Top 7 ManyChat Alternatives for Coaches: Ranked and Reviewed

Top 7 ManyChat Alternatives for Coaches: Ranked and Reviewed

When coaches look for manychat alternatives for coaches, the question underneath is simpler than "which DM bot is best": what happens after someone comments "CALL" under your Reel? A DM tool can send the link in seconds. What decides whether that comment becomes a paying client is where the link goes: a booking page with intake questions, a checkout, an agreement to sign, and then a program the client actually follows. This guide ranks seven tools on that whole path, not just on how clever the chatbot is.

Our pick is Coachful, because its Instagram automations send people straight into booking pages, lead magnets and checkouts that live in the same account as your client records, programs and payments. We make Coachful, so we have tried to be specific about where ManyChat and the dedicated DM tools below still do more, and we say so in every section.

What do coaches actually need from a ManyChat alternative?

Coaches need a tool that turns an Instagram comment, story reply or DM into a booked call or a sale, and then keeps that person on one record as they become a client. Most coaches who outgrow ManyChat are not short of flows; they are short of a place for the lead to land.

Here is how the journey usually runs for a coach selling one-to-one work or a group program from Instagram:

  1. A content trigger. A Reel, carousel or story ends with "comment GUIDE" or "reply with READY". This is where ManyChat's comment-to-DM and story-reply automations shine.
  2. The DM. The person gets a message with a link: a free guide, a scorecard, a discovery call, or the checkout for a starter offer.
  3. The landing point. A lead magnet page that captures an email, or a booking page that asks intake questions before the call.
  4. The sales conversation. A discovery call, often followed by a proposal or a direct payment link.
  5. Onboarding. A coaching agreement, the first payment, a welcome sequence, access to the program.
  6. Delivery. Weekly sessions, check-ins, habits, course lessons and a community or group chat between sessions.

ManyChat covers steps 1 and 2 very well. Steps 3 to 6 sit in other software: a scheduler, a payment tool, an e-signature app, an email platform, a course host. Every hand-off between those tools is a spot where a lead goes cold or a tag never syncs. That is the gap a coach-focused alternative should close.

There is also a cost quirk. ManyChat bills by monthly Active Contacts, meaning anyone it messages that month. Its pricing page lists 250 Active Contacts on Essential ($17 a month billed monthly) and 2,500 on Pro ($39 a month), with per-contact overage charges after that rather than automations stopping. For a coach whose Reel goes viral, a good week can mean a bigger bill from a tool that only did the first two steps. Prices here were read from ManyChat's own pricing page data as archived on 9 October 2026, because the live page blocked our fetch; ManyChat notes that prices exclude tax and depend on billing country.

Finally, coaches have a scope that general DM tools ignore. You are not running an e-commerce store with thousands of SKUs. You have a handful of offers, a calendar with limited slots, and clients whose progress you care about for months. A tool that sees "contacts" and "subscribers" but never "clients" will always need something bolted on behind it.

Quick picks: which ManyChat alternative fits your situation?

The short answer: Coachful if you want the DM and everything after it in one place; Inrō or LinkDM if you only want a cheaper or simpler DM bot; the others if your bottleneck is the back office rather than Instagram.

Ranked on: one login for the whole client journey, delivery between sessions, total monthly stack cost, and setup effort (including Coachful's free white-glove build).

How did we rank these tools?

We ranked each tool by how far it carries a coach from Instagram attention to a paying, progressing client, using what vendors document and what public reviewers report. We did not run hands-on tests.

  • One login for the whole client journey. Does the DM link land in the same system that books the call, takes payment, sends the agreement and delivers the program?
  • Delivery between sessions. Can clients get check-ins, habits, lessons and community from the same place, so retention does not depend on yet another app?
  • Total stack cost. Not the sticker price of the DM tool, but what you pay each month once the scheduler, checkout and email tool behind it are counted.
  • Setup effort. How long it takes a busy coach to go from "I should automate my DMs" to a live comment trigger that books calls.
  • Instagram depth. Triggers, AI replies, follow-gates and lead capture inside the DM. Here the dedicated DM tools score higher, and we say so.

