Noomii Review 2026: Is It Worth It for Coaches?

Noomii Review 2026: Is It Worth It for Coaches?

This Noomii review answers one question for coaches: is paying for a Noomii membership a good way to find clients? Short answer: Noomii is a coach directory and matching marketplace, not software for running a practice. A paid tier puts your profile in front of people searching for a coach and can send you SmartMatch leads, but Noomii itself says the average is one to two SmartMatch opportunities a month, paid tiers take 15 to 30% of what matched clients pay, and the paid plans appear to be annual commitments. Treat it as one lead source you measure carefully, and keep your booking, contracts, payments and coaching somewhere you own.

We make Coachful, a coaching platform, so we have an obvious interest in where you run your business. We have not bought a Noomii membership ourselves. Every Noomii fact below is what Noomii documents as listed in October 2026, or what public reviewers report on Trustpilot.

  • Who Noomii suits: coaches with a clear niche and a polished offer who want an extra source of discovery calls, can absorb an annual fee, and will track every matched client against the commission they pay.
  • Who should skip it: brand-new coaches with no budget cushion, coaches whose clients already come from referrals or content, and anyone hoping a directory will replace the work of building their own audience.
  • Public rating: 3.5 out of 5 on Trustpilot from 45 reviews (seen October 25, 2026). The reviews split sharply: roughly half are five stars and close to half are one star.
  • Bottom line: worth a measured test only if a SmartMatch client at your price would more than cover the membership plus the commission. Whatever you choose, you still need a system that books, signs, bills and coaches the client once they say yes.

What is Noomii?

Noomii is an online coach directory and client-matching service. Coaches create a profile, people looking for a coach browse the directory or ask to be matched, and Noomii's SmartMatch system forwards some of those requests to coaches on paid tiers.

That makes it a lead source, closer to a marketplace than to a coaching platform. In the language of marketing, it sits at the top of the funnel: it helps strangers find you. Wikipedia's overview of lead generation is a useful primer if you want the general model. What Noomii does not document, in the material we reviewed, is anything that happens after the first conversation: scheduling sessions, sending a coaching agreement, delivering a multi-week program, tracking habits or check-ins, or exporting a client record.

Noomii also runs business training for coaches. Several recent Trustpilot reviews mention webinars, a "3 Clients in 30 Days" challenge, roundtable Q&A sessions and workshops led by Noomii staff, and the Elite tier lists 1:1 coaching and training among its extras. So part of what you buy on the higher tier is education on how to get clients, not only the leads themselves.

Three facts shape almost every decision about Noomii, and they all come from Noomii's own pages as listed in October 2026:

  • Lead volume is modest. The SmartMatch page states that, on average, coaches receive one to two SmartMatch opportunities per month.
  • Matched clients carry a commission. On Pro, Noomii takes 30% of what SmartMatch clients pay through the platform; on Elite it is 15%. Clients who find you through the directory itself carry 0%.
  • Paid plans lean annual. The coach FAQ describes Pro and Elite as annual only, while the SmartMatch page also shows monthly figures. Search listings of Noomii's terms suggest paid memberships are a 12-month commitment. Read the terms before you pay.

Thinking of launching your coaching business?

Answer a few questions and Coachful builds it around you: your website, programs, booking and payments. Ready in minutes.

Build your platform

What does Noomii do for each part of a coaching business?

Noomii covers one job well enough to be worth discussing, which is getting found, and touches selling through its platform payments. Delivery, client experience and admin are largely outside its scope. Here is how it maps to the five jobs a coaching business has to do.

Marketing: the directory profile and SmartMatch

This is the core of Noomii. Every tier, including the one-dollar Hobbyist entry, gives you a live directory profile. Hobbyist includes limited SmartMatch leads; Pro and Elite add full SmartMatch, where a prospective client describes what they want and Noomii routes the request to matching coaches. Elite gets priority in SmartMatch. We found no public detail on how matches are ranked beyond that.

Honest note: one to two opportunities a month is Noomii's own average, and an opportunity is a request, not a booked client. Some coaches will see more, some fewer. A recurring complaint on Trustpilot is that leads arrive from outside a coach's region or niche, and one reviewer who described themselves as a long-standing coach on the platform said match quality fell after Noomii moved to a more automated process.

Selling: platform payments and commission

When a SmartMatch client pays you through Noomii's platform, Noomii keeps its commission (30% on Pro, 15% on Elite). Directory clients carry no commission. Noomii's documentation, as we read it, does not describe checkout pages, payment plans, coupons or order bumps, so treat it as a payment channel for matched clients rather than a sales system.

