Quenza Review 2026: Strengths, Limits and Verdict

Quenza Review 2026: Strengths, Limits and Verdict

In this Quenza review, the short answer is: Quenza is a good between-session engagement tool for coaches and therapy-adjacent practitioners who already have booking, payments and a website sorted elsewhere. Its strength is a large library of ready-made activities, worksheets and programs delivered through a client portal and mobile app. It does not take client payments today (invoicing is marked "Planned" on its pricing page), it relies on Calendly or Google Calendar for scheduling, and its public rating rests on eight reviews written in 2021 and 2022. If you want one tool that runs the whole coaching business, it is not that tool.

We make Coachful, a coaching platform that competes with Quenza, so read this with that in mind. Every Quenza fact below comes from Quenza's own pricing page as listed in October 2026, from its public Trustpilot page, or from our earlier product profile from September 2026, and we say which. We did not run a hands-on test; we report what the vendor documents and what public reviewers say.

Is Quenza worth it? The short verdict

Quenza is worth it if your main problem is keeping clients engaged between sessions and you are happy to run everything else in other tools. It is not worth it if you want booking, payments, contracts and delivery under one login.

  • Who it suits: solo coaches, counsellors and wellbeing practitioners who send structured exercises, worksheets and multi-step programs, and who want a branded client app with chat.
  • Who should skip it: coaches who need to sell packages, collect payment, send contracts, run a website with funnels or host video sessions in the same place they deliver the work.
  • Public rating: 4.3 out of 5 on Trustpilot from 8 reviews, seen on 25 October 2026. Trustpilot showed no reviews in the previous 12 months, and all eight were posted between April 2021 and July 2022, so treat the score as old and thin.
  • Price range: $25 to $160 a month on listed plans, or $20 to $128 a month billed annually, with a custom Beyond plan above that (as listed in October 2026).
  • Our pick for most coaches instead: Coachful, because it covers delivery and the business around it with one login for you and one branded app for your clients.

What is Quenza?

Quenza is a client-engagement platform for coaches, therapists and other helping professionals. You build or pick activities (exercises, worksheets, assessments, reflections), bundle them into programs, assign them to clients, and follow their responses through a client portal and a mobile app.

The pricing page lists five plans as of October 2026: Spark, Growth, Impact, Collective and Beyond. Every plan includes unlimited storage, a client portal, the mobile app for clients and professionals on iOS and Android, activities, programs, notes, tasks, 1:1 chat, multi-language support and a core library of more than 100 activities. Higher plans add groups, landing pages, custom branding, webhooks, API access and larger activity libraries. Quenza says it is hosted in the European Union.

What Quenza is not, as listed in October 2026: it is not a payment platform, a booking engine with built-in video, a website builder or a course and community platform. It plugs into Calendly and Google Calendar from the Growth plan, and its pricing page marks client invoicing, digital products and an AI activity generator as planned or coming soon. That shape matters more than any single feature, because it decides how many other subscriptions you will stack around it.

If you came here for prices only, our Quenza pricing breakdown covers each plan and the client caps in more detail.

Thinking of launching your coaching business?

Answer a few questions and Coachful builds it around you: your website, programs, booking and payments. Ready in minutes.

Build your platform

What can Quenza do across marketing, selling, delivery, client experience and admin?

Quenza is strong at delivery and client experience, thin at admin, and largely absent from marketing and selling. Here is how it maps to the five jobs a coaching practice has to cover, next to Coachful for reference.

ToolMarketingSellingDeliveryClient experienceAdmin

Marketing: landing pages, but not a website

Quenza gives you landing pages rather than a website: none on Spark, one on Growth, three on Impact, five on Collective and unlimited on Beyond, as listed in October 2026. Custom domains and a custom email sender start on Impact. There is no blog, funnel builder or email marketing tool on the pricing page, so most coaches will keep a separate website builder and email service.

Honest note: if you already have a site you like and only need a page that points clients into a program, one landing page on Growth may be enough.

Selling: not covered yet

You cannot sell a coaching package through Quenza today. The pricing page lists built-in client invoicing as "Planned" on all plans and digital products as "Planned" from Growth up. The invoices mentioned in Quenza's FAQ are your own subscription invoices to Quenza, not invoices to your clients. Until that changes, you need a separate payment or invoicing tool and a separate place to send coaching agreements.

