The 5 Best Platform for Communication Skills Coaches, Compared

The best platform for communication skills coaches is the one that lets a client buy a speaking program, sign the agreement, book sessions, practise between calls and rehearse with a cohort, all behind one login. Communication coaching lives or dies on repetition: a client who records a two-minute pitch every day for six weeks improves more visibly than one who only shows up for a weekly call. So the real question is not "which tool hosts videos?" but "which tool carries the client from checkout through daily practice without handing them off to four other apps?"
Our pick is Coachful. It puts checkout, contracts, booking, multi-week programs with daily check-ins, courses, a cohort community and your website in one subscription, with one branded app for the client. We make Coachful, so weigh that, and read the honest limits further down. Kajabi, Mighty Networks, Podia and Skool each win in narrower situations, and we say exactly when you should pick them instead.
This guide covers what communication coaches actually sell online, an at-a-glance comparison, a section on each platform, a feature matrix, costs at 5, 15 and 40 clients, a worked setup and the mistakes we see most often. If you are still defining the niche itself, start with what communication skills coaching is and come back.
What do communication skills coaches sell online?
Most communication coaches sell a mix of private coaching, structured programs and group practice. The platform has to handle all three because the client journey usually moves from one into the next.
Here are offer shapes that fit the niche well. Treat the formats as examples to adapt, not a fixed menu:
- A six-week public speaking program. Weekly 1:1 calls, a daily two-minute recording task, a morning check-in on nerves and an evening reflection on what went well.
- An executive presence cohort. Eight to twelve managers, a group call every week, a shared feed for posting rehearsal clips and peer feedback, plus a short course on structuring messages.
- A difficult conversations course. A self-paced course with scripts, worksheets and role-play prompts, sold on its own or as an entry product into coaching. The nonviolent communication framework is a common backbone.
- An interview and pitch intensive. Two or three paid sessions with intake questions about the role or the audience, a prep worksheet and a debrief.
- A practice membership. A monthly subscription with a live practice night, a library of drills and a community where members share progress.
- Corporate team workshops. A group program for a client company, with private cohort space and invoices to the company.
Public speaking anxiety is common enough to have its own name, glossophobia, and much of this work is behavioural: rehearse, get feedback, repeat. That is why between-session delivery matters more here than in many niches. A platform that only sells and hosts content leaves the practice loop to email and memory. For the coaching skills behind these offers, see communication skills in coaching.
One scope note: communication coaching is not speech therapy or anxiety treatment. If a client shows signs of a speech, voice or language disorder, refer them to a speech-language pathologist (see this overview of speech-language pathology for what those professionals treat). If fear of speaking is severe or tied to broader anxiety, suggest a licensed mental health professional alongside or instead of coaching.
Which platforms are best for communication skills coaches at a glance?
Ranking criteria in one line: how much of selling and delivery runs behind one login, how well the platform supports practice between sessions, total cost of the stack, and how much setup effort it takes to launch.
| Platform | Best for | Entry price | Platform fee on sales | Between-session practice |
|---|---|---|---|---|
| Coachful | Coaches selling programs, cohorts and courses with 1:1 sessions | Lite: $29/month for up to 5 clients | 0% (processing only) | Daily tasks, habits, morning and evening check-ins, streaks |
| Kajabi | Course and community sellers with large audiences | Basic $179/mo ($143/mo annual) | None on Kajabi Payments; 0.5% to 2% extra with other processors | No habits or daily check-ins |
| Mighty Networks | Community-led practice groups and memberships | Launch $95/mo ($79/mo annual) | 2% Launch, 1% Scale, 0.5% Growth | Community posts and events; no per-client plans |
| Podia | Simple storefront for a course plus a few sessions | Mover $49/mo ($42/mo annual) | 5% on Mover, 0% on higher plans | No habits or check-ins |
| Skool | Low-cost community and classroom | Hobby $9/mo; Pro $99/mo | Hobby 10% + 30¢; Pro 2.9% + 30¢ (Skool Payments) | Leaderboards; no client records or check-ins |

