Top 10 Membership Platforms for Menopause Coaches in 2026

Top 10 Membership Platforms for Menopause Coaches in 2026

The best membership platforms for menopause coaches do more than host videos behind a paywall. A perimenopausal member who signs up at 11pm after another broken night needs a welcome that lands straight away, a short daily check-in she will actually fill in, a private place to ask the questions she would not post on Facebook, and a coach who can see who has gone quiet. So the deciding question is simple: which platform carries a member from first click to month six without you stitching four tools together?

Our pick is Coachful, because it puts the sales page, checkout, coaching agreement, multi-week program, daily check-ins, community and email in one login, with one branded app for the member. We make Coachful, so weigh that, and read the nine alternatives below on their own terms: some are better for big course libraries, some for large free communities and some for practitioners who need clinical-grade records.

This guide is built around a menopause coach's real client journey rather than a feature checklist. If you want the general version for every coaching niche, start with our parent guide to the best membership platforms for coaches. If you are still shaping the offer itself, our guide to menopause coaching covers what the work includes and where it stops.

What does a menopause coaching membership need at each stage?

It needs four things done well: a way to attract women searching for help with symptoms, a calm enrolment, delivery that fits around fatigue and brain fog, and retention that survives the months when symptoms ease and motivation drops. Each stage puts different demands on the platform.

Attract: a site and a free resource that speak to her symptoms

Menopause coaching is usually found through search and word of mouth. A member searching for "perimenopause sleep" or "hot flushes at work" lands on a page, so you need a website with a blog, a lead magnet such as a symptom diary or a seven-day sleep reset, and a funnel that delivers it and starts a short email sequence. The NHS describes the menopause as usually happening between 45 and 55, with perimenopause symptoms often starting years earlier, so your audience spans women who do not yet know what is happening to them and women well into postmenopause. Your pages need to speak to both.

Enroll: a checkout and agreement that set scope early

This is where a health-adjacent niche differs from a hobby membership. Before the first group call, a member should agree to what coaching is and is not: you support habits, sleep routines, movement, nutrition choices and confidence, and you do not diagnose, prescribe or advise on hormone therapy doses. A signed coaching agreement at checkout, plus intake questions about goals and what support she already has from her GP, protects both of you. Read our page on coaching contracts for the mechanics.

Deliver: short daily touchpoints, not just a video library

Women in perimenopause often describe exhaustion and poor concentration, which is exactly why a 40-lesson course with no structure tends to stall. Delivery that works here is small and regular: a morning check-in about sleep and energy, an evening one about hot flushes and mood, two or three habits (strength sessions, protein at breakfast, a wind-down routine), and a weekly group call. Members self-report; you look for patterns and refer when something looks medical.

Retain: privacy, community and noticing who has gone quiet

Members talk about incontinence, libido, rage and grief. They will only do that in a private space that is clearly yours, not a public social network. Retention also depends on spotting the member who stopped checking in three weeks ago and sending a personal note before she cancels. Plan for pauses too: our guide to membership pause policies covers fair rules when a member has surgery, a family crisis or a symptom flare.

Thinking of launching your coaching business?

Answer a few questions and Coachful builds it around you: your website, programs, booking and payments. Ready in minutes.

Build your platform

Where does coaching stop and medical care start?

Coaching stops at diagnosis and treatment. A menopause coach can help a member prepare questions for her doctor, build routines and track how she feels, but should refer to a GP, gynaecologist or menopause specialist for hormone therapy decisions, heavy or irregular bleeding, bleeding after menopause, chest pain, persistent low mood or any thoughts of self-harm. Put this scope line in your sales page, your agreement and your welcome flow.

It also shapes your software choice. Check-in answers about bleeding, mood and sleep are sensitive. Coachful is not HIPAA-certified and does not sign a BAA, and it is not for clinical record-keeping. If you are a nurse, doctor or registered dietitian delivering care within a clinical licence, a practice-management tool built for that, such as Practice Better (ranked below), is the safer home for clinical notes. For background reading on the stages of the transition, the Wikipedia overview of menopause lists the main sources.

