Top 5 Membership Platforms for Holistic Health Coaches in 2026

The best membership platforms for holistic health coaches are the ones that carry a client's daily practice between calls: the morning check-in, the breathwork habit, the meal-planning lesson, the group circle on Thursday evening. A membership for a holistic practice is not a video vault. Members pay monthly because they want a rhythm and someone noticing when it slips, so the deciding question is simple: does the platform show you who is practising and who has gone quiet, or does it only show you who has paid?
Our pick is Coachful, because it puts habits, check-ins, programs, courses, community, booking and payments under one login, with one branded app for members. We make Coachful, so weigh that, and read the four alternatives below with their real prices and limits. Kajabi, Mighty Networks, Practice Better and Circle each win for a specific kind of holistic practice, and we say exactly when.
This article is a decision guide first. Answer five questions about your practice, use the table to see which platform those answers point to, then read the ranked sections. If you want the broader view across every coaching niche, our guide to membership platforms for coaches covers the category as a whole.
What do holistic health coaches need from a membership platform?
Holistic health coaches need a platform that delivers small daily practices and tracks whether members actually do them, not just a place to host videos. The work spans sleep, stress, food, movement, relationships and meaning, so a single member might have a breathing habit, a weekly meal-prep lesson, a journaling prompt and a monthly group call running at once.
That shapes the requirements in a few concrete ways:
- Daily and weekly rhythm. Morning intentions, evening reflections, a weekly review. If the platform cannot send a check-in and record the answer, you end up running the real membership in a messaging app.
- Several content formats. Guided audio for meditation or body scans, short video lessons, recipes and meal plans, printable worksheets, and live group sessions.
- A journey with stages. Many holistic memberships start with a 21-day or 30-day foundation (a reset, a gut-health basics month, a nervous-system primer) and then roll into an ongoing monthly tier. The platform has to handle both.
- Community that feels calm. Members join for support, not noise. A feed, a group chat for each cohort and live circles are usually enough.
- A record per member. Intake answers, goals, notes and what they have actually completed, so you can coach the person rather than the content.
- Agreements before the first call. A clear coaching agreement that states your scope is part of practising responsibly in health and wellness.

Where does coaching stop and treatment start?
Holistic health coaching supports behaviour change and lifestyle choices; it does not diagnose, treat or cure any condition, and a membership platform should never be set up as if it does. The National Board for Health and Wellness Coaching describes health and wellness coaching as a partnership focused on the client's own goals and behaviour change, which is distinct from clinical care (NBHWC). The US National Center for Complementary and Integrative Health also separates "integrative" and "complementary" approaches from conventional treatment and encourages people to talk with their health care providers about them (NCCIH).
In practice, write a short scope line into your sales page, your agreement and your welcome lesson, for example: "This membership offers coaching and education. It is not medical, nutritional therapy or mental health treatment. Please keep working with your doctor and other licensed providers." Then define when you refer out: new or worsening symptoms, suspected eating disorders, medication questions, pregnancy-related changes, signs of depression or crisis, or anything that needs a diagnosis. Refer to a physician, registered dietitian or licensed mental health professional as appropriate.
Marketing matters too. The Federal Trade Commission expects health-related claims to be backed by competent and reliable scientific evidence (FTC health products compliance guidance). "Build a calmer evening routine in 30 days" is a coaching promise; "reverse your autoimmune condition" is a medical claim. And if you work inside or alongside a clinical practice, HIPAA rules for covered entities and their business associates may apply (HHS). Whether they apply to your situation varies, so check with an attorney.
Which five questions should you answer about your practice first?
Answer these five questions honestly before you look at feature lists; your answers will rule out most platforms on their own.
- Do members need daily check-ins and habit tracking, or mainly content? If your membership is built on practice (breathwork every morning, a nightly wind-down, a hydration habit), you need per-member habits and check-ins. If it is mainly a library of classes and recipes, a course or community tool can work.
- Will you also sell 1:1 sessions and packages to the same people? Most holistic coaches do. If so, booking, session credits and payment plans should live in the same place as the membership.
- Do you work with clinicians or need HIPAA-compliant records? If you share a practice with a naturopath, functional medicine doctor or dietitian, or you hold protected health information as part of a covered entity, you need a platform built for that.
- How large will the community be, and how central is it? Fifteen members in a cohort is different from 2,000 people in an open community with livestreams.
- How much time and money do you have for setup? Count the website, sales page, email sequence and onboarding content, not just the monthly fee.
Which platform fits your answers?
Ranking criteria: one login for the whole client journey, delivery between sessions (habits, check-ins, programs), total stack cost, and setup effort including the free white-glove build.
| Pick | Your answers point here if... | Entry price as listed |
|---|---|---|
| Coachful | Q1 daily practice: yes. Q2 sessions too: yes. Q3 clinical records: no. Q4 small to mid community. Q5 you want help building it. | Lite: $29/month for up to 5 clients |
| Kajabi | Q1 mainly content. Q4 audience-led, many buyers. You sell several courses and digital products to a large email list. | $179/month ($143/month annual), Basic |
| Mighty Networks | Q1 mainly community and courses. Q4 large and central, with livestreamed events. | $95/month ($79/month annual), Launch |
| Practice Better | Q3 yes: you work with clinicians, need charting or HIPAA-compliant tools. | $35/month ($25/month annual), Starter; free Sprout plan for 3 clients |
| Circle | Q4 the community is the product; 1:1 work happens elsewhere or not at all. | $89/month billed annually, Professional |
How did we choose and rank these five?
We started from what holistic health coaches actually run: a foundation program, an ongoing monthly membership, some 1:1 work and a small, supportive community. Each platform had to handle at least two of those well. We then ranked on the four criteria above, using what each vendor documents on its own pricing and help pages as of October 2026 and what public reviewers report. We did not run hands-on tests of the other platforms, so where a detail is not documented, we say so.
Tools that are mainly link-in-bio storefronts or gamified groups (Stan Store, Skool) were left out because they lack per-member records and calm, structured delivery. Pure course platforms such as Thinkific and Podia were left out because they have no habits, check-ins or per-client plans, which are the core of a holistic membership.
1. Coachful: a membership built around the member's daily practice

