Top 7 Funnel Builders for Life Coaches in 2026

Top 7 Funnel Builders for Life Coaches in 2026

The best funnel builders for life coaches do more than publish a landing page. A life coaching funnel has to turn a stranger from Instagram or a podcast into a booked discovery call, turn that call into a signed agreement and a paid enrollment, and then keep the client doing the work between sessions so they renew. So the deciding question is not which tool makes the prettiest opt-in page. It is how many tools your funnel needs before a new client is actually inside your program.

Our pick is Coachful, because its funnels end where the coaching starts: the booking page, intake questions, agreement, checkout, program, habits and check-ins sit behind the same login as the landing page. We make Coachful, so weigh that, and read the six other sections for the cases where a dedicated marketing suite is the better fit. Systeme.io is the lowest-cost way to run an email-first funnel, ClickFunnels is the most complete pure funnel tool, and Kajabi, Stan Store, GoHighLevel and Kartra each suit a narrower kind of life coaching business.

Below you will find the life coach's client journey broken into four stages, a table showing which tool covers which stage, a section per tool with prices as listed in October 2026, stack recipes with costs, a step-by-step Coachful setup, migration tips and an FAQ.

What does a life coach's funnel need at each stage?

A life coach's funnel needs four stages: attract, enroll, deliver and retain. Most funnel builders cover the first two well and stop at the payment, which is exactly where a life coaching relationship begins.

Life coaching sells a change in someone's life, usually over 8 to 26 weeks, rather than a single download. That shapes every stage.

Attract: lead magnets that start a conversation

Life coaches rarely sell from a cold ad. The usual entry points are a values worksheet, a wheel of life self-assessment, a short quiz ("What is keeping you stuck?"), a 5-day reset challenge or a free workshop. The funnel needs an opt-in page, a delivery email, a link-in-bio page for Instagram and TikTok traffic, and tracking pixels plus UTM tags so you know whether the podcast guest spot or the Reel brought the lead. Every marketing email must also follow the rules in the FTC's CAN-SPAM compliance guide (a working unsubscribe link and your postal address, for US recipients). If you want the patterns, see our guides to quiz funnels and the 5-day challenge funnel.

Enroll: the discovery call, the agreement and the payment

Most life coaching packages are sold on a call. The funnel needs a booking page with intake questions, reminders that reduce no-shows, an application step for higher-commitment packages, a coaching agreement the client signs before the first session, and a checkout that handles payment plans, because a three- or six-month package is a large one-off payment for many clients. Our discovery call funnel guide walks through the seven stages.

This is also where scope belongs. Life coaching is not therapy or mental health treatment, and the ICF Code of Ethics asks coaches to be clear about the nature of coaching and to refer clients to other professionals when needed. If intake answers mention depression, trauma, an eating disorder or a crisis, refer the person to a licensed professional instead of enrolling them, and put that line in your agreement. Our article on legal disclaimers for life coaches covers the wording; check with an attorney where your local rules vary.

Deliver: the weeks between sessions

A life coaching client changes through what they do between calls: a morning journaling habit, a weekly goal, a reflection after a hard conversation. Delivery needs a program with weekly goals and daily tasks, habit tracking, check-ins the coach can read before the next session, session scheduling and a place for worksheets or a short course. A funnel builder that only sells a course login leaves you to stitch this together with a separate app.

Retain: renewals, cohorts and referrals

The cheapest new client is the one who renews. Retention needs a community or cohort space, a clear signal when a client goes quiet, a renewal or next-step offer and a way to ask for referrals. It also needs the funnel data and the client data in one place, so the renewal email can go to people who actually finished the program.

Which funnel builders for life coaches made the list?

How we ranked them: one login for the whole client journey, between-session delivery, total stack cost for a solo life coach, and setup effort (including whether someone will build the funnel for you).

How did we choose these seven tools?

