Best Webinar Software for Coaches: 12 Picks, Ranked for 2026

Best Webinar Software for Coaches: 12 Picks, Ranked for 2026

The best webinar software for coaches is the tool that turns a 60-minute live workshop into booked calls and enrolled clients, not just the one with the slickest broadcast room. So the deciding question is simple: after someone registers, watches and raises a hand, does your software carry them into a checkout, a program and a community, or does it hand them off to four other logins? Answer that, and the shortlist gets short fast.

Our pick is Coachful, because it runs the whole path in one place: the webinar funnel, the reminder emails, the live room or an auto-created Zoom link, the checkout, the program and the group space where buyers keep showing up. We make Coachful, so weigh that, and read the eleven other picks below, ranked by the same criteria. Some of them beat Coachful at one specific job, and we say which.

Every price below is as listed by the vendor in October 2026. We have not run paid webinars on each tool; where we describe features, we are reporting what vendors document and what public reviewers say.

What does a coach's client journey need from webinar software?

A coach needs webinar software that covers four stages: attract, enroll, deliver and retain. Most broadcast tools only handle the middle of the first stage, which is why coaches end up stitching tools together.

Here is what each stage asks of the software, based on how coaching webinars usually run:

  • Attract. A registration page, a confirmation email and two or three reminders (the day before, the hour before). If you sell to people in the EU or US, your emails need an unsubscribe link and a real sender address; the FTC's CAN-SPAM compliance guide and the overview of the EU's General Data Protection Regulation set out the basics.
  • Enroll. A clear next step during and after the session: a checkout for the program you pitched, or a booking page for a discovery call. Payment plans matter here, because a $1,500 program sells better as three payments.
  • Deliver. A replay, a place to post it, and the program itself. For coaches, a webinar is rarely the product; it is the front door to a group program or a 1:1 package.
  • Retain. Somewhere buyers meet between calls: a community feed, group chat, check-ins, habits. This is where most webinar tools stop entirely.

Two things are different for coaches compared with SaaS marketers running product demos. First, the audience is usually small and warm (a solo coach might see, for example, 30 to 150 registrants), so attendee caps of 3,000 are rarely the constraint. Second, the money is made after the webinar, in programs that run for weeks. A tool that charges per attendee or takes a cut of every sale gets more expensive exactly as your practice grows.

If you coach in health, nutrition or wellbeing, treat a webinar as education, not treatment. Put a scope line on the registration page ("this session is general coaching, not medical advice") and tell attendees with symptoms or conditions to speak to their doctor. None of the tools here is a clinical record system.

Which tools cover which stage of the journey?

Only Coachful covers all four stages natively; every other pick is strong in one or two. The table maps each tool to the stages it handles without add-ons, based on vendor documentation in October 2026.

Thinking of launching your coaching business?

Answer a few questions and Coachful builds it around you: your website, programs, booking and payments. Ready in minutes.

Build your platform

How did we rank the best webinar software for coaches?

We pictured one coach: 15 active clients, one eight-week group program that launches twice a year, and a monthly free workshop that fills it. That coach needs a registration page, reminders, a live room, a checkout with a payment plan, a place to put the replay, and a group space for the cohort. We then asked how many logins each option needs, what the full stack costs, and how long setup takes.

Ranking criteria: one login for the whole client journey, delivery between sessions, total stack cost, and setup effort (including a free build service where one exists).

RankToolBest forStarting price (as listed, October 2026)

Two names you might expect are missing from the ranking. Zoom and WebinarJam are widely used for coaching webinars, but we could not load either vendor's current pricing page when we checked, so we did not rank them on unverified prices. Coachful creates Zoom links automatically if you keep Zoom for the live room.

1. Coachful: the whole webinar journey in one login

A laptop showing a client community feed and a tablet showing a session calendar on a workshop table
Coachful's community feed with a live Q&A post on a laptop, next to the sessions calendar on a tablet.

