Best Platform for Breathwork Coaches: 12 Ranked and Reviewed

Best Platform for Breathwork Coaches: 12 Ranked and Reviewed

The best platform for breathwork coaches is the one that lets a client find you, pay, sign your agreement, join a live session, practise daily between sessions and stay in your community, all without you stitching five tools together. Breathwork is a practice business. Clients get results from what they do on the days you are not in the room, so the deciding question is simple: where does the daily practice live, and does the same platform also sell it?

Our pick is Coachful, because it carries a breathwork client from checkout through a multi-week program with daily habits, morning and evening check-ins, live group sessions and a community, under one login and one branded client app. We make Coachful, so weigh that, and read the honest "pick it over Coachful if" line at the end of every other entry. Kajabi, Mighty Networks and Podia follow, each strong at one part of the journey.

Below you will find the four stages of a breathwork client journey and what each needs, a stage-by-tool coverage table, twelve ranked reviews, a feature matrix, stack recipes priced at 5, 15 and 40 clients, a worked offer built end to end, migration tips and a short FAQ. Vendor prices are as listed in October 2026.

What does a breathwork coach's client journey need from a platform?

It needs four things in order: a way to attract people who have never breathed with you, a clean way to enroll them safely, a place to deliver practice and live sessions, and a reason for them to keep coming back. Most platforms cover one or two of these well. The gaps are where breathwork coaches end up paying for extra tools and losing clients between them.

Attract: free sessions, a lead magnet and a website

Breathwork sells through experience. A free 20-minute guided session, a downloadable morning breath routine or a short email series is usually the first step. You need a website with your own domain, a landing page or funnel that captures an email, and an email tool that can send a sequence after someone opts in. Keep testimonials honest; the US Federal Trade Commission's guidance on endorsements says they must reflect real experiences and not mislead.

Enroll: checkout, intake screening and an agreement

This is the stage most course tools skip. Intense breathwork is not suitable for everyone, so enrollment should include intake questions that screen for things like pregnancy, epilepsy, heart or blood pressure conditions, recent surgery, or a history of panic attacks or psychosis, plus a signed coaching agreement that states your scope. Checkout should handle one-time payments, subscriptions and payment plans. Our guide on how to start a breathwork coaching business covers the agreement and screening in more depth.

Deliver: programs, live sessions and recorded practices

Typical breathwork offers include a 6-week foundations program, a monthly live group journey, 1:1 sessions for stress or performance, a self-paced course of recorded practices, and workplace workshops. Delivery means a program structure with weekly content, a video room or meeting link for live sessions, and a place to host recordings. If you teach a mix of techniques, our pieces on somatic breathwork approaches and breathwork protocols for focus show how coaches structure them.

Retain: daily practice, check-ins and community

Breath practice is a habit. Clients who log a daily practice, answer a short morning or evening check-in and see other members practising tend to stay longer than clients who only watch videos. That is a reasonable expectation rather than a measured statistic, but it is the logic behind ranking between-session delivery so highly here. Retention also needs a membership or subscription option and a community where you can post the next live date.

A note on scope. Breathwork coaching is not medical or psychological treatment. Coaches support practice and wellbeing; they do not diagnose or treat anxiety, trauma, respiratory or heart conditions. When a client reports symptoms like these, or a history that your intake flags, refer them to a doctor or licensed mental health professional and ask them to clear intense techniques before continuing.

Thinking of launching your coaching business?

Answer a few questions and Coachful builds it around you: your website, programs, booking and payments. Ready in minutes.

Build your platform

Which platform covers each stage of the breathwork client journey?

Coachful is the only platform in this list that covers all four stages natively, including daily habits and check-ins. We ranked on four criteria, in this order of weight:

Ranking criteria: one login for the whole client journey, between-session delivery (habits, check-ins, programs), total cost of the stack you would actually need, and setup effort, including whether someone will build it for you.

1. Coachful: the whole breathwork client journey in one login

A laptop showing an enrolled group program and a tablet showing check-in flows on a low table beside a meditation cushion and singing bowl
Coachful's client Programs view on a laptop and its morning and evening check-in flows on a tablet, beside a meditation cushion and a singing bowl.

