Top 12 Funnel Builders for Business Coaches in 2026

The best funnel builders for business coaches do one job well: they move a busy founder from a first click to a booked strategy call, a signed agreement and a paid program, without you stitching five tools together. Most business coaches sell a few high-value engagements, not hundreds of cheap products, so the deciding question is not "which tool has the most page templates?" but "which tool carries a qualified lead all the way into delivery?" That is the lens for this ranking of 12 tools.
Our pick is Coachful, because its funnels, booking, contracts, payments and client programs live in one account, and the client lands in the same branded app they will use for the next six months. We make Coachful, so we have stated the ranking criteria openly below and kept every other tool's facts to what its vendor documents and what public reviewers report. GoHighLevel and ClickFunnels follow as the strongest pure marketing engines, and several lighter or cheaper options round out the list.
What do business coaches need from a funnel builder?
Business coaches need a funnel that qualifies before it books, because a strategy call with the wrong founder costs an hour you cannot bill. After that, they need the sale to close cleanly (agreement, payment plan, invoice) and the client to start work without a second login.
Here is how that plays out in a typical business coaching practice:
- Application before the call. High-ticket offers such as a six-month growth program, a mastermind or a fractional advisory retainer usually sit behind an application: revenue stage, team size, the bottleneck they want fixed, how soon they want to start. The funnel builder must store those answers on the lead, not in a spreadsheet. Our mastermind application funnel template shows the questions that tend to matter.
- Lead magnets that fit owners. Business owners respond to a pricing calculator, a hiring scorecard, a 90-day planning worksheet or a short masterclass far more than to a generic ebook. A quiz funnel or a webinar funnel are the two formats most business coaches test first.
- Strategy-call booking with intake. The booking page needs time-zone detection, buffers and minimum notice so a founder in another country does not land on a 6 a.m. slot, plus intake questions so you walk in prepared. The discovery call funnel guide covers the stages.
- A clean close. Business clients expect a written agreement that sets scope, confidentiality and cancellation terms, a proper invoice for their bookkeeper, and options such as pay in full or a payment plan. Some companies pay from a business card; some ask for invoices with tax handled. Tax treatment varies by country and state, so check with an accountant or attorney before you set it up.
- Delivery between sessions. A business coach's value shows up in what the client does between calls: weekly priorities, KPI check-ins, accountability on the hire they said they would make. A funnel tool that stops at the checkout leaves you to buy a separate coaching platform.
- Scope discipline. Business coaching is not legal, tax or investment advice. Your funnel copy and agreement should say so, and when a client's question needs a lawyer, an accountant or a licensed financial adviser, refer them out.
If you are still choosing your wider stack, our guide to the best coaching software for business coaches covers the delivery side in depth, and the companion list of funnel builders for life coaches shows how the ranking shifts for a lower-ticket, higher-volume practice.
Which funnel builder is best for business coaches at a glance?
Coachful is the best fit for most business coaches, with GoHighLevel the pick for ad-heavy practices and ClickFunnels for coaches whose whole business is a launch machine.
Ranking criteria: one login for the whole client journey (funnel to delivery), between-session delivery, total stack cost at 5, 15 and 40 clients, and setup effort, including whether someone will build the funnel for you.
| Rank and tool | Best for | Starting price (as listed) | Main gap for business coaches |
|---|---|---|---|
| Coachful | Application funnels that flow into contracts, payments and client programs in one account | Lite: $29/month for up to 5 clients | No Salesforce or HubSpot integration; no PayPal |
| 2. GoHighLevel | Ad-driven practices that want CRM, SMS and pipelines | $97/mo | No habits or check-ins; usage billed on top |
| 3. ClickFunnels | Launch-led businesses built around sales pages | $97/mo ($81 annual) | No contracts or structured 1:1 programs |
| 4. Kajabi | Coaches selling courses and community alongside coaching | $179/mo ($143 annual) | No contracts; extra fee with non-Kajabi processors |
| 5. Systeme.io | Coaches on a tight budget testing funnels | Free plan; paid from $17/mo | No contracts, client records or habits |
| 6. Kartra | Marketers who want email, SMS and funnels in one | $59/mo ($52 annual) | 500 contacts and 5% fee on the entry plan |
| 7. Paperbell | Solo coaches selling 1:1 packages simply | $97/mo ($970/yr) | No funnel builder or community |
| 8. Simply.Coach | Executive and business coaches working with corporate sponsors | US$9/mo for 3 clients | No funnel builder |
| 9. HoneyBook | Proposal-led consulting-style engagements | $29/mo billed yearly | No funnels, courses or community |
| 10. Podia | Coaches whose funnel ends in a digital product | $49/mo ($42 annual) | No native scheduling or contracts |
| 11. Stan Store | Social-first coaches selling from a link in bio | $29/mo ($25 annual) | Email only on the $99 plan; no CRM |
| 12. Dubsado | Back-office workflows after the sale | $35/mo (September 2026 listing) | No funnel or landing-page builder |
How did we choose and rank these tools?
We started from the business coach's sales path (attract, qualify, book, close, deliver) and asked which tools cover the most of it with the fewest extra subscriptions. A tool that builds beautiful pages but sends you elsewhere for contracts, payment plans and client delivery scored lower than one that keeps the lead, the agreement and the program in one record.
Prices are as listed on each vendor's pricing page in October 2026 unless we say otherwise; we fetched Podia's, HoneyBook's and Simply.Coach's pages on 25 October 2026. Dubsado's figures come from a September 2026 listing that we could not re-check this month, so confirm them before buying. We have not run hands-on tests of every tool; feature notes reflect vendor documentation and public reviews. Trustpilot ratings are as seen on 25 October 2026.
Direct coaching platforms (Paperbell, Simply.Coach) are ranked in the middle: they handle the back half of the journey well but have no real funnel builder, which is the point of this list. Marketing suites with no coaching delivery sit higher where their funnels are strong, lower where their entry plans cap what a business coach needs.
1. Coachful: the funnel and the coaching program in one account