How did we choose these platforms?
We looked for platforms that let a communication coach both sell and deliver online, then ranked them on four things.
- One login for the whole client journey. Checkout, agreement, booking, program, course and community in one place, so the client never asks "where do I find that?"
- Between-session delivery. Daily practice tasks, check-ins and habits matter for speaking skills. Platforms that only host content scored lower.
- Total stack cost. Subscription plus platform fees plus the extra tools you would need to bolt on (a scheduler, an e-signature tool, an email platform).
- Setup effort. How long it takes to get a sales page, checkout and first program live.
We did not run hands-on tests for this article. Feature claims come from what each vendor documents, and ratings are public Trustpilot scores seen on 25 October 2026. We left out pure scheduling tools, which are covered in our scheduling software roundup, and enterprise coaching marketplaces, which serve a different buyer.
1. Coachful: the best platform for communication skills coaches overall

Coachful is a coaching platform that covers booking, payments, contracts, program delivery with habits and check-ins, courses, a community, a website with funnels and email, and an AI assistant in one subscription. The coach has one login; the client has one app carrying the coach's branding. It is built for coaches who deliver programs rather than just sessions, solo coaches growing into a small team, and coaches replacing four to six separate tools.
What it does for a speaking or communication practice
The core of a communication program is a weekly rhythm plus daily reps. In Coachful you build multi-week programs with weekly goals, daily tasks, habits, morning and evening check-ins, goals with progress bars, and streaks. For a public speaking client, that might mean a daily "record a 90-second answer to today's prompt" task, a morning check-in on how confident they feel about today's meeting, and an evening reflection on one moment where they spoke up. The streak gives them a visible reason to keep rehearsing.

Sessions sit alongside that. Booking pages handle availability rules, buffers, minimum notice and time-zone detection, with two-way Google, Apple/iCloud and Outlook calendar sync. Calls run on built-in video, or Coachful creates Zoom, Meet or Teams links automatically. You can add intake questions to a booking, which suits interview prep ("What role and which interviewer?") or pitch coaching ("Who is the audience and how long is the slot?"). Email reminders are standard, with SMS 24 hours before and WhatsApp one hour before once messaging is enabled. Session credits make it easy to sell a pack of five rehearsal calls.
For the group side, cohort groups are created automatically when someone enrolls in a program, and you get a community feed, group chat, direct messages, video events, group calls and webinars. A cohort of managers working on executive presence can post rehearsal clips to the feed and comment on each other's openings, while the coach runs a weekly group call. Our guide to cohort coaching platforms goes deeper on this format.
Courses cover the teaching layer: modules, lessons, drip release and completion tracking, plus downloads, videos, books, events and bundles, all delivered inside the client's branded home and app. A "Structure Any Message in 60 Seconds" course can sit inside the program or sell on its own as a lead-in. There are 48 course templates with quizzes and more than 40 ready-to-film program templates if you would rather edit than start from a blank page.

Selling: checkout, contracts and the website
Payments run through your own Stripe Connect or Razorpay account: one-time payments, subscriptions, payment plans, order bumps, coupons, refunds, Apple Pay and Google Pay, and Stripe Tax. Coachful has charged a 0% platform fee since August 2026, so you pay only Stripe or Razorpay processing. Coaching agreements with e-signature go out before the first call and are stored on the client record, which matters when a corporate sponsor is paying for an employee's coaching.
The section-based website builder includes a blog, custom domain, SEO settings and 30 designed homepage templates. Booking, application, lead-magnet and checkout funnels support pixels and UTM tracking, and email lists, broadcasts and multi-step sequences handle the follow-up. A free "5 Phrases That Kill Your Credibility" guide can feed a sequence that invites readers to a discovery call.
Tools that help the coach improve too
Michelle, the built-in AI assistant, works from your live practice data: it builds programs, drafts emails and content, summarizes recorded sessions and briefs you before each call. It can also give optional private feedback on your own coaching against ICF Core Competencies 3 to 8, which communication coaches tend to appreciate since direct communication is one of those competencies. Questions and planning are included in the membership; confirmed builds and changes use AI credits. ICF credential tracking counts coaching hours and distinct clients against ACC, PCC and MCC thresholds and exports a client coaching log. An AI Coach, configured by you, lets selected clients chat with an AI version of you between sessions.
What it does not do
Coachful is not HIPAA-certified, has no PayPal, and every plan is paid after the trial. The client app ships under the Coachful listing with your branding, not under your own App Store account. It is not a course marketplace, so it will not send you buyers; you bring the audience. It has no multi-stage sales deal board for large teams and no Salesforce or HubSpot integration, which matters if you sell large corporate contracts through a sales team. The affiliate program tracks links, clicks, conversions and revenue, but payouts are recorded manually rather than sent by Coachful.
Why Coachful stands out: a free white-glove service. On every plan you can ask the Coachful team to build things for you from Create > We'll build it for you: a website, a funnel, a sales page, a program, a course outline and written material, an email sequence, a lead quiz, a webinar page and more. You describe what you want, attach up to 8 reference links and up to 10 files (logo, photos, brand guide, copy), and the team builds it inside your own account, usually within about 24 hours. Nothing gets invented: no fake credentials, testimonials or prices, and gaps are left for you to fill. It does not include recording videos, logo design or ad management. One recent build: a leadership coach with a website renewal days away got one clean homepage with a repeated "talk with me" button. Read more about the white-glove build service.

