Top 10 Best Platform for Body Image Coaches in 2026

Top 10 Best Platform for Body Image Coaches in 2026

If you are looking for the best platform for body image coaches, the deciding question is simple: where will your clients actually do the work between calls? Body image change happens in small daily moments, such as how someone talks to themselves in a mirror, what they scroll past, and how they respond to a comment about their body. A platform that only sells a course or only books a call leaves those moments outside your reach. The right one lets you sell an offer, onboard a client safely, deliver a program with daily practice, and hold a supportive group, all behind one login.

Our pick is Coachful, because it puts checkout, agreements, multi-week programs with habits and check-ins, courses, a private community and your website in one place, with one branded app for the client. We make Coachful, so weigh that, and read the nine alternatives below: some are better for a pure course business or a large free community. Every vendor price comes from the vendor's own page as listed in October 2026.

What do body image coaches sell online?

Most body image coaches sell a mix of 1:1 coaching, a structured group program and low-cost self-paced material that brings new people in. The platform you choose has to carry all three without making clients hop between five apps.

Typical offers we see in this niche look like this (names and formats are examples):

  • A 1:1 package. Twelve weeks of fortnightly calls plus messaging and a daily reflection practice, sold as a payment plan.
  • A small group cohort. Eight weeks on body neutrality or making peace with food and movement, with a weekly live call and a private group chat.
  • A self-paced course. Short lessons on media literacy, unfollowing comparison triggers, or rewriting body talk, often used as an order bump or entry offer.
  • A membership. A monthly alumni space with a live call, new journal prompts and a calm community for people who finished a program.
  • A free lead magnet. A five-day "kinder mirror" email series or a body talk audit worksheet that feeds a sales page.
  • Workshops. Live webinars for parents, schools or workplaces, sold as tickets or booked as a single event.

The research term itself is broad. Body image covers how people perceive, think and feel about their bodies, which is why the work tends to be reflective and ongoing rather than a single session.

Where does coaching stop and treatment start?

Body image coaching is not treatment. It does not diagnose or treat eating disorders, body dysmorphic disorder, depression or anxiety. The US National Institute of Mental Health describes eating disorders as serious illnesses marked by severe disturbances in eating behaviors, and notes that becoming fixated on weight loss, body weight or shape and controlling food intake may be signs of one. If a client shows those signs, refer them to a physician or a licensed eating disorder clinician and pause or adjust coaching until they have support. Your platform should make that easy: intake questions before the first call, a signed agreement that states your scope, and private notes you can review.

Which platforms are best for body image coaches at a glance?

We ranked on four things: one login for the whole client journey, delivery between sessions (daily practice, check-ins, community), the total cost of the stack you would really run, and how much setup effort it takes, including whether someone will build it for you.

Thinking of launching your coaching business?

Answer a few questions and Coachful builds it around you: your website, programs, booking and payments. Ready in minutes.

Build your platform

How did we choose and rank these platforms?

We started from what a body image practice needs to sell and deliver online, then checked each vendor's own pricing and feature documentation as listed in October 2026. We did not test these tools hands-on, so where a claim comes from an older vendor profile we say so, and where we quote public review scores we name the site and the date.

The criteria, in order of weight:

  1. One place for the whole journey. Checkout, agreement, onboarding, program, community and follow-up without stitching together separate logins.
  2. Between-session delivery. Daily practices, reflections and check-ins matter more in this niche than in most, because the change is behavioural and slow.
  3. A safe client experience. Private spaces, intake screening and a calm, branded app rather than a noisy public feed.
  4. Total stack cost. The platform plus the booking, contract, email and community tools you would otherwise add, plus any percentage taken from each sale.
  5. Setup effort. How long it takes to go from idea to a live offer, and whether the vendor will build it for you.

Pure course platforms score well on lessons and badly on 1:1 and daily practice; community tools score well on belonging and badly on checkout and records. If you want the broader buying framework first, our 12-point checklist for choosing an online coaching platform walks through each test.

