CoachVantage Review 2026: Features, Pricing and Verdict

This CoachVantage review gives the short answer first: CoachVantage is a well-priced practice manager for 1:1 coaches who want contracts, scheduling, invoices, a client portal and a coaching log in one place, with no cap on clients. It is a weaker fit if you sell group programs and courses at scale, want a website and email marketing under the same login, or need clients doing daily work between sessions. Below we cover what it does for each job in a coaching business, what both plans cost as listed in October 2026, what the public review record shows, and which alternatives fit better.
We make Coachful, a competing coaching platform, so read our comparisons with that in mind. We have not used CoachVantage hands-on for this article. Everything below comes from what CoachVantage documents on its own pricing and feature pages, what public review sites showed when we checked, and an older profile we kept from September 2026, which we label wherever we rely on it.
What is our CoachVantage review verdict?
CoachVantage is worth it for a solo 1:1 coach who wants tidy admin at a low, predictable price, and it is not worth it for coaches building a program business with marketing, community and daily client accountability. The verdict box below sums up who should buy and who should skip.
- Who it suits: independent life, executive, career and business coaches who sell 1:1 engagements, want e-signed agreements and invoices, and are logging hours toward an ICF credential.
- Who should skip: coaches who need a full website, funnels and email sequences; coaches running large cohorts or many courses; teams with several coaches (our September 2026 profile found no multi-coach features); anyone who wants habit tracking and daily check-ins inside a client app.
- Price: Clarity at $39 a month ($35 a month billed yearly) and Aha! at $59 a month ($53 a month billed yearly), as listed in October 2026. Unlimited contacts on both. 14-day free trial with no credit card.
- Public rating: CoachVantage's Trustpilot page had 0 reviews when we checked on 25 October 2026. Our September 2026 profile recorded a Capterra rating of 4.8 from 26 reviews; Capterra blocked our check in October, so treat that figure as dated.
- Our recommendation: if you only need 1:1 admin, CoachVantage is a fair buy. If you want one login for marketing, selling, delivery and the client experience, Coachful covers more of the business and is the platform we recommend.

What is CoachVantage?
CoachVantage is web-based coaching practice management software: a CRM, scheduling, e-signature contracts, invoices, forms, a branded client portal, group programs, small online courses and an automatic coaching log. It is priced per coach with unlimited clients, which is its main selling point against tools that charge per active client.
Its pricing page leads with a list of promises: no "free forever" plan, no lock-in, no limit on how many clients you coach, no extra charge for branding and no commission on your revenue. Two plans, Clarity and Aha!, share the same feature set and differ mainly in how many group programs, sales pages, booking pages, e-signatures, contract templates and courses you can create.
The product sits in the same family as Paperbell, Satori, CoachAccountable, Simply.Coach and Delenta: tools that run the back office of a coaching practice. It is not a website builder, an email marketing tool or a community platform, and it does not present itself as one. That framing matters for the rest of this review, because most of CoachVantage's limits only show up if you expect it to run the front of your business too.
CoachVantage also offers what it calls white glove migration support at no cost for coaches moving from another platform, and promises support replies in under 4 hours and no later than 12 hours, weekends included. Support runs through email, in-app chat and a knowledge base.
How does CoachVantage handle marketing?
CoachVantage handles marketing only at the point of conversion: hosted sign-up pages for 1:1 programs, booking pages and branding, but no website builder, blog, funnels or email broadcasts are listed on its pricing page. You will still need a separate website and email tool to attract and nurture leads.
What it does give you:
- 1:1 coaching program sales pages. CoachVantage hosts branded landing pages that enroll a client in a program. You can embed them in your own website or share the link by email and social media. Clarity allows 2; Aha! is unlimited.
- Booking pages. Embeddable scheduling pages with an intake form and payment. Clarity allows 2; Aha! is unlimited.
- Personal branding. A sub-domain in the form yourbrand.coachvantage.com, plus your logo and colors on the client portal, invoices, emails and landing pages. There is no extra charge for branding.
That is a sensible set for a coach whose leads arrive by referral or from an existing website. It is thin for a coach who wants to run a lead magnet, a webinar registration page or a nurture sequence. Those jobs need another subscription alongside CoachVantage, and the cost of that stack is worth adding up before you compare prices. Our CoachVantage pricing breakdown walks through that total. For contrast, this is what funnels look like when they live in the same account as your clients:

Honest note: the Clarity cap of 2 sales pages and 2 booking pages is easy to hit. A typical solo practice has a discovery call, a single session and one or two packages, which already needs three or four pages.
How does CoachVantage handle selling and payments?
CoachVantage takes payments through Stripe and PayPal, sends one-off and recurring invoices, and charges no commission on your revenue; only the processor's fees apply. On Aha! you can embed the e-contract in a program sign-up page, so a client signs and pays in one flow.
The selling toolkit as documented in October 2026:
- Invoices: unlimited one-off and recurring invoices on both plans, branded with your logo. Clients pay by card or PayPal, and you can record manual payments such as cash or check.
- Paid bookings: booking pages can take payment at the time of booking.
- E-signatures: contracts with drag-and-drop signer fields, reminders and an audit trail for each signed document. Clarity allows 4 signature requests a month and 2 templates; Aha! has unlimited signatures and 5 templates.
- Contracts inside sign-up: embedding the e-contract in the sign-up page is an Aha! feature only.
PayPal support is a real advantage for coaches whose clients prefer it. The constraint is the Clarity signature quota: 4 contracts a month is fine for a coach taking on a couple of new clients each month, but a group launch or a busy quarter will push you onto Aha!. If e-signed agreements are central to how you onboard, read our guide to coaching contracts for what a good agreement covers.
What the pricing page does not list: payment plans with order bumps, coupons, bundles or tax handling. CoachVantage may handle some of these through Stripe, but we could not confirm them from the pages we checked, so ask on your trial if you need them. In Coachful, every transaction produces an invoice, and you can add manual invoices too.

How does CoachVantage handle coaching delivery?
CoachVantage delivers coaching through engagements: each client gets shared notes, files, goals, assignments, forms and session history in the portal, and the coaching log records your hours automatically. Group programs and courses exist but are capped, especially on Clarity.
- Coaching engagements: unlimited on both plans. You track progress, set goals and assignments, and share notes and files.
- Resource library: you and your clients can both upload documents, worksheets, PDFs and videos. Storage is 500 MB on Clarity and 1 GB on Aha!, which fills quickly if you host video.
- Forms: unlimited forms for intake and session check-ins, with responses viewable in aggregate charts.
- Group coaching: 2 group programs on Clarity with no cohort management; unlimited groups with cohorts on Aha!.
- Online courses: Aha! allows 5. Clarity is listed as 2 courses in the plan summary but 1 course in the plan comparison table on the same page, so confirm the number before you plan around it.
- Coaching log: paid and pro bono hours are logged automatically and export to CSV to support an ICF credential application. This is one of CoachVantage's most useful features for coaches working toward ACC or PCC. Our ICF hour tracking page explains what the log needs to contain.
- Video: CoachVantage integrates with Zoom and Google Meet. Our September 2026 profile noted that its built-in video, CVMeet, was reported as weak and that many users still run sessions on Zoom.
The delivery model suits session-based coaching well. Where it is thinner is the time between sessions. Goals and assignments are there, but the pages we checked do not describe daily habit tracking, morning and evening check-ins, streaks or a multi-week program structure with weekly goals. If your results depend on clients doing small things every day, that gap matters more than any price difference. Our guide to coaching session notes software covers the session side in more depth.
On credential tracking, CoachVantage and Coachful are close. Coachful's panel counts hours and distinct clients against each ICF level rather than only logging them:

What is the CoachVantage client experience like?
Clients get a branded web portal at your CoachVantage sub-domain, where they can book sessions, see shared notes and files, view goals, fill in forms and pay invoices. It is a clean, practical portal rather than an app clients open every day.
For a client in a monthly 1:1 engagement, that is usually enough: they arrive before a session, check the agreed actions, maybe upload a reflection, and leave. For a client in a 12-week program with daily practices, there is less to come back for. The pricing and feature pages we checked do not mention a native mobile app, community feed, group chat or habit streaks, so plan on the portal being a place clients visit, not a place they live in.
Compare that with the client side of Coachful, where the client's home shows their journey, sessions, progress and documents, and the habit tracker gives them a reason to open the app each day.