Which platform covers each stage of the member journey?

Only an all-in-one coaching platform covers all four stages; course and community tools cover two or three and need add-ons for the rest. The table shows coverage as each vendor documents it in October 2026.

How did we rank these platforms?

We ranked on what makes a menopause membership work after launch, not on the length of a feature list. We read vendor pricing pages and documentation and what public reviewers report; we did not run hands-on tests.

Ranking criteria: one login for the whole member journey, between-session delivery (check-ins and habits), total stack cost, and setup effort including Coachful's free white-glove build.

1. Coachful: the whole menopause membership in one login

A tablet on a bedside table showing a member's goal with linked daily tasks, habits and reflection tabs
Coachful's goal view with daily tasks, habits and reflection tabs on a tablet beside a sleep journal.

Coachful is a coaching platform where one subscription covers booking, payments, contracts, program delivery with habits and check-ins, courses, a community, a website with funnels and email, and an AI assistant. The coach has one login; the member gets one branded app. It is built for coaches who deliver programs rather than only sessions, solo coaches growing into a small team, and coaches replacing four to six tools. That matches the shape of many menopause memberships: a monthly community, a 12-week reset program and the odd 1:1 call.

Daily check-ins that suit perimenopause

Programs run over multiple weeks with weekly goals, daily tasks, habits, morning and evening check-ins, goals with progress bars and streaks. For this niche that means you can ask, every morning, how she slept and how her energy is, and every evening, how many hot flushes she noticed and what her mood was like. Those answers sit on the client record next to her goals, notes and intake answers, so a pattern (three bad nights after evening wine, for example) is visible before the group call. Each member gets a status of thriving, active, quiet or at risk, which is how you spot the woman who has stopped engaging.

Here is a short walkthrough of how check-ins are set up:

Habits carry the behavioural side: two strength sessions a week, protein at breakfast, a screen-free wind-down. Members see their own streaks, which helps on the days brain fog makes the bigger goal feel far away.

Community, courses and enrolment in the same place

The community feed, group chat, direct messages and video events live in the member's branded home, and cohort groups are created automatically when someone enrols in a program. A "Menopause Reset, January cohort" group appears without you building it. Courses support modules, lessons, drip release and completion tracking, so your library of short explainers on sleep, strength and nutrition sits next to the live program. Our group coaching software page shows the cohort side in more detail.

On the sales side, the section-based website builder has a blog, custom domain, SEO settings and 30 designed homepage templates, plus booking, application, lead-magnet and checkout funnels with pixel and UTM tracking. Email covers lists, broadcasts and multi-step sequences with triggers, delays, branching and A/B splits. Payments run through your own Stripe Connect or Razorpay account with subscriptions, payment plans, coupons, Apple Pay and Google Pay, and Coachful takes a 0% platform fee (since August 2026), so only Stripe or Razorpay processing applies. Coaching agreements with e-signature go out before the first call and are stored on the client record, which is where your scope line belongs.

Michelle, the built-in AI assistant, works from your live practice data: she can draft a program outline, write a welcome email or brief you on a member before a call. Questions and planning are included in your Coachful membership; confirmed builds and changes use AI credits. If your members also want strength and nutrition support, the Fitness & Nutrition pack adds a workout builder, nutrition targets, meal plans and private progress photos and measurements.

What it does not do

Coachful is not HIPAA-certified and offers no BAA, so it is not the place for clinical records or insurance billing. There is no PayPal and no permanent free plan. The member app runs under the Coachful listing with your branding, not your own App Store account. There is no Oura, Garmin, Fitbit or Whoop sync, and Apple Health sync is not publicly available, so sleep data comes from what members report in check-ins. It is not a course marketplace, so it will not send you buyers.

