LearnWorlds Pricing in 2026: Plans, Fees and What Coaches Pay

LearnWorlds pricing, as listed in October 2026, starts at $29 a month for the Starter plan ($24 a month billed annually), then $99 a month for Pro Trainer ($79 annually) and $299 a month for Learning Center ($249 annually). A fourth plan, Corporate, is priced on request. Starter adds a $5 LearnWorlds fee to every paid enrollment, every self-serve plan caps active learners per month, and Stripe or PayPal processing (2.9% + $0.30 per payment) comes on top of all of it. There is no free plan, only a 30-day free trial.
That is the short answer. The longer one matters more for coaches, because LearnWorlds is a course and learning platform first. This guide covers every plan and limit, each fee and add-on, worked costs for three sizes of coaching business (including the tools you would still pay for beside LearnWorlds), the gotchas to check before you buy, and how the price compares with Coachful, Kajabi, Thinkific, Teachable and Podia.
How much does LearnWorlds cost in October 2026?
LearnWorlds costs $29, $99 or $299 a month on monthly billing, or $24, $79 or $249 a month on annual billing, depending on the plan. Annual billing saves 20%. Here is every plan as listed on the LearnWorlds pricing page in October 2026.
| Plan | Monthly billing | Annual billing (per month) | Annual total | Key limits | LearnWorlds fee on sales |
|---|---|---|---|---|---|
| Starter | $29 | $24 | $288 | 1 admin, 1,000 active learners per month, 300 AI credits per month | $5 per paid enrollment |
| Pro Trainer | $99 | $79 | $948 | 5 admins, 2,000 active learners per month, 500 AI credits, 20 SCORM packages, 15 page funnels, 2,000 mass emails per month | None |
| Learning Center | $299 | $249 | $2,988 | 25 admins, 2,000 active learners per month, 1,000 AI credits, up to 10 client groups, 5,000 mass emails per month | None |
| Corporate | Custom | Custom | Custom | Custom | None listed |
A few points sit around the table. The page shows a "$" sign but does not name the currency, and prices exclude VAT, which is added for EU customers who do not have a VAT number. Annual billing saves $60 a year on Starter, $240 a year on Pro Trainer and $600 a year on Learning Center. The 30-day trial includes core features, and LearnWorlds pages say no credit card is required.

