7 Best Calendly Alternatives for Coaches (2026 Guide)

The best calendly alternatives for coaches are the tools that keep working after the call is booked. Calendly is excellent at one job: letting someone pick a time. A coaching client, though, also needs to sign an agreement, pay, fill in an intake form, work through a program between sessions and stay engaged long enough to renew. So the deciding question is simple: do you want a better booking link, or one place that runs the whole client journey?
For most coaches who sell packages or programs, our pick is Coachful, because booking, payments, contracts, programs, habits, check-ins, courses, community and email all sit behind one login, with one branded app for the client. If you only need a cheaper or more flexible booking page, Cal.com, Setmore or TidyCal will do it for less. If you work in a clinical setting and need HIPAA coverage, Practice Better is the honest answer. We make Coachful, so we have tried to be specific about where each tool fits better.
Prices below are as listed by each vendor in October 2026, unless marked otherwise. We have not run hands-on tests of every competitor; we report what vendors document and what public reviewers say.
Why do coaches outgrow Calendly?
Coaches outgrow Calendly when the booking is no longer the hard part. Calendly does scheduling, reminders and paid bookings well, but it has no client records, notes, programs, habits or check-ins, no contracts and no invoicing. Everything that happens between sessions lives somewhere else.

As listed in October 2026, Calendly's Free plan allows one event type and one calendar connection. Standard is $10 per seat per month billed annually and adds unlimited event types, up to six calendar connections, automations and reminders, HubSpot and Mailchimp, and Stripe or PayPal payments. Teams is $16 per seat per month billed annually and adds round-robin scheduling and routing. The pricing page no longer shows billed-monthly prices, and trial terms were not visible when we checked. Calendly holds a Trustpilot score of 4.1 from 714 reviews.
For a coach, the typical Calendly stack looks like this: Calendly for the call, Stripe or PayPal for payment, a separate e-signature tool for the agreement, a form tool for intake, a course or community host for content, an email platform for nurture, and a spreadsheet for who is falling behind. Each piece works. The problem is the seams, where a client signs in one place, pays in another and gets their worksheet by email. Our Calendly review and Calendly pricing breakdown go deeper on the tool itself.
What does each stage of a coaching client journey need?
A coaching client moves through four stages, and each one asks something different of your software. Mapping your own business onto these stages is the fastest way to see whether you need a scheduler or a platform.

Attract: getting found and getting the first conversation
Someone hears about you, visits your site, downloads a lead magnet or books a discovery call. This stage needs a website, a booking page for free consultations, a way to capture emails and a follow-up sequence for the people who do not book yet. Calendly covers only the booking link here.
Enroll: turning a "yes" into a signed, paid client
After the consultation, the client needs to sign a coaching agreement, pay (in full, by subscription or by payment plan), answer intake questions and book their first session. This is where scattered tools cause the most friction, because a missed signature or a failed payment link can delay the start by days. Our guide to coaching contracts covers what the agreement should include.
Deliver: the work between sessions
Most coaching results come from what happens between calls: weekly goals, daily tasks, habits, reflections and check-ins. This stage needs a client space where all of that lives, plus session notes, recordings and resources. Pure schedulers stop before this stage begins.
Retain: renewals, referrals and groups
Clients renew when they can see progress and feel connected. This stage needs progress tracking, a way to spot quiet or at-risk clients, a community or cohort space and recurring billing that does not require you to chase anyone.
Which Calendly alternatives cover which stages?
Only one tool on this list covers all four stages fully; the rest cover one or two well. Our ranking criteria: one login for the whole client journey, between-session delivery, total stack cost and setup effort (including Coachful's free white-glove build).
| Tool | Attract | Enroll | Deliver | Retain | Starting price (as listed) |
|---|---|---|---|---|---|
| Coachful | Yes: website, funnels, email sequences | Yes: booking, payments, e-sign agreements, intake | Yes: programs, habits, check-ins, courses | Yes: client status, community, subscriptions | Lite: $29/month for up to 5 clients |
| Acuity Scheduling | Partial: booking page only | Yes: intake forms, packages, payments | Partial: sessions only | Partial: memberships and packages | $20/mo ($16/mo annual) |
| Cal.com | Partial: booking page, embeds | Partial: paid bookings | No | No | Free for one user |
| Practice Better | Partial: broadcast messaging on Plus | Yes: scheduling, billing, forms | Yes: programs, courses, telehealth | Partial: group messaging, programs | Free Sprout (3 clients); Starter $35/mo |
| Paperbell | Partial: website, landing pages | Yes: contract, payment, intake in one checkout | Partial: packages and downloads | Partial: group programs, no community | $97/mo (listed 17 Oct 2026) |