Price

Plans are flat monthly fees; lower plans cap the number of clients, Pro is unlimited and team plans add coach seats (current plans: Lite: $29/month for up to 5 clients; Solo: $49/month for up to 20 clients; Pro: $99/month with unlimited clients; Studio: $199/month with unlimited clients). Monthly plans cancel in one click and a free trial exists.

Why Coachful stands out: a free white-glove service. From Create, choose "We'll build it for you · FREE", describe what you want and attach up to 8 reference links and up to 10 files such as your logo, photos or existing copy. The Coachful team builds it inside your own account, usually within about 24 hours: a website, a funnel, a sales page, a program, a course outline, an email sequence or a coaching flow. One recent build was for a menopause and midlife health coach starting from nothing, who got a five-page site in sage and cream with every button leading to a free 20-minute consultation. Nothing is invented: no fake credentials, testimonials or prices, and gaps are left for you to fill. It does not cover filming videos, logo design or ad management. More on the free white-glove service.

2. Kajabi: strongest for a big menopause course library

Kajabi's homepage promoting its course, community and marketing platform
Kajabi's homepage in October 2026.

Kajabi is a course, community, website, funnel and email platform for selling knowledge products. For a menopause coach with a back catalogue of recorded workshops (sleep, strength after 45, talking to your doctor about HRT), it is a capable home: products, a community and marketing tools sit under one account, and its email and funnel tools are mature.

Where it falls short for this niche

Kajabi treats coaching as products and communities rather than per-member plans. There is no habit tracking and no daily check-in, so the morning sleep question and evening symptom log would need a form tool or a separate app. The Basic plan caps you at 5 products and 2,500 contacts and includes 0 AI credits.

Pricing as listed in October 2026: Basic $179/month ($143/month annual), Growth $249/month ($199 annual) and Pro $499/month ($399 annual). Kajabi Payments in the US costs 2.9% + $0.30 on Basic, falling to 2.7% + $0.30 on Pro; using another provider (other than PayPal) adds a Kajabi fee of 2% on Basic, 1% on Growth or 0.5% on Pro. A 14-day trial is available; a card is optional, and some features stay locked until you activate a paid plan. Kajabi shows 3.4 on Trustpilot from 2,347 reviews (seen October 2026).

For a menopause membership, Kajabi works best when the product is mostly content: a library members dip into, a monthly live Q&A and a community feed. If your model depends on noticing who skipped three check-ins, you will be building that elsewhere.

Pick it over Coachful if your membership is mainly a large on-demand video library and you already run your marketing around Kajabi-style funnels, and daily member check-ins are not part of your method.

3. Mighty Networks: community first, with events built in

Mighty Networks's homepage promoting community, courses and events
Mighty Networks's homepage in October 2026.

Mighty Networks combines community, courses and events with Mighty-branded member apps. It suits a menopause coach whose main offer is the group itself: a space where members swap what helped with night sweats, join a monthly expert talk and follow a short course.

Live sessions and hosts

Livestreaming is built in: 20 hours a month for up to 100 attendees on Launch, rising to 30 hours and 200 attendees on Scale. Launch includes 3 hosts and 10 moderators, which helps if you bring in a pelvic-floor physiotherapist or a nutrition colleague as a guest.

What it lacks is the 1:1 side. There is no scheduling, invoicing or contracts, and no per-member habits, check-ins or private coaching plans. Your own branded app is only on the custom-priced Mighty Pro plan.

Pricing as listed in October 2026: Launch $95/month ($79 annual), Scale $215/month ($179 annual), Growth $354/month on annual billing, and Mighty Pro on request. Mighty takes a platform fee of 2% on Launch, 1% on Scale and 0.5% on Growth and Mighty Pro, plus Stripe processing. The 14-day trial needs no card and includes Growth features. Trustpilot shows 3.3 from 219 reviews (seen October 2026).

For a membership charging monthly, that 2% on Launch adds up: on every $1,000 of member payments, $20 goes to Mighty before Stripe's share. Compare that against a flat-fee tool at your expected size.

