The 7 Best Circle Alternatives for Life Coaches, Compared

The 7 Best Circle Alternatives for Life Coaches, Compared

The best circle alternatives for life coaches are the tools that keep what Circle does well (a calm, polished community with spaces, events and courses) and add what a coaching practice runs on: 1:1 booking, signed agreements, payment plans and a program that keeps clients moving between sessions. The deciding question is simple. Is the community your product, or one part of a coaching relationship? If it is one part, you need more than a community platform.

Our pick is Coachful, because it puts booking, agreements, payments, multi-week programs with habits and check-ins, courses and a community behind one login for you and one branded app for your clients. We make Coachful, so weigh that, and read the six other tools below on their own terms: each wins a specific situation, and some of them are a better fit than Coachful for certain life coaches.

Prices for other tools are as listed on their pricing pages in October 2026. If you want the wider view across coaching types, our parent guide to Circle alternatives for coaches covers the category, and our Circle review goes deeper on Circle itself.

Where does Circle fit a life coaching practice, and where does it stop?

Circle fits life coaches who sell a membership or a group experience, and it stops at the 1:1 side of the business. Its community is genuinely good: spaces for each topic or cohort, live events and streams, courses, a member directory, gamification, paid memberships and iOS, Android and desktop apps, all on the Professional plan.

As listed in October 2026, Circle's Professional plan is $89/month billed annually, Business is $199/month and Scale is $419/month, with Circle Plus custom-priced. The page shows annual prices only. Circle also takes a fee on payments: 2% on Professional, 1% on Business and Scale, and 0.5% on Circle Plus, on top of Stripe processing. There is a 14-day free trial on Professional, Business and Scale with no credit card required, and Circle holds a Trustpilot score of 4.1 from 129 reviews (seen October 2026). Our full Circle pricing breakdown lists every add-on.

Life coaches tend to outgrow Circle at the same points:

  • 1:1 sessions. Circle has no 1:1 scheduling or client management back office, so discovery calls and private sessions live in a separate booking tool.
  • Coaching agreements. There is no place to send and store a signed coaching agreement before the first call.
  • Between-session work. Circle has no per-client habits, check-ins or coaching plans. A client working on a morning routine or a boundary-setting goal has nowhere to log it privately.
  • Branded apps. Apps on the self-serve plans are Circle-branded. Branded iOS and Android apps sit on custom-priced Circle Plus.
  • Add-on creep. Email Hub is +$99/month for 10,000 contacts, branded email notifications are $40/month on Professional and custom profile fields are $49/month on Professional.

None of this makes Circle a bad product. It makes it a community product. A life coach with eight private clients and one group program usually ends up paying for Circle plus a scheduler, an e-signature tool and a habit app, and then copying client information between them.

What do life coaches need from a Circle replacement?

A life coach needs the community to sit inside the client journey, not beside it. Life coaching work is wide in topic (career change, confidence, relationships, life after a big transition) but the delivery pattern is consistent, and that pattern is what software has to support.

  • A clean front door. A website or link-in-bio page that sends people to a free discovery call, with intake questions on the booking form so you arrive prepared.
  • A signed agreement before session one. Life coaching sits close to therapy in the eyes of many clients, so a written agreement that sets scope, confidentiality and cancellation terms matters. Coaching is not therapy: if a client describes symptoms of depression, trauma, an eating disorder or a crisis, refer them to a licensed mental health professional.
  • Packages, not just memberships. Three-month and six-month packages, payment plans, session credits and the occasional single session.
  • Work that happens between calls. Weekly goals, small daily tasks, habits like journaling or a wind-down routine, and morning or evening check-ins that tell you who is slipping before the next session.
  • A group layer. A cohort space for a group program, a feed for alumni, and live calls for Q&A or a monthly workshop. This is the part Circle covers well.
  • Light tools for reflection. Many life coaches use a wheel of life, values exercises and vision boards in the first month.

