Delenta Review 2026: Features, Pricing, Limits and Verdict

Delenta Review 2026: Features, Pricing, Limits and Verdict

This Delenta review gives the short answer first: Delenta is a capable coaching practice platform for a solo coach who wants a CRM, booking, contracts and client portals under one login, and who is happy to pay for the Premium plan once they need courses, a mobile app or more than 40 clients. It is a weaker fit if you run multi-week programs that depend on daily habits and check-ins, if you want a full website with funnels, or if you plan to add coaches without a custom quote. Below we cover every plan, each job the software does, what public reviewers report and how it compares with the alternatives.

We make Coachful, a competing coaching platform, so read our comparison sections with that in mind. Everything we say about Delenta comes from its own pricing page as listed in October 2026, its help documentation and public review sites. We have not run a hands-on test account, and we say so wherever it matters.

What is the short verdict on Delenta?

Delenta is a solid choice for one-to-one coaches with fewer than 40 clients who mainly need admin handled, and a costly one once you need courses, a branded app or a team. Here is the verdict box.

  • Who it suits: solo coaches who sell sessions and packages, want e-signed contracts, session notes and coaching logs, and prefer one tool over a booking app plus a payments app plus a document folder.
  • Who should skip it: coaches whose value lives between sessions (daily habits, morning and evening check-ins, streaks), coaches who need a real website and sales funnels, and practices that already have two or more coaches and want a public team price.
  • Public rating: 4.1 out of 5 on Trustpilot from 5 reviews, seen on 25 October 2026. That is a very small base. Our September 2026 research also recorded 4.8 out of 5 on Capterra from 60 reviews.
  • Price range: $29, $49 and $79 a month for the three self-serve plans, or $229, $469 and $699 a year, as listed in October 2026. Teams and Enterprise are quote only.
  • Trial: no credit card required. The pricing page headline says 14 days, while its FAQ says 7 days, so confirm the length when you sign up.

What is Delenta?

Delenta is a coaching management platform, founded in 2018 and based in London according to our September 2026 research, that combines a coaching CRM, scheduling, contracts, client portals and, on higher plans, group coaching and courses. It is built for individual coaches and for coaching companies that need multiple coaches under one account.

The product is organised around the client portal. Each client you coach gets a portal where sessions, notes, files, tasks and goals live, and the number of portals you can open is what separates the plans: 10 on Starter, 40 on Pro and unlimited on Premium. That cap is the single most important number in this review, because it decides which plan you will actually pay for.

Delenta is also an ICF partner, according to the same research, and it announced HIPAA compliance in March 2026. On the October 2026 pricing page, HIPAA is listed as a feature of the custom-priced Teams plan, and "Delenta ai" is marked as coming soon.

If you are still deciding what a coaching platform should cover in the first place, our guide to coaching software sets out the jobs most practices need handled.

Thinking of launching your coaching business?

Answer a few questions and Coachful builds it around you: your website, programs, booking and payments. Ready in minutes.

Build your platform

How does Delenta help you market your coaching practice?

Delenta gives you a profile landing page and lead management on every plan, but serious marketing pages only arrive on Premium, and it is not a full website builder. That matters if you want one tool to replace your website too.

  • Starter: lead management, a profile landing page and intake forms. Enough to send a prospect a link that leads to a booking.
  • Pro: a branded landing page.
  • Premium: custom domain and branding, branded emails and unlimited sales pages.

Honest note: our September 2026 profile describes Delenta's site tools as a branded coach landing page and booking calendar rather than a multi-page website, and its funnel as a single path from landing page to discovery call to purchase. Email marketing is limited; reviewers have asked for more email-marketing integrations, and a typical Delenta setup pairs it with a separate email tool. If you already have a website you like, this is not a problem. If you are starting from nothing, budget for a site builder and an email platform alongside Delenta, or pick a platform that includes both. Our page on the coach website builder shows what an included site looks like.

How does Delenta handle selling, booking and payments?

Booking, contracts and payments are Delenta's strongest area: every plan includes booking with calendar sync, e-signed contracts, intake forms and Stripe or PayPal payments with no added transaction fee from Delenta.

