7 Best Platforms to Get Clients for Transformational Coaches

The best platforms to get clients for transformational coaches do two different jobs, and most tools only do one. Demand platforms (marketplaces, directories, content and search, social) put you in front of people who are ready for a big change. Conversion platforms (your website, funnel, booking page, follow-up and checkout) turn that attention into a signed client in a three or six month container. So the deciding question is simple: where will your next client first hear about you, and what happens in the ten minutes after they do?
Our pick is Coachful, because it covers both jobs in one account. A Coachful profile can appear in Coachful's own public marketplace, Find a Coach (coachful.co/find-a-coach), where people browse by category, take a short quiz, get matched and book a discovery call directly with a listed coach. The same account runs your website, funnels, lead quiz, email, Instagram automations, booking, contracts, payments and the program itself. We make Coachful, so weigh that, and read the limits we list for it as carefully as the ones for everyone else.
One honest line before the list: software alone cannot manufacture demand, and no platform guarantees clients. A directory can send you a lead; only a clear offer, a believable story and steady follow-up get that lead to say yes. The tools below make each of those steps easier. If you want the general version of this comparison for every coaching niche, read our guide to coaching platforms to get clients.
Which platform fits your situation? Quick picks
Coachful is the best overall choice for most transformational coaches; the others win in narrower situations. Use the table to find the row that sounds like you, then read that section.

|---|---|---|---|
| Coachful | Best overall: get found, convert and deliver a transformation program from one login | Both: Find a Coach marketplace plus site, funnels, email, booking and delivery | Lite: $29/month for up to 5 clients |
| Kajabi | Selling a signature course and community to a large audience you already have | Conversion and delivery | $179/mo Basic ($143/mo annual) |
| Noomii | Being listed where people actively search for a coach | Demand | Membership fee not shown; 30% or 15% commission on matched clients |
| Paperbell | A simple back office for 1:1 packages with unlimited clients | Conversion (admin) | $97/mo ($80.83/mo annual) |
| Mighty Networks | A paid cohort community or membership as the core offer | Delivery, some conversion | $95/mo Launch ($79/mo annual) |
| Stan Store | Instagram-first coaches selling from a link in bio | Conversion | $29/mo Creator ($25/mo annual) |
| Kit | Building demand through a newsletter | Demand (owned audience) | Free up to 10,000 subscribers; Creator from $39/mo |
Prices for the other vendors are as listed in October 2026 unless noted. Noomii's membership levels were checked on its coach page for this article.
What do transformational coaches actually need from these platforms?
Transformational coaches sell depth, not single sessions, so the platform has to carry a person from first curiosity to a long, high-trust container. That changes what matters.
Your clients do not search for "transformational coach." They search for the problem: feeling stuck after a divorce, burnout in a career that looked right on paper, a restless sense that life should mean more, a big move or a fortieth birthday. They find coaches through podcasts and guest interviews, Instagram and YouTube, free workshops, books, retreats, referrals from past clients, and coach directories. A good platform gives each of those doors a clear landing spot that speaks to one problem.
The offer is a container, not a call. Typical shapes are a 90-day or six-month 1:1 program, a group cohort that runs for twelve weeks, a VIP day, or a retreat followed by integration sessions. That means application forms instead of instant booking, payment plans, a signed agreement before the first session, and a place where the client keeps working between calls: journaling prompts, habits, check-ins and recorded lessons.
The sales conversation is the conversion point. Almost nobody buys a multi-month transformation from a checkout page. They apply, book a discovery call, then decide. So the funnel's job is to fill your calendar with well-matched calls, and the follow-up's job is to catch the people who said "not yet."
Scope matters. Transformational work often touches grief, trauma, anxiety and identity. Coaching is not therapy or medical care. State that in your agreement and on your site, screen for it in your application, and refer out when someone describes ongoing depression, trauma symptoms that disrupt daily life, substance dependence or thoughts of self-harm. In the United States, people in crisis can call or text 988, the 988 Suicide and Crisis Lifeline. The ICF Code of Ethics also asks coaches to be clear about the limits of coaching and to refer when another professional is the better fit.
How did we rank these seven platforms?
We ranked on four criteria: one login for the whole client journey, support for between-session delivery, the total monthly cost of the stack you would really need, and setup effort, including whether someone will build it for you.
To keep it concrete, we pictured one example coach: a transformational coach with 15 private clients in a six-month program, one twelve-week group cohort of about 20 people, a free workshop as the main lead magnet, an Instagram account with a few thousand followers and a small email list. The questions were: how many tools does she need, what do they cost together, and how many hand-offs does a new client go through between first click and first session?
We did not test these tools hands-on for this article. The facts come from each vendor's own pricing and product pages and from what public reviewers report. Ratings are Trustpilot scores seen in October 2026.
1. Coachful: best overall for getting found and turning interest into a program

