Best Webinar Platforms for Nutrition Coaches: 7 Options Ranked

The best webinar platforms for nutrition coaches do more than stream a slide deck. A nutrition webinar is usually the top of a funnel: someone registers for a free "fix your 3pm energy crash" workshop, watches live or on replay, asks a question about protein or meal timing, and then decides whether to join a paid program. So the deciding question is not "which tool has the best video quality" but "which tool carries a viewer from registration to an enrolled client who is logging meals and checking in every week, without five logins in between".
Our pick is Coachful, because it puts the webinar registration funnel, the live room or Zoom link, the follow-up emails, the checkout and the nutrition program (meal plans, macro targets, habits and weekly check-ins) in one account. We make Coachful, so weigh that, and read the "Pick it over Coachful if..." line at the end of every other entry: several of the six alternatives below are the better choice for specific practices, such as clinicians who need HIPAA coverage or creators who only sell evergreen replays.
This guide follows a decision-first format. Answer five questions about your practice, use the table to see which tools fit your answers, then read the ranked sections, the cost table at 5, 15 and 40 clients, and the red flags to check before you move your list.
What does a nutrition coach actually need from a webinar platform?
A nutrition coach needs a webinar tool that handles registration, a live or recorded session, a replay, follow-up emails and a clear route into a paid program. The webinar itself is the easy part; what happens in the 72 hours after it decides whether it earns clients.
Nutrition webinars tend to fall into four formats, and each puts different demands on the software:
- The free lead workshop. "Five breakfasts that keep you full until lunch" or "How to eat for steady energy in perimenopause." You need a registration page, reminder emails, a live room, a replay page with a deadline, and a checkout for the program you pitch at the end.
- The recurring group Q&A. A weekly or monthly live call for enrolled clients where people bring food logs, grocery hauls and restaurant menus. You need the call tied to the program, a place to post the replay, and a community thread for questions that come in afterwards.
- The cooking or meal-prep demo. You cook on camera, so a stable video room matters, but so does a downloadable recipe card or shopping list and a way to attach the recipe to clients' meal plans.
- The evergreen replay. A recorded workshop that runs on a schedule for new subscribers. You need automation more than a live room: a timed replay page, an email sequence and a checkout.
Two things make this niche different from, say, a business coach running a sales webinar. First, scope. A group webinar is general nutrition education, and live Q&A is where people ask questions that cross into medical territory: "Can I do this with type 1 diabetes?", "Should I stop my medication?", "Is this safe while I'm pregnant?" Your platform cannot solve that, but your process can: a scope line on the registration page, a script for redirecting medical questions, and a referral path to a registered dietitian or doctor. Medical nutrition therapy for conditions such as diabetes or kidney disease is a regulated clinical service in many countries (background on medical nutrition therapy), and coaching is not treatment.
Second, the webinar only pays off if the client journey after it works. Nutrition results come from weeks of small daily actions, so the program the attendee joins needs meal plans, nutrition targets, habit tracking and check-ins. A webinar tool that ends at the checkout leaves you stitching a separate coaching app on afterwards. If you want the broader picture across every category, our guide to the best software for nutrition coaches covers the full stack, and the general best webinar software for coaches roundup covers the category outside this niche.
Which 5 questions should you answer before choosing?
Answer these five questions honestly before you compare features. Most nutrition coaches find that two or three of them settle the choice on their own.
- Do you handle protected health information? If you are a registered dietitian or clinician in the US who keeps clinical records, bills insurance or needs a business associate agreement, you need a HIPAA-covered system for that work (HHS guidance for professionals). If you coach general wellness and eating habits outside a clinical relationship, this question matters less.
- Is the webinar a lead magnet, a client deliverable, or both? Lead webinars need funnels, reminders and checkout. Client webinars need to sit inside the program, next to meal plans and check-ins. Doing both in one place saves the most time.
- Live, evergreen, or a mix? Live workshops need a reliable room or a solid Zoom integration. Evergreen replays need scheduled replay pages and email automation.
- What happens after someone buys? If buyers get a course and a community, a course platform can work. If buyers get per-client macro targets, meal plans, food logging and weekly check-ins, you need coaching delivery, not only content hosting.
- How many clients and contacts will you have in 12 months? Some tools cap clients, others cap contacts or charge per seat, and a webinar can add 300 contacts in a week. Price the plan for where you will be, not where you are.
How we ranked them: one login for the whole client journey (registration to program delivery), between-session delivery for nutrition clients, total stack cost including the video tool, and setup effort, including whether someone will build the funnel for you.