What does each LearnWorlds plan add?
Each tier unlocks a clear set of features: Starter covers selling courses on your own domain, Pro Trainer removes the enrollment fee and adds subscriptions and certificates, and Learning Center adds white-label branding and automations. Corporate is about service guarantees rather than new course features.
Starter: $29 a month ($24 annually)
Starter gives you courses on your own domain, the AI course builder and quiz tools, your own Stripe or PayPal account for payments, and live 1:1 and group sessions. You get one admin seat, 1,000 active learners per month and 300 AI credits per month. The catch is the $5 fee LearnWorlds takes on each paid enrollment. Starter suits someone testing whether a first course sells, not someone already selling every week.
Pro Trainer: $99 a month ($79 annually)
Pro Trainer is the plan most course-selling coaches will need. It removes the enrollment fee and adds subscriptions and memberships, payment plans, unlimited courses, learning paths, certificates, bundles, basic affiliates, interactive video and more than 50 integrations. Limits rise to five admins, 2,000 active learners per month and 500 AI credits, and you get 20 SCORM packages, 15 page funnels and 2,000 mass emails a month. SCORM is the packaging standard many corporate learning systems use for e-learning content (SCORM on Wikipedia), so this plan already appeals to trainers who sell into companies.
Learning Center: $299 a month ($249 annually)
Learning Center adds full white-label branding, automations, scheduled reports, unlimited SCORM, LTI 1.3 (a standard for connecting learning tools to other platforms, see Learning Tools Interoperability on Wikipedia), unlimited funnels, advanced affiliates and two hours of setup help. It allows 25 admins, 1,000 AI credits, up to 10 client groups and 5,000 mass emails a month. Note that the active learner cap stays at 2,000 per month, the same as Pro Trainer. Upgrading buys features and seats, not more learners.
Corporate: custom pricing
Corporate is a sales-led plan. LearnWorlds lists 99.95% uptime, daily backups, an SLA and DPA, a customer success manager and 24/7 phone support. It fits training companies and enterprises. Few independent coaches will need it.
What fees does LearnWorlds charge on top of the plan?
Beyond the plan price, you pay a $5 enrollment fee on Starter, payment processing on every sale, any paid add-ons, and VAT if you are in the EU without a VAT number. Pro Trainer and above take no LearnWorlds fee on sales.
Transaction fees
Starter charges $5 per paid enrollment. On a $50 mini course that is 10% of the price. On a $500 program it is 1%. The fee is flat, so it hurts most when your products are cheap. Pro Trainer, Learning Center and Corporate charge no LearnWorlds transaction fee.
Payment processing
You connect your own Stripe or PayPal account, and their standard fee of 2.9% + $0.30 per payment applies on every plan. As an example, a $300 course sale costs $9.00 in processing ($8.70 plus $0.30). On Starter the same sale also carries the $5 enrollment fee, so you keep $286, and fees take about 4.7% of the sale. On Pro Trainer you keep $291. Processing rates vary by country and card type, so check your own Stripe or PayPal account for the rate you are actually charged.
Add-ons
LearnWorlds lists these extras, none of them with a price on the pricing page in October 2026:
- Branded mobile app: sold as a separately priced add-on. If a branded app matters to you, get a quote before you commit.
- Extra emails: available when you exceed your plan's mass email allowance (2,000 on Pro Trainer, 5,000 on Learning Center).
- Extra AI credits: available when you use up your monthly allowance (300, 500 or 1,000 depending on plan).
- Done-for-you migration: offered on request.
Overages and caps
The caps that can force an upgrade are active learners per month (1,000 on Starter, 2,000 on Pro Trainer and Learning Center), AI credits, mass emails, SCORM packages (20 on Pro Trainer) and page funnels (15 on Pro Trainer). The pricing page lists the caps. It does not spell out what happens the month you go over, so ask LearnWorlds sales before you plan a big launch.
Seats
Admin seats come bundled with the plan: one on Starter, five on Pro Trainer and 25 on Learning Center. No per-seat pricing is listed for self-serve plans, so a second admin on Starter means upgrading to Pro Trainer.
Tax
Prices exclude VAT. EU customers without a VAT number have VAT added to the bill. How VAT works across EU countries is summarized on European Union value added tax on Wikipedia. Your obligations on what you sell to clients are a separate question, so check with an accountant who knows your country.
