7 Best GoHighLevel Alternatives That Cost Less (2026 Guide)

7 Best GoHighLevel Alternatives That Cost Less (2026 Guide)

If you are searching for gohighlevel alternatives that cost less, the real question is not "which tool has the lowest sticker price" but "which tool covers what I actually use GoHighLevel for, without the metered extras." GoHighLevel's Starter plan is listed at $97 a month in October 2026, and SMS, email, phone and AI usage are billed on top. Most coaches who leave it are paying for agency machinery (sub-accounts, pipelines, SaaS reselling) while still running client delivery somewhere else.

Our pick for most coaches is Coachful, because it replaces the funnel, booking, payment and email side of GoHighLevel and adds the part GoHighLevel never built: programs, habits and check-ins that keep clients moving between sessions. We make Coachful, so we have tried to be specific about where the other six tools win and where Coachful does not fit. Every vendor price below is as listed on the vendor's own pricing page in October 2026.

What does GoHighLevel actually cost a coach?

GoHighLevel costs $97 a month on Starter, $297 on Unlimited and $497 on Agency Pro, as listed in October 2026, plus usage. Paying yearly brings those to $970, $2,970 and $4,970, or roughly $80.83, $247.50 and $414.17 a month.

The plan price is only the base. GoHighLevel's pricing page says SMS, email, phone numbers and AI are metered and billed separately, with per-unit rates on separate pricing guides rather than on the pricing page itself. The add-on list in October 2026 is long, and several items hit coaches directly:

  • Branded Client Portal App: $49 a month per sub-account.
  • AI Employee: $50 a month (Growth) or $97 a month (Unlimited) per sub-account.
  • WhatsApp: $10 a month per sub-account.
  • HIPAA compliance: $297 a month, not included on Starter, Unlimited or Agency Pro.
  • Premium support: $500 a month.

To be fair to it, GoHighLevel is very good at what it was designed for. Marketing automation, two-way SMS, multi-stage pipelines, funnels and agency sub-accounts are its home turf, and it holds a 4.9 Trustpilot score from 15,250 reviews (seen October 25, 2026). If you resell marketing services to local businesses, the Unlimited plan can pay for itself. For a solo coach, the struggles public reviewers commonly describe are different: setup complexity, a bill that creeps up with usage, and no native way to deliver a coaching program between calls. Our full GoHighLevel pricing breakdown and GoHighLevel review go deeper on each line.

What do coaches leaving GoHighLevel need from a cheaper tool?

Coaches switching away from GoHighLevel need to keep the marketing pieces they really used, drop the agency pieces they never touched, and finally get client delivery in the same place. In practice that list is shorter than GoHighLevel's feature page.

  • A funnel and website that still converts. Most coaches use GoHighLevel for one or two funnels: a free call booking page, a lead magnet, maybe a webinar. Losing those is the biggest fear when switching.
  • Booking with calendar sync and reminders. GoHighLevel calendars are a core reason coaches sign up. The replacement must handle availability rules, time zones and reminders.
  • Email sequences. Not necessarily SMS blasts, but a welcome sequence and a nurture sequence with triggers.
  • Payments without a platform cut. GoHighLevel shows no platform fee on sales. Several cheaper tools quietly take 5% to 10% on their entry plans, which can wipe out the saving.
  • Something for clients between sessions. GoHighLevel has no habit tracking, client check-ins or structured program engine; coaches simulate them with workflows and forms. If you were building that with workflows, you need a tool where it is native.
  • A predictable monthly bill. The point of switching is cost certainty, so metered usage and per-sub-account add-ons count against a tool.

What most coaches do not need: unlimited sub-accounts, SaaS Mode, rebilling with markup, or a multi-stage deal board for a sales team. If you do need those, GoHighLevel may still be the right call, and we say so in the verdict.

Which GoHighLevel alternative is best for each situation?

Coachful is the best overall cheaper alternative for coaches; the other six each win a narrower situation. Ranked by: one login for the whole client journey, delivery between sessions, total monthly stack cost including platform fees, and setup effort (including Coachful's free white-glove build).