| Calendly (for reference) | Partial: booking page | Partial: paid bookings, booking questions | No | No | Free; Standard $10/seat/mo annual |
How did we choose and rank these seven tools?
We ranked them against one realistic scenario: a solo coach with 15 active one-to-one clients and one 8-week group program of about 10 people, who currently uses Calendly plus four or five other tools. That coach needs paid booking, agreements, a place for weekly work, a group space and email follow-up, and wants to spend less time stitching tools together.
For each tool we checked the vendor's own pricing page and documentation, noted what each plan includes and excludes, and read public review scores. We favoured tools that reduce the number of logins a client has to manage, because every extra login is a place where a client can drop off. Pure schedulers rank lower not because they are bad at scheduling, but because the scenario asks for more than scheduling. If your business really is "book a call, take payment, done", read the scheduler sections first and ignore our ranking.
1. Coachful: the whole client journey behind one login
Coachful is the best Calendly alternative for coaches who deliver programs, not just sessions. It replaces the booking link and the four or five tools around it: one subscription covers booking, payments, coaching agreements, multi-week programs with habits and check-ins, courses, a community, a website with funnels and email, and an AI assistant called Michelle. The coach has one login; the client gets one app with the coach's branding.

Scheduling that does what Calendly does, then keeps going
The booking side covers what most coaches use Calendly for. Booking pages support availability rules, buffers, minimum notice and time-zone detection, with two-way sync to Google, Apple/iCloud and Outlook calendars. Each session can use built-in video or an auto-created Zoom, Meet or Teams link. Reminders go out by email, and once messaging is enabled, also by SMS 24 hours before and WhatsApp one hour before. You can sell paid sessions and session credits, ask intake questions at booking, and assign multi-coach session types by round-robin or least-busy rules. Here is a short walkthrough of the scheduling area:
Payments run through your own Stripe Connect or Razorpay account, with one-time payments, subscriptions, payment plans, order bumps, coupons, refunds, Apple Pay and Google Pay, and Stripe Tax. Coachful has charged a 0% platform fee since August 2026, so you pay only Stripe or Razorpay processing. Every transaction generates an invoice, and you can send manual invoices too. Coaching agreements with e-signature go out before the first call and are stored on the client record. More detail lives on our scheduling software and payment software pages.
What the client sees between calls
This is the part Calendly never touches. After booking, the client lands in a branded coaching hub with their next session, any forms due before it, and tabs for programs, sessions, progress and documents.

Programs run for as many weeks as you design, with weekly goals, daily tasks, habits, morning and evening check-ins, goals with progress bars and streaks. Courses (modules, lessons, drip and completion tracking), downloads, videos and events are delivered into the same space. When someone enrolls in a group program, Coachful creates a cohort group automatically, with a community feed, group chat, direct messages and video events, which suits the 8-week group in our scenario. See group coaching software for the group side.

On the coach's side, each client record holds goals, check-ins, habits, notes, intake answers, tags, payments and sessions, with a status of thriving, active, quiet or at risk. Michelle, the built-in AI assistant, works from that live data: it can brief you before a session, summarize recorded sessions, draft emails and build programs. Questions and planning are included in your Coachful membership; confirmed builds and changes use AI credits. If you are working toward an ICF credential, Coachful counts coaching hours and distinct clients against ACC, PCC and MCC thresholds and exports a client coaching log.
For the attract stage, there is a section-based website builder with 30 designed homepage templates, a blog, custom domain and SEO settings, plus booking, application, lead-magnet and checkout funnels with pixel and UTM tracking. Email lists, broadcasts and multi-step sequences with triggers, delays, branching and A/B splits are included, so a free consultation booked through a funnel can trigger a follow-up sequence without Zapier.
Why Coachful stands out: a free white-glove service. From Create, the "We'll build it for you · FREE" option lets you describe what you want built: a website, funnel, sales page, program, course outline and written material, email sequence, intake form, link in bio and more. You can attach up to 8 reference links and up to 10 files such as logos, photos, brand guides and existing copy. The Coachful team builds it inside your own account, usually within about 24 hours. Nothing is invented: no fake credentials, testimonials or prices, and any gaps are left for you to fill. It does not cover recording videos, logo design, ad management or ongoing marketing. One recent example: a leadership coach with a Squarespace renewal days away got one clean homepage with a repeated "talk with me" button. Another, a business mentor for beauty professionals, got a 12-week mentorship sales page, a free start-up-guide funnel and rewritten follow-up emails. Read more about the free white-glove service.