Coachful wins the most common scenario in this niche: a coach who needs both a place to be discovered and a way to convert and keep people, without stitching five subscriptions together. It is the only tool on this list that pairs a public marketplace with the website, funnels, email, booking, payments and delivery.
The demand side. Your Coachful profile can be listed in Find a Coach, Coachful's public marketplace. People browse by category, answer a short quiz, get matched with coaches, and book a discovery call directly with the coach they choose. That lands as a booking on your calendar, not a lead you have to chase. It is not an enterprise procurement network like BetterUp or CoachHub, and it does not promise any volume of calls. Treat it as one more door alongside your own content.
For the doors you build yourself, the social planner gives you AI help with post ideas and captions, then schedules and publishes to Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, X, Threads and YouTube from one calendar. Instagram automations handle the moment a post works: someone comments a keyword like "RESET," and they get your workshop link, application or checkout in a DM, landing in the same lead records as everyone else. Triggers also cover DMs, story replies, mentions and, where Meta supports it, new followers.

The conversion side. The section-based website builder has 30 designed homepage templates, a blog, SEO settings and a custom domain. Funnels come in four kinds that fit this niche well: application funnels for high-ticket containers, booking funnels for discovery calls, lead-magnet funnels for a free workshop or guide, and checkout funnels, with pixels and UTM tracking. A lead quiz helps people see which of your offers fits them. Email lists, broadcasts and multi-step sequences with triggers, delays, branching and A/B splits handle the follow-up for people who are not ready yet.

Booking pages carry intake questions, availability rules, buffers and time-zone detection, with two-way Google, Apple and Outlook calendar sync and built-in video or auto-created Zoom, Meet or Teams links. The Intakes page then shows every discovery call and whether it converted.

When someone says yes, the coaching agreement goes out for e-signature before the first call and stays on their client record. Payments run through your own Stripe Connect or Razorpay account: one-time, subscriptions or payment plans, with coupons and order bumps. Coachful takes no platform fee on client payments; only Stripe or Razorpay processing applies.
The delivery side, which is where transformations happen. Multi-week programs hold weekly goals, daily tasks, habits, morning and evening check-ins, goals with progress bars and streaks. Courses with drip, downloads, videos and worksheets sit in the client's branded home and app. When someone enrolls in a group program, a cohort group is created automatically, with a feed, group chat and video events. Michelle, the built-in AI assistant, briefs you before sessions, summarizes recorded sessions and drafts emails; the AI Coach lets selected clients talk with an AI version of you between sessions, configured by you. ICF credential tracking counts your hours and clients against ACC, PCC and MCC thresholds.

What the client experiences. She takes your quiz from an Instagram link, books a discovery call with three intake questions, gets a reminder, joins the call, signs the agreement, pays the first installment, and lands in a branded home where week one of the program is waiting. One account, no second login. You can see the whole flow in this short walkthrough of funnels:
Why Coachful stands out: a free white-glove service. From Create > We'll build it for you, you describe what you want and the Coachful team builds it inside your own account, usually within about 24 hours: a website, an application funnel, a sales page, a program, an email sequence, a lead quiz, a workshop or webinar page. You can attach up to 8 reference links and up to 10 files. Nothing gets invented: no fake credentials, testimonials or prices, and gaps are left for you to fill. A somatic coach leaving Kajabi had a homepage and About page rebuilt with the contact form connected; a menopause and midlife coach starting from nothing got a five-page site where every button leads to a free 20-minute consultation. It does not include recording videos, logo design or ad management. More in our post on the free white-glove service.

Limits to know. Coachful is not HIPAA-certified and is not for clinical records, so a coach who is also a licensed therapist should keep therapy notes in a clinical system. There is no PayPal and no permanent free plan. The client app runs under the Coachful listing with your branding, not your own App Store account. It is not a course marketplace and has no third-party plugins.
Price: flat monthly plans; lower plans cap clients and Pro is unlimited (current plans: Lite: $29/month for up to 5 clients; Solo: $49/month for up to 20 clients; Pro: $99/month with unlimited clients; Studio: $199/month with unlimited clients). There is a free trial, and monthly plans cancel in one click.
In short: Coachful is a coaching platform for coaches who deliver programs, not just sessions. It is for solo transformational coaches and small teams replacing four to six tools. It does not do clinical record-keeping, PayPal or a self-published app. To start, open a free trial and ask for the free white-glove build. See also Coachful for life coaches and Coachful for mindset coaches.
2. Kajabi: best when you already have a big audience and a signature course