1. Coachful: why does it rank first for nutrition webinars?
Coachful ranks first because the webinar, the follow-up and the nutrition program live in one account, with one login for you and one branded app for your clients. A viewer registers through a webinar funnel, gets reminders, joins the live call, buys through your own Stripe or Razorpay account, signs a coaching agreement, and lands in a program with meal plans and check-ins, all without leaving the platform.

The webinar layer. Coachful runs group calls and webinars as part of its community and events tools. You can host on Coachful's built-in video or have it create Zoom, Google Meet or Teams links automatically, so a coach who already likes Zoom does not have to give it up. Registration runs through funnels: booking, application, lead-magnet and checkout funnels come with Meta Pixel and UTM tracking, and about 25 funnel templates give you a starting point. The demo account below shows a Free Webinar Funnel sitting next to a lead magnet and a program launch funnel, which is roughly how a nutrition coach's funnel list ends up looking.

Reminders and follow-up go through Coachful's email tools: lists, broadcasts and multi-step sequences with triggers, delays, branching and A/B splits. Session reminders go out by email, plus SMS 24 hours before and WhatsApp one hour before once messaging is enabled. For a 7pm workshop on "eating out without derailing your week", that means a confirmation email, a reminder the day before, a WhatsApp nudge an hour before, and a replay sequence afterwards that splits people who attended from people who did not. Our step-by-step guide to the webinar funnel for coaches covers the pages and email timeline in detail.

Here is a short walkthrough of how webinars and events work inside Coachful:
What happens after the webinar is where it pulls ahead. The Fitness & Nutrition pack, included in your Coachful membership, adds nutrition targets up to calories and macros, meal plans, recipes, food lookup and barcode scanning, private progress photos and measurements, weekly check-ins and challenges. Programs run over multiple weeks with weekly goals, daily tasks, habits and morning and evening check-ins. So the recipe you cooked live in Tuesday's meal-prep demo can become a recipe in a client's meal plan on Wednesday, and the "two palm-sized portions of protein a day" habit you taught can become a tracked habit with a streak. When someone enrolls in a group program, Coachful creates the cohort group automatically, so the community thread for post-webinar questions exists from day one. See the Fitness & Nutrition pack page for the full list.
Recurring group calls sit on the same calendar as 1:1 sessions, with two-way Google, Apple/iCloud and Outlook sync, availability rules, buffers and time-zone detection, which matters when your monthly Q&A has attendees in three time zones.

Replays and content. Courses with modules, lessons, drip and completion tracking, plus videos, downloads and bundles, are delivered into the client's branded home. A recorded workshop can be posted as a video resource or a course lesson, with the shopping list as a download next to it. Michelle, the built-in AI assistant, summarizes recorded sessions, drafts emails and content, and can draft the replay email sequence from your notes; questions and planning are included, and confirmed builds use AI credits. Michelle also briefs you before sessions using each client's check-ins and notes.

Payments and paperwork. Checkout runs through your own Stripe Connect or Razorpay account with one-time payments, subscriptions, payment plans, order bumps and coupons, and Apple Pay and Google Pay. Coachful takes a 0% platform fee (since August 2026), so you pay only Stripe or Razorpay processing. Coaching agreements with e-signature go out before the first call and stay on the client record, which is a good place to restate your scope: coaching, not medical nutrition therapy.
Why Coachful stands out: a free white-glove service. From Create, the "We'll build it for you · FREE" card lets you describe what you want built, such as a webinar registration funnel, the replay email sequence, an event or webinar page, or the 8-week program you pitch at the end. You can attach up to 8 reference links and up to 10 files (your logo, photos, recipes, slide copy), and the Coachful team builds it inside your own account, usually within about 24 hours. Nothing gets invented: no fake credentials, testimonials or prices, and gaps are left for you to fill. It does not include recording your videos, logo design or running ads. One recent build gave a menopause and midlife health coach starting from nothing a five-page site in sage and cream, with every button leading to a free 20-minute consultation. Read more about the free white-glove service.