Coachful is a coaching platform that runs the webinar and everything after it. One subscription covers funnels, email, booking, payments, contracts, courses, programs with habits and check-ins, a community and a website, with one login for you and one branded app for your clients. It is built for coaches who deliver programs, not just sessions, and for those replacing four to six tools.

For a webinar, the flow looks like this. A registration funnel captures the lead (Coachful ships about 25 funnel templates, and you can track ads with Meta Pixel, GA4 and UTM tags). An email sequence with triggers, delays and branching sends the confirmation and reminders, and SMS or WhatsApp reminders are available once messaging is enabled. On the day, you host with built-in video, or Coachful creates a Zoom, Google Meet or Teams link for you. Afterwards, the same funnel can lead to a checkout or a booking page.

Coachful's Funnels page with three demo funnels: a webinar funnel, a lead magnet funnel and a program launch funnel.

The enroll stage is where Coachful pulls ahead of broadcast-only tools. Payments run through your own Stripe Connect or Razorpay account, with one-time prices, subscriptions, payment plans, order bumps and coupons, plus Apple Pay and Google Pay. Coachful takes a 0% platform fee (since August 2026), so you pay only Stripe or Razorpay processing. If an attendee would rather talk first, a booking page with intake questions, buffers and time-zone detection puts the discovery call on your synced Google, Apple or Outlook calendar. A coaching agreement with e-signature can go out before the first call and is stored on the client record.

Delivery is the part webinar tools usually leave to you. In Coachful, a buyer who enrolls in a program joins a cohort group created automatically on enrollment. The program itself can run for weeks, with weekly goals, daily tasks, habits, morning and evening check-ins and progress bars. You can post the webinar replay as a video, or turn your best workshop into a course with modules, drip and completion tracking; there are 48 course templates with quizzes if you want a head start. Group calls and webinars for the cohort sit on the same sessions calendar as your 1:1 work.

The demo client Programs view: an enrolled group program, its current week, its members and the way into the program.

Retention happens in the community feed, group chat and direct messages, and in video events you schedule for members. Each client record shows goals, check-ins, sessions, payments and a status (thriving, active, quiet or at risk), so you can see which webinar buyers are drifting before they ask for a refund.

This short walkthrough shows how webinars and group calls run inside Coachful:

Why Coachful stands out: a free white-glove service. From Create, choose "We'll build it for you · FREE", describe what you need (an event or webinar, a funnel, a sales page, an email sequence, a program) and attach up to 8 reference links and 10 files such as your logo, photos and existing copy. The Coachful team builds it inside your own account, usually within about 24 hours. Nothing is invented: no fake testimonials, credentials or prices, and gaps are left for you to fill. One recent example: a business mentor for beauty professionals got a 12-week mentorship sales page, a start-up-guide lead funnel and rewritten follow-up emails. Another, a real-estate and money coach, got a year-long cohort program with an application form, an eight-page site and a nine-day bootcamp funnel. The service does not record videos, design logos or run ads. More detail is in our guide to the white-glove service.

Coachful Create page with the We'll build it for you card
Coachful's Create page with the We'll build it for you card, where you request a webinar, funnel or site build.

Where Coachful falls short for webinars: it is not built for 3,000-person broadcasts with dial-in and live interpretation, and it does not route leads into Salesforce or HubSpot. It is not HIPAA-certified, has no PayPal and no permanent free plan, and the client app ships under the Coachful listing with your branding rather than under your own App Store account. Plans are flat monthly prices, lower plans cap clients and Pro is unlimited (Lite: $29/month for up to 5 clients; Solo: $49/month for up to 20 clients; Pro: $99/month with unlimited clients; Studio: $199/month with unlimited clients). To start, open a free trial and request the white-glove build for your first webinar funnel. See also video calls for coaches and coaching funnel software.

2. Livestorm: the strongest pure webinar room

Livestorm is the pick when the live experience itself is the priority. It runs in the browser with no download, and its pricing page (checked October 27, 2026, shown in euros) lists registration pages with custom fields, unlimited email reminder and follow-up cadences, polls, Q&A with upvotes, emoji reactions, file and PowerPoint sharing, and instant replays with captions.