If your transformation is packaged as a course plus community and you already have thousands of followers, Kajabi is built for that sale. It is a course, community, website, funnel and email platform for selling knowledge products at volume.
For a transformational coach, the appeal is the polished storefront: sales pages, email campaigns, a course player and a community in one place. It suits the coach whose next step is a self-paced version of their method sold to an audience they have already built through a podcast or YouTube.
Listed prices in October 2026: Basic $179/mo ($143/mo annual) with 5 products, 2,500 contacts, 1 community and 0 AI credits; Growth $249/mo ($199/mo annual) with 50 products and 25,000 contacts; Pro $499/mo ($399/mo annual). The standard trial is 14 days. Kajabi Payments in the US costs 2.9% + $0.30 on Basic; using another processor (other than PayPal) adds a Kajabi fee of 2% on Basic, 1% on Growth and 0.5% on Pro.
The gaps show up in 1:1 work. Kajabi has no habit tracking or daily client check-ins, and coaching is organised around products and communities, not per-client plans. You do not get Find a Coach style discovery either; demand is your job. Basic's 2,500-contact cap can bite once a free workshop starts working. Trustpilot shows 3.4 from 2,347 reviews.
Pick it over Coachful if your business is mainly a high-volume course and community sold to a large existing audience, and private client programs are a small part of revenue.
3. Noomii: best for being listed where people search for a coach

Noomii fits the coach who wants a pure demand channel: a long-running coach directory where people who already know they want a coach go looking. It is the most direct answer to "where do people find coaches?" on this list.
Noomii describes itself as the web's largest directory of life and business coaches. Its coach page lists two membership levels, both by application. Pro gives featured placement in the directory, access to SmartMatch lead alerts with the ability to pitch leads, profile optimization, an audio interview and monthly publishing on Noomii, with a 30% commission rate. Elite adds Noomii's coaching CRM, its Sales Academy, unlimited publishing and 1:1 coaching, and drops the commission to 15%. The page did not show monthly membership fees when we checked, so we cannot verify them; ask before you apply.
For transformational coaches, the honest fit question is categories. Clients browse by type (life, career, business, relationship, health), so you need to describe your work in the words clients use, such as a life transition or career change, rather than "transformation." Pitching leads also means competing with other coaches for the same request, so a clear niche and a fast reply matter more than the listing itself.
Noomii does not replace your conversion stack. You still need a site, a booking flow, agreements, payments and a place to deliver the program, and a commission on matched clients is a real cost on a high-ticket container. Pair it with the tool that handles everything after the first conversation.
Pick it over Coachful if you only want a directory listing to add leads to a setup you already like, and you are comfortable paying a commission on clients it sends you.
4. Paperbell: best simple back office for 1:1 packages

Coaches who sell 1:1 packages and want the admin to disappear tend to like Paperbell. It handles booking, packages, payments, contracts, a client portal and a simple website, at one price per coach with unlimited clients.
The single plan is listed at $97/mo ($80.83/mo annual) with unlimited clients, sessions, files, packages and traffic. There is a free trial (its help center described a 7-day trial in July 2026 with the public site offline and client messages off until you pay) and a 30-day money-back guarantee. Paperbell adds no transaction fees; Stripe or PayPal fees apply, and PayPal support is a plus if your clients ask for it.
The limits matter for transformational programs. Paperbell has no courses or LMS, no community and no goal or habit tracking, and no native mobile app; clients use the mobile browser. A twelve-week cohort or a program with daily reflection prompts needs another tool next to it. It does not help with demand: there is no marketplace or social automation. Trustpilot shows 3.5 from 14 reviews.
Pick it over Coachful if you only sell 1:1 session packages, want one fixed price with no client cap, need PayPal, and do not plan to deliver group programs or between-session work inside the platform.
5. Mighty Networks: best when a paid community is the core offer

Some transformational coaches sell belonging first: a membership or cohort where the group does much of the work. Mighty Networks is a community, courses and events platform with Mighty-branded member apps, and it is good at exactly that.
As listed in October 2026, Launch costs $95/mo ($79/mo annual) with 3 hosts, 200 GB storage and 20 hours a month of livestream for up to 100 attendees. Scale costs $215/mo ($179/mo annual). The trial is 14 days with no card, and trials include Growth plan features. Mighty charges a platform fee on sales of 2% on Launch, 1% on Scale and 0.5% on Growth and Mighty Pro, plus Stripe processing.
It stops where private coaching begins. Mighty has no 1:1 scheduling, invoicing or contracts and no per-client habits, check-ins or private coaching plans. Your own branded apps come only on custom-priced Mighty Pro. For demand, the community itself can help through member invites, but there is no directory or funnel builder for cold traffic. Trustpilot shows 3.3 from 219 reviews. Our community platform page covers how Coachful handles cohorts by comparison.
Pick it over Coachful if a large membership community is your main product, you run few or no private clients, and you want livestreams for big groups built in.
6. Stan Store: best for Instagram-first coaches selling from a link in bio