When is Pro Trainer cheaper than Starter?
On monthly billing, Pro Trainer becomes cheaper than Starter once you sell 14 or more paid enrollments a month. On annual billing the break-even is 11 enrollments a month.
The math is simple. Starter monthly costs $29 plus $5 per enrollment, so 14 enrollments cost $29 + $70 = $99, the same as Pro Trainer. At 15 enrollments Starter costs $104. On annual billing, Starter is $24 plus $5 per enrollment against Pro Trainer's $79: 11 enrollments cost $24 + $55 = $79. Above that, Starter costs more. If you plan a launch or expect even one strong month, Pro Trainer is usually the safer choice, and it also unlocks subscriptions and payment plans.
What does a coach actually pay for LearnWorlds?
In the three examples below, a coach pays roughly $69 to $299 a month to LearnWorlds before processing, plus the separate tools LearnWorlds does not replace. The profiles and sales numbers are examples, not data from real customers. Plan prices are monthly billing as listed in October 2026, and processing uses the standard 2.9% + $0.30 rate.
| Example coach | Plan that fits | LearnWorlds cost per month | Processing per month (example) | Tools still needed beside it |
|---|---|---|---|---|
| New coach: one $200 course, 8 sales a month | Starter | $29 + 8 x $5 = $69 ($64 on annual) | 8 x $6.10 = $48.80 | Booking with calendar sync and reminders, coaching agreements with e-signature, client check-ins and habit tracking, an email list tool (mass email is listed from Pro Trainer up) |
| Established solo coach: 25 sales a month at $400, plus a monthly membership | Pro Trainer (Starter would cost $29 + $125 = $154) | $99 ($79 on annual) | 25 x $11.90 = $297.50 | Booking and reminders, agreements with e-signature, per-client notes, goals, check-ins and habits |
| Small team: 3 coaches, white-labelled academy, automations, 40 sales a month at $500 | Learning Center | $299 ($249 on annual), plus the branded app add-on if wanted (price not listed) | 40 x $14.80 = $592 | Per-coach booking with round-robin assignment, agreements, a shared client record with session notes and check-ins |
The plan fee is rarely the largest line. Processing will usually be larger once sales pick up, and the side tools add a third layer. LearnWorlds lists live 1:1 and group sessions on every plan, but its focus is learners and courses, not individual client management, habits or check-ins. Most coaches who run 1:1 or small-group programs keep at least a scheduler, an e-signature tool and some way of tracking clients between sessions. Before you sign up, list the tools you pay for today and check which ones LearnWorlds would actually replace.
If you are still working out what to charge for the course or program itself, our guides on pricing coaching packages and hourly versus package pricing walk through the numbers, and the group coaching pricing calculator covers break-even for cohorts.
What hidden costs and gotchas should you know about?
The biggest surprises are the Starter enrollment fee, the learner caps that do not rise on Learning Center, add-ons with no listed price, and the cost of the tools LearnWorlds does not cover. None of them is hidden in fine print, but they are easy to miss on a first read.
- The $5 enrollment fee scales with success. A busy month on Starter can cost more than Pro Trainer. Run the break-even numbers above before each launch.
- Active learner caps. Starter allows 1,000 active learners a month, Pro Trainer and Learning Center 2,000. Ask LearnWorlds how an "active learner" is counted for your school and what happens above the cap, especially if you run free lead-magnet courses that bring in many sign-ups.
- Learning Center does not raise the learner cap. You pay $200 more per month than Pro Trainer for white-label branding, automations, more seats and unlimited SCORM, but you get the same 2,000 learner limit.
- The branded app is extra. LearnWorlds sells a branded mobile app as a separately priced add-on, and the price is not on the pricing page.
- AI credits reset monthly. Heavy use of the AI course builder can run through 300 credits quickly, and extra credits cost more (price not listed).
- The currency is not named. The page shows "$" without naming the currency. Our capture of the pricing page showed euro prices, so the figures you see may depend on where you are. Confirm the currency at checkout.
- VAT on top. EU customers without a VAT number pay VAT on the listed price.