We started from what a life coach's funnel has to do, not from a list of popular page builders. Every tool here can capture a lead and take a payment; we ranked them on how much of the attract, enroll, deliver and retain journey they cover without a second subscription.

  • Coverage of the four stages. A tool that stops at checkout scores lower than one that also delivers the program.
  • Total stack cost. We counted what you pay once you add the scheduler, e-signature tool and client app a funnel-only tool leaves out.
  • Setup effort. Templates, imports and done-for-you help count, because most life coaches are not marketers by training.
  • Fit for a solo practice. Contact caps, transaction fees and metered usage hit a small list harder than a large one.

Vendor prices and plan limits are as listed on each vendor's pricing page in October 2026; notes marked "older profile" come from our September 2026 research. We did not run hands-on tests; where we mention reception, we cite Trustpilot scores seen in October 2026. For the wider picture beyond funnels, see best software for life coaches and our general roundup of landing page builders for coaches.

Which stages does each tool cover?

Only Coachful covers all four stages natively; the rest are strongest at attract and enroll and need other tools for delivery. "Partial" means the feature exists but in a general marketing form rather than one built around a coaching client.

1. Coachful: where does the funnel end and the coaching start?

In Coachful, it does not end: the funnel, the booking, the agreement, the payment and the program are one system. That is why it ranks first for life coaches, whose revenue depends on what happens after the sale.

Coachful in brief

Coachful is a coaching platform. One subscription covers booking, payments, contracts, program delivery with habits and check-ins, courses, a community, a website with funnels and email, and an AI assistant, with one login for the coach and one branded app for the client. It is built for coaches who deliver programs rather than isolated sessions, for solo coaches growing into a small team, and for coaches replacing four to six separate tools. It is not HIPAA-certified, does not support PayPal, is not a general website builder for non-coaching sites and has no third-party plugins. To start, open a free trial, then either use the templates or request the white-glove build described below. See Coachful for life coaches for the niche overview.

The funnels themselves

Coachful builds four kinds of funnel: booking, application, lead-magnet and checkout. There are about 25 funnel templates, and each funnel supports Meta Pixel, GA4 and UTM tracking, so you can tell which podcast episode or Reel produced a booked call. The link-in-bio page sells directly, which matters for life coaches whose audience lives on Instagram.

Coachful's Funnels page with three demo funnels: a webinar funnel, a lead magnet funnel and a program launch funnel.

The website builder is section-based, with a blog, a custom domain, SEO settings and 30 designed homepage templates, plus an Import website option if you already have a site elsewhere. Behind the pages, email lists, broadcasts and multi-step sequences run with triggers, delays, branching and A/B splits, so a quiz-taker who scores "stuck in career" can get a different follow-up from one who scores "stuck in relationships". Michelle, the built-in AI assistant, drafts those emails and pages from your practice data; questions and planning are included in your Coachful membership, while confirmed builds and changes use AI credits. The coaching funnel software page and the email marketing page show both in more depth.

Here is the funnels walkthrough:

What happens after someone books

The booking page applies availability rules, buffers, minimum notice and time-zone detection, and syncs both ways with Google, Apple/iCloud and Outlook calendars. Intake questions are asked on booking, and the answers land on the client record, which is where you screen for scope before the call. Calls run on built-in video or auto-created Zoom, Meet or Teams links, with email reminders plus SMS (24 hours before) and WhatsApp (1 hour before) once messaging is enabled. The Intakes page tracks every discovery call through to conversion.

The Intakes page tracks discovery calls from booking to conversion; the counts shown are demo data.

When the prospect says yes, the coaching agreement goes out with e-signature before the first call and is stored on their record (see coaching contracts). Payments run through your own Stripe Connect or Razorpay account: one-time, subscriptions, payment plans, order bumps, coupons, refunds, Apple Pay and Google Pay, and Stripe Tax. Coachful charges a 0% platform fee (since August 2026); only Stripe or Razorpay processing applies.

