12 Best Course Platforms for Menopause Coaches (2026 Guide)

12 Best Course Platforms for Menopause Coaches (2026 Guide)

The best course platforms for menopause coaches do two jobs at once: they deliver lessons on sleep, hot flashes, strength training, nutrition and mood, and they keep a woman engaged on the days between those lessons, when symptoms actually show up. Most course software only does the first job. So the deciding question is simple: will this platform help your client track how she slept, what she ate and whether she lifted this week, inside the same place where she watches your module on perimenopause basics?

Our pick is Coachful, because it puts courses, multi-week programs with daily habits and morning and evening check-ins, a private community, booking, payments and a branded client app behind one login. We make Coachful, so weigh that, and read the eleven alternatives below: several of them are the right answer for specific menopause practices, and we say exactly when.

This guide ranks 12 tools by scenario, compares them in one matrix, prices three example stacks, and ends with a step-by-step Coachful setup for a 12-week perimenopause program. If you want the broader category view first, our parent guide to the best course creation platforms for coaches covers the general field.

What do menopause coaches need from a course platform?

Menopause coaches need a platform that pairs education with daily behaviour support, protects a sensitive conversation, and handles both group cohorts and 1:1 clients. A course alone teaches; it rarely changes how someone sleeps or trains.

Here is what the work looks like in practice, and what each part asks of your software.

  • Education that runs in stages. Clients arrive confused about perimenopause, menopause and postmenopause. The US National Institute on Aging describes menopause as the point 12 months after a final period, with perimenopause the transition before it (National Institute on Aging). A good course drips modules in that order rather than dumping everything on day one.
  • Daily tracking between lessons. Hot flashes, night sweats, sleep quality, energy and mood swing day to day. Coaches who ask for a short morning or evening check-in see patterns that a weekly call misses. Your platform needs habits and check-ins, not just a "mark lesson complete" button.
  • Strength and nutrition habits. Many menopause programs include resistance training, protein targets and fibre. That means a habit tracker at minimum, and ideally workouts and nutrition targets.
  • A private peer space. Women often say the most useful thing in a group program is hearing someone else describe the same symptom. A members-only community or cohort chat matters more here than in most niches.
  • 1:1 calls for the people who need them. Group courses sell well, but a share of buyers want a personal session. Booking, intake questions and payment should sit next to the course, not on another site.
  • Clear scope boundaries. You are coaching lifestyle and habits, not prescribing hormone therapy or diagnosing. Your intake forms, agreements and course copy should say so, and your platform should make it easy to send an agreement before the first call.

That last point deserves its own line. Scope note: menopause coaching supports education, habits and accountability; it is not medical treatment. Refer clients to a physician or gynaecologist for heavy or unexpected bleeding, bleeding after menopause, chest pain, severe depression or thoughts of self-harm, questions about hormone therapy or medication, and any new or worsening symptom she has not discussed with a clinician. The US Office on Women's Health keeps a plain-language overview of symptoms and treatment options you can point clients to (womenshealth.gov). For a fuller picture of where the work stops, see our guide to menopause coaching, what it covers and where it stops.

Build your platform

How did we rank these course platforms?

We ranked on four criteria, in this order: one login for the whole client journey, between-session delivery (habits, check-ins, community), total monthly stack cost, and setup effort, including whether someone will build the first version for you.

We did not test these tools hands-on. Prices and limits come from each vendor's pricing page as listed in October 2026, or from our September 2026 vendor profiles where noted. Ratings are Trustpilot scores we saw on 25 October 2026. We gave extra weight to features menopause coaches use every week: drip schedules, daily check-ins, private group spaces and 1:1 booking. A platform that sells a course well but cannot follow up with a client on Tuesday night when she cannot sleep ranks lower here than it would in a general list.

1. Coachful: the best overall course platform for menopause coaches

Scenario it wins: you want to sell a self-paced course, run a 12-week perimenopause program with daily habits and check-ins, host a private cohort chat and take paid 1:1 calls, without sending clients to four different logins.

