Acuity has no free plan but is built for appointment businesses: packages, memberships, classes, intake forms and a HIPAA BAA on Premium. Calendly for discovery calls, Acuity for session packages.

- You run a team and want round-robin and collective events (Teams, $16 a seat).
- You want 150+ integrations, Salesforce and HubSpot included, plus an AI notetaker on calls.
- You want the lowest lock-in: bookings stay in your calendar, payments in your Stripe.