Honest note: the commission is the line item most coaches underestimate. On a high-ticket package, 30% is a large slice of revenue for a single introduction. We work through the numbers in the pricing section.

Delivery: sessions, programs and between-session work

Noomii does not position itself as delivery software, and we found no documented tools for scheduling sessions, running multi-week programs, assigning habits, collecting daily check-ins or hosting courses. You will deliver the coaching somewhere else.

Client experience: what the client sees

The client sees your Noomii profile, and, for SmartMatch, Noomii's matching flow. After that, the experience depends entirely on the tools you use. If the next step is a calendar link from one app, an agreement from another and an invoice from a third, the client meets three brands in their first week with you.

Admin: CRM, email and data

Elite lists a CRM and email marketing among its extras. Noomii does not document how deep those tools go, whether they connect to a calendar, or how you would move your contacts elsewhere. Data export is not documented on the pages we reviewed. If you plan to use the Elite CRM as your main client list, ask Noomii in writing how you can export it before you commit for a year.

How much does Noomii cost?

Noomii has three coach tiers: Hobbyist at a one-time $1, Pro at $447 a year (also shown as $37 a month), and Elite at $1,164 a year (also shown as $97 a month), as listed in October 2026. On top of that, paid tiers take a commission on SmartMatch clients' payments.

The pricing is not perfectly consistent across Noomii's own pages. The coach FAQ calls Pro and Elite "annual only", while the SmartMatch page also lists monthly figures. Search listings of Noomii's terms indicate a 12-month commitment on paid memberships, and Noomii keeps its refund details on a separate money-back FAQ. Confirm which billing applies to you and what the refund rules are before you enter a card.

Noomii Elite$1,164 a year (also listed as $97 a month)15% on SmartMatch clients; 0% on directory clientsPriority SmartMatch, CRM, email marketing, 1:1 coaching and training

There is no free trial on the paid tiers. Hobbyist is the low-cost way to see the directory from the inside, though it keeps your card on file.

What does a matched client actually cost you?

Here is an example with illustrative numbers, not data from Noomii. Say you sell a three-month package for $1,500 and land three SmartMatch clients in a year who pay through Noomii.

ExampleProElite
Annual membership$447$1,164
Commission on 3 clients at $1,500$1,350 (30%)$675 (15%)
Total paid to Noomii$1,797$1,839
Cost per matched client$599$613
Share of the $4,500 revenueabout 40%about 41%

Two things stand out. First, at a few clients a year the two paid tiers cost almost the same; Elite only pulls ahead once you land more matched clients or sell higher-priced packages, because its commission is half of Pro's. Second, that cost sits on top of the tools you need to run the client. If those tools are four or five separate subscriptions, the true cost of each Noomii client goes up again.

To set your own break-even, take your average package price, multiply it by the commission rate, and add the membership divided by the number of matched clients you realistically expect. If the result is more than you would pay to win a client through referrals, content or a lead magnet on your own site, Noomii is an expensive channel for you. Our guide to coaching business KPIs to review each month shows how to track cost per client across channels.

What do public reviewers praise and complain about?

On Trustpilot, Noomii holds 3.5 out of 5 from 45 reviews (seen October 25, 2026), with about 49% five-star and 45% one-star reviews and very little in between. Most positive reviews praise Noomii's training events and staff; most negative ones are about lead quality, value for money and account issues.

Trustpilot does not verify that reviewers are coaches, and many reviews do not say. With only 45 reviews, a handful of posts moves the score. Read it as a set of themes to check, not a verdict.

What reviewers praise

  • Training and events. The largest group of recent five-star reviews, many from spring 2026, thanks the trainer who leads Noomii's events for webinars, a three-day workshop, roundtable Q&A sessions and the "3 Clients in 30 Days" challenge, describing the advice as practical and immediately usable.
  • Elite coaching. One reviewer on the Elite tier called the included coaching a strong benefit for growing their business.
  • Feeling supported. A reviewer who said they had coached through Noomii for about two years wrote that the company makes them feel it wants them to succeed.
  • Lead generation focus. A few reviewers like that the training centres on generating leads rather than only on content.
They truly do make me feel like they want me to succeed as coach.

What reviewers complain about

  • Lead quality since automation. One coach described a shift from human-curated matching to an automated system and said referral quality dropped as a result.
  • Poor-fit leads. Complaints mention matches outside the coach's niche or region.
  • Value for money. Several one-star reviews say the directory listing produced no leads or that the money was wasted.
  • Account and contact issues. One reviewer reported unwanted emails and texts and trouble closing their account or reaching support.
  • No replies. Trustpilot shows that Noomii has not replied to negative reviews.
Noomii shifted to a fully AI-driven system and removed the human layer entirely.