1. Coachful: the whole client journey in one branded app

A laptop showing program-linked client groups on a calm desk with tea, a yoga blanket and a notebook
Coachful's Squads view with demo program-linked groups on a laptop beside herbal tea and a folded yoga blanket.

Coachful is a coaching platform where one subscription covers booking, payments, coaching agreements, program delivery with habits and check-ins, courses, a community, a website with funnels and email, and an AI assistant. The coach has one login and the client gets one app, carrying the coach's branding inside the Coachful app. It is built for coaches who deliver programs rather than just sessions, for solo coaches growing into a small team, and for anyone replacing four to six separate tools.

How it fits body image work

The core of Coachful is the multi-week program. You set weekly goals and daily tasks, attach habits, and add morning and evening check-ins, so a client who signed up for an eight-week body neutrality program opens the app each day and sees today's prompt, today's practice and the reflection you want them to log. Goals show progress bars and habits keep streaks. For body image work you would usually frame these around behaviours the client controls, such as a daily "one neutral sentence about my body" journal entry or a weekly feed audit, rather than anything to do with weight.

On the coach side, every client record pulls together goals, check-ins, habits, notes, intake answers, tags, payments and sessions, with a status of thriving, active, quiet or at risk. That status is useful in this niche: a client who goes quiet after a hard week is exactly the person you want to message first. An AI briefing per client summarises where they are before you open a call.

Selling: checkout, funnels and the website

Payments run through your own Stripe Connect or Razorpay account, with one-time prices, subscriptions, payment plans, order bumps, coupons, refunds, Apple Pay and Google Pay, and Stripe Tax. Coachful charges a 0% platform fee (since August 2026), so the only deduction is Stripe or Razorpay processing. Each transaction gets an invoice, and you can raise manual invoices too.

The section-based website builder includes a blog, custom domain, SEO settings, 30 designed homepage templates and an option to import an existing site. Booking, application, lead-magnet and checkout funnels support pixels and UTM tracking, and there is a link-in-bio page that sells, which matters if most of your audience finds you on social media. Email lists, broadcasts and multi-step sequences with triggers, delays, branching and A/B splits sit in the same account, so the free "kinder mirror" series and the cohort launch emails do not need a separate tool. See the coach website builder for the template range.

Onboarding and safety

Booking pages accept intake questions, which is where you can ask screening questions before a discovery call. Coaching agreements with e-signature go out before the first call and are stored on the client record, so your scope statement and referral clause are signed, not just mentioned. Coachful is not HIPAA-certified and does not offer a BAA, so it is not the place for clinical records; keep it to coaching notes.

Courses, community and live sessions

Courses support modules, lessons, drip release and completion tracking, alongside downloads, videos, books, AI tools, events and bundles, all delivered into the client's branded home. The community includes a feed, group chat, direct messages and video events. When someone enrolls in a program, a cohort group is created automatically, so each intake gets its own private space instead of one public feed where new and old members mix. Group calls and webinars run on built-in video or auto-created Zoom, Meet or Teams links, with two-way Google, Apple and Outlook calendar sync. Our guides to cohort coaching platforms and community features for coaches go deeper.

Here is a short walkthrough of building a program in Coachful:

AI help you control

Michelle, the built-in AI assistant, works from your live practice data: it can draft a program, write emails, summarise recorded sessions and brief you before calls. Questions and planning are included in your Coachful membership; confirmed builds and changes use AI credits. Separately, the AI Coach is an AI version of you that selected clients can chat with between sessions, configured by you. With a sensitive topic like body image, keep it switched off for anyone you have concerns about and tell clients it is not a crisis line.