Prices are as listed by each vendor in October 2026 unless noted. Paperbell's live pricing page blocked our fetch, so its price comes from the Wayback Machine capture of 24 July 2026; confirm it before buying.

1. Coachful: the best ManyChat alternative for coaches who want the DM and the client journey in one place

Coachful wins when your goal is booked calls and enrolled clients, not a bigger chatbot. Its Instagram automations handle the trigger and the DM, and every link in that DM points to something inside the same account: a booking page, a lead magnet funnel or a checkout. The person who commented lands in your Coachful lead records, and if they buy, they become a client in the same place.

Coachful's demo prospects list on a laptop beside its funnels page on a tablet, next to a ring light used for filming Reels.

How the Instagram automations work

You connect your Instagram professional account under Connections, then build automations under Manage, Your client experience, Automations. The triggers Coachful documents are:

  • A comment on a post, optionally only when it contains keywords you choose (for example "CALL" or "GUIDE").
  • A DM sent to your account.
  • A reply to one of your stories.
  • A mention of your account.
  • A new follower, where Meta supports it.

Each trigger can send a DM, reply publicly to the comment, send a DM with buttons or quick replies, or send an AI-written reply (each AI reply uses 1 AI credit). A typical coach setup: someone comments "RESET" under a Reel about burnout, Coachful replies publicly with "Sent you the link", and the DM offers two buttons, one for the free guide funnel and one for a discovery call booking page.

Where the lead goes next

This is the part ManyChat cannot do on its own. Booking pages carry availability rules, buffers, minimum notice and time-zone detection, with two-way Google, Apple/iCloud and Outlook calendar sync and intake questions on booking. Reminders go out by email, plus SMS (24 hours before) and WhatsApp (1 hour before) once messaging is enabled. Funnels cover booking, application, lead-magnet and checkout flows, with Meta Pixel and UTM tracking so you can see which Reel produced which call.

Coachful's demo Prospects page: 22 sample leads with their date, contact details, the form or resource they came from, and their stage.

When the call goes well, the rest is already there: a coaching agreement with e-signature sent before the first session, payments through your own Stripe Connect or Razorpay account (one-time, subscriptions, payment plans, coupons, Apple Pay and Google Pay), and a 0% Coachful platform fee, so you pay only the processor's fees. Email lists, broadcasts and multi-step sequences with branching and A/B splits handle the follow-up for people who downloaded the guide but did not book.

Here is a short walkthrough of the prospects view, where leads from forms and funnels show up with their source and stage:

What clients get after they pay

Most DM tools stop at the sale. Coachful continues into delivery: multi-week programs with weekly goals, daily tasks, habits, morning and evening check-ins and streaks; courses with drip and completion tracking; a community feed, group chat and video events, with cohort groups created automatically when someone enrolls. Clients see all of it under your branding inside the Coachful app. Each client record pulls together goals, check-ins, notes, intake answers, payments and sessions, with a status of thriving, active, quiet or at risk, so you notice the client who went silent in week three.

Michelle, the built-in AI assistant, works from your live practice data: it can draft the DM copy and the follow-up email sequence, brief you before a discovery call, and summarize recorded sessions. Questions and planning are included in your Coachful membership; confirmed builds and changes use AI credits.

Why Coachful stands out: a free white-glove service. From Create, "We'll build it for you · FREE", you describe what you want and the Coachful team builds it inside your own account, usually within about 24 hours. For an Instagram-led coach that could be the lead magnet funnel your "GUIDE" comment points to, the discovery call booking page, the automation itself, or the welcome email sequence. You can attach up to 8 reference links and up to 10 files such as your logo, brand guide or existing copy. Nothing gets invented: no fake testimonials, credentials or prices, and gaps are left for you to fill. One recent build: a business mentor for beauty professionals got a 12-week mentorship sales page, a free start-up-guide funnel and rewritten follow-up emails. Read more in our guide to the free white-glove service.