The pattern is worth reading carefully. The praise is mostly for training and community events, which you could value on their own. The complaints are mostly about the thing a membership is supposed to deliver: matched clients. If you join, judge Noomii on the leads and the money they bring, and give the training whatever weight it deserves for you.

Noomii pros and cons

Noomii's strengths are reach and coaching-specific training; its weaknesses are cost per client, commitment and the narrow scope of what it does.

ProsCons
Built for coaches, so the people browsing are looking for coachingNoomii's own average is one to two SmartMatch opportunities a month
Directory clients carry 0% commission30% (Pro) or 15% (Elite) commission on SmartMatch clients' payments
Low-cost Hobbyist entry to see the directoryPaid tiers described as annual only, reportedly a 12-month commitment
Elite adds training, 1:1 coaching, a CRM and email marketingNo documented scheduling, contracts, program delivery or data export
Recent reviewers praise the training events and staffReviewers report poor-fit leads, account issues and no replies to negative reviews

Who is Noomii best for, and who should skip it?

Noomii is best for an established coach with a defined niche and a package priced well above the cost of a matched client, who wants one more channel and is disciplined about measuring it. It is a poor fit for coaches who need every dollar to go into setup, or who expect a directory to fill a calendar.

Noomii tends to make sense if you:

  • Already have a clear offer, a booking link and an intake process ready for anyone it sends you.
  • Sell packages priced high enough that a 15 to 30% commission still leaves a healthy margin.
  • Would value structured training on getting clients, and would use the Elite coaching.
  • Can commit to a year and will review the numbers at month six.

Skip it, or stay on Hobbyist, if you:

  • Are just starting and have not yet validated your offer. Our guide for new coaches covers what to set up first.
  • Win most clients through referrals, a podcast, social content or speaking. Your own funnel will usually cost less per client.
  • Run programs or group cohorts where the hard work is delivery, not discovery.
  • Need month-to-month flexibility.

How would you test Noomii without overcommitting?

Start on Hobbyist, write the profile as if it were a sales page, and only upgrade once you know your numbers. Then track every Noomii lead in your own system from day one.

  1. Decide your ceiling. Write down the most you will pay to win one client, using the break-even formula above.
  2. Write a specific profile. Name who you coach, the outcome, the format and the price range. Vague profiles attract vague requests.
  3. Prepare the next step. Have a booking page with intake questions, a coaching agreement and a checkout ready, so a good lead goes from first message to signed client in days, not weeks.
  4. Tag the source. Record every Noomii lead with its source in your CRM so you can compare it with your other channels. Our coaching CRM page shows how this works in Coachful.
  5. Review at month six. Count requests, discovery calls, signed clients, revenue and total paid to Noomii. If the cost per client is above your ceiling, plan not to renew.

Build your platform

What should you use alongside or instead of Noomii?

Noomii finds people; it does not run your practice. The useful comparison is between other ways to find clients and the platform that handles everything after they say yes.

We ranked these on four criteria: one login for the whole client journey, between-session delivery, total stack cost, and setup effort with a free white-glove build.

1. Coachful: the platform for everything after the first call

Coachful is a coaching platform. One subscription covers booking, payments, contracts, program delivery with habits and check-ins, courses, a community, a website with funnels and email, and an AI assistant, with one login for the coach and one branded app for the client. It is built for coaches who deliver programs, not just sessions, for solo coaches growing into a small team, and for coaches replacing four to six separate tools.

If you use Noomii, Coachful is where a Noomii lead lands. Your booking page handles availability rules, buffers, minimum notice and time zones, syncs both ways with Google, Apple/iCloud and Outlook calendars, and creates the video link for you, whether built-in, Zoom, Meet or Teams. Intake questions on the booking form mean you arrive at the discovery call already knowing what the person wants.

Here is a short walkthrough of how Coachful tracks prospects from first contact to client:

Once the lead says yes, the coaching agreement goes out for e-signature before the first call and is stored on the client record. Payments run through your own Stripe Connect or Razorpay account, with one-time payments, subscriptions, payment plans, coupons, Apple Pay and Google Pay, and an invoice for each transaction. Since August 2026 Coachful charges a 0% platform fee, so you pay only the processor's fees. That matters next to a marketplace commission: clients you win through your own site or funnels keep their full value.

