Best Webinar Platforms for Life Coaches: Top 10 Picks for 2026

Best Webinar Platforms for Life Coaches: Top 10 Picks for 2026

The best webinar platforms for life coaches do more than stream a talk to a room of strangers. A life coaching webinar is usually the first hour someone spends with you: a masterclass on finding direction after a career change, a live workshop on boundaries, a values session in January. What matters is what happens after the replay ends. Does the attendee land on a booking page, pay for a program, join a group and start doing the work, or do they drift into a mailing list you rarely touch?

Our pick is Coachful, because it runs the whole path from registration to paid program inside one login, with the live session, the follow-up emails, the booking page, the checkout and the client's program all in the same place. We make Coachful, so weigh that, and read the nine alternatives below, each with what it does well for life coaches and when you should choose it instead. If you only need a big, polished broadcast for a few thousand people, a dedicated webinar tool such as Demio may suit you better, and we say so plainly.

This guide is built as a decision tool. Answer five questions about your practice, use the table to find your likely pick, then read the ranked sections, the costs at 5, 15 and 40 clients, and the red flags that make switching painful later. For the broader category across all coaching niches, see our parent guide to the best webinar software for coaches.

What should a life coach ask before choosing a webinar platform?

Start with how your webinar earns its keep, not with feature lists. Life coaches tend to run three kinds of live events: a lead-generating masterclass for people who have never met you, a live group call for paying clients inside a program, and an occasional workshop sold as a standalone ticket. Most tools are good at one of these. Answer these five questions honestly and the shortlist gets short fast.

  1. What happens in the 48 hours after the webinar? If the answer is "people book a discovery call or buy a program", you need registration, follow-up email, booking and checkout to talk to each other. If the answer is "they watch more content", a course or community tool may be enough.
  2. How big is your live audience, realistically? A life coach with an engaged list of a few hundred people rarely needs a room for 3,000. Paying for attendee capacity you never fill is the most common overspend in this category.
  3. Do your webinars feed a program with between-session work? Life coaching results come from what clients do between calls: reflections, habits, weekly goals, check-ins. If your webinar sells a 12-week program, the platform that delivers that program matters more than the streaming quality.
  4. Are you live, evergreen or both? Some coaches run a live masterclass monthly; others record once and run an automated replay funnel all year. Our guide to the evergreen webinar funnel for coaches covers the second model in depth.
  5. How many tools are you willing to connect and pay for? A webinar tool plus a scheduler plus an email platform plus a payment page plus a client portal is five logins and five bills. Count them before you commit.

Which platform fits your answers?

Ranking criteria: one login for the whole client journey, between-session delivery after the webinar, total stack cost, and setup effort (including whether someone will build it for you).

Thinking of launching your coaching business?

Answer a few questions and Coachful builds it around you: your website, programs, booking and payments. Ready in minutes.

Build your platform

How did we rank these webinar platforms?

We ranked on what life coaches actually need from a webinar, which is conversion and continuity, not broadcast specifications. We did not run hands-on tests of every tool. Pricing and features come from each vendor's own pricing and help pages, as listed in October 2026 where we checked them this month and September 2026 where we rely on our earlier profile. Where a vendor's pricing page would not show prices when we checked, we say so instead of guessing.

Four questions drove the order. Can a webinar attendee become a booked, paying client without leaving the platform? Does the platform deliver the program afterwards, including between-session work? What does the full stack cost once you add the tools it does not include? And how long will setup take a solo coach who would rather be coaching? A tool that streams beautifully but needs four other subscriptions to finish the job ranks below one that handles the whole journey.

1. Coachful: the webinar, the follow-up and the program in one place

Coachful is the strongest fit for life coaches whose webinars are meant to turn into clients. It is a coaching platform where one subscription covers booking, payments, contracts, program delivery with habits and check-ins, courses, a community, a website with funnels and email, and an AI assistant. The coach has one login, and the client gets one branded app. For a webinar, that means the registration page, the live call, the replay follow-up, the discovery call booking and the program checkout all live in the same account.

Here is how the webinar part works in practice. Group calls and webinars run as video events, either on Coachful's built-in video or with auto-created Zoom, Google Meet or Microsoft Teams links if you prefer one of those. Your community feed, group chat and direct messages sit alongside them, so a live Q&A can continue in the feed the next morning instead of dying when the stream ends. When someone enrolls in a program, Coachful creates the cohort group automatically, so the people who joined from the same masterclass find each other without you building a group by hand.