How does CoachVantage handle admin and data?
Admin is CoachVantage's strongest area: unlimited contacts with tags and bulk actions, two-way calendar sync, recurring appointments, cancellation and reschedule policies, and CSV export of contacts and the coaching log.
- CRM: unlimited contacts on both plans, categorized and tagged so you can search and act on groups.
- Scheduling: self-booking, time zone conversion, intake forms on booking pages, recurring appointments, cancel and reschedule policies, email reminders, and two-way sync with Google Calendar, iCloud, Outlook, Exchange and Office 365.
- Integrations: Zoom, Google Meet, Stripe, PayPal and those calendars. CoachVantage also lists Automations and a Marketplace in its feature menu, which we did not review in detail.
- Data export: our September 2026 profile recorded one-click CSV export and import of contacts and a CSV export of the coaching log.
- Team use: the same profile found no team or multi-coach features. The pricing page lists only two single-coach plans and no team tier, which is consistent with that.
If you are a solo coach, this is a well-rounded admin layer. If you plan to add an associate coach in the next year, check with CoachVantage directly before committing, because moving platforms later costs more than choosing for growth now. Our page on scheduling software for coaches lists what to test on any booking system during a trial.
How much does CoachVantage cost in 2026?
CoachVantage costs $39 a month on Clarity or $59 a month on Aha!, with 10% off when billed yearly ($35 and $53 a month). Both include unlimited contacts and coaching engagements, there is no free plan, and the 14-day trial needs no credit card.

Over a year that works out to $420 for Clarity billed yearly against $468 billed monthly, and $636 for Aha! billed yearly against $708 billed monthly. Because neither plan charges per client, the price does not rise as your roster grows, which is the clearest argument for CoachVantage.
The table compares those plans with Coachful's entry and unlimited plans, as listed in October 2026.
| Platform and plan | Monthly price | Billed yearly | Clients | Main limits |
|---|---|---|---|---|
| Coachful (entry and unlimited plans) | Entry: Lite: $29/month for up to 5 clients | Unlimited: Pro: $99/month with unlimited clients | Lower plans cap clients; Pro is unlimited | Website, funnels, email, programs, courses, community and AI assistant included in your Coachful membership; 0% platform fee |
| CoachVantage Clarity | $39 | $35 a month | Unlimited | 2 group programs (no cohorts), 2 sales pages, 2 booking pages, 4 e-signatures a month, 2 contract templates, 1 or 2 courses, 500 MB |
| CoachVantage Aha! | $59 | $53 a month | Unlimited | Unlimited groups with cohorts, sales pages, booking pages and e-signatures; 5 contract templates, 5 courses, 1 GB |
The plan differences in one view:
| Limit | Clarity | Aha! |
|---|---|---|
| Contacts and coaching engagements | Unlimited | Unlimited |
| Group coaching programs | 2, no cohorts | Unlimited, with cohorts |
| 1:1 program sales pages | 2 | Unlimited |
| Booking pages | 2 | Unlimited |
| E-signature requests | 4 a month | Unlimited |
| Contract templates | 2 | 5 |
| Online courses | 2 in the plan summary, 1 in the comparison table | 5 |
| File storage | 500 MB | 1 GB |
| E-contract embedded in sign-up page | No | Yes |
| Invoices and forms | Unlimited | Unlimited |
On costs beyond the subscription: CoachVantage takes no commission, but Stripe and PayPal charge their usual processing fees. The bigger extra is whatever you pay for a website and email platform, since neither is listed in the plans. For a full worked example of the total, see our CoachVantage pricing guide.