Coachful is a coaching platform where the funnel is the front door to the rest of the practice. One subscription covers booking, payments, contracts, program delivery with habits and check-ins, courses, a community, a website with funnels and email, and an AI assistant. The coach has one login; the client has one branded app. For a business coach, that means the founder who fills in your application is the same record that later shows their weekly goals, check-ins, session notes and payments.
Funnels built for how coaches sell. Coachful ships booking, application, lead-magnet and checkout funnels, with about 25 funnel templates to start from. Each funnel supports Meta Pixel and GA4 tracking plus UTM parameters, so you can see whether LinkedIn posts or a podcast guest spot fill your calendar. Checkout funnels handle one-time payments, subscriptions, payment plans, order bumps and coupons through your own Stripe Connect or Razorpay account, with Apple Pay, Google Pay and Stripe Tax. Coachful has charged a 0% platform fee since August 2026; you pay only Stripe or Razorpay processing.

From application to signed agreement. Application answers and booking intake questions attach to the lead. Booking pages carry availability rules, buffers, minimum notice and time-zone detection, with two-way Google, Apple/iCloud and Outlook sync and built-in video or auto-created Zoom, Meet or Teams links. Reminders go by email, and by SMS (24 hours before) and WhatsApp (1 hour before) once messaging is enabled. When the founder says yes, the coaching agreement with e-signature goes out before the first call and is stored on the client record, alongside an invoice for every transaction (plus manual invoices if their finance team asks for one). See coaching contracts for how that step works.

Nurture that keeps going after the first click. Email lists, broadcasts and multi-step sequences with triggers, delays, branching and A/B splits are included in your Coachful membership. A founder who downloads your hiring scorecard but does not book can get a five-email sequence; one who applies can get a different path. The automated email nurture guide walks through the logic. Michelle, the built-in AI assistant, works from your live practice data and can draft the sequence, the sales page copy or a program outline; questions and planning are included, while confirmed builds and changes use AI credits.
Delivery is where it pulls ahead. This is the part funnel-only tools cannot match. Once a client enrolls, Coachful runs multi-week programs with weekly goals, daily tasks, habits, morning and evening check-ins, goals with progress bars and streaks. The client record collects goals, check-ins, notes, intake answers, tags, payments and sessions, with an AI briefing per client and a status of thriving, active, quiet or at risk. For a mastermind, cohort groups are created automatically on program enrollment, with a community feed, group chat and video events. If you hold an ICF credential, Coachful counts your coaching hours and distinct clients against ACC, PCC and MCC thresholds.
Here is a short walkthrough of building a funnel in Coachful:
Website included. The section-based website builder has 30 designed homepage templates, a blog, custom domain and SEO settings, and an Import website option if you are leaving another builder. Business coaches tend to pick the cleaner, editorial designs. See the coach website builder page for more.
Why Coachful stands out: a free white-glove service. On every plan, you can go to Create, choose "We'll build it for you · FREE", describe what you want (a website, a funnel, a sales page, a program, an email sequence, a lead quiz and more), attach up to 8 reference links and up to 10 files, and the Coachful team builds it inside your own account, usually within about 24 hours. Nothing gets invented: no fake credentials, testimonials or prices; gaps are left for you to fill. One recent build was for a business mentor to beauty professionals, who got a 12-week mentorship sales page, a free start-up-guide funnel and rewritten follow-up emails. A leadership coach with a Squarespace renewal days away got one clean homepage with a repeated "talk with me" button. The service does not cover recording videos, logo design, ad management or ongoing marketing. Read more about the free white-glove service.