This short walkthrough shows how webinars are set up and run inside Coachful.

The marketing side is where most webinar tools stop and Coachful keeps going. The section-based website builder includes a blog, custom domain and SEO settings, plus booking, application, lead-magnet and checkout funnels with Meta Pixel, GA4 and UTM tracking. Email lists, broadcasts and multi-step sequences support triggers, delays, branching and A/B splits, so the "thanks for attending" sequence can branch for people who stayed to the end and people who left after ten minutes.

Coachful's Funnels page with three demo funnels: a webinar funnel, a lead magnet funnel and a program launch funnel.

After the webinar, the attendee who wants help books a call on a booking page with availability rules, buffers, minimum notice and time-zone detection, synced two ways with Google, Apple/iCloud or Outlook calendars. Intake questions on the booking form tell you what they are struggling with before you meet. Email reminders go out automatically, plus SMS 24 hours before and WhatsApp one hour before once messaging is enabled. If the call goes well, the coaching agreement goes out for e-signature before the first session and is stored on the client record.

Payments run through your own Stripe Connect or Razorpay account, with one-time payments, subscriptions, payment plans, order bumps, coupons, refunds, Apple Pay and Google Pay, and Stripe Tax. Coachful charges a 0% platform fee on sales (since August 2026), so the only deduction is Stripe or Razorpay processing. A masterclass that ends with a payment plan for a 12-week program is a normal setup, not a workaround.

Then comes the part life coaches care about most: the program. Coachful delivers multi-week programs with weekly goals, daily tasks, habits, morning and evening check-ins, goals with progress bars and streaks. Each client record holds goals, check-ins, habits, notes, intake answers, tags, payments and sessions, and shows a status of thriving, active, quiet or at risk, so you can see which webinar recruits are doing the work and which have gone silent by week three. Courses with modules, drip and completion tracking can hold the masterclass replay and its workbook. If you hold ICF credentials, Coachful counts coaching hours and distinct clients against ACC, PCC and MCC thresholds and exports an ICF client coaching log.

Michelle, the built-in AI assistant, works from your live practice data. She can draft the webinar follow-up emails, outline the program the webinar sells, summarize recorded sessions and brief you before a discovery call. Questions and planning are included in your Coachful membership; confirmed builds and changes use AI credits.

Why Coachful stands out: a free white-glove service. From Create > We'll build it for you, you describe what you want built, such as an event or webinar, its registration funnel, the follow-up email sequence, the sales page for the program you pitch at the end, or your whole website. You can attach up to 8 reference links and up to 10 files such as your logo, photos, brand guide and existing copy. The Coachful team builds it inside your own account, usually within about 24 hours. Nothing gets invented: no fake credentials, testimonials or prices, and gaps are left for you to fill. It does not cover recording videos, logo design, ad management or ongoing marketing. One recent build: a real-estate and money coach got a year-long cohort program with an application form, an eight-page site and a nine-day bootcamp funnel. Read more about the white-glove build service.

What Coachful is, who it is for and what it does not do. Coachful is an all-in-one coaching platform, built in Tallinn, Estonia, for coaches who deliver programs rather than single sessions, for solo coaches growing into a small team, and for coaches replacing four to six separate tools. It is not HIPAA-certified, so clinical records belong in a clinical system. It does not take PayPal, has no permanent free plan, and the client app ships under the Coachful listing with your branding rather than under your own App Store account. It is not a course marketplace and has no third-party plugins. To start, take a free trial and request the white-glove build (Current plans: Lite: $29/month for up to 5 clients; Solo: $49/month for up to 20 clients; Pro: $99/month with unlimited clients; Studio: $199/month with unlimited clients). The Coachful for life coaches page shows the setup in more detail.

How a life coach sets up a monthly masterclass in Coachful, step by step.

  1. Pick a homepage template, or ask the team to build the site, and add a page for the masterclass.
  2. Create a registration funnel from the funnel templates and connect your Meta Pixel and GA4 so you can see which posts bring sign-ups.
  3. Schedule the webinar as a video event, on built-in video or an auto-created Zoom link.
  4. Write a three-email follow-up sequence with Michelle's help: replay link, one useful exercise such as the wheel of life, then an invitation to book a call.
  5. Set up a discovery call booking page with two intake questions and a 15-minute buffer.
  6. Build the program the masterclass sells from one of the program templates, with weekly goals, a morning check-in and two habits.
  7. Create a checkout funnel with a payment plan, and send the coaching agreement for e-signature when someone pays.