Delivery is where Coachful does the work Noomii leaves to you. You can build multi-week programs with weekly goals, daily tasks, habits, morning and evening check-ins, goals with progress bars and streaks. Courses, downloads, videos and events arrive in the client's branded home and app. Cohort groups are created automatically on program enrollment, with a community feed, group chat and video events. Each client record holds goals, check-ins, habits, notes, intake answers, payments and sessions, with a status of thriving, active, quiet or at risk, and Michelle, the built-in AI assistant, can brief you before each session from that live data.

Coachful also covers the marketing Noomii charges commission for. The section-based website builder includes a blog, custom domain, SEO settings and 30 designed homepage templates; booking, application, lead-magnet and checkout funnels come with pixels and UTM tracking; and email lists, broadcasts and multi-step sequences follow up with every lead. If you hold or are working toward an ICF credential, ICF hour tracking counts your coaching hours and clients against ACC, PCC and MCC thresholds and exports a client coaching log.

Why Coachful stands out: a free white-glove service. From Create, choose We'll build it for you, describe what you want, attach up to 8 reference links and up to 10 files such as logos, photos or brand guides, and the Coachful team builds it inside your own account, usually within about 24 hours. It covers websites, funnels, sales pages, programs, course outlines and written material, email sequences, forms, link-in-bio pages, lead quizzes, events and automations. Nothing gets invented: no fake credentials, testimonials or prices, and gaps are left for you to fill. It does not include recording videos, logo design, ad management or ongoing marketing. One recent build: a leadership coach whose Squarespace renewal was days away got one clean homepage with a repeated "talk with me" button. Another: a business mentor for beauty professionals got a 12-week mentorship sales page, a start-up-guide lead funnel and rewritten follow-up emails. Read more about the white-glove build service.

What Coachful does not do: it is not HIPAA-certified and offers no BAA, so it is not for clinical records or insurance billing. It has no PayPal and no permanent free plan. The client app runs under the Coachful listing with your branding, not under your own App Store account. It has no Garmin, Fitbit, Whoop or Oura sync, no Salesforce or HubSpot integration, and it is not a directory, so it will not send you strangers the way Noomii does. Our full Coachful review covers the limits in more detail.

How to start: open a free trial, then use the white-glove build to get your website, booking funnel or first program set up for you. Your clients, programs and content are imported for you during onboarding. 2. Bark: pay per lead response instead of a membership

Bark homepage with a search for local services
Bark's homepage in October 2026.

Bark is a general lead marketplace where people post requests for services, coaching included, and professionals pay credits to respond. Listing and viewing leads is free; credits are spent only when you respond, and the credits a lead costs vary by service, job value and local demand, as listed in October 2026. Bark takes no commission on the work you win.

Bark's pricing page for professionals explaining credits
Bark's pricing page in October 2026.

Compared with Noomii, Bark swaps an annual fee and a commission for pay-per-response. Paying for a lead does not guarantee a reply, and credits now expire after three months. Bark offers new businesses a return of their first credit pack if they win no business from it. On Trustpilot it holds 3.8 from 112,228 reviews (seen October 25, 2026), a score that mixes buyers and professionals. Like Noomii, it does nothing after the first conversation. Our Bark review walks through the credit model.

Pick it over Coachful if you only need a few test leads this quarter and already have booking, contracts and payments handled elsewhere.

3. Paperbell: simpler coaching business software

Paperbell homepage for coaching business software
Paperbell's homepage in October 2026.

Paperbell is coaching business software aimed at solo coaches who sell packages, covering booking, contracts and payments. It is a direct substitute for the after-the-call part of Coachful rather than an alternative to Noomii's lead generation. If you deliver multi-week programs with habits, check-ins, a community and a full website, check its feature list against those needs first. Our Paperbell review covers where it stops. If you work in nutrition or wellness and need practitioner-style charting, see our Practice Better review too.

Pick it over Coachful if you run only 1:1 session packages and want the smallest possible tool for booking and getting paid.

4. ICF Credentialed Coach Finder: a directory tied to your credential

The International Coaching Federation runs a public finder for coaches who hold an ICF credential. It is not a lead-matching service, and eligibility depends on ICF's own credential and membership rules, so check ICF's current terms. For credentialed coaches it adds a source of trust that clients and organisations recognise, without a commission on clients you win. If you are working toward a credential, logging hours as you go makes the application easier.

Pick it over Coachful if you only need a credible public listing and already run your practice in other tools.