What Coachful is, who it is for and what it does not do. Coachful is a coaching platform built for coaches who deliver programs, not just sessions, for solo coaches growing into a small team, and for coaches replacing four to six tools. It is not HIPAA-certified, does not take PayPal, has no permanent free plan, has no multi-stage sales deal board for large sales teams, and has no Salesforce or HubSpot integration. It has no routing forms that pick a host from form answers, though multi-coach session types can use round-robin or least-busy assignment. The client app ships under the Coachful listing with your branding, not under your own App Store account. To start, open a free trial and request the white-glove build. Current plans: (Lite: $29/month for up to 5 clients; Solo: $49/month for up to 20 clients; Pro: $99/month with unlimited clients; Studio: $199/month with unlimited clients). Trustpilot shows 4.5 from 21 reviews.
2. GoHighLevel: the strongest marketing CRM for ad-driven practices

GoHighLevel (HighLevel) is an agency-first marketing CRM. It bundles funnels, websites, calendars, SMS and email, invoicing, contracts, courses and communities, organised around sub-accounts. For a business coach who runs paid ads to a webinar or a strategy-call funnel and wants every lead scored, texted and moved through a pipeline, it is the most complete marketing engine on this list.
Where it earns its rank. The funnel builder supports upsells, order bumps and A/B tests. Native calendars include round-robin and group booking, paid bookings and reminders, which suits a coach with an appointment setter or associate coaches. Documents and Contracts handles e-signature, so you can close without a separate signing tool. Unlimited users and contacts on every plan means you will not hit a contact ceiling as a podcast or LinkedIn audience grows.
Price as listed in October 2026. Starter is $97/month ($80.83/month billed annually) with 3 sub-accounts; Unlimited is $297/month ($247.50 annually); Agency Pro is $497/month ($414.17 annually); Enterprise is custom. There is a 14-day trial on any plan, with billing starting automatically unless you cancel. HighLevel takes no platform fee on sales, but SMS, email, phone numbers and AI usage are metered and billed separately, with per-unit rates on separate guides rather than the pricing page. HIPAA is a $297/month add-on. Trustpilot shows 4.9 from 15,250 reviews.
The trade-offs. GoHighLevel has no habit tracking, client check-ins or structured coaching-program engine; vendors and reviewers note you would simulate that with workflows and forms. There are no built-in video rooms, only Zoom and Google Meet links. It was built for agencies managing many client accounts around sub-accounts, so expect a longer setup than a coach-specific tool, and count any setup help you pay for in the total. Our GoHighLevel alternatives for coaches article covers who leaves and why.
For a business coach, the question is how much of your value lives after the sale. If clients mainly need a weekly call and an accountability sheet, HighLevel plus a shared doc can work. If they need weekly priorities, check-ins and a program they log into, you will add a second platform.
Pick it over Coachful if you run a paid-ads practice with a sales team or setters, need SMS pipelines and lead scoring at scale, and are happy to handle client delivery in another tool.
3. ClickFunnels: the launch specialist

ClickFunnels is the tool most people picture when they hear "funnel". It is a funnel and sales-page builder with email, courses, community, a store and an appointments app. For a business coach whose model is a big evergreen webinar into a high-ticket offer, or a recurring launch for a group program, its page builder and funnel logic are mature and well documented.
What business coaches use it for. Webinar registration and replay pages, a sales page with order bumps for a workbook or VIP day, countdown-driven launch funnels and A/B tests on headlines. The appointments app handles booking calendars and follow-ups on every plan, so a strategy-call funnel does not need an outside scheduler. The evergreen webinar funnel guide maps the pages you would build.

Pricing as listed in October 2026. Launch is $97/month ($81/month annual) with 10,000 contacts, 50,000 emails a month, 2 team members, 5 domains, 3 courses and 3 communities. Scale is $197/month ($164 annual) with 75,000 contacts and 5 team members. Optimize is $297/month ($248 annual) with 150,000 contacts. Dominate shows $499.75/month on annual billing. The meta description advertises a 14-day trial, and there is a 30-day money-back guarantee. ClickFunnels takes 0% commission; processor fees apply. Trustpilot shows 4.7 from 2,512 reviews.
Limits to plan around. ClickFunnels has no e-signature contracts, so a business coach needs a separate signing tool for agreements. It has no client habits, check-ins or structured 1:1 coaching programs. Its funnels are proprietary and not portable if you leave. The entry plan caps courses at 3, which matters if you sell several self-paced programs alongside coaching. No dedicated member app was verified; members use the browser.
The cost picture also shifts once you add the tools ClickFunnels does not cover. A business coach running ClickFunnels usually pairs it with a contract tool and a coaching platform, which is where the stack total climbs. Read how to create a coaching sales funnel before deciding how many pages you really need.
Pick it over Coachful if your revenue depends on high-volume launches and split-tested sales pages, and your coaching delivery already lives somewhere you are happy with.
4. Kajabi: for coaches who sell knowledge products too

