Quenza Pricing in 2026: Plans, Fees and What Coaches Pay

As listed in October 2026, Quenza pricing runs from $25 a month for the Spark plan (10 clients) to $160 a month for Collective (up to 3 professionals and 500 clients), with a custom-priced Beyond plan above that. Paying yearly takes 20% off, so the same range becomes $20 to $128 a month. There is a 30-day free trial with no credit card, no free plan, and no transaction fees, because Quenza does not process client payments at all yet.
That last point matters more than the sticker price. Quenza is a client engagement tool: activities, worksheets, programs, notes and chat inside a client app. Booking, payments, invoicing and most of your marketing still live somewhere else. Below you will find every plan, what each one adds, the fees that do and do not apply, what a coach actually pays at three practice sizes, the gotchas, and how Quenza compares with Coachful and four other coaching platforms. We make Coachful, so we say plainly where we think it is the better buy and where Quenza is the better fit.

How much does Quenza cost in October 2026?
Quenza costs $25 to $160 a month on its four public plans, or $20 to $128 a month billed yearly, as listed in October 2026. The fifth plan, Beyond, has no public price.
The plans are priced by two things: how many clients you can work with and how many professionals share the account. Every plan except Collective and Beyond is for one professional. The jump from Spark to Growth is the one most coaches feel, because Spark stops at 10 clients and Growth allows 250.
Quick facts, as listed in October 2026:
- Cheapest plan: Spark, $25 a month or $20 a month billed yearly, 1 professional and 10 clients.
- Best fit for most working coaches: Growth, $50 a month or $40 a month yearly, 1 professional and 250 clients.
- Team option: Collective, $160 a month or $128 a month yearly, up to 3 professionals and 500 clients.
- Annual discount: 20% on every public plan.
- Free trial: 30 days, no credit card.
- Free plan: none.
- Transaction fees: not applicable, since there is no client payment processing today.
- Rating: 4.3 on Trustpilot from 8 reviews (seen October 25, 2026), a small review base.
What are Quenza's plans and prices?
Quenza has five plans: Spark, Growth, Impact, Collective and Beyond. Here they are side by side with their monthly and yearly prices and limits, as listed on Quenza's pricing page in October 2026.
| Plan | Monthly billing | Yearly billing (per month) | Yearly total | Professionals | Clients |
|---|---|---|---|---|---|
| Spark | $25 | $20 | $240 | 1 | 10 |
| Growth | $50 | $40 | $480 | 1 | 250 |
| Impact | $125 | $100 | $1,200 | 1 | 400 |
| Collective | $160 | $128 | $1,536 | Up to 3 | 500 |
| Beyond | Custom | Custom | Custom | Unlimited | Unlimited |
The yearly totals are simple arithmetic from the listed per-month yearly prices. On monthly billing, a full year costs $300 on Spark, $600 on Growth, $1,500 on Impact and $1,920 on Collective, so the annual discount saves $60, $120, $300 and $384 respectively.
One pattern stands out. The jump from Growth to Impact is large ($50 to $125 a month) for a modest rise in clients (250 to 400). Most of what you pay for on Impact is branding and premium content, not capacity.
What does each Quenza plan add?
Each plan builds on the one below it. Spark covers the core client work, Growth adds groups and a landing page, Impact adds your own domain and email sender, Collective adds a small team, and Beyond adds custom roles and a done-for-you setup.