If two or three of those live outside your community platform today, you are a good candidate for a switch. If you only run a paid community and never book 1:1 calls, a community-first tool may still be the right answer, and we name the best ones below.

How did we choose and rank these tools?

We started from what life coaches leave Circle for, then scored each tool on whether it closes those gaps. We have not run hands-on tests of every tool; the ranking uses what each vendor documents on its own pricing and product pages (checked in October 2026) and what public reviewers report on Trustpilot or G2.

  1. One login for the client journey. Can a client go from discovery call to signed agreement, payment, program and community without a second account?
  2. Between-session delivery. Habits, check-ins, weekly goals and progress the coach can see per client.
  3. Community quality. Feeds, cohort groups, events and messaging, because this is the reason people chose Circle in the first place.
  4. Total monthly cost. The plan price plus platform fees on sales plus the extra tools you would still need.
  5. Setup effort. How long it takes to rebuild your offer, and whether anyone helps.

We left out tools that only cover one slice (a pure scheduler, a pure link-in-bio page) because replacing Circle with one of those would add a tool, not remove one. If you are also comparing booking tools, see our guide to Calendly alternatives for life coaches.

1. Coachful: why is it the best overall Circle alternative for life coaches?

Coachful wins when you sell coaching relationships, not just access to a group. It keeps a community (feed, group chat, direct messages, video events and cohort groups) and wraps it in everything around it: booking, agreements, payments, programs, courses, a website and email.

A client's coaching progress page on a laptop and a coach's session calendar on a tablet on a calm home office desk
Coachful's client My Coaching page with a 90-day journey on the laptop, and the coach's monthly session calendar on the tablet, both with demo data.

What Coachful is, in one paragraph. Coachful is a coaching platform where one subscription covers booking, payments, contracts, program delivery with habits and check-ins, courses, a community, a website with funnels and email, and an AI assistant, with one login for the coach and one branded app for the client. It is built for coaches who deliver programs, not just sessions, for solo coaches growing into a small team, and for coaches replacing four to six tools. It does not do clinical record-keeping (it is not HIPAA-certified), it does not take PayPal, and it has no permanent free plan. You start with a free trial, and the Coachful team will build your website, funnel or program for you at no cost. The company is based in Tallinn, Estonia, and has a Trustpilot score of 4.5 from 21 reviews.

Discovery calls and private sessions. Booking pages have availability rules, buffers, minimum notice and time-zone detection, so a client in another country sees the right slot. Calendars sync both ways with Google, Apple/iCloud and Outlook. Each session gets built-in video or an auto-created Zoom, Meet or Teams link, with email reminders, plus SMS 24 hours before and WhatsApp 1 hour before once messaging is enabled. You can sell paid sessions and session credits, and add intake questions to the booking form. Our page on scheduling software for coaches has the detail.

Agreements before the first call. Coaching agreements with e-signature go out before session one and are stored on the client record. For a life coach, that is where you write down that coaching is not therapy, what confidentiality covers and how cancellations work. See coaching contracts for how it works.

The part Circle does not have. Multi-week programs carry weekly goals, daily tasks, habits, morning and evening check-ins, goals with progress bars and streaks. A client in a 12-week confidence program might have a weekly goal (speak up once in every team meeting), a daily task (write one sentence about a moment they held their ground) and a habit (a five-minute evening reflection). Each client record then shows goals, check-ins, habits, notes, intake answers, tags, payments and sessions, with a status of thriving, active, quiet or at risk, so you know who needs a message before Thursday.

Community, without a second platform. When a client enrolls in a group program, a cohort group is created automatically. Alongside it you get a community feed, group chat, direct messages, video events, group calls and webinars. Courses (modules, lessons, drip, completion tracking), downloads, videos and bundles are delivered into the client's branded home and app. More on this on our community platform for coaches page.