A laptop showing a client's daily momentum view on a kitchen table with herbal tea and a sleep mask
Coachful's client goal view with linked daily tasks and habits, on a laptop beside herbal tea and a sleep mask.

Coachful is a coaching platform rather than a pure course tool. One subscription covers booking, payments, coaching agreements, program delivery with habits and check-ins, courses, a community, a website with funnels and email, and an AI assistant. The coach has one login; the client gets one app with the coach's branding inside the Coachful app. It suits coaches who deliver programs, not just sessions, and solo coaches replacing four to six tools. The company is based in Tallinn, Estonia, and holds a Trustpilot rating of 4.5 from 21 reviews.

Courses that sit inside the client's coaching home

The course builder handles modules, lessons, drip release and completion tracking. You can also add downloads, videos, books, AI tools, events and bundles, so a "Midlife Sleep Reset" mini course and a "Strong Through Menopause" signature course can live side by side. Everything is delivered into the client's branded home and app, next to her sessions and goals. There are 48 course templates with quizzes if you would rather edit than start from blank. For course design itself, our guide on creating an online course clients finish pairs well with this.

Daily check-ins and habits between modules

This is where Coachful separates from most of the list. Multi-week programs carry weekly goals, daily tasks, habits, morning and evening check-ins, goals with progress bars and streaks. For a menopause program that might mean a morning check-in asking how she slept and an evening check-in on energy and hot flashes, plus habits such as "two strength sessions this week" or "protein at breakfast". Each client record pulls together goals, check-ins, habits, notes, intake answers, tags, payments and sessions, and shows a status of thriving, active, quiet or at risk, so you can spot the client who went silent in week five.

If your program includes strength training or nutrition, the Fitness & Nutrition pack adds a workout builder with an illustrated exercise library, client workout logging with set history, nutrition targets up to calories and macros, meal plans, recipes, food lookup, private progress photos and measurements, and weekly check-ins. You attach your own demo videos; there are no stock exercise videos. See the Fitness & Nutrition pack for details.

Community, cohorts and calls

Coachful includes a community feed, group chat, direct messages and video events. When a client enrols in a program, she is added to a cohort group automatically, which is exactly what a menopause cohort needs: a private room where the twelve women who started in September can compare notes. Booking pages handle availability rules, buffers, minimum notice and time-zone detection, with two-way Google, Apple/iCloud and Outlook sync and built-in video or auto-created Zoom, Meet or Teams links. Intake questions on booking let you ask about symptoms and goals before a first call. Payments run through your own Stripe Connect or Razorpay account, with one-time payments, subscriptions, payment plans, coupons, Apple Pay and Google Pay, and a 0% Coachful platform fee since August 2026. Coaching agreements with e-signature go out before the first call and are stored on the client record, which helps you put your scope line in writing (coaching contracts).

Here is a short walkthrough of how programs are built and delivered:

Michelle, the built-in AI assistant, works from your live practice data: she can draft a program outline, write a launch email, summarize a recorded session or brief you before a call. Questions and planning are included in your Coachful membership; confirmed builds use AI credits.

Why Coachful stands out: a free white-glove service. From Create, choose "We'll build it for you · FREE", describe what you need (a website, a funnel, a program, a course outline and written material, an email sequence and more), and attach up to 8 reference links and 10 files. The Coachful team builds it inside your own account, usually within about 24 hours. One recent request came from a menopause and midlife health coach starting from nothing, who got a five-page site in sage and cream with every button leading to a free 20-minute consultation. The team does not invent credentials, testimonials or prices, and it does not record videos, design logos or run ads. Read more about the free white-glove service.

Coachful Create page with the We will build it for you card
The Create page in Coachful, with the card that requests a free white-glove build.