Pick it over Coachful if the community and live events are the whole product, you do not need agreements or individual check-ins, and you want a larger discovery-style network feel.

4. Circle: polished spaces for a premium menopause circle

Circle's homepage promoting its community and membership platform
Circle's homepage in October 2026.

Circle is a community platform with courses, events, live streams and paid memberships. Its spaces model lets you separate topics cleanly, which matters in this niche: one space for sleep, one for relationships and libido, one for work and brain fog, so members can find the conversation they want without wading through the rest.

The limits mirror Mighty Networks. There is no 1:1 scheduling and no client management back office, and no per-member habits, check-ins or coaching plans. Branded mobile apps only come with the custom-priced Circle Plus.

Plans, AI credits and fees

Pricing as listed in October 2026: Professional $89/month, Business $199/month and Scale $419/month, all billed annually (monthly prices were not listed in our data), and Circle Plus on request. Professional and Business include 2,500 AI credits a month; Scale includes 5,000. Circle's fee on payments is 2% on Professional, 1% on Business and Scale and 0.5% on Circle Plus, plus Stripe processing. The 14-day trial needs no card. Trustpilot shows 4.1 from 129 reviews (seen October 2026).

Most menopause coaches using Circle pair it with a booking tool for 1:1 calls and an email tool for marketing, which is where the stack cost grows. See our ranking of community platforms for menopause coaches if community is your main deliverable.

Pick it over Coachful if you want the most refined community layout for a large, topic-heavy membership and are happy to run booking, agreements and check-ins in other tools.

Which one looks like you?

Coachful builds your coaching website from a few answers, in a design chosen for your niche, with programs, booking and payments ready behind it.

5. Practice Better: for clinicians who need records and HIPAA telehealth

Practice Better's homepage promoting practice management for health practitioners
Practice Better's homepage in October 2026.

Practice Better is practice-management and EHR software for health and wellness practitioners. Its pricing page describes one-on-one telehealth video as HIPAA-compliant, and its higher plans add self-paced programs, portal branding and SMS reminders. For a menopause nurse, a registered dietitian or a doctor who also runs a membership, that clinical side is the reason to look here.

Client limits by plan

Pricing as listed on its pricing page today (October 2026): Starter $35/month for 1 practitioner and 10 clients; Professional $69/month for 300 clients; Plus $99/month for unlimited clients, which adds evergreen and self-paced programs, portal branding, 750 SMS reminders a month and 10,000 broadcast messages; Team $155/month with 2 practitioner licenses. Annual billing brings these down to $25, $59, $89 and $145 a month. A free Sprout plan covers up to 3 clients for students and recent graduates. Paid plans have a 14-day trial; Team has 30 days.

For a membership, the catch is that self-paced programs only arrive on Plus, and Practice Better is organised around practitioner and client rather than a community feed and cohort. There is no documented website builder or funnel tool in what we reviewed, so attracting members happens elsewhere.

Its pricing page also lists clinical add-ons such as ePrescribing and US prescription-monitoring access, which sit outside coaching scope, which is a reminder that this tool serves a different kind of practice.

Pick it over Coachful if you practise under a clinical licence and need HIPAA-compliant telehealth and EHR-style records, and the membership is a side offer to your clinical work.

6. Paperbell: simple 1:1 menopause packages

Paperbell's homepage promoting a simple way to sell coaching online
Paperbell's homepage in October 2026.

Paperbell sells coaching packages with scheduling, payments, e-signed contracts, intake forms and a branded website in one checkout flow. A menopause coach selling a 6-session "Perimenopause Clarity" package would find the buying experience tidy: the member picks a package, signs, pays and books in one go.

The gaps for a membership model

Paperbell has no community, no habit tracking or daily check-ins, and content delivery is limited to what sits inside packages rather than a full course system. Reviewers note the lack of client goal tracking. There is no native mobile app, and one coach per account means it does not grow into a team. Its own FAQ states that Paperbell is not HIPAA compliant.