Coachful is the best fit for most holistic health coaches because the membership, the 1:1 work and the daily practice all live in one place, with one login for you and one branded app for your members. It is a coaching platform rather than a course host: one subscription covers booking, payments, coaching agreements, multi-week programs with habits and check-ins, courses, a community, a website with funnels and email, and an AI assistant. It is built for coaches who deliver programs and not just sessions, and for solo coaches replacing four to six separate tools.
What a member experiences between calls
A holistic membership lives or dies on what happens on Tuesday morning when nobody is on a call. In Coachful, programs run over weeks with weekly goals, daily tasks and habits, morning and evening check-ins, goals with progress bars, and streaks. A "30-Day Calm Foundation" could ask for a two-minute breath practice every morning, an evening check-in about sleep and stress, and one short lesson per week, and each member sees that in their own branded home and app.

You build the check-ins once as coaching flows (welcome, daily, weekly and longer journeys) and attach them to the program. The answers land on the member's record next to their goals, habits, notes, intake answers, tags, payments and sessions. Each member carries a status of thriving, active, quiet or at risk, which is exactly the signal a monthly membership needs: you can see who stopped doing the morning practice before they cancel.

Here is a short walkthrough of how check-ins are set up and what clients see:
Courses, community and the monthly tier
The content side covers courses with modules, lessons, drip and completion tracking, plus downloads, videos, books, AI tools, events and bundles, all delivered into the member's branded home. That suits the mix holistic coaches use: guided audio, recipe PDFs, a seasonal reset course, a recorded workshop on sleep hygiene. Templates help too: there are more than 40 ready-to-film program templates and 48 course templates with quizzes.

Community comes with a feed, group chat, direct messages and video events. When someone enrols in a program, Coachful creates the cohort group automatically, so your January reset group has its own space without manual setup. Group calls and webinars run inside the platform, and booking pages handle 1:1 sessions with availability rules, buffers, time-zone detection, two-way Google, Apple/iCloud and Outlook calendar sync, and email, SMS and WhatsApp reminders once messaging is enabled.