How did we choose and rank these tools?

We started from what coaches actually replace when they leave GoHighLevel, then scored each tool on four criteria and dropped anything that costs more than GoHighLevel Starter for a typical solo coach.

  1. One login for the whole client journey. From the first funnel visit to booking, paying, signing an agreement and doing the work. Every extra tool is another subscription and another place a client can get lost.
  2. Delivery between sessions. Programs, habits, check-ins and messaging. This is GoHighLevel's weakest area for coaches and the one that most affects whether clients renew.
  3. Total monthly cost. Plan price, plus platform fees on your sales, plus the add-ons you would need to match what you use today. A $9 plan with a 10% fee is not a $9 plan.
  4. Setup effort. GoHighLevel's learning curve is a common complaint. We favoured tools a solo coach can set up in a weekend, or that will set it up for you.

We did not test these tools hands-on for this article. Features and limits come from each vendor's own pricing page and documentation as listed in October 2026, with a few notes from vendor profiles we compiled in September 2026, which we label. Tools that cost about the same or more than GoHighLevel, such as Kajabi (Basic $179 a month) and ClickFunnels (Launch $97 a month), are covered in our broader GoHighLevel alternatives for coaches roundup instead.

1. Coachful: why is it the best overall cheaper alternative?

Scenario it wins: you are a coach who uses GoHighLevel for funnels, booking and email, but runs the actual coaching in Google Docs, WhatsApp or a separate course tool. Coachful puts both halves under one login and one flat monthly plan, with no metered SMS or email line on the bill.

Coachful is a coaching platform built for coaches who deliver programs, not just sessions. One subscription covers booking, payments, contracts, program delivery with habits and check-ins, courses, a community, a website with funnels and email, and an AI assistant. The coach has one login; the client gets one app in the coach's branding. It suits solo coaches growing into a small team and coaches replacing four to six tools. Current plans: (Lite: $29/month for up to 5 clients; Solo: $49/month for up to 20 clients; Pro: $99/month with unlimited clients; Studio: $199/month with unlimited clients). Lower plans cap the number of clients, Pro is unlimited, team plans add coach seats, and monthly plans cancel in one click.

What replaces your GoHighLevel funnels and email?

Coachful has a section-based website builder with a blog, custom domain, SEO settings and 30 designed homepage templates, plus an Import website option. Funnels cover booking, application, lead-magnet and checkout flows, with Meta Pixel, GA4 and UTM tracking. Email lists, broadcasts and multi-step sequences support triggers, delays, branching and A/B splits, which covers the nurture workflows most coaches built in GoHighLevel. There is also a link-in-bio page that sells.

How does booking and payment compare?

Booking pages include availability rules, buffers, minimum notice and time-zone detection, with two-way Google, Apple/iCloud and Outlook calendar sync. Sessions can use built-in video or auto-created Zoom, Meet or Teams links. Reminders go out by email, and by SMS (24 hours before) and WhatsApp (1 hour before) once messaging is enabled. Intake questions can be attached to booking, and multi-coach session types can use round-robin or least-busy assignment.

Payments run through your own Stripe Connect or Razorpay account: one-time, subscriptions, payment plans, order bumps, coupons, refunds, Apple Pay and Google Pay, and Stripe Tax. Coachful has charged a 0% platform fee since August 2026, so you pay only Stripe or Razorpay processing. Coaching agreements with e-signature go out before the first call and are stored on the client record.

What happens between sessions?

This is the part GoHighLevel leaves to workarounds. Coachful runs multi-week programs with weekly goals, daily tasks, habits, morning and evening check-ins, goals with progress bars and streaks. Each client record holds goals, check-ins, habits, notes, intake answers, tags, payments and sessions, plus an AI briefing, and flags clients as thriving, active, quiet or at risk so you can see who is drifting before they cancel.

Coachful's client dashboard with demo clients, status tags, a 72% task completion rate and an 81% check-in rate.