Delivery, which funnel tools skip

Enrollment drops the client into a multi-week program with weekly goals, daily tasks, habits, morning and evening check-ins, goals with progress bars and streaks. A cohort group is created automatically when someone enrolls in a group program, and the community feed, group chat, direct messages and video events sit in the same client app, under your branding. Each client record shows a status of thriving, active, quiet or at risk, which is the signal you need for a well-timed renewal offer. For ICF-credentialed coaches, coaching hours and distinct clients are counted against ACC, PCC and MCC thresholds.

Why Coachful stands out: a free white-glove service. From Create, choose "We'll build it for you · FREE" (the same card appears on the Website, Funnels and Programs pages), describe the funnel, website, sales page, email sequence or lead quiz you want, and attach up to 8 reference links and up to 10 files such as your logo, photos and existing copy. The Coachful team builds it inside your own account, usually within about 24 hours. Nothing is invented: no fake credentials, testimonials or prices, and gaps are left for you to fill. Recent builds include a five-page site in sage and cream for a menopause and midlife coach, with every button leading to a 20-minute consultation, and a 12-week mentorship sales page with a start-up-guide funnel and rewritten follow-up emails for a business mentor. It does not cover recording videos, logo design, ad management or ongoing marketing. Read more in our white-glove service guide.

Where it falls short

Coachful has no PayPal, no routing forms that pick a host from form answers, no multi-stage sales deal board for large teams and no Salesforce or HubSpot integration. The affiliate program tracks links, clicks, conversions and revenue, but payouts are recorded manually. The client app ships under the Coachful listing with your branding, not your own App Store account. Trustpilot shows 4.5 from 21 reviews, a much smaller sample than the older tools below. Current plans: Lite: $29/month for up to 5 clients; Solo: $49/month for up to 20 clients; Pro: $99/month with unlimited clients; Studio: $199/month with unlimited clients.

2. Systeme.io: is the cheapest funnel builder good enough?

For a life coach who mostly needs an opt-in page, an email sequence and a checkout, yes. Systeme.io's free plan never expires, needs no credit card, and lets you start an email list before you have a single client.

Systeme.io homepage as it appeared on desktop in October 2026
Systeme.io's homepage in October 2026.

How a life coach would use it

Systeme.io is a low-cost all-in-one marketing suite covering funnels, email, courses, community, a blog and an affiliate program. A typical life coaching setup is a wheel of life worksheet on an opt-in page, a short nurture sequence and a sales page for a self-paced course or a paid workshop. The affiliate program is useful if past clients or podcast hosts refer you.

Plans as listed in October 2026

  • Free, $0/mo: 2,000 contacts, 3 funnels, 1 course, 500 students, 1 blog, 1 affiliate program, 1 custom domain, 1 automation rule, 1 email campaign.
  • Startup, $17/mo: 5,000 contacts, 10 funnels, 5 courses.
  • Webinar, $47/mo: 10,000 contacts, 50 funnels, 20 courses.
  • Unlimited, $97/mo: unlimited contacts, funnels, courses and automation rules.

There are 0% transaction fees on every plan, including the free one; Stripe or PayPal processing applies. Trustpilot shows 4.9 from 8,696 reviews.

The trade-off

The single automation rule on the free plan is tight for a quiz funnel with branching follow-ups. Our September 2026 profile found no native 1:1 scheduling with client records, habits or check-ins, basic community and course features, and no branded mobile app. So the discovery call, agreement and between-session work live in other tools, and you reconcile clients across them by hand.

Pick it over Coachful if your business is an email list and digital products today, you have no 1:1 clients yet, and spending nothing while you test an idea matters more than having delivery in the same place.

3. ClickFunnels: what do you get from a dedicated funnel tool?

You get the deepest funnel and sales-page toolset on this list, built around launches. What you do not get is anything for the weeks after a client pays.

ClickFunnels homepage as it appeared on desktop in October 2026
ClickFunnels's homepage in October 2026.