What Coachful does not do. It is not HIPAA-certified and does not sign a BAA, so clinical records and insurance billing belong in a clinical system. There is no PayPal and no permanent free plan, though there is a free trial. The client app ships under the Coachful listing with your branding, not under your own App Store account. There is no Garmin, Fitbit, Whoop or Oura sync, Apple Health sync is not publicly available, and there are no stock exercise videos (you attach your own demos). It is not a course marketplace, so it will not bring you an audience.
Price: flat monthly plans, with lower plans capping the number of clients and Pro unlimited (Current plans: Lite: $29/month for up to 5 clients; Solo: $49/month for up to 20 clients; Pro: $99/month with unlimited clients; Studio: $199/month with unlimited clients). Monthly plans cancel in one click. Trustpilot shows 4.5 from 21 reviews.
2. Circle: is a community-first platform enough for live nutrition events?
Circle is enough if your paid offer is a community with live events and courses, and you do not need per-client meal plans or check-ins. It is a community platform with courses, events, live streams and paid memberships, which suits a nutrition coach whose main deliverable is a monthly membership with weekly live Q&As and a recipe library.

For webinars, Circle's strength is that the live event and the conversation around it share one space. A member can ask "what do I order at a Thai restaurant?" in a thread before the call, you answer live, and the replay sits in the same space afterwards. For a recurring group format, that keeps engagement in one place rather than scattered across Zoom chat, email and a Facebook group.
The limits for this niche show up once you sell individual coaching. Circle has no 1:1 scheduling or client management back office, and no per-client habits, check-ins or coaching plans. If your program includes macro targets for each client or a weekly check-in form you review, you will add a second tool for that. Branded mobile apps are only on the custom-priced Circle Plus plan. Circle also takes a fee on payments: 2% on Professional, 1% on Business and Scale, 0.5% on Circle Plus, on top of Stripe processing.
Price as listed in October 2026: Professional $89/mo, Business $199/mo and Scale $419/mo, all billed annually (monthly prices were not shown in our data); Circle Plus is custom. There is a 14-day free trial on Professional, Business and Scale with no card required. Trustpilot showed 4.1 from 129 reviews when we checked this month.
For a deeper look at community tools in this niche, see our community platforms for nutrition coaches comparison.
Pick it over Coachful if your business is a membership community with live events, you have no 1:1 or per-client nutrition delivery, and the community experience matters more to you than an all-in-one back office.
3. Systeme.io: can a budget funnel builder run evergreen nutrition webinars?
Yes, if evergreen replays are your main format and the budget is tight. Systeme.io lists evergreen webinars on its Webinar plan ($47/mo) and Unlimited plan ($97/mo), alongside funnels, email, courses, a community, a blog and an affiliate program.

For a nutrition coach building an audience, the appeal is the cost of experimenting. You can run a recorded "anti-inflammatory eating basics" workshop as an evergreen funnel, follow up with an email sequence, and sell a self-paced course, with 0% transaction fees on every plan (you pay Stripe or PayPal processing only). The free plan never expires and needs no card, which makes it a low-risk place to test whether your webinar topic converts at all before you invest in a fuller platform.
The trade-offs appear once people buy. Systeme.io's older profile notes no native 1:1 scheduling tied to client records, and no habits or check-ins, though its site now lists a booking calendar among its features. Community and course features are basic and there is no branded mobile app. For live webinars you will likely still run the room on a separate video tool. And the client who joins after the webinar gets a course, not a coaching program: no nutrition targets, meal plans or weekly check-ins. You would add a coaching app for that, which is where the low price starts to climb.
Price as listed in October 2026: Free $0 (2,000 contacts, 3 funnels, 1 course), Startup $17/mo (5,000 contacts), Webinar $47/mo (10,000 contacts, 50 funnels, 20 courses, evergreen webinars), Unlimited $97/mo. Trustpilot showed 4.9 from 8,696 reviews this month. If evergreen is your plan, our guide to the evergreen webinar funnel for coaches walks through maintenance, which is the part most people skip.
Pick it over Coachful if you sell self-paced courses from evergreen replays, have no 1:1 or check-in-based coaching yet, and need the lowest possible starting cost.
4. Practice Better: should clinicians run group sessions here?
If you are a dietitian or practitioner who handles health information, probably yes. Practice Better describes itself as an all-in-one EHR and lists HIPAA, PIPEDA and GDPR compliance, with built-in telehealth video and group classes from the Professional plan up.