Where ManyChat still does more

Be clear-eyed about the trade. Coachful's DM automation covers Instagram only; ManyChat also runs WhatsApp, Messenger, TikTok, Telegram, SMS and email. ManyChat has a deeper visual flow builder, 60+ templates, a follow-gate that checks whether someone follows you before sending the link, and data collection that captures email addresses and phone numbers inside the DM. Coachful does none of those inside the DM; it sends people to a Coachful page where the email or booking is captured instead.

In short: Coachful is a coaching platform for coaches who deliver programs, not just sessions, and for solo coaches growing into a small team who are tired of paying for four to six tools. It is not HIPAA-certified, has no PayPal, and has no permanent free plan. To start, take a free trial and ask the team to build your first funnel and Instagram automation for you. Current plans: Lite: $29/month for up to 5 clients; Solo: $49/month for up to 20 clients; Pro: $99/month with unlimited clients; Studio: $199/month with unlimited clients. 2. Inrō: best for coaches who want an AI agent qualifying leads in Instagram DMs

Inrō wins for a coach who gets dozens of "how much is it?" DMs a day and wants an AI agent to answer, qualify and hand over a booking link without a human reading every message.

Inrō homepage introducing its Instagram-only DM automation
Inrō's homepage in October 2026.

Built only for Instagram

Inrō describes itself as "built exclusively for Instagram". It covers comment-to-DM, story, Live, ad and icebreaker triggers, and keeps a CRM of everyone who has interacted with your account. It has a dedicated Coaches and Experts page describing the use case directly: the AI Agent answers questions about your offers and pricing, qualifies leads and sends a Calendly booking link, with Stripe for deposits. It can collect email, phone, city or custom fields in the conversation and can gate the link behind a follow, two things Coachful does not do inside the DM.

Price in euros, scaled by contacts

Inrō lists prices in euros only. The Free plan gives 100 activated contacts per month (a hard cap: automations stop reaching new contacts until the reset), 3 active automations, 3 DM campaigns a month and 50 AI Agent credits. Pro starts at €12.99 a month for up to 500 activated contacts and scales in bands: €19.99 for 501 to 1,000, €29.99 for 1,001 to 1,500, €49.99 for 2,001 to 3,000 and €149.99 for 9,001 to 10,000, levelling off at €999.99 above 70,000. Annual Pro is €1,249 a year, capped at 10,000 activated contacts a month. A 14-day Pro trial is capped at 1,000 activated contacts. A managed account service starts at €299 a month on the pricing page (the help center says from €200). Trustpilot showed 4.0 from just 3 reviews on 28 October 2026, too few to read much into.

The catch for coaches

Like ManyChat, Inrō bills by contacts reached, so a viral Reel moves you up a band. And the agent hands off to Calendly and Stripe, which means you still pay for a scheduler, a checkout, an email tool and somewhere to deliver the program. Inrō is a sharper DM front door, not a coaching business system. If you go this way, pair it with a back end you trust; our Calendly alternatives for coaches roundup covers the booking side.

Pick it over Coachful if Instagram DMs are your main sales channel, you want an AI agent that answers pricing questions and qualifies leads in the conversation, and you need a follow-gate or email capture inside the DM itself.

3. LinkDM: best for coaches who just want comment-to-DM links on a tight budget

LinkDM is the pick when all you need is "comment WORD, get the link" and you would rather not pay for anything you will not use.

LinkDM homepage introducing its Instagram comment-to-DM links
LinkDM's homepage in October 2026.