Coachful is a coaching platform where one subscription covers booking, payments, contracts, program delivery with habits and check-ins, courses, a community, a website with funnels and email, and an AI assistant. The coach has one login; the client gets one app in the coach's branding. It is built for coaches who deliver programs rather than single sessions, which describes most breathwork businesses once they move past drop-in classes.

For a breathwork coach, the stand-out is between-session delivery. A multi-week program can carry weekly goals, daily tasks and habits, so "10 minutes of coherent breathing after waking" becomes a habit the client ticks off, with a streak. Morning and evening check-ins let you ask how a client slept or how settled they feel, and the client record collects those answers next to their goals, notes, intake answers, payments and sessions. Each client gets a status of thriving, active, quiet or at risk, so you can see who has stopped practising before they quietly cancel.

Selling and enrolling. Booking pages support availability rules, buffers, minimum notice and time-zone detection, with two-way Google, Apple/iCloud and Outlook calendar sync. Intake questions on booking are where your breathwork screening goes. Coaching agreements with e-signature are sent before the first call and stored on the client record. Payments run through your own Stripe Connect or Razorpay account: one-time, subscriptions, payment plans, order bumps, coupons, refunds, Apple Pay and Google Pay, with Stripe Tax. Coachful has charged a 0% platform fee since August 2026, so you pay only Stripe or Razorpay processing.

Delivering live and recorded practice. Sessions can use built-in video or auto-created Zoom, Meet or Teams links. Group calls, webinars and video events suit a monthly live breath journey. Courses support modules, lessons, drip and completion tracking, so a self-paced library of recorded practices sits next to the live program. Reminders go by email, and by SMS 24 hours and WhatsApp 1 hour before a session once messaging is enabled, which helps with no-shows for early-morning sessions.

Keeping clients in the practice. Enrolling in a program automatically creates a cohort group, so a 6-week foundations cohort has its own space from day one. The wider community feed, group chat and direct messages give monthly members a reason to stay. Email lists, broadcasts and multi-step sequences with triggers, delays, branching and A/B splits handle the re-engagement side. Remember that commercial email has rules; the FTC's CAN-SPAM compliance guide is a good checklist.

Attracting new clients. The section-based website builder includes a blog, custom domain, SEO settings and 30 designed homepage templates, including several wellness designs. Booking, application, lead-magnet and checkout funnels support pixels and UTM tracking, and a link-in-bio page can sell directly from social profiles.

Michelle and the AI Coach. Michelle, the built-in AI assistant, works from your live practice data: it can draft a program, write emails, summarize recorded sessions and brief you before a session. Questions and planning are included in your Coachful membership; confirmed builds and changes use AI credits. Separately, you can configure an AI Coach, an AI version of you that selected clients can chat with between sessions.

Here is a short walkthrough of how programs are built:

Why Coachful stands out: a free white-glove service. On every plan, you can open Create, choose "We'll build it for you", and describe what you want: a website, a funnel, a program, a course outline, an email sequence, a lead quiz or an event page. You can attach up to 8 reference links and up to 10 files such as your logo, photos and existing copy. The Coachful team builds it inside your own account, usually within about 24 hours. Nothing is invented: no fake credentials, testimonials or prices; gaps are left for you to fill. It does not include recording your practice videos, logo design or running ads. One recent build was for a somatic coach leaving Kajabi, who had their homepage and About page rebuilt and their contact form connected. Read more about the free white-glove service.

Coachful Create page with the We'll build it for you card
Coachful's Create page, where the "We'll build it for you" card starts a white-glove build request.

What Coachful does not do. It is not HIPAA-certified and offers no BAA, so it is not for clinical record-keeping or insurance billing. There is no PayPal and no permanent free plan. The client app ships under the Coachful listing with your branding, not under your own App Store account. There is no Garmin, Fitbit, Whoop or Oura sync, so heart-rate or HRV data from wearables will not flow in. Coachful is also not a course marketplace, so it will not send you buyers the way a marketplace would.

Pricing. Plans are flat monthly fees; lower plans cap the number of clients, Pro is unlimited, and team plans add coach seats (current plans: Lite: $29/month for up to 5 clients; Solo: $49/month for up to 20 clients; Pro: $99/month with unlimited clients; Studio: $199/month with unlimited clients). Monthly plans cancel in one click, and a free trial is available. On Trustpilot, Coachful shows 4.5 from 21 reviews.

