Top 5 CoachVantage Alternatives for Coaches in 2026, Ranked

Top 5 CoachVantage Alternatives for Coaches in 2026, Ranked

CoachVantage does the admin of a solo coaching practice well for under $60 a month: contracts, booking, invoicing and a coaching log in ICF format. Coaches who search for CoachVantage alternatives have usually grown past the edges of that. They want to add a second coach, give clients a real app, or do more between sessions than send a reminder.

Coachful is our #1 CoachVantage alternative for 2026. It keeps the contracts, scheduling, invoicing and ICF hours, and adds habits, check-ins, community, a client app and team seats.

This guide ranks five options. Simply.Coach, CoachAccountable, Paperbell and Satori each fit a different reason for leaving. If you coach alone and mostly need paperwork handled, CoachVantage remains good value, and we say so below. For the wider field, see our practice management software comparison.

Why coaches look for a CoachVantage alternative

CoachVantage was founded in 2015 and is based in Singapore. Its cheapest plan gives a solo coach unlimited contacts and engagements, with e-signature contracts, booking pages, invoicing and an AI writing assistant called Vanta. Capterra reviewers rate it 4.8 from 26 reviews, and the founder often replies to them personally.

CoachVantage handles a solo coach's admin at a low price. It has no team features and no native app.

The reasons coaches move on:

  • There are no team features. Reviewers report no multi-coach functionality. The vendor has replied that it is in development.
  • There is no native app. CoachVantage is mobile-responsive in a browser. Its own FAQ says it is not an iOS or Android app.
  • Little happens between sessions. It tracks goals and progress, but there is no habit tracking, no daily check-ins and no community.
  • The cheaper plan has tight caps. Clarity, at $39 a month, allows two group programs, two sales pages, two booking pages and four e-signatures a month. Aha!, at $59, lifts those and includes five courses.
  • The built-in video falls short. Reviewers say they use Zoom anyway.
  • Support is by email. Replies take 24 to 48 hours and there is no chat.

If you coach alone, want unlimited clients for $39 and mainly need agreements, invoices and an ICF log, CoachVantage is hard to argue with. The rest of this page is for coaches who need more than that.

How we ranked these CoachVantage alternatives

This is our ranking, built from each vendor's pricing page, help documentation and public reviews, plus our own product. The test was the list of gaps above:

  • Room for a team: a second coach, shared clients and permissions.
  • Between-session work and an app: what clients do, and where they do it, in the days between calls.
  • What you keep: contracts, invoicing and a record of coaching hours.
  • Caps and total cost: limits on clients, pages and signatures, and the tools you still need beside it.

Coachful ranks first because it covers all four. CoachVantage still wins on one point: unlimited clients on its cheapest plan. That matters to some readers more than everything else here.

1. Coachful: best overall CoachVantage alternative

Coachful handles the same paperwork as CoachVantage, then carries on into the coaching itself. A client signs, pays and books, and from there has a program, habits, check-ins and a community to return to, in an app on their phone.

What carries over from CoachVantage

Agreements with e-signature go out before the first call. Booking pages respect your availability, buffers and time zones, and sync with Google, Apple and Outlook calendars. Every payment produces an invoice, and you can raise manual invoices too. Payments run through Stripe Connect or Razorpay with no platform fee.

Coaching hours are tracked for you. Coachful totals completed sessions toward ACC, PCC and MCC and exports the log, split into paid and pro bono hours. You review eligibility before submitting it. See ICF hour tracking and the longer walkthrough of automatic ICF tracking and the native LMS.

What you gain

  • Habits and check-ins. Daily habits with streaks, plus morning and evening check-ins. You see who is on track before each call.
  • A client app. iPhone, Android and web, with your logo and colours inside.
  • Team seats. Three or six coach seats on team plans, with per-coach availability and permissions.
  • Community and group delivery. Each cohort gets its own group, feed and calls.
  • Forms and worksheets tied to sessions. Intake questionnaires and pre-session worksheets with due dates. See forms and worksheets.
  • Video that holds up. Built-in video calls, or Zoom, Google Meet and Teams links created for you.
  • A full website, funnels and email. CoachVantage has sales pages and booking pages. Coachful has a website builder, a blog, funnels and email sequences.