LinkDM is aimed at creators and affiliate marketers. It sends links when people comment, reply to stories, mention you or share a post to your inbox, on Instagram and Facebook. Its own wording is plain: "LinkDM software only works with Instagram and Facebook", so there is no WhatsApp or TikTok. Replies are keyword and template based; its site and pricing page mention no AI reply agent. On Pro, Lead Gen forms collect email, phone and other answers inside the DM and can push them to Kit or Flodesk, which matters if your lead magnet lives in one of those email tools.

LinkDM pricing page with Free, Pro and Platinum+ plans
LinkDM's pricing page in October 2026.

What the plans include

The pricing is generous for low volume. As listed in October 2026:

  • Free: 1 Instagram account, up to 1,000 DMs a month, LinkDM branding on DMs, no credit card required.
  • Pro: $19 a month, or $15.17 a month billed annually; up to 3 Instagram accounts and up to 25,000 DMs a month; branding removed.
  • Platinum+: $99 a month, or $69.33 billed annually; up to 10 Instagram accounts and up to 300,000 DMs a month.
  • Enterprise: custom pricing.

There is no time-limited Pro trial; the FAQ points you to the Free plan instead. LinkDM does not process payments; it sends links (and DM coupons) to your own checkout. Billing by DMs sent rather than contacts reached is easier to predict than ManyChat's Active Contacts model for most coaches.

The coaching trade-off

LinkDM does one job. It has no booking calendar, no client records and nothing for delivery, and no review-site rating was available for us to cite. For a new coach testing whether Instagram can fill a calendar, LinkDM Free plus a simple booking tool is a cheap experiment. Once calls start converting, you will want the DM leads, the booking and the client on one record, which is why it ranks below Coachful.

Pick it over Coachful if you only need keyword-to-link DMs, want to manage up to 3 Instagram accounts cheaply, already have a back end you are happy with, and want leads captured inside the DM and sent to Kit or Flodesk.

4. Paperbell: best for solo coaches who want a simple back end behind any DM tool

Paperbell suits a solo coach who plans to keep ManyChat or LinkDM for Instagram and wants a single, simple place for the link to land: a package page, a scheduler and a checkout.

Paperbell homepage presenting its all-in-one coaching software
Paperbell's homepage in October 2026.

Paperbell is not a DM tool, and its pricing page lists no Instagram automation. It is a direct substitute for the coaching back end. Its pricing page (Wayback capture of 24 July 2026; the live page blocked our fetch) lists one plan at $57 a month, or $570 a year, with unlimited clients and sessions and no additional transaction fees. The included features it lists: a coaching website, client scheduling, payment processing and packages, a client portal, contract signing, client email workflows, surveys and forms, group coaching tools, video call integration, client notes, digital downloads, online classes, custom branding and calendar integration. It offers a 30-day money-back guarantee.

How it fits an Instagram funnel

The ManyChat DM would send people to a Paperbell package page where they pick a discovery call or buy a package. That is a clean hand-off for one-to-one work. Where Paperbell is thinner for an Instagram-led coach is between sessions: its list does not include habits, daily check-ins, a community feed or AI help with content and follow-ups, and the DM leads themselves live in ManyChat, not in Paperbell's records. You run two systems and two bills.

Because it is a single flat plan, the cost is easy to plan: $57 a month regardless of client count. Add ManyChat Essential at $17 a month and the pair is $74 a month before any overage. Our Paperbell alternatives page compares it with other coaching back ends in more depth.

Pick it over Coachful if you want the simplest possible booking-and-checkout system for one-to-one packages, prefer a single flat price with unlimited clients, and are happy to keep your Instagram automation in a separate DM tool.

5. Practice Better: best for health and nutrition coaches who work alongside clinicians

Practice Better is the right back end when your Instagram leads are booking into a practice that includes dietitians, nutritionists or other licensed practitioners who need charting and clinical-grade records.

Practice Better homepage presenting its practice management platform
Practice Better's homepage in October 2026.