What Coachful does not do. It is not HIPAA-certified and does not sign a BAA, so it is not for clinical record-keeping or insurance billing. There is no PayPal, no permanent free plan, and no Garmin, Fitbit, Whoop or Oura sync (Apple Health sync is not publicly available), which matters if you hoped to pull sleep data from a wearable. It is not a course marketplace, so buyers come from your own audience. Current plans: Lite: $29/month for up to 5 clients; Solo: $49/month for up to 20 clients; Pro: $99/month with unlimited clients; Studio: $199/month with unlimited clients. Lower plans cap the number of clients, Pro is unlimited, and monthly plans cancel in one click. To start, take a free trial and request a white-glove build of your first program or site. 2. Kajabi, for menopause coaches who launch to a big list

Kajabi wins when your business already has a large email audience and you sell a signature menopause course through planned launches, webinars and funnels.

Kajabi homepage promoting its course, community and website platform for creators
Kajabi's homepage in October 2026.

Kajabi is a course, community, website, funnel and email platform built for selling knowledge products. For a menopause coach with 10,000 subscribers from a podcast or Instagram, that combination makes it easy to run a free "Perimenopause 101" masterclass, follow it with an email sequence and sell the course at the end. Courses, a community and a website all come in the same account, so the marketing side is well covered.

Pricing as listed in October 2026: Basic $179/month ($143/month annual) with 5 products, 2,500 contacts, 1 community and 0 AI credits; Growth $249/month ($199/month annual) with 50 products, 25,000 contacts and 500 AI credits; Pro $499/month ($399/month annual) with unlimited products and 100,000 contacts. The standard trial is 14 days. On Kajabi Payments in the US, processing is 2.9% + $0.30 on Basic; using a processor other than Kajabi Payments or PayPal adds a Kajabi fee of 2% on Basic, 1% on Growth and 0.5% on Pro.

The limits show up in the delivery layer. Kajabi has no habit tracking or daily client check-ins, and coaching is organised as products and communities rather than per-client plans. A menopause coach who wants to see that one client logged poor sleep five nights running will not find that view here. The Basic plan's cap of 2,500 contacts can also bite quickly for coaches who grow through free lead magnets. Trustpilot shows 3.4 from 2,347 reviews.

Pick it over Coachful if your revenue comes mainly from large launches of a self-paced course, you rarely run 1:1 or cohort programs, and you want the marketing tools of a dedicated launch platform at a higher monthly cost.

3. LearnWorlds: the pick for interactive, assessment-heavy courses

Choose LearnWorlds if your menopause education is the product itself, for example a structured course for other wellness professionals, and you want quizzes, interactive video and SCORM support.

LearnWorlds pricing page with plan cards in euros
LearnWorlds's pricing page in October 2026 (shown in euros).

LearnWorlds is a course and learning-management platform with a website builder, funnels, SCORM packages and interactive video. That suits a coach who teaches other practitioners about midlife health, or who wants learners to answer questions inside a video on, say, sleep hygiene before moving on. It is one of the more education-focused tools on this list.

As listed in October 2026: Starter $29/month ($24/month annual) with 1 admin, 1,000 active learners per month and 300 AI credits; Pro Trainer $99/month ($79/month annual) with 5 admins, 2,000 active learners, 20 SCORM packages, 15 page funnels and 2,000 mass emails a month; Learning Center $299/month ($249/month annual). There is a 30-day free trial, and LearnWorlds pages say no credit card is required. Starter charges $5 per paid enrollment; Pro Trainer and above charge no LearnWorlds fee beyond Stripe or PayPal gateway costs.

For menopause coaching, the trade-off is that LearnWorlds is not built for 1:1 client management, habits or check-ins. You would add a separate booking tool and still have no daily symptom log. The branded mobile app is a separately priced add-on. Trustpilot shows 4.8 from 423 reviews, which reflects how well it serves course creators.

Pick it over Coachful if you are building a certificate-style education product, care most about interactive lessons and assessments, and coach individuals rarely or not at all.

4. Circle: when the community is the offer

Circle is the right pick for a menopause coach whose main product is a paid membership: a monthly community where women share experiences, attend live Q&As and work through a library of short courses.