  • Booking: booking with calendar sync on Starter; Pro raises this to up to 6 calendars. Video links come from Zoom, Google Meet or Microsoft Teams integrations.
  • Payments: Stripe and PayPal. Delenta states "no additional transaction fees", so you pay only the processor's own fees. PayPal support is a real advantage for coaches whose clients prefer it.
  • Packages: group packages start on Pro; subscriptions and events are listed on Premium.
  • Contracts: e-signed contracts are included from Starter, which is good value at that price.

Honest note: public reviewers have described the calendar as somewhat limited next to dedicated scheduling tools, and scheduling on a phone as clunky. If your week is built around complex availability rules, buffers and multiple session types, test that part of the trial first. Selling recurring memberships requires Premium, since subscriptions are not listed on the lower plans.

How does Delenta deliver coaching between sessions?

Delenta covers session notes, tasks, goals and coaching logs on every plan, adds group coaching on Pro and a course creator on Premium, but it does not document a dedicated habit tracker or daily check-ins.

  • Every plan: session notes, tasks and goals, and coaching logs.
  • Pro: group coaching and group video sessions.
  • Premium: the course creator and onboarding workflows. Our September 2026 profile notes programs with drip content, quizzes and tasks.
  • Community: Delenta's help center describes community feeds and group chat for cohorts.

Honest note: for a coach who meets a client every two weeks and assigns two or three actions, tasks and goals are enough. For a coach selling a 12-week transformation, where the work happens in daily habits, morning intentions and evening reflections, Delenta's toolset is thinner. We found no verified habit tracker, no streaks and no structured daily check-in flow in Delenta's documentation as of our research. That gap is the main reason coaches who deliver programs look elsewhere. Our weekly habit review templates show what that between-session rhythm looks like in practice.

What is the client experience like in Delenta?

Clients get a secure web portal on every plan, and a white-labelled iOS and Android app only on Premium. On Starter and Pro, your clients use the portal in a browser.

The white-label app is a genuine strength. On Premium it carries your branding, and on the Teams plan Delenta lists full white labelling. The trade-off is cost: a coach with 12 clients who wants a branded app has to pay for the unlimited-portal Premium plan to get it, because the app is not offered on Pro.

Honest note: public reviewers mention that the depth of the product creates a learning curve, and that the mobile experience can feel limited for scheduling. Both points are about the coach side as much as the client side, but they shape what your clients see when they book or reschedule.

How does Delenta handle admin, teams and compliance?

Delenta's admin basics (CRM, Zapier, coaching logs) come on every plan, while multi-coach features, HIPAA and white labelling sit on the custom-priced Teams plan.

  • Every plan: CRM, session notes, coaching logs, Zapier, Zoom, Meet and Teams integrations, and 1 GB of storage on Starter, rising to 5 GB on Pro and 100 GB on Premium.
  • Teams: multiple coaches, a super admin, roles, coach payroll, HR reports, white label and HIPAA. Priced per seat; the amount is not shown.
  • Enterprise: a public API with SSO, advanced analytics and dedicated teams. Custom priced.
  • Data: CSV and XLS contact import is documented. A full client-data export was not verified in Delenta's help center in our research, so ask before you commit years of notes to it.

Honest note: if you coach in a health or wellness setting, Delenta's HIPAA option on Teams is a real reason to shortlist it. Keep the scope line clear either way: coaching is not medical or psychological treatment. If a client describes symptoms, a diagnosis or a crisis, refer them to a licensed clinician, and if you keep clinical records or bill insurance, you need a tool built for that work, with a signed business associate agreement. For keeping ordinary coaching notes well, our coaching session notes software guide covers templates and privacy.

How much does Delenta cost?

Delenta costs $29, $49 or $79 a month on its self-serve plans, or $229, $469 or $699 a year, as listed in October 2026; Teams and Enterprise need a quote. There is no free plan, and Delenta adds no transaction fee on top of Stripe or PayPal.

Delenta's annual figures per month are derived from the yearly totals, and the page shows "$" without naming a currency. A setup concierge is listed as an add-on with no price shown. For a deeper breakdown of each tier, see our full Delenta pricing guide.