Kajabi is a course, community, website, funnel and email platform for selling knowledge products. Business coaches who package their method as a self-paced course, a paid community and an upsell to private coaching often land here, because its funnels (Pipelines) connect checkout, upsells and email sequences with little configuration.
The business coach angle. A common Kajabi setup is a free masterclass, a mid-priced course on pricing or hiring, and an application for one-to-one coaching. Kajabi's Coaching product includes a built-in scheduler, and its communities support challenges and live rooms. A branded customer app is available on Growth and Pro.
Costs as listed in October 2026. Basic is $179/month ($143/month annual) with 5 products, 2,500 contacts, 1 community, 2 admin users and 0 AI credits. Growth is $249/month ($199 annual) with 50 products and 25,000 contacts. Pro is $499/month ($399 annual) with unlimited products and 100,000 contacts. The standard trial is 14 days. Kajabi Payments in the US costs 2.9% + $0.30 on Basic, falling to 2.7% + $0.30 on Pro. If you use another processor (other than PayPal), Kajabi adds 2% on Basic, 1% on Growth or 0.5% on Pro on top of the provider's fee. Trustpilot shows 3.4 from 2,347 reviews.
Gaps for one-to-one work. Kajabi has no e-signature or contract feature, so your coaching agreement needs another tool. It has no habit tracking or daily client check-ins; coaching is organised as products and communities rather than per-client plans. The Basic plan's 5-product cap fills quickly once you count a lead magnet, a course, a coaching package and a VIP day as separate products.
Kajabi's strength is the course. If your business coaching revenue is mostly private clients, you will pay for a strong course engine you barely use. If half your revenue comes from a flagship course, it is a reasonable fit. Our online course platform for coaches page compares course delivery inside Coachful.
Pick it over Coachful if a self-paced course is your main product and coaching is the premium upsell, and you want Kajabi's course tools and branded app above per-client program tracking.
5. Systeme.io: the cheapest way to test a funnel

Systeme.io is a low-cost all-in-one marketing suite: funnels, email, courses, community, a blog and an affiliate program. For a new business coach who wants to test a lead magnet and a webinar before committing to a bigger stack, it is the least expensive serious option here.
How business coaches use it. Drag-and-drop funnels with A/B tests, upsells, order bumps and deadline funnels are the core strength, and email sequences, tags and visual workflows sit alongside them. A native booking calendar with paid bookings appears on its features page, so a basic strategy-call funnel is possible without a separate scheduler.
Pricing as listed in October 2026. The Free plan costs $0 with 2,000 contacts, 3 funnels, 1 course, 1 custom domain, 1 automation rule and 1 email campaign; it never expires and needs no card. Startup is $17/month (5,000 contacts, 10 funnels, 5 courses), Webinar is $47/month (10,000 contacts, 50 funnels, 20 courses) and Unlimited is $97/month. Systeme.io charges 0% transaction fees on all plans; only Stripe or PayPal processing applies. Trustpilot shows 4.9 from 8,696 reviews.
Where it stops. Systeme.io has no contracts, no one-to-one client records with habits or check-ins, and no branded mobile app. Community and course features are described as basic. The free plan's single automation rule means real nurture sequences push you onto a paid tier quickly. For a business coach, the gap is the back half: once a founder pays, you are moving them into another tool to sign, onboard and deliver.
It suits a validation phase well. If you are still working out your offer, our guide on how to start a business coaching business covers the order of decisions, and Systeme.io can carry the marketing side cheaply until you know what sells.
Pick it over Coachful if your budget is close to zero, you are testing a lead magnet before you have paying clients, and you accept moving clients elsewhere for agreements and delivery.
6. Kartra: email, SMS and funnels under one roof