The scenario here is a coach whose audience lives on Instagram or TikTok and who wants a storefront behind the bio link today. Stan Store is a link-in-bio shop for digital products, courses, memberships and paid calls.
Creator is listed at $29/mo ($25/mo annual) and Creator Pro at $99/mo ($79/mo annual), both with unlimited products and customers. There is a 14-day trial, and Stan takes 0% of sales; standard Stripe or PayPal processing applies. Trustpilot shows 4.7 from 2,205 reviews, the strongest score on this list.
The catch for transformational coaches: email marketing, upsells, discount codes and affiliates are only on the $99 Creator Pro plan. Stan has no contracts, invoices or client records, and no programs with client tasks, habits or check-ins. It is great for selling, for example, a $47 workbook or a paid discovery session, but a six-month container needs an application, an agreement and a delivery home somewhere else.
Pick it over Coachful if you mostly sell low-priced digital products to a social audience and coaching is a small add-on.
7. Kit: best for building demand through a newsletter
Kit (formerly ConvertKit) serves the coach whose long game is writing: a weekly letter that builds trust until readers ask how to work with you. That is a real demand channel for this niche, where trust is the whole sale.
The free Newsletter plan covers up to 10,000 subscribers. Creator starts at $39/mo for up to 1,000 subscribers and Pro at $79/mo, both scaling with list size, with a 14-day trial and no card required. Kit Commerce sells digital products at 3.5% + $0.30 per US transaction, all in. Automations and sequences need a paid plan. Trustpilot shows 3.9 from 162 reviews.
Kit stops at the email. It has no scheduling, client records or session management, no course portal, no community and no habits or check-ins. You will need a booking tool, a contract tool, a payment flow and somewhere to deliver the program. Our page on email marketing for coaches shows how Coachful's sequences cover the same follow-up job inside one account.
Pick it over Coachful if your newsletter is the business, you want a no-cost newsletter plan for a list of up to 10,000, and you are happy to run coaching itself in separate tools.
How do the seven compare feature by feature?
Only Coachful covers discovery, conversion and delivery in one account; every other tool needs at least one partner. The matrix shows where each one starts and stops for this niche.
| Platform | Marketplace or directory | Website and funnels | Email sequences | Booking and intake | Contracts | Takes client payments | Programs with habits and check-ins | Group community |
|---|---|---|---|---|---|---|---|---|
| Coachful | Yes (Find a Coach) | Yes | Yes | Yes | Yes | Yes | Yes | Yes |
| Kajabi | No | Yes | Yes | Not documented | Not documented | Yes | No | Yes |
| Noomii | Yes | No | Partial (Elite CRM) | Partial (Elite CRM) | No | No | No | No |
| Paperbell | No | Partial (simple site) | No | Yes | Yes | Yes | No | No |
| Mighty Networks | No | Not documented | Not documented | No | No | Yes | No | Yes |
| Stan Store | No | Partial (link in bio) | Partial (Creator Pro) | Partial (paid calls) | No | Yes | No | No |
| Kit | No | Partial (landing pages) | Yes | No | No | Partial (digital products) | No | No |
"Partial" means the vendor documents a lighter version or the feature sits on a higher plan; "Not documented" means we found no mention in the vendor facts we used. Noomii's Elite CRM details were not listed in enough depth to rate them further.
What does a full stack cost each month?
A one-tool stack is usually cheaper and always simpler than three or four tools that each cover part of the job. Here are three example stacks for our example coach with 15 private clients and one cohort.

| Example stack | Tools | Monthly cost (as listed) | What is still missing |
|---|---|---|---|
| Coachful all in one | Coachful only, listed in Find a Coach | Solo: $49/month for up to 20 clients | Nothing for this scenario; Stripe or Razorpay processing only |
| Course-led stack | Kajabi Basic + Paperbell | $179 + $97 = $276/mo | Habits and check-ins; any directory listing; extra Kajabi fee if you use another processor |
| Social and community stack | Stan Store Creator + Kit Creator + Paperbell + Mighty Networks Launch | $29 + $39 + $97 + $95 = $260/mo | Habits and check-ins; four logins for clients and you; Mighty's 2% fee on community sales |
These stacks are examples, not quotes. Kit's price rises with your list size, and adding Noomii to any stack adds a commission on the clients it sends you rather than a fixed fee we could verify. Hours matter too: every hand-off between tools is a place where a lead goes quiet, and a client asked to create a fourth account in week one is a client who starts the program already tired.