Why Coachful stands out: a free white-glove service. From Create, the "We'll build it for you" option lets you describe what you want built, such as a website, a funnel, a sales page, a program, a course outline, an email sequence or a lead quiz, and attach up to 8 reference links and 10 files. The Coachful team builds it inside your own account, usually within about 24 hours. Nothing is invented: no fake credentials, testimonials or prices, and gaps are left for you to fill. It does not cover recording videos, logo design, ad management or ongoing marketing. A menopause and midlife health coach starting from nothing, for example, got a five-page site in sage and cream with every button leading to a free 20-minute consultation. More detail is in our white-glove service write-up.

Where Coachful is weaker

There is no PayPal and no permanent free plan, only a free trial. The client app ships under the Coachful listing with your branding, not under your own App Store account. It is not a course marketplace, so it will not send you buyers, and there are no third-party plugins. The affiliate program tracks links, clicks, conversions and revenue, but you record payouts yourself. The Fitness & Nutrition pack adds calorie targets, progress photos and measurements; most body image coaches will simply leave those features unused. On Trustpilot, Coachful showed 4.5 from 21 reviews when we checked, a small sample. Current plans: Lite: $29/month for up to 5 clients; Solo: $49/month for up to 20 clients; Pro: $99/month with unlimited clients; Studio: $199/month with unlimited clients.

2. Kajabi: strong marketing engine, thinner client delivery

Kajabi homepage on desktop as captured in October 2026
Kajabi's homepage in October 2026.

Kajabi is a course, community, website, funnel and email platform for selling knowledge products. For a body image coach whose business is mostly a signature course plus a launch funnel, it is a capable home.

Where Kajabi earns its place

Everything you need to market a course sits in one account: pages, funnels, email and the course itself, with a community on every plan. As listed in October 2026, Basic costs $179 a month ($143 a month billed annually) for 5 products, 2,500 contacts, one community and one website. Growth is $249 a month ($199 annually) with 50 products and 25,000 contacts, and Pro is $499 a month. There is a 14-day trial; a card is optional, but if you enter one Kajabi places an authorization hold.

Gaps a body image coach will notice

Coaching in Kajabi is built around products and communities, not per-client plans. There are no habits or daily client check-ins, so the reflective daily practice that body image work relies on has to live in a worksheet or a separate app. Basic includes no AI credits and caps you at five products, which a coach with a course, a cohort, a membership, a lead magnet and a workshop hits immediately. Fees matter too: Kajabi Payments in the US costs 2.9% + $0.30 on Basic, and using another processor adds a 2% Kajabi fee on Basic on top of that provider's charges. Public reviewers on Trustpilot gave it 3.4 from 2,347 reviews in October 2026.

Pick it over Coachful if your business is mainly self-paced courses sold through large funnels and you rarely run 1:1 or cohort programs with daily practice.

3. Mighty Networks: a community-first home for members

Mighty Networks homepage on desktop as captured in October 2026
Mighty Networks' homepage in October 2026.

Mighty Networks combines community, courses and events, with member apps that carry the Mighty name. It suits a body image coach whose main product is a large membership.

What members get

Members join spaces, take courses and attend livestreams. On Launch, listed at $95 a month ($79 annually) in October 2026, you get 3 hosts, 10 moderators, 200 GB of storage and 20 hours of livestreaming a month for up to 100 attendees. Scale is $215 a month ($179 annually) with 30 livestream hours for up to 200 attendees. A 14-day trial needs no card and includes Growth plan features. For a calm, topic-based space where people share wins about body talk, that is a lot of community tooling.

The trade-offs

There is no 1:1 scheduling, invoicing or contracts, and no per-client habits, check-ins or private coaching plans. A coach who also sells 1:1 packages will need a booking tool, an agreement tool and somewhere to keep notes. Member apps are Mighty-branded; your own branded app is only on the custom-priced Mighty Pro. Mighty also takes a platform fee on sales: 2% on Launch, 1% on Scale and 0.5% on Growth and Pro, plus Stripe processing. Trustpilot showed 3.3 from 219 reviews in October 2026. For more on running groups well, see our group coaching community guide.