Who it is for: breathwork coaches who sell programs, cohorts or memberships and want clients practising daily between sessions, especially those currently paying for a course tool, a booking tool and an email tool separately. Also see Coachful for health coaches and for spiritual coaches if your work overlaps either.

2. Is Kajabi worth it for a breathwork course business?

Kajabi homepage in October 2026, showing its headline offer and main navigation
Kajabi's homepage in October 2026.

Kajabi is worth it if your breathwork business is mainly courses and a paid community sold through funnels, and you have the audience to justify the price. It is a mature course, community, website, funnel and email platform for selling knowledge products, and many wellness creators use it to sell recorded practice libraries.

As listed in October 2026, Basic costs $179/month ($143/month billed annually) and includes 5 products, 2,500 contacts, 1 community, 1 website and no AI credits. Growth is $249/month ($199 annually) with 50 products and 25,000 contacts. Pro is $499/month ($399 annually). Kajabi Payments in the US charges 2.9% + $0.30 on Basic, falling slightly on higher plans; using another processor adds a Kajabi fee of 2% on Basic, 1% on Growth or 0.5% on Pro. The standard trial is 14 days; a card is optional, and if entered, Kajabi places an authorization hold.

Where it falls short for breathwork is the individual client. Kajabi treats coaching as products and communities, not per-client plans, and it has no habit tracking or daily client check-ins. You can host a 6-week program as a course, but you cannot see that one client has not practised since Tuesday. The 5-product cap on Basic also fills up quickly if you sell separate programs, a membership, a free session and a workshop recording. On Trustpilot, Kajabi showed 3.4 from 2,347 reviews in October 2026.

Pick it over Coachful if your revenue is mostly self-paced courses sold to a large email list, you rarely work 1:1, and you want Kajabi's long-established funnel and course ecosystem.

3. Mighty Networks, for a breath community that meets live

Mighty Networks homepage in October 2026, showing its headline offer and main navigation
Mighty Networks' homepage in October 2026.

Breathwork lends itself to live group practice, and Mighty Networks is built around community, courses and events with livestreaming included. If your core offer is a membership where people gather weekly to breathe together, it fits that shape well.

  • Price, October 2026: Launch $95/month ($79 annually) with 3 hosts and livestreaming of 20 hours a month for up to 100 attendees; Scale $215/month ($179 annually) with 30 livestream hours and 200 attendees; Growth $354/month billed annually.
  • Fees: a Mighty platform fee of 2% on Launch, 1% on Scale and 0.5% on Growth and Mighty Pro, plus Stripe processing.
  • Trial: 14 days, no credit card, with Growth features included.
  • Apps: members use Mighty-branded apps; your own branded apps come only with custom-priced Mighty Pro.

The gaps sit on either side of the community. There is no 1:1 scheduling, invoicing or contracts, so private sessions and signed agreements need other tools. There are no per-client habits, check-ins or private coaching plans. And while you can post course content, you are not tracking each member's daily practice. Public reviewers on Trustpilot gave it 3.3 from 219 reviews in October 2026.

Pick it over Coachful if your business is a large membership community with frequent livestreams, 1:1 work is rare, and community discussion matters more than individual practice tracking.

4. Podia: simple storefront, light on practice tracking

Podia homepage in October 2026, showing its headline offer and main navigation
Podia's homepage in October 2026.

Podia suits the breathwork coach who wants to sell a few things quickly: a recorded course, a downloadable practice guide, a webinar and some coaching sessions, all from one simple storefront with a community attached.

Mover costs $49/month ($42 annually) but charges a 5% Podia transaction fee. Shaker, at $99/month ($84 annually), drops the fee to 0% and allows 150 products and 500 email subscribers. Earthquaker is $179/month ($150 annually) with unlimited products and 1,000 email subscribers. Stripe or PayPal processing applies on top. Podia's 14-day trial gives full access without a card, as listed in October 2026.

Those email allowances are the catch. A breathwork coach who grows through free sessions and a lead magnet can pass 500 subscribers fast, and the top plan includes only 1,000. Our September 2026 profile also found no mobile app and no native video calls, so live sessions run on an outside meeting tool. Like most course platforms, it has no client habits, check-ins or per-client plans. Trustpilot showed 4.1 from 153 reviews in October 2026.