The honest limitation for webinars: Coachful is a coaching platform with webinars built in, not a dedicated broadcast studio. If your plan is a large public launch event where stage management and attendee analytics are the whole point, read the Demio section next.

2. Demio: is a dedicated webinar room worth a second subscription?

Demio is a browser-based webinar tool that makes sense for a life coach who already runs clients in other software and wants a purpose-built room for public masterclasses. Its pricing page lists chats, polls, featured actions and handouts for audience participation, plus engagement analytics, so you can see who stayed and who clicked your offer.

As listed in October 2026, Demio's Starter plan costs $45 a month billed yearly, or $63 billed monthly, for a single host and a 50-attendee room. Growth starts at $117 a month per host billed yearly, with attendee rooms that scale through 150, 500, 1,000 and 3,000 seats. Premium is listed at $196 a month per host billed yearly and adds custom domains, up to 10 people on stage at one time, Demio AI and a dedicated customer success manager. The 14-day free trial includes Growth features but is capped at 20 attendees and one-hour sessions, which is enough to rehearse but not to run a real launch.

For life coaches the gap is everything around the room. Demio does not hold your client programs, check-ins, coaching agreements or session notes, so every attendee who converts has to be moved into another system. That is fine if you already have one and like it. It is a lot of glue if you are starting out. The Starter room of 50 attendees will also feel small the first time a masterclass gets shared widely.

Pick it over Coachful if your webinars are large public events, you care most about stage controls and attendee analytics, and you already have coaching software you intend to keep.

3. Kajabi: what if courses are the core of your business?

Kajabi suits life coaches whose income is mostly courses and memberships, with group coaching layered on top. Its Coaching product includes a native scheduler and built-in live video for up to 200 participants with 20 breakout rooms, with Zoom or Google Meet optional (as profiled in September 2026). That breakout capacity is genuinely useful for a values workshop where small groups discuss in pairs.

As listed in October 2026, Kajabi Basic is $179 a month ($143 billed annually) with 5 products, 2,500 contacts, one community, one website and no AI credits. Growth is $249 a month ($199 annually) with 50 products and 25,000 contacts, and Pro is $499 a month ($399 annually). The standard trial is 14 days. If you use a payment processor other than Kajabi Payments or PayPal, Kajabi adds a fee of 2% on Basic, 1% on Growth or 0.5% on Pro on top of the processor's fees.

The limits for life coaches: Kajabi has no habit tracking or daily client check-ins, and coaching is organized as products and communities rather than per-client plans. A client who joins your 12-week program from a masterclass gets content and calls, but you cannot see whether they did their morning reflection. Kajabi's Trustpilot rating was 3.4 from 2,347 reviews when we looked on 25 October 2026. For a full comparison of course tools, see our guide to course platforms for life coaches.

Pick it over Coachful if you sell several courses to a large audience, the webinar is mainly a course launch, and you do not need daily check-ins with individual clients.

4. Circle: live sessions for coaches whose product is the community

Circle fits a life coach whose main offer is a paid membership, where the webinar is really a recurring live session for members. It offers native Live Rooms for interactive sessions and Live Streams for broadcasts, both inside the community, along with events, courses with cohort modes and private spaces per cohort.

Circle homepage promoting its community platform for creators and brands
Circle's homepage in October 2026.

As listed in October 2026, Circle Professional is $89 a month billed annually with 3 admins and 10 moderators, Business is $199 a month billed annually, and Scale is $419 a month billed annually. Circle Plus, which includes white-label branded apps, is custom-priced. The 14-day free trial needs no credit card. Circle takes a platform fee on payments of 2% on Professional, 1% on Business and Scale, and 0.5% on Circle Plus, plus Stripe processing.

What you give up: there is no 1:1 availability booking, so discovery calls after a webinar need Calendly or similar connected through Zapier. There are no per-client habits, check-ins or coaching plans, and no client management back office. Email marketing beyond the basics is a paid add-on priced by contacts. More options are in our ranking of community platforms for life coaches.

Pick it over Coachful if your business is a membership community first, live sessions are a member perk rather than a sales tool, and you rarely sell 1:1 coaching.

Which one looks like you?

Coachful builds your coaching website from a few answers, in a design chosen for your niche, with programs, booking and payments ready behind it.

5. Practice Better: group programs for wellness-leaning life coaches

Practice Better is practice management software for wellness professionals, and it makes sense for life coaches whose work overlaps with health and lifestyle change. It offers group services and programs, recurring group sessions from the Professional plan, and a client portal on web, iOS and Android. Group video runs through its Zoom integration, while 1:1 calls use its built-in telehealth (as profiled in September 2026).