Circle's pricing page, fetched in October 2026, lists Professional at $89/month, Business at $199/month and Scale at $419/month, all based on annual billing. Professional includes unlimited members, community, courses, live events, a website, payments, gamification, a custom domain, and iOS, Android and desktop apps. There is a 14-day free trial with no credit card required. Transaction fees are 2% on Professional, 1% on Business and Scale, and 0.5% on Circle Plus. Live streams on Professional allow 100 attendees, and live rooms 15 participants. Email broadcasts need the optional Email Hub, listed at $99/month for 10,000 contacts on top of the community plan.

For a menopause membership, those mobile apps and the member directory are genuinely useful: women can find others at the same stage, post about a rough night and get replies from peers. Automations and workflows start on Business, not Professional.

Where it falls short is individual follow-up. The pricing page lists no 1:1 booking, no client habit tracking and no daily check-ins, so a hybrid practice would bolt on booking and still lack per-client progress. Communities also need active moderation in a health niche; set rules early about not sharing medication advice. Our guide to membership platforms for coaches compares Circle with other community-first tools.

Pick it over Coachful if your business is a large membership community first, you do little 1:1 or program work, and you are comfortable paying separately for email marketing.

5. Podia: a simple storefront for a first menopause course

Podia fits the coach selling her first short course and a handful of downloads (a symptom diary PDF, a protein cheat sheet) who wants a clean shop without much setup.

Podia homepage introducing its storefront for courses, downloads and community
Podia's homepage in October 2026.

Podia is a simple storefront for courses, downloads, webinars, coaching sessions and community. Its strength is that it is quick to understand: you can have a menopause mini course, a paid webinar and a 1:1 session listed on one page in an afternoon. If you are testing whether your audience will pay for a "Sleep in Midlife" course before building anything bigger, that speed is worth something. Our guide on creating a mini course that leads to coaching covers that test.

Prices as listed in October 2026: Mover $49/month ($42/month annual) with 50 products, 25 community spaces and 100 email subscribers included; Shaker $99/month ($84/month annual) with 150 products and 500 subscribers; Earthquaker $179/month ($150/month annual) with unlimited products and 1,000 subscribers. The trial is 14 days with full access and no credit card. Mover charges a 5% Podia fee; the higher plans charge 0%, with Stripe or PayPal processing on top.

The email allowances are small: 100, 500 or 1,000 subscribers included, which is tight for a coach growing through a free menopause guide. Our September 2026 profile notes no mobile app and no native video calls. There are no client habits, check-ins or per-client plans, so Podia sells the program but does not run the twelve weeks after purchase. Trustpilot shows 4.1 from 153 reviews.

Pick it over Coachful if you only sell a few digital products and the occasional call, want a very simple shop, and do not need to follow clients day to day.

Join Coachful now

6. Practice Better: for coaches working beside clinicians

The case for Practice Better is a menopause practice that overlaps with clinical care: you work in or with a functional medicine clinic, a dietitian or a nurse practitioner, and you need HIPAA-compliant records, charting and protocols.

Practice Better homepage presenting its practice management software for health practitioners
Practice Better's homepage in October 2026.

Practice Better calls itself an all-in-one EHR (electronic health record) for wellness and health practitioners, including health coaches, nutritionists and dietitians. Its pricing page, fetched in October 2026, lists HIPAA, PIPEDA and GDPR compliance, scheduling, telehealth video, integrated payments, secure messaging, a client portal and mobile app, forms and note templates, and journaling. Programs run as fixed-date on Professional and as fixed-date, evergreen or self-paced on Plus and Team.

Plans as listed: a free Sprout plan for up to 3 clients; Starter $35/month ($25/month annual) for 10 clients; Professional $69/month for 300 clients, with group scheduling, group messaging and payment plans; Plus $99/month with unlimited clients, self-paced programs, portal branding and SMS reminders; Team $155/month with two practitioner licences. The feature table shows lower annual rates ($59, $89 and $145). Paid plans have a 14-day trial, Team 30 days. A Connector Hub add-on costs $49.

