CoachVantage Pricing in 2026: Plans, Fees and What Coaches Pay

CoachVantage pricing in October 2026 comes down to two plans: Clarity at $39 per month ($35 per month billed annually) and Aha! at $59 per month ($53 per month billed annually). Both are priced per coach with unlimited contacts, both start with a 14-day free trial that needs no credit card, and CoachVantage takes no commission on what you earn, although Stripe or PayPal still charge their own processing fees. The real decision is whether Clarity's caps on booking pages, sales pages, e-signatures and courses fit the way you sell.
This guide walks through each plan line by line, every fee that sits on top of the subscription, what a coach actually pays at three practice sizes, the gotchas that push people to upgrade, and how CoachVantage compares with six alternatives. We make Coachful, a coaching platform that competes with CoachVantage, so we have kept vendor figures to what CoachVantage lists on its own pricing page in October 2026 and marked older profile details from September 2026 as such. We have not run a paid CoachVantage account ourselves; where we describe how it behaves, we say what the vendor documents and what public reviewers report.

How much does CoachVantage cost in 2026?
CoachVantage costs $39 or $59 per month per coach, or $420 or $636 per year if you pay annually. There is no free plan and no add-on menu on the pricing page as listed in October 2026. Annual billing saves 10%, which works out to $48 a year on Clarity and $72 a year on Aha!.
| Plan | Monthly billing | Annual billing (per month) | Annual total | Main limits |
|---|---|---|---|---|
| Clarity | $39/month | $35/month | $420/year | Unlimited contacts and engagements; 2 group programs, 2 sales pages, 2 booking pages, 4 e-signatures per month, 2 contract templates, 2 courses, 500 MB storage |
| Aha! | $59/month | $53/month | $636/year | Unlimited contacts, group programs (with cohorts), sales pages, booking pages and e-signatures; 5 contract templates, 5 courses, 1 GB storage |
A few things stand out in that table. First, neither plan caps clients, which is unusual in this category: CoachAccountable, Satori, Simply.Coach and Delenta all scale their price with the number of clients or client portals. Second, the gap between the two plans is only $20 a month, so the question is rarely "can I afford Aha!" and more often "do I hit Clarity's caps often enough to care". Third, both plans are per coach. If you add an associate coach, you are buying a second account, and the September 2026 profile notes no team or multi-coach features at all.
The 14-day trial needs no credit card, as listed in October 2026. That is enough time to build one booking page, one contract and one invoice and run a test client through them, which is the most useful thing to do before deciding between plans.
What does each CoachVantage plan include?
Clarity includes the full practice-management core: client portal, coaching log, unlimited invoices and forms, scheduling and integrations. Aha! keeps all of that, removes most of the caps and adds the ability to embed e-contracts inside sign-up pages.
Clarity ($39/month, $35/month annually)
Clarity is built for a solo coach running mostly 1:1 work. You get unlimited contacts and engagements, so a growing roster never forces an upgrade on its own. You also get a client portal, a coaching log that tracks your hours, unlimited invoices, unlimited forms, scheduling and the standard integrations.
The caps are where Clarity gets tight. Two booking pages means two distinct ways for people to book you, for example a discovery call and a paid session. Two sales pages and two group programs cover a small offer list. Four e-signatures per month limits you to four signed agreements a month, which is fine if you sign up one or two new clients a week and tight if you run a cohort launch. Two contract templates and two courses round out the list, with 500 MB of file storage.
Aha! ($59/month, $53/month annually)
Aha! is the plan for coaches who sell more than one or two offers or who run group work. Group programs, sales pages, booking pages and e-signatures all become unlimited, and group programs gain cohorts. Contract templates rise to five, courses to five and storage to 1 GB. The one genuinely new feature is embedding an e-contract directly in a sign-up page, so a new client signs the agreement as part of buying rather than in a separate step.
| Feature | Clarity | Aha! |
|---|---|---|
| Contacts and engagements | Unlimited | Unlimited |
| Client portal, coaching log, invoices, forms, scheduling, integrations | Included | Included |
| Group programs | 2 | Unlimited, with cohorts |
| Sales pages | 2 | Unlimited |
| Booking pages | 2 | Unlimited |
| E-signatures | 4 per month | Unlimited |
| Contract templates | 2 | 5 |
| Courses | 2 | 5 |
| Storage | 500 MB | 1 GB |
| E-contracts embedded in sign-up pages | No | Yes |