Practice Better is the direct substitute on this list: it is built for nutritionists, dietitians and health coaches, with scheduling, telehealth, billing, secure messaging, a client portal, forms and note templates, plus programs and courses. Group sessions use the same telehealth system, so a monthly "gut health Q&A" for clients runs inside the clinical record rather than on a separate Zoom account. Its pricing page also lists AI session prep and session insights, insurance billing tools and charting, which matter if you practice clinically.
Where it fits less well is the marketing half of a webinar. Practice Better is a practice-management system first. Group scheduling and group messaging start on Professional, evergreen and self-paced programs and portal branding start on Plus, and SMS reminders are capped (750 a month on Plus, 2,000 on Team, add-on credits otherwise). Our data did not show a webinar registration funnel builder or a website builder, so a public lead workshop usually needs a separate landing page and email tool in front of it. The Starter plan's 10-client cap and lack of group sessions rule it out for webinars.
Price as listed on its pricing page in October 2026: Starter $35/mo monthly or $25/mo annually (10 clients, no group sessions), Professional $69/mo monthly or $59/mo annually (300 clients), Plus $99/mo or $89/mo annually (unlimited clients, 3 admin licenses), Team $155/mo or $145/mo annually (2 practitioner licenses, extra practitioners $50 each). A free Sprout plan covers 3 clients. Paid plans have a 14-day trial; Team has 30 days. It showed 4.7 from 250+ reviews on G2.
Pick it over Coachful if you need HIPAA coverage, a BAA, charting or insurance billing, and your webinars are mostly for existing clients rather than public lead generation.
5. Kajabi: when does a course giant make sense for a nutrition webinar funnel?
Kajabi makes sense when your business is mostly courses and memberships sold to a large list, and you can absorb a higher monthly bill. It is a course, community, website, funnel and email platform for selling knowledge products.

For a nutrition creator with an established audience, Kajabi's funnels and email can carry a "30-day meal-prep reset" launch from registration to checkout, with the course and community waiting on the other side. Its contact limits are generous on higher plans (25,000 on Growth, 100,000 on Pro), which matters when a webinar campaign brings in hundreds of registrants a week. Our vendor data does not describe a built-in live webinar room, so plan on your existing video tool for the live session and check Kajabi's current documentation if you want everything native.
The gaps for nutrition coaching are the same ones that show up with every course platform. Kajabi has no habit tracking or daily client check-ins; coaching is delivered as products and communities rather than per-client plans. The Basic plan caps you at 2,500 contacts and 5 products and includes 0 AI credits. Kajabi Payments in the US costs 2.9% + $0.30 on Basic, 2.8% + $0.30 on Growth and 2.7% + $0.30 on Pro, and using a processor other than Kajabi Payments or PayPal adds a Kajabi fee of 2%, 1% or 0.5% depending on plan.
Price as listed in October 2026: Basic $179/mo ($143/mo annually), Growth $249/mo ($199/mo annually), Pro $499/mo ($399/mo annually). The standard trial is 14 days; a card is optional, and some features stay locked until a paid plan is active. Trustpilot showed 3.4 from 2,347 reviews this month. For the course side, compare it in our course platforms for nutrition coaches ranking.
Pick it over Coachful if you sell courses at volume to a big audience, your buyers do not need individual meal plans or check-ins, and you want Kajabi's marketing ecosystem around the launch.
6. Kartra: is a marketing suite worth it for nutrition launches?
Kartra is worth considering if your webinars are part of launches that lean heavily on email and SMS. It is an all-in-one marketing suite with pages, funnels, email and SMS, memberships, calendars and a helpdesk.

A nutrition coach running a seasonal "January reset" webinar series could use Kartra for the registration pages, the email and SMS reminder sequence, a membership for the replay and recipes, and a calendar for discovery calls afterwards. From the Starter plan up, email and SMS sends are unlimited and there is no Kartra transaction fee, which helps if your launch relies on text reminders. Our data does not list a built-in live webinar room, so budget for your video tool too.
The weaknesses for this niche are delivery and lock-in. Kartra has no client habits, check-ins or per-client coaching plans, so the client who buys your 12-week program gets a membership area, not macro targets and a weekly check-in. The Essentials plan caps you at 500 contacts, 5 pages and 1 product and charges a 5% transaction fee, which a single good webinar can outgrow. An older profile notes no mobile app for students, and that funnels and memberships are not portable to other platforms, so a later move means rebuilding.
Price as listed in October 2026: Essentials $59/mo ($52/mo annually, 500 contacts), Starter $119/mo ($99/mo annually, 2,500 contacts), Growth $229/mo ($189/mo annually, 12,500 contacts), Professional $549/mo ($429/mo annually, 25,000 contacts). There is a 14-day free trial and a 30-day money-back guarantee. Trustpilot showed 3.2 from 129 reviews this month.
Pick it over Coachful if SMS-heavy launch marketing is the core of your business, your program is delivered as a membership rather than per-client coaching, and you are comfortable with the lock-in.
7. GoHighLevel: does an agency CRM suit a solo nutrition coach?
Rarely, unless you also run an agency or several brands. GoHighLevel is an agency-first marketing CRM built around sub-accounts, covering funnels, websites, calendars, SMS and email, invoicing, contracts, courses and communities.

