Top 10 Kajabi Alternatives for Relationship Coaches, Ranked

Top 10 Kajabi Alternatives for Relationship Coaches, Ranked

The best Kajabi alternatives for relationship coaches are the ones that handle what Kajabi was never built for: two people in one engagement, private between-session exercises, a signed agreement that sets out what coaching is and is not, and a booking flow that works across two calendars. Kajabi sells courses, communities and funnels well, but its Basic plan starts at $179 a month as listed in October 2026, and it has no per-client plans, habits or daily check-ins. So the deciding question is simple: do you mainly sell a course about relationships, or do you coach real couples and singles week to week?

If you coach people week to week, our pick is Coachful, which puts booking, agreements, payments, programs with check-ins, courses and a private community behind one login, with one branded app for your clients. We make Coachful, so weigh that, and read the limits we list for it as carefully as the ones for everyone else. The other nine tools below are ranked by how well they cover the relationship coaching workflow, and each section ends with the situation where you should pick it instead.

If you want the broader version of this list, see our Kajabi alternatives for coaches roundup. If you are comparing every tool category, not only Kajabi replacements, start with the best coaching software for relationship coaches.

What do relationship coaches need from a Kajabi alternative?

Relationship coaches need software that treats a client as a person in a relationship, not as a buyer of a product. That changes the requirements in five specific ways.

Two people, one engagement. Couples coaching means two intake forms, two sets of goals that sometimes pull in different directions, and sessions where both partners attend plus occasional solo sessions with each. A platform built around "students" or "members" has no idea these two accounts belong together. In practice you need a client record per partner, shared program content, and private notes you can keep separate when one partner tells you something in a solo session.

Between-session practice. Most relationship work happens at home: a weekly check-in conversation, a gratitude habit, a repair script after an argument, a date night that actually gets scheduled. A course library cannot see whether any of that happened. Habits, check-ins and short daily tasks can.

Clear scope and a signed agreement. Relationship coaching is not couples therapy. Your agreement should say so, set confidentiality expectations for joint and solo sessions, and state when you will refer out. The ICF Code of Ethics expects coaches to agree on confidentiality and to recognise when a client needs a different professional. The line between coaching and relationship counseling matters: signs of intimate partner violence, active addiction, untreated depression, suicidal thoughts or unresolved trauma belong with a licensed therapist, and in the US the National Domestic Violence Hotline is a resource worth keeping in your referral list. A coaching platform should help you store and send that agreement before the first call; none of the tools here, Coachful included, is a place for clinical records.

Booking that respects two schedules. Evening and weekend slots, time-zone detection for long-distance couples, buffers between emotionally heavy sessions, and reminders that reach both partners.

Offers beyond 1:1. Many relationship coaches add a dating course for singles, a pre-marriage workshop, a group program for people after a divorce, or a membership for couples who have finished private work. That is where Kajabi is strong, and it is why the replacement needs courses and a community too, not just a calendar. If you work with singles, see our dating coach page; if you work with separation, see the divorce coach page.

Ranking criteria: one login for the whole client journey (booking, agreement, payment, delivery, community), support for between-session practice, total monthly stack cost, and setup effort, including whether someone will build it for you.

For reference, here is what you are replacing. Kajabi's plans as listed in October 2026 are Basic at $179 a month ($143 billed annually) with 5 products and 2,500 contacts, Growth at $249 ($199 annually) and Pro at $499 ($399 annually). The branded mobile app sits on Pro. If you take payments through a provider other than Kajabi Payments or PayPal, Kajabi adds a fee of 2% on Basic, 1% on Growth or 0.5% on Pro on top of processing. Our Kajabi pricing breakdown and Kajabi review cover the rest.

How did we choose and rank these tools?

We started from the relationship coaching workflow above and scored each tool against it, using what vendors document on their own pricing and help pages and what public reviewers report. We did not run paid client programs on each platform, so read this as a documentation-based comparison, not a lab test.

