Confidence coaching software that turns every brave step into proof.
Your client climbs a courage ladder one rung at a time, writes the boundary before the conversation and logs every small win as proof. A four-minute weekly review keeps it going between sessions, and you see the whole week before the next one.

Proof logged
Held the “no” about Saturday
Your client plans to say no on Monday and says yes again by Wednesday.
Between sessions there is nothing to plan the step, nothing to rehearse the words and nowhere to write down the times it went well. So the inner critic gets the last word.
The old way
- The brave step is agreed in the session and never put in the diary
- The words for the boundary are made up on the spot, under pressure
- Small wins go unnoticed, so the inner critic keeps the score
- Progress is a feeling, and feelings change by the hour
- Booking, payments and the program live in three more tools
The new way
- Each step sits on a courage ladder, rung 1 to rung 5, with a day and a reminder
- Boundary scripts: who it is with, the sentence and what to say if they push back
- A proof log your client can scroll back through on a hard day
- Confidence rated before and after every step, out of ten
- Sessions, payments, programs and your website run in the same account
The ladder, the scripts, the proof and the life map, in one place you both use.
A courage ladder, one rung at a time
Each brave step sits on a rung from 1, the easiest, to 5, the hardest. Your client names the situation, the step and what they expect, rates their confidence and picks a day. A reminder arrives at 9:00 that morning.
The boundary written down before the conversation
Your client writes who it is with, the exact sentence and what they will say if the other person pushes back. Afterwards they record how the conversation went, and the outcome can go straight onto their wins.
A proof log for the days the critic is loud
Clients log a win, a piece of proof or a moment of gratitude in a few seconds. Proof can be filed against a belief like “If I ask, I am a burden”, and the belief’s evidence count goes up. You celebrate a win with one tap and they hear about it.
A life map built around voice and rest
The edition’s areas are built for this work, from voice and boundaries to visibility and rest, and the client re-scores them every few weeks. One sentence says what they want to be true in 90 days, kept as one of their goals.
Know who is climbing and who has stalled.
Every client on one screen: their review, their ladder and what needs a look. The notes describe what happened, never who the person is.

A short digest reaches you between 17:00 and 22:00 your time, with three names at most. Snooze any note for a week, or mark it resolved.
Clients write honestly when they know who reads it.
The journal belongs to the client. They decide, page by page, what you see.
Your client
Their journal stays theirs
Pages are private unless the client shares one. You see how many pages they wrote, never the words of the rest.
You
What they choose to share
Shared pages, plus the mood and energy trend while their sharing switch is on. They can switch it off again at any time.
Everyone
Plain words, no labels
Attention notes say what happened, like no review last week. Nothing on the page reads as a verdict on the person.
A coaching record, not an assessment.
The nudge arrives on the right morning, so you stop chasing.
Reminders go to the client by push and in the app, in their own time zone, and never between 22:00 and 07:00. Each kind can be switched off per client.
Experiments
At 9:00 on the planned day, and once more the next day if it is still open.
Life map
When a new scoring is due, then once a week, twice at most.
Journal prompt
At the hour the client picks, skipped on a day they already wrote.
90-day intention
A week before the date, and the day after it.
Celebrations
As soon as you celebrate one of their wins.
The weekly review is reminded by your own weekly check-in, the way it already is.
Set up for the clients you actually coach.
An edition sets the life map areas, the journal prompts, the worksheets and a starter program outline. You can change any of it later.

Lena and Grace. Ava sent hers on Sunday and is waiting on your reply.
Everything confidence coaches get, line by line.
The ladder, the scripts, the proof log, your overview and the platform around them.
A courage ladder, one rung at a time
- Five rungs, from the easiest step to the hardest
- The situation, the step, the prediction and a day
- Confidence before and after, out of ten
- A reminder at 9:00 on the day, and once more the next day if it is still open
- Done and open steps counted on the ladder
- You propose a step, the client accepts it
The boundary written down before the conversation
- Who it is with, the sentence, and the words if they push back
- How the conversation went, recorded afterwards
- Add the outcome to the wins list in one tap
- Confidence before and after, out of ten
- You can propose a script, and the client accepts it
A proof log for the days the critic is loud
- Win, proof or gratitude, logged in a few seconds
- Wins typed into the weekly review land on the same list
- One tap to celebrate, and the client gets a notification
- A photo can go with a win
- File a win as evidence against a belief that holds them back
- Archived by mistake? Undo it, or restore it within 90 days
A life map built around voice and rest
- Eight areas per edition, renamed or swapped as the client likes
- Re-scored every four weeks by default, with a reminder when it is due
- Each area against its last score, plus a trend line
- A 90-day intention kept as one of the client’s goals
- A reminder a week before the 90 days are up
A weekly review inside the check-in you already send
The review is a step in your weekly check-in, so clients finish it in the same few minutes as everything else. Four parts: the week’s wins, the lesson, next week’s focus and one word. You reply where you already reply to weekly reflections.
- The week’s wins, the lesson, next week’s focus and one word
- A step in your existing weekly check-in, never a separate form
- Weekly or every other week, set per client
- Marked as waiting on your reply after 48 hours
- Clients can open and edit their review from their own page
A private journal with your prompts in it
A prompt from the set you assign shows up in the client’s own journal, and a reminder can arrive at the hour they pick. Pages stay private unless the client shares one. If they choose to share their mood and energy tags, you see the trend.
- Four ready-made prompt sets of thirty prompts each
- Write your own set and assign it to a client
- A reminder at the client’s own hour, skipped on a day they already wrote
- You read only the pages they share, and a count of the rest
- A mood and energy trend, only while the client shares it
Values, and the beliefs that get in the way
Clients sort twenty value cards down to five. Beliefs go on a board with what each one costs, the evidence for and against, and a reframe in the client’s own words. You can draft a reframe beside theirs, and each belief moves from active to testing to released.
- Sort twenty values down to five, with the history kept
- Belief, cost, evidence for and evidence against
- The client’s reframe, with your draft beside it
- Active, testing, released
- Wins filed as evidence count against the belief
Who needs you this week, on one screen
The overview shows every client with their review state and a mood row: who submitted, who is waiting on your reply and who went quiet. Attention notes name what happened, like no review last week or an area that dropped three points.
- A card per client with their review state and mood row
- A clients table with a Last entry column you can sort
- Ten attention rules, from a missed review to a belief untested for three weeks
- Snooze a note for a week, or mark it resolved
- An evening digest with three names at most
- Two optional widgets for your coach home
The rest of a confidence coaching business, in the same account
The power-up sits inside Coachful, so the practice around it is already there: booking pages with calendar sync, built-in video or Zoom, Meet and Teams links, coaching agreements with e-signature, payments through Stripe or Razorpay, programs and group programs, a website with funnels, and the client app with your branding.
- Booking pages with availability rules and two-way Google, Apple and Outlook sync
- Built-in video, or Zoom, Google Meet and Teams links created for you
- Coaching agreements with e-signature, sent before the first call
- One-time payments, subscriptions and payment plans, with a 0% platform fee
- Group programs that create a cohort group with a feed, group chat and group calls
- A section-based website with a blog and booking, application and checkout funnels
- An iOS and Android client app with your branding, inside the Coachful app
Know the edges before you move clients over.
Three things the power-up does not do, so nothing surprises you in week one.
You never read a private page
There is no switch for that, by design. You see the pages a client shares and a count of the rest.
It is a coaching record
Scores, moods and beliefs are what the client reports. Nothing in it is a test, a score of the person or an assessment.
Built for one-to-one records
Each review, journal and life map belongs to one client. Group programs run beside it with their own chat and calls.