Where Coachful is not the right fit
Coachful is not HIPAA-certified and does not sign a BAA, so it is not for clinical record-keeping or insurance billing. There is no PayPal and no permanent free plan. The client app ships under the Coachful listing with your branding, not under your own App Store account. It has no routing forms that pick a host from form answers, no Salesforce or HubSpot integration and no multi-stage sales deal board for large teams, so a sales organisation using Calendly's routing will not find a like-for-like replacement here.
Price. Coachful uses flat monthly plans. Lower plans cap the number of clients, Pro is unlimited, and team plans (Studio and Agency) add coach seats with per-coach availability. Monthly plans cancel in one click, and there is a free trial (Lite: $29/month for up to 5 clients; Solo: $49/month for up to 20 clients; Pro: $99/month with unlimited clients; Studio: $199/month with unlimited clients). The coaching-specific view of the switch is on our Coachful vs Calendly comparison and the Calendly alternative page.
In short: Coachful is a coaching platform for coaches who deliver programs, solo coaches growing into a small team, and anyone replacing four to six tools. It does not handle clinical records, PayPal or enterprise sales routing. To start, open a free trial and ask the team to build your site or first program for free. Coachful is based in Tallinn, Estonia, and holds a Trustpilot score of 4.5 from 21 reviews.
2. Acuity Scheduling: a deeper scheduler with intake forms
Acuity Scheduling is the strongest pure scheduler here for coaches who sell packages, because it adds intake forms, packages and memberships on top of the booking page. It is owned by Squarespace, which matters if your website already lives there.

Strengths for a booking-led practice
Acuity documents appointment scheduling with intake forms attached to bookings, plus packages and memberships so clients can prepay for a block of sessions. Payments go through your own Stripe, Square, PayPal or Venmo account, with no Acuity fee mentioned. Text reminders start on the Standard plan, and a HIPAA BAA is available only on Premium, which is unusual for a scheduler and useful for some health-adjacent coaches.
Plans as listed in October 2026: Starter $20/month ($16/month billed annually) with one calendar; Standard $34/month ($27 annually) with up to six calendars; Premium $69/month ($55 annually) with up to 36 calendars; Enterprise on request. Every plan has a 7-day free trial with no credit card.
The gaps a coach will notice
Acuity has no client portal for programs, habits, check-ins or messaging, and no courses, community, website builder or email marketing. A coach running a group program would still need a separate content host and email tool. On Trustpilot it scores 3.6 from 687 reviews. For a side-by-side with Calendly, see Calendly vs Acuity.
Pick it over Coachful if your coaching is session-by-session with no between-session program, you want intake forms and prepaid packages on a booking page, and you need a HIPAA BAA on the Premium plan.
3. Cal.com: the most generous free booking plan
Cal.com is the closest like-for-like Calendly replacement, and its free plan is far more generous than Calendly's. On its pricing page, fetched on 25 October 2026, the free Individuals plan includes unlimited event types and calendars, email and SMS notifications, 100+ app integrations, a mobile app, Stripe and PayPal payments, two-way Salesforce and HubSpot sync and a one-click import of Calendly events.
Paid tiers built for teams
Teams costs $12 per user per month billed yearly (the page shows "Save 25%") and adds shared availability, round-robin scheduling, managed and collective event types, recurring events, removal of Cal.com branding, routing forms and booking analytics. Organizations costs $28 per user per month billed yearly and adds sub-teams, SAML SSO and SCIM, and lists SOC 2, HIPAA and ISO 27001 compliance. Enterprise is custom. Both paid tiers have a 14-day free trial. The billed-monthly price was not shown on the page.
What it leaves to other tools
Cal.com is a scheduler. It does not document client records, programs, habits, contracts, courses, community or email marketing. For our 15-client coach it would replace Calendly cheaply, but the other four or five tools would stay. We did not find a review score on the page we fetched.
Pick it over Coachful if all you want is a no-cost, flexible booking page with SMS notifications and a Calendly import, or your team needs routing forms that assign a host based on answers, which Coachful does not offer.
4. Practice Better: the clinical-grade choice for health practitioners
Practice Better is the right Calendly alternative when compliance comes first. It markets itself as an all-in-one EHR (electronic health record) for practitioners, including health coaches, nutritionists and dietitians, and its pricing page lists HIPAA, PIPEDA and GDPR compliance.