Practice Better homepage promoting its wellness practice management software
Practice Better's homepage in October 2026.

As profiled in September 2026, Practice Better's Sprout plan is free for 3 clients. Starter is $35 a month ($25 annually) for 10 clients; Professional is $69 a month ($59 annually) for 300 clients and adds group scheduling, fixed-date programs and payment plans; Plus is $99 a month ($89 annually) with unlimited clients, evergreen programs and portal branding. Starter, Professional and Plus come with a 14-day trial.

The webinar weakness is the marketing side. Practice Better has no website builder and no landing page or funnel builder, so the masterclass registration page lives somewhere else, and its email tools are for programs rather than marketing. You will also be paying for Zoom to run the group session. Capterra reviewers mention a learning curve and slow ticket-based support. If you are comparing client management tools more broadly, see the best coaching software for life coaches.

Pick it over Coachful if your practice includes clinical-adjacent work that needs HIPAA-compliant telehealth or food journaling, and you already have a website and email tool for webinar sign-ups.

6. Mighty Networks: cohorts and challenges with native streaming

Mighty Networks is a community platform with native live streaming, events, cohort courses and Challenges, which suits a life coach running a 30-day reset challenge that opens with a live kickoff. Live streaming has hour and viewer caps that vary by plan, and there is a Zoom integration for bigger sessions (as profiled in September 2026).

Its pricing page, as profiled in September 2026, shows Launch at $79 a month ($950 a year) and Scale at $179 a month on annual billing; the monthly-billed prices were not stated clearly on the page. Mighty Pro, with your own branded iOS and Android apps, is custom-priced. The platform fee is 2% on Launch, 1% on Scale and 0.5% on Mighty Pro, plus Stripe processing, and fees are not refunded when you refund a member. Launch and Scale have a 14-day trial.

The drawbacks for coaches are familiar: no availability-based 1:1 booking, so discovery calls after a webinar need another tool, and email white-label and branded apps are upsells. Trustpilot reviewers rated it 3.3 from 215 reviews when we profiled it, with complaints about auto-renewals and cancellation. Reviewers do praise its support and live training.

Pick it over Coachful if your offer is built around group challenges and cohorts, you want unlimited members in an app-first space, and 1:1 coaching is a small part of your income.

7. Systeme.io: can a budget replay funnel do the job?

Systeme.io is a low-cost marketing suite that appeals to new life coaches who want an automated webinar funnel for very little money. The important detail is that its webinars are evergreen, meaning pre-recorded replays on a schedule; live sessions use Zoom links (as profiled in September 2026).

Systeme.io homepage promoting its all-in-one marketing platform
Systeme.io's homepage in October 2026.

As listed in October 2026, Systeme.io has a free plan with 2,000 contacts, 3 funnels and 1 course that never expires and needs no credit card. Startup is $17 a month, the Webinar plan is $47 a month with 10,000 contacts, 50 funnels and 20 courses, and Unlimited is $97 a month. Systeme.io charges 0% transaction fees on every plan, with only Stripe or PayPal processing. Its Trustpilot rating was 4.9 from 8,696 reviews when we checked on 25 October 2026.

For life coaching delivery it is thin. There is no native 1:1 scheduling tied to client records, no habits or check-ins, no branded mobile app, and the community and course features are basic. You can sell the program from the replay, but you will deliver it somewhere else, or in a much plainer way than your clients may expect after a polished masterclass.

Pick it over Coachful if your budget is close to zero, you want a recorded replay running on autopilot, and you are comfortable delivering coaching in separate tools.

8. Zoom Webinars: the familiar broadcast option

Zoom Webinars is Zoom's dedicated webinar product, sold separately from its Meetings plans, and it is the tool many life coaches already know from client calls. Its main advantage is familiarity: your audience knows how to join, and you know where the buttons are.

We could not verify current Zoom Webinars pricing: when we checked Zoom's webinar pricing page in October 2026, it did not display prices in a form we could confirm. Check Zoom's site directly before budgeting, and look closely at the attendee capacity tier you are buying.

For a life coach, Zoom is a room and nothing more. Registration follow-up, discovery call booking, payment, coaching agreements and program delivery all happen elsewhere, which is why so many coaches end up with Zoom plus a scheduler plus an email platform plus a checkout tool. If you like Zoom for the call itself, you do not need to give it up: Coachful can create Zoom links automatically for your sessions and webinars, so you keep the familiar room while the rest of the journey stays in one place. Our video calls for coaches page explains the options.