What will you actually pay?

The plan you need depends less on your client count than on the features you want. The examples below are illustrative, using Delenta's listed monthly prices.

Tool15 one-to-one clients15 clients plus a course and branded app40 clients in a group program60 clients with a membership

A practice with two coaches sharing clients needs Delenta Teams, which is priced by quote, because every self-serve plan has 1 seat.

Remember the tools you may still need beside Delenta: a website builder if the landing page is not enough, and an email marketing platform for newsletters and sequences. Those costs belong in the comparison too.

What do public reviewers praise and complain about?

Public reviewers mostly praise Delenta's customer support and the breadth of the product, and mostly complain about the learning curve, the calendar and mobile scheduling, and the price for coaches without steady income. The review base is small, so treat each theme as a signal rather than a verdict.

What reviewers praise

  • Support: in our September 2026 research, Capterra reviewers rated customer service 4.9 out of 5, and several singled out the support team as excellent.
  • Breadth: Delenta packs a landing page, booking, courses, community and a branded client app into one product, which is also why depth shows up as a complaint below.
  • No platform fee: Delenta takes no cut of client payments, as its pricing page highlights.

What reviewers complain about

  • Learning curve: the most common drawback on Capterra in our research was that the depth of the product takes time to learn.
  • Calendar and mobile: reviewers describe calendar features as limited next to dedicated schedulers, and scheduling on a phone as awkward.
  • Email marketing: reviewers have asked for more email-marketing integrations.
  • Price: some reviewers felt the cost was hard to carry for coaches still building a steady income.

The Trustpilot score of 4.1 from 5 reviews, seen on 25 October 2026, is too small to tell you much on its own. The Capterra score of 4.8 from 60 reviews in September 2026 is a stronger signal, though reviews on any site skew towards people motivated to post. For how we gather and present this kind of evidence, see our reviews hub.

What are Delenta's pros and cons?

Delenta's main strengths are its admin core, contracts on every plan and PayPal support; its main weaknesses are the portal caps, Premium-only courses and app, and quote-only team pricing.

Who is Delenta best for?

Delenta is best for a solo coach with a steady one-to-one practice who wants admin, contracts and client portals in one place, and for coaching organisations that need HIPAA and are willing to request a Teams quote.

  • A good fit: an executive or career coach with 8 to 35 clients, meeting fortnightly, who sends contracts, keeps careful notes and logs hours. Pro covers this well.
  • A good fit: a coaching company working with healthcare or other regulated clients that needs HIPAA, roles and payroll on one account.
  • A good fit: a coach whose clients pay with PayPal.
  • A poor fit: a health, fitness or habit coach whose program depends on daily check-ins and habit tracking.
  • A poor fit: a coach starting from scratch who needs a website, funnels and email sequences in the same tool.
  • A poor fit: a coach with 12 clients who wants a course and a branded app but does not want to pay for unlimited portals.

What are the best alternatives to Delenta?

The strongest Delenta alternative for most coaches is Coachful, followed by Paperbell, CoachAccountable, Practice Better and CoachVantage, depending on whether you need program delivery, simplicity, accountability tracking or wellness charting. Our full ranked list of Delenta alternatives goes deeper.

We ranked on four criteria: one login for the whole client journey, between-session delivery, total stack cost, and setup effort (including whether someone builds it for you).

1. Coachful

Coachful is a coaching platform where one subscription covers booking, payments, contracts, program delivery with habits and check-ins, courses, a community, a website with funnels and email, and an AI assistant, with one login for the coach and one branded app for the client. It is built for coaches who deliver programs rather than just sessions, for solo coaches growing into a small team, and for coaches replacing four to six tools.

Where Coachful differs from Delenta is between sessions. Programs run for multiple weeks with weekly goals, daily tasks, habits, morning and evening check-ins, goals with progress bars and streaks. Each client record holds goals, check-ins, habits, notes, intake answers, payments and sessions, plus an AI briefing, and marks each client as thriving, active, quiet or at risk so you can see who needs attention before a session. Courses, community, group calls and cohort groups (created automatically when someone enrolls in a program) are included in your Coachful membership rather than reserved for a top plan.