Price: flat monthly plans, with lower plans capping the number of clients and Pro unlimited (Lite: $29/month for up to 5 clients; Solo: $49/month for up to 20 clients; Pro: $99/month with unlimited clients; Studio: $199/month with unlimited clients). Monthly plans cancel in one click, and there is a free trial. Trustpilot shows 4.5 from 21 reviews.
Best for: communication coaches who sell programs and cohorts with real between-session practice, and who want selling and delivery in one place. If you coach leaders, see the executive coaches page; if your clients mainly need to find their voice, the confidence coaches page fits better.
2. Kajabi: strongest for selling courses to a large audience

Kajabi is a course, community, website, funnel and email platform for selling knowledge products. If your communication business is mostly a flagship course with a community attached, and you already have a sizeable email list or social following, it is a polished way to sell at scale.
Best fit
Kajabi suits a speaking coach whose revenue comes from a self-paced course ("Present with Confidence") plus a community, with coaching sold as an add-on product. Websites, funnels and email are built in, so a coach can run launches without separate marketing tools. Growth and Pro plans include AI credits (500 and 1,000) for content help.
Watch-outs
Kajabi has no habit tracking or daily client check-ins, and coaching is handled as products and communities rather than per-client plans. For a six-week speaking program where daily rehearsal is the point, you would track practice elsewhere or rely on clients to self-report. The Basic plan caps you at 5 products and 2,500 contacts and includes 0 AI credits. Using a processor other than Kajabi Payments or PayPal adds a Kajabi fee of 2% on Basic, 1% on Growth and 0.5% on Pro. Kajabi Payments in the US charges 2.9% + $0.30 on Basic, falling to 2.7% + $0.30 on Pro.
Pricing as listed in October 2026: Basic $179/mo ($143/mo annual), Growth $249/mo ($199/mo annual), Pro $499/mo ($399/mo annual). The help center describes a 14-day trial; a card is optional, but if entered Kajabi places an authorization hold and charges when the trial ends. Some features stay locked until a paid plan is active. Trustpilot shows 3.4 from 2,347 reviews.
Pick it over Coachful if your business is primarily a high-volume course with a community, you have the audience to fill it, and you do not need per-client practice plans or daily check-ins.
3. Mighty Networks: built for practice communities

Mighty Networks combines community, courses and events, with Mighty-branded member apps. For a communication coach whose main product is a membership, such as a monthly practice club with live sessions and a library of drills, the community-first design is a genuine strength.
The case for it
Livestreaming is built in: 20 hours a month for up to 100 attendees on Launch, 30 hours for 200 on Scale, and 40 hours for 1,000 on Growth. That covers weekly practice nights where members take turns presenting. Multiple hosts and moderators (3 hosts and 10 moderators on Launch) let you bring in co-facilitators. The trial runs 14 days with no card required and includes Growth plan features, so you can test a full community before paying.
The catch
There is no 1:1 scheduling, invoicing or contracts, and no per-client habits, check-ins or private coaching plans. A coach selling both a membership and private speaker coaching would need a separate scheduler, a separate e-signature tool and somewhere to hold client notes. Mighty also takes a platform fee on sales: 2% on Launch, 1% on Scale and 0.5% on Growth and Mighty Pro, plus Stripe processing. Your own branded apps are only available on the custom-priced Mighty Pro.
Pricing as listed in October 2026: Launch $95/mo ($79/mo annual), Scale $215/mo ($179/mo annual), Growth $354/mo billed annually (monthly price not listed), Mighty Pro on request. Trustpilot shows 3.3 from 219 reviews. For more on this category, see our group coaching community platform guide.
Pick it over Coachful if your business is a large community or membership first, private coaching is rare, and you want livestream allowances sized for hundreds of attendees.
4. Podia: the simplest storefront to start with