Practice Better calls itself an all-in-one EHR. Its pricing page, fetched on the day we wrote this, lists:

  • Sprout: free, up to 3 clients, aimed at students and new practitioners.
  • Starter: $35 a month billed monthly ($25 a month billed annually); 10 clients, 1 practitioner, scheduling, telehealth video, billing and payments, secure messaging, client portal, forms and note templates.
  • Professional: $69 a month ($59 annually); 300 clients, group scheduling and messaging, fixed-date programs, payment plans, Zapier.
  • Plus: $99 a month ($89 annually); unlimited clients, 3 admin licenses, evergreen and self-paced programs, portal branding, 750 SMS reminders and 10,000 broadcast messages a month.
  • Team: $155 a month ($145 annually) for 2 practitioners, up to 200 at $50 each.

It offers a 14-day trial on paid plans and 30 days on Team, and shows 4.7 from 250+ G2 reviews on its own page.

Where it stops for Instagram coaches

Practice Better does not automate Instagram DMs, so you would still pair it with ManyChat, Inrō or LinkDM. Its strengths are clinical: charting, protocols, insurance billing features. If you are a coach rather than a clinician, those are features you pay for and do not use, and its programs are framed around practice care plans rather than Instagram-led offers. Keep the scope line clear in your DMs too: coaching is not treatment, and a coach who hears about symptoms, medications or disordered eating in the DMs should refer the person to a doctor or registered dietitian rather than book them into a coaching call.

Pick it over Coachful if you work in or alongside a clinical practice that needs an EHR with charting and insurance billing, or you keep clinical records, which Coachful is not built for (it is not HIPAA-certified).

6. GoHighLevel: best for coaches who want an agency-style marketing CRM

GoHighLevel fits a coach who thinks like a marketer: lots of SMS and email follow-up, pipelines, ad funnels, and possibly a team or an agency running it on their behalf.

GoHighLevel homepage presenting its all-in-one marketing CRM
GoHighLevel's homepage in October 2026.

GoHighLevel (HighLevel) is an agency-first, all-in-one marketing CRM built around sub-accounts. It covers funnels, websites, calendars, SMS and email, invoicing, contracts, courses and communities. As listed in October 2026, Starter is $97 a month ($80.83 billed annually) with 3 sub-accounts and unlimited users and contacts; Unlimited is $297 a month; Agency Pro is $497 a month. There is a 14-day free trial on any plan. Its Trustpilot score stood at 4.9 from 15,250 reviews on 25 October 2026.

The fine print that changes the monthly number

SMS, email, phone and AI usage are metered and billed on top of the plan price, with per-unit rates on separate pricing guides. For a coach who runs heavy SMS follow-up after an Instagram campaign, that metered line matters as much as the plan. HIPAA is a $297-a-month add-on. GoHighLevel has no habit tracking, client check-ins or structured coaching program engine; you would simulate them with workflows and forms. It has no built-in video rooms either, only Zoom and Google Meet links. The pricing page we read does not describe its Instagram DM features in detail, so confirm the exact triggers in a demo before you cancel ManyChat.

For most solo coaches, GoHighLevel is more machine than the job needs, and setup is a project in itself. We cover that trade-off in depth in GoHighLevel alternatives for coaches.

Pick it over Coachful if you run a marketing agency or a sales team, need multi-stage pipelines and sub-accounts, live on SMS follow-up, or want a deal board and CRM integrations that Coachful does not offer.

7. Metricool: best for coaches whose real bottleneck is posting, not DMs

Metricool belongs on this list for the coach who realises that ManyChat was never the problem: posting consistently across five networks was.

Metricool homepage presenting its social media planning and analytics tool
Metricool's homepage in October 2026.

Metricool is a social media planner and analytics tool. It connects Instagram, Facebook, Threads, TikTok, YouTube, Pinterest, Bluesky, Google Business Profile, Twitch and LinkedIn (paid plans), with X only through a $10-a-month add-on. Its Flows feature automates Instagram comment-to-DM and keyword DM replies on paid plans, and SmartLinks gives you a link-in-bio page on every plan. Trustpilot showed 4.1 from 690 reviews on 28 October 2026.