Clarity or Aha!: which CoachVantage plan should you pick?
Pick Clarity if you sell one or two offers, sign fewer than four new agreements a month and do not run cohorts. Pick Aha! if you run group programs with cohorts, sell several packages, launch to groups or want contract signing built into checkout.
A quick way to decide is to count three numbers from your last three months: how many different things people could book, how many agreements you sent, and how many group offers you ran. If any of those regularly goes above two (or above four for agreements), Clarity will feel like a set of small walls. The $20 monthly difference is less than the time most coaches would spend working around those walls, for example by merging session types or chasing signatures by email.
If you are unsure, start the trial on the features you will actually use and look at which limit you reach first. Because there is no add-on menu as listed in October 2026, you cannot buy extra e-signatures or a third booking page on their own; the only way past a Clarity cap is the Aha! plan.
What fees does CoachVantage charge on top of the plan?
CoachVantage charges no commission on client payments; its pricing page says "no commissions on the revenue you earn". The fees you still pay come from your payment processor, Stripe or PayPal, and from any outside tools you need for jobs CoachVantage does not cover.
| Fee type | What CoachVantage lists (October 2026) | What it means for you |
|---|---|---|
| Platform transaction fee | None ("no commissions on the revenue you earn") | CoachVantage keeps none of your client revenue |
| Payment processing | Stripe and PayPal fees apply | You pay your processor's percentage plus any fixed per-transaction charge on every client payment |
| Add-ons | None listed | Nothing to buy separately, but also no way to extend a single Clarity cap |
| Overages | None listed; caps are hard limits on Clarity | Hitting a cap means upgrading to Aha! |
| Extra coach seats | Priced per coach; no team features noted (September 2026 profile) | Each coach needs their own account, and there is no shared team view |
| Annual billing | 10% saving | $48 a year on Clarity, $72 a year on Aha! |
Processing is the fee that grows with your business. Card processors charge a percentage of each payment, partly to cover the interchange fee that card networks pass to the issuing bank, plus in many cases a small fixed amount per transaction. A useful rule of thumb: on every $1,000 you collect, each percentage point of processing costs $10. Check your own Stripe or PayPal account for the rate that applies in your country and for international cards, because those vary.
PayPal support matters to some coaches whose clients prefer it. CoachVantage supports both Stripe and PayPal, which is a real point in its favour if a meaningful share of your clients pay that way.
What does a coach actually pay for CoachVantage?
A solo coach on CoachVantage pays $35 to $59 a month for the platform itself, regardless of how many clients they have, plus payment processing and whatever separate tools they still need for a website, email marketing, community and video calls. Those extra tools are usually what decides the real monthly total.
The table below uses three example practice sizes. CoachVantage's price does not change with client count, so what changes is which plan the caps push you into and which other tools you keep. Coachful sits in the first row for comparison, priced for the same client counts.
| Platform | Example A: 5 clients, 1:1 only | Example B: 15 clients plus one group program | Example C: 40 clients, cohorts and courses | Tools still needed beside it |
|---|---|---|---|---|
| Coachful | Lite: $29/month for up to 5 clients | Solo: $49/month for up to 20 clients | Pro: $99/month with unlimited clients | Usually none: booking, payments, contracts, programs, courses, community, website, funnels and email are included in your Coachful membership; a Zoom account only if you prefer Zoom to built-in video |
| CoachVantage | Clarity: $39/month or $35/month annually | Clarity if two booking pages and four e-signatures a month are enough; otherwise Aha! at $59/month | Aha!: $59/month or $53/month annually | A website with a blog, an email marketing tool, a community space for groups, and often a Zoom subscription |
Example A: the new 1:1 coach
With five clients and two offers (a discovery call and a paid package), Clarity covers the core admin. You will still want a proper website, because the plan list covers sales pages rather than a full multi-page site with a blog, and you may want a simple email tool for a newsletter. Video is the other line item: the September 2026 profile notes that public reviewers describe the built-in CVMeet video as weak and that many users still run sessions on Zoom. Your total is $35 to $39 for CoachVantage plus whatever those two or three tools cost you, plus processing.
Example B: the growing practice
Fifteen clients plus a small group program is where Clarity starts to pinch. A third booking page (say, a group intro call) or a fifth agreement in a busy month pushes you to Aha! at $53 to $59. The outside tools stay the same as Example A, and if your group program needs a place for members to talk between calls, add a community tool to the list.
Example C: the group-heavy coach
Forty clients across cohorts and a couple of courses means Aha! for unlimited group programs with cohorts and five courses. Storage becomes the quiet constraint: 1 GB fills quickly once you upload course video, so most coaches in this position host video somewhere else. Add the website, email and community tools, and the CoachVantage subscription is often the smaller part of the monthly software bill.
Software is one input to your pricing, not the whole picture. If you are working out what to charge so these costs are covered, our guides on pricing coaching packages and the group coaching pricing calculator walk through the maths.