Automation is a real strength. Livestorm documents automated and on-demand events, multi-session events with one registration link, and live-to-on-demand conversion, which suits a coach who wants an evergreen version of a workshop. If evergreen is your plan, our evergreen webinar funnel guide covers the sequencing.

Pricing is unusual. The Pro plan is sold as a yearly pack of attendee credits; at 400 credits the page shows €2.50 per attendee, so about €1,000 a year. One credit is used per unique participant per session, whether they join live, watch the replay or watch on demand, and team members are not counted. Pro allows up to 4 hours per session, 3,000 live attendees per event, 25 simultaneous speakers and unlimited team members. There is a "Try it for free" option; the page does not state a trial length.

Limits for coaches: no checkout, booking, programs or community are listed, so the buyer leaves Livestorm the moment the webinar ends. HubSpot, Salesforce and Marketo integrations are Enterprise-only, and Enterprise is custom-priced. Because credits scale with attendance, a coach whose free workshops get popular pays more each year for the same room.

Pick it over Coachful if you run large or frequent public webinars where engagement features (polls, upvoted Q&A, multi-speaker panels) matter more than what happens after, and you already have a separate place to sell and deliver.

3. Systeme.io: funnels and email on a small budget

Systeme.io homepage promoting its all-in-one funnels, email and course tools
Systeme.io's homepage in October 2026.

Systeme.io is a low-cost marketing suite: funnels, email, courses, a basic community, a blog and an affiliate program. For a coach building a first webinar funnel on almost no budget, it is hard to beat on price.

As listed in October 2026, the Free plan never expires and needs no card; it allows 2,000 contacts, 3 funnels, 1 course and 1 email campaign. Startup costs $17/mo (5,000 contacts, 10 funnels, 5 courses). The plan named Webinar is $47/mo with 10,000 contacts, 50 funnels and 20 courses, and Unlimited is $97/mo. Systeme.io charges 0% transaction fees on every plan, including Free; you pay only Stripe or PayPal processing. Public reviewers rate it highly: Trustpilot shows 4.9 from 8,696 reviews.

The gaps show up after the sale. Systeme.io has no native 1:1 scheduling tied to client records, and no habits or check-ins. Its community and course features are described as basic, and there is no branded mobile app. Our pricing notes capture contacts, funnels and courses per tier rather than every webinar feature, so check exactly which webinar pages and streaming options each plan includes during signup.

Pick it over Coachful if your budget is close to zero, you mainly sell recorded courses from webinars, and you are happy to run 1:1 booking and client follow-up in other tools.

4. Mighty Networks: livestreams inside a community

Mighty Networks homepage introducing its community, courses and events platform
Mighty Networks's homepage in October 2026.

Mighty Networks treats the webinar as a community event. You host livestreams inside your network, members discuss in the feed afterwards, and courses sit alongside. For coaches whose business is a paid membership, that framing fits.

The livestream allowance is spelled out by plan. Launch is $95/mo ($79/mo annual) with 20 livestream hours a month for up to 100 attendees, 3 hosts and 200 GB of storage. Scale is $215/mo ($179/mo annual) with 30 hours and 200 attendees. Growth is $354/mo on annual billing with 40 hours and 1,000 attendees. A 14-day trial needs no card and includes Growth features.

Costs to watch: Mighty takes a platform fee on sales of 2% on Launch, 1% on Scale and 0.5% on Growth, on top of Stripe processing. Your own branded member apps come only with custom-priced Mighty Pro. There is no 1:1 scheduling, invoicing or contracts, and no private per-client plans with habits or check-ins. Trustpilot shows 3.3 from 219 reviews.

Pick it over Coachful if your offer is a large community membership, your webinars are member-only livestreams, and you rarely do 1:1 work.

5. Kajabi: a course business that also runs webinars

Kajabi homepage presenting its course, community and website platform for creators
Kajabi's homepage in October 2026.

Kajabi suits the coach whose webinar sells a digital course to a big list. Its core is courses, communities, a website, funnels and email marketing under one roof, and it has a long track record with creators.