Strengths for coaching launches

ClickFunnels is a funnel and sales-page builder with email, courses, community, a store and an appointments app. For a life coach running a webinar into a group program, it handles the registration page, replay page, order page and a members area. If you plan a launch like this, our webinar funnel guide lays out the pages and emails.

Pricing, October 2026

  • Launch, $97/mo ($81/mo annual): 10K contacts, 50K emails a month, 1 workspace, 2 team members, 5 domains, 3 courses, 3 communities, 1 store.
  • Scale, $197/mo ($164/mo annual): 75K contacts, 300K emails, 5 workspaces, 5 team members, unlimited domains.
  • Optimize, $297/mo ($248/mo annual): 150K contacts, 10 team members.
  • Dominate, $499.75/mo billed annually: 400K contacts, 20 team members.

ClickFunnels takes 0% commission on sales; processor fees apply. The pricing page mentions a 14-day trial and a 30-day money-back guarantee. Trustpilot shows 4.7 from 2,512 reviews.

Limits worth knowing

There are no client habits, check-ins or structured 1:1 coaching programs, and the entry plan caps courses at 3. Our September 2026 profile noted that funnels are proprietary and not portable, so leaving means rebuilding pages. You will still need a coaching agreement tool and somewhere to run the program itself.

Pick it over Coachful if you run frequent paid-traffic launches, rebuild sales pages often and already have separate delivery tools you like.

4. Kajabi: does a course platform work as a life coaching funnel?

It does if your coaching is packaged as courses and a community. Kajabi sells knowledge products well; it treats coaching as a product, not as a per-client plan.

Kajabi homepage as it appeared on desktop in October 2026
Kajabi's homepage in October 2026.

Where Kajabi earns its place

Kajabi combines courses, community, a website, funnels and email in one product. A life coach with a signature self-paced program plus a group community, such as a confidence course with a monthly live call, can sell and deliver both there. See our course platforms for life coaches roundup if courses are your main product.

What the tiers include

  • Basic, $179/mo ($143/mo annual): 5 products, 2,500 contacts, 1 community, 1 website, 2 admin users, 0 AI credits.
  • Growth, $249/mo ($199/mo annual): 50 products, 25,000 contacts, 11 admin users, 500 AI credits.
  • Pro, $499/mo ($399/mo annual): unlimited products, 100,000 contacts, 3 communities, 3 websites, 1,000 AI credits.

Kajabi Payments in the US costs 2.9% + $0.30 per sale on Basic, 2.8% + $0.30 on Growth and 2.7% + $0.30 on Pro. Using another processor (other than PayPal) adds a Kajabi fee of 2% on Basic, 1% on Growth or 0.5% on Pro. The standard trial is 14 days and a card is optional. Trustpilot shows 3.4 from 2,347 reviews. Full detail is in our Kajabi pricing breakdown.

Why it ranks fourth

Kajabi has no habit tracking or daily client check-ins, and Basic's 5-product cap fills quickly once you add a lead magnet, a workshop and two coaching tiers. For 1:1 life coaching you still need a scheduler with intake questions and an e-signature tool.

Pick it over Coachful if most of your revenue comes from self-paced courses sold to a large list and 1:1 coaching is a small add-on.

Which one looks like you?

Coachful builds your coaching website from a few answers, in a design chosen for your niche, with programs, booking and payments ready behind it.

5. Stan Store: is a link-in-bio store enough of a funnel?

For a life coach who sells discovery calls and a few small offers from Instagram or TikTok, it can be. Stan Store is a storefront, not a funnel system.

Stan Store homepage as it appeared on desktop in October 2026
Stan Store's homepage in October 2026.

The appeal

Stan Store is a link-in-bio storefront for digital products, courses, memberships and paid calls. A coach can list a paid clarity call, a journaling guide and a mini course on one page that opens from an Instagram or TikTok profile.