- The trial school can be deleted. LearnWorlds says a trial school is scheduled for deletion if you do not upgrade. Keep copies of any content you build during the trial.
- Data export is not documented. The pages we checked do not describe how to export learners, progress or payments. Ask before you commit if you might move later.
- Stacked tools. Booking, agreements and client tracking usually stay separate subscriptions, so your real monthly spend sits above the plan price.
Public reviewers are mostly positive: LearnWorlds holds 4.8 out of 5 on Trustpilot from 423 reviews, as seen in October 2026. The points above come from how the plans are structured, so they apply whatever the service quality.
Is LearnWorlds worth it for coaches?
LearnWorlds is worth it if courses are your main product, and less so if your income comes from 1:1 or small-group coaching. It depends on what you sell.
Course-first coaches
If you sell self-paced courses, certificates and learning paths, LearnWorlds is strong value on Pro Trainer. Interactive video, quizzes, SCORM and the website builder are built into the plan, and there is no transaction fee. This is where it competes best.
Corporate trainers and L&D consultants
If you sell training to companies, SCORM, LTI 1.3, client groups and white-label branding make Learning Center a realistic choice. The price is high for a solo coach but normal for B2B training.
1:1 and small-group coaches
If your income comes from 1:1 packages, retainers or small cohorts, LearnWorlds covers only part of the work. Client records, habits, daily check-ins and per-client plans are not what it is built for, so you would pay for LearnWorlds and still need other tools. A coaching platform is usually the better fit (see our overview of coaching software).
Health, fitness and wellness coaches
You can sell a nutrition or fitness course on LearnWorlds, but workout programming, meal plans and client check-ins are outside its scope. Whatever platform you choose, coaching is not medical treatment: stay within a coaching scope and refer clients to a licensed clinician for diagnosis, medical nutrition therapy or mental health care. Coaches who need workouts and nutrition tracking should look at the Fitness & Nutrition pack.
New coaches
Starter is affordable to test a first course, but the $5 fee and the side tools add up. If you have not yet confirmed what you sell, start with the tool that matches how you deliver, and read our guide for new coaches.
How does LearnWorlds pricing compare with Coachful, Kajabi, Thinkific, Teachable and Podia?
LearnWorlds is mid-priced for a course platform: cheaper than Kajabi and Thinkific at entry level, similar to Teachable and Podia, and with SCORM listed from Pro Trainer up. Coachful is the strongest fit when you coach clients and also sell courses. Competitor prices are as listed in October 2026.
| Platform | Entry price (monthly billing) | Entry price (annual, per month) | Platform fee on sales | Built for | Per-client habits and check-ins |
|---|---|---|---|---|---|
| Coachful | Lite: $29/month for up to 5 clients | Flat monthly plans that cancel in one click | 0% (since August 2026); Stripe or Razorpay processing only | Coaches who deliver programs: booking, payments, contracts, programs, courses, community, website, email | Yes, plus goals, streaks and morning and evening check-ins |
| LearnWorlds | $29 (Starter) | $24 | $5 per paid enrollment on Starter; none above | Courses and learning, SCORM, interactive video | No |
| Kajabi | $179 (Basic) | $143 | 0.5% to 2% extra if you use a processor other than Kajabi Payments or PayPal | Courses, community, website, funnels and email | No |
| Thinkific | $109 (Start) | $82 | 0% with Thinkific Payments; an extra gateway fee with third-party gateways | Courses, communities and memberships | No |
| Teachable | $39 (Starter) | $29 | 7.5% on Starter; 0% on higher plans | Courses and digital products | No |
| Podia | $49 (Mover) | $42 | 5% on Mover; 0% on higher plans | Simple storefront for courses, downloads and webinars | No |
Kajabi
Kajabi starts at $179 a month (Basic, $143 annually), rising to $249 for Growth and $499 for Pro. Basic caps you at 5 products and 2,500 contacts and includes no AI credits. Kajabi bundles courses, community, website, funnels and email, so it replaces more marketing tools than LearnWorlds, but it costs much more at entry level and still offers no habits or daily check-ins. Trustpilot shows 3.4 from 2,347 reviews in October 2026. Our Kajabi pricing guide goes deeper.