Plans, as listed on 25 October 2026
The free Sprout plan covers 3 clients. Starter is $35/month ($25 billed annually) for 10 clients; Professional is $69/month ($59 annually) for 300 clients and adds group scheduling, group messaging, fixed-date programs and payment plans; Plus is $99/month ($89 annually) with unlimited clients, evergreen and self-paced programs, portal branding, 750 SMS reminders a month and done-for-you program templates; Team is $155/month ($145 annually) with two practitioner licences (more at $50 each). The Team plan has a 30-day trial and the other paid plans 14 days. Its pricing page shows 4.7 from 250+ reviews on G2.
Trade-offs for non-clinical coaches
Every plan includes scheduling, telehealth video, billing and payments, secure messaging, a client portal and a mobile app. The product is built around charting, protocols and practitioner workflows, which can feel heavy for a life or business coach. A website builder and funnels are not listed on the pricing page, and portal branding needs Plus. Note the client caps: our 5-client example fits Starter, but 15 clients needs Professional.
A scope note for health coaches: coaching is not treatment. If a client describes symptoms, a diagnosis question or a mental-health crisis, refer them to a licensed professional, as the ICF Code of Ethics expects coaches to recognise the limits of their role. Whether HIPAA applies to you depends on whether you are a covered entity; the HHS guidance for professionals explains it, and an attorney can confirm. Our Practice Better alternatives roundup has more.
Pick it over Coachful if you work with health information that needs HIPAA coverage, you want charting and practitioner tools, or you are a dietitian or nutritionist operating in a clinical context.
5. Paperbell: the simplest package checkout
Paperbell suits a solo coach who sells one-to-one packages and wants the enroll stage handled in a single checkout. A client buys a package, signs the contract, pays and books, all in one flow.

What a Paperbell package includes
According to Paperbell's documentation (our profile, researched in September 2026), it includes built-in booking with time-zone detection and reminders, Google, Apple and Outlook calendar sync, Stripe and PayPal payments with subscriptions, payment plans and coupons, e-signature contracts tied to package purchase, intake forms, a client portal with shared notes and messaging, digital downloads and a branded coaching website. Its FAQ states it is not HIPAA compliant.
Price check
Paperbell's pricing page blocked our request on 25 October 2026, so we could not verify today's price. When last checked on 17 October 2026 it listed a single plan at $97/month or $970/year per coach, with unlimited clients and no platform transaction fee. Confirm on its site before you buy.
Where reviewers say it runs out
Paperbell has no structured multi-week programs, habit tracking, community or funnels, and no native mobile app. It is one coach per account, so it does not grow into a team. Reviewers note they added another platform for courses. It scores 3.9 on Trustpilot from 13 reviews (September 2026). See our Paperbell alternatives for more.
Pick it over Coachful if you sell only one-to-one packages, you need PayPal at checkout, and you prefer one flat price over choosing a plan.
6. Setmore: free scheduling for small teams
Setmore is a free appointment app that lets up to four users share it, which is rare. A two-coach practice can run bookings without paying anything, provided it can live without SMS reminders.

Free versus Pro
As listed in October 2026, the Free plan covers up to 4 users with unlimited appointments and one email reminder, but no SMS reminders and no two-way calendar sync. Pro is $12/month per user ($5/month per user billed annually), with unlimited users and 500 SMS credits per user per month. Enterprise is custom. Pro can be tried "risk-free for 30 days" with a refund on request. Setmore has the best review score on this list: 4.9 on Trustpilot from 3,274 reviews.
What is missing for coaching
Setmore offers a booking page, reminders and payments. It has no client programs, habits, check-ins, courses or community, and its pricing page shows no contract or invoicing workflow. The missing two-way sync on Free is a real risk for coaches who also book personal time in Google Calendar.
Pick it over Coachful if you need a no-cost booking page for a small team and all client work happens in live sessions.
7. TidyCal: the low-cost booking link
TidyCal is a budget scheduler sold through AppSumo, best known for lifetime deals. It suits a new coach who wants paid bookings without a monthly bill.