  • Client journey in one place: can a couple find you, book, sign, pay, receive the program and join a group without you stitching tools together?
  • Between-session work: can you assign a habit or a check-in and see whether it happened?
  • Two-person reality: can you run joint and solo sessions with clean notes for each partner?
  • Stack cost: the plan price plus the extra booking, contract and email tools you would still need, and any transaction fees.
  • Setup effort: how long before a first couple can book, and whether anyone helps you move off Kajabi.

Prices are as listed in October 2026 and can change. We left out tools whose prices we could not verify today. Paperbell, for example, is a reasonable 1:1 option, but its pricing page could not be checked for this article; we compare it separately in our Paperbell alternatives for relationship coaches guide.

1. Coachful: the full couples coaching practice behind one login

Coachful is the strongest Kajabi alternative for relationship coaches because it is built around the coaching relationship itself: a program with weekly goals, daily tasks, habits and check-ins, delivered into your branded client app, with booking, agreements, payments, courses and community in the same account. Kajabi gives you the course and the community; Coachful adds the part where you can see whether a couple actually had their Sunday check-in conversation.

Coachful's journey library on the laptop and a client habit tracker on the tablet, both showing demo data.

How the couples workflow looks. Coachful has no special "couple" record type, so the practical setup is one client record per partner, both enrolled in the same program. Each partner gets their own intake answers, their own habits and their own check-ins, and your private notes stay on the right person's record. That matters when one partner shares something in a solo session that the other has not heard yet. The client record also holds goals, tags, payments, sessions and a status of thriving, active, quiet or at risk, so a partner who has gone quiet shows up before the next joint session rather than during it.

Between-session practice. You can build a multi-week program, for example eight weeks on communication and repair, where week three's daily task is a ten-minute evening check-in and the weekly goal is one planned date. Morning and evening check-ins, habits with streaks and goals with progress bars give you a read on follow-through. More than 40 ready-to-film program templates and journey templates give you a starting structure, and Michelle, the built-in AI assistant, can draft a program from your outline using your live practice data. Questions and planning with Michelle are included in your Coachful membership; confirmed builds and changes use AI credits. Here is a short walkthrough of how check-ins work:

Booking and sessions. Booking pages support availability rules, buffers, minimum notice and time-zone detection, with two-way Google, Apple/iCloud and Outlook calendar sync. Sessions run on built-in video or auto-created Zoom, Meet or Teams links. Email reminders are standard, and SMS (24 hours before) and WhatsApp (1 hour before) reminders are available once messaging is enabled. You can add intake questions to the booking itself, sell paid sessions or session credits, and Michelle can brief you before a session and summarize a recorded one.

Agreements and payments. Coaching agreements with e-signature go out before the first call and are stored on the client record, which is where your coaching-not-therapy scope line and confidentiality terms for joint and solo sessions belong. Our coaching contracts page covers this feature. Payments go through your own Stripe Connect or Razorpay account: one-time, subscriptions, payment plans for a three-month couples package, coupons, refunds, Apple Pay and Google Pay. Coachful takes a 0% platform fee; you pay only Stripe or Razorpay processing.

Coachful Agreements tab with a file drop area for signed coaching agreements
The Agreements tab on a Coachful client record, shown here empty with its upload area.

Courses, community and marketing. The parts you used Kajabi for are here too. Courses with modules, drip and completion tracking suit a dating course or a pre-marriage curriculum. A community feed, group chat, video events and group calls cover an alumni circle, and cohort groups are created automatically when people enroll in a program. The website builder has 30 designed homepage templates, a blog and a custom domain, and funnels cover booking, applications, lead magnets and checkout, backed by email broadcasts and multi-step sequences.

Limits to know. Coachful is not HIPAA-certified and does not sign a BAA, so if you are also a licensed therapist, clinical records and insurance billing belong in a clinical system. There is no PayPal, no permanent free plan, and the client app ships under the Coachful listing with your branding rather than under your own App Store account. It is not a course marketplace and does not support third-party plugins. Pricing is flat monthly: lower plans cap the number of clients, Pro is unlimited, and monthly plans cancel in one click (Lite: $29/month for up to 5 clients; Solo: $49/month for up to 20 clients; Pro: $99/month with unlimited clients; Studio: $199/month with unlimited clients). There is a free trial.