What do public reviewers say about CoachVantage?
The public review record for CoachVantage is small and dated: its Trustpilot page had no reviews when we checked on 25 October 2026, and the most recent figure we hold is a Capterra rating of 4.8 from 26 reviews, recorded in September 2026. G2 and Capterra blocked our October check, so we could not read the current reviews themselves.
That leaves us with less to report than for larger tools, and we would rather say so than fill the gap. What we can report:
- The score is high. A 4.8 average from 26 reviews suggests the coaches who chose CoachVantage and took time to review it were broadly satisfied. With a sample that small, one or two reviews move the average, so treat it as a positive signal rather than a verdict.
- Built-in video is the clearest complaint. Our September 2026 profile recorded reports that CVMeet, CoachVantage's built-in video, was weak, and that many users run their sessions on Zoom instead. Since Zoom and Google Meet both integrate, this is a workaround rather than a blocker.
- Team features were missing. The same profile noted no team or multi-coach features, which matters to coaches planning to grow beyond one practitioner.
CoachVantage's own pricing page states its position plainly:
No limits on how many clients you can coach. No extra charges to brand your account. No commissions on the revenue you earn.
The fairest reading is that CoachVantage does what it says for the coaches it targets, and the complaints sit at the edges of that scope: video quality and growth beyond one coach. Before you buy, use the 14-day trial to run a real client through booking, contract, invoice and portal, and read the newest reviews on whichever review site is accessible to you.
What are the CoachVantage pros and cons?
CoachVantage's pros are price, unlimited clients and well-built admin; its cons are the Clarity caps, no marketing tools and little support for client work between sessions.
| Pros | Cons |
|---|---|
| Unlimited contacts and engagements on both plans, so cost does not grow with your roster | Clarity caps sales pages, booking pages and e-signatures at levels a growing practice outgrows quickly |
| Low entry price: $39 a month, or $35 billed yearly | No website builder, funnels or email marketing listed, so you need extra tools |
| Stripe and PayPal, with no commission on revenue | Built-in video reported as weak (September 2026 profile); many users rely on Zoom |
| E-signatures with an audit trail, and contracts embedded in sign-up on Aha! | No team or multi-coach features found (September 2026 profile) |
| Automatic coaching log with CSV export for ICF applications | No documented habit tracking, daily check-ins or community feed for between-session work |
| Two-way sync with Google, iCloud, Outlook, Exchange and Office 365 | Small storage: 500 MB on Clarity and 1 GB on Aha! |
| Free migration help and fast documented support response times | Thin public review record: no Trustpilot reviews and a small, dated Capterra sample |
Who is CoachVantage best for?
CoachVantage is best for a solo coach who sells 1:1 engagements, already has a website and an email tool, and wants a single affordable system for contracts, scheduling, invoices, notes and the coaching log.
Three profiles fit especially well:
- The coach in training. CoachVantage itself recommends Clarity for coaches in training and those starting out. The automatic coaching log and unlimited pro bono clients make it practical while you build hours toward ACC.
- The referral-based executive or business coach. If clients come through introductions and organizations, you need clean contracts, invoices and session history more than funnels. CoachVantage covers that without per-client fees.
- The coach who wants PayPal. Plenty of coaching platforms run on Stripe alone. If your clients ask to pay by PayPal, CoachVantage supports it on both plans.
It is a weaker fit for:
- Coaches whose income depends on launches, webinars or lead magnets, since marketing pages and email sit outside the product.
- Coaches running group programs, memberships or several courses, where Clarity's caps bite and even Aha! stops at 5 courses and 1 GB.
- Health, fitness and habit-based coaches whose clients need daily tasks, check-ins and streaks.
- Practices with more than one coach. See our page for coaching teams if that is you.
What are the best CoachVantage alternatives?
The best CoachVantage alternative for most coaches is Coachful, because it puts marketing, selling, delivery and the client app under one login, so you replace CoachVantage plus your website and email tools rather than adding to them. Paperbell, CoachAccountable, Satori and Practice Better suit narrower needs.
We ranked them on four things: one login for the whole client journey, support for client work between sessions, total stack cost once you add a website and email, and setup effort, including the free white-glove build. Prices are as listed in October 2026 for the cheapest plan that covers 15 clients.
| Platform | Plan for 15 clients | Monthly price | Website and email included | Between-session tools |
|---|---|---|---|---|
| Coachful | Smallest plan with room for 15 clients | Solo: $49/month for up to 20 clients | Yes: website, funnels, email sequences | Habits, daily check-ins, streaks, programs, community, client app |
| CoachVantage | Clarity | $39 ($35 billed yearly) | No | Goals, assignments, forms in a web portal |
| Paperbell | Single plan | $97 ($80.83 billed yearly) | Simple website | No goal or habit tracking (September 2026 profile) |
| Satori | Pro (Essentials caps at 10 active clients) | $49 ($40.83 billed yearly) | No landing pages (September 2026 profile) | Packages and programs in a client portal |
| Practice Better | Professional | $69 ($59 billed yearly) | No website or funnels (September 2026 profile) | Programs, charting, client portal |
| Simply.Coach | Growth | $49 | Not listed | Programs and client portal |
| Delenta | Pro | $49 ($39.08 billed yearly) | Not listed | Client portals; courses only on Premium |
| CoachAccountable | Level 3 (20 active clients) | $120 | No (September 2026 profile) | Action plans, metrics, worksheets |