Thinkific
Thinkific's Start plan is $109 a month ($82 annually), after a price rise of about 10% on August 13, 2026. Grow is $219 and Expand $499. Start allows 10,000 current students (a different measure from LearnWorlds' monthly active learners, so compare with care), and there is a 30-day free trial on every self-serve plan. There is no built-in 1:1 scheduling, and the branded mobile app is a $199 a month add-on.

Teachable
Teachable starts at $39 a month ($29 annually) but takes a 7.5% transaction fee on Starter, which is heavier than LearnWorlds' $5 flat fee on any product priced above about $67. Builder ($89) and Growth ($189) drop the fee to 0%. Starter is limited to 5 products and one admin, and there is no native scheduling or calendar sync.

Podia
Podia's Mover plan is $49 a month ($42 annually) with a 5% fee, then $99 for Shaker and $179 for Earthquaker with no fee. It is simpler than LearnWorlds and sells coaching sessions alongside courses, but email allowances are small (100 to 1,000 subscribers included) and there are no client habits or check-ins.
For more side-by-side costs, see our pricing guides for GoHighLevel, Skool and Stan Store, or the comparison hub.

Where does Coachful fit if you coach clients, not just sell courses?
Coachful is the better fit when your courses support your coaching rather than replace it. We make Coachful, so weigh this section with that in mind. Everything here is what the product does today.
What Coachful is. Coachful is a coaching platform. One subscription covers booking, payments, coaching agreements, program delivery with habits and check-ins, courses, a community, a website with funnels and email, and an AI assistant. The coach has one login, and the client gets one app with the coach's branding.
Who it is for. Coaches who deliver programs, not just sessions; solo coaches growing into a small team; and coaches replacing four to six separate tools.
What it does that LearnWorlds is not built for. Multi-week programs with weekly goals, daily tasks, habits, morning and evening check-ins, goals with progress bars and streaks. A client record that holds goals, check-ins, habits, notes, intake answers, tags, payments and sessions, with a status of thriving, active, quiet or at risk. Booking pages with availability rules, buffers, two-way Google, Apple and Outlook calendar sync, built-in video or auto-created Zoom, Meet and Teams links. Coaching agreements with e-signature sent before the first call. ICF credential tracking that counts coaching hours against ACC, PCC and MCC thresholds.

Courses are included too. Coachful's course builder handles modules, lessons, drip release and completion tracking, and courses sit beside downloads, videos, books and events in the client's branded home. There are 48 course templates with quizzes. Trainers who must deliver SCORM packages into corporate learning systems are better served by LearnWorlds. See the online course platform for coaches page for detail.

Between sessions, clients work through their program and habits in the app, and the coach sees who is on track.

Group programs work the same way: clients enrolled in a cohort see the current week, their fellow members and the route into the program, and a cohort group is created automatically on enrollment (see group coaching software).

Here is a short walkthrough of how programs are built and delivered in Coachful:
Fees. Coachful takes a 0% platform fee (since August 2026). Payments run through your own Stripe Connect or Razorpay account, with one-time payments, subscriptions, payment plans, order bumps, coupons, Apple Pay, Google Pay and Stripe Tax. You only pay Stripe or Razorpay processing. Plans are flat and monthly; lower plans cap the number of clients and Pro is unlimited. Current plans: Lite: $29/month for up to 5 clients; Solo: $49/month for up to 20 clients; Pro: $99/month with unlimited clients; Studio: $199/month with unlimited clients.

For the three example coaches above: the new coach starts on the entry plan (Lite: $29/month for up to 5 clients); an established solo coach with around 15 active clients needs Solo: $49/month for up to 20 clients; and a coach who no longer wants a client cap can move to Pro: $99/month with unlimited clients. A team of three coaches uses a team plan (Studio or Agency), which adds coach seats with per-coach availability, round-robin booking and staff permissions (see Coachful for teams). In each case booking, agreements and client tracking are included in your Coachful membership, so the "tools still needed" column above mostly disappears.

What Coachful does not do. It is not HIPAA-certified and offers no BAA, so it is not for clinical record-keeping or insurance billing. It has no PayPal. The client app ships under the Coachful listing with your branding, not under your own App Store account. There is no Garmin, Fitbit, Whoop or Oura sync, no stock exercise videos, and it is not a course marketplace. Its affiliate tool tracks links, clicks, conversions and revenue, but payouts are recorded manually.
Why Coachful stands out: a free white-glove service. On every plan, you can ask the Coachful team to build things for you from Create > We'll build it for you. Describe what you want (a website, funnel, sales page, program, course outline and written material, email sequence, form, lead quiz and more), attach up to 8 reference links and up to 10 files, and the team builds it inside your own account, usually within about 24 hours. Nothing is invented: no fake credentials, testimonials or prices, and gaps are left for you to fill. Recording videos, logo design and ad management are not included. A somatic coach leaving Kajabi, for example, had their homepage and About page rebuilt and the contact form connected. Read more about the white-glove build service.