Why Coachful stands out: a free white-glove service. On every plan, you can open Create, choose "We'll build it for you", and describe what you want: a website, a booking funnel for a free 20-minute couples consultation, a program, a course outline, an intake form or an email sequence. You can attach up to 8 reference links and up to 10 files such as your logo, photos and existing Kajabi copy. The Coachful team builds it inside your account, usually within about 24 hours, and leaves gaps for you instead of inventing credentials, testimonials or prices. One recent example: a somatic coach leaving Kajabi had their homepage and About page rebuilt and their contact form connected. The service does not cover recording videos, logo design or ad management. Read more in how the white-glove build works.

2. Podia: a simple storefront for sessions, a course and a small community

Podia is the closest thing to a lighter, cheaper Kajabi for a relationship coach who sells a handful of things: a coaching session, a short course on communication, a downloadable workbook and a community space. Everything sits in one storefront, which keeps the buying experience simple for a nervous couple who just want to book.

Podia homepage with its headline and sign-up button
Podia's homepage in October 2026.

For this niche, Podia's coaching products let you sell a session or package next to a course, and its community spaces can host a members-only group for people working through a breakup or couples who have finished a program. Webinars cover a free "five conversations every couple should have" workshop that feeds your paid offer.

As listed in October 2026, Mover costs $49 a month ($42 billed annually) with 50 products and a 5% Podia transaction fee. Shaker is $99 ($84 annually) with 0% fee, 150 products and one assistant, and Earthquaker is $179 ($150 annually) with unlimited products. Stripe or PayPal processing applies on top. There is a 14-day trial with no card. Trustpilot shows 4.1 from 153 reviews.

The limits show up quickly in couples work. Email subscriber allowances are small: 100, 500 and 1,000 included on the three plans, so a growing newsletter costs more. Older profiles report no mobile app and no native video calls, so sessions run through Zoom or similar. There are no client habits, check-ins or per-client plans, so between-session exercises live in PDFs that you cannot track. You would still need a separate agreement tool for e-signature.

Podia earns second place because it covers more of the relationship coaching offer mix than any other non-coaching tool here, at a lower entry price than Kajabi.

Pick it over Coachful if your relationship business is mostly products, with occasional sessions, and you are happy to run follow-through and agreements outside the platform.

3. Ruzuku: relationship courses with built-in live video

Ruzuku fits relationship coaches who teach in cohorts: a six-week pre-marriage course, a "dating after 40" group, a communication bootcamp for couples. It combines a course builder with discussions and built-in live meetings, so a couple can watch a lesson and join the live call in the same place.

The course builder handles video, audio, downloads, quizzes and discussions, with drip by enrollment date or fixed dates, which suits cohorts that start together. Built-in live video meetings support up to 60 people in conference mode and 250 in presentation mode, alongside Zoom. Community discussions and direct messaging are on every plan, and it sells one-time, subscription and payment-plan access.

As listed in October 2026, the Free plan allows up to 5 enrolled students at a time with no card, Core is $99 a month ($83.08 annually) with unlimited students and courses, and Pro is $199 ($166.42 annually) with larger video uploads and 4K streaming. Every plan, Free included, has 0% transaction fees; only Stripe or PayPal processing applies. A 30-day money-back guarantee covers paid plans. A G2 badge on its site shows 4.4, though we could not verify the review count.

Ruzuku is a course platform first, and coaches are one of several audiences alongside nonprofits and teachers. There is no booking calendar for 1:1 sessions, no client records with private notes, no habits or check-ins and no contracts. A couples coach would pair it with a scheduling tool and an e-signature tool, and keep session notes elsewhere.

Third place reflects how well it serves group relationship programs and its fee-free pricing, not 1:1 couples work.