Spark ($25 a month, $20 yearly)
Spark includes activities, programs, notes, tasks, one-to-one chat, more than 100 core activities and the Quenza mobile app for clients. For a coach who wants to send worksheets, reflection exercises and short programs to a handful of clients, that is the whole product. The hard limit is 10 clients. A coach with a full practice of weekly clients will pass it quickly.
Growth ($50 a month, $40 yearly)
Growth adds groups, one landing page, file sharing, recurring tasks, a custom logo, one webhook and access to more than 200 activities. The client cap rises to 250. Groups and recurring tasks are what make Quenza usable for a program with several clients moving through it together, so this is the realistic starting plan for anyone running group coaching.
Impact ($125 a month, $100 yearly)
Impact adds a custom domain, a custom email sender, two webhooks, three landing pages and access to more than 400 premium activities. Clients rise to 400. If brand consistency matters (clients seeing your domain and your email address rather than Quenza's), this is the plan you need.
Collective ($160 a month, $128 yearly)
Collective is the first plan for more than one professional: up to three, sharing 500 clients. It adds team chat, API access, five webhooks and five landing pages. Spread across three practitioners, that is about $53 a month each on monthly billing, or about $43 each on yearly billing.
Beyond (custom)
Beyond removes the client and professional limits and adds roles and permissions, unlimited webhooks, priority support and a full-service setup. Quenza does not publish a price, so you need a sales conversation to find out what it costs.
Does Quenza charge transaction fees or other extras?
No. Quenza charges no transaction fees because it does not take client payments, and its pricing page lists no paid add-ons, overage charges or per-seat fees on the public plans, as listed in October 2026.
That sounds like good news, and partly it is: the subscription is the whole Quenza bill. But "no transaction fees" here does not mean you keep more of each payment. It means you collect payments somewhere else, and that tool has its own costs.
| Fee type | What Quenza charges (October 2026) | What it means for you |
|---|---|---|
| Platform transaction fee | None | No client payments run through Quenza, so there is nothing to take a cut of. |
| Payment processing | Not applicable | You pay processing in whichever tool you use to bill clients. |
| Invoicing | Not available (marked planned) | Invoices come from a separate tool or your processor's dashboard. |
| Digital products | Not available (marked planned) | Selling a program or download needs another platform for now. |
| Add-ons | None listed | Features are tied to plans; you upgrade rather than buy extras. |
| Client overages | None listed; hard caps per plan | Pass the cap and you move up a plan. |
| Extra seats | Collective allows up to 3; Beyond is custom | A fourth practitioner means a custom quote. |
| Subscription billing | Card | Your own Quenza subscription is billed to a card. |
Quenza's pricing page also marks an AI activity generator as planned or coming soon. Until those items ship, judge the plans on what they include today, not on the roadmap.
What does a coach actually pay for Quenza?
A solo coach with fewer than 10 clients pays $20 to $25 a month for Quenza; a coach with up to 250 clients pays $40 to $50 on Growth; a practice above 250 clients pays $100 to $125 on Impact. Add the cost of the booking, payment and marketing tools Quenza does not include, and the real monthly total is higher.
The table compares three example practice sizes. The client counts are illustrations, not data about real coaches.
| Platform | Example: solo, 8 clients | Example: growing, 40 clients | Example: group-heavy, 300 clients | Still needed beside it |
|---|---|---|---|---|
| Coachful | Solo: $49/month for up to 20 clients | Pro: $99/month with unlimited clients | Pro: $99/month with unlimited clients | Only Stripe or Razorpay processing; booking, payments, contracts, website and email are included in your Coachful membership |
| Quenza, monthly billing | Spark, $25/month | Growth, $50/month | Impact, $125/month (Growth stops at 250) | A scheduler, a payment and invoicing tool, a website, an email platform; a landing page tool on Spark |
| Quenza, yearly billing | Spark, $20/month ($240/year) | Growth, $40/month ($480/year) | Impact, $100/month ($1,200/year) | The same separate tools |
Here is how to build your own total. Start with the Quenza plan that covers your client count. Then add one line for each job Quenza leaves out:
- Booking. The plan features listed in October 2026 do not include scheduling, and our September 2026 profile of Quenza lists no built-in scheduling or video calls. Most coaches pair it with a separate scheduler. Our Calendly pricing breakdown shows what one common option costs.
- Payments and invoices. You need a way to sell packages, take subscriptions and send invoices. Card processing fees apply wherever you do this.
- Contracts. If you send coaching agreements for e-signature, that is another tool unless your payment platform includes it.
- Website and email. Growth includes one landing page and Impact three, but a full site, a blog and email sequences sit outside Quenza.
- Video calls. A video meeting tool for sessions, if you do not already pay for one.
For example, a coach on Growth billed yearly pays $40 a month for Quenza, then adds whatever their scheduler, payment tool, website host and email platform cost. Four or five subscriptions also mean four or five logins for you and several places your clients have to visit. If you want help putting a number on your own stack, our guide to running a coaching pricing audit walks through the cost side.