Pick it over Coachful if a large, open membership is the heart of your business and you sell little or no 1:1 coaching.

4. Podia: the simplest storefront on the list

Podia homepage on desktop as captured in October 2026
Podia's homepage in October 2026.

Podia is a straightforward storefront for courses, downloads, webinars, coaching sessions and community. Coaches who want to start selling a body talk workbook and a short course this week will find it easy.

Why coaches like it

It keeps things simple: every plan sells several product types from one storefront. As listed in October 2026, Mover is $49 a month ($42 annually) with 50 products and 25 community spaces, but it charges a 5% Podia fee on sales. Shaker, at $99 a month ($84 annually), drops that fee to 0% and adds an assistant. Earthquaker is $179 a month ($150 annually) with unlimited products. The 14-day trial gives full access without a card. Trustpilot showed 4.1 from 153 reviews in October 2026, one of the better scores here.

What holds it back

Email allowances are small: 100 subscribers on Mover, 500 on Shaker and 1,000 on Earthquaker are included, so a growing free email series will push you up a plan or out to another tool. Podia's profile in our September 2026 notes lists no mobile app and no native video calls. There are no client habits, check-ins or per-client plans, so daily reflections for a cohort have to be emailed or handled elsewhere.

Pick it over Coachful if you mostly sell downloads, a course and the occasional webinar, and want the simplest possible storefront.

5. Practice Better: for coaches inside a clinical team

Practice Better homepage on desktop as captured in October 2026
Practice Better's homepage in October 2026.

Practice Better is practice management software for wellness and nutrition practitioners, covering scheduling, telehealth, charting, billing, programs and a client portal. A body image coach who works alongside a dietitian or therapist may already see it in their referral network.

Strengths in a multidisciplinary setting

Its scheduling, charting and billing will feel familiar to clinicians, and the client portal gives people one place to find forms and sessions. Pricing as listed in October 2026 starts with Sprout at $0 for 3 clients, then Starter at $35 a month ($25 annually) for 10 clients, Professional at $69 a month ($59 annually) for 300 clients, Plus at $99 a month ($89 annually) for unlimited clients, and Team at $155 a month for two practitioners. Trials run 14 days on most paid plans and 30 days on Team.

Limits for a coach who sells online

Evergreen programs, portal branding, a custom URL and SMS only start on Plus, so the real price for a branded program business is $99 a month. Its September 2026 profile lists no website builder or funnel pages, which means a separate site, landing pages and email tool to sell your cohort. There is one practitioner per account below Team, and there is no documented community feed with automatic cohort groups. Trustpilot showed 3.8 from 87 reviews in October 2026.

Pick it over Coachful if you work within a clinical practice that needs charting and telehealth, and selling to the public is someone else's job.

6. Thinkific: course polish, coaching bolted on

Thinkific homepage on desktop as captured in October 2026
Thinkific's homepage in October 2026.

Thinkific is a course platform with communities, memberships and coaching or webinar products. It is a good fit for a coach turning a body image framework into a substantial self-paced course.

Course-side highlights

The product is course-first, and every self-serve plan comes with a 30-day free trial. As listed in October 2026, Start costs $109 a month ($82 annually) for up to 10,000 current students, one community with 10 spaces, 5 live community events and a maximum group size of 50. Grow is $219 a month ($164 annually) with 3 communities. Prices rose about 10% on August 13, 2026, when Start went from $99 to $109. There is no Thinkific transaction fee when you use Thinkific Payments.

Coaching-side gaps

Thinkific's profile in our September 2026 notes says there is no built-in 1:1 scheduling and coaching relies on external booking links. There are no client habits, daily check-ins or per-client plans. A branded mobile app is a $199 a month add-on, which more than doubles the Start price. Third-party Stripe or PayPal gateways carry an extra gateway fee that the pricing page does not quantify. Trustpilot showed 1.8 from 868 reviews in October 2026. Our online course platform comparison covers course tools in more depth.