Pick it over Coachful if you mainly run cohort courses with live calls and want a no-cost tier for up to 5 students while you test your first one.

4. Mighty Networks: when the community is the product

Mighty Networks is worth a look if your relationship offer is a membership: a paid community for singles who are dating intentionally, or a couples circle with monthly live events and a course library. It puts community, courses and events in one place, with member apps under the Mighty brand.

Mighty Networks homepage describing its community platform
Mighty Networks' homepage in October 2026.

Livestreaming covers a monthly couples Q&A, and the courses area can hold your core curriculum. Moderators help when a community discussion about conflict needs a steady hand. Our community platforms for relationship coaches guide covers this category in more depth.

Launch costs $95 a month ($79 annually) with 3 hosts and 20 hours of livestreaming a month for up to 100 attendees, as listed in October 2026. Scale is $215 ($179 annually), and Growth is $354 a month billed annually. Mighty takes a platform fee of 2% on Launch, 1% on Scale and 0.5% on Growth, plus Stripe processing. The trial runs 14 days without a card. Trustpilot shows 3.3 from 219 reviews.

The gaps for this niche are the private ones. There is no 1:1 scheduling, invoicing or contracts, and no per-client habits, check-ins or coaching plans. Your own branded apps are only on the custom-priced Mighty Pro. For a coach who also sees couples privately, the community would sit next to a separate booking and contract stack, and members would have one login for the group and another for everything else.

Pick it over Coachful if a large paid community is your main business and private couples sessions are a small add-on or handled elsewhere.

Which one looks like you?

Coachful builds your coaching website from a few answers, in a design chosen for your niche, with programs, booking and payments ready behind it.

Build your platform

5. GoHighLevel: an agency CRM you can bend toward coaching

GoHighLevel is an all-in-one marketing CRM with funnels, websites, calendars, SMS and email, invoicing, contracts, courses and communities, built around agency sub-accounts. For a relationship coach it covers more of the 1:1 admin than any course platform here, at the cost of complexity.

GoHighLevel homepage presenting its marketing and CRM platform
GoHighLevel's homepage in October 2026.

The calendars, contracts and invoicing handle booking and paperwork for a couples package, and SMS reminders reach both partners. Video sessions use Zoom or Google Meet links; there are no built-in video rooms.

Starter is $97 a month ($80.83 annually) with 3 sub-accounts and unlimited users and contacts; Unlimited is $297 ($247.50 annually), as listed in October 2026. There is no HighLevel fee on sales, but SMS, email, phone numbers and AI usage are metered and billed separately, so your real monthly figure depends on how many reminders you send. HIPAA is a $297 a month add-on. The trial runs 14 days. Trustpilot shows 4.9 from 15,250 reviews.

The weakness is the coaching core. GoHighLevel has no habit tracking, client check-ins or structured program and task engine; you would simulate a couples program with workflows and forms. Expect to spend real time on setup before the first couple books.

Pick it over Coachful if you run paid ads and a sales team, need heavy SMS and pipeline automation, and are comfortable building your own coaching workflows.

6. Stan Store: selling calls and guides from your social profile

Stan Store is a link-in-bio storefront that suits relationship coaches who find clients on Instagram or TikTok. A follower taps your link and buys a 50-minute couples call, a "first-date confidence" guide or a mini-course without leaving their phone.

Stan Store homepage showing its link-in-bio storefront
Stan Store's homepage in October 2026.

For a dating coach with an audience, that short path from video to paid call is the main appeal. Paid calls, digital products, courses and memberships sit on one page, and the setup is quick.

As listed in October 2026, Creator costs $29 a month ($25 annually) with unlimited products and customers, and Creator Pro is $99 ($79 annually). Stan takes 0% of sales; Stripe or PayPal processing applies. Email marketing, upsells, discount codes and affiliates are only on Creator Pro. The trial is 14 days and the first month is charged when it ends. Trustpilot shows 4.7 from 2,205 reviews.