Here is a short walkthrough of how programs are built and delivered in Coachful.

On the selling side, booking pages support availability rules, buffers, minimum notice and time-zone detection, with two-way Google, Apple and Outlook calendar sync and built-in video or auto-created Zoom, Meet or Teams links. Payments run through your own Stripe Connect or Razorpay account, with one-time payments, subscriptions, payment plans, order bumps and coupons, and Coachful charges a 0% platform fee. Coaching agreements with e-signature go out before the first call; see coaching contracts.

For marketing, Coachful includes a section-based website builder with 30 designed homepage templates, a blog and a custom domain, plus booking, application, lead-magnet and checkout funnels and email sequences with triggers, delays and branching. That covers the website and email tools a Delenta user often buys separately.

Two features matter for credentialed coaches. Michelle, the built-in AI assistant, works from your live practice data to draft programs and emails, summarise recorded sessions and brief you before sessions. And ICF hour tracking counts coaching hours and distinct clients against ACC, PCC and MCC thresholds and exports an ICF client coaching log.

Why Coachful stands out: a free white-glove service. On every plan, you can open Create, choose "We'll build it for you", describe what you want and attach up to 8 reference links and up to 10 files. The Coachful team builds it inside your own account, usually within about 24 hours: a website, a funnel, a sales page, a program, a course outline, an email sequence and more. Nothing is invented, so there are no fake testimonials, credentials or prices; gaps are left for you to fill. A real-estate and money coach, for example, got a year-long cohort program with an application form, an eight-page site and a free nine-day bootcamp funnel. A leadership coach with a website renewal days away got one clean homepage with a repeated "talk with me" button. Read more about the free white-glove service.

Coachful Sanctuary website template homepage for a wellness coach
The Sanctuary homepage template, one of Coachful's 30 designed website templates, shown with demo content.

What Coachful does not do: it is not HIPAA-certified and offers no business associate agreement, so it is not for clinical records or insurance billing, which is one place Delenta's Teams plan wins. It has no PayPal. It has no permanent free plan. The client app ships under the Coachful listing with your branding, not under your own App Store account, while Delenta's Premium app is white-labelled. There is no Salesforce or HubSpot integration.

How to start: begin a free trial, then request a white-glove build of your website or first program. Clients, programs and content are imported for you during onboarding, so moving from Delenta does not mean retyping client records. Current plans: Lite: $29/month for up to 5 clients; Solo: $49/month for up to 20 clients; Pro: $99/month with unlimited clients; Studio: $199/month with unlimited clients. For a side-by-side table, see Coachful vs Delenta, or read our Coachful review, which includes who should not buy it.

Pick Delenta over Coachful if you need HIPAA, PayPal or an app under your own brand listing, and do not need habits, check-ins or a full website.

2. Paperbell

Paperbell's homepage in October 2026.

Paperbell is admin software for solo coaches at a single price of $97 a month ($80.83 a month billed yearly) as listed in October 2026, covering booking, packages, payments, contracts, a client portal and a simple website with unlimited clients. It has a 30-day money-back guarantee and a Trustpilot rating of 3.5 from 14 reviews, seen on 25 October 2026. It does not include courses, community, or goal and habit tracking, and it has no native mobile app. Compared with Delenta, it trades features for simplicity and removes client caps. Our Paperbell review covers it in detail.

Pick it over Coachful if you only sell one-to-one packages, want the simplest possible setup and need PayPal.

3. CoachAccountable

CoachAccountable homepage introducing its coaching back office software
CoachAccountable's homepage in October 2026.

CoachAccountable is a coaching back office for sessions, action plans, metrics, worksheets, courses, invoicing and agreements. It is priced per active client, from $20 a month for 2 active clients up to $400 a month for 100, as listed in October 2026, with a 30-day trial and no credit card. It holds a Trustpilot rating of 4.8 from 47 reviews, seen on 25 October 2026. The per-client price gets expensive for large group programs, and it has no website or marketing automation.

Pick it over Coachful if you coach a handful of high-ticket clients and want detailed action plans and metrics above everything else.