Payments go through your own Stripe Connect or Razorpay account: subscriptions for the monthly tier, one-time payments for a foundation program, payment plans, coupons, order bumps, Apple Pay and Google Pay. Coachful has taken a 0% platform fee since August 2026, so you only pay Stripe or Razorpay processing. Coaching agreements with e-signature go out before the first call and are stored on the client record, which is the natural home for your scope statement.
If your holistic work includes food and movement, the Fitness & Nutrition pack adds nutrition targets, meal plans, recipes, food lookup and barcode scanning, private progress photos and measurements, weekly check-ins and a workout builder with an illustrated exercise library. See the Fitness & Nutrition pack for the full list. Between sessions, selected members can also chat with an AI Coach that you configure, and Michelle, the built-in AI assistant, works from your live practice data to draft program content and emails, summarise recorded sessions and brief you before calls. Questions and planning are included in your Coachful membership; confirmed builds and changes use AI credits.
What Coachful does not do
Coachful is not HIPAA-certified and does not sign a BAA, so it is not for clinical record-keeping or insurance billing. There is no PayPal and no permanent free plan. It does not sync with Garmin, Fitbit, Whoop or Oura, Apple Health sync is not publicly available, and there are no stock exercise videos (you attach your own). The client app ships under the Coachful listing with your branding rather than under your own App Store account. It is also not a course marketplace, so members come from your own marketing rather than from a browsing audience.
Why Coachful stands out: a free white-glove service. From Create > We'll build it for you, you describe what you want and the Coachful team builds it inside your account, usually within about 24 hours: a website, a sales page for your membership, a funnel, a program, a course outline and written material, an email sequence, a form or worksheet, a lead quiz, an event or an automation. You can attach up to 8 reference links and up to 10 files such as your logo, photos and existing copy. Nothing gets invented: no fake credentials, testimonials or prices, and any gaps are left for you to fill. One recent build was for a menopause and midlife health coach starting from nothing, who got a five-page site in sage and cream with every button leading to a free 20-minute consultation. Recording videos, logo design, ad management and ongoing marketing are not included. Read more about the free white-glove service.

Getting started takes two steps: start a free trial, then request your first build. Clients, programs and content are imported for you during onboarding. Current plans: (Lite: $29/month for up to 5 clients; Solo: $49/month for up to 20 clients; Pro: $99/month with unlimited clients; Studio: $199/month with unlimited clients). Lower plans cap the number of clients, Pro is unlimited, team plans add coach seats, and monthly plans cancel in one click. More detail on fit is on the Coachful for health coaches page.
2. Kajabi: for holistic coaches who sell to a large audience
Kajabi suits a holistic health coach whose business is mostly content sold to a big list: a seasonal detox course, a yoga nidra audio library, a recipe membership and a community, all marketed through email and funnels. It combines courses, communities, a website, funnels and email in one product, and it is a mature choice for creators who think in products rather than per-client plans.

How the membership would look. You would build the monthly tier as a membership product with a community attached, add courses for the foundation content, and drive sign-ups through Kajabi's funnels and email. That works well for a "Seasonal Living Collective" with new lessons each month and a members-only feed.
The gap for a holistic practice. Kajabi has no habit tracking or daily client check-ins, and coaching is delivered through products and communities rather than per-client plans. You cannot see that one member has done her evening reflection nine days in a row while another has gone silent, unless you bolt on another tool. The Basic plan also has 0 AI credits and caps you at 5 products, 2,500 contacts and 1 community.
Price as listed in October 2026. Basic is $179/month ($143/month billed annually), Growth $249/month ($199/month annually) with 50 products and 25,000 contacts, and Pro $499/month ($399/month annually). Kajabi Payments in the US charges 2.9% + $0.30 per transaction on Basic, falling to 2.7% + $0.30 on Pro. If you use a processor other than Kajabi Payments or PayPal, Kajabi adds its own fee of 2% on Basic, 1% on Growth and 0.5% on Pro. The standard trial is 14 days; a card is optional, but if you enter one, Kajabi places an authorisation hold and charges when the trial ends. Public reviewers on Trustpilot rated it 3.4 from 2,347 reviews when we checked in October 2026.
Pick it over Coachful if your holistic business is primarily courses and digital products sold to thousands of people, you rarely work 1:1, and you are comfortable paying a higher monthly fee for a mature marketing toolkit.
3. Mighty Networks: when the community is the main event
Mighty Networks makes sense when your membership is mostly a gathering place: weekly livestreamed meditations, a members' feed, courses and events, with members joining through Mighty-branded apps. It combines community, courses and events in one network.