Stan is not a CRM. It has no contracts, invoices or client records, no programs with tasks, habits or check-ins and no team seats advertised. That works for one-off calls with singles but leaves you without anywhere to keep notes across a 12-week couples program or to send a coaching agreement before a joint session.

For a coach growing from occasional calls to packages, Stan usually becomes the front door to a fuller back office rather than the whole business.

Pick it over Coachful if you sell mostly single calls and low-priced guides to a social audience and do not run ongoing programs yet.

7. Circle: a refined home for alumni and members

Circle is a community platform with courses, events, live streams and paid memberships. Relationship coaches use it for a members area where couples who finished a private program stay connected, or for a singles community with weekly prompts.

Circle homepage describing its community platform
Circle's homepage in October 2026.

Spaces let you separate topics such as communication, intimacy and blended families, and events cover monthly workshops.

As listed in October 2026, Professional is $89 a month billed annually, Business $199 and Scale $419 billed annually; monthly prices were not shown in the data we have. Circle Plus is custom-priced. Circle takes 2% of payments on Professional, 1% on Business and Scale and 0.5% on Circle Plus, plus Stripe processing. There is a 14-day trial without a card. Trustpilot shows 4.1 from 129 reviews.

There is no 1:1 scheduling or client management back office, and no per-client habits, check-ins or coaching plans. Branded mobile apps are only on Circle Plus. So for 1:1 couples work you would add booking, agreements, payments for packages and a notes system, and your clients would juggle logins.

Pick it over Coachful if your community needs advanced moderation and spaces, and your private coaching already runs comfortably in other tools.

8. Systeme.io: funnels and email for almost nothing

Systeme.io is a low-cost marketing suite with funnels, email, courses, a community, a blog and an affiliate program. For a new relationship coach testing a lead magnet such as "the 7-day reconnection challenge", the free plan covers a surprising amount.

Systeme.io homepage with its all-in-one marketing headline
Systeme.io's homepage in October 2026.

Its funnels and email sequences handle the marketing side Kajabi did, and a basic course area can hold a challenge or a short program.

The Free plan, as listed in October 2026, includes 2,000 contacts, 3 funnels, 1 course and 500 students with no card. Startup costs $17 a month, Webinar $47 and Unlimited $97. Every plan has 0% transaction fees. Trustpilot shows 4.9 from 8,696 reviews.

Older profiles report no native 1:1 scheduling with client records, habits or check-ins, basic community and course features, and no branded mobile app. A couples coach would add a booking tool, an e-signature tool and somewhere for private notes. The money you save on the plan often goes to those tools and to your time joining them up.

Pick it over Coachful if you are pre-revenue, mainly building an email list, and not yet coaching couples on a weekly program.

9. Thinkific: a deep course platform for a signature curriculum

Thinkific suits relationship coaches whose main product is a substantial course, for example a full pre-marriage curriculum or a certification for other relationship coaches. It is a course platform first, with communities, memberships and webinar products added.

Thinkific homepage presenting its course and community platform
Thinkific's homepage in October 2026.

The Start plan already allows 10,000 current students and a community with 10 spaces. For a large self-paced program, that depth can outweigh the missing coaching tools.

As listed in October 2026, Start is $109 a month ($82 annually), Grow $219 ($164 annually) and Expand $499 ($374 annually), after a price rise of about 10% in August 2026. There is a 30-day trial on self-serve plans. Thinkific Payments has 0% platform fee, but third-party gateways carry an extra fee. The branded mobile app is a $199 a month add-on. Trustpilot shows 1.8 from 868 reviews. We compare the two head to head in Kajabi vs Thinkific.

Older profiles say coaching relies on external booking links, and there are no client habits, daily check-ins or per-client plans. For couples you see privately, Thinkific is a classroom, not a practice.

Pick it over Coachful if a large self-paced course is your business and 1:1 work is minimal.

10. Teachable: low-cost course sales with student apps

Teachable is a course and digital-product platform with student mobile apps. It suits a relationship coach who wants to sell a couple of recorded courses and workbooks cheaply.