Plans as listed in October 2026: Basic is $179/mo ($143/mo annual) with 5 products, 2,500 contacts and 1 community; Growth is $249/mo ($199/mo annual) with 50 products and 25,000 contacts; Pro is $499/mo ($399/mo annual). The standard trial is 14 days, and some features such as bulk contact import stay locked until you activate a paid plan. With Kajabi Payments in the US, card processing is 2.9% + $0.30 on Basic, lower on higher plans. Using another processor (other than PayPal) adds a Kajabi fee of 2% on Basic, 1% on Growth and 0.5% on Pro.

For coaching, the limits are structural. Kajabi delivers products and communities rather than per-client plans, so there is no habit tracking or daily client check-ins. Basic includes no AI credits and caps you at 2,500 contacts, which a successful webinar series can outgrow quickly. Trustpilot shows 3.4 from 2,347 reviews. Our course platform guide for coaches compares this model with program-based delivery.

Pick it over Coachful if you sell several courses to a list in the tens of thousands, and coaching is a smaller add-on to a content business.

6. CoachVantage: practice admin with group programs

CoachVantage homepage describing its coaching practice management software
CoachVantage's homepage in October 2026.

CoachVantage comes from the opposite direction: it is coaching practice management first (CRM, scheduling, contracts with e-signature, invoices, a client portal) with group programs and small courses added. For a coach whose webinars feed a cohort, the group-program feature is the reason to look.

Clarity costs $39/mo ($35/mo annual) and includes unlimited contacts but caps you at 2 group programs, 2 sales pages, 2 booking pages, 4 e-signatures a month and 2 courses. Aha! costs $59/mo ($53/mo annual) and removes the caps on group programs (with cohorts), sales pages, booking pages and e-signatures. A 14-day trial needs no card, and CoachVantage says it takes no commission on your revenue; Stripe or PayPal fees apply.

On the live room itself, public reviewers describe the built-in video, CVMeet, as weak, and many users still run Zoom alongside it. Our older profile also notes no team or multi-coach features. There is no email marketing or funnel builder documented, so registration and reminders for a public webinar usually need another tool.

Pick it over Coachful if you want a per-coach price with unlimited clients, your webinars are small and mostly for existing clients, and you prefer a traditional practice-management layout.

Which one looks like you?

Coachful builds your coaching website from a few answers, in a design chosen for your niche, with programs, booking and payments ready behind it.

7. Practice Better: telehealth for wellness practitioners

Practice Better homepage for its wellness practice management and telehealth platform
Practice Better's homepage in October 2026.

Practice Better serves nutrition and wellness practitioners: scheduling, telehealth, charting, billing, programs and a client portal. Its group sessions and programs make it a candidate for coaches who run educational workshops for existing clients.

The Sprout plan is free for 3 clients. Starter is $35/mo ($25/mo annual) for 10 clients, Professional is $69/mo ($59/mo annual) for 300 clients, Plus is $99/mo ($89/mo annual) for unlimited clients, and Team starts at $155/mo. Trials run 14 days on paid plans and 30 days on Team. Payments run through Practice Better Payments, powered by Stripe. Trustpilot shows 3.8 from 87 reviews.

For webinars aimed at new people, the gap is marketing: there is no website builder or funnel pages, so registration happens elsewhere. Evergreen programs, portal branding, a custom URL and SMS all start on Plus. Below Team, one account means one practitioner.

Pick it over Coachful if you are a practitioner who needs charting and telehealth in one place, and your workshops are for clients you already have.

8. Thinkific: courses first, live events second

Thinkific homepage presenting its online course and community platform
Thinkific's homepage in October 2026.

Thinkific is a course platform with communities, memberships, and coaching and webinar products. Live sessions are attached to communities, with event limits that depend on plan.

Start costs $109/mo ($82/mo annual) and includes 5 live community events with a maximum group size of 50, 2 admins and 1 community. Grow is $219/mo ($164/mo annual) with a group size of 100. Expand is $499/mo ($374/mo annual) with unlimited group size. Thinkific raised prices about 10% on August 13, 2026. Every self-serve plan has a 30-day trial. Note that Thinkific's own pricing page displays euros in some regions.