What hidden costs and gotchas should you know about?
The main gotchas are the 10-client cap on Spark, the missing payment and booking tools, the steep step up to Impact for branding, and the three-person ceiling on Collective. None of them are hidden in the sense of fine print; they are simply easy to overlook on a pricing page.
- Spark fills up fast. Ten clients is a small number for a working coach. If you also count past clients you still send resources to, you may hit the cap sooner than expected. Plan on Growth if your practice is past its first few months.
- No payments, no invoices. Quenza does not process client payments as listed in October 2026. Invoicing and digital products are marked planned. Your billing lives elsewhere, and so do its fees.
- No booking. Session scheduling and video calls are not among the listed plan features. Clients book in one place and do their work in another.
- Your brand costs extra. A custom logo arrives on Growth, but a custom domain and custom email sender wait until Impact at $125 a month ($100 yearly). On Spark and Growth, clients see Quenza's addresses.
- Landing pages are counted. One on Growth, three on Impact, five on Collective. They are not a replacement for a website.
- Automation means webhooks. Growth has one webhook, Impact two and Collective five. Connecting Quenza to your other tools often means paying for an automation service too.
- Team growth hits a wall. Collective stops at three professionals. A fourth coach means moving to Beyond, which has no public price.
- Annual means committing. The 20% discount requires paying for a year up front. If you are not sure Quenza fits, use the 30-day trial and then a month or two of monthly billing first.
- Data export is not documented. In the information we reviewed, Quenza does not document a full client data export; our September 2026 profile notes API access on Collective. Ask before you commit if leaving later matters to you.
- Small review base. A 4.3 Trustpilot score from 8 reviews is positive but thin, so read individual reviews rather than leaning on the average.
Is Quenza worth it for your type of coaching?
Quenza is worth it if your client work is mostly worksheets, exercises and structured reflection, and you already have booking and payments sorted elsewhere. It is harder to justify if you want one place to sell, schedule, deliver and market your coaching.
Coaches who work through exercises and worksheets
This is Quenza's home ground. A large activity library (100+ on Spark, 200+ on Growth, 400+ on Impact) and a client app for completing them make it a good fit for coaches whose sessions lean on written reflection between calls. If that describes you and your other tools already work, Growth at $40 a month yearly is reasonable value.
New coaches with a few clients
Spark is cheap, but a new coach usually needs booking, payment and a simple website more than an activity library. Spending $20 to $25 a month on Quenza and then paying separately for each of those adds up. A platform that covers the whole client journey is usually the better first purchase. See our page for new coaches.
Health and wellness coaches
Quenza's roots are in client engagement for coaches and therapists, so its worksheets suit wellbeing work. Two cautions apply to any platform. Coaching is not therapy or medical treatment: if a client describes symptoms of a mental health condition, disordered eating or a medical issue, refer them to a licensed professional, in line with the boundaries set out in the ICF Code of Ethics. And if you handle protected health information in the US, the HHS guidance on HIPAA explains when the rules apply; check each vendor's compliance terms with that in mind, and check with an attorney if you are unsure. Coachful is not HIPAA-certified and is not built for clinical records. For non-clinical health coaching, see our page for health coaches.
Fitness and nutrition coaches
Quenza's listed features centre on activities and programs, not workouts or meal plans. Fitness coaches usually need a workout builder, logging and nutrition targets. Coachful's Fitness & Nutrition pack covers those, with an illustrated exercise library and space for your own demo videos.
Group program coaches
Groups start on Growth, so that is your floor. Quenza handles the delivery of exercises to a group, but enrollment, payment, a cohort community and live group calls all sit outside it. If your business is built on cohorts, compare against group coaching software that handles the whole launch.
Small coaching teams
Collective works for up to three practitioners at $160 a month ($128 yearly). A fourth means a custom quote on Beyond. Teams that expect to grow past three, or need per-coach booking and payments, should look at platforms with seat-based team plans. See Coachful for teams.
How does Quenza pricing compare with Coachful and other coaching tools?
Quenza is one of the cheaper ways to deliver exercises to clients, but it covers fewer jobs than most coaching platforms at a similar price. We ranked the options below on four things: one login for the whole client journey, between-session delivery, total stack cost, and setup effort. On those criteria Coachful comes first.
| Tool | Entry price | Price around 40 clients | Client payments | Booking | Best for |
|---|---|---|---|---|---|
| Coachful | Lite: $29/month for up to 5 clients | Pro: $99/month with unlimited clients | Your own Stripe Connect or Razorpay account; 0% platform fee | Booking pages with two-way calendar sync and video links | Coaches who deliver programs and want to replace 4 to 6 tools |
| Quenza | $25/month ($20 yearly), 10 clients | Growth, $50/month ($40 yearly) | None today; invoicing marked planned | Not among listed features | Worksheet- and exercise-led client work |
| Practice Better | Free Sprout plan (3 clients); Starter $35/month ($25 yearly) | Professional, $69/month ($59 yearly), 300 clients | Practice Better Payments, powered by Stripe | Yes, with telehealth | Wellness and nutrition practitioners |
| Satori | Essentials $33/month ($27.50 yearly), 10 active paying clients | Pro, $49/month (50 active clients per our September 2026 profile) | Stripe or PayPal; no Satori charge | Yes | Solo coaches wanting a lean practice tool |
| Paperbell | $97/month ($80.83 yearly), single plan | Same single plan | Stripe or PayPal; no added transaction fee | Yes | Solo coaches selling session packages |
| CoachAccountable | $20/month, 2 active clients | Level 4, $250/month for 50 active clients | Processor fees apply | Yes, sessions | Action plans and metrics for small client loads |
Prices are as listed in October 2026 unless noted. A few observations:
- Quenza is cheap per client on Growth ($50 for up to 250), but you pay separately for booking and payments, which every other tool in the table includes in some form.
- Practice Better is the closest match for wellness practitioners and has a free tier, though evergreen programs, portal branding and SMS start on its $99 Plus plan. Our Practice Better pricing guide has the details.
- Paperbell charges one flat price for unlimited clients but has no courses, community or habit tracking. See our Paperbell pricing breakdown.
- CoachAccountable prices by active client, so it gets expensive quickly for group programs.
- Satori caps active clients per tier and has no landing pages, courses or community per our September 2026 profile.