Kartra is an all-in-one marketing suite covering pages, funnels, email and SMS, memberships, calendars and a helpdesk. Business coaches who care about behaviour-based automation (tag a lead who watched 50% of the masterclass, send a different email to one who clicked the application link) find its automation logic one of the stronger ones in this group.
Strengths for this niche. Full funnel builder with simulation on Growth and above, if/then automations, tagging and lead scoring. Kartra Calendars handle recurring, one-off, class and call bookings natively. Starter and above include unlimited email and SMS, and 5 team members on Starter helps if you work with a VA.
October 2026 prices. Essentials is $59/month ($52 annual) with 500 contacts, 5 pages, 1 product, 1 membership and a 5% transaction fee. Starter is $119/month ($99 annual) with 2,500 contacts, unlimited pages and products, and a 0% fee. Growth is $229/month ($189 annual) with 12,500 contacts. Professional is $549/month ($429 annual) with 25,000 contacts. There is a 14-day free trial and a 30-day money-back guarantee. Trustpilot shows 3.2 from 129 reviews.
What to watch. The Essentials plan is too small for most business coaches: 500 contacts and 5 pages fill up with one lead magnet and one webinar, and the 5% fee on a high-ticket sale is a noticeable sum. Realistically you start at Starter. Kartra has no e-signature contracts (form checkboxes and terms only), no client habits, check-ins or per-client coaching plans, and no native student or admin app. Community features are reported to require the Growth tier. Funnels and memberships are not portable to other platforms.
Kartra's Trustpilot score is the lowest of the marketing suites here, so read recent reviews before you commit.
Pick it over Coachful if SMS marketing and behaviour-based lead scoring are central to how you sell, and you are content to run delivery and agreements in other tools.
7. Paperbell: simple 1:1 packages, no real funnel

Paperbell is a coaching admin tool that bundles a branded coaching website, scheduling, payments, contracts and messaging into one package checkout. It has no funnel builder in the marketing sense, but its package pages can act as a short "sales page to checkout" path for a solo coach, so it belongs in this comparison.
What it does well for business coaches. A founder can buy a three-month package, sign the e-signature contract, pay (Stripe or PayPal, with subscriptions, payment plans and coupons) and book the first session in one flow. Booking includes time-zone detection, gaps between appointments and reminders, with Google, Apple and Outlook sync and Zoom links. Intake forms, exit surveys and post-appointment surveys are built in. Reviewers consistently praise its simplicity.
Pricing as listed in October 2026. Paperbell has a single paid tier at $97/month or $970/year per coach, with unlimited clients and sessions and no additional transaction fees beyond Stripe or PayPal processing. Its help center describes a 7-day trial, and paid plans carry a 30-day money-back guarantee. Its Trustpilot score is 3.9 from 13 reviews, a small sample.
Limits. No funnel builder, no lead-magnet pages with nurture sequences, no community and no full course tool. Email covers reminders and workflows, not marketing broadcasts. Paperbell has no goal or habit tracking and no native mobile app, and it allows one service provider per account, so a business coach adding an associate needs a second account (15% off per its FAQ). Reviewers also describe branding options as limited.
For a business coach, this means a separate email tool and landing-page builder in front of Paperbell if you want lead magnets or webinars. Our list of email marketing platforms for business coaches covers that layer.
Pick it over Coachful if you only sell one-to-one packages from referrals, need PayPal, and want the simplest possible checkout without funnels, programs or a community.
8. Simply.Coach: built around corporate coaching engagements
Simply.Coach is a coaching management platform that suits coaches working with organisations, including executive and business coaches. Its business plans add admins, sponsors or HR partners and stakeholder roles, which matters if your clients' companies pay for coaching and want visibility into progress.
Fit for business coaches. One-to-one and group coaching, booking pages, survey forms, contracts and programs are on every solo plan. Growth and above add multiple calendars, recurring sessions and your logo; Leap adds a white-labelled platform on your own domain. It has iOS and Android apps in English, Spanish and French, and nudges and action plans for between-session follow-through, though no dedicated habit tracker is marketed.
Price on its pricing page, 25 October 2026. Solo plans list Starter at US$9 (3 clients, 1 contract, 1 program), Essentials at US$29 (7 clients), Growth at US$49 (30 clients) and Leap at US$69 (unlimited clients), with up to 52% off on annual billing and a 14-day free trial. In September 2026 the business plans were listed per active coach (CoCreate at $79 and Surge at $159), which we did not re-check this month. Transaction fees are not stated on the pricing page.
Where it falls short here. Simply.Coach has no funnel builder. Its website features are a showcase page and landing pages, and its email is journey automation rather than a marketing autoresponder, so lead magnets, webinars and nurture sequences need other tools. Contracts and programs are capped on every solo tier below Leap. Reviewers mention a steep initial setup and "feature overwhelm" for small practices, and it has no Trustpilot presence to compare.
If corporate sponsors are a meaningful slice of your work, our guide to software for executive coaches covers how sponsor reporting tends to be handled.
Pick it over Coachful if most of your engagements are paid by employers who want sponsor and HR roles in the platform, and you get clients through referrals rather than funnels.
9. HoneyBook: proposals and contracts for consulting-style deals
HoneyBook is a client-flow tool for service businesses: lead forms feed a pipeline, and "smart files" combine a proposal, contract and invoice in one document the client signs and pays. Business coaches whose engagements look like consulting projects (a scoped 90-day strategy engagement, a paid audit, a retainer) may prefer that proposal-first flow over a public sales page.
What it covers. Unlimited clients and projects, invoices and payments, proposals and e-sign contracts, a client portal, a scheduler (Essentials and up), automations and SMS reminders. The owner gets an iOS and Android app; clients use a web portal.
Price on its pricing page, 25 October 2026. Starter is $29/month billed yearly, Essentials is $49/month billed yearly ($59 monthly) and Premium is $109/month billed yearly ($129 monthly). All plans start with a 30-day free trial with no credit card required. HoneyBook is the payment processor; card fees start at 2.7% + 10¢ and bank transfers are 1.5%. Trustpilot showed 4.0 from 706 reviews in September 2026.
Gaps. No funnel builder (lead form to pipeline only), no landing-page or website builder beyond embeddable forms and hosted pages, no broadcast email, no courses and no client community. Starter has no scheduler, no automations and only 2 lead forms, so most coaches need Essentials. A price rise in February 2025 drew heavy criticism from existing users, and reviewers report the mobile app needs frequent refreshes. There is no coaching delivery at all: no programs, goals or check-ins.
For a business coach, HoneyBook replaces a contract tool and an invoicing tool, not a funnel builder. You would still need pages and email in front of it.
Pick it over Coachful if your sales are proposal-led and custom-scoped for each client, you want ACH bank transfers, and you deliver the coaching itself over calls and shared documents.
10. Podia: digital products with a light funnel
Podia sells courses, downloads, webinars, community and coaching products from one storefront with email built in. Its funnel side is landing pages and upsells (on Shaker and above), not a multi-step funnel builder, so it fits a business coach whose path is "free guide, low-priced workshop, then a call".
Useful for this niche. A website builder with blog and landing pages on a custom domain, Podia Email with broadcasts and automations, community spaces on every plan, and affiliate marketing on Shaker. Unlimited customers on all plans.
Price on its pricing page, 25 October 2026. Mover is $49/month ($42 annual) with up to 100 email subscribers and a 5% fee. Shaker is $99/month ($84 annual) with 500 email subscribers, no fees, 1 assistant and affiliates. Earthquaker is $179/month ($150 annual) with 1,000 email subscribers and unlimited products. The trial is 14 days with no card required. Stripe or PayPal processing applies on top. Trustpilot showed 4.0 from 139 reviews in September 2026.
Watch-outs. Email subscriber caps are low: a business coach running LinkedIn lead magnets will pass 100 or 500 subscribers quickly, and extra subscribers cost more. Podia's coaching product collects payment and then hands booking to an outside scheduler, so there is no native calendar. No contracts, no habits or check-ins, and no student or creator app. Reviewers say course tools are lighter than dedicated course platforms.
The 5% fee on Mover makes Shaker the realistic plan for high-ticket sales, so compare the $99 figure, not the $49 one, against alternatives.
Pick it over Coachful if your funnel mainly sells digital products and a small community, coaching calls are an occasional add-on, and you are happy to book them in another tool.
11. Stan Store: a link-in-bio storefront