Limits worth knowing: there is no built-in 1:1 scheduling (coaching relies on external booking links), no client habits or check-ins, and a branded mobile app is a $199/mo add-on. Using Stripe or PayPal directly rather than Thinkific Payments adds a gateway fee. Trustpilot shows 1.8 from 868 reviews.

Pick it over Coachful if your webinars exist to sell a large course catalog, and live sessions are an occasional extra rather than the core of your coaching.

9. Skool: a community with a calendar and live calls

Skool homepage presenting its community, classroom and calendar groups
Skool's homepage in October 2026.

Skool combines a community, a classroom and a calendar in one group, with gamified leaderboards that reward participation. Live calls happen inside the group, so the "webinar" is really a recurring member call.

Hobby costs $9/mo ($7.50/mo annual) and Pro costs $99/mo ($82.50/mo annual); both list unlimited members, courses, videos and live calls. The trade-off is fees. Payments run only through Skool Payments: Hobby charges 10% + 30¢ on all transactions, while Pro charges 2.9% + 30¢ up to $899 and 3.9% + 30¢ above $900. Trial length is not stated on the pricing page.

There is no custom-domain website, no funnels, no email automation and no public API, so a public webinar needs registration and reminders from somewhere else. There are no 1:1 client records, intake forms, habits or check-ins. Trustpilot shows 1.6 from 54 reviews.

Pick it over Coachful if your whole business is one paid community, members find you through the Skool network or social media, and leaderboards motivate your audience.

10. Kit: the email engine behind registrations

Kit (formerly ConvertKit) is not a webinar room; it is the email layer many coaches pair with one. Landing pages collect registrations, and sequences send the reminders and replay follow-ups. If your list lives here already, you may only need a separate room.

The Free newsletter plan covers up to 10,000 subscribers but excludes automations and sequences, which webinar reminders depend on. Creator starts at $39/mo for up to 1,000 subscribers with 2 team members, and Pro starts at $79/mo; both scale with list size. A 14-day trial needs no card. Kit Commerce sells digital products at 3.5% + $0.30 per USD transaction. Trustpilot shows 3.9 from 162 reviews.

Kit cannot host the session, book calls, keep client records or deliver programs. You still need a room, a checkout for higher-ticket offers and a delivery tool. For a broader look at the email layer, see email marketing for coaches.

Pick it over Coachful if you are a newsletter-first coach with a large list, and you only want to add a webinar room on top of the email system you already rely on.

11. Stan Store: selling seats from your social bio

Stan Store homepage showing its link-in-bio storefront for creators
Stan Store's homepage in October 2026.

Stan Store is a link-in-bio storefront. Coaches with an Instagram or TikTok audience use it to sell digital products, courses, memberships and paid calls straight from their profile, which makes it a quick way to sell tickets to a paid workshop.

Creator costs $29/mo ($25/mo annual) and Creator Pro costs $99/mo ($79/mo annual); both list unlimited products and customers. Stan takes 0% of sales; Stripe or PayPal processing applies. A 14-day trial is available on either plan. Email marketing, upsells, discount codes and affiliates are only on Creator Pro. Trustpilot shows 4.7 from 2,205 reviews.

It is not a CRM: there are no contracts, invoices or client records, and no programs with tasks, habits or check-ins. You will need a separate room for the session itself. Coachful has a link-in-bio page that sells inside its website builder if you want that piece in the same account.

Pick it over Coachful if your audience lives on social media, your workshops are low-priced one-off tickets, and you do not need client management.

12. Calendly: the call that follows the webinar

Calendly homepage presenting its online scheduling and booking tool
Calendly's homepage in October 2026.

Calendly is scheduling only, and that is the job it does well in a webinar stack: the "book your strategy call" link you share at the end of the session. Booking pages, reminders and paid bookings are covered.