This short walkthrough shows how a program is built and delivered:

Payments and money. Payments run through your own Stripe Connect or Razorpay account: one-time, subscriptions, payment plans, order bumps, coupons, refunds, Apple Pay and Google Pay, and Stripe Tax. Coachful has charged a 0% platform fee since August 2026, so you pay only Stripe or Razorpay processing. Compare that with Circle's 2% fee on Professional.

Michelle, the AI assistant. Michelle works from your live practice data. It builds programs, drafts emails and content, summarizes recorded sessions and briefs you before each session. It can also give optional private feedback on your own coaching against ICF Core Competencies 3 to 8. Questions and planning are included in your Coachful membership; confirmed builds and changes use AI credits. If you are working toward an ICF credential, ICF hour tracking counts coaching hours and distinct clients against ACC, PCC and MCC thresholds and exports a client coaching log.

Why Coachful stands out: a free white-glove service. From Create, choose "We'll build it for you · FREE", describe what you want (a website, a funnel, a program, a course outline, an email sequence, a coaching flow or a form), attach up to 8 reference links and up to 10 files, and the Coachful team builds it inside your own account, usually within about 24 hours. Nothing gets invented: no fake credentials, testimonials or prices, and gaps are left for you to fill. One leadership coach with a Squarespace renewal days away got a clean homepage with a repeated "talk with me" button; a somatic coach leaving Kajabi had the homepage and About page rebuilt and the contact form connected. It does not cover recording videos, logo design, ad management or ongoing marketing. Read more about the free white-glove service.

Limits worth knowing. Coachful is not HIPAA-certified and has no BAA, so it is not a clinical records system. There is no PayPal. The client app ships under the Coachful listing with your branding, not under your own App Store account. There are no third-party plugins, and the affiliate program records payouts manually. Lower plans cap the number of clients; Pro is unlimited, and monthly plans cancel in one click (current plans: Lite: $29/month for up to 5 clients; Solo: $49/month for up to 20 clients; Pro: $99/month with unlimited clients; Studio: $199/month with unlimited clients).

2. Kajabi: is it the right pick for a course-led life coaching business?

Kajabi is the pick when your signature program is mainly a course, and you want sales pages, funnels and email automation built around it. A life coach who sells a self-paced "reset your year" course to a list of thousands, with a community attached, fits Kajabi well.

Public homepage of Kajabi as it appeared in October 2026
Kajabi's homepage in October 2026.

Kajabi combines courses, a community, a website, funnels and email in one account. For a coach leaving Circle, the community moves over as a product rather than as the centre of everything, and the marketing side gets much stronger: you can run a lead magnet, a nurture sequence and a launch from one place instead of pairing Circle with a separate email tool or Circle's Email Hub add-on.

Pricing as listed in October 2026: Basic is $179/month ($143/month billed annually) with 5 products, 2,500 contacts, 1 community, 1 website, 2 admin users and 0 AI credits. Growth is $249/month ($199/month annually) with 50 products, 25,000 contacts and 500 AI credits. Pro is $499/month ($399/month annually) with unlimited products, 100,000 contacts and 3 communities. With Kajabi Payments in the US, processing is 2.9% + $0.30 on Basic, 2.8% + $0.30 on Growth and 2.7% + $0.30 on Pro. Using another processor (other than PayPal) adds a Kajabi fee of 2%, 1% or 0.5% depending on plan. The standard trial is 14 days; a card is optional, and if you enter one, Kajabi places an authorization hold and charges when the trial ends.

The limits show up in 1:1 work. Kajabi's coaching model is products and communities, not per-client plans, and it has no habit tracking or daily client check-ins. The Basic plan's 5-product cap fills quickly if you sell a course, a group program, a 1:1 package, a workbook and a mini-course. Kajabi holds a Trustpilot score of 3.4 from 2,347 reviews (seen October 2026). We cover the wider field in Kajabi alternatives for life coaches.

Pick it over Coachful if your revenue comes mostly from a large email list buying courses, you rarely run 1:1 programs, and you are comfortable with a higher entry price for a stronger marketing suite.