What hidden costs and gotchas should you know about?
The biggest gotchas are Clarity's hard caps, the per-coach pricing with no team features, and the jobs CoachVantage leaves to other tools. None are hidden in the sense of fine print; they are simply easy to miss on a two-column pricing page.
- Four e-signatures a month on Clarity. Every new client agreement uses one. A launch week that brings in six new group members can exhaust the month's allowance in a day.
- Two booking pages on Clarity. If you want separate pages for discovery calls, paid sessions and group intros, you need Aha!.
- Two courses and 500 MB of storage on Clarity. Video lessons are large files. Plan to host video elsewhere or move to Aha!, which still tops out at 1 GB and five courses.
- No add-ons to buy past a single cap. As listed in October 2026 there is no add-on menu, so one missing feature means the full plan upgrade.
- Per-coach pricing and no team view. The September 2026 profile notes no team or multi-coach features. Adding an associate means a second subscription and no shared calendar or client assignment.
- Video calls. Public reviewers in the September 2026 profile describe the built-in CVMeet as weak, and many users keep Zoom. Budget for it if you need reliable video.
- Website, email marketing and community live elsewhere. The plan list covers sales pages, booking pages and a client portal. A full site, newsletters and a group space are separate purchases.
- Thin public review evidence. CoachVantage's Trustpilot page showed 0 reviews when we checked in October 2026; an older Capterra profile showed 4.8 from 26 reviews (September 2026 profile). That is not a warning sign by itself, but it means fewer independent reports to go on.
- Annual commitment. Our notes from the pricing page do not include a refund policy for annual plans, so ask CoachVantage before you pay for a year upfront.
On data, the September 2026 profile reports one-click CSV export and import of contacts and a coaching log that exports to CSV. That makes leaving reasonably straightforward, which counts in CoachVantage's favour.
Is CoachVantage worth it for your kind of coaching?
CoachVantage is good value for a solo coach who runs mostly 1:1 engagements, wants contracts, invoices and a coaching log in one place and already has a website and email tool they like. It is weaker value for coaches who deliver programs between sessions, run communities, or plan to grow into a team.
New 1:1 coaches
Clarity's unlimited contacts and low entry price suit a coach building a first client list. The trade-off is that you will assemble the rest of your stack yourself. If you would rather have the website and email in the same login, compare the total before committing. Our page for new coaches covers what that looks like.
Coaches working toward an ICF credential
CoachVantage includes a coaching log on both plans, and the older profile reports it exports to CSV. That is useful for logging hours. Coachful goes a step further with ICF credential tracking that counts hours and distinct clients against ACC, PCC and MCC thresholds and exports an ICF client coaching log with paid and pro bono hours.

Group program and cohort coaches
Aha! handles unlimited group programs with cohorts, but there is no community feed or group chat in the plan list, so members need somewhere else to talk between calls. If group delivery is the centre of your business, look at group coaching software that includes cohorts, community and calls together.
Coaches growing into a team
This is the weakest fit. Per-coach pricing with no team features (September 2026 profile) means separate accounts and no shared view of clients. Coaches planning to hire should look at platforms with real seats and staff permissions, such as those covered on our teams page.
Health, wellness and fitness coaches
CoachVantage has no habit tracking, workout builder or nutrition tools in its plan list. Coaches in these niches often need between-session delivery: daily check-ins, habits and progress. Coaching is not treatment, so if a client needs diagnosis, clinical record-keeping or medical care, refer them to a licensed professional; tools built for clinical practice, such as Practice Better, exist for practitioners who do that work.
Where does Coachful fit, and why do we recommend it over CoachVantage?
Coachful is the stronger choice for most coaches comparing against CoachVantage because one membership covers what CoachVantage does plus the website, email, community and between-session delivery you would otherwise buy separately. Clients get one branded app, and you get one login.