For menopause coaches, the appeal is the compliance and clinical tooling. The trade-off is that it is a practice-management system first: self-paced programs need the Plus plan, and you will want separate tools for a marketing website, funnels and a community feed. It is also more than most non-clinical coaches need.

Pick it over Coachful if you need a BAA and HIPAA-compliant records, chart sessions alongside licensed practitioners, or bill insurance through superbills.

Which one looks like you?

Coachful builds your coaching website from a few answers, in a design chosen for your niche, with programs, booking and payments ready behind it.

Build your platform

7. Thinkific: a large course library with room for many students

Thinkific makes sense once you are running a larger catalogue of menopause courses for thousands of students and need generous bandwidth and multiple admins.

Thinkific homepage presenting its platform for building and selling online courses
Thinkific's homepage in October 2026.

Thinkific is a course platform with communities, memberships and coaching or webinar products. The Start plan already allows 10,000 current students and 200 GB a month of video bandwidth, which is comfortable for a coach whose lessons are video-heavy. Communities with spaces and live events are included, so a "Menopause Movement" course can have a discussion area attached.

As listed in October 2026: Start $109/month ($82/month annual) with 2 admins, 1 community and group sizes up to 50; Grow $219/month ($164/month annual) with 6 admins and 3 communities; Expand $499/month ($374/month annual). Prices rose about 10% on 13 August 2026. Every self-serve plan has a 30-day free trial. Thinkific charges no transaction fee on Thinkific Payments; third-party gateways carry an extra per-plan fee that the page does not quantify.

Our September 2026 profile notes no built-in 1:1 scheduling, so coaching calls rely on external booking links. There are no client habits, daily check-ins or per-client plans. The branded mobile app is a $199/month add-on, which more than doubles the Start plan cost. Trustpilot shows 1.8 from 868 reviews, so read recent reviews before committing.

Pick it over Coachful if your business is a large self-paced course catalogue with thousands of students, and coaching individuals is a small side offer.

8. Paperbell: 1:1 packages with contracts built in

Paperbell suits the menopause coach who mostly sells 1:1 packages (say six calls over three months) and wants scheduling, payment and a contract in one checkout.

Paperbell homepage presenting its client management and booking software for coaches
Paperbell's homepage in October 2026.

Paperbell is coaching admin software: a branded website, built-in booking with time-zone detection and reminders, Google, Apple and Outlook calendar sync, intake forms, e-signature contracts tied to package purchase, and payments through Stripe or PayPal with subscriptions and payment plans. Video content and downloads can be delivered inside packages, but our profile describes this as partial: it is not a full course platform with modules and drip.

Price: our October 2026 records show one paid tier at $97/month or $970/year, per coach, with unlimited clients and no added transaction fee. Paperbell's pricing page blocked our fetch today, so we could not reconfirm that figure; check it before buying. Its help center describes a 7-day trial.

For menopause coaching, the gaps are in the between-session layer. Our profile records no habit tracking or daily check-ins, no community, no standalone mobile app and one coach per account. Paperbell's own FAQ states it is not HIPAA compliant. If you later add a cohort course, you would need a second platform.

Pick it over Coachful if you only sell 1:1 packages, want PayPal at checkout, and value a single simple screen over courses, community and daily tracking.

9. Teachable: low-cost courses with student apps

Teachable is a reasonable choice for a coach who wants to sell two or three menopause courses cheaply and give students mobile apps to watch lessons.

Teachable homepage presenting its platform for selling courses and digital products
Teachable's homepage in October 2026.

Teachable is a course and digital-product platform with student mobile apps. It covers the basics: lessons, products, checkout and up to 1 TB of video on the entry plan. A menopause coach who records a "Hormones, Sleep and Stress" course and sells it through her blog could be live quickly.