Stan Store is a link-in-bio storefront for selling digital products, courses, memberships and paid calls. Business coaches who build an audience on Instagram, TikTok or LinkedIn creator mode sometimes use it as a lightweight funnel: a free guide in exchange for an email, then a paid strategy session from the same page.
Where it helps. Calendar bookings for coaching calls sold directly from the store, course and webinar hosting on both plans, a built-in community sold as a membership, and a creator app to manage the store from your phone.
Price as listed in October 2026. Creator is $29/month ($25 annual) with unlimited products and customers and one store. Creator Pro is $99/month ($79 annual). There is a 14-day free trial, with the first month charged when it ends. Stan takes 0% ("keep 100% of every sale"); Stripe or PayPal processing applies. Trustpilot shows 4.7 from 2,205 reviews.
Limits for business coaches. Email marketing, upsells, discount codes and affiliates are only on the $99 Creator Pro plan, so a real lead-magnet funnel costs that much, not $29. There are no contracts, invoices or client records; Stan is not a CRM. There are no programs with client tasks, habits or check-ins, and no team seats advertised. Business clients who want an invoice for their bookkeeper will need you to issue one elsewhere.
Stan works for a coach whose audience lives on one social platform and who sells lower-priced entry offers. For high-ticket business coaching with applications and agreements, it covers only the first step. Coachful includes a link-in-bio page that sells; the landing page builders for coaches comparison covers this format in more detail.
Pick it over Coachful if nearly all your traffic comes from one social profile, you sell mostly digital products and single calls, and you do not need contracts or client delivery.
12. Dubsado: back-office workflows, no funnels
Dubsado is a business management tool for service providers: lead capture forms, proposals, contracts with e-signature, invoicing, a scheduler and "Flows" that send emails, forms and invoices on triggers. It earns a place here as a post-application workflow tool, but it has no funnel or landing-page builder.
What a business coach gets. Branded client portals on a custom domain, public proposals, a rebuilt scheduler with recurring availability, Zapier and QuickBooks integration on Premier, and payments through Dubsado Payments (powered by Stripe), Square or PayPal, including ACH. Three users are included, which helps a coach with an assistant. The owner has an iOS and Android app.
Price (September 2026 listing). Starter was listed at $35/month ($335/year) and Premier at $55/month ($525/year), with a 21-day trial of Premier and no card required. We could not re-check Dubsado's pricing page this month, so verify current figures before you buy. Extra users beyond three were listed as paid add-ons.
Limits. No funnel builder, no landing pages, no broadcast newsletters, no courses and no client community. Starter omits the scheduler and automations, the two features most coaches want, so Premier is the realistic plan. The steep learning curve and long setup are the most consistent complaints in public reviews, and a December 2025 price rise hit new subscribers. It has no coaching delivery features: no programs, habits or check-ins.
Dubsado is a back-office tool, so for a business coach it pairs with a funnel builder rather than replacing one.
Pick it over Coachful if you already have a funnel tool you like, need Square or PayPal alongside Stripe, and want deep custom workflows for proposals and invoicing.
How do the features compare?
Only Coachful covers every column below in one subscription; the closest marketing suites miss client delivery, and the closest coaching platforms miss funnels.