Pick it over Coachful if a large self-paced course is your main product and live coaching is a small add-on.

7. Teachable: low entry price for a few courses

Teachable homepage on desktop as captured in October 2026
Teachable's homepage in October 2026.

Teachable is a course and digital-product platform with student mobile apps. It is a cheap way to put one or two body image courses online.

The appeal

Starter is listed at $39 a month ($29 annually) in October 2026 with 5 products and students listed as unlimited. Builder costs $89 a month ($69 annually) for 10 products, and Growth is $189 a month for 50 products and 5 admins. Students can learn in Teachable's mobile apps. Plan cards show a 7-day free trial plus a 30-day guarantee.

The fine print

Starter takes a 7.5% platform fee on every sale; only Builder and above drop to 0%. Teachable Payments then charges 2.9% + 30¢ on US cards and 3.9% + 30¢ on international cards. According to its September 2026 profile, there is no native scheduling or calendar sync, so coaching calls rely on separate booking and video tools, and there are no client habits, daily check-ins or per-client plans. Public reviewers on Trustpilot gave it 3.3 from 1,110 reviews in October 2026.

Pick it over Coachful if you only want to sell one or two self-paced courses and are happy to run 1:1 coaching through other tools.

8. Systeme.io: funnels and email for almost nothing

Systeme.io homepage on desktop as captured in October 2026
Systeme.io's homepage in October 2026.

Systeme.io is a low-cost marketing suite with funnels, email, courses, a community, a blog and an affiliate program. For a new body image coach testing a free guide and a first small course, the price is hard to argue with.

Value for a new practice

The Free plan, as listed in October 2026, never expires, needs no card, and includes 2,000 contacts, 3 funnels, 1 course with up to 500 students, a blog and a custom domain. Startup at $17 a month raises that to 5,000 contacts, 10 funnels and 5 courses, Webinar is $47 a month, and Unlimited is $97 a month. There are 0% transaction fees on every plan. Trustpilot showed 4.9 from 8,696 reviews in October 2026, the highest score on this list.

What you will add later

Its September 2026 profile notes no native 1:1 scheduling with client records, habits or check-ins, basic community and course features, and no branded mobile app. That is fine for marketing, but once you run a cohort with daily reflections and private notes, you will be adding a booking tool, an agreement tool and a delivery app, and the low price becomes one line in a longer bill.

Pick it over Coachful if you are pre-launch, mostly need funnels and email, and are not yet delivering coaching programs.

9. Stan Store: selling from your bio link

Stan Store homepage on desktop as captured in October 2026
Stan Store's homepage in October 2026.

Stan Store is a link-in-bio storefront for digital products, courses, memberships and paid calls. Body image coaches with an Instagram or TikTok audience use it to turn followers into buyers quickly.

What it does well

It is built around the link in your social bio, with unlimited products and customers on both plans. Creator is $29 a month ($25 annually) and Creator Pro is $99 a month ($79 annually), as listed in October 2026, with a 14-day trial after which the first month is charged. Stan takes 0% of sales; standard Stripe or PayPal processing applies. Trustpilot showed 4.7 from 2,205 reviews in October 2026.

Where it stops

Email marketing, upsells, discount codes and affiliates are only on Creator Pro. There are no contracts, invoices or client records, so it is not a CRM, and no programs with client tasks, habits or check-ins. No team seats are advertised. It sells the offer well, but delivery and follow-up happen somewhere else.

Pick it over Coachful if your business is small digital products sold from social media and you do not deliver structured programs.

10. Skool: one group, one classroom, one calendar

Skool homepage on desktop as captured in October 2026
Skool's homepage in October 2026.

Skool puts a community, a classroom and a calendar in one group, with gamified leaderboards. It is built for paid groups where the coach posts lessons and runs weekly calls.