Two plans, one important difference

  • Creator, $29/mo ($25/mo annual): unlimited products and customers, one store.
  • Creator Pro, $99/mo ($79/mo annual): unlimited products and customers, plus email marketing, upsells, discount codes and affiliates.

That split matters: the nurture email that turns a lead-magnet download into a booked call needs Creator Pro. Stan takes a 0% fee; Stripe or PayPal processing applies. There is a 14-day free trial, and the first month is charged when it ends. Trustpilot shows 4.7 from 2,205 reviews. More in our Stan Store pricing article.

What is missing

No contracts, invoices or client records, so it is not a CRM. No programs with client tasks, habits or check-ins, and no team seats advertised. Once someone pays for a 12-week package, the coaching happens somewhere else.

Pick it over Coachful if you only sell short calls and small digital products to a social audience and do not run multi-week programs.

6. GoHighLevel: is an agency CRM overkill for a life coach?

For a solo life coach, usually yes. GoHighLevel is an agency-first marketing CRM; it fits coaches who run a sales team, sell to other coaches, or manage several brands.

GoHighLevel homepage as it appeared on desktop in October 2026
GoHighLevel's homepage in October 2026.

The breadth

GoHighLevel covers funnels, websites, calendars, SMS and email, invoicing, contracts, courses and communities, organised around sub-accounts. Its SMS and email tools can follow up a no-show by text, which a life coaching business with setters and closers may want.

Listed prices and the metered part

  • Starter, $97/mo ($80.83/mo annual): 3 sub-accounts, unlimited users and contacts.
  • Unlimited, $297/mo ($247.50/mo annual): unlimited sub-accounts.
  • Agency Pro, $497/mo ($414.17/mo annual): unlimited sub-accounts.

SMS, email, phone numbers and AI are metered and billed on top, with per-unit rates in separate guides rather than on the pricing page. The trial is 14 days, and billing starts automatically unless you cancel. Trustpilot shows 4.9 from 15,250 reviews. See our GoHighLevel pricing breakdown for the usage costs.

The coaching gap

There is no habit tracking, client check-in or structured coaching-program engine; you would simulate one with workflows and forms. There are no built-in video rooms (Zoom and Google Meet links only). Expect to spend setup time on configuration rather than coaching.

Pick it over Coachful if you run a multi-person sales operation with a pipeline board, need HubSpot-style CRM depth, or resell marketing to other coaches.

7. Kartra: why does a full marketing suite land last?

Because the entry plan is restrictive for a growing life coach and reviewer reception is the weakest here. Kartra is capable, but you pay for it.

Kartra homepage as it appeared on desktop in October 2026
Kartra's homepage in October 2026.

What Kartra bundles

Kartra is an all-in-one marketing suite with pages, funnels, email and SMS, memberships, calendars and a helpdesk. A life coach could run an opt-in page, a booking calendar, a membership area for a group program and a support inbox from one account.

Plan limits in October 2026

  • Essentials, $59/mo ($52/mo annual): 500 contacts, 5 pages, 1 product, 1 membership, 10,000 emails a month, 30 AI uses, and a 5% transaction fee.
  • Starter, $119/mo ($99/mo annual): 2,500 contacts, unlimited pages, products and memberships, unlimited email and SMS, 5 team members, 0% fee.
  • Growth, $229/mo ($189/mo annual): 12,500 contacts, 3 domains, 10 team members, 0% fee.
  • Professional, $549/mo ($429/mo annual): 25,000 contacts, 5 domains.

There is a 14-day free trial and a 30-day money-back guarantee. Trustpilot shows 3.2 from 129 reviews.

The deal-breakers

Five pages and 500 contacts can run out quickly once a lead magnet works, and a 5% fee on a multi-month package adds up. There are no client habits, check-ins or per-client coaching plans, and our September 2026 profile found no mobile app for students and no way to move funnels or memberships to another platform.