Pick it over Coachful if you mainly sell a small catalogue of digital products and recordings, your list is small, and you want the simplest possible store with no program structure.

5. Where does Thinkific fit for breathwork teachers?

Thinkific homepage in October 2026, showing its headline offer and main navigation
Thinkific's homepage in October 2026.

Thinkific fits breathwork teachers who run a structured course or facilitator-style training with many students. It is a course platform with communities, memberships and live community events, and it raised prices by about 10% on August 13, 2026.

Start is now $109/month ($82 annually) with 2 admins, one community and 5 live community events. Grow is $219/month ($164 annually) and Expand $499/month ($374 annually). Thinkific charges 0% transaction fee when you use its own payments, which it describes as in line with other processors at 2.9%; third-party gateways carry an extra per-plan fee that the pricing page does not list. There is a 30-day free trial on every self-serve plan.

For 1:1 work, our September 2026 profile found no built-in scheduling; coaching relies on external booking links. There are no client habits, daily check-ins or per-client plans. A branded mobile app is a $199/month add-on, which pushes the realistic cost of a branded experience well past the entry price. Public reviewers are harsh: Trustpilot showed 1.8 from 868 reviews in October 2026.

Pick it over Coachful if you are building a large, multi-module breathwork course or a training curriculum for hundreds of students and do not need per-client practice tracking.

6. Practice Better: practitioner tools with a clinical lean

Practice Better homepage in October 2026, showing its headline offer and main navigation
Practice Better's homepage in October 2026.

Practice Better is practice management for wellness and nutrition practitioners: scheduling, telehealth, charting, billing, programs and a client portal. Breathwork coaches who also hold a clinical or allied-health credential sometimes prefer it because charting is built in.

Its plan ladder is client-based. Sprout is free for 3 clients. Starter is $35/month ($25 annually) for 10 clients, Professional $69/month ($59 annually) for 300 clients, Plus $99/month ($89 annually) for unlimited clients, and Team $155/month for two practitioners. Trials run 14 days, or 30 on Team. The catch for a program business is that evergreen programs, portal branding, a custom URL and SMS start on Plus, so the realistic price for a branded breathwork program is the $99 tier.

Marketing is the gap. Our September 2026 profile found no website builder or funnel pages, so attracting clients happens elsewhere. There is one practitioner per account below Team, and the community side is thin compared with a membership platform. On Trustpilot it showed 3.8 from 87 reviews in October 2026.

Pick it over Coachful if you work in a clinical or allied-health setting and need charting and telehealth-style records more than a website, funnels and community.

7. Paperbell, the one-price admin pick for 1:1 breathwork

Paperbell homepage in October 2026, showing its headline offer and main navigation
Paperbell's homepage in October 2026.

Paperbell is admin for solo coaches: booking, packages, payments, contracts, a client portal and a simple website, all for one price. A breathwork coach selling 1:1 packages of six sessions will find the setup quick.

Its single plan costs $97/month or $970 a year, as listed in October 2026, with unlimited clients, sessions, files and packages. The pricing page lists a coaching website, scheduling, payments and packages, client portal, contracts, email workflows, forms, group coaching, video call integration, notes, digital downloads and online classes, and says there are no additional transaction fees beyond Stripe or PayPal processing. There is a 30-day money-back guarantee; the trial length is not stated on the pricing page.

Delivery between sessions is limited. Our September 2026 profile found no full course builder, community, goal or habit tracking, and no native mobile app, so clients use a mobile browser. For breathwork, that means the daily practice and the group space live somewhere else. Trustpilot showed 3.5 from 14 reviews in October 2026.

Pick it over Coachful if you only sell 1:1 session packages, never run cohorts or a community, and like a single flat price with nothing to configure.

8. Teachable for recorded breath practice libraries

Teachable homepage in October 2026, showing its headline offer and main navigation
Teachable's homepage in October 2026.

A library of recorded practices (morning energizers, wind-down sessions, a box-breathing series) is a natural Teachable product. It is a course and digital-product platform with student mobile apps, so learners can follow along from a phone.

  1. Starter: $39/month ($29 annually), 5 products, with a 7.5% platform fee on sales.
  2. Builder: $89/month ($69 annually), 10 products, 0% platform fee.
  3. Growth: $189/month ($139 annually), 50 products and 5 admins.