A holistic coach running a large circle (a women's cycle-syncing community, say, or a global breathwork group) gets livestreaming built in. The Launch plan includes 20 hours of livestream a month for up to 100 attendees; Scale raises that to 30 hours and 200 attendees.
Where it falls short for coaching: Mighty Networks has no 1:1 scheduling, invoicing or contracts, and no per-client habits, check-ins or private coaching plans. That means your agreement, your scope statement, your 1:1 bookings and any individual follow-up live in other tools. Your own branded apps are only available on the custom-priced Mighty Pro plan, so on Launch and Scale your members use Mighty-branded apps.
Pricing as listed in October 2026: Launch is $95/month ($79/month annually) with 3 hosts and 200 GB storage; Scale is $215/month ($179/month annually); Growth is $354/month on annual billing (the monthly price was not listed in our data); Mighty Pro is custom. Mighty also takes a platform fee on sales of 2% on Launch, 1% on Scale and 0.5% on Growth and Mighty Pro, on top of Stripe processing. The trial runs 14 days with no credit card required and includes Growth features.
Two practical notes. First, a 2% platform fee on Launch is small per sale but adds up on a monthly membership: on an illustrative $5,000 a month in member payments, it is $100 a month before Stripe. Second, a large community needs moderation; Launch includes 10 moderators, which is plenty for most solo practices.
Pick it over Coachful if the community and livestreamed events are the product, you expect hundreds of members rather than dozens, and you do not need per-member habits or 1:1 delivery in the same tool.
4. Practice Better: for holistic coaches inside a clinical team
Practice Better is a practice management and EHR platform used by health coaches, nutritionists, dietitians, naturopathic doctors and functional medicine practitioners, and it is the right choice when your holistic work sits next to clinical care. Its pricing page lists HIPAA, PIPEDA and GDPR compliance, charting, telehealth video, secure messaging, protocols, programs and courses, and a client portal with a mobile app.

Plans and where membership features start
From the pricing page we read on October 25, 2026: a free Sprout plan covers 3 clients; Starter is $35/month ($25/month billed annually) for 10 clients; Professional is $69/month ($59/month annually) for 300 clients; Plus is $99/month ($89/month annually) with unlimited clients; Team is $155/month ($145/month annually) with 2 practitioner licences and extra practitioners at $50 each. Trials are 14 days on paid plans and 30 days on Team.
The membership-relevant features are tiered. Group sessions, group messaging and fixed-date programs start on Professional. Evergreen and self-paced programs, portal branding with your colours and logo, a personalised URL and SMS reminders (750 a month) only arrive on Plus. So a holistic coach who wants an always-open, self-paced foundation program with branded member access is realistically on Plus.
Trade-offs
Practice Better is clinic-first. Its pricing page does not list a website builder, sales funnels or email sequences, and the pricing page did not describe a community feed in the way Coachful, Mighty Networks or Circle offer one; group messaging is the closest equivalent we could confirm. Payment processing rates were not stated on the page we read. It is a direct substitute for Coachful, so it is worth a careful look, but for a coaching-only membership you would still pay separately for a website and email marketing tool.
Pick it over Coachful if you work alongside clinicians, need HIPAA-compliant charting and messaging, or your practice handles protected health information. That is a real requirement that Coachful does not meet.
5. Circle: a polished community host with coaching elsewhere
Circle is a community platform with courses, events, livestreams and paid memberships, and it fits a holistic coach whose membership is a community first. Spaces can separate topics such as sleep, movement and nourishment, and events and live streams cover monthly circles.