Potential limitations

  • Entry plans cap clients. CoachVantage gives you unlimited clients for $39. On Coachful, check the plan and client allowance shown to you. A solo coach with a large one-to-one roster may pay more.
  • No PayPal. CoachVantage supports Stripe and PayPal. Coachful uses Stripe Connect or Razorpay.
  • The app is not white-labelled in the stores. Clients download the Coachful app and see your branding inside it.
  • There is more to set up. If contracts and invoices are all you need, much of the platform will sit unused.

Choose it when: you are adding a coach, running groups, or want clients to do something between sessions. The Coachful as a CoachVantage alternative page compares the two directly.

2. Simply.Coach: best for coaching teams

Simply.Coach comes second because it solves the two biggest CoachVantage gaps at once: it supports several coaches and it has mobile apps.

Simply.Coach website homepage for its digital coaching platform

Where it shines

Built for more than one coach. Business plans add admins, sponsors and coach matching, with goals, 360 assessments and stakeholder reports for corporate work. Solo plans include booking, contracts, invoicing and embedded video, and there are iOS and Android apps. G2 reviewers rate it 4.8 from about 146 reviews.

Potential limitations

  • Solo plans cap clients. Starter is $9 a month for 3 clients, Essentials is $29 for 7 and Growth is $49 for 30. Unlimited clients need Leap at $69, against CoachVantage's $39.
  • Team plans are per coach. CoCreate is $79 a month per active coach with 10 clients each.
  • It takes longer to learn. Reviewers mention feature overwhelm for small practices.

Choose it when: you are building a team, or your clients are employers. See Simply.Coach alternatives for its own trade-offs.

Coachful builds your coaching website from a few answers, in a design chosen for your niche, with programs, booking and payments ready behind it.

3. CoachAccountable: best for unlimited coaches and accountability

CoachAccountable fixes the team gap a different way. It charges by active client and lets you add coaches and administrators for free.

CoachAccountable website showing its client workspace on desktop and phone

Where it shines

Depth between sessions. Actions, Metrics, Worksheets and routine tracking record what each client committed to and what they did. Scheduling, agreements and invoicing are included on every plan, with unlimited coach accounts. Capterra reviewers give it 5.0 from 67 reviews.

Potential limitations

  • The price follows your roster. $20 a month covers two active clients, $70 covers ten, $120 covers twenty and $250 covers fifty. That is a long way from unlimited clients at $39.
  • Still no app. It is a web app, so that gap stays open.
  • No sales pages or website. CoachVantage's program sales pages have no equivalent here.

Choose it when: you have a small roster, more than one coach and a method built on tracked homework. More in CoachAccountable alternatives.

4. Paperbell: best for simple package sales

Paperbell is the easy move for a solo coach who wants CoachVantage's admin without counting pages and signatures.

Paperbell website homepage presenting coaching packages, scheduling and payments

Where it shines

One plan with nothing rationed. For $57 a month you get unlimited clients, sessions and packages, with a checkout that handles the agreement, payment, intake form and booking together. Group programs are supported, there is no platform fee, and it is free while you have one client.

Potential limitations

  • No ICF coaching log. If the log is why you chose CoachVantage, you would keep it elsewhere.
  • One coach per account, and no app. The two gaps that send most people away from CoachVantage are here as well.
  • Nothing between sessions. No goals, habits or check-ins.

Choose it when: the caps on Clarity are your only complaint and you would rather pay one flat price. It ranks fourth because it solves the caps and none of the larger gaps. See Paperbell alternatives.

5. Satori: best if the ICF log matters most

Satori is the closest in spirit to CoachVantage: a quiet admin tool for one coach, with a coaching log you can export for ICF.