Courses (with drip and completion tracking), downloads, videos, events and bundles are delivered into the client's branded home and app. A community feed, group chat, direct messages and video events sit alongside, and cohort groups are created automatically when someone enrolls in a program. Michelle, the built-in AI assistant, works from your live practice data: it builds programs, drafts emails, summarizes recorded sessions and briefs you before calls. Questions and planning are included in your Coachful membership; confirmed builds and changes use AI credits. Coaches pursuing ICF credentials also get hour tracking against ACC, PCC and MCC thresholds with an exportable client coaching log.

Here is a short walkthrough of how a program is built and delivered:

Where does Coachful fall short of GoHighLevel?

Honesty matters here, because some GoHighLevel users genuinely need what it does. Coachful has a leads list, but no multi-stage sales deal board for large teams and no Salesforce or HubSpot integration. It has no agency sub-accounts or reselling, no routing forms that pick a host from form answers, and no PayPal. It is not HIPAA-certified and offers no BAA, so it is not for clinical record-keeping. The client app ships under the Coachful listing with your branding, not under your own App Store account. There is no permanent free plan, though there is a free trial. Integrations beyond the native ones (Google Calendar, Apple Calendar, Outlook, Zoom, Meet, Teams, Stripe, Razorpay, Meta Pixel, GA4) go through Zapier.

Why Coachful stands out: a free white-glove service. The setup effort that keeps coaches stuck on GoHighLevel largely disappears. From Create, choose "We'll build it for you · FREE", describe what you want (a website, funnel, sales page, program, course outline, email sequence, lead quiz, automation and more), and attach up to 8 reference links and up to 10 files such as logos, copy or brand guides. The Coachful team builds it inside your own account, usually within about 24 hours. Nothing is invented: no fake credentials, testimonials or prices, and gaps are left for you to fill. It does not cover recording videos, logo design, ad management or ongoing marketing. One recent build: a business mentor for beauty professionals got a 12-week mentorship sales page, a free start-up-guide funnel and rewritten follow-up emails. Clients, programs and content are also imported for you during onboarding. Read more about the free white-glove service.

Pick it over Coachful if... this is Coachful, so the honest flip side: stay on GoHighLevel if you run an agency with client sub-accounts, need a deal pipeline for a sales team, or rely on HubSpot or Salesforce sync. 2. Systeme.io: is it the cheapest way off GoHighLevel?

When the only goal is to spend as little as possible on funnels and email, Systeme.io wins. It is the closest thing to a free GoHighLevel for the marketing half of a coaching business, and it charges 0% transaction fees on every plan, including Free.

Systeme.io homepage promoting its all-in-one funnel, email and course builder
Systeme.io's homepage in October 2026.

Systeme.io is a low-cost marketing suite covering funnels, email, courses, a community, a blog and an affiliate program. As listed in October 2026, the Free plan includes 2,000 contacts, 3 funnels, 1 course with up to 500 students, 1 blog, 1 custom domain, 1 automation rule and 1 email campaign, and it never expires with no card required. Startup is $17 a month (5,000 contacts, 10 funnels, 5 courses), Webinar is $47 (10,000 contacts, 50 funnels, 20 courses) and Unlimited is $97 (unlimited contacts, funnels, courses and automation rules). Systeme.io holds a 4.9 Trustpilot score from 8,696 reviews (seen October 25, 2026).

Systeme.io's pricing page in October 2026.

For a coach leaving GoHighLevel, the funnel and email migration is the easy part. A lead magnet funnel, a sales page and a welcome sequence fit comfortably in Startup. The single automation rule on Free is the catch; any real nurture logic pushes you to a paid plan quickly.

Where it stops: our September 2026 profile found no native 1:1 scheduling tied to client records, and no habits or check-ins. Community and course features are basic, and there was no branded mobile app. So a coach using Systeme.io still needs a booking tool, a contracts tool and somewhere to deliver the program, which is exactly the tool sprawl many people joined GoHighLevel to escape. Add those up honestly before deciding Systeme.io is cheaper.

Pick it over Coachful if you mainly sell low-ticket digital products or a course through funnels, rarely do 1:1 work, and want a free or near-free plan while you test an idea.