Teachable homepage presenting its course and digital product platform
Teachable's homepage in October 2026.

Course creation is straightforward, and students can learn from a phone, which helps busy couples watch a lesson on the commute.

Starter is $39 a month ($29 annually) with 5 products but a 7.5% platform fee, as listed in October 2026. Builder is $89 ($69 annually) and Growth $189 ($139 annually), both with 0% platform fee. Teachable Payments charges 2.9% plus 30 cents for US cards. Trustpilot shows 3.3 from 1,110 reviews.

There is no native scheduling or calendar sync; older profiles say calls rely on Calendly or Zoom. There are no client habits, check-ins or per-client plans. The 7.5% fee on Starter also makes it expensive for a coach selling higher-priced couples packages through checkout.

Teachable ranks last because it covers the narrowest slice of a relationship coaching business.

Pick it over Coachful if you only sell recorded courses and want the lowest entry price with student apps.

What does each option cost at 5, 15 and 40 clients?

Most of these tools do not price by client, so the figure that matters is the plan you need plus what you still have to add. These are monthly list prices as of October 2026, before payment processing; "plus booking and e-sign" means you would pay for separate tools on top.

Thinkific Start$109$109$109Booking, e-sign, check-ins
Teachable Builder$89$89$89Booking, e-sign, check-ins

Two patterns stand out. Course and community tools look cheaper on paper but leave a relationship coach paying for two or three extra tools. And percentage fees (Mighty Networks, Circle, Kajabi with a third-party processor) grow with every couples package you sell, so a $1,500 package carries a $30 fee at 2%.

How would a relationship coach set this up in Coachful, step by step?

Here is a worked example for a coach moving a couples program off Kajabi. The program, prices and timings are an illustration, not a template you must follow.

Coachful's offers page on a laptop and a community feed on a phone on a home office desk
Coachful's Offers page on the laptop and the client community feed on the phone, both with demo content.
  1. Request the build. From Create, choose "We'll build it for you" and ask for a homepage, a booking funnel for a free 20-minute couples consultation and an eight-week "Reconnect" program outline. Attach your Kajabi sales page link, logo and existing course outline.
  2. Set your booking pages. Create a 20-minute consultation, a 75-minute joint session and a 50-minute solo session. Add evening availability, a 15-minute buffer after joint sessions and intake questions such as how long the couple has been together and what each partner wants to change.
  3. Write the agreement. State that coaching is not therapy, how confidentiality works across joint and solo sessions, and that you will refer to a licensed therapist if you see signs of abuse, addiction or a mental health crisis. Send it to both partners for e-signature before the first call.
  4. Price the offer. Create the package as a one-time payment and as a three-month payment plan through your own Stripe account. Work out the price from your target hourly rate and the session count rather than copying another coach's number.
  5. Build the weekly rhythm. In the program, give each week a goal (week one: a weekly check-in conversation), daily tasks (a two-minute appreciation note) and an evening check-in that asks each partner how connected they felt that day.
  6. Enroll each partner. Add both as clients, enroll both in the program, and tag them with the same couple tag so you can filter them together.
  7. Move your course and community. Rebuild your Kajabi course as a Coachful course with drip, and invite alumni to the community feed for monthly live Q&As.
  8. Watch the signals. Before each joint session, review both records and ask Michelle for a briefing. If one partner's status moves to quiet or at risk, raise it gently in a solo session first.

If you prefer to start small, our intake form software guide shows which questions to ask couples before the first call.

What mistakes should relationship coaches avoid when leaving Kajabi?