Honest note: planned features can ship, and Quenza's replies to Trustpilot reviews in 2021 said billing and scheduling were coming next. Buy on what the product does now, not on the roadmap.

Delivery: Quenza's real strength

Delivery is where Quenza earns its keep. You get a library of ready-made activities (more than 100 on Spark, more than 200 on Growth, more than 400 premium activities on Impact and above), you can customise them or build your own, and you can chain them into programs that release to clients over time. Recurring tasks, groups and group chat arrive on Growth.

Public reviewers single out exactly this: the library of methods, the ability to build activities your own way, and clients doing meaningful work between sessions. An AI activity generator is marked "Soon" for Growth and above.

Honest note: the activity library is the reason to choose Quenza over a general coaching platform. If you would rather write your own material, the library is worth less to you.

Client experience: portal, app and chat

Clients get a portal and a mobile app on iOS and Android on every plan, with 1:1 chat. Group chat comes with Growth, and a custom logo replaces Quenza's on Growth and above. Multi-language support is included on every plan, which helps practitioners working outside English.

Honest note: our September 2026 profile found no built-in video calls, and the October 2026 pricing page does not mention video. Sessions themselves still happen in Zoom or similar.

Admin: notes and tasks, with outside calendars

Notes and tasks are on every plan. Scheduling arrives through integrations: Calendly and Google Calendar from Growth, with Calendly letting clients book from their portal. Webhooks start at one on Growth, and API access starts on Collective. Roles and permissions are reserved for the custom Beyond plan.

Two admin details from the FAQ are worth knowing before you sign up. Archived clients still count toward your client limit, so the only way to free space is to remove them. And downgrading requires your usage to fit the smaller plan first; plan-restricted features such as the Calendly and Google Calendar integrations switch off when you downgrade. Data export is not documented on the pricing page; our September 2026 profile noted API access on Collective as the main route out.

How much does Quenza cost?

Quenza costs $25 a month on Spark, $50 on Growth, $125 on Impact and $160 on Collective, or 20% less billed annually, as listed in October 2026. Beyond is custom. There is a 30-day free trial with no credit card needed and no free plan.

The plan that matters for most coaches is Growth. Spark caps you at 10 clients and leaves out groups, the calendar integrations and your own logo, so a coach with a growing caseload will reach Growth quickly. At $50 a month for up to 250 clients, Growth is good value for what it does.

The real cost question is the stack around it. Because Quenza does not take payments, send contracts or host your website, you will pay separately for those jobs. The table below shows the shape of that decision at three practice sizes; the Quenza figures are its listed prices, and the "plus" column is the work you would still need other tools for.

We have not priced the outside tools, because the right ones vary by coach. Add up what you pay today for payments, contracts, a website and email, then compare the total, not the single line.

What do public reviewers praise and complain about?

Public reviewers praise Quenza's activity library, ease of use and how it keeps clients connected between sessions. Their complaints are about missing features (groups, scheduling, billing) and price, though several of those features have since arrived.

The sample is small. Quenza has 8 reviews on Trustpilot as of 25 October 2026, scoring 4.3, with seven five-star reviews and one four-star review. Six of the eight were posted in April and May 2021, one in May 2022 and one in July 2022. None were posted in the 12 months before we checked. That makes the rating a snapshot of the product four years ago rather than today.

What reviewers praise

  • The activity library. A practitioner who had used Quenza daily for over a year valued the library of methods and tools they could customise, and praised customer service.
  • Between-session work. Two reviewers said clients felt more connected and did more work between sessions, and one therapist said clients found the activities meaningful and enjoyable.
  • Ease of use. One coach called it simpler and friendlier than a tool they had built themselves; another called it user friendly and liked the pre-made activities and pathways.
  • Responsiveness. Reviewers noted that the team added features based on user requests, and Quenza replied publicly to several reviews.
"Greater ease for me, Meaningful impact for clients"

That review title, from a May 2021 Trustpilot review, sums up the case for Quenza well: it makes structured between-session work easier to send and more pleasant to complete.

What reviewers complain about

  • Missing features at the time. One reviewer wanted groups, calendar integration, more pathways and leadership activities. Another looked forward to billing and scheduling. Groups and calendar integrations now exist on Growth; billing is still marked "Planned" in October 2026.
  • Price. The single four-star reviewer found it somewhat expensive and asked for a lower-priced option. Spark at $25 a month is the answer Quenza offers today, with a 10-client cap.
  • Maturity. The same reviewer held back a star because the product was new in 2021. That concern has faded with time, but the lack of recent reviews means there is little public evidence either way.