Plans by number of brands

As listed in October 2026: a free-forever plan with 1 brand, 20 scheduled posts a month, 30 days of analytics and no LinkedIn or X; Starter at $25 a month ($20 annually) for up to 5 brands with unlimited publishing under its fair use policy; Starter for up to 10 brands at $45 a month; and Advanced tiers from $67 a month for 15 brands, adding unlimited team members. There is no standard paid-plan trial; the free plan plays that role.

For a coach, Metricool's DM automation is a side feature of a scheduler, not a lead system. There is no booking, checkout or client record behind it. Coachful's own social planner publishes to Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, X, Threads and YouTube from one calendar with AI help on captions, which covers most coaches; Metricool goes further on networks and analytics.

Pick it over Coachful if you post to TikTok, Pinterest or Bluesky, want deep analytics and competitor tracking, or manage several brands for clients.

How do the seven compare feature by feature?

The pattern is clear: the DM tools win on Instagram depth, the coaching back ends win on what happens after the click, and only one row covers both.

What do three realistic stacks cost per month?

Once the scheduler and checkout behind the DM tool are counted, the single-account option is usually the simpler bill. These are example stacks at monthly billing, as listed in October 2026, before payment processing, tax and any usage overage.

StackWhat it coversMonthly costWhat is still missing
Coachful aloneInstagram automations, booking, checkout, agreements, email, programs, community15 clients: Solo: $49/month for up to 20 clients; unlimited: Pro: $99/month with unlimited clientsWhatsApp, TikTok and Messenger DMs; follow-gate
Lean DM stack: LinkDM Pro + PaperbellComment-to-DM links, booking, packages, contracts$19 + $57 = $76AI replies; habits and check-ins; leads and clients in two systems
Classic stack: ManyChat Pro + PaperbellMulti-channel DMs with AI, booking, packages$39 + $57 = $96, plus overage above 2,500 Active ContactsDaily delivery between sessions; one client record
Marketing stack: ManyChat Pro + GoHighLevel StarterDMs with AI, CRM, funnels, SMS and email$39 + $97 = $136, plus metered SMS, email and AI usageHabits, check-ins, coaching programs; setup time

The Inrō route behaves differently: Pro from €12.99 for up to 500 activated contacts, plus whichever scheduler and checkout you pair it with, so the total depends heavily on how many people your content reaches each month.

How would a coach set this up in Coachful, step by step?

Here is a worked example for a mindset coach selling a 12-week program from Instagram Reels. The names and offers are illustrative.

  1. Connect Instagram. Under Connections, link the Instagram professional account.
  2. Build the landing points. Create a lead magnet funnel for a free "Inner Critic Reset" guide and a booking page for a 30-minute discovery call with intake questions ("What made you reach out now?"). If you would rather not build them, request both through the free white-glove service.
  3. Create the automation. In Automations, choose the comment trigger on your Reels, limited to the keyword "RESET". Add a public reply ("Check your DMs") and a DM with two buttons: "Get the free guide" and "Book a call".
  4. Add the follow-up. Set an email sequence for guide downloads: day 1 delivers the guide, day 3 shares a client-style example (no invented testimonials), day 6 invites them to book.
  5. Prepare the yes. Set up the program checkout with a payment plan, attach the coaching agreement for e-signature, and link the program so cohort groups are created on enrollment.
  6. Watch the records. New commenters appear as leads with their source. After a call, move the lead on, send the checkout, and the client lands in the program with check-ins and habits from week one.

More detail on the landing pages lives in our coach website builder and booking software for coaches pages.

Which mistakes do coaches make when leaving ManyChat?