Free, lifetime and Pro options
The Free plan includes unlimited booking types and bookings, with one readable and one writable calendar and basic Google, Office 365 and Apple integrations. Individual and Agency lifetime plans raise the calendar limit to 10 (Agency adds 10 SMS reminders a month in the US and Canada); we could not confirm their current prices. Pro is $12/month ($8.25/month billed annually) with unlimited calendar connections and unlimited SMS reminders.
The fee to watch
TidyCal takes a 1% platform fee on Stripe payments on the Free and lifetime plans, on top of Stripe's own fees; Pro removes it. Paid bookings and packages are supported, but there are no client records, programs, habits, check-ins, courses, community, website builder or email marketing. TidyCal scores 3.1 on Trustpilot from 182 reviews.
Pick it over Coachful if you want the cheapest possible paid booking link and are happy to run everything else in other tools.
How do the features compare side by side?
The split is clear: four tools are schedulers, two are practice tools with partial delivery, and one covers delivery fully. "Not listed" means the vendor did not document it on the pages we checked.

What does each option cost at 5, 15 and 40 clients?
For a solo coach, the schedulers cost the same at any client count, while client-capped platforms change plan as you grow. The catch is that the cheaper rows cover only booking; add your e-signature, email, course and community tools to compare like with like.

| Tool (one coach) | 5 clients | 15 clients | 40 clients | What that price covers |
|---|---|---|---|---|
| Coachful | Lite: $29/month for up to 5 clients | Solo: $49/month for up to 20 clients | Pro: $99/month with unlimited clients | Whole journey: booking, payments, agreements, programs, courses, community, website, email |

| TidyCal | $0 plus 1% on Stripe, or $12/mo Pro | $0 or $12/mo | $0 or $12/mo | Pro removes the 1% fee |
Payment processing fees from Stripe, PayPal or Razorpay apply on top in every row.
Which stack should you build: all-in-one or assembled?
Build an all-in-one stack if you run programs or groups; assemble one if you only sell sessions. Here are three recipes for our 15-client coach, with the costs we could verify.

Recipe A: the all-in-one stack
- Coachful for booking, payments, agreements, programs, habits, check-ins, courses, the cohort group, website, funnels and email (Solo: $49/month for up to 20 clients).
- Your own Stripe or Razorpay account for processing.
- Optional: Zoom, if you prefer it to built-in video.
Logins for the client: one. Bills for the coach: one subscription plus processing. Setup effort: lowest, since the white-glove team can build the site, program and first email sequence for you.
Recipe B: the assembled scheduler stack
- A scheduler: Calendly Standard at $10/month billed annually, or Cal.com Free at $0.
- An e-signature tool for agreements.
- A course or community host for the group program.
- An email marketing platform for follow-up.
- A habit or check-in method, often a shared spreadsheet or form.
The scheduler costs are verified; the other three or four tools vary widely by vendor and plan, so price them yourself before comparing. Expect four to six logins for you and three or four for your client. Our guides to email marketing platforms and community platforms help with those pieces.
Recipe C: the clinical stack
- Practice Better Professional at $69/month ($59 billed annually) for scheduling, charting, programs and the portal.
- A separate website builder, since none is listed on Practice Better's pricing page.
Choose this only if HIPAA coverage is a requirement for your practice.
How do you move from Calendly without losing bookings?
Run both tools in parallel for two to three weeks, move new bookings first and let existing ones finish where they were made. Here is the worked setup in Coachful for our example coach with 15 clients and one group program.
- Export your Calendly data. Calendly lets you export scheduled events to CSV, and your bookings already sit in your synced calendar. Keep that file as your record of who is booked when.
- Connect your calendar first. In Coachful, connect Google, Apple/iCloud or Outlook with two-way sync so existing Calendly bookings block time and nothing double-books.
- Recreate your session types. Copy your Calendly event types: a free 20-minute consultation, a paid 60-minute session and a group call. Add buffers, minimum notice and intake questions. Sell blocks of sessions as session credits.
- Connect Stripe and build the offer. Set up the package with a payment plan or subscription, and attach your coaching agreement so it is signed before the first call.
- Build the program. Start from one of more than 40 program templates or ask the white-glove team to build it: weekly goals, daily tasks, habits and morning or evening check-ins. Enrolling the group program creates its cohort group automatically.
- Import clients. Clients, programs and content are imported for you during onboarding, so your 15 current clients arrive with their records.
- Swap the links. Replace the Calendly link on your website, email signature and social bio with your Coachful booking page or funnel. Leave Calendly active until its last booking has passed, then cancel it.
What the client experiences: they book the consultation from your site, get an email reminder and then SMS and WhatsApp reminders once messaging is on, and join through the video link in the invite. After saying yes, they sign the agreement and pay in one flow, then open your branded app to find their first week's goals, today's habits and the next session. If they go quiet, their status changes so you can reach out before they drift.