Its webinar story is funnels and automation. You can build a registration page, run reminder workflows by SMS and email, and send attendees into a booking calendar for a consult. It has no built-in video rooms; Zoom and Google Meet links only. Where it earns its place is when one person runs marketing for several nutrition brands or clinics, since each gets its own sub-account and plans include unlimited users and contacts.
For a solo nutrition coach, the costs and gaps add up. There is no habit tracking, client check-ins or structured coaching-program engine; that would have to be simulated with workflows and forms, which is fragile for a 12-week nutrition program. SMS, email, phone and AI usage is metered on top of the plan price, and webinar reminder campaigns are exactly the kind of thing that generates usage. HIPAA is a $297/mo add-on, not included on Starter, Unlimited or Agency Pro. There is no HighLevel platform fee on sales shown, only payment provider fees.
Price as listed in October 2026: Starter $97/mo ($80.83/mo annually, 3 sub-accounts), Unlimited $297/mo ($247.50/mo annually), Agency Pro $497/mo ($414.17/mo annually), Enterprise custom. There is a 14-day free trial that bills automatically at the end unless cancelled. Trustpilot showed 4.9 from 15,250 reviews this month.
Pick it over Coachful if you run marketing for several nutrition brands or clinics, need sub-accounts, and have someone comfortable building and maintaining automations.
How do the 7 platforms compare feature by feature?
The matrix below is limited to what each vendor documents or what our October 2026 vendor data records. "Pair" means you would run that part on a separate tool.
| Platform | Live room | Registration funnels and email | Nutrition delivery (targets, meal plans, check-ins) | 1:1 booking | HIPAA |
|---|---|---|---|---|---|
| Coachful | Built-in, or auto Zoom, Meet, Teams | Yes, with sequences and A/B splits | Yes (Fitness & Nutrition pack) | Yes | No |
| Circle | Events and live streams | Not in our data; community-first | No | No | Not in our data |
| Systeme.io | Pair (evergreen webinars on Webinar plan) | Yes | No | Booking calendar listed | Not in our data |
| Practice Better | Built-in telehealth, group on Professional+ | Broadcasts; no funnel builder in our data | Programs, forms and protocols | Yes | Yes, listed |
| Kajabi | Pair | Yes | No | Not in our data | Not in our data |
| Kartra | Pair | Yes, plus SMS | No | Calendars | Not in our data |
| GoHighLevel | Zoom and Meet links only | Yes, metered SMS and email | No (workflows only) | Yes | Paid add-on |
If email is where your webinar funnel will live or die, our email marketing platforms for nutrition coaches roundup goes deeper on sequences and deliverability.
What does each platform cost at 5, 15 and 40 clients?
At 5 clients the cheapest option is a free or low-cost funnel tool plus a video tool; at 40 clients the all-in-one platforms usually cost less in total because you stop paying for a separate coaching app. The table below uses list prices as of October 2026, monthly billing where shown. These are platform costs only and assume a webinar list that fits each plan's contact limit.
| Platform | 5 clients | 15 clients | 40 clients | What else you would add |
|---|---|---|---|---|
| Coachful | Lite: $29/month for up to 5 clients | Solo: $49/month for up to 20 clients | Pro: $99/month with unlimited clients | Nothing for the webinar and program; Stripe or Razorpay processing only |
| Circle | $89 (Professional, annual) | $89 | $89 | Coaching app for check-ins and meal plans; 2% payment fee |
| Systeme.io | $47 (Webinar plan for evergreen) | $47 | $47 | Video tool for live sessions; coaching app for delivery |
| Practice Better | $69 (Professional, needed for groups) | $69 | $69 | Landing page and email tool for public webinars |
| Kajabi | $179 (Basic) | $179 | $179 | Video tool; coaching app for check-ins |
| Kartra | $119 (Starter; Essentials caps contacts at 500) | $119 | $119 | Video tool; coaching app for check-ins |
| GoHighLevel | $97 (Starter) plus usage | $97 plus usage | $97 plus usage | Zoom or Meet; metered SMS and email; coaching setup time |
Two things the table cannot show. First, the "what else" column is where costs hide: a separate coaching app for meal plans and check-ins, plus a video tool, can add more than the base platform. Second, contacts grow faster than clients. A coach with 15 paying clients can easily have 2,000 webinar registrants on the list, which pushes Kajabi Basic and Kartra Essentials toward their caps. Price your plan for the list you will have after six months of workshops.
How much to charge for the program you sell at the end is a separate decision. A simple method: price the full program (say, as an example, 12 weeks of coaching with weekly check-ins and two group calls a month) by the hours you will spend per client, plus the value of the outcome, then test that price on two or three webinar cohorts before you adjust it.
How would a nutrition coach set up a webinar in Coachful, step by step?
A nutrition coach can have a webinar funnel, reminders, replay and program running in Coachful in an afternoon, or send the brief to the white-glove team and review the build the next day. Here is an example setup for a free workshop called "Eat for Steady Energy" that leads into an 8-week group program.