We found no recent public complaints about reliability or support on Trustpilot, but with no reviews in the last year, absence of complaints is not strong evidence. Ask for a reference customer in your niche during the trial.

What are Quenza's pros and cons?

Quenza's main advantage is a deep, ready-made library for between-session work; its main drawback is that it leaves payments, contracts, websites and sessions to other tools.

ProsCons
100+ to 400+ ready-made activities you can customise, depending on planNo client payments or invoicing; both marked "Planned" in October 2026

Public reviewers praise ease of use and responsivenessOnly 8 Trustpilot reviews, none in the last 12 months

Who is Quenza best for?

Quenza is best for practitioners whose work lives in structured exercises between sessions and whose business admin already runs smoothly elsewhere.

  • Counsellors and therapy-adjacent practitioners who use worksheets, reflections and assessments and bill through a separate practice system.
  • Coaches inside an organisation who do not sell to clients directly, so payments and websites are not their problem.
  • Coaches with a working stack (a website, a booking link, a payment tool) who only want a better delivery layer and a client app.
  • Multilingual practices that need the client side in a language other than English.

Quenza is a weaker fit for coaches who sell packages online, run group programs with a community, launch courses, or want to retire four to six subscriptions. If that is you, look at an all-in-one platform. Our guide to coaching software explains what an all-in-one setup covers.

Which one looks like you?

Coachful builds your coaching website from a few answers, in a design chosen for your niche, with programs, booking and payments ready behind it.

Build your platform

1. Coachful: the all-in-one pick

Coachful's client My Coaching page, with a demo 90-Day Reset journey, on a laptop beside a journal and a glass teapot.

Coachful is a coaching platform where one subscription covers booking, payments, contracts, program delivery with habits and check-ins, courses, a community, a website with funnels and email, and an AI assistant. You get one login, and your clients get one app carrying your branding. It is built for coaches who deliver programs rather than single sessions, for solo coaches growing into a small team, and for coaches replacing four to six tools. The company is based in Tallinn, Estonia, and holds a 4.5 Trustpilot rating from 21 reviews.

For a Quenza user, the most relevant part is between-session delivery. Coachful's multi-week programs combine weekly goals, daily tasks, habits, morning and evening check-ins, goals with progress bars and streaks. Clients see it all in their branded home and app, and each client record pulls together goals, check-ins, habits, notes, intake answers, payments and sessions, with a status of thriving, active, quiet or at risk.

Where Coachful goes further than Quenza is everything around delivery. Booking pages carry availability rules, buffers, minimum notice and time-zone detection, with two-way Google, Apple and Outlook calendar sync and built-in video or auto-created Zoom, Meet and Teams links. Payments run through your own Stripe Connect or Razorpay account, covering one-time payments, subscriptions, payment plans, coupons and refunds, with no Coachful platform fee since August 2026. Coaching agreements with e-signature go out before the first call. See scheduling, payments and coaching contracts for detail.

On the marketing side there is a section-based website builder with a blog, custom domain and 30 designed homepage templates, plus booking, application, lead-magnet and checkout funnels and email sequences with branching. Courses, a community feed with group chat, and cohort groups created automatically when clients enrol in a program are included, which matters if you run group coaching. Michelle, the built-in AI assistant, works from your live practice data to build programs, draft emails, summarise recorded sessions and brief you before sessions; questions and planning are included in your Coachful membership, while confirmed builds and changes use AI credits. ICF-credentialed coaches can track hours against ACC, PCC and MCC thresholds with ICF hour tracking.

Coachful also comes with more than 40 ready-to-film program templates and 48 course templates with quizzes. That is a different kind of library from Quenza's: program and course structures you fill with your own method, rather than hundreds of standalone exercises.

Why Coachful stands out: a free white-glove service. On every plan, you can go to Create and choose We'll build it for you, describe what you want, attach up to 8 reference links and up to 10 files (logos, photos, brand guides, copy, documents), and the Coachful team builds it inside your account, usually within about 24 hours. That covers websites, funnels, sales pages, programs, course outlines and written material, coaching flows, forms, email sequences, link-in-bio pages, lead quizzes, events and automations. Nothing is invented: no fake credentials, testimonials or prices, and gaps are left for you to fill. It does not include recording videos, logo design, ad management or ongoing marketing. One recent build: a menopause and midlife health coach starting from nothing got a five-page site in sage and cream with every button leading to a free 20-minute consultation. Another: a somatic coach leaving Kajabi had the homepage and About page rebuilt and the contact form connected. Compare that with Quenza, where full-service setup sits on the custom Beyond plan. Read more about the free white-glove service.