Podia is a straightforward storefront for courses, downloads, webinars, coaching sessions and community. A new communication coach who wants to sell one course and a handful of paid calls, without learning a big system, can be live quickly.
Strengths
Setup is simple, and the 14-day trial gives full access with no credit card or plan selection required. Coaching sessions can be sold as products next to a course, so "Interview Ready in 7 Days" and a one-off mock interview call can live in the same store. Shaker and Earthquaker charge no Podia transaction fee. Trustpilot shows 4.1 from 153 reviews, a strong score among course platforms.
Limits
Email subscriber allowances are small: 100 included on Mover, 500 on Shaker and 1,000 on Earthquaker. If you grow a list with a free speaking guide, you will hit those limits fast. Older profile data notes no mobile app and no native video calls, so sessions run on another video tool. There are no client habits, check-ins or per-client plans, and the Mover plan charges a 5% transaction fee on top of Stripe or PayPal processing (2.9% + 30¢ standard).
Pricing as listed in October 2026: Mover $49/mo ($42/mo annual), Shaker $99/mo ($84/mo annual), Earthquaker $179/mo ($150/mo annual).
Pick it over Coachful if you mainly sell a single course and occasional sessions, want the simplest possible store, and do not need structured programs, daily practice tracking or contracts.
5. Skool: lowest-cost community with a classroom

Skool puts a community, classroom and calendar into one group, with gamified leaderboards. It is popular with coaches who want a cheap, simple place to run a paid practice group.
Why coaches like it
The Hobby plan is $9/mo and Pro is $99/mo, both with unlimited members, courses, videos and live calls. Leaderboards can motivate members to post practice clips and comment on others' speeches, which suits a Toastmasters-style group. Payouts arrive weekly in local currency.
What is missing
Skool has no custom-domain website, funnels, email automation or public API, and no 1:1 client records, intake forms, habits or check-ins. Payments run only through Skool Payments, with fees on both plans: 10% + 30¢ on Hobby, and on Pro 2.9% + 30¢ up to $899 and 3.9% + 30¢ above $900. Fees are non-refundable. A coach selling a higher-priced executive communication package would pay the higher Pro rate on every sale over $900, and would still need a website, an email tool and a scheduler elsewhere. The pricing page shows "Try for free" buttons, but trial length and card terms were not stated when we checked. Trustpilot shows 1.6 from 54 reviews.
Pick it over Coachful if you want the lowest monthly price for a community-only practice group, your audience already lives on social media, and you do not need a website, email sequences or private client work.
How do the platforms compare feature by feature?
The matrix below focuses on selling and delivering communication coaching, not general admin. "Not documented" means the vendor information we used does not describe the feature.
| Feature | Coachful | Kajabi | Mighty Networks | Podia | Skool |
|---|---|---|---|---|---|
| Coachful vs. others: main strength | Selling and delivery in one login | Courses and launches | Community and livestreams | Simple store | Cheap community |
| 1:1 booking with calendar sync | Yes, Google, Apple, Outlook | Coaching sold as products; not documented as per-client booking | No | Coaching sessions sold as products | Group calendar only |
| Programs with daily tasks, habits, check-ins | Yes | No | No | No | No |
| Courses | Yes, with drip and completion tracking | Yes | Yes | Yes | Yes (classroom) |
| Community and cohort groups | Yes, cohorts auto-created on enrollment | Yes (1 on Basic) | Yes | Yes | Yes |
| Live group calls or events | Yes, plus webinars | Not documented | Yes, livestream hours by plan | Webinars | Yes |
| Website and funnels | Yes, 30 templates | Yes | Not documented | Storefront | No |
| Email sequences | Yes, with branching and A/B splits | Yes | Not documented | Yes, small subscriber allowances | No |
| Contracts with e-signature | Yes | Not documented | No | Not documented | No |