What will a funnel stack cost at 5, 15 and 40 clients?
For most business coaches, Coachful costs less than a funnel tool plus a contract tool plus a coaching platform, because one subscription covers all three. The table shows the lowest listed monthly plan that covers a realistic business coaching setup (lead magnet, email nurture, strategy-call booking) at each client count, and what you would still need to add.

Prices are monthly billing as listed in October 2026 except where noted; Simply.Coach and Dubsado are explained in their sections. Processing fees, taxes and add-ons are extra. To set your own coaching price, start from the time and outcomes in each engagement; our guide to how much business coaches charge walks through retainers and program pricing.
How does a business coach set up a funnel in Coachful, step by step?
A typical setup is an application funnel for a six-month growth program, fed by a free planning worksheet. Here is the order most business coaches follow (the offer is an example, not a real client).

- Create the offer. Set up the six-month program as an offer with its checkout: pay in full or a payment plan, an optional order bump for a VIP strategy day, and a coupon for alumni. Payments run through your own Stripe Connect or Razorpay account.
- Build the program behind it. Start from one of the 40-plus program templates or ask Michelle to draft a 24-week structure: weekly goals (fix pricing, hire the first ops person, build a sales pipeline), daily tasks, a weekly KPI check-in and a morning priorities check-in. Cohort groups for a mastermind version are created automatically on enrollment.
- Add the agreement. Set up your coaching agreement for e-signature so it goes out before the first call. Include scope (coaching, not legal, tax or investment advice), confidentiality and cancellation terms, and have a lawyer review the template once.
- Set up the strategy-call booking type. Add availability rules, a buffer between calls, minimum notice and intake questions about revenue stage, team size and the main bottleneck. Connect Google, Apple/iCloud or Outlook and pick built-in video or Zoom, Meet or Teams links.
- Build the lead-magnet funnel. Choose a lead-magnet template, upload the planning worksheet as a download, and add Meta Pixel and GA4 so you can see which channel converts.
- Build the application funnel. Use an application template with your qualifying questions, then point the final step to the strategy-call booking page.
- Write the nurture sequence. Create a five-email sequence for worksheet downloads with a delay between emails, a branch for people who click the application link, and an A/B split on the subject line of the first email. Michelle can draft it from your offer.
- Track prospects. Watch leads arrive on the Prospects page with the form they came from, and intake calls on the Intakes page with your conversion rate.
- Publish the website. Pick a business-style template, add a "Work with me" page linking to the application funnel, and connect your domain.
- Or hand it over. If you would rather not build it yourself, request the white-glove build with your worksheet, your old sales page and your logo attached.