Upside for a group program

Members, courses, videos and live calls are unlimited on both plans. As listed in October 2026, Hobby is $9 a month ($7.50 annually) and Pro is $99 a month ($82.50 annually). Payouts arrive weekly in local currency.

Concerns specific to body image work

Leaderboards and points reward visible activity and ranking. For clients working on comparison and self-worth, a public league table can work against the program, so think carefully before turning it on. Payments run only through Skool Payments: Hobby charges 10% + 30¢ on every transaction, while Pro charges 2.9% + 30¢ up to $899 and 3.9% + 30¢ above $900. There is no custom domain website, no funnels, no email automation and no public API, and no 1:1 client records, intake forms, habits or check-ins. Trustpilot showed 1.6 from 54 reviews in October 2026.

Pick it over Coachful if you want one inexpensive paid group with a classroom and you are comfortable with gamification for your audience.

Which features does each platform cover for selling and delivery?

The pattern is clear: course and community tools cover the selling half and part of delivery, while practice tools cover 1:1 delivery but not selling. Only one platform on the list documents both halves plus daily practice. For more on why that matters, read our guide to asynchronous coaching platforms.

What does each platform cost at 5, 15 and 40 clients?

For most of these tools the client count barely changes the price; what changes it is the plan you need for the features, the fees on sales and the tools you add. The table uses monthly billing as listed in October 2026 and picks the cheapest plan that covers a coach selling a cohort, a course and 1:1.

Percentages matter more than they look. As an illustrative example, if a coach sells $4,000 a month of programs, a 5% fee costs $200 a month and a 2% fee costs $80 a month, before card processing. Add a separate booking tool, an e-signature tool and an email tool to a course platform, and the cheapest-looking row on this table is often not the cheapest stack. Our piece on all-in-one coaching platforms shows how to total a stack line by line.

How should you set a price for a body image program?

We do not have a sourced market rate for body image coaching to quote, so work from your own numbers. Start with the hours you will spend per client (calls, message replies, reviewing check-ins), multiply by the hourly figure you need to earn, add the monthly cost of your stack divided by your expected client count, and then test that figure against what your audience has paid for similar programs. For group cohorts, divide your live-call time across the group and price for the seats you are confident you can fill, not the maximum.

How would you build a body image program in Coachful from checkout to community?

A laptop with a client progress page and a tablet with check-in flows on a desk with a hand mirror and journal
Coachful's client My Coaching progress page on a laptop and the coaching flows library with morning and evening check-ins on a tablet.

Here is an example offer built end to end: "Kinder Mirror", an eight-week group program for adults who want to spend less energy on how their body looks. The name, format and steps are illustrative; the features are the ones Coachful documents.

  1. Lead magnet funnel. Build a lead-magnet funnel offering a free five-day body talk reset. People who sign up enter an email sequence: one short lesson a day, then an invitation to the program, using the delays and branching you set.
  2. Application and checkout. Use an application funnel so you can screen before anyone pays, then send accepted applicants to a checkout funnel with a one-time price, a three-part payment plan and an order bump for a self-paced "unfollow and curate" course.
  3. Agreement and intake. On purchase, send the coaching agreement for e-signature. State that coaching is not treatment, list the signs that mean you will recommend a clinician, and describe how community posts are moderated. Intake answers land on the client record.
  4. Program. Set eight weekly goals (for example "notice body talk", "curate your feed", "movement for how it feels"), daily tasks, a daily journaling habit and morning and evening check-ins. Drip the course lessons alongside, one module per week.
  5. Community. Enrollment creates the cohort group automatically. Schedule the weekly live call as a video event, post group guidelines, and use direct messages for anything personal.
  6. Follow-through. Watch client statuses each week and message anyone who slips to quiet or at risk. At week eight, offer an alumni membership on a subscription price.

What mistakes do body image coaches make when choosing a platform?