What Circle does not include is the coaching back office. There is no 1:1 scheduling or client management, and no per-client habits, check-ins or coaching plans. Branded mobile apps are only on the custom-priced Circle Plus plan, so members on lower plans use Circle's own app.
Circle's prices in our data are annual: Professional at $89/month, Business at $199/month and Scale at $419/month when billed annually (monthly prices were not listed in our data, so check before you commit). Circle takes a fee on payments of 2% on Professional, 1% on Business and Scale, and 0.5% on Circle Plus, plus Stripe processing. Professional includes 3 admins, 10 moderators and 2,500 AI credits a month. There is a 14-day free trial with no credit card required. Trustpilot reviewers rated it 4.1 from 129 reviews when we checked in October 2026.
In a typical holistic stack, Circle hosts the community while a separate tool handles booking, another handles email, and a spreadsheet tracks who is doing the practices. That is workable for a community of hundreds where individual attention is not the promise, and harder when members are paying for personal accountability.
Pick it over Coachful if you want a dedicated, well-designed community space as the centre of your membership and you are happy to run 1:1 work, contracts and habit tracking in other tools.
How do the five platforms compare on features?
Coachful is the only one of the five that combines daily habits and check-ins, a community and per-client records without extra tools; the others each cover part of that.
| Platform | Habits and daily check-ins | Courses and programs | Community | Per-member records | Platform fee on your sales |
|---|---|---|---|---|---|
| Coachful | Yes: habits, morning and evening check-ins, streaks | Multi-week programs plus courses with drip | Feed, group chat, automatic cohort groups, live events | Yes, with thriving, active, quiet or at-risk status | 0%; Stripe or Razorpay processing only |
| Kajabi | No | Courses and products (5 on Basic) | 1 community on Basic | Contacts, not per-client plans | Kajabi Payments 2.9% + $0.30 on Basic; extra 0.5% to 2% with other processors |
| Mighty Networks | No | Courses | Core product, with livestreams | No | 2% Launch, 1% Scale, 0.5% Growth, plus Stripe |
| Practice Better | Not documented as habit tracking; journaling and programs listed | Fixed-date programs from Professional; evergreen and self-paced on Plus | Group messaging from Professional | Yes, clinical charting | Not stated on the pricing page we read |
| Circle | No | Courses | Core product, with events and livestreams | No | 2% Professional, 1% Business and Scale |
What does each platform cost at 5, 15 and 40 clients?
For a small holistic practice, the cheapest option on paper is rarely the cheapest stack, because community tools need separate booking, email and contracts, and per-transaction fees grow with the membership. The table shows monthly list prices for the plan you would realistically need for a membership at each size, on monthly billing where available.
| Platform | 5 clients | 15 clients | 40 clients | What else you pay for |
|---|---|---|---|---|
| Coachful | Lite: $29/month for up to 5 clients | Solo: $49/month for up to 20 clients | Pro: $99/month with unlimited clients | Stripe or Razorpay processing; AI credits for confirmed builds |
| Kajabi | $179 (Basic) | $179 (Basic) | $179 (Basic) | Payment fees; separate habit or check-in tool |
| Mighty Networks | $95 (Launch) | $95 (Launch) | $95 (Launch) | 2% platform fee plus Stripe; booking, contracts and email tools |
| Practice Better | $69 (Professional, for group programs) | $69 (Professional) | $99 (Plus, for evergreen self-paced programs and branding) | Website and email marketing tools |
| Circle | $89 (Professional, annual) | $89 (Professional, annual) | $89 (Professional, annual) | 2% fee plus Stripe; booking, contracts, email and habit tools |
Non-Coachful prices are as listed in October 2026 (Practice Better from its pricing page on October 25, 2026). Practice Better's Starter plan at $35/month covers 10 clients but does not include group sessions or fixed-date programs, which is why the table uses Professional even at 5 clients. If your membership is fully self-paced, Practice Better's evergreen programs need Plus at any size.
To see what fees do, take an illustrative membership of 40 members at $60 a month, or $2,400 a month in sales. A 2% platform fee costs $48 a month before card processing; 0.5% costs $12. Add a separate scheduler, email tool and e-signature service, each with its own subscription, and the stack around a community tool can cost more than its headline price. For pricing the membership itself, our guides on structuring a multi-tier coaching membership and coaching membership models walk through the options.

What red flags and switching costs should you watch for?
The biggest red flag is a platform that can host your content but cannot tell you who is practising; the biggest switching cost is moving members' payment subscriptions. Watch for these before you commit:
- No per-member view. If you cannot see check-in answers and habit completion per member, you will rebuild that in spreadsheets or a chat app, and quiet members will cancel before you notice.
- Percentage fees on a recurring product. A platform fee looks small on a single sale and compounds on a monthly membership. Read the fee for your plan and your processor, not just the headline.
- Branding locked to the top tier. On Mighty Networks and Circle, your own branded app needs the custom-priced top plan. On Practice Better, portal branding starts on Plus.
- Health claims on sales pages. Templates written for fitness or business may push outcome claims that do not belong in a holistic health membership. Keep to coaching language and the FTC guidance above.
- Agreements stored somewhere else. If your scope statement and consent live in a separate e-signature tool, it is easy for one member to slip through without signing.
- Client caps that bite mid-launch. Check what happens when your January cohort pushes you past a plan's client limit, and whether moving up is instant.
On switching: Stripe subscriptions usually have to be recreated or migrated, members need a new login, and your content has to be re-uploaded. Plan the move between cohorts, tell members two weeks ahead, and keep the old platform open for one billing cycle. Coachful imports clients, programs and content for you during onboarding, and exports full client data as a ZIP if you ever leave. Our guide on switching coaching platforms without disrupting clients covers the sequence, and how to handle membership pauses helps when members ask to freeze during the move.
Your website is part of the switching cost too. Coachful's section-based builder includes 30 designed homepage templates, a blog, a custom domain and an Import website option, so the sales page for your membership can move with you.