The Free plan allows 1 event type and 1 calendar connection. Standard is $10/seat/mo on annual billing with up to 6 calendar connections and unlimited event types; Teams is $16/seat/mo annual. Calendly charges no fee on payments; you connect Stripe or PayPal. Trustpilot shows 4.1 from 714 reviews.

It has no client records, notes, programs, contracts or invoicing, and it does not host webinars. Per-seat pricing means each coach on a team pays separately. Our calendar scheduling guide for coaches compares it with other booking tools.

Pick it over Coachful if you already have a webinar room, a checkout and a delivery tool you love, and you only need a clean booking link for discovery calls.

How do the features compare side by side?

Coachful is the only tool with a "Yes" in every column. "Partial" means available with limits or through another product type; "No" means not documented on the pages we reviewed in October 2026.

What does each webinar stack cost at 5, 15 and 40 clients?

An all-in-one tool usually costs less than an assembled stack once you count every subscription. The figures below are illustrative examples built from list prices in October 2026, before card processing; your own mix will differ.

  • Broadcast stack: Livestorm (400-credit yearly pack, about €83 a month averaged) + Kit Creator ($39) + Calendly Standard ($10, annual billing) + Practice Better for client management (Starter $35 for up to 10 clients, Professional $69 for up to 300).
  • Budget stack: Systeme.io Webinar ($47) + Calendly Standard ($10) + CoachVantage Clarity ($39, unlimited clients), plus whatever video tool you already pay for.
  • Community stack: Mighty Networks Launch ($95) + Kit Creator ($39) + Calendly Standard ($10), plus Mighty's 2% fee on sales.

The logins column matters as much as the price. Every extra tool is another place where a registrant's details have to be copied, another login for clients, and another integration that can break the week you launch.

Which stack recipe fits your practice?

Choose all-in-one if the webinar exists to fill a program; choose an assembled stack only if one piece (usually the live room) needs features no all-in-one offers.

All-in-one recipe (Coachful). Registration funnel, reminder sequence, live room or Zoom link, checkout with a payment plan, cohort group, program and replay, all in one account. Setup is a single build, which the white-glove team can do for you. This suits solo coaches and small teams running one to four webinars a month for audiences of under a few hundred. See group coaching software for how cohorts work.

Assembled recipe A: broadcast-led. Livestorm for the room, Kit for email, Calendly for calls, and a practice tool for clients. It gives you the richest live engagement, at the cost of four logins and manual hand-offs between tools. It suits coaches whose webinars are large, public and frequent.

Assembled recipe B: budget-led. Systeme.io for funnels and email, a free or existing video tool for the room, Calendly for calls and CoachVantage for client admin. It is cheap per month but takes the longest to wire together, and clients see several brands.

For business coaches specifically, our webinar platforms for business coaches article goes deeper on sales-led webinars.

How do you set up a webinar-to-program funnel in Coachful?

You can set it up in an afternoon, or ask the white-glove team to build it. Here is an example for a coach running a monthly 45-minute workshop that sells an eight-week group program:

  1. Create the program. Start from one of the more than 40 program templates, set eight weekly goals, and add a morning check-in and two habits.
  2. Build the offer. Price the program as one payment or three, add a coupon for live attendees, and attach your coaching agreement so it is signed at enrollment.
  3. Build the webinar funnel. Pick a webinar funnel template, write the registration page, and add your Meta Pixel and UTM tags if you run ads.
  4. Write the sequence. Confirmation on signup, reminders the day before and the hour before, the replay link after, then two follow-ups with the offer. Turn on SMS or WhatsApp reminders if you have messaging enabled.
  5. Schedule the session. Add it to your calendar with built-in video, or let Coachful create a Zoom, Meet or Teams link.
  6. Add the call option. Create a discovery-call booking page with two intake questions for people who want to talk first.

What the client experiences: they register on your branded page, get reminders, join the session, and click through to a checkout in your branding. After paying, they sign the agreement, land in the program inside your branded app, and find their cohort group already waiting. Their first morning check-in arrives the next day. You see them on the client record with their payment, agreement and check-ins in one view.

How do you migrate your webinar setup without losing leads?