1. Coachful: best overall CoachVantage alternative

Coachful is a coaching platform where one subscription covers booking, payments, contracts, program delivery with habits and check-ins, courses, a community, a website with funnels and email, and an AI assistant. The coach has one login, and the client gets one branded app. It is built for coaches who deliver programs rather than just sessions, solo coaches growing into a small team, and coaches replacing four to six separate tools.
Where CoachVantage stops at admin, Coachful carries on into marketing and daily delivery:
- Marketing: a section-based website builder with a blog, custom domain, SEO settings and 30 designed homepage templates; booking, application, lead-magnet and checkout funnels with pixels and UTM tracking; email lists, broadcasts and multi-step sequences with triggers, delays, branching and A/B splits.
- Selling: payments through your own Stripe Connect or Razorpay account, with one-time payments, subscriptions, payment plans, order bumps, coupons, refunds, Apple Pay, Google Pay and Stripe Tax. Coachful takes a 0% platform fee (since August 2026); only processing fees apply. Coaching agreements are e-signed before the first call and stored on the client record.
- Delivery: multi-week programs with weekly goals, daily tasks, habits, morning and evening check-ins, goals with progress bars and streaks; courses with modules, drip and completion tracking; a community feed, group chat and video events, with cohort groups created automatically on enrollment.
- Scheduling: booking pages with availability rules, buffers and minimum notice; two-way Google, Apple/iCloud and Outlook sync; built-in video or auto-created Zoom, Meet or Teams links; email reminders plus SMS and WhatsApp reminders once messaging is enabled.
- Credentials: ICF tracking counts coaching hours and distinct clients against ACC, PCC and MCC thresholds and exports an ICF client coaching log with paid and pro bono hours, matching CoachVantage's strongest feature.
- AI: Michelle, the built-in assistant, works from your live practice data to build programs, draft emails, summarize recorded sessions and brief you before sessions. Questions and planning are included in the membership; confirmed builds and changes use AI credits.
- Teams: Studio and Agency plans add coach seats with per-coach availability and staff permissions.

This short walkthrough shows how a program is built and delivered in Coachful:

What Coachful does not do, so you can rule it out quickly: it is not HIPAA-certified and offers no BAA, so it is not for clinical record-keeping or insurance billing. There is no PayPal and no permanent free plan. The client app ships under the Coachful listing with your branding, not under your own App Store account. There is no Garmin, Fitbit, Whoop or Oura sync, no multi-stage sales deal board for large teams and no Salesforce or HubSpot integration. Health and wellness coaches should keep the usual scope line: coaching is not treatment, and clients with medical or mental health needs should be referred to a licensed professional.
Why Coachful stands out: a free white-glove service. On every plan, you can ask the Coachful team to build something for you from Create, under "We'll build it for you". Describe your website, funnel, sales page, program, course outline, email sequence, form or automation, attach up to 8 reference links and up to 10 files such as your logo, photos and existing copy, and the team builds it inside your own account, usually within about 24 hours. Nothing is invented: no fake credentials, testimonials or prices, and gaps are left for you to fill. One recent example: a leadership coach with a Squarespace renewal days away got one clean homepage with a repeated "talk with me" button. Another, a business mentor for beauty professionals, got a 12-week mentorship sales page, a free start-up-guide funnel and rewritten follow-up emails. The service does not cover recording videos, logo design, ad management or ongoing marketing. Read more about the free white-glove service.

Moving from CoachVantage is simple to start: export your contacts and coaching log to CSV, and during onboarding your clients, programs and content are imported for you. Start a free trial, then request the white-glove build for your website or first program. Current plans: Lite: $29/month for up to 5 clients; Solo: $49/month for up to 20 clients; Pro: $99/month with unlimited clients; Studio: $199/month with unlimited clients. Monthly plans cancel in one click. Our Coachful review covers where it falls short too.
Pick CoachVantage over Coachful if you only run 1:1 engagements, your clients need to pay by PayPal, you already pay for a website and email tool you like, and you want unlimited clients on the lowest possible plan.
2. Paperbell: simplest all-in-one admin

Paperbell is single-plan admin for solo coaches: booking, packages, payments, contracts, a client portal and a simple website. It costs $97 a month or $80.83 a month billed yearly, as listed in October 2026, with unlimited clients and a 30-day money-back guarantee. Its Trustpilot rating was 3.5 from 14 reviews when we checked. Our September 2026 profile found no courses, community, or goal and habit tracking, and no native mobile app. See our Paperbell review.
Pick it over Coachful if you want the fewest settings possible, sell simple session packages and do not need programs, courses or a community.
3. Satori: best for coaches in certification