What Coachful is. Coachful is a coaching platform. One subscription covers booking, payments, contracts, program delivery with habits and check-ins, courses, a community, a website with funnels and email, and an AI assistant, with one login for the coach and one branded app for the client. The company is based in Tallinn, Estonia, and holds a 4.5 rating from 21 reviews on Trustpilot.
Who it is for. Coaches who deliver programs, not just sessions; solo coaches growing into a small team; and coaches replacing four to six separate tools.
What it does that maps to CoachVantage's plans:
- Booking pages with availability rules, buffers, minimum notice and time-zone detection, two-way Google, Apple/iCloud and Outlook sync, and built-in video or auto-created Zoom, Meet or Teams links. See scheduling software.

- Payments through your own Stripe Connect or Razorpay account: one-time, subscriptions, payment plans, order bumps, coupons, refunds, Apple Pay and Google Pay, with an invoice per transaction plus manual invoices. Coachful has charged a 0% platform fee since August 2026; you pay only Stripe or Razorpay processing. More on coaching payment software.
- Coaching agreements with e-signature sent before the first call and stored on the client record.
- A client record with goals, check-ins, habits, notes, intake answers, tags, payments, sessions and an AI briefing, plus a thriving, active, quiet or at-risk status.
What it adds that CoachVantage leaves to other tools:
- Multi-week programs with weekly goals, daily tasks, habits, morning and evening check-ins, progress bars and streaks.
- Courses with modules, drip and completion tracking, plus downloads, videos, books and events, delivered in the client's branded home and app.
- A community feed, group chat, direct messages and video events, with cohort groups created automatically on program enrollment.
- A section-based website builder with blog, custom domain, SEO settings and 30 designed homepage templates, plus booking, application, lead-magnet and checkout funnels.
- Email lists, broadcasts and multi-step sequences with triggers, delays, branching and A/B splits.
- Michelle, the built-in AI assistant, which works from your live practice data to build programs, draft emails, summarize recorded sessions and brief you before sessions. Questions and planning are included in your Coachful membership; confirmed builds and changes use AI credits.
- Team plans (Studio and Agency) that add coach seats with per-coach availability and staff permissions.

What Coachful does not do. It is not HIPAA-certified and offers no BAA, so it is not for clinical record-keeping or insurance billing. There is no PayPal, which matters if your clients pay that way, and no permanent free plan. The client app ships under the Coachful listing with your branding rather than under your own App Store account. There is no Garmin, Fitbit, Whoop or Oura sync, no Salesforce or HubSpot integration, and no multi-stage sales deal board for large teams.
Here is a short walkthrough of how invoices and payments work inside Coachful:
Why Coachful stands out: a free white-glove service. On every plan, the Coachful team will build things for you inside your own account. From Create, choose "We'll build it for you", describe what you need (a website, funnel, sales page, program, course outline, email sequence, form, link in bio and more), and attach up to 8 reference links and up to 10 files such as logos, photos and existing copy. The team builds it, usually within about 24 hours, without inventing credentials, testimonials or prices; gaps are left for you to fill. Recent builds include a five-page site in sage and cream for a menopause and midlife health coach with every button leading to a free 20-minute consultation, and a 12-week mentorship sales page with a start-up-guide funnel and rewritten follow-up emails for a business mentor to beauty professionals. It does not cover recording videos, logo design, ad management or ongoing marketing. Read more about the free white-glove service.

How to start. Begin with a free trial, request a white-glove build of your website or first program, and bring your clients across; clients, programs and content are imported for you during onboarding. Monthly plans cancel in one click. Current plans: (Lite: $29/month for up to 5 clients; Solo: $49/month for up to 20 clients; Pro: $99/month with unlimited clients; Studio: $199/month with unlimited clients).