Pricing: a single tier listed at $97/month or $970/year with unlimited clients and 0% platform fee when last verified in October 2026 (Stripe or PayPal fees apply). Its pricing page blocked our request today, so check the current figure before you decide. A 30-day money-back guarantee applies to paid plans, and PayPal is supported, which some members prefer.

Paperbell suits the coach whose "membership" is really a series of 1:1 packages. Once you add a monthly group, a symptom check-in routine and a resource library, you will need a second platform.

Pick it over Coachful if you only sell 1:1 packages, want PayPal at checkout and prefer the simplest possible tool over program delivery and community.

7. Podia: an easy storefront for menopause guides

Podia's homepage promoting its storefront for courses and downloads
Podia's homepage in October 2026.

Podia is a simple storefront for courses, downloads, webinars, coaching sessions and community. If your entry product is a menopause symptom diary PDF and a short "Sleep in Perimenopause" course, Podia gets them on sale quickly.

The email allowances are small: 100 subscribers included on Mover, 500 on Shaker and 1,000 on Earthquaker. For a niche that grows through a free guide and a nurture sequence, you will hit that ceiling early. There are no client habits, check-ins or per-member plans, and older profile data shows no mobile app and no native video calls.

What it costs per plan

Pricing as listed in October 2026: Mover $49/month ($42 annual) with a 5% Podia fee on sales; Shaker $99/month ($84 annual) and Earthquaker $179/month ($150 annual) with 0% Podia fee. Stripe or PayPal processing applies on top. The 14-day trial needs no card. Trustpilot shows 4.1 from 153 reviews (seen October 2026).

A menopause coach on Mover with $1,000 a month in member payments would pay $50 to Podia on top of the plan, which pushes the effective cost close to Shaker.

Pick it over Coachful if you mainly sell downloadable guides and short courses, want the quickest storefront, and do not need daily member check-ins or a coaching back office.

8. Thinkific: structured courses with membership options

Thinkific's homepage promoting its online course platform
Thinkific's homepage in October 2026.

Thinkific is a course platform with communities, memberships and coaching or webinar products. It fits a menopause coach who wants a carefully sequenced course, for example a 10-module menopause education program, as the core of the membership.

Older profile data shows no built-in 1:1 scheduling, with coaching relying on external booking links, and there are no client habits, daily check-ins or per-member plans. A branded mobile app is a $199/month add-on.

Plan sizes and the August price rise

Pricing as listed in October 2026: Start $109/month ($82 annual) with 2 admins and 1 community; Grow $219/month ($164 annual); Expand $499/month ($374 annual); Plus on request. Prices rose about 10% on 13 August 2026. Thinkific charges 0% transaction fee with Thinkific Payments, whose rate it describes as in line with other processors at 2.9%; third-party gateways carry an extra per-plan fee that the page does not quantify. There is a 30-day trial. Trustpilot shows 1.8 from 868 reviews (seen October 2026).

For a broader course-only comparison in this niche, see course platforms for menopause coaches.

Pick it over Coachful if the membership is a structured course first and foremost, you want a dedicated course platform, and you will handle coaching calls elsewhere.

9. Stan Store: selling from your Instagram bio

Stan Store's homepage promoting its link-in-bio creator storefront
Stan Store's homepage in October 2026.

Stan Store is a link-in-bio storefront for digital products, courses, memberships and paid calls. Many menopause coaches build their audience on Instagram with short videos on hot flushes or midlife strength, and Stan turns that bio link into a shop.

Email marketing, upsells, discount codes and affiliates are only on Creator Pro. There are no contracts, invoices or client records, no programs with tasks, habits or check-ins, and no team seats advertised. For a health-adjacent membership, the missing agreement step is the bigger issue: there is nowhere to put your scope line in front of the member before she joins.

Pricing as listed in October 2026: Creator $29/month ($25 annual) and Creator Pro $99/month ($79 annual), with 0% Stan fee and standard Stripe or PayPal processing. A 14-day trial applies; the first month is charged when it ends. Trustpilot shows 4.7 from 2,205 reviews (seen October 2026).