4. Practice Better

Practice Better is practice management for wellness and nutrition practitioners, with scheduling, telehealth, charting, billing, programs and a client portal. It has a free Sprout plan for 3 clients, then Starter at $35 a month for 10 clients and Professional at $69 a month for 300 clients, as listed in October 2026. Its Trustpilot rating is 3.8 from 87 reviews, seen on 25 October 2026. It has no website builder or funnels. See our Practice Better review.

Pick it over Coachful if you are a practitioner who needs charting and telehealth more than marketing and community.

5. CoachVantage

CoachVantage is coaching practice management with a CRM, scheduling, contracts, invoices, a client portal, group programs and small courses, priced per coach with unlimited contacts. Clarity costs $39 a month and Aha! $59 a month, as listed in October 2026, with a 14-day trial and no card. Clarity caps group programs, booking pages, sales pages and e-signatures, and our older research found no team features.

Pick it over Coachful if you want unlimited contacts at a low per-coach price and need only light course and group features.

If you are weighing another direct substitute, our Simply.Coach vs Delenta comparison and the Delenta alternative page cover the remaining options.

How does Delenta compare with Coachful job by job?

Delenta wins on PayPal, HIPAA and a white-labelled app; Coachful wins on between-session delivery, an included website and email, and courses and community on every plan.

What is our final verdict on Delenta?

Delenta is a well-supported, sensibly priced practice manager for one-to-one coaches who stay under 40 clients and mainly need admin, contracts and portals. Its weak spots are the ones that matter most to a growing program business: courses and the app sit on Premium, there are no verified habits or daily check-ins, the website and email tools are thin, and team pricing is not public.

If your coaching is mostly sessions and paperwork, try Delenta and check the trial length on day one. If your coaching lives in the days between sessions, or you want the website, funnels and email in the same login, Coachful is the stronger choice, and the free white-glove build means you do not start from an empty account. Whichever you pick, compare the full stack cost, not just the headline plan; our group coaching software and course platform pages help with that sum.

Frequently asked questions about Delenta

Is Delenta worth it?

Delenta is worth it for solo coaches who need CRM, booking, e-signed contracts and client portals, and who will stay within the plan that fits their client count. It is less good value if you need courses or a branded app with a small client list, because both require the $79 Premium plan as listed in October 2026.

Does Delenta have a free trial?

Yes, and no credit card is required. In October 2026 the pricing page headline says 14 days, while its FAQ says 7 days of unlimited access, so confirm the length when you sign up.

Does Delenta have a free plan?

No. The cheapest plan is Starter at $29 a month or $229 a year, as listed in October 2026, with 10 client portals.

Does Delenta charge transaction fees?

Delenta states "no additional transaction fees". You still pay Stripe's or PayPal's normal processing fees on each payment.

Is Delenta HIPAA compliant?

Delenta announced HIPAA compliance in March 2026, and its October 2026 pricing page lists HIPAA on the custom-priced Teams plan. If HIPAA matters to you, confirm a business associate agreement and which plan includes it before you sign.

Does Delenta have a mobile app?

Yes. Delenta offers a white-labelled iOS and Android client app, but only on Premium and above. Starter and Pro clients use the web portal.

Can multiple coaches use one Delenta account?

Only on the Teams or Enterprise plans, which are priced by quote. Starter, Pro and Premium each include 1 seat.

What is the best alternative to Delenta?

For coaches who deliver programs, Coachful is our top pick because habits, check-ins, courses, community, a website and email are included in your Coachful membership. Paperbell suits coaches who want simplicity, and CoachAccountable suits accountability-heavy one-to-one work.

What is Coachful's free white-glove service?

On every Coachful plan, you can ask the team to build a website, funnel, program, course outline, email sequence or other asset inside your account, usually within about 24 hours. You describe what you want and attach up to 8 links and 10 files. It does not include recording videos, logo design or ad management.

Can I move from Delenta to Coachful?

Yes. Coachful imports your clients, programs and content for you during onboarding. Before you leave Delenta, ask its support how to export client notes and files, since a full client-data export was not verified in its help center.