How does CoachVantage pricing compare with the alternatives?
CoachVantage is one of the cheaper options in coaching practice software and one of the few that never charges more for extra clients. Coachful replaces the website, email and community tools that sit beside CoachVantage, which is why we put it first on total stack cost.
Criteria for the table: one login for the whole client journey, between-session delivery, total monthly stack cost, and setup effort including the free white-glove build.
| Platform | Entry price (October 2026) | Unlimited clients from | Free trial | Fee on client payments | Best for |
|---|---|---|---|---|---|
| Coachful | Lite: $29/month for up to 5 clients | Pro: $99/month with unlimited clients | A free trial | 0% platform fee; Stripe or Razorpay processing only | Coaches who deliver programs and want booking, payments, website, email, community and client app in one login |
| CoachVantage | $39/month ($35 annually) | $39/month (every plan) | 14 days, no card | No commission; Stripe or PayPal fees | Solo 1:1 coaches who want contracts, invoices and a coaching log |
| Paperbell | $97/month ($80.83 annually) | $97/month (single plan) | Trial offered; 30-day money-back guarantee | No added fee; Stripe or PayPal fees | Solo coaches who want one flat price for admin and a simple site |
| Practice Better | $0 (3 clients); paid from $35/month | $99/month (Plus) | 14 days (30 on Team) | No platform fee stated; Stripe-powered payments | Wellness and nutrition practitioners who need charting |
| CoachAccountable | $20/month (2 active clients) | No unlimited tier; $400/month for 100 active clients | 30 days, no card | Not stated; processor fees apply | Coaches focused on action plans and metrics with small rosters |
| Satori | $33/month ($27.50 annually) for 10 active paying clients | No unlimited paid tier listed; Leader at $124/month | 15 days, no card during trial | No Satori charge; Stripe or PayPal fees | Coaches who bill only for active clients |
| Delenta | $29/month ($19.08 annually) for 10 client portals | $79/month (Premium) | 14 days per headline (page also says 7) | No added fee; Stripe or PayPal fees | Coaches who want a portal plus courses on the top plan |
Paperbell is the closest like-for-like admin tool, priced as one plan at $97 a month, as listed in October 2026. It includes a simple website, which CoachVantage does not, but the older profile notes no courses, community or goal tracking. Our Paperbell pricing guide has the details.

CoachAccountable prices by active client, from $20 a month for two clients up to $400 a month for 100. For a small, deep 1:1 roster it can undercut CoachVantage; for group programs it gets expensive quickly, which is where CoachVantage's unlimited contacts win.

Practice Better has a free Sprout plan for three clients and paid plans from $35 a month, with unlimited clients from Plus at $99. It is built for wellness and nutrition practitioners who need charting and telehealth. See our Practice Better pricing breakdown.

Satori and Delenta both start below CoachVantage's Aha! plan but cap clients or client portals on their lower tiers, so the cheaper sticker price only holds while your roster stays small. For the full ranked list, read our CoachVantage alternatives roundup, the Coachful vs CoachVantage page, or browse every head-to-head on our comparison hub.
How can you save money on CoachVantage?
The simplest saving is annual billing, which cuts 10%, or $48 to $72 a year. Beyond that, the savings come from matching the plan to your real usage and from cutting tools you are paying for twice.
- Pay annually once you are sure. Use the monthly plan for a month or two after the trial, then switch to annual when the setup is stable. Ask about refunds on annual plans first.
- Use the full 14-day trial with a real workflow. Build your booking page, contract and invoice and run a test client through them. This tells you whether Clarity's caps will bite before you pay anything.
- Audit your caps before upgrading. If the only reason for Aha! is one extra booking page, check whether two well-structured pages cover your offers. If you hit several caps, upgrade without hesitation; the $20 gap is small.
- Compare Stripe and PayPal costs for your clients. Processing is the fee that grows with revenue. Look at the effective rate in each account, including international cards and currency conversion.
- Count the tools beside it. Add up your website, email, community and video subscriptions. If they cost more than CoachVantage itself, an all-in-one platform may be cheaper overall.
- Treat it as a business expense. In the US, ordinary and necessary business software is generally deductible; the IRS explains the rules on its business expenses page. Rules differ by country and situation, so check with an accountant.
- Price your offers to cover software. A software bill is a fixed cost of delivery. Our guides on value-based pricing and running a pricing audit show how to fold it into your rates.