3. Kartra: the closest marketing-suite swap for less?

Kartra fits the coach who genuinely uses GoHighLevel's marketing automation, including SMS, and wants a similar all-in-one suite at a lower entry price. Of the tools here, it feels most like GoHighLevel in scope: pages, funnels, email and SMS, memberships, calendars and a helpdesk.

Prices as listed in October 2026: Essentials $59 a month ($52 billed annually) with 500 contacts, 5 pages, 1 product, 1 membership or course, 10,000 emails a month, 1 domain and 30 AI uses. Starter is $119 a month ($99 annually) with 2,500 contacts, unlimited pages, products and memberships, unlimited email and SMS, and 5 team members. Growth is $229 ($189 annually) with 12,500 contacts. There is a 14-day free trial and a 30-day money-back guarantee. Kartra holds a 3.2 Trustpilot score from 129 reviews (seen October 25, 2026).

Kartra pricing page with Essentials, Starter, Growth and Professional plans
Kartra's pricing page in October 2026.

The pricing trap is Essentials. It charges a 5% transaction fee, while Starter and Growth charge 0%. The gap between them is $60 a month, so once you sell more than $1,200 a month, Essentials costs more than Starter. Most coaches with a real practice will end up on Starter, which at $119 is above GoHighLevel's $97 Starter. Kartra only "costs less" for coaches with a small list and modest sales, or when you compare it against GoHighLevel plus its metered usage.

Gaps for coaching: no client habits, check-ins or per-client coaching plans, and our September 2026 profile noted no mobile app for students or admins, and funnels and memberships that are not portable to other platforms.

Pick it over Coachful if SMS campaigns and a helpdesk matter more to you than client delivery, and your list is small enough to live inside Essentials or your revenue supports Starter.

4. Podia: what if you just want a simple storefront?

Podia is the answer for coaches who found GoHighLevel overwhelming and want the opposite: a plain storefront that sells coaching sessions, a course, downloads, webinars and a community, with almost no setup.

Podia homepage introducing its storefront for courses, downloads, coaching and community
Podia's homepage in October 2026.

As listed in October 2026, Mover costs $49 a month ($42 annually) with 50 products, 500 videos, 25 community spaces and 100 email subscribers included. Shaker is $99 ($84 annually) with 150 products and 500 email subscribers, and Earthquaker is $179 ($150 annually) with unlimited products and 1,000 email subscribers. The trial is 14 days with full access and no credit card needed. Podia holds a 4.1 Trustpilot score from 153 reviews (seen October 25, 2026).

Two numbers matter for a GoHighLevel switcher. First, the email allowances are small. If you have even a modest list in GoHighLevel, 100 included subscribers on Mover will not hold it, and 1,000 on the top plan is still tight. Second, Mover takes a 5% transaction fee; Shaker and Earthquaker take 0%. The $50 gap closes at $1,000 a month in sales, so a coach earning more than that should budget for Shaker from the start, which puts Podia at roughly GoHighLevel's price.

For 1:1 coaching, our September 2026 profile found no mobile app and no native video calls, and Podia has no client habits, check-ins or per-client plans. You can sell a session; you cannot run a 12-week program with daily accountability inside it.

Pick it over Coachful if your business is a handful of products and occasional paid calls, your email list is tiny, and you want the simplest possible checkout.

Which one looks like you?

Coachful builds your coaching website from a few answers, in a design chosen for your niche, with programs, booking and payments ready behind it.

Build your platform

5. Skool: does a community-first tool replace GoHighLevel?

Skool works best for coaches whose main offer is a group program or paid membership, where the community itself is the product. It bundles a community, a classroom and a calendar into one group with gamified leaderboards.

Skool homepage showing its community, classroom and calendar platform
Skool's homepage in October 2026.

The Hobby plan is $9 a month ($7.50 annually) and Pro is $99 ($82.50 annually), both with unlimited members, courses, videos and live calls, as listed in October 2026. The fees are where the comparison turns. Hobby charges 10% + 30¢ on every transaction. Pro charges 2.9% + 30¢ on transactions up to $899 and 3.9% + 30¢ above $900. Payments go only through Skool Payments, with weekly payouts. Skool holds a 1.6 Trustpilot score from 54 reviews (seen October 25, 2026).