Why do we recommend Coachful over Quenza for most coaches?
Because most coaches need more than a place to send exercises. Coachful covers the whole client journey, from the first booking and payment to the program, check-ins and community, with one login for you and one branded app for your clients.

What Coachful is. Coachful is a coaching platform. One subscription covers booking, payments, contracts, program delivery with habits and check-ins, courses, a community, a website with funnels and email, and an AI assistant called Michelle. It is built for coaches who deliver programs, not just sessions; solo coaches growing into a small team; and coaches replacing 4 to 6 tools. Current plans: Lite: $29/month for up to 5 clients; Solo: $49/month for up to 20 clients; Pro: $99/month with unlimited clients; Studio: $199/month with unlimited clients. Lower plans cap the number of clients, Pro is unlimited, and team plans add coach seats.

Between-session delivery, the part Quenza does well, done in the same place
Quenza's strength is what happens between sessions. Coachful covers that ground too: multi-week programs with weekly goals, daily tasks, habits, morning and evening check-ins, goals with progress bars and streaks. Each client record shows goals, check-ins, habits, notes, intake answers, payments and sessions, with a status of thriving, active, quiet or at risk so you can see who needs attention.

This short walkthrough shows how check-ins are set up and what clients see:

Booking and payments, the parts Quenza leaves out
Coachful's booking pages handle availability rules, buffers, minimum notice and time-zone detection, with two-way Google, Apple/iCloud and Outlook calendar sync and built-in video or auto-created Zoom, Meet or Teams links. Reminders go by email, plus SMS and WhatsApp once messaging is enabled. See Coachful's scheduling software.

Payments run through your own Stripe Connect or Razorpay account: one-time payments, subscriptions, payment plans, order bumps, coupons, refunds, Apple Pay and Google Pay. Coachful takes a 0% platform fee (since August 2026), so you pay only Stripe or Razorpay processing. Coaching agreements with e-signature go out before the first call and are stored on the client record. More on payments and coaching contracts.

Website, funnels and email
Where Quenza counts landing pages, Coachful includes a section-based website builder with a blog, custom domain, SEO settings and 30 designed homepage templates, plus booking, application, lead-magnet and checkout funnels and email sequences with triggers, delays and branching. See the coach website builder.