Intake calls have their own view, shown in this walkthrough:

For the page-by-page detail of an application path, see how to create a coaching funnel and the five-stage funnel guide. The coaching funnel software page and the Coachful for business coaches page summarise the features.
What mistakes do business coaches make with funnel builders?
The most expensive mistake is buying a funnel tool for the front half of the journey and discovering later that the back half needs three more subscriptions.
- Pricing the funnel tool alone. A $97 funnel builder becomes a much bigger monthly bill once you add e-signature, a scheduler and a coaching platform. Price the whole journey, as in the cost table above.
- Skipping the application. Sending cold traffic straight to a calendar fills it with founders who cannot afford the program. A short application filters before you give up an hour.
- Building a twelve-page launch for a referral business. If most of your clients come from referrals and LinkedIn, one lead magnet, one application funnel and one nurture sequence is often enough; the done-for-you coaching funnel guide lists what to build first.
- Choosing an entry plan that charges a percentage. On a high-ticket program, a 5% transaction fee (Kartra Essentials, Podia Mover) or a 2% processor surcharge (Kajabi Basic with a non-Kajabi processor) quickly exceeds the price gap to the next plan.
- Ignoring contact caps. Business coaches with a podcast or newsletter pass 500 or 2,500 contacts faster than they expect. Check the cap before the price.
- No agreement before the first call. Closing a business client on a handshake invites scope arguments later. Send the agreement, then book.
- Overstepping scope in the copy. Promising tax savings or legal outcomes on a sales page puts you outside coaching. Say what you help with and refer out the rest.
- Leaving tracking off. Without a pixel and UTM tags, you cannot tell whether LinkedIn, a podcast or a referral partner drives applications.
Which funnel builder should a business coach choose?
Choose Coachful if you want the funnel, the strategy call, the agreement, the payment and the client's program in one account, with the build done for you if you prefer. It fits the way most business coaches actually sell: a small number of qualified clients who need structure between sessions.
Choose GoHighLevel if you run a paid-ads operation with setters and want SMS pipelines, and ClickFunnels if launches and split-tested sales pages are your business. Kajabi suits a course-first model, Systeme.io a near-zero budget, and Kartra an SMS-heavy marketer. Paperbell, Simply.Coach, HoneyBook and Dubsado are good back-office or delivery tools that need a funnel builder in front. Podia and Stan Store work for creator-style funnels that sell digital products more than coaching.
For most business coaches, start with a free trial of Coachful, ask the team to build your application funnel, and judge it on whether a real applicant can go from your LinkedIn link to a signed agreement and a first-week plan without you touching another tool.
Frequently asked questions
What is the best funnel builder for business coaches?
For most business coaches, Coachful, because funnels, booking, agreements, payments and client programs share one account and one client record. GoHighLevel is the stronger pick for ad-driven practices with a sales team, and ClickFunnels for launch-led businesses. The right choice depends on how much of your work happens after the sale.
Do business coaches need a funnel builder at all?
If most clients come from referrals, you need at least a booking page with intake questions and a way to send an agreement and take payment. A full funnel builder becomes worth it once you run a lead magnet, a webinar or an application process. Start with one funnel and add more when you have traffic to send to it.
What does Coachful's free white-glove service include?
On every plan, the Coachful team builds what you describe inside your own account: a website, funnel, sales page, program, email sequence, lead quiz and more, usually within about 24 hours. You can attach up to 8 reference links and up to 10 files. They do not invent credentials, testimonials or prices, and the service does not cover recording videos, logo design, ad management or ongoing marketing.
Can I build an application funnel for a mastermind in Coachful?
Yes. Coachful includes application funnels and booking funnels, so an applicant can move on to book a strategy call. When someone enrolls in the program, a cohort group is created automatically with a community feed, group chat and video events.
Is ClickFunnels or GoHighLevel better for business coaches?
GoHighLevel includes e-signature contracts, unlimited contacts and SMS, which suits a practice that runs ads and books many calls. ClickFunnels has the more established page builder and launch tooling but no contracts. Neither offers client habits, check-ins or structured coaching programs, so both usually need a coaching platform alongside.
Does Coachful integrate with HubSpot or Salesforce?
No. Coachful has no HubSpot or Salesforce integration and no multi-stage sales deal board for large teams. It does connect to Zapier, Meta Pixel, GA4, Stripe, Razorpay and the major calendar and video tools.
Can business clients pay by invoice or payment plan?
In Coachful, payments run through your own Stripe Connect or Razorpay account with one-time payments, subscriptions, payment plans, coupons and Stripe Tax, and every transaction gets an invoice. You can also create manual invoices. Coachful does not support PayPal.
Which funnel builder is cheapest for a new business coach?
Systeme.io has a free plan with 2,000 contacts and 3 funnels as listed in October 2026, and paid plans from $17 a month. The trade-off is that it has no contracts or client delivery, so you add other tools once clients start paying. Compare the cost of the full stack, not the funnel tool alone.
Can I move my funnels from another platform?
Funnels in tools like ClickFunnels and Kartra are proprietary and do not export as working pages. In Coachful, clients, programs and content are imported for you during onboarding, the website builder has an Import website option, and the white-glove team can rebuild a funnel from your old pages if you attach links to them.
Should my funnel copy include a scope disclaimer?
Yes. State that business coaching is not legal, tax, accounting or investment advice, and put the same line in your coaching agreement. When a client needs those services, refer them to a qualified professional.