Teachable Payments processing is 2.9% + 30¢ for US cards and 3.9% + 30¢ internationally, with a $15 chargeback fee. Plan cards show a 7-day free trial plus a 30-day guarantee, as listed in October 2026.

The 7.5% fee on Starter makes Builder the realistic entry point for anyone selling regularly. Our September 2026 profile found no native scheduling or calendar sync, so live sessions depend on separate booking and meeting tools, and there are no client habits, check-ins or per-client plans. Trustpilot showed 3.3 from 1,110 reviews in October 2026.

Pick it over Coachful if your product is purely recorded courses, you want students on Teachable's apps, and live or 1:1 work is not part of the business.

9. Kartra: a marketing suite that happens to host memberships

Kartra homepage in October 2026, showing its headline offer and main navigation
Kartra's homepage in October 2026.

Kartra is an all-in-one marketing suite: pages, funnels, email and SMS, memberships, calendars and a helpdesk. A breathwork coach with heavy launch campaigns and a strong marketing habit will find plenty of tools here.

As listed in October 2026, Essentials costs $59/month ($52 annually) but caps contacts at 500, allows one membership and charges a 5% transaction fee. Starter is $119/month ($99 annually) with 2,500 contacts, unlimited pages, products and memberships, unlimited email and SMS and 0% fee. Growth is $229/month ($189 annually) and Professional $549/month ($429 annually). There is a 14-day free trial and a 30-day money-back guarantee.

The coaching side is thin: no client habits, check-ins or per-client plans. Our September 2026 profile found no mobile app for students or admins, and noted that funnels and memberships are not portable to other platforms, which matters if you ever move. On Trustpilot it showed 3.2 from 129 reviews in October 2026.

Pick it over Coachful if marketing automation, SMS campaigns and launch funnels are the centre of your business and you are comfortable delivering practice through basic membership pages.

10. Stan Store, if Instagram is your front door

Stan Store homepage in October 2026, showing its headline offer and main navigation
Stan Store's homepage in October 2026.

Many breathwork coaches grow on Instagram and TikTok, and Stan Store is a link-in-bio storefront for selling digital products, courses, memberships and paid calls straight from a profile link.

Creator is $29/month ($25 annually) and Creator Pro $99/month ($79 annually), both with unlimited products and customers and 0% Stan fee; standard Stripe or PayPal processing applies. Email marketing, upsells, discount codes and affiliates are only on Creator Pro. There is a 14-day trial, and the first month is charged when it ends, as listed in October 2026.

It is a store, not a coaching platform. There are no contracts, invoices or client records, no programs with client tasks, habits or check-ins, and no team seats advertised. It works as a front door; the practice itself has to live elsewhere. Trustpilot showed 4.7 from 2,205 reviews in October 2026.

Pick it over Coachful if you sell low-priced recordings and paid calls to a social audience and do not yet run programs or need client records.

11. Skool: cheap community, strict limits

Skool homepage in October 2026, showing its headline offer and main navigation
Skool's homepage in October 2026.

Skool puts a community, a classroom and a calendar in one group, with gamified leaderboards that some coaches use to reward practice streaks informally. For a breathwork group that mostly talks, posts and meets on calls, the entry price is very low.

Hobby costs $9/month ($7.50 annually) but takes 10% + 30¢ on every transaction. Pro is $99/month ($82.50 annually) with 2.9% + 30¢ up to $899 and 3.9% + 30¢ above $900. Fees are non-refundable, and payments run only through Skool Payments, with weekly payouts. The trial length and card requirement were not stated on the pricing page in October 2026.

The limits are firm: no custom-domain website, funnels, email automation or public API, and no 1:1 client records, intake forms, habits or check-ins. That means no place for breathwork screening questions or a signed agreement. Trustpilot showed 1.6 from 54 reviews in October 2026.

Pick it over Coachful if you want a low-cost discussion community with a classroom, already market elsewhere, and do not need intake, agreements or individual practice tracking.

12. Systeme.io, the free starting point

Systeme.io homepage in October 2026, showing its headline offer and main navigation
Systeme.io's homepage in October 2026.