Run the numbers before choosing Hobby. Its fee is about 7.1 percentage points higher than Pro's on a typical sale, and the plans are $90 apart, so above roughly $1,270 a month in sales, Hobby is the more expensive plan. A coach with 15 members paying $200 a month (an example) would pay about $304 a month in Hobby fees alone.

Skool also leaves a lot of GoHighLevel's territory uncovered. There is no custom-domain website, no funnels, no email automation and no public API, and no 1:1 client records, intake forms, habits or check-ins. You would still need a site, a lead magnet tool and an email platform.

Pick it over Coachful if your whole business is a community with a classroom, you are happy for discovery and engagement to run inside Skool, and you do little 1:1 work.

6. Stan Store: is a link-in-bio store enough?

Stan Store is built for the coach who sells from Instagram or TikTok and used GoHighLevel mostly for a booking page and a checkout. It turns a link-in-bio into a storefront for digital products, courses, memberships and paid calls.

Stan Store homepage showing its link-in-bio storefront for creators
Stan Store's homepage in October 2026.

As listed in October 2026, Creator is $29 a month ($25 annually) with unlimited products and customers in one store, and Creator Pro is $99 a month ($79 annually). Stan takes a 0% fee on sales; standard Stripe or PayPal processing applies. Both plans have a 14-day free trial, and the first month is charged when it ends. Stan Store holds a 4.7 Trustpilot score from 2,205 reviews (seen October 25, 2026).

The limit that matters for GoHighLevel switchers: email marketing, upsells, discount codes and affiliates are only on Creator Pro. If you relied on GoHighLevel for follow-up sequences, the real price is $99, not $29, and at that point it matches GoHighLevel Starter without its CRM.

Stan Store has no contracts, invoices or client records, is not a CRM, has no programs with client tasks, habits or check-ins, and advertises no team seats. It is a good front door; you will still need somewhere for clients to go after they pay.

Pick it over Coachful if nearly all your sales come from a social bio link, your offers are low-ticket or single calls, and you do not need automated email.

7. Teachable: what about coaches who mostly sell a course?

Teachable suits the coach whose revenue is mainly an online course, with coaching as an upsell. It is a course and digital-product platform with student mobile apps.

Teachable homepage presenting its course and digital product platform
Teachable's homepage in October 2026.

As listed in October 2026, Starter is $39 a month ($29 annually) with 5 products and 1 admin, Builder is $89 ($69 annually) with 10 products, and Growth is $189 ($139 annually) with 50 products and 5 admins. Starter carries a 7.5% platform fee; Builder and above carry 0%. Teachable Payments processing is listed at 2.9% + 30¢ for US cards. There is a 7-day free trial plus a 30-day guarantee. Teachable holds a 3.3 Trustpilot score from 1,110 reviews (seen October 25, 2026).

The 7.5% fee on Starter makes it expensive quickly. With a $50 gap to Builder, Starter becomes the costlier plan above about $667 a month in sales, which is just a few course sales or one coaching package.

Our September 2026 profile found no native scheduling or calendar sync, so coaching calls rely on separate booking and video tools, and Teachable has no client habits, check-ins or per-client plans. Funnels and email automation are also lighter than what GoHighLevel users are used to.

Pick it over Coachful if you sell one evergreen course to a large audience, coaching is a small add-on, and you want a dedicated student app for the course.

How do the features compare side by side?

Coachful is the only tool on this list that covers marketing, booking, payments and between-session delivery together; the others each cover one or two of those well. GoHighLevel is included as the baseline.

What will you pay at 5, 15 and 40 clients?

At small client counts, several tools look cheaper than GoHighLevel on paper; once platform fees and needed upgrades are added, the gap narrows or reverses. The table uses each vendor's lowest plan that fits, as listed in October 2026, and an example coach charging $200 a month per client (illustrative only).