As listed in October 2026: Starter $39/month ($29/month annual) with 5 products and 1 admin; Builder $89/month ($69/month annual) with 10 products; Growth $189/month ($139/month annual) with 50 products and 5 admins. The plan cards show a 7-day free trial plus a 30-day guarantee. Starter takes a 7.5% platform fee; Builder and Growth take 0%. Teachable Payments processing for US cards is 2.9% + 30¢.

The 7.5% fee on Starter matters: on a $300 course, that is $22.50 per sale before card processing. Our September 2026 profile notes no native scheduling or calendar sync, so calls rely on outside tools. There are no habits, daily check-ins or per-client plans. Trustpilot shows 3.3 from 1,110 reviews.

Pick it over Coachful if you sell courses only, want low-cost student apps, and have no plans to run programs or 1:1 work through the same system.

10. Kartra: marketing automation with memberships attached

Kartra is worth a look if your strength is marketing: you run email and SMS sequences, sales pages and helpdesk all from one place, and your menopause course is one product among several.

Kartra homepage presenting its marketing suite with pages, funnels and email
Kartra's homepage in October 2026.

Kartra is an all-in-one marketing suite with pages, funnels, email and SMS, memberships, calendars and a helpdesk. That combination lets a coach build a webinar funnel for "Midlife Metabolism", send SMS reminders and host the course in a membership area, all in one account.

As listed in October 2026: Essentials $59/month ($52/month annual) with 500 contacts, 5 pages, 1 product and 1 membership; Starter $119/month ($99/month annual) with 2,500 contacts and unlimited pages, products and memberships; Growth $229/month ($189/month annual) with 12,500 contacts; Professional $549/month ($429/month annual). There is a 14-day free trial and a 30-day money-back guarantee. Essentials charges a 5% transaction fee; Starter and Growth charge 0%.

The entry plan's 500-contact cap and single product make it a short-term option. Our September 2026 profile notes no mobile app for students and that funnels and memberships are not portable to other platforms, so switching later means rebuilding. There are no client habits, check-ins or per-client coaching plans. Trustpilot shows 3.2 from 129 reviews.

Pick it over Coachful if SMS marketing and sales-page testing are your core skill, and your course buyers rarely need personal follow-up.

11. Systeme.io: the budget starting point

Systeme.io is for the brand-new menopause coach who needs a funnel, an email list and one course while spending close to nothing.

Systeme.io homepage presenting its all-in-one funnel, email and course builder
Systeme.io's homepage in October 2026.

Systeme.io is a low-cost marketing suite with funnels, email, courses, community, a blog and an affiliate program. The free plan never expires and needs no card: 2,000 contacts, 3 funnels, 1 course, 500 students and a custom domain. A coach could offer a free "Hot Flash Survival Guide", grow a list and sell a starter course without a monthly bill.

As listed in October 2026: Free $0; Startup $17/month with 5,000 contacts, 10 funnels and 5 courses; Webinar $47/month with 10,000 contacts and 20 courses; Unlimited $97/month. All plans charge 0% transaction fees, with Stripe or PayPal processing only. Trustpilot shows 4.9 from 8,696 reviews.

Our September 2026 profile notes no native 1:1 scheduling with client records, habits or check-ins, basic community and course features, and no branded mobile app. That is fine for proving demand, and limiting once you run a cohort where you need to see each woman's week.

Pick it over Coachful if your budget is close to zero, you are still testing whether anyone will buy, and you can live without client tracking for now.

12. Stan Store: selling a mini course from your social bio

Stan Store wins for a coach whose audience lives on Instagram or TikTok and who wants a link-in-bio shop for a $27 mini course and paid calls.

Stan Store homepage presenting its link-in-bio storefront for creators
Stan Store's homepage in October 2026.

Stan Store is a link-in-bio storefront for digital products, courses, memberships and paid calls. Followers tap the link, buy a "First Steps in Perimenopause" mini course or book a call, and pay on the same mobile page.