Pick it over Coachful if all you need is the broadcast itself, your organization already pays for Zoom, and your registration, follow-up and delivery are handled by tools you are happy with.

9. Kartra: marketing automation with a webinar-shaped gap

Kartra is an all-in-one marketing suite with pages, funnels, email and SMS, memberships, calendars and a helpdesk. It suits a life coach who is a marketer at heart, has a large list and wants detailed funnel automation. For the webinar itself, Kartra relies on a Zoom integration and hosted video; there is no built-in live video (as profiled in September 2026).

Kartra homepage promoting its all-in-one marketing suite

As listed in October 2026, Kartra Essentials costs $59 a month ($52 annually) with 500 contacts, 5 pages, 1 product and 10,000 emails a month, and charges a 5% transaction fee. Starter is $119 a month ($99 annually) with 2,500 contacts, unlimited pages and products, and 0% transaction fees. Growth is $229 a month ($189 annually) with 12,500 contacts, and Professional is $549 a month ($429 annually). There is a 14-day free trial and a 30-day money-back guarantee. Its Trustpilot rating was 3.2 from 129 reviews when we checked.

The 500-contact cap on Essentials is the trap for webinar users: one well-shared masterclass can fill it. Kartra also has no client habits, check-ins or per-client coaching plans, and its funnels and memberships are not portable to other platforms. Our email marketing platforms for life coaches guide covers the email side in more depth.

Pick it over Coachful if advanced email and SMS marketing is the center of your business, you already run webinars on Zoom, and client delivery is simple.

10. GoHighLevel: built for agencies, workable for a coaching team

GoHighLevel (HighLevel) is an agency-first marketing CRM with funnels, websites, calendars, SMS and email, invoicing, contracts, courses and communities, organized around sub-accounts. A life coach running a team with appointment setters may find its pipelines useful. For webinars, there are no built-in video rooms; you use Zoom or Google Meet links.

GoHighLevel homepage promoting its marketing CRM for agencies
GoHighLevel's homepage in October 2026.

As listed in October 2026, Starter is $97 a month ($80.83 annually) with 3 sub-accounts, Unlimited is $297 a month ($247.50 annually), and Agency Pro is $497 a month ($414.17 annually). There is a 14-day trial, and billing starts automatically at the end unless you cancel. SMS, email, phone and AI usage are metered and billed on top of the plan price, so a webinar reminder campaign by text adds cost. GoHighLevel shows no platform fee on sales. Its Trustpilot rating was 4.9 from 15,250 reviews when we checked.

For solo life coaches it is a lot of machine. There is no habit tracking, client check-ins or structured coaching program engine, so between-session work has to be simulated with workflows and forms. Reviewers and coaches often pair it with a separate delivery tool.

Pick it over Coachful if you run a sales team, need multi-stage pipelines and heavy SMS outreach, and have someone technical to build and maintain the workflows.

What does each option cost at 5, 15 and 40 clients?

Webinar pricing hides the real bill, because most webinar tools cover only the room. The table below shows the entry plan that would realistically cover each client count, as listed in October 2026 (September 2026 for Mighty Networks and Practice Better). The last column names what you would still need to buy to run the full path from masterclass to program. These are list prices for illustration; your actual mix of tools will vary.

Platform5 clients15 clients40 clientsStill needed for the full journey
CoachfulLite: $29/month for up to 5 clientsSolo: $49/month for up to 20 clientsPro: $99/month with unlimited clientsNothing required; Zoom optional

GoHighLevel$97/mo (Starter) plus metered usage$97/mo plus usage$97/mo plus usageZoom or Meet, coaching program engine

Two patterns stand out. First, the cheap webinar room is rarely the cheap option once you add the scheduler, the payment page and the program delivery it leaves out. Second, platform fees matter more than they look: a 2% fee on a $2,000 program is $40 per client, which at 40 clients adds up to $1,600 a year (an illustrative example). Systeme.io, GoHighLevel and Kartra Starter and above list 0% platform fees, as does Coachful. For payments in detail, see our ranking of payment platforms for life coaches.

What red flags and switching costs should life coaches watch for?

The biggest switching cost is not the webinar tool. It is the audience data, the program content and the client history you build around it. Before committing, check these.