Tool5 clients ($1,000/mo example sales)15 clients ($3,000/mo)40 clients ($8,000/mo)

Teachable$89 (Builder, 0%)$89$89

Stripe or other processor fees apply to every row and are not included. Skool's Pro fee (2.9% + 30¢) replaces normal card processing, which is why it appears here; the others add processing on top. For the full picture of what software should cost at each stage, see how much coaching software costs.

What do three realistic stacks cost per month?

The cheapest single subscription is rarely the cheapest business. These three example stacks show what a solo coach with about 15 clients might actually run, using October 2026 list prices.

StackWhat is in itMonthly costWhat is still missing
Coachful (one tool)Website, funnels, email sequences, booking, payments, contracts, programs, habits, check-ins, communitySolo: $49/month for up to 20 clients + processor feesSMS marketing campaigns, deal pipeline, PayPal
Budget DIY stackSysteme.io Startup ($17) for funnels and email + Skool Hobby ($9) for the group program$26 + 10% + 30¢ per Skool sale1:1 booking, contracts, client records, habits and check-ins
Staying on GoHighLevelStarter ($97) + Branded Client Portal App ($49) + WhatsApp ($10)$156 + metered SMS, email and AINative programs, habits and check-ins

The budget stack is the lowest number, but it leaves 1:1 delivery uncovered and pushes your sales through a 10% fee. Staying on GoHighLevel with the portal app costs more and still lacks native program delivery. The single-tool stack sits between them on price for most coaches and is the only one with nothing important left on the "missing" list for a typical coaching practice.

How would a GoHighLevel coach set this up in Coachful?

How long the switch takes depends on how much you built in GoHighLevel; handing the build to the white-glove team cuts most of it. Here is the order we recommend for a coach moving one funnel, one booking page and a client roster.

  1. Export from GoHighLevel first. Contacts with custom fields, opportunities and conversations export to CSV (per our September 2026 profile). Funnels, sites and workflows only move as snapshots inside HighLevel, and data becomes inaccessible after cancellation, so export before your billing date.
  2. Start the Coachful trial and request the build. In Create, choose "We'll build it for you · FREE". Paste your current funnel URL and site as reference links, attach your logo and copy, and describe the offer.
  3. Connect Stripe and calendars. Connect your own Stripe account, then sync Google, Apple or Outlook calendars. Recreate your booking rules: buffers, minimum notice, intake questions.
  4. Rebuild the nurture sequence. Recreate your main GoHighLevel workflow as an email sequence with the same triggers and delays. A welcome sequence and a post-call sequence are a sensible starting pair.
  5. Add the agreement. Set your coaching agreement to go out with e-signature before the first call.
  6. Build the program you were faking with workflows. Turn your weekly worksheets into a multi-week program with tasks, habits and morning or evening check-ins. Start from one of the 40-plus program templates, or ask Michelle to draft it.
  7. Import clients and invite them. Your roster, programs and content are imported for you during onboarding. Invite current clients to the branded app.
  8. Run both for one billing cycle, then cancel. Keep GoHighLevel live until your funnel is getting bookings in Coachful, then cancel before the next charge.

For more on the CRM side, see Coachful's coaching CRM and scheduling software pages.

What mistakes cost GoHighLevel switchers money?

The most expensive mistake is choosing on plan price alone. These five come up most often with coaches leaving GoHighLevel.

  • Ignoring platform fees. Kartra Essentials (5%), Podia Mover (5%), Teachable Starter (7.5%) and Skool Hobby (10% + 30¢) all charge a cut. Each has a break-even point between $667 and about $1,270 a month in sales where the cheaper plan becomes the dearer one.
  • Underestimating email list size. Podia includes 100 to 1,000 email subscribers and Kartra Essentials caps contacts at 500. A list built over a year in GoHighLevel can push you up a tier on day one.
  • Replacing one tool with four. A $17 funnel tool plus booking, contracts and a course platform can cost more than GoHighLevel and is harder to run.
  • Cancelling before exporting. GoHighLevel data becomes inaccessible after cancellation (September 2026 profile). Export contacts and conversations first.
  • Leaving delivery out of the decision. Clients renew when they make progress between sessions. A cheaper marketing tool that leaves delivery in scattered docs does not fix the reason you were frustrated.