3. Mighty Networks: what if you want to stay community-first?

Mighty Networks is the closest swap for a life coach who loves the Circle model and wants to keep the community at the centre. It covers community, courses and events in one place, with member apps, and its plan structure looks a lot like Circle's.

Public homepage of Mighty Networks as it appeared in October 2026
Mighty Networks's homepage in October 2026.

For a life coach running a paid membership (monthly themes, a live call each week, an alumni space), Mighty Networks does the same job with livestreaming built into the plan. Launch includes 3 hosts, 10 moderators, 200 GB of storage and 20 hours a month of livestreaming for up to 100 attendees, which covers a weekly group call for most solo coaches. If you are choosing between the two directly, read Circle vs Mighty Networks.

As listed in October 2026: Launch is $95/month ($79/month billed annually), Scale is $215/month ($179/month annually) with 5 hosts and 30 livestream hours for 200 attendees, and Growth is $354/month billed annually with 10 hosts and 40 livestream hours for 1,000 attendees. Mighty Pro is custom-priced. The platform fee on sales is 2% on Launch, 1% on Scale and 0.5% on Growth and Mighty Pro, plus Stripe processing. The 14-day trial needs no credit card and includes Growth features.

The gaps mirror Circle's. There is no 1:1 scheduling, no invoicing and no contracts, and no per-client habits, check-ins or private coaching plans. Member apps are Mighty-branded unless you move to custom-priced Mighty Pro. So a life coach who switches from Circle to Mighty Networks usually keeps the same side tools for discovery calls and agreements. Mighty Networks holds a Trustpilot score of 3.3 from 219 reviews (seen October 2026).

That makes it a lateral move. It suits coaches unhappy with something specific about Circle (the feel of the apps, livestream limits, the plan line-up) rather than coaches who have outgrown community platforms in general.

Pick it over Coachful if the community is the whole product, you never or rarely sell 1:1 packages, and you want built-in livestream hours on the entry plan.

Which one looks like you?

Coachful builds your coaching website from a few answers, in a design chosen for your niche, with programs, booking and payments ready behind it.

4. Podia: does a simple storefront cover a small life coaching practice?

Podia fits the life coach who wants to sell a few things simply: a coaching session, a downloadable journal, a webinar replay and a small community, from one tidy storefront. It is one of the least intimidating tools on this list.

Public homepage of Podia as it appeared in October 2026
Podia's homepage in October 2026.

Podia lists courses, downloads, webinars, coaching sessions and community as product types. For a coach coming from Circle, that means the community moves over and some paid 1:1 work can be sold from the same place, which Circle cannot do. Setup is light, so a newer life coach can have a storefront live quickly.

As listed in October 2026: Mover is $49/month ($42/month billed annually) with 50 products, 500 videos, 25 community spaces and 100 email subscribers, and a 5% Podia transaction fee. Shaker is $99/month ($84/month annually) with 150 products, 100 spaces, 500 email subscribers, 1 assistant and 0% Podia fee. Earthquaker is $179/month ($150/month annually) with unlimited products and 1,000 email subscribers. Stripe or PayPal processing (2.9% + 30¢ standard) applies on top. The 14-day trial gives full access with no card and no plan selection.

The email allowances are the catch. A life coach with a 2,000-person list from a free quiz would outgrow every plan's included subscribers. Podia also has no mobile app and no native video calls (per our older profile, September 2026), so sessions run on a separate video tool. There are no client habits, check-ins or per-client plans. Podia holds a Trustpilot score of 4.1 from 153 reviews (seen October 2026).

A realistic Podia setup for a life coach: a free "values clarity" PDF to grow the list, a four-session package sold as a coaching product, a recorded workshop, and a community space for buyers. That works for the first year of a practice. Once you run cohorts with weekly accountability, the lack of check-ins starts to show.

Pick it over Coachful if you sell mostly digital products with occasional sessions, your email list is small, and you value the simplest possible setup over between-session tracking.