Pick it over Coachful if you want SMS broadcasts and a helpdesk inside your marketing tool and your coaching is delivered mainly through a membership area.

What does each option cost at 5, 15 and 40 clients?

Funnel builders price by contacts, not clients, so the table pairs each client count with an example list size: about 500 contacts at 5 clients, 2,000 at 15 and 6,000 at 40. These list sizes are illustrative; yours will differ. Vendor prices are monthly as listed in October 2026 and cover the funnel tool only.

Should a life coach buy an all-in-one or assemble a stack?

Buy an all-in-one if you deliver programs; assemble a stack only if your business is mostly list-building and digital products. The assembled options look cheaper until you add the tools that cover delivery, and each extra tool is another login for your client.

Count the hidden cost too: every time a lead moves from one tool to the next, someone has to copy them across or pay for an automation to do it.

How does a life coach set up a funnel in Coachful, step by step?

Here is a worked example for an illustrative life coach who sells a 12-week "Clarity to Action" program for people stuck after a career or life change. Each step uses a feature documented in the Coachful facts above.

Coachful's prospects list and session calendar on two screens on a kitchen table set for weekly planning
Coachful's prospects table and the September session calendar, both filled with demo data.
  1. Pick a website template. Start from a life coaching homepage template such as Hearth, or request the white-glove build and attach your logo, photos and About copy. Connect your custom domain and fill in the SEO settings.
  2. Build the lead magnet. Upload a values worksheet as a download and create a lead-magnet funnel from a template. Add your Meta Pixel and GA4, and tag each link you share with UTM parameters (podcast, Instagram, newsletter).
  3. Write the nurture sequence. Create a multi-step sequence triggered by the opt-in: the worksheet, a story about a client type you help (no invented results), an invitation to book. Ask Michelle to draft it, then edit it in your own voice. Use a branch so people who already booked stop getting the invitation.
  4. Set up the discovery call. Create a booking funnel with availability rules, a buffer, minimum notice and three intake questions, including one that screens for scope ("Are you currently working with a therapist or counsellor?"). Turn on SMS and WhatsApp reminders once messaging is enabled.
  5. Prepare the agreement. Write a coaching agreement with your scope line, cancellation terms and confidentiality clause, and set it to go out for e-signature before the first session.
  6. Create the offer and checkout. Build a checkout funnel for the 12-week program with a payment plan option and an order bump for a workbook. Set your price from your own numbers: the hours the program takes you, your costs, and what a comparable coach in your market charges.
  7. Load the program. Start from one of the 40-plus program templates or build your own: weekly goals, daily tasks, a journaling habit, a morning and evening check-in. If it is a group program, the cohort group is created on enrollment.
  8. Plan the retention step. Watch client status (thriving, active, quiet, at risk), message the quiet ones in week three, and send a renewal or next-program broadcast to graduates.

How do you move a funnel without losing leads?

Rebuild first, switch traffic second, cancel last. A funnel migration fails when the old pages go dark before the new sequence is live.

  • Export before you touch anything. Download your contacts with their tags and consent dates, your email copy and your page copy. ClickFunnels and Kartra funnels are not portable (per our September 2026 profiles), so plan to rebuild pages rather than import them.
  • Bring clients across with their history. In Coachful, clients, programs and content are imported for you during onboarding, and the Import website option or the white-glove build covers the pages. One recent white-glove build rebuilt a somatic coach's homepage and About page after they left Kajabi and connected the contact form.
  • Keep the old funnel live for a cycle. Run both until the new lead magnet has delivered and the new sequence has sent at least once.
  • Swap links in one sitting. Update the link in bio, podcast show notes, email signature and pinned posts the same day, and change your domain records last.
  • Re-install tracking. Add your Meta Pixel and GA4 to the new funnels before any traffic moves, or your conversion history breaks.
  • Cancel on the renewal date, not before. Check your old tool's billing terms and time the switch to your billing date.

What mistakes do life coaches make with funnel builders?