Which cheaper GoHighLevel alternative should you choose?

For most coaches, Coachful is the best GoHighLevel alternative that costs less, because it covers the funnels, booking, email and payments you used GoHighLevel for and adds native program delivery, with a flat plan and no platform fee. The free white-glove build removes most of the setup work that made GoHighLevel hard.

Choose Systeme.io if you need to spend almost nothing on funnels while testing an idea. Choose Kartra if SMS campaigns are central to your marketing. Choose Podia or Stan Store if you sell a few simple products. Choose Skool if your business is the community. Choose Teachable if a course is most of your revenue. And stay on GoHighLevel if you run an agency, need a sales-team deal pipeline, or depend on HubSpot or Salesforce. If you are weighing GoHighLevel against other higher-priced suites, our Kajabi vs GoHighLevel and ClickFunnels vs GoHighLevel comparisons cover those.

Frequently asked questions

Is there a GoHighLevel alternative under $100 a month?

Yes. Systeme.io (Free to $97), Kartra Essentials ($59), Podia (from $49), Skool (from $9), Stan Store (from $29) and Teachable (from $39) all list entry plans under GoHighLevel's $97 Starter as of October 2026. Check platform fees, because several entry plans take 5% to 10% of sales. Coachful's plans are listed here: Lite: $29/month for up to 5 clients; Solo: $49/month for up to 20 clients; Pro: $99/month with unlimited clients; Studio: $199/month with unlimited clients.

Why is GoHighLevel more expensive than it looks?

The $97 Starter price excludes metered usage. SMS, email, phone numbers and AI are billed separately, and add-ons such as the Branded Client Portal App ($49 a month per sub-account) and AI Employee ($50 or $97 a month per sub-account) stack on top.

Does Coachful send SMS like GoHighLevel?

Coachful sends SMS session reminders 24 hours before and WhatsApp reminders 1 hour before, once messaging is enabled. Its marketing is built on email lists, broadcasts and sequences. If two-way SMS campaigns drive your sales, GoHighLevel or Kartra fit that better.

Can I move my GoHighLevel funnels to another tool?

Not directly. GoHighLevel funnels, sites and workflows are portable only as snapshots inside HighLevel (September 2026 profile), so they have to be rebuilt. In Coachful, the free white-glove team can rebuild a funnel or site from your existing URLs and files.

What is Coachful's free white-glove service?

It is a build service included on every plan. You describe what you want (a website, funnel, program, email sequence and more) and attach references, and the Coachful team builds it inside your account, usually within about 24 hours. It does not include video recording, logo design, ads or ongoing marketing.

Does Coachful have a pipeline like GoHighLevel?

Coachful has a leads list for prospects, but no multi-stage sales deal board for large teams and no HubSpot or Salesforce integration. For a solo coach tracking discovery calls it is usually enough; for a sales team it is not.

Which alternative has no transaction fees?

Systeme.io and Stan Store charge 0% on every plan, as listed in October 2026. Kartra, Podia and Teachable charge 0% only above their entry plans. Coachful has charged a 0% platform fee since August 2026, with only Stripe or Razorpay processing.

Is any of these HIPAA-compliant?

GoHighLevel offers HIPAA as a $297 a month add-on, and it is included on Enterprise. Coachful is not HIPAA-certified and offers no BAA, so clinical records belong in a clinical system. Coaching is not medical treatment either way.

Is Skool cheaper than GoHighLevel?

The plan is, but the fees may not be. Skool Hobby is $9 a month with a 10% + 30¢ fee per transaction, so above roughly $1,270 a month in sales Pro ($99, 2.9% + 30¢) is cheaper. Skool also lacks a custom-domain website, funnels and email automation.

Who should stay on GoHighLevel?

Agencies serving multiple client businesses, coaches who rely on SMS marketing and multi-stage pipelines, and teams that need HubSpot or Salesforce sync. For them, the Unlimited or Agency Pro features justify the price.