5. Ruzuku: when does a cohort course platform make sense?

Ruzuku makes sense when your main offer is a cohort course with live calls, such as a six-week "life after divorce" group or a "clarity in your career" course that starts on a fixed date. Its free-forever plan also lets you run a small first cohort before paying anything.

Public homepage of Ruzuku as it appeared in October 2026
Ruzuku's homepage in October 2026.

Ruzuku's course builder handles video, audio, downloads, quizzes and discussions, with drip by enrollment date or fixed dates. It has built-in live video meetings (up to 60 in a conference, 250 in presentation mode) plus Zoom, community discussions and direct messaging on every plan. For a life coach who used Circle mainly as a course-plus-discussion space for a cohort, Ruzuku covers that use case directly, and coaches are one of several audiences it serves.

Pricing as listed in October 2026: the Free plan allows up to 5 enrolled students at a time, with no credit card; email course invitations need a paid plan. Core is $99/month ($83.08/month billed annually) with unlimited students and courses and videos up to 2 GB. Pro is $199/month ($166.42/month annually) with videos up to 4 GB and 4K streaming. Ruzuku charges 0% transaction fees on every plan, including Free, so you pay only Stripe or PayPal processing. A 30-day money-back guarantee applies after you activate a subscription. On ratings, a G2 badge on its site shows 4.4; we could not verify the review count.

The limit for life coaches is the 1:1 side. Ruzuku has no booking calendar, no coaching agreements in our notes, and no per-client habit or check-in tracking. You can sell one-time, subscription and payment-plan access, which helps with group pricing, but private clients need a separate scheduler.

Pick it over Coachful if you mostly run date-based cohort courses, want to test one with five students on a free plan, and handle any 1:1 work elsewhere.

6. Skool: is a low-cost group enough for life coaches?

Skool is the budget option for a life coach whose offer is a single group: one community, one classroom and one calendar of live calls, with leaderboards that reward participation. For a coach testing a paid group before building anything bigger, the $9 entry plan is hard to beat on price.

Public homepage of Skool as it appeared in October 2026
Skool's homepage in October 2026.

Each Skool group combines a community feed, a classroom for courses and a calendar for calls. Gamified leaderboards can lift participation in a group like a 30-day morning-routine challenge. Coming from Circle, you trade polish and flexibility (spaces, branded emails, workflows) for simplicity and a lower bill.

As listed in October 2026: Hobby is $9/month ($7.50/month billed annually) and Pro is $99/month ($82.50/month annually), both with unlimited members, courses, videos and live calls. Payments run only through Skool Payments. Hobby takes 10% + 30¢ on every transaction; Pro takes 2.9% + 30¢ on transactions up to $899 and 3.9% + 30¢ above $900, and fees are non-refundable. The pricing page shows "try for free" buttons, but the trial length and card requirement were not stated when we checked.

Do the fee arithmetic before you choose Hobby. On an example group of 20 members paying $50/month, that is $1,000 in monthly sales, and 10% + 30¢ per payment comes to about $106 in Skool fees, which is more than the Pro plan. Skool also has no custom-domain website, no funnels, no email automation and no public API, and no 1:1 client records, intake forms, habits or check-ins. It holds a Trustpilot score of 1.6 from 54 reviews (seen October 2026). See Skool alternatives for life coaches and our Skool vs Circle comparison for more.

Pick it over Coachful if you run a single low-priced group, want leaderboards, and are happy to keep your website, email and 1:1 work in other tools.

7. Systeme.io: can a free funnel tool replace Circle early on?

Systeme.io is the right call for a life coach who is still building an audience and needs funnels, email and a basic course or community without a monthly bill. It replaces the marketing tools around Circle more than Circle itself.

Public homepage of Systeme.io as it appeared in October 2026
Systeme.io's homepage in October 2026.