The most common mistake is buying a tool for the attract stage and discovering the delivery gap only after the first clients enroll.

  • Choosing by template looks. Every tool here makes a decent opt-in page. Choose by what happens after payment.
  • Skipping the intake screen. A booking page without intake questions means you learn about scope problems on the call instead of before it.
  • Selling without an agreement. A 12-week package sold through a checkout with no signed agreement leaves refunds and scope undefined.
  • Ignoring contact caps. Kartra Essentials at 500 contacts and Kajabi Basic at 2,500 are reached faster than coaches expect once a lead magnet works.
  • Forgetting the per-sale fees. A 5% fee on Kartra Essentials or a 2% Kajabi fee on another processor applies to every program payment.
  • Making testimonials up or borrowing them. Use real client words, with permission, and nothing else.
  • Building a funnel with no follow-up. An opt-in without a sequence is a list you never email. Write at least three emails before launch.

Which funnel builder should a life coach choose?

Choose Coachful if you sell programs that run for weeks and want the funnel, the booking, the agreement and the client's daily work in one place. It is the only tool here that covers all four stages, and the white-glove build removes most of the setup work.

Choose Systeme.io if you have no clients yet and want to build a list for nothing. Choose ClickFunnels for heavy launch marketing with separate delivery tools, Kajabi for a course-first business, Stan Store for selling calls and small products from a link in bio, GoHighLevel for a team with a sales pipeline, and Kartra if you want SMS and a helpdesk in your marketing suite and can live with the entry-plan limits.

Frequently asked questions

What is the best funnel builder for a new life coach?

If you already have or expect 1:1 clients, Coachful, because it handles the discovery call, agreement, payment and program without extra tools. If you only want to start an email list and have no offers yet, Systeme.io's free plan is a reasonable place to experiment.

Do life coaches really need a sales funnel?

You need a reliable path from first contact to a booked call, whatever you call it. For most life coaches that is a lead magnet, a short email sequence and a booking page with intake questions. Our guide to coaching funnel stages shows the minimum version.

Is ClickFunnels worth it for life coaches?

It is worth it if you run frequent paid-traffic launches with several funnels at once. For a coach who sells through discovery calls, the Launch plan at $97 a month as listed in October 2026 covers marketing only, and you still need tools for agreements and program delivery.

Can I run a life coaching funnel on a free plan?

Systeme.io's free plan allows 2,000 contacts, 3 funnels and 1 automation rule, which covers a basic opt-in and checkout. You would still need separate tools for booking, agreements and between-session work.

What is Coachful's free white-glove service?

It is a done-for-you build included on every plan. You describe the funnel, website, sales page, email sequence or program you want, attach up to 8 links and 10 files, and the Coachful team builds it in your account, usually within about 24 hours. It does not include video recording, logo design or ad management.

Which funnel types work best for life coaches?

Discovery call funnels, quiz funnels, challenge funnels and webinar funnels are the common ones. Higher-commitment programs often add an application step; see the application funnel template.

Can a funnel builder replace my coaching software?

Most cannot. ClickFunnels, Systeme.io, Kajabi, Stan Store and Kartra have no client habits or check-ins, and GoHighLevel would need workflows to simulate a program. Coachful combines funnels with coaching delivery, which is why it ranks first here.

Does Coachful take a cut of my sales?

No. Coachful has charged a 0% platform fee since August 2026; you pay only Stripe or Razorpay processing on your own account. Note that PayPal is not supported.

Do I need a disclaimer on my funnel pages?

Yes, a clear statement that coaching is not therapy, medical or financial advice is sensible on sales pages and in your agreement. See our article on legal disclaimers for life coaches, and check with an attorney for your jurisdiction.

Can I keep my existing website and only use Coachful's funnels?

Yes. You can link to Coachful funnels and booking pages from any site, or use the Import website option to bring your existing site across. If your current site is on a free builder, see how to create a free website for life coaches before deciding.