Which membership platform should a holistic health coach choose?
Choose Coachful if your membership is built on daily practice and personal attention, you also sell 1:1 work, and you want one login and one member app instead of four or five tools. It is the strongest fit for the typical holistic practice: a foundation program, a monthly tier with check-ins and habits, a small community and a handful of private clients. The free white-glove build removes most of the setup work.
Choose Kajabi if you sell mostly courses and digital products to a large audience. Choose Mighty Networks or Circle if the community is the product and individual coaching happens elsewhere. Choose Practice Better if you work in or beside a clinical team and need HIPAA-compliant records; that is a genuine reason to pick it over us.

Frequently asked questions
What is the best membership platform for holistic health coaches?
For most holistic health coaches, Coachful is the best fit because it combines habits, morning and evening check-ins, programs, courses, community, booking and payments in one place with one member app. If you work in a clinical team and need HIPAA-compliant records, Practice Better is the better choice. If your community is the whole product, Mighty Networks or Circle are worth comparing.
Can I run a holistic health membership on a course platform?
You can host the content, but most course platforms have no habit tracking, daily check-ins or per-member records. That means you will not see who is actually practising, which is what holistic members pay for. If you go this route, plan a separate way to collect check-ins and follow up.
Do holistic health coaches need a HIPAA-compliant platform?
It depends on your situation. HIPAA applies to covered entities and their business associates, so a coach working inside or for a clinical practice may be affected, while an independent coach often is not. Check with an attorney. Coachful is not HIPAA-certified; Practice Better lists HIPAA compliance on its pricing page.
What should a holistic health membership include each month?
A common shape is a short daily practice with a check-in, one new lesson or recipe set, one live group circle and a monthly reflection. Keep it small enough that members can finish it. The platform should let you schedule the practice once and see completion per member.
How should I state my scope as a holistic health coach?
Put a short scope line in your sales page, coaching agreement and welcome lesson saying that coaching is not medical, nutritional therapy or mental health treatment. List when you will refer out, for example new symptoms, medication questions or signs of crisis. In Coachful, the agreement with e-signature is sent before the first call and stored on the client record.
What is Coachful's free white-glove service?
It is a build service included on every plan: you describe what you want (a website, membership sales page, funnel, program, course outline, email sequence and more) and the Coachful team builds it inside your account, usually within about 24 hours. You can attach up to 8 reference links and 10 files. It does not include recording videos, logo design or ad management.
Does Coachful sync with wearables like Oura or Fitbit?
No. Coachful does not sync with Garmin, Fitbit, Whoop or Oura, and Apple Health sync is not publicly available. Members can log habits, check-ins, measurements and progress photos inside the app instead.
Which platforms take a percentage of my membership sales?
As listed in October 2026, Mighty Networks charges 0.5% to 2% depending on plan, Circle 0.5% to 2%, and Kajabi adds 0.5% to 2% if you use a processor other than Kajabi Payments or PayPal. Coachful has a 0% platform fee, so you pay only Stripe or Razorpay processing.
Can I sell 1:1 sessions and a membership on the same platform?
On Coachful and Practice Better, yes: both include booking and payments alongside programs. Mighty Networks and Circle do not include 1:1 scheduling, so you would add a separate booking tool. See our guide to scheduling software for health coaches if you need one.
How long does it take to set up a holistic membership?
With a template and your content ready, a basic foundation program and monthly tier can be set up in a few days; a full website and email sequence takes longer. On Coachful you can start a free trial and request a white-glove build, and onboarding imports your existing clients, programs and content.