| PayPal | No | Yes | Not documented | Yes | No |
The pattern is clear: every platform can host a course, and most can host a community, but only Coachful also runs the per-client practice loop and the paperwork. That is the gap that sends coaches on the other platforms to bolt-on tools. Our client communication tools roundup covers some of those add-ons if you go another way.
What does each platform cost at 5, 15 and 40 clients?
Subscription cost is only part of the bill. The table shows the cheapest plan that reasonably covers each client count, with the platform fee noted. Payment processing (Stripe or the vendor's own payments) applies on every platform and is not included.
| Platform | 5 clients | 15 clients | 40 clients | Extra tools likely needed |
|---|---|---|---|---|
| Coachful | Lite: $29/month for up to 5 clients | Solo: $49/month for up to 20 clients | Pro: $99/month with unlimited clients | None for booking, contracts, programs, courses, community, site or email |
| Kajabi | Basic $179/mo + fee if not on Kajabi Payments | Basic $179/mo | Basic $179/mo (Growth $249/mo for more than 5 products) | Practice tracking; possibly scheduler and e-signature |
| Mighty Networks | Launch $95/mo + 2% of sales | Launch $95/mo + 2% | Launch $95/mo + 2%, or Scale $215/mo + 1% | Scheduler, e-signature, client notes |
| Podia | Mover $49/mo + 5% of sales | Shaker $99/mo, 0% fee | Shaker $99/mo (Earthquaker $179/mo for more subscribers) | Video calls, practice tracking, e-signature |
| Skool | Pro $99/mo with 2.9% + 30¢ per sale | Pro $99/mo | Pro $99/mo | Website, email platform, scheduler, e-signature |
An illustrative example shows why fees matter. Suppose 15 clients each pay $300 a month, or $4,500 in monthly sales. On Mighty Networks Launch, the 2% platform fee adds $90 a month on top of the $95 subscription and processing. On Podia Mover, a 5% fee would be $225 a month, which is why moving to Shaker makes sense once sales grow. On Skool Pro, the 2.9% + 30¢ rate comes to about $135 that month, and that rate covers processing. These numbers are examples, not forecasts.
Not sure what to charge? Build the price from the outcome and the time involved: count the live hours (calls, group sessions), add your review time for practice recordings, and price the package to the result, such as "deliver your next board presentation with confidence", rather than to hours alone. Test the price with a few clients before you publish it on a sales page.
How would you build a communication coaching offer end to end in Coachful?
Here is a worked example: a six-week "Speak With Presence" program for new managers, sold as a cohort of ten with weekly group calls and two private sessions each. The names and structure are an example to adapt.

Step 1: Create the offer and checkout
Create the offer with a cover image, a description of the outcome and a payment plan option for clients paying themselves. Connect your Stripe account, add an order bump for a recorded mock-presentation review, and create a coupon for early sign-ups. If a company is paying for several managers, send a manual invoice instead.

Step 2: Build the sales funnel
Set up a lead-magnet funnel with a free "Open Any Meeting in 30 Seconds" guide, then an email sequence that sends the guide, a short story about a client's first board update (written in your own words and with permission), and an invitation to apply. An application funnel lets you screen for fit before anyone pays. If you would rather not build it yourself, request it through the white-glove service and fill in the gaps it leaves.

Step 3: Onboard with an agreement and intake
When someone buys, the coaching agreement goes out for e-signature before the first call, and booking intake questions collect the context you need: upcoming presentations, the audience, what feels hardest. The welcome flow introduces the program and asks for a two-minute baseline recording. Agreement templates are covered on the coaching contracts page.
Step 4: Deliver the program with daily practice
Each week gets a goal (week 1: structure; week 2: openings; week 3: voice and pace; week 4: handling questions; week 5: difficult conversations; week 6: final presentation). Daily tasks ask for one short recorded rep. A morning check-in asks how confident they feel about today's speaking moment, and an evening check-in asks what they tried. Habits such as "pause before answering" build streaks. The client record shows who is thriving, active, quiet or at risk, so you can message the quiet ones before they drift.

This short walkthrough shows how programs are built in Coachful:
Step 5: Run the cohort community
Enrollment creates the cohort group automatically. Schedule the weekly group call as a video event, and ask members to post their weekly rehearsal clip in the feed for two peers to comment on. Add the "Structure Any Message in 60 Seconds" course to the program so the teaching sits next to the practice. After the program, offer a monthly practice membership to keep graduates rehearsing.
Step 6: Put it on your website
Pick a homepage template, add pages for the program, private coaching and corporate workshops, and connect your domain. The coach website builder page shows more of the templates.