Move the list and the next live event first; move old replays and archives last. A few practical steps:

  • Export registrants and subscribers with consent data. Keep the date and source of each opt-in so you can show where consent came from.
  • Run one webinar on the new setup before cancelling the old one. Overlapping by a month costs less than a broken launch.
  • Rebuild reminders before ads go live. Registrants forget, so send at least the day-before and hour-before emails.
  • Move payment subscriptions carefully. Active subscriptions usually stay with your payment processor; check with your processor before changing anything.
  • Ask for help importing. If you move to Coachful, clients, programs and content are imported for you during onboarding, and the white-glove team can rebuild your webinar funnel.

What mistakes should coaches avoid with webinar software?

The most common mistake is buying for the live room and ignoring what happens after it. Others to watch for:

  • Paying per attendee for free workshops. Credit-based pricing punishes success when most attendees never buy.
  • Ignoring platform fees. A 2% to 10% cut on a $1,500 program is $30 to $150 per sale, every sale.
  • Sending replay links with no next step. The replay email should carry the offer or the booking link.
  • Skipping the scope line. In health topics, state that the session is coaching, not medical advice, and refer people to a clinician when needed.
  • Running more logins than clients can follow. If buyers need three accounts to start your program, some will not start.

What is the verdict?

For most coaches, Coachful is the best webinar software because it carries a registrant all the way to an enrolled, engaged client in one login, with a 0% platform fee and a free white-glove build to get started. Livestorm is the stronger pure webinar room for large public events. Systeme.io wins on budget, Mighty Networks and Skool on community-led memberships, and Kajabi or Thinkific for course catalogs. If your webinar exists to fill programs, start with Coachful (Lite: $29/month for up to 5 clients; Solo: $49/month for up to 20 clients; Pro: $99/month with unlimited clients; Studio: $199/month with unlimited clients). Frequently asked questions

What is the best webinar software for coaches?

For coaches who use webinars to sell programs, Coachful is our pick because funnels, reminders, the live session, checkout, programs and community sit in one account. If you only need a polished live room for large audiences, Livestorm is the strongest dedicated option in this list.

Can I run webinars in Coachful without Zoom?

Yes. Coachful has built-in video for sessions, group calls and webinars. If you prefer Zoom, Google Meet or Teams, Coachful creates the link automatically when you schedule.

Do I need separate email software for webinar reminders?

Not with an all-in-one tool. Coachful, Systeme.io and Kajabi include email sequences; Livestorm includes event reminder cadences. Tools like Skool and Calendly need a separate email tool for full reminder sequences.

Which webinar tool is cheapest for a new coach?

Systeme.io has a free plan with no time limit, and Skool's Hobby plan is $9/mo but charges 10% + 30¢ per transaction. Compare the full stack cost, including fees and the tools you will add, rather than the headline price.

How many people can attend a coaching webinar?

It depends on the tool. Livestorm Pro lists 3,000 live attendees per event, Mighty Networks Launch lists 100 per livestream, and Thinkific Start lists a maximum group size of 50. Check the cap against your largest expected session, not your average.

Should I run live or evergreen webinars?

Live sessions let people ask questions and give you a reason to follow up; evergreen recordings run without your time. Many coaches run live monthly and use the best recording as an evergreen funnel, as covered in our evergreen webinar funnel guide.

What is Coachful's free white-glove service?

It is a build service included on every plan. You describe what you need, such as a webinar funnel, sales page or email sequence, attach references and files, and the Coachful team builds it in your account, usually within about 24 hours. It does not record videos, design logos or run ads.

Is Coachful HIPAA compliant for health coaching webinars?

No. Coachful is not HIPAA-certified and does not sign a BAA, so it is not for clinical records or insurance billing. Health coaches should keep webinars educational and refer clinical questions to a licensed provider.

Can attendees pay in installments after a webinar?

In Coachful, yes: payment plans, subscriptions, coupons and order bumps run through your own Stripe or Razorpay account. Livestorm and Calendly-only setups need a separate checkout for installments.