Coachful Create page with the We'll build it for you card
Coachful's Create page with the We'll build it for you card that starts a free white-glove build request.

What Coachful does not do: it is not HIPAA-certified and does not sign a BAA, so it is not for clinical record-keeping or insurance billing. It has no PayPal and no permanent free plan. The client app ships under the Coachful listing with your branding, not under your own App Store account. There is no multi-stage sales deal board for large teams and no Salesforce or HubSpot integration.

How to start: begin with a free trial, request a white-glove build of your website or first program, and have your clients, programs and content imported during onboarding. Current plans: Lite: $29/month for up to 5 clients; Solo: $49/month for up to 20 clients; Pro: $99/month with unlimited clients; Studio: $199/month with unlimited clients. Our full Coachful review covers who should not buy it.

Pick Quenza over Coachful if you do not sell to clients yourself, rely on a large library of ready-made therapeutic-style exercises, or must stay inside a practice system that already handles payments.

2. Practice Better: for wellness practitioners who chart

Practice Better homepage on desktop
Practice Better's homepage in October 2026.

Practice Better is practice management for wellness and nutrition practitioners: scheduling, telehealth, charting, billing, programs and a client portal. As listed in October 2026, Sprout is free for 3 clients, Starter is $35 a month ($25 annually) for 10 clients, Professional is $69 ($59 annually) for 300 clients, Plus is $99 ($89 annually) for unlimited clients, and Team is $155 ($145 annually). It takes payments through Practice Better Payments, powered by Stripe. Evergreen programs, portal branding, a custom URL and SMS start on Plus, and our September 2026 profile found no website builder or funnel pages. It scores 3.8 on Trustpilot from 87 reviews. Our Practice Better review goes deeper.

Pick it over Coachful if you need charting and telehealth in a clinical-style workflow, or need a plan that costs nothing while your caseload is three clients or fewer.

3. Paperbell: for simple package selling

Paperbell homepage on desktop
Paperbell's homepage in October 2026.

Paperbell is all-in-one admin for solo coaches: booking, packages, payments, contracts, a client portal and a simple website. It has one plan at $97 a month ($80.83 a month billed annually) with unlimited clients, as listed in October 2026, and no additional transaction fees beyond Stripe or PayPal processing. Our September 2026 profile found no courses, community, or goal and habit tracking, and no native mobile app. That is close to the opposite of Quenza: strong on selling, light on delivery. It scores 3.5 on Trustpilot from 14 reviews. See our Paperbell review.

Pick it over Coachful if you only sell 1:1 packages, do not need habits, courses or community, and want PayPal at checkout.

4. CoachAccountable: for accountability-heavy 1:1 work

CoachAccountable homepage on desktop
CoachAccountable's homepage in October 2026.

CoachAccountable is a coaching back office with sessions, action plans, metrics, worksheets, courses, invoicing and agreements. It is priced per active client, from $20 a month for 2 active clients to $400 a month for 100, as listed in October 2026, with a 30-day free trial. It is the closest match to Quenza's worksheet style with billing added. Our September 2026 profile noted no native mobile app and no website or marketing automation, and per-active-client pricing gets expensive for large group programs. It scores 4.8 on Trustpilot from 47 reviews.

Pick it over Coachful if you coach a small number of 1:1 clients and want detailed metrics and action plans more than marketing or community.

Is Quenza suitable for health, therapy or wellbeing work?

Quenza is used by therapists as well as coaches, but its October 2026 pricing page makes no HIPAA or GDPR claims; it states that the platform is hosted in the European Union and links to a privacy policy. If you handle protected health information in the United States, ask Quenza directly about a business associate agreement before you store client data. The US Department of Health and Human Services HIPAA pages explain when that applies.

The same caution applies to Coachful, which is not HIPAA-certified and does not sign a BAA. For coaches, the line is simple: coaching is not treatment. Coaching supports goals, habits and behaviour change in people who are well enough to do that work; it does not diagnose or treat mental or physical health conditions. If a client describes symptoms, a crisis, disordered eating or anything that needs clinical care, refer them to a licensed professional and keep your notes within coaching scope. Our session notes guide covers what to record and what to leave out, and health coaches can see how Coachful fits within that scope.