As listed in October 2026: Creator $29/month ($25/month annual) with unlimited products and customers; Creator Pro $99/month ($79/month annual). The trial is 14 days, with the first month charged when it ends. Stan charges 0% on sales; Stripe or PayPal processing applies. Email marketing, upsells, discount codes and affiliates are only on Creator Pro. Trustpilot shows 4.7 from 2,205 reviews.

Stan has no contracts, invoices or client records and is not a CRM. There are no programs with client tasks, habits or check-ins and no team seats advertised. It is a front door, not a coaching home.

Pick it over Coachful if nearly all of your sales start on social media, your products are short and low-priced, and you do not deliver multi-week programs.

How do the 12 platforms compare feature by feature?

Coachful is the only tool here whose documented features cover all four: courses, 1:1 booking, daily habits and check-ins, and community. "Not listed" means the feature does not appear in the vendor data we used; check with the vendor.

What does a menopause coaching stack cost each month?

A single Coachful plan usually costs less than a course tool plus a client-management tool. The three example stacks below assume monthly billing, 15 active clients and a course; card processing fees are extra in every case.

Example stackWhat it coversMonthly cost as listedWhat is missing
Coachful aloneCourse, 12-week program with check-ins, community, booking, payments, agreements, website, emailSolo: $49/month for up to 20 clientsHIPAA records, PayPal, wearable sync
Kajabi Basic + Practice Better ProfessionalCourse, funnels and email on Kajabi; booking, telehealth and client records on Practice Better$179 + $69 = $248Daily habit check-ins inside the course; two logins for clients
Systeme.io Startup + Practice Better StarterFunnel, email and course on Systeme.io; booking and records for up to 10 clients$17 + $35 = $52Room for 15 clients (Starter caps at 10); community depth; two logins

These are illustrations built from listed prices, not quotes. The cheapest stack looks attractive, but once you pass 10 clients you would move Practice Better up to Professional at $69, and the real cost of two systems is the time spent copying client details between them. For more on payments and fees, see payment platforms for coaches.

How would a menopause coach set this up in Coachful?

A typical setup takes one 12-week program, one short course and a booking page, and connects them so a buyer lands in a cohort with daily check-ins. Here is an example sequence for a "12-Week Perimenopause Reset".

  1. Request the build. From Create, choose "We'll build it for you · FREE" and describe the program: 12 weeks, topics by week (symptoms and tracking, sleep, strength, protein and fibre, stress and mood, maintenance), the check-ins you want, and your scope statement. Attach your logo and any outline you already have.
  2. Shape the course. Use the course builder for the education layer: one module per stage, short video lessons, and downloadable worksheets such as a symptom diary. Set drip so week three does not open on day one. Our guide to cohort course design helps with pacing.
  3. Add daily check-ins and habits. Create a morning check-in (sleep quality, night sweats) and an evening check-in (energy, mood, hot flashes). Add habits like "strength session" twice a week and "protein at breakfast" daily, and attach weekly goals with progress bars.
  4. Write the agreement. Add a coaching agreement that states coaching is not medical care, lists when you will refer, and is signed before the first call.
  5. Set up booking and intake. Create a 20-minute discovery call and a 45-minute 1:1 session, with intake questions about current symptoms, any clinician she sees, and goals. Connect your calendar and choose video links.
  6. Price the offer. Connect Stripe and decide between a one-time price, a payment plan or a subscription. If you are unsure what to charge, start from your hourly rate times the live hours included, then add value for the course and community, and test with your first cohort.
  7. Open the cohort. Enrolment adds each client to a cohort group automatically. Post a welcome thread, community rules (no medication advice between members) and the schedule of live calls.
  8. Watch the client statuses. Each week, check who is thriving and who has gone quiet or at risk, and send a short personal message to anyone whose check-ins have stopped.

What mistakes do menopause coaches make when choosing a course platform?

The most common mistake is buying a course tool for what is really a coaching program. These five show up again and again.