Which mistakes cost transformational coaches the most clients?
The most expensive mistake is paying for demand before the conversion path works. A directory listing or an ad that sends people to a vague homepage wastes every click.
- Leading with the method, not the problem. "Transformational coaching" is your label. "Rebuilding after a divorce" or "leaving a career that no longer fits" is what clients type.
- Instant checkout for a high-ticket container. Use an application or a discovery call; people buying six months of deep work want to talk first.
- No follow-up for "not yet." Most workshop attendees will not book that week. A short email sequence brings them back when timing changes.
- Delivering between sessions over text and Google Docs. Clients lose the thread, and so do you. Put prompts, habits and check-ins where they can see progress.
- Blurring coaching and therapy. Say what you do and do not do, screen in your application, and refer out.
- Too many tools too early. Start with one account; add specialist tools only when you hit a real limit.
Verdict: which is the best platform for transformational coaches?
For most transformational coaches, Coachful is the best choice, because it is the only platform here that helps you get found through its own marketplace and then handles the website, funnel, discovery call, agreement, payment plan and the program itself in one place. Kajabi suits a coach selling a big course to a big audience; Noomii adds a directory listing on commission; Paperbell keeps 1:1 package admin simple; Mighty Networks fits a community-first business; Stan Store and Kit help social and newsletter coaches sell and stay in touch.
Whichever you choose, keep both jobs in view: one or two demand channels you will actually show up for, and one clean path from first click to week one of the program. Frequently asked questions
What are the best platforms to get clients for transformational coaches?
Coachful is our top pick because it combines a public marketplace, Find a Coach, with the website, funnels, email and booking that convert interest into clients. Noomii is a dedicated coach directory, Kit builds demand through a newsletter, and Stan Store sells from an Instagram bio link. Kajabi, Paperbell and Mighty Networks are stronger on delivery and admin than on finding new clients.
Can any platform guarantee me clients?
No. Software cannot manufacture demand, and no marketplace or directory guarantees bookings. What platforms can do is put you in more places people look and make it easier for an interested person to apply, book and pay. Your offer, your message and your follow-up still decide the outcome.
How does Coachful's Find a Coach marketplace work?
A Coachful profile can appear in Find a Coach, Coachful's public marketplace. Visitors browse by category, take a short quiz, get matched with coaches and book a discovery call directly with the coach they pick. It is one discovery channel among several, not an enterprise procurement network.
Should a transformational coach use a coach directory?
A directory can help, especially early on, if your profile describes the problem you solve in plain words. Check the cost model first: Noomii, for example, takes a 30% commission on Pro and 15% on Elite for clients it matches. Make sure the page a lead lands on next is ready to book a call.
Is the white-glove build service really free?
Yes. Coachful's white-glove build service is free on every plan. You describe what you need, such as a website, an application funnel or an email sequence, and the team builds it inside your account, usually within about 24 hours. It does not cover video recording, logo design, ad management or ongoing marketing.
What should a transformational coach's sales funnel look like?
A common shape is a free workshop or guide, a short email sequence, then an application or discovery-call booking with a few intake questions. After a yes, send the agreement for e-signature and a payment plan, then deliver week one inside the program. Coachful's funnel templates and email sequences cover each step in one account.
Is transformational coaching the same as therapy?
No. Coaching is not therapy or medical care, and coaches should say so in their agreements. If a client describes ongoing depression, disruptive trauma symptoms, substance dependence or thoughts of self-harm, refer them to a licensed professional; in the US, 988 is the crisis line. Coachful is not HIPAA-certified, so clinical notes belong in a clinical system.
Can I use Instagram to get transformational coaching clients with Coachful?
Yes. Coachful's social planner schedules posts to Instagram and other networks, and Instagram automations can reply to a keyword comment, DM or story reply with your booking link, lead magnet or checkout. The person then appears in the same lead records as everyone else.
Can I run group cohorts and 1:1 clients on the same platform?
On Coachful, yes. Group programs create a cohort group automatically on enrollment, with a feed, chat and video events, while 1:1 clients get their own goals, habits and check-ins. Mighty Networks handles the group side well but has no 1:1 scheduling or contracts; Paperbell handles 1:1 admin but has no community.