- Build the program first. Create the 8-week program: weekly goals ("add a protein source to breakfast"), daily tasks, two or three habits, and a weekly check-in with energy, hunger and sleep questions. Add nutrition targets and a starter meal plan with recipes from the Fitness & Nutrition pack. Start from one of the 40+ program templates if you want a skeleton.
- Create the offer and checkout. Set a one-time price and a payment plan, add an order bump (for example, a recipe e-book), and connect your Stripe account.
- Add the coaching agreement. Write your scope line: "This is nutrition coaching for general wellness. It is not medical advice or medical nutrition therapy. If you have a medical condition, are pregnant, take medication that affects appetite or blood sugar, or have a history of disordered eating, check with your doctor or a registered dietitian first." Send it for e-signature before the first call.
- Set up the webinar event. Schedule the live session on built-in video or a Zoom link, and turn on SMS and WhatsApp reminders once messaging is enabled.
- Build the registration funnel. Start from the Free Webinar Funnel template: registration page, thank-you page with a calendar add, and a checkout page for after the call. Add your Meta Pixel and UTM tags.
- Write the email sequence. Confirmation, a day-before reminder with a "bring your typical breakfast" prompt, a replay email, and a three-email close that branches on whether the person attended. Michelle can draft it from your outline.
- Prepare the room. Put your scope line on your first slide, and keep a standard redirect for medical questions: "That's a great question for your doctor or dietitian, because it depends on your health history. What I can share is the general principle..."
- Post the replay. Upload the recording as a video resource with the shopping list as a download. Michelle can summarize the recording into show notes.
- Welcome the buyers. Enrollment creates the cohort group automatically. Post a welcome thread and schedule the first group Q&A on the calendar.
Our guide for webinar platforms for health coaches covers a similar flow for broader wellness topics.
What red flags and switching costs should you check?
The biggest red flags are hidden usage fees, contact caps that a single webinar can break, and platforms that make your funnels or member data hard to export. Check these before you migrate a list or announce a workshop.
- Metered messaging. If SMS and email are billed per unit (GoHighLevel meters them; Practice Better caps SMS by plan), a 500-person webinar with three reminders is a real cost. Ask for the per-unit rate before launch.
- Transaction fees on top of processing. Kartra Essentials charges 5%, Circle charges 0.5% to 2%, and Kajabi adds a fee if you use a non-Kajabi processor. On a 20-person program launch, that adds up.
- Contact caps. Kartra Essentials (500), Kajabi Basic (2,500) and Systeme.io's free plan (2,000) all count webinar registrants who never buy.
- Health claims in your marketing. Webinar titles like "reverse diabetes in 30 days" are a regulatory risk, not just a scope issue. In the US, the FTC's Health Products Compliance Guidance is worth reading before you write a registration page; elsewhere, check your local advertising rules.
- Clinical data in a non-clinical tool. If you are collecting diagnoses, lab results or medication lists, use a HIPAA-covered system. Coachful is not HIPAA-certified; Practice Better lists HIPAA compliance.
- Portability. Ask how you get your data out. Kartra's older profile notes funnels and memberships are not portable. Coachful exports full client data as a ZIP (roster, notes, check-ins, goals, habits, sessions, form responses) and exports courses.
Switching itself costs time more than money: rebuilding funnels, moving the email list (and re-confirming consent where your jurisdiction requires it), re-uploading replays and moving clients mid-program. The cleanest time to switch is between cohorts. If you move to Coachful, clients, programs and content are imported for you during onboarding, and the white-glove team can rebuild the webinar funnel from your old pages if you send the links. Our Paperbell alternatives for nutrition coaches guide covers migration from a booking-first tool in more detail.
Which webinar platform should a nutrition coach choose?
Choose Coachful if your webinars feed a coaching program where clients get meal plans, nutrition targets, habits and weekly check-ins, and you want the funnel, the live room, the follow-up and the delivery in one login. Choose Practice Better if you work clinically and need HIPAA coverage. Choose Circle for a membership community built around live events, Systeme.io for low-cost evergreen replays that sell a course, Kajabi or Kartra for course and launch businesses with large lists, and GoHighLevel only if you run several brands.
In short, Coachful is a coaching platform for coaches who deliver programs, not only sessions, and for solo coaches replacing four to six tools. It covers booking, payments, contracts, programs, courses, community, website, funnels, email and an AI assistant. It does not do HIPAA, PayPal or wearable sync. To start, take the free trial and ask the white-glove team to build your first webinar funnel. For more on how it fits nutrition and health work, see the Coachful page for health coaches or our coaching software for nutrition coaches guide.