  • Treating the course as the whole product. Video lessons on sleep do not change sleep. If your sales page promises results, you need check-ins and habits to support them.
  • Collecting medical detail you cannot protect. Ask what you need for coaching (goals, routines, whether she sees a clinician), not full medical histories, unless your platform and role are set up for health records. If you need HIPAA compliance, choose a tool that offers it.
  • Leaving scope out of the paperwork. State in your agreement and course welcome that you do not diagnose or advise on medication, and list when you will refer.
  • Ignoring transaction fees. A 5% or 7.5% fee on an entry plan can cost more than the upgrade once you sell a few hundred dollars a month.
  • Sending clients to four logins. A woman dealing with brain fog does not want separate passwords for the course, community, booking and payments. Fewer logins means more completed check-ins.

If you are moving an existing program, our guide to switching platforms without disrupting clients walks through the timing.

Which course platform should a menopause coach choose?

Choose Coachful if you coach women through menopause with a mix of course content, multi-week programs, group support and 1:1 calls, and you want daily check-ins, habits, community, booking and payments in one place. It is the only tool here that covers the whole client journey behind one login, and the free white-glove build gets the first version done for you.

Pick Practice Better if you work in a clinical setting and need HIPAA-compliant records. Pick Circle if your business is a membership community, Kajabi if you launch a self-paced course to a big list, and Systeme.io or Stan Store if you are testing demand on a tight budget. For coaches in nearby specialties, compare our lists for health coaches and nutrition coaches, or see our online course platform for coaches page.

Frequently asked questions

What is the best course platform for menopause coaches?

For most menopause coaches, Coachful is the best fit because it combines courses with multi-week programs, daily habits, morning and evening check-ins, a cohort community, booking and payments. Pure course tools like Teachable or Thinkific deliver lessons but do not track how a client is doing between them.

Do I need a HIPAA-compliant platform for menopause coaching?

It depends on your role and what you collect. A coach working on habits and education outside a clinical setting often does not need one, but if you work with or for a covered healthcare provider, or store clinical records, you likely do. Coachful is not HIPAA-certified; Practice Better lists HIPAA compliance. Check with an attorney if you are unsure.

Can I track symptoms like hot flashes and sleep in a course platform?

Most course platforms cannot. In Coachful you can set morning and evening check-ins that ask about sleep, night sweats, energy and mood, and the answers sit on each client record. Coachful does not sync data from wearables such as Oura or Fitbit.

What is Coachful's free white-glove service?

It is a free build service on every plan. You describe what you need, such as a website, funnel, program or course outline, attach up to 8 links and 10 files, and the Coachful team builds it inside your account, usually within about 24 hours. It does not include recording videos, logo design or ads.

Should I sell a course or a group program for menopause coaching?

Many coaches do both: a low-priced self-paced course as an entry point and a higher-priced cohort program with live calls and check-ins. Our article on mini courses versus signature courses explains how each leads to coaching.

What should a menopause coach refer out?

Refer to a physician for unusual or post-menopausal bleeding, chest pain, severe low mood or thoughts of self-harm, questions about hormone therapy or medication, and any new or worsening symptom. Coaching supports habits and education; diagnosis and treatment belong with a clinician.

Which platform is cheapest for a new menopause coach?

Systeme.io has a free plan that never expires, and Practice Better has a free Sprout plan for up to 3 clients. Both have limits: Systeme.io lacks client tracking and 1:1 booking with records, and Sprout caps at 3 clients. Compare total stack cost, not just one plan.

Can I run a menopause community inside Coachful?

Yes. Coachful includes a community feed, group chat, direct messages and video events, and creates a cohort group automatically when a client enrols in a program. Our group coaching platforms guide compares other options.

Do I need a credential to coach menopause clients?

There is no single required license for wellness coaching in most places, but credentials such as the National Board for Health and Wellness Coaching certification (NBHWC) show training in scope and ethics. Rules vary by country and state, so check local requirements.