For more on rules and exceptions during the switch, see automating client scheduling without Calendly and managing client scheduling without Calendly.
Which mistakes should coaches avoid when switching?
The most common mistake is replacing Calendly with another scheduler and keeping every other tool. That cuts one bill but leaves the seams that caused the frustration. Others to watch:
- Moving existing bookings by hand. Let them complete in Calendly; move only new bookings.
- Skipping two-way sync. One-way sync is how double bookings happen, and Setmore's Free plan has no two-way sync at all.
- Ignoring platform fees. TidyCal's 1% on Stripe payments is small per booking but adds up on package sales. Check each tool's fee line, not only its monthly price.
- Forgetting client caps. Practice Better's Starter stops at 10 clients, and lower Coachful plans cap clients too. Price the plan you will need in six months.
- Assuming HIPAA where it does not exist. Coachful and Paperbell are not HIPAA compliant; Acuity offers a BAA only on Premium.
- Losing the agreement step. If your contract was a separate e-sign link, make sure the new flow sends it before the first session, not after.
Verdict: which Calendly alternative should a coach choose?
If you deliver programs, groups or any work between sessions, choose Coachful: it is the only tool here that covers attract, enroll, deliver and retain behind one login, with a 0% platform fee and a free white-glove build to get you set up. If you only need a better booking link, Cal.com's free plan is the most generous, Setmore is the best free option for a small team and TidyCal is the cheapest paid-booking link. Acuity is the strongest standalone scheduler for intake forms and packages. Practice Better is the right call for HIPAA-bound health practitioners, and Paperbell for a solo coach selling only one-to-one packages who wants PayPal.

Frequently asked questions
What is the best Calendly alternative for coaches?
For coaches who run programs or packages, Coachful, because it adds agreements, payments, programs, habits, check-ins, courses, community and email to booking. For a booking link alone, Cal.com's free plan is the most generous on this list.
Is there a free Calendly alternative for coaches?
Yes. Cal.com offers a free individual plan with unlimited event types, SMS notifications and Stripe and PayPal payments. Setmore is free for up to four users without SMS, and TidyCal is free with a 1% fee on Stripe payments. All three are schedulers only.
Can Coachful replace Calendly completely?
For most coaches, yes: booking pages, availability rules, buffers, two-way calendar sync, video links, reminders, paid sessions and round-robin assignment are included in your Coachful membership. The exceptions are routing forms that pick a host from answers and Salesforce or HubSpot sync, which Coachful does not offer.
What is Coachful's free white-glove service?
It is a free build service on every plan. You describe what you want, such as a website, funnel, program or email sequence, attach up to 8 links and 10 files, and the Coachful team builds it in your account, usually within about 24 hours. It does not include video recording, logo design, ads or ongoing marketing.
Which Calendly alternative is HIPAA compliant?
Practice Better lists HIPAA compliance on its plans. Acuity offers a BAA on its Premium plan, and Cal.com lists HIPAA compliance on Organizations. Coachful and Paperbell are not HIPAA compliant.
Does Calendly take a fee on payments?
Calendly does not document a fee of its own on payments; you connect Stripe or PayPal on Standard and above and pay their processing rates. TidyCal is the tool here that adds a 1% platform fee on Stripe payments unless you are on Pro.
Can I import my Calendly events into another tool?
Cal.com advertises a one-click import of Calendly events. Calendly also exports scheduled events to CSV. With Coachful, clients, programs and content are imported for you during onboarding, and two-way calendar sync keeps existing Calendly bookings blocked.
Which alternative accepts PayPal?
Cal.com, Paperbell and Acuity support PayPal, as does Calendly on Standard and above. Coachful uses Stripe Connect or Razorpay, including Apple Pay and Google Pay, but not PayPal.
Is Calendly per seat a problem for coaching teams?
Calendly charges each coach a seat: $10 per seat on Standard and $16 on Teams, billed annually. Coachful's Studio and Agency team plans add coach seats with per-coach availability and staff permissions instead.
How long does it take to switch from Calendly?
Most of the work is recreating session types, connecting your calendar and swapping links, and onboarding imports your clients for you. Plan two to three weeks of overlap so existing Calendly bookings finish before you cancel it.
