up to 8 links and 10 files, and the Coachful team builds it inside your account, usually within about 24 hours. It does not include recording videos, logo design, ad management or ongoing marketing.
How many networks should a coach post to?
Two or three is enough for most solo coaches. Choose by where your clients are: LinkedIn for executive, career and business coaching; Instagram and Facebook for life, relationship and wellness coaching; Instagram and YouTube for fitness.
How often should a coach post?
A steady three posts a week, each with one clear call to action, is a realistic rhythm for a solo coach and easier to sustain than daily posting. Increase frequency during a launch, then return to your baseline.
Can I schedule posts that link to my booking page?
Yes, in any scheduler you can paste a booking link. In Coachful the booking page, intake questions, calendar sync and payment are in the same account as the post, so the lead appears in your client records without copying anything across.
What does Coachful not do?
Coachful is not HIPAA-certified and is not for clinical records or insurance billing. It has no PayPal, no permanent free plan, no TikTok or Pinterest publishing, no social analytics dashboard and no third-party plugins. The client app ships under the Coachful listing with your branding.
How do I get started with Coachful?
Start a free trial, request the white-glove build for your link-in-bio page and funnels, then connect your social accounts in the Social planner and schedule your first week. Compare plans on the plans page and explore the website builder and email tools before you decide.