What mistakes do communication coaches make when choosing a platform?
- Choosing for the course and forgetting the practice. A speaking course without a daily rehearsal loop tends to be watched and forgotten. Check how the platform supports tasks, check-ins and feedback between sessions.
- Ignoring percentage fees. A 2% to 10% cut feels small at launch but grows with every sale. Compare subscription plus fees at your expected revenue, not just the sticker price.
- Underestimating the bolt-on bill. A cheap community tool plus a scheduler plus an e-signature tool plus an email platform can cost more than one platform, and your client juggles four logins.
- Skipping the agreement. Corporate sponsors, confidentiality and recording consent all belong in a written coaching agreement signed before the first session.
- Building a website you never update. A simple site with one clear offer and one booking button usually beats a sprawling one. Our all-in-one coaching platform guide covers what to prioritise.
- Treating every nervous speaker as a coaching client. Know when to refer to a speech-language pathologist or a mental health professional, and say so in your intake.
- Waiting for a perfect launch. Start with one program and one cohort, then add a course and a membership once you know what clients ask for.
Which platform should communication skills coaches choose?
Choose Coachful if you sell programs, cohorts or private coaching and want daily practice, sessions, contracts, courses, community and your website behind one login. It is the strongest fit for the way communication skills actually improve: structured weekly goals plus frequent reps with feedback. It does not suit coaches who need PayPal, HIPAA compliance, a course marketplace or a large-team sales pipeline. To start, take the free trial and request a white-glove build of your website, funnel or first program.
Choose Kajabi if you sell a high-volume course to a large audience. Choose Mighty Networks if your business is a big membership community with frequent livestreams. Choose Podia if you only need a simple store for one course and a few sessions. Choose Skool if you want the cheapest possible community and nothing else. See how Coachful fits a broader practice on the coaching platform page, or compare plans on the plans page.
Frequently asked questions
What is the best platform for communication skills coaches?
For most communication coaches who sell programs, cohorts and private sessions, Coachful is the best fit because it combines checkout, contracts, booking, daily practice check-ins, courses, community and a website in one login. Kajabi suits coaches selling a large-volume course, and Mighty Networks or Skool suit community-only memberships.
Can I sell a public speaking course and 1:1 coaching on the same platform?
Yes. In Coachful, courses, programs and paid sessions sit side by side, and you can bundle them. Podia and Kajabi can sell sessions as products next to a course, while Mighty Networks and Skool have no 1:1 scheduling, so you would need a separate booking tool.
How do I help clients practise between sessions?
Give them a short daily rep, such as a recorded 90-second answer, plus a quick check-in on confidence and a reflection on what they tried. Coachful supports daily tasks, habits, morning and evening check-ins and streaks inside programs. On course or community platforms you would rely on community posts or a separate tracker.
Which platform is cheapest for a communication coaching community?
Skool has the lowest subscription, with Hobby at $9/mo and Pro at $99/mo as listed in October 2026, but payments carry per-transaction fees on both plans, and there is no website or email automation. Total cost depends on your sales volume and the extra tools you add.
Do I need a contract for communication coaching?
A written agreement is wise, especially when an employer pays, sessions are recorded or confidentiality matters. Coachful sends coaching agreements with e-signature before the first call and stores them on the client record. Rules vary by country, so check with an attorney for your situation.
What is Coachful's free white-glove service?
On every plan, the Coachful team will build a website, funnel, sales page, program, course outline, email sequence or similar inside your account, usually within about 24 hours. You describe what you want and attach reference links and files. It does not invent credentials, testimonials or prices, and it does not include video recording, logo design or ad management.
Is communication coaching the same as speech therapy?
No. Communication coaching builds skills such as structure, presence and handling difficult conversations. Speech, voice and language disorders are treated by speech-language pathologists, and severe speaking anxiety may need a licensed mental health professional. Good coaches name this scope in their intake and refer when needed.
Can I run corporate communication workshops on these platforms?
Yes, with differences. Coachful supports group programs with private cohort spaces, manual invoices to the company and team plans that add coach seats. Mighty Networks and Skool can host a private group, but invoicing and contracts happen elsewhere.
Does Coachful take a cut of my sales?
No. Coachful has charged a 0% platform fee since August 2026; you pay only Stripe or Razorpay processing on your own account. Kajabi, Mighty Networks, Podia Mover and Skool each charge fees in some situations, listed in the tables above.
Can I track ICF hours while coaching communication skills?
Yes. Coachful counts your coaching hours and distinct clients against ACC, PCC and MCC thresholds and exports an ICF client coaching log with paid and pro bono hours. The ICF Core Competencies describe the standards those credentials assess.