  • Contact caps that a single good webinar can break. Kartra Essentials stops at 500 contacts and Kajabi Basic at 2,500. A masterclass that gets shared in a few Facebook groups can push you into the next tier within a week.
  • Attendee rooms you will not fill. Most life coaches' live webinars draw dozens, not thousands. Buy for your real attendance and upgrade when you need to.
  • Platform fees on every sale. Circle, Mighty Networks and Kajabi (with a non-Kajabi processor) take a percentage on top of Stripe. Mighty Networks does not refund its fee when you refund a member.
  • Metered usage. GoHighLevel bills SMS, email, phone and AI usage on top of the plan. Webinar reminder texts to a large list add up.
  • Funnels you cannot take with you. Kartra's funnels and memberships are not portable. Ask any vendor what export looks like before you build 20 pages. Coachful exports your full client data as a ZIP (roster, notes, check-ins, goals, habits, sessions, form responses) and exports courses, and clients, programs and content are imported for you during onboarding.
  • Auto-renewing trials. GoHighLevel starts billing at the end of its trial unless you cancel, and Kajabi may place a card authorization hold if you enter a card. Put a calendar reminder two days before any trial ends.
  • Promises your webinar should not make. Life coaching is not therapy or medical treatment. A masterclass on stress, grief or anxiety should say so plainly, and you should refer attendees to a licensed mental health professional when what they describe is beyond coaching. Webinar platforms will not stop you overpromising; your scope statement must.

If you are already paying for several of these, a quick audit helps: list every tool you touch between "someone registers" and "someone finishes week one of a program", with its monthly price. That list is your real webinar cost. Our guides to membership platforms for life coaches and group coaching software help with the delivery half.

Which webinar platform should a life coach choose?

For most life coaches, Coachful is the right choice, because a life coaching webinar is the start of a client relationship and Coachful handles the whole relationship: the registration funnel, the live call, the follow-up emails, the discovery call, the agreement, the payment and the program with check-ins and habits. You also get the free white-glove build, so the masterclass page and follow-up sequence can be built for you instead of eating your weekend.

Choose Demio if you already have coaching software and want a dedicated room for large public webinars. Choose Kajabi if courses are your core business, Circle or Mighty Networks if your product is a community, and Systeme.io if you need a recorded replay funnel at the lowest possible cost. Business coaches with different needs can compare our webinar platforms for business coaches list.

Frequently asked questions

Do life coaches really need a dedicated webinar platform?

Usually not. Most life coaches run masterclasses for dozens of people, which a coaching platform with built-in group video handles well. A dedicated webinar tool earns its cost when you run large public launches and need stage controls and attendee analytics.

Can I keep using Zoom for webinars with Coachful?

Yes. Coachful can create Zoom, Google Meet or Microsoft Teams links automatically, or you can use its built-in video. Your registration, follow-up, booking and program delivery stay in Coachful either way.

What is Coachful's white-glove build service?

It is a free service on every plan: you describe what you want built, such as a webinar registration funnel, a follow-up email sequence or a website, and attach links and files. The Coachful team builds it inside your account, usually within about 24 hours, and leaves gaps for anything only you can supply, such as testimonials or prices.

Should my life coaching webinar be live or evergreen?

Live webinars build trust faster and let you answer questions, which suits new coaches still refining their message. Evergreen replays save time once your talk is proven. Many coaches run live for a few months, then record the best version and automate it.

How many people should I expect on a life coaching webinar?

That depends on your list and promotion, and we have no reliable industry figure to quote. Plan for your real audience, track registration and attendance from the first event, and only pay for bigger rooms when you are filling the one you have.

What should a life coach offer at the end of a webinar?

The cleanest offer is a discovery call or a clearly defined program with a start date. Make the next step one click away, with a booking page or checkout that matches what you described on the call.

Which platform is cheapest for a new life coach running webinars?

Systeme.io lists the lowest prices, with a free plan and a $47 Webinar plan, but its webinars are pre-recorded and client delivery is basic. Count the scheduler, email and delivery tools you would add before treating the lowest sticker price as the cheapest option.

Is Coachful suitable for life coaches who also work with health topics?

Coachful works well for coaching, including wellness-focused coaching, but it is not HIPAA-certified and is not for clinical record-keeping or insurance billing. If your work includes clinical care, keep those records in a clinical system.

Can my webinar attendees join a community afterwards?

In Coachful, yes: the community feed, group chat and video events sit in the same client app, and cohort groups are created automatically when someone enrolls in a program. Circle and Mighty Networks also do this well, but without 1:1 booking or per-client check-ins.