The biggest mistake is switching DM tools without fixing where the link lands. A few others come up often:

  • Forgetting the contact data. ManyChat documents no one-click full contact CSV export. Its help center describes pushing fields and tags to Google Sheets through an automation sent as a broadcast, or using the API. Plan that export before you cancel.
  • Linking DMs to a generic homepage. A "CALL" comment should open a booking page, not your homepage. Every extra click loses people.
  • Ignoring billing models. Active Contacts (ManyChat), activated contacts (Inrō) and DMs sent (LinkDM) all scale differently when a post takes off.
  • Breaking Instagram's account rules. ManyChat's help center notes Instagram must be a professional account; the same applies to Coachful's Connections. Switch the account type first.
  • Losing the scope line. If you coach on health topics, have a referral message ready for DMs that describe medical symptoms.

Verdict: which ManyChat alternative should a coach choose?

Choose Coachful if Instagram is how you find clients and coaching is how you keep them: one account turns the comment into a booked call, the call into a signed and paid client, and the client into someone checking in on their habits every morning. Choose Inrō or LinkDM if you want a better or cheaper DM bot and already love your back end. Choose Paperbell or Practice Better if the back end is what is missing and you will keep a DM tool in front of it. GoHighLevel and Metricool fit narrower jobs: marketing operations and multi-network posting.

If you are earlier in the journey, our pages for new coaches and email marketing for coaches cover the next steps, and the Kit alternatives for coaches roundup looks at the email side of the same funnel.

Frequently asked questions

Can Coachful fully replace ManyChat?

For Instagram, it replaces the common coaching flows: comment keyword to DM, story replies, mentions, new followers, buttons and AI replies. It does not run WhatsApp, Messenger, TikTok or SMS DM automation, a follow-gate, or email capture inside the DM. If those matter, keep ManyChat for them and let its links point to Coachful pages.

Is there a free ManyChat alternative for coaches?

LinkDM's Free plan allows 1 Instagram account and 1,000 DMs a month with its branding, and Inrō's Free plan allows 100 activated contacts a month. ManyChat also has a free plan with 25 Active Contacts a month. None of these include booking or checkout.

What does ManyChat cost in October 2026?

Its pricing page data, as archived on 9 October 2026, lists Free, Essential at $17 a month, Pro at $39, Business at $99 and Advanced at $199, with lower annual rates. Each plan includes a set number of Active Contacts with per-contact overage above that. Prices exclude tax and depend on billing country.

Do Coachful's AI DM replies cost extra?

Each AI-written reply uses 1 AI credit. Ordinary DMs, public comment replies and button messages are part of the automation itself.

Can I capture emails from Instagram DMs in Coachful?

Not inside the DM. The DM sends a link to a Coachful lead magnet, booking or checkout page, and the email is captured there, in the same lead record as the rest of their journey.

Which tool is best if my clients mostly message me on WhatsApp?

ManyChat Pro and above include WhatsApp, with template messages billed per delivered message from a prepaid wallet. Coachful uses WhatsApp only for 1-hour session reminders once messaging is enabled, not for DM automation.

What is Coachful's free white-glove service?

It is a free build service on every plan. From Create, you describe what you need, such as a lead magnet funnel, booking page, email sequence or Instagram automation, attach references, and the Coachful team builds it in your account, usually within about 24 hours. It does not include video recording, logo design or ad management.

How do I move my ManyChat contacts out?

ManyChat's help center does not document a one-click full export. Data Collection responses export as CSV; for all contacts it describes sending fields and tags to Google Sheets via an automation or using the API. In Coachful, clients, programs and content are imported for you during onboarding.

Is Coachful suitable for health coaches who get symptom questions in DMs?

Coachful works well for health coaching programs, but it is not HIPAA-certified and is not for clinical records. Coaching is not treatment, so refer anyone describing medical symptoms to a doctor. Practitioners who need an EHR should look at Practice Better.

How long does it take to switch from ManyChat to Coachful?

Connecting Instagram and creating a comment automation is a short job; building the funnel and booking page behind it takes longer. You can ask the white-glove team to build those, which usually takes about a day, and keep ManyChat running until the new flow is live.