The free plan is unusually generous: 2,000 contacts, 3 funnels, 1 course with up to 500 students, a blog, an affiliate program, a custom domain, one automation rule and one email campaign. A life coach could run a free quiz, a five-day email series and a starter course on that, then upgrade when the list grows. The community and course features are basic, and there is no branded mobile app (per our older profile, September 2026).

As listed in October 2026: Free is $0, Startup is $17/month (5,000 contacts, 10 funnels, 5 courses), Webinar is $47/month (10,000 contacts, 50 funnels, 20 courses) and Unlimited is $97/month. Systeme.io charges 0% transaction fees on all plans, including Free; you pay only Stripe or PayPal processing. No credit card is required for the free plan, which never expires. It holds a Trustpilot score of 4.9 from 8,696 reviews (seen October 2026).

The weakness for coaching is delivery. Systeme.io has no native 1:1 scheduling tied to client records, and no habits or check-ins (per our older profile). A coach who moves a thriving Circle community into Systeme.io would notice the drop in community features quickly. It works best as a marketing front end in the early months, or as a pairing with a coaching tool.

Where it fits on this list: last, because it covers the least of what a Circle community does, but it is the cheapest way to start collecting leads while you decide.

Pick it over Coachful if you have no paying clients yet, need no-cost funnels and email right now, and plan to add coaching delivery later.

How do the features compare side by side?

Coachful is the only tool in this comparison that combines 1:1 booking, agreements, habits and check-ins with a community. The table uses what each vendor documents; "Not listed" means we found no mention in the vendor's materials we reviewed, not that the feature is proven absent.

What does each setup cost per month?

The cheapest plan rarely gives the cheapest practice, because most alternatives need extra tools for 1:1 work. Here are three example stacks for a life coach with around 15 active clients, a group program and a small list, using prices as listed in October 2026 and annual billing where offered.

The Circle stack does not include a scheduler or e-signature price because those depend on which tools you pick; add your own figures. The budget stack looks cheap until sales grow, as the Skool fee example above shows. For a fuller look at what moving costs, see our guide to hosting a coaching community without Circle.

How would a life coach move from Circle to Coachful, step by step?

A typical move takes a few focused sessions, and the Coachful team can do much of the build for you. Here is an example for a life coach with 12 private clients, one eight-week group program and a 300-member alumni community on Circle.

  1. Export from Circle first. Members and subscriptions can be exported as CSV files at any time. Posts and content have no bulk export (per our older profile, September 2026), so save the lessons and key threads you want to keep while your Circle account is active.
  2. Start the trial and request a build. Open Create, choose "We'll build it for you · FREE", and describe your website and group program. Attach your Circle community link and current sales page as reference links, plus your logo and photos. Clients, programs and content are imported for you during onboarding.
  3. Set up booking. Create a free discovery call and a paid 1:1 session type with availability rules, buffers and minimum notice. Connect Google, Apple or Outlook, and choose built-in video or Zoom. Add two or three intake questions, such as "What made you reach out now?"
  4. Write your coaching agreement. Include scope (coaching, not therapy, with a referral line for mental health concerns), confidentiality, cancellations and payment terms, and have it reviewed by a local lawyer. It goes out for e-signature before the first call.
  5. Turn your group program into a Coachful program. Rebuild the eight weeks with a weekly goal, a few daily tasks, one or two habits and morning or evening check-ins. Start from one of the more than 40 program templates, or ask Michelle to draft it from your outline.
  6. Recreate the community. Enrolling clients in the program creates the cohort group automatically. Set up the alumni feed and schedule a monthly video event to replace your Circle live sessions.
  7. Connect payments. Link your Stripe Connect account and set up packages, payment plans and coupons. Move existing subscribers on a set date and tell them in advance.
  8. Invite members and close Circle. Email your members with a clear switch date, run both for a short overlap, then cancel Circle once everyone is in.

See group coaching software for how cohorts and group calls work in Coachful.

What mistakes do life coaches make when leaving Circle?