Realistically, a menopause membership on Stan needs Creator Pro for email, so plan around $99 a month rather than $29.

Pick it over Coachful if nearly all your sales come from Instagram or TikTok, your products are simple downloads or a basic membership, and you do not need agreements or check-ins.

10. Skool: a cheap gamified group, with fee trade-offs

Skool's homepage promoting its community and classroom groups
Skool's homepage in October 2026.

Skool puts a community, a classroom and a calendar in one group, with gamified leaderboards. Some coaches use the points system to reward members for posting their weekly wins, which can work for a "strength after 45" challenge.

It has no custom-domain website, funnels, email automation or public API, and no 1:1 client records, intake forms, habits or check-ins. Payments only go through Skool Payments. Leaderboards may also feel wrong for members sharing difficult symptoms; think about whether ranking fits your group's tone.

The fee maths

Pricing as listed in October 2026: Hobby $9/month ($7.50 annual) with 10% + 30¢ on all transactions; Pro $99/month ($82.50 annual) with 2.9% + 30¢ on transactions up to $899 and 3.9% + 30¢ above $900. Fees are non-refundable and payouts are weekly. Trial length and card requirement were not stated on the pricing page. Trustpilot shows 1.6 from 54 reviews (seen October 2026).

On Hobby, $1,000 a month in member payments costs about $100 in Skool fees plus 30¢ per transaction, which is more than the Pro plan once you pass roughly that level.

Pick it over Coachful if you want the lowest possible starting cost for a group-only membership, your members already use Skool, and you are fine without a website, email or agreements.

What will each platform cost at 5, 15 and 40 members?

At small sizes the cheapest tools are Skool and Stan Store, but once you add the tools they lack, all-in-one platforms usually come out level or ahead. The table shows the listed platform price only, monthly billing where listed; processing and platform fees on sales are extra.

Practice Better moves from Starter to Professional at 15 members because Starter covers 10 clients. Kajabi's Basic plan holds up to 2,500 contacts, so it stays flat here. For tiered pricing ideas, see how to structure a multi-tier coaching membership.

Should you run one platform or assemble a stack?

For most menopause coaches, one platform is cheaper and easier for members, because every extra tool is another login a tired member has to remember. Assembled stacks make sense when one part of the business (a large course library or a large community) dwarfs the rest. The recipes below use listed monthly prices; the booking, form and email tools are named by category because their prices vary.

RecipeToolsPlatform costLogins for the member
Coachful all-in-oneCoachful for site, checkout, agreement, program, check-ins, community and emailPro: $99/month with unlimited clients1

Instagram stackStan Creator Pro + Skool Hobby for the group$108 + 10% and 30¢ on Skool sales2
Clinical stackPractice Better Plus + Circle Professional for community$99 + $89 (annual) + 2% Circle fee2

The hidden cost in assembled stacks is not only money. Check-in answers live in a form tool, community posts in another app and payments in a third, so nobody sees the full picture of a member who is struggling. Our guide to coaching membership models helps you pick the model before the stack.

How do you move an existing menopause membership without losing members?

Move in a quiet month, keep the old platform running for one billing cycle, and tell members exactly what changes for them. The steps below apply whichever platform you choose.

  1. Export everything first. Member list, payment status, community posts you want to keep, course videos and any check-in history. Coachful imports clients, programs and content for you during onboarding.
  2. Re-send the coaching agreement. Use the move as a chance to put your scope line and referral wording in front of every member again, signed.
  3. Handle subscriptions carefully. Card details usually cannot be moved between processors by you alone. If you stay on Stripe, ask your new platform how existing subscriptions connect; otherwise give members a simple re-subscribe link with a clear date.
  4. Recreate the routine before the content. Set up the morning and evening check-ins and the weekly call first, so members' daily habit is not broken. The course library can follow.
  5. Run both for two weeks. Post in the old community that it will close on a set date, with a link to the new space.