Systeme.io is a low-cost marketing suite with funnels, email, courses, a community, a blog and an affiliate program. Its free plan never expires and needs no card, which makes it a common first platform for a coach testing a free breathwork lead magnet.

The free plan includes 2,000 contacts, 3 funnels, 1 course and 500 students. Startup is $17/month, Webinar $47/month and Unlimited $97/month. There is a 0% transaction fee on every plan, with Stripe or PayPal processing only, as listed in October 2026.

Our September 2026 profile found no native 1:1 scheduling with client records, habits or check-ins, basic community and course features, and no branded mobile app. That makes it a reasonable funnel-and-email starter but a weak home for a practice-based program. Trustpilot showed 4.9 from 8,696 reviews in October 2026.

Pick it over Coachful if you have no paying clients yet and want to test a funnel and email sequence at zero cost before choosing a coaching platform.

What does each stack cost at 5, 15 and 40 clients?

An all-in-one platform is usually cheaper than an assembled stack once you add booking, contracts and community to a course tool. The table below compares Coachful with four realistic assembled stacks built only from tools in this list, at monthly list prices in October 2026, before payment processing.

StackWhat it covers5 clients15 clients40 clientsStill missing

These are worked examples, not quotes. Two costs do not show in the table. The first is time: every assembled stack means two logins for you and two for your client, with no shared record of who practised and who paid. The second is the meeting tool; several of these stacks need a separate video tool for live sessions, and its price depends on the tool you choose.

Recipe A: all-in-one

One Coachful account. Website and lead-magnet funnel bring people in, checkout and agreement enroll them, a program with daily habits and check-ins delivers the practice, and the cohort group plus community keep them. The client sees one branded app throughout.

Recipe B: course tool plus admin tool

Kajabi or Thinkific for recorded practices and community, Paperbell for 1:1 packages and contracts. This works when 1:1 and group clients rarely overlap. Expect to copy client details between systems and to track practice adherence by hand, or not at all.

Recipe C: community-first

Mighty Networks or Skool as the home for live group breathwork, with a separate booking and contract tool. Strong for a large membership; weak for screening and individual follow-up, which matter more in breathwork than in most niches.

Coachful's funnels list on a laptop and the monthly sessions calendar on a tablet, next to a sand timer and a linen eye pillow.
  1. Attract. Publish a website from one of the wellness templates, then create a lead-magnet funnel offering a free recorded wind-down practice. A three-email sequence follows the opt-in, ending with an invitation to a free live group session booked through a booking funnel.
  2. Checkout. Create the program offer with a one-time price and a payment-plan option through your Stripe Connect account. Add an order bump for a recorded practice library sold as a course.
  3. Onboarding. Add intake questions covering pregnancy, epilepsy, heart and blood pressure conditions, recent surgery and any history of panic attacks or psychosis. Send your coaching agreement for e-signature before the first live session. A welcome flow introduces the program and the community.
  4. Program. Build six weeks with a weekly goal (for example, "slow your exhale to twice your inhale"), daily tasks linking to that week's recorded practice, and a habit for daily practice with a streak. Morning and evening check-ins ask for a sleep and calm rating. Schedule six live group sessions with built-in video and automatic reminders.
  5. Community. Enrollment creates the cohort group automatically. Post the week's focus there, answer questions in group chat, and invite graduates into a monthly membership in the wider community feed.
  6. Review. Before each live session, ask Michelle for a briefing. After week two, check which clients have moved to quiet or at risk and send a short personal message.

If building this feels like a weekend you do not have, describe the offer in a white-glove build request and attach your logo and copy. For group mechanics, our guides to cohort coaching platforms and group coaching software go further.

How do you move a breathwork practice from another platform?

Move in stages, starting with what clients touch least, and keep the old platform running until the first cohort on the new one finishes. A few practical points:

  • Export first. Download your contact list, client notes, purchase history and course videos before you cancel anything. Our article on protecting coaching data from platform shutdowns lists what to keep.
  • Let the team import it. In Coachful, clients, programs and content are imported for you during onboarding, and the white-glove service can rebuild your website or a sales page.
  • Re-host recordings. Breathwork libraries are mostly video. Plan time to re-upload practices and check they play well on a phone, since many clients practise lying down with a phone beside them.
  • Move subscriptions carefully. Active memberships tied to another platform's payment system usually cannot be transferred directly. Ask members to re-subscribe at a renewal date, and give them a clear reason, such as the new daily practice tracker.
  • Keep an exit route. Whatever you choose, confirm you can export. Coachful exports full client data as a ZIP (roster, notes, check-ins, goals, habits, sessions, form responses) and exports courses.