How does Quenza compare with Coachful for between-session work?

Quenza gives you a bigger library of standalone exercises; Coachful gives you a daily structure of tasks, habits and check-ins tied to program weeks and goals, with the business tools alongside.

In practice, a Quenza program is a sequence of activities a client completes and you review. A Coachful program is a set of weeks, each with goals, daily tasks and habits, and morning and evening check-ins that feed the client record and status. If your method relies on specific worksheets, Quenza's library saves writing time. If your method is about daily follow-through, such as the rhythm in our weekly habit review templates, Coachful's structure fits more naturally, and you can still add your own worksheets as forms and downloads.

The bigger difference is what happens before and after delivery. With Quenza, a new client books in Calendly, pays in another tool, signs an agreement somewhere else and then gets a Quenza invite. With Coachful, they book, pay, sign and start their program in one place. For a solo coach, that is fewer subscriptions and fewer places for a client to drop out.

Final verdict: should you buy Quenza?

Buy Quenza if you want a polished library of between-session activities, a client app and chat, and you already have payments, booking and a website handled. Growth at $50 a month for 250 clients is fair value for that job, and the 30-day trial without a card makes it easy to test.

Skip it if you want one platform for the whole client journey. Quenza still lacks client payments in October 2026, leans on Calendly and Google Calendar for scheduling, has no website, courses or community, and its public rating rests on eight reviews from 2021 and 2022. For most coaches who sell and deliver programs, Coachful covers Quenza's core job of between-session work plus the business around it, and the free white-glove build removes most of the setup work. For a wider view, see our comparison hub or the reviews page.

Frequently asked questions

Is Quenza good for coaches?

Quenza is good for coaches who mainly need structured exercises, worksheets and programs between sessions, delivered through a client portal and app. It is less suited to coaches who need to sell packages, take payments or run a website, because those jobs are not covered as of October 2026.

Does Quenza take client payments?

No. Quenza's pricing page lists client invoicing as "Planned" on all plans and digital products as "Planned" from Growth up, as of October 2026. The invoices in its FAQ refer to your own subscription to Quenza. You will need a separate payment tool to charge clients.

Does Quenza have scheduling?

Not built in. From the Growth plan, Quenza integrates with Calendly and Google Calendar, and Calendly lets clients book from their portal. Our September 2026 profile found no built-in video calls, so sessions run in a separate video tool.

How much is Quenza per month?

As listed in October 2026, Spark is $25, Growth $50, Impact $125 and Collective $160 a month, with 20% off on annual billing. Beyond is custom. See our Quenza pricing article for the client caps on each plan.

Is there a Quenza free trial or free plan?

Quenza offers a 30-day free trial with no credit card needed to start. There is no free plan, so you pick a paid plan when the trial ends.

What is Quenza's rating?

Quenza scores 4.3 on Trustpilot from 8 reviews, seen on 25 October 2026. All eight reviews were posted between 2021 and 2022, with none in the previous 12 months, so the rating reflects an early version of the product.

Is Quenza HIPAA compliant?

Quenza's pricing page makes no HIPAA claim as of October 2026; it says the platform is hosted in the European Union. If you handle protected health information in the United States, ask Quenza about a business associate agreement before signing up, and check with an attorney if you are unsure whether HIPAA applies to you.

What is the best Quenza alternative?

For most coaches, Coachful, because it pairs between-session delivery (programs, habits, check-ins, goals) with booking, payments, contracts, a website and community in one login. Practice Better suits wellness practitioners who need charting, and CoachAccountable suits small 1:1 practices that want metrics and action plans.

What is Coachful's free white-glove service?

On every Coachful plan, you can ask the team to build a website, funnel, sales page, program, course outline, email sequence or other asset inside your account, usually within about 24 hours. You describe it and attach up to 8 links and 10 files; nothing is invented, and gaps are left for you. It excludes video recording, logo design, ads and ongoing marketing.

Can I move from Quenza to Coachful?

Yes. During Coachful onboarding, your clients, programs and content are imported for you, and the white-glove service can rebuild your activities as programs, forms or worksheets. Export what you can from Quenza first, since its pricing page does not document a data export.