How to start. Start a free trial, then request a white-glove build, or have your clients, programs and content imported for you during onboarding. Monthly plans cancel in one click, and you can export your full client data as a ZIP file.
How can you save money on LearnWorlds?
The biggest savings come from annual billing, picking the plan that fits your sales volume, and cutting the side tools you no longer need. Here is a checklist.
- Pay annually once you are sure. Annual billing saves 20%: $60 a year on Starter, $240 on Pro Trainer and $600 on Learning Center. Use the 30-day trial and a few months of monthly billing first if you are not sure.
- Move to Pro Trainer before you hit the break-even. At 14 paid enrollments a month (11 on annual), Starter costs as much as Pro Trainer. Upgrade before a launch, not after it.
- Raise prices rather than volume on Starter. The $5 fee is flat, so one $300 program costs less in fees than six $50 mini courses. Our guide on value-based pricing for coaches helps you set a price that reflects the outcome.
- Ask how bundles count. Bundles are listed from Pro Trainer up. Before relying on them, ask LearnWorlds how enrollments and active learners are counted when one purchase opens several courses.
- Use the trial well. Prepare your outline and videos before you start the 30 days, and keep your own copies, because unpaid trial schools are scheduled for deletion.
- Price the add-ons before you need them. Ask for quotes on the branded app, extra emails and extra AI credits up front.
- Ask for setup and migration help. LearnWorlds offers done-for-you migration on request, and Learning Center includes two hours of setup help.
- Count the whole stack. Add up LearnWorlds, your scheduler, e-signature tool, email tool and client tracker. If the total is high and most of your income comes from coaching clients, an all-in-one coaching platform may cost less overall.
Frequently asked questions about LearnWorlds pricing
How much is LearnWorlds per month?
As listed in October 2026, LearnWorlds costs $29 a month for Starter, $99 for Pro Trainer and $299 for Learning Center on monthly billing. Annual billing brings these down to $24, $79 and $249 a month. Corporate is priced on request.
Does LearnWorlds have a free plan?
No. LearnWorlds has no free plan. It offers a 30-day free trial with core features, and its pages say no credit card is required. If you do not upgrade, the trial school is scheduled for deletion.
Does LearnWorlds take a cut of my sales?
Only on Starter, which charges $5 per paid enrollment. Pro Trainer, Learning Center and Corporate charge no LearnWorlds transaction fee. Stripe or PayPal processing (2.9% + $0.30 per payment as standard) applies on every plan.
Which LearnWorlds plan is best for coaches?
Pro Trainer suits most course-selling coaches: no enrollment fee, subscriptions, payment plans, certificates and up to 2,000 active learners a month. Starter only makes sense below about 14 paid enrollments a month. Learning Center is for teams and B2B trainers who need white-label branding, automations or unlimited SCORM.
What is an active learner limit on LearnWorlds?
Each self-serve plan caps active learners per month: 1,000 on Starter and 2,000 on Pro Trainer and Learning Center. Learning Center does not raise the cap over Pro Trainer. Ask LearnWorlds how active learners are counted for your school and what happens above the limit.
Is the LearnWorlds mobile app included?
A branded mobile app is a separately priced add-on, and its price was not shown on the pricing page in October 2026. Request a quote if a branded app is important to your offer.
Are LearnWorlds prices in US dollars?
The pricing page shows a "$" sign but does not name the currency, and our capture of the page showed euro prices. Prices exclude VAT, which is added for EU customers without a VAT number. Confirm the currency and tax at checkout.
Can LearnWorlds replace my coaching software?
For selling courses, often yes. For 1:1 and group coaching, usually not: LearnWorlds is not built for client records, habits, daily check-ins or per-client plans, so most coaches keep separate booking, agreement and client-tracking tools beside it.
How does LearnWorlds compare with Coachful on cost?
LearnWorlds prices by features, admins and active learners, and often needs side tools for booking, agreements and client tracking. Coachful uses flat monthly plans that cap clients on lower tiers, with a 0% platform fee, and booking, contracts, programs, courses and email are included in your Coachful membership. Current plans: Lite: $29/month for up to 5 clients; Solo: $49/month for up to 20 clients; Pro: $99/month with unlimited clients; Studio: $199/month with unlimited clients.
What is Coachful's free white-glove service?
On every Coachful plan, you can ask the team to build a website, funnel, program, course outline, email sequence or other asset inside your account, usually within about 24 hours. You can attach up to 8 links and 10 files. The team never invents credentials, testimonials or prices, and video recording, logo design and ad management are not included.