Michelle, the AI assistant
Michelle works from your live practice data: building programs, drafting emails, summarizing recorded sessions and briefing you before calls. Questions and planning are included in your Coachful membership; confirmed builds and changes use AI credits. More on the AI coaching assistant.
What Coachful does not do
Coachful is not HIPAA-certified and does not sign a BAA, so it is not for clinical record-keeping or insurance billing. It has no PayPal and no permanent free plan. The client app runs under the Coachful listing with your branding, not under your own App Store account. There is no Garmin, Fitbit, Whoop or Oura sync and no stock exercise videos. It is not a course marketplace and has no Salesforce or HubSpot integration. If any of those are essential, weigh them before you switch.
Why Coachful stands out: a free white-glove service. On every plan, you can ask the Coachful team to build something for you from Create > We'll build it for you: a website, a funnel, a sales page, a program, a course outline, an email sequence, a form or worksheet, and more. You describe what you want, attach up to 8 reference links and up to 10 files, and the team builds it inside your own account, usually within about 24 hours. Nothing is invented: no fake credentials, testimonials or prices; gaps are left for you to fill. For example, a leadership coach with a Squarespace renewal days away got one clean homepage with a repeated "talk with me" button, and a somatic coach leaving Kajabi had the homepage and About page rebuilt and the contact form connected. Read more about the free white-glove service. Quenza offers a full-service setup only on its custom-priced Beyond plan.

How to start. Start a free trial, then use the white-glove build to have your site, first program or funnel set up for you. Clients, programs and content are imported for you during onboarding, so you are not left rebuilding your client list and programs alone.
How can you save money on Quenza?
The biggest savings come from billing yearly once you are sure, choosing the plan that matches your real client count, and not paying for Impact unless your own domain truly matters.
- Use the full 30-day trial. No credit card is needed, so you can test it with real clients before paying anything.
- Switch to yearly billing once you are committed. The 20% discount saves $120 a year on Growth and $300 on Impact.
- Count active clients honestly. If you hover around 10, Growth avoids the scramble of hitting Spark's cap mid-month. If you are well under 250, there is no capacity reason to go to Impact.
- Skip Impact if you can live without a custom domain. The jump from $40 to $100 a month (yearly) is mostly branding and premium activities.
- Share Collective. Three practitioners on Collective pay about $43 each per month on yearly billing, against $40 each for three separate Growth plans. Collective earns the difference only if you need its team chat, API access or extra webhooks and landing pages.
- Audit the tools around it. The Quenza bill is often the smaller part of the total. If you pay for a scheduler, a payment platform, a website and an email tool beside it, consolidating them usually saves more than any plan change.

Frequently asked questions about Quenza pricing
How much does Quenza cost per month?
As listed in October 2026, Quenza costs $25 a month on Spark, $50 on Growth, $125 on Impact and $160 on Collective. Billed yearly, those become $20, $40, $100 and $128 a month. The Beyond plan is custom-priced.
Does Quenza have a free plan?
No. Quenza has no free plan. It offers a 30-day free trial with no credit card required, after which you choose a paid plan.
Does Quenza offer an annual discount?
Yes. Paying yearly takes 20% off every public plan. On Growth, that is $480 a year instead of $600 on monthly billing.
Does Quenza charge transaction fees?
No, because Quenza does not process client payments. As listed in October 2026, invoicing and digital products are marked as planned. You collect payments through another tool, and that tool's processing fees apply.
How many clients can I have on Quenza Spark?
Spark allows 10 clients for one professional. Growth raises that to 250, Impact to 400 and Collective to 500 shared across up to three professionals.
Does Quenza include scheduling or video calls?
Scheduling and video calls are not among the plan features Quenza lists in October 2026, and our September 2026 profile notes none. Most coaches use a separate scheduler and video tool beside it.
Which Quenza plan do I need for a custom domain?
Impact, at $125 a month or $100 a month billed yearly. Growth includes a custom logo but not a custom domain or custom email sender.
Is Quenza worth it compared with Coachful?
Quenza is a focused tool for sending activities and worksheets to clients. Coachful covers that between-session work plus booking, payments, contracts, courses, community, a website and email in one login. If you would otherwise run four or five tools beside Quenza, Coachful is the simpler stack; add up what those other tools cost to compare totals (current plans: Lite: $29/month for up to 5 clients; Solo: $49/month for up to 20 clients; Pro: $99/month with unlimited clients; Studio: $199/month with unlimited clients).
What is Coachful's free white-glove service?
On every Coachful plan, you can ask the team to build a website, funnel, program, course outline, email sequence or other asset inside your account, usually within about 24 hours. You describe what you want and attach references; nothing is invented, and gaps are left for you. It does not include recording videos, logo design or ad management.
Can I move my Quenza clients to Coachful?
Yes. During Coachful onboarding, clients, programs and content are imported for you. Ask Quenza how you can export your client data first, since a full export is not documented in what we reviewed.