For a wider checklist before committing, see how to choose an online coaching platform, or compare options side by side on our comparison hub.

Which is the best platform for breathwork coaches?

Coachful is the best platform for breathwork coaches who sell programs, cohorts or memberships, because it is the only option here that sells the offer, screens and contracts the client, delivers live and recorded practice, and tracks the daily habit in one place. Kajabi is the strongest alternative for a course-led business with a large list, and Mighty Networks for a livestream-heavy community. Paperbell suits a 1:1-only practice, Practice Better a clinically oriented one, and Systeme.io a coach with no paying clients yet.

Whatever you choose, keep the practice safe: screen at intake, state your scope in a signed agreement, and refer out when a client's history calls for it. For neighbouring niches, see our rankings for yoga teachers and the broader all-in-one coaching platform guide.

Frequently asked questions

What is the best platform for breathwork coaches?

For coaches who run programs and want clients practising daily, Coachful ranks first because it combines checkout, agreements, booking, programs with habits and check-ins, courses and community under one login. Kajabi and Mighty Networks are strong for course-led and community-led businesses respectively. If you only sell 1:1 packages, Paperbell is a simpler fit.

Can I run live group breathwork sessions online?

Yes. Coachful supports built-in video, auto-created Zoom, Meet or Teams links, group calls and webinars. Mighty Networks includes livestreaming hours on each plan, and Skool includes live calls. Course tools like Teachable and Podia generally rely on an outside meeting tool.

How do I screen breathwork clients before they start?

Add intake questions at booking or enrollment that ask about pregnancy, epilepsy, heart or blood pressure conditions, recent surgery and any history of panic attacks or psychosis. Pair this with a signed agreement that states breathwork coaching is not treatment. If answers raise concerns, ask the client to get clearance from their doctor before intense practices.

Is breathwork coaching a medical service?

No. Breathwork coaching supports practice and wellbeing; it does not diagnose or treat medical or mental health conditions. Refer clients to a doctor or licensed mental health professional when they report symptoms or a history outside your scope. Coachful is not HIPAA-certified, so it is not for clinical record-keeping.

What is Coachful's free white-glove service?

It is a done-for-you build included on every Coachful plan. You describe a website, funnel, program, course outline or email sequence, attach references and files, and the team builds it in your account, usually within about 24 hours. It leaves gaps for you rather than inventing credentials, testimonials or prices, and it does not include recording videos or running ads.

Can clients track a daily breath practice in the app?

In Coachful, yes: you set a daily practice as a habit with a streak, add morning and evening check-ins, and see results on each client's record. None of the course or community platforms in this list document per-client habit tracking. Coachful does not sync with Garmin, Fitbit, Whoop or Oura, so wearable HRV data is not imported.

Do any of these platforms take a cut of my sales?

Some do. As listed in October 2026, Podia Mover takes 5%, Teachable Starter 7.5%, Kartra Essentials 5%, Mighty Networks 0.5% to 2%, and Skool Hobby 10% + 30¢. Kajabi adds a fee when you use a processor other than Kajabi Payments. Coachful charges a 0% platform fee, leaving only Stripe or Razorpay processing.

Can I sell a breathwork membership with a monthly subscription?

Yes, most platforms here support recurring payments. In Coachful, subscriptions run through your own Stripe Connect or Razorpay account, and members get the community, events and any courses you bundle. Pair the membership with a monthly live session so members have a reason to stay.

Which platform is cheapest for a new breathwork coach?

Systeme.io's free plan and Practice Better's free Sprout plan cost nothing to start, though each covers only part of the journey. Skool Hobby is $9/month but takes 10% of sales. Compare against Coachful's entry plan (Lite: $29/month for up to 5 clients), which covers the whole journey without extra tools.

Will my clients get my own branded app?

In Coachful, clients use the Coachful app in your branding; it is not published under your own App Store account. Thinkific sells a branded app as an add-on, and Mighty Networks offers your own apps only on custom-priced Mighty Pro.