The most common mistake is swapping one community platform for another and keeping the same patchwork around it. Others to avoid:

  • Leaving the export too late. Because Circle posts have no bulk export, coaches who cancel first lose threads and lessons they meant to keep.
  • Rebuilding every space. Ten Circle spaces often collapse into one cohort group and one alumni feed. Fewer, busier spaces work better for a solo practice.
  • Ignoring platform fees. A 2% or 10% cut looks small on a pricing page and large on a year of sales. Add it to the monthly cost.
  • Assuming a community equals accountability. A feed shows who posts; it does not show who did their habits this week. Life coaching results depend on the second.
  • Skipping the agreement. Clients in emotionally heavy topics need clear scope in writing, including when you will refer them to a therapist.
  • Moving paying subscribers without notice. Give members a date, a reason and a simple first step in the new space.

Which Circle alternative should a life coach choose?

Choose Coachful if you work with private clients, run programs and want the community to live in the same place as booking, agreements, payments and between-session work. Choose Kajabi if you sell courses to a large list, Mighty Networks if the community is the whole product, Podia for a small and simple storefront, Ruzuku for date-based cohort courses, Skool for a single cheap group and Systeme.io for free funnels while you build an audience.

For most life coaches, the reason to leave Circle is not the community. It is everything Circle sends you elsewhere for. Start with a free trial and let the team handle the build.

Frequently asked questions

What is the best Circle alternative for life coaches?

For life coaches who run 1:1 clients and programs, Coachful is our pick because it adds booking, agreements, habits, check-ins and payments to a community. If the community is your entire product, Mighty Networks is the closest like-for-like swap. We make Coachful, so compare both on your own offer.

Does Circle have 1:1 scheduling for coaching sessions?

No. Circle has no 1:1 scheduling or client management back office, so life coaches pair it with a separate booking tool. Circle does support live events and streams for groups.

How much does Circle cost in October 2026?

As listed in October 2026, Circle Professional is $89/month, Business $199/month and Scale $419/month, all billed annually; Circle Plus is custom-priced. Circle also takes 0.5% to 2% of payments depending on plan, plus Stripe processing.

What is Coachful's free white-glove service?

It is a build service on every plan: you describe a website, funnel, program, course outline, email sequence or form, attach up to 8 links and 10 files, and the Coachful team builds it inside your account, usually within about 24 hours. It does not include recording videos, logo design or ad management. Details are in our white-glove service guide.

Can I move my Circle community to another platform?

Yes, but plan the content side. Circle lets you export members and subscriptions as CSV files at any time, while posts have no bulk export (per our older profile, September 2026). Save key lessons and threads before you cancel.

Is Coachful suitable for life coaches who work on mental health topics?

Coachful is a coaching platform, not a clinical system, and it is not HIPAA-certified. Life coaching is not therapy, so clients who describe symptoms of depression, trauma or crisis should be referred to a licensed mental health professional. Clinical records belong in a clinical system.

Which Circle alternative has no transaction fees?

Coachful (0% platform fee since August 2026), Ruzuku and Systeme.io all list 0% platform fees; you still pay Stripe or other processor fees. Podia is 0% on Shaker and above, and Kajabi adds no extra fee when you use Kajabi Payments.

Is there a free Circle alternative for life coaches?

Ruzuku has a free plan for up to 5 enrolled students at a time, and Systeme.io has a free plan with 2,000 contacts, funnels and one course. Neither includes 1:1 booking with client records. Coachful offers a free trial rather than a permanent free plan.

Can my clients use a branded app instead of Circle's app?

On Circle, branded iOS and Android apps sit on custom-priced Circle Plus. In Coachful, clients use the Coachful app with your branding, which ships under the Coachful listing rather than your own App Store account.

Does Coachful track ICF coaching hours?

Yes. It counts coaching hours and distinct clients against ACC, PCC and MCC thresholds and exports an ICF client coaching log with paid and pro bono hours, which helps life coaches working toward a credential.