  • Choosing another course platform by habit. If most of your revenue comes from couples packages, a second course tool just moves the gap. Count where your income actually comes from before you pick.
  • Using one shared login for a couple. It blurs whose check-in is whose and makes private notes risky. Give each partner their own account.
  • Skipping the scope line. An agreement without a clear coaching-not-therapy statement and a referral plan leaves you exposed when a session turns to abuse, addiction or trauma.
  • Keeping clinical notes in coaching software. If you are also a licensed therapist, keep clinical records in a HIPAA-covered system. Coachful is not HIPAA-certified.
  • Ignoring percentage fees. On high-ticket couples packages, 1% to 2% platform fees add up quickly.
  • Forgetting the export. Kajabi provides CSV exports for contacts, subscriptions, sales and members, but course content is downloaded asset by asset, and older profiles report data removal 90 days after cancellation. Export before you cancel.
  • Rebuilding everything yourself. Moving a site, funnel and course alone can eat weeks you would rather spend coaching. Use any migration or build help on offer.

Which Kajabi alternative should a relationship coach choose?

Choose Coachful if you coach couples or singles over weeks and want booking, agreements, payments, programs with check-ins, courses and community in one place, with a free white-glove build to get off Kajabi quickly. Choose Podia or Ruzuku if your business is mainly products or cohort courses, Mighty Networks or Circle if a paid community is the core, GoHighLevel if you run an ad-driven sales operation, Stan Store if you sell single calls to a social audience, and Systeme.io, Thinkific or Teachable when you are building a list or a large self-paced course.

For most relationship coaches, the work that changes outcomes happens between sessions, and that is the part Kajabi and most of its alternatives cannot see. You can also read our guide for couples on whether relationship coaching is worth it to see the questions your future clients are asking.

Frequently asked questions

What is the best Kajabi alternative for relationship coaches?

For coaches who work with couples or singles over several weeks, Coachful is our pick, because it combines booking, e-signed agreements, payments, programs with habits and check-ins, courses and a community behind one login. If you only sell courses, Podia, Ruzuku or Thinkific may be enough.

Is there a cheaper option than Kajabi for relationship coaches?

Yes. Kajabi's Basic plan is $179 a month as listed in October 2026. Podia, Ruzuku, Stan Store, Systeme.io and Teachable all start lower, though most need separate booking and contract tools. Coachful's plans are flat monthly (Lite: $29/month for up to 5 clients; Solo: $49/month for up to 20 clients; Pro: $99/month with unlimited clients; Studio: $199/month with unlimited clients).

Can I coach both partners in a couple on one account?

We recommend separate accounts. In Coachful, you add each partner as a client, enroll both in the same program and tag them together, so check-ins and private notes stay attached to the right person.

Is relationship coaching the same as couples therapy?

No. Coaching focuses on goals, communication and change in the present; it does not diagnose or treat. Refer to a licensed therapist when you see signs of abuse, intimate partner violence, addiction, severe depression, suicidal thoughts or unresolved trauma, and say so in your agreement.

Is Coachful HIPAA-compliant?

No. Coachful is not HIPAA-certified and does not sign a BAA. Relationship coaches who are also licensed clinicians should keep clinical records and insurance billing in a clinical system.

What is Coachful's white-glove service?

It is a free build service on every plan. You describe what you need, such as a website, funnel, program, course outline or email sequence, attach references, and the Coachful team builds it in your account, usually within about 24 hours. It does not include recording videos, logo design or ad management.

Can I move my Kajabi course to another platform?

Yes, but plan for it. Kajabi exports contacts, subscriptions, sales and members as CSV files, while course videos and files are downloaded asset by asset. In Coachful, clients, programs and content are imported for you during onboarding.

Which platform is best for a relationship coaching community?

Mighty Networks and Circle are strong if the community is the whole product. If the community supports private coaching, Coachful keeps it in the same app as sessions and programs, and creates cohort groups automatically when clients enroll in a program.

Do I need SMS reminders for couples sessions?

They help, because two people need to show up. Coachful sends email reminders and adds SMS 24 hours and WhatsApp 1 hour before once messaging is enabled. GoHighLevel also offers SMS but meters usage on top of the plan.

How long does it take to switch from Kajabi?

It depends on how much you sell. A coach with one course, a booking page and a website can usually move in days if someone builds the site and funnel for them. Export your Kajabi data first and keep both running briefly so no client loses access.