The most common mistake is picking a tool for how it sells and only later discovering it cannot deliver the daily practice the program promises. A few others come up often:

  • Tracking weight by default. Some platforms, including Coachful's Fitness & Nutrition pack, offer progress photos, measurements and macro targets. Leave those off unless a client's goals and your scope genuinely call for them.
  • Skipping the screening step. Selling straight to checkout with no intake questions means you learn about red flags after the first call, not before.
  • One public feed for everyone. Sensitive shares need small, private groups. A single open community mixes new members with alumni and invites comparison.
  • Gamifying progress. Leaderboards and public streaks can reinforce the comparison habits you are trying to soften.
  • Ignoring percentage fees. A 5% to 10% cut on every sale grows with your success. Read the fee line before the headline price.
  • Stacking five tools. Every extra login is another place a client can get lost, and another bill.
  • No exit plan. Check you can export your client data before you commit. Our guide on protecting coaching data from platform shutdowns lists what to look for.

What is our verdict?

For most body image coaches who sell a mix of 1:1, group programs and courses, Coachful is the best platform, because it is the only option here that runs checkout, signed agreements, daily habits and check-ins, courses and private cohort communities from one login with one branded client app, and it takes no platform fee on sales. Kajabi is the strongest alternative for a course-led business with big funnels, Mighty Networks for a large membership, and Practice Better for a coach embedded in a clinical team. Systeme.io and Stan Store are sensible stepping stones before you deliver programs. If you coach health more broadly, our page for health coaches shows how the same setup applies, and coaches focused on self-worth may also find the confidence coaches page useful.

Frequently asked questions

What is the best platform for body image coaches?

For coaches who sell programs, courses and group cohorts, Coachful is our pick because selling and delivery run in one place, including daily habits and check-ins. If you only sell a self-paced course, Kajabi, Thinkific or Teachable can work. If you mainly run a large membership, Mighty Networks is strong.

Can I run a body image group program without a public community?

Yes. In Coachful, enrolling in a program creates a private cohort group automatically, and you can use group chat, direct messages and video events within it. Most body image coaches prefer this to one open feed because members share more when the group is small and closed.

Is body image coaching the same as eating disorder treatment?

No. Coaching does not diagnose or treat eating disorders or other mental health conditions. If a client shows signs such as fixation on weight, shape or controlling food intake, refer them to a physician or licensed clinician and put your referral approach in your signed agreement.

Is Coachful HIPAA-compliant?

No. Coachful is not HIPAA-certified and does not sign a BAA, so it is not suitable for clinical record-keeping or insurance billing. It is designed for coaching notes, programs and client communication.

What is Coachful's free white-glove service?

Every plan includes a free white-glove build: you describe what you want, such as a website, funnel, program or email sequence, attach references and files, and the Coachful team builds it in your account, usually within about 24 hours. It does not invent credentials, testimonials or prices, and it does not cover recording videos, logo design or ad management.

Do I have to use weight or calorie tracking in Coachful?

No. The Fitness & Nutrition pack includes nutrition targets, progress photos and measurements, but nothing requires you to use them. A body image program can rely entirely on goals, habits, journaling tasks and check-ins.

Which platform is cheapest for a new body image coach?

Systeme.io's Free plan and Practice Better's Sprout plan cost $0 as listed in October 2026, and Skool's Hobby plan is $9 a month with a 10% fee. Cheap entry plans usually mean adding other tools later, so compare the total stack, not just the headline price.

Can clients pay in instalments?

In Coachful, yes: payment plans, subscriptions, order bumps and coupons run through your own Stripe or Razorpay account, with Apple Pay and Google Pay. PayPal is not supported, so if most of your buyers insist on PayPal, check that before you switch.

Can I move my existing course and clients into Coachful?

Yes. Clients, programs and content are imported for you during onboarding, and you can export your full client data as a ZIP later. The website builder also has an Import website option.