Satori website homepage for coaching business administration

Where it shines

Enrollment that takes one link. A prospect answers your questionnaire, signs the agreement, pays and books in one flow. Only active clients count toward billing, and a free plan covers pro bono clients.

Potential limitations

  • Client caps return. Essentials is $33 a month for up to 10 active paying clients. Pro is $49 for 50, and the top plan stops at 150.
  • No Zoom integration, no app, no team. It closes none of CoachVantage's gaps.
  • No courses or sales pages. CoachVantage includes both.

Choose it when: you want an even simpler tool and coach fewer than ten paying clients. It is last because it is a sideways move for most.

How to switch from CoachVantage without losing records

CoachVantage exports the two things you most need to keep.

  1. Export contacts and the coaching log. The contact list exports to CSV in one click, and the coaching log exports to CSV as well. Keep the log safe: it is your record of hours.
  2. Save signed contracts. Download every executed agreement as a file.
  3. Rebuild one offer. Set up the agreement, the booking rules and the invoice in the new platform and buy it as a test client.
  4. Add one thing CoachVantage did not do. A weekly check-in or a daily habit is enough for clients to notice the change.
  5. Move new clients first. Send new sign-ups to the new platform and move current clients when their engagement renews.

Coachful's onboarding includes help importing clients, programs and content.

Our verdict: Coachful is the #1 CoachVantage alternative

Coachful is our first recommendation for coaches who have outgrown CoachVantage. It keeps contracts, scheduling, invoicing and ICF hours and adds habits, check-ins, community, a client app and team seats, with no platform fee.

Choose Simply.Coach for a coaching team with corporate clients. Choose CoachAccountable for unlimited coaches and tracked homework. Choose Paperbell if the caps are all that bothers you. Choose Satori for the simplest tool with an ICF log. And stay with CoachVantage if you coach alone and want unlimited clients at the lowest flat price.

Frequently asked questions

What is the best CoachVantage alternative in 2026?

Coachful is our #1 CoachVantage alternative. It keeps contracts, scheduling, invoicing and ICF hour tracking and adds habits, check-ins, community, an iPhone and Android client app and team seats. Simply.Coach is the better pick for a coaching team with corporate sponsors.

How much does CoachVantage cost?

CoachVantage has two plans. Clarity is $39 a month, or $35 billed annually, with unlimited contacts but caps on booking pages, sales pages, group programs and e-signatures. Aha! is $59 a month, or $53 billed annually, and lifts those caps. Prices were checked on 2 September 2026.

Does CoachVantage have a mobile app?

No. CoachVantage is a mobile-responsive web product, and its FAQ states that it is not an iOS or Android app. Coachful and Simply.Coach both have iPhone and Android apps.

Can more than one coach use CoachVantage?

Not as a team. Reviewers report that there is no multi-coach functionality, and the vendor has said team features are in development. CoachAccountable includes unlimited coach accounts, Simply.Coach has per-coach business plans, and Coachful has team plans with three or six seats.

Does CoachVantage have unlimited clients?

Yes. Both plans include unlimited contacts and engagements, which is its strongest selling point. Paperbell also has unlimited clients at $57 a month, and Coachful has one plan with unlimited clients.

Which CoachVantage alternative tracks ICF coaching hours?

Coachful totals completed sessions toward ACC, PCC and MCC and exports the log with paid and pro bono hours separated. Satori also exports a coaching log. Paperbell does not keep one. Always check ICF's eligibility rules before you submit.

CoachVantage or Satori: which is better?

CoachVantage does more for a similar price: unlimited clients, built-in video, courses and sales pages. Satori is simpler, has a free plan for pro bono clients and caps paid clients at 10 on its $33 plan. Neither has a native app or team features.

How do I switch from CoachVantage?

Export your contact list and coaching log to CSV, download signed contracts, and rebuild one offer on the new platform as a test. Send new clients there first and move existing clients at renewal.