For most nutrition coaches who sell coaching programs, Coachful is the best fit because the webinar funnel, live session, emails, checkout and nutrition program delivery sit in one account. If you need HIPAA compliance for clinical work, Practice Better is the stronger choice. For evergreen replays on a tight budget, Systeme.io is worth testing.
Do I need a dedicated webinar tool, or is Zoom enough?
Zoom is enough for the live room, but it does not build registration pages, run reminder sequences, host a timed replay or sell your program. Most nutrition coaches need those pieces too. Coachful can create Zoom links automatically, so you can keep Zoom for the call and run everything around it in one place.
Can I answer individual nutrition questions during a group webinar?
You can share general principles, but avoid individual advice on medical conditions, medication or pregnancy in a group setting. Redirect those questions to the person's doctor or a registered dietitian. Put a scope line on your registration page and first slide so expectations are clear before anyone asks.
Is Coachful HIPAA-compliant for nutrition webinars?
No. Coachful is not HIPAA-certified and does not sign a BAA, so it is not for clinical record-keeping or insurance billing. Wellness and habit coaching outside a clinical relationship is the intended use. Clinicians who handle protected health information should use a HIPAA-covered system such as Practice Better for that work.
How long should a nutrition webinar be?
There is no fixed rule; long enough to teach one useful idea and take questions, short enough that people stay for the offer. Plan the teaching around one clear change people can make this week, such as a protein-first breakfast, and leave time for questions. Test the length on your own audience and watch where replay viewers drop off.
What is Coachful's free white-glove service?
It is a free build service on every Coachful plan. You describe what you want, such as a webinar funnel, an email sequence or an 8-week program, attach up to 8 links and 10 files, and the Coachful team builds it inside your account, usually within about 24 hours. It does not include recording videos, logo design or ad management.
Should I run live or evergreen nutrition webinars?
Start live. Live sessions show you which questions people actually ask, which becomes your best content and your FAQ. Once a workshop converts consistently, record it and run it as an evergreen replay with a scheduled email sequence, then keep a live Q&A for enrolled clients.
Can I sell a nutrition program at the end of a webinar in Coachful?
Yes. You link the webinar funnel to a checkout page for your program, with one-time payments, payment plans, subscriptions, coupons and order bumps through your own Stripe or Razorpay account. Buyers sign the coaching agreement and land in the program with its meal plans, habits and check-ins.
What does it cost to run webinars as a nutrition coach?
It depends on whether you buy one platform or several. Funnel-only tools start free or low, but add a video tool and a coaching app for delivery. Coachful's plans cover the webinar, funnel, email and program in one subscription (Lite: $29/month for up to 5 clients; Solo: $49/month for up to 20 clients; Pro: $99/month with unlimited clients; Studio: $199/month with unlimited clients), with Stripe or Razorpay processing on top.