Noomii vs building your own client pipeline

The real choice behind any Noomii review is whether to rent attention from a marketplace or build a pipeline you own. Most coaches end up doing some of both; the question is where the long-term weight sits.

A marketplace gives you speed: your profile is live in an afternoon, and requests can arrive without an audience. You pay for that in membership fees, commission and dependence on someone else's ranking rules. If Noomii changes how SmartMatch works, as one reviewer says it already did, your lead flow changes with it.

Your own pipeline is slower to start but compounds. A website with a clear offer, a lead magnet that captures emails, a booking funnel with intake questions and an email sequence that follows up for you keep working whether or not a directory sends anyone. Every client you win that way costs you only your time and your software. That is the case for putting your effort into a platform like Coachful first and treating Noomii, if you use it at all, as a measured extra channel.

Whichever route you choose, track the same numbers for each channel: requests, discovery calls, signed clients, revenue and total cost. After six months the right answer is usually obvious. For more ways to compare tools, see our comparison pages or what coaches say in Coachful reviews.

Noomii review verdict: is it worth it?

Noomii is worth it only for coaches whose package prices comfortably absorb the membership plus a 15 to 30% commission, and who will measure the results. For most coaches, especially new ones, the money does more work inside a platform that wins and serves clients you keep.

The positives are real. Noomii is built for coaching, its directory brings people who are actively looking, directory clients carry no commission, and recent reviewers value its training events. The limits are just as clear: Noomii's own figure is one to two SmartMatch opportunities a month, matched clients carry a large commission, the paid tiers look like annual commitments, and the public reviews split between enthusiasm for training and frustration with leads.

And whatever Noomii sends you, it stops at the introduction. You still need to book the call, send the agreement, take payment and deliver the coaching. Coachful does all of that in one login, with one branded app for your clients, 0% platform fees and a free white-glove build to set it up. Start there, then decide whether Noomii earns a place as one more lead source.

Frequently asked questions

Is Noomii legit?

Noomii is a real coach directory and matching service, and many recent reviewers praise its training and staff. It also has a split public record: on Trustpilot it holds 3.5 from 45 reviews (seen October 25, 2026), with close to half of reviews at one star citing poor leads or account issues. Read the terms and refund policy before you pay.

How much does Noomii cost for coaches?

As listed in October 2026, Hobbyist is a one-time $1, Pro is $447 a year (also shown as $37 a month) and Elite is $1,164 a year (also shown as $97 a month). Paid tiers also take 30% (Pro) or 15% (Elite) of SmartMatch clients' payments. Directory clients carry no commission.

How many leads does Noomii SmartMatch send?

Noomii's SmartMatch page states that coaches receive one to two SmartMatch opportunities per month on average. An opportunity is a request to connect, not a signed client, so your conversion rate decides what that is worth.

Does Noomii take a commission?

Yes, on SmartMatch clients who pay through the platform: 30% on Pro and 15% on Elite. Clients who find you through the directory itself carry 0%. Build the commission into your break-even before you choose a tier.

Can I cancel Noomii monthly?

Probably not. Noomii's coach FAQ describes Pro and Elite as annual only, and search listings of its terms indicate a 12-month commitment, even though one page also shows monthly figures. Confirm the billing and refund terms with Noomii in writing before upgrading.

Is Noomii coaching software?

No. Noomii is a directory and matching marketplace. It does not document scheduling, coaching agreements, program delivery, habit tracking or client data export, so you will need separate software to run clients once they sign.

What is the best alternative to Noomii for coaches?

It depends on what you need. If you want leads without a membership, Bark lets you pay per response. If you want to own your pipeline and run every client from booking to program delivery, Coachful covers the website, funnels, booking, payments, contracts and programs in one platform.

What is Coachful's free white-glove service?

From Create, choose We'll build it for you and describe what you need, such as a website, funnel, sales page, program or email sequence. You can attach up to 8 links and 10 files, and the Coachful team builds it inside your account, usually within about 24 hours, at no extra cost on every plan. It does not invent credentials, testimonials or prices, and it does not include video recording, logo design or ad management.

Can I use Noomii and Coachful together?

Yes. Many coaches use a directory for discovery and a platform for everything after. Send Noomii leads to your Coachful booking page, tag them by source in your prospects list, and you can see exactly what each Noomii client costs compared with clients from your own funnels.

Is Noomii good for new coaches?

Usually not as a first spend. A new coach gets more from a clear offer, a simple website and a booking funnel they own, because those keep working without a commission. Once your offer converts reliably, Noomii's Hobbyist entry is a low-cost way to test the directory before committing to a year.