Our full checklist is in how to switch coaching platforms without disrupting clients.

Which membership platform should a menopause coach choose?

Choose Coachful if your membership combines a program, daily check-ins, a private community and occasional 1:1 calls, which describes most menopause offers. It is the only option here that covers attract, enroll, deliver and retain in one login, with e-signed agreements to hold your scope line and a free white-glove build to get the site and program live.

Choose Kajabi or Thinkific if your membership is mostly a course library. Choose Mighty Networks or Circle if the community is the product and you will run 1:1 work elsewhere. Choose Practice Better if you are a clinician who needs HIPAA-compliant telehealth and records. Paperbell, Podia, Stan Store and Skool suit narrower or earlier-stage offers. If your practice goes beyond menopause into general wellness, our membership platforms for health coaches guide and the Coachful for health coaches page go further.

To start, open a free trial and request the white-glove build from Create: describe your membership, attach your logo and copy, and the Coachful team builds the first version in your account.

Frequently asked questions

What is the best membership platform for menopause coaches?

Coachful is our pick because it combines the website, checkout, coaching agreement, multi-week program, morning and evening check-ins, community and email in one login. Kajabi is the strongest alternative for a large course library, and Mighty Networks or Circle for a community-first membership.

Is Coachful HIPAA compliant for menopause clients?

No. Coachful is not HIPAA-certified and does not sign a BAA, and it is not built for clinical record-keeping or insurance billing. Coaches who work under a clinical licence should keep clinical notes in a tool designed for that, such as Practice Better, which describes its telehealth as HIPAA-compliant.

What is Coachful's free white-glove service?

From Create, you can ask the Coachful team to build a website, funnel, program, course outline, email sequence or coaching flow for you, attaching up to 8 links and 10 files. They build it inside your account, usually within about 24 hours, at no extra cost on every plan. They will not invent credentials, testimonials or prices, and they do not film videos or design logos.

Can members track hot flushes and sleep in a membership platform?

In Coachful, yes, through self-reported morning and evening check-ins and habits that sit on each member's record. Course and community tools such as Kajabi, Circle and Skool have no built-in daily check-ins, so you would add a form tool. Coachful does not sync with Oura, Garmin or Fitbit, so sleep data comes from what members enter.

Should a menopause coach give advice on HRT inside the membership?

No. Hormone therapy decisions belong with a GP, gynaecologist or menopause specialist. A coach can help members prepare questions for that appointment and support the routines around it, and should say this clearly in the sales page and agreement.

How much does a menopause membership platform cost?

Listed entry prices in October 2026 range from $9 a month (Skool Hobby, with 10% + 30¢ per sale) to $179 a month (Kajabi Basic). Watch platform fees on sales: Mighty Networks and Circle take up to 2%, Podia's Mover plan 5% and Skool's Hobby plan 10%.

Can I run 1:1 menopause coaching and a group membership on the same platform?

On Coachful, yes: booking pages, paid sessions and session credits sit next to programs and the community, and cohort groups form automatically when members enrol. Community tools such as Mighty Networks and Circle have no 1:1 scheduling, so you would add a booking tool.

Do menopause members need a mobile app?

It helps, because short daily check-ins are easier on a phone. Coachful members use a branded app under the Coachful listing. Mighty Networks and Circle offer fully branded apps only on custom-priced top plans, Thinkific charges $199 a month for one, and Paperbell has no native app (older profile data shows none for Podia either).

Which platform suits a menopause coach who sells mainly on Instagram?

Stan Store is built around the bio link, but email needs Creator Pro at $99 a month and there are no agreements or check-ins. Coachful's link-in-bio page can sell directly while keeping the member's program and community in the same account.

Can I move my existing members to a new platform?

Yes, but plan subscriptions carefully, since card details often need members to re-subscribe unless both tools use the same Stripe account. Coachful imports clients, programs and content for you during onboarding, and exports everything as a ZIP if you ever leave.