Satori is a coaching practice tool with scheduling, a client portal, packages, invoices and contracts. Only active clients count toward billing. Its free Scholar plan covers unlimited pro bono clients for people studying for a coaching certification (by application), and paid plans start with Essentials at $33 a month for up to 10 active paying clients, as listed in October 2026. Our September 2026 profile found no native mobile app, no native Zoom integration, and no landing pages, courses or community.
Pick it over Coachful if you are still in coach training, coach mostly pro bono clients and want Satori's no-cost Scholar plan while you log hours.
4. CoachAccountable: deepest client accountability back office

CoachAccountable is a coaching back office built around action plans, metrics, worksheets, courses, invoicing and agreements. It prices per active client: $20 a month for 2 clients up to $400 a month for 100, as listed in October 2026, with a 30-day trial and no card. Its Trustpilot rating was 4.8 from 47 reviews when we checked. That per-client model gets expensive for large group programs, and our September 2026 profile found no website, landing pages or marketing automation.
Pick it over Coachful if you coach a small number of high-value clients and want very detailed metrics and action-plan tracking more than marketing or community.
5. Practice Better: best for wellness and nutrition practitioners

Practice Better is practice management for wellness and nutrition practitioners: scheduling, telehealth, charting, billing, programs and a client portal. Plans run from a free Sprout plan for 3 clients to Plus at $99 a month for unlimited clients, as listed in October 2026, and its Trustpilot rating was 3.8 from 87 reviews when we checked. Evergreen programs, portal branding, a custom URL and SMS start on Plus. See our Practice Better review.
Pick it over Coachful if your work involves charting and you need practitioner-style records rather than a coaching program and marketing stack.
Two more names come up often. Simply.Coach caps coachees, contracts and programs on every solo tier below Leap, and Delenta reserves its course creator and mobile app for Premium; both are reasonable CoachVantage peers, but neither changes the core trade-off this review describes. Our comparison hub covers them side by side.
Is CoachVantage worth it? Our final verdict
CoachVantage is worth it if you are a solo 1:1 coach who wants affordable, unlimited-client admin and already has your marketing handled elsewhere. It is honest software with a clear scope: contracts, scheduling, invoices, a client portal and a coaching log, at $39 or $59 a month.
The catches are predictable. Clarity's caps on booking pages, sales pages and e-signatures push most active practices to Aha!. The website, funnels and email you need to find clients live in other subscriptions. And the portal is built for the session, not for the days between sessions where most client change happens.
If your business is moving toward programs, groups or courses, or you want to stop paying for four or five tools, Coachful is the stronger choice. You get one login for the whole client journey, a branded client app with habits and check-ins, and a free white-glove build to get your website or first program live without doing it all yourself.
CoachVantage review FAQ
Is CoachVantage legit?
Yes. CoachVantage is a coaching practice management tool with published pricing, a 14-day trial with no credit card, and documented terms, privacy, GDPR and DPA pages. Our September 2026 profile recorded a Capterra rating of 4.8 from 26 reviews, although its Trustpilot page had no reviews when we checked in October 2026.
How much does CoachVantage cost?
As listed in October 2026, Clarity costs $39 a month or $35 a month billed yearly, and Aha! costs $59 a month or $53 a month billed yearly. Both include unlimited contacts and coaching engagements. Stripe and PayPal processing fees apply on top, but CoachVantage takes no commission.
Does CoachVantage have a free plan?
No. CoachVantage says it deliberately avoids "free forever" plans. It offers a 14-day free trial with no credit card needed instead.
Does CoachVantage have a website builder or email marketing?
Not as listed on its pricing page. It hosts branded program sign-up pages and booking pages that you can embed in your own site, but a full website, funnels and email sequences need separate tools.
Can CoachVantage track ICF coaching hours?
Yes. Its coaching log records paid and pro bono hours automatically and exports to CSV to support a credential application. Coachful also tracks hours and distinct clients against ACC, PCC and MCC thresholds and exports an ICF client coaching log.
Does CoachVantage work for coaching teams?
Our September 2026 profile found no team or multi-coach features, and the pricing page lists only two single-coach plans. If you plan to add coaches, ask CoachVantage directly during your trial or look at platforms with team seats.
What video tool does CoachVantage use?
CoachVantage integrates with Zoom and Google Meet and has its own built-in video, CVMeet. Our September 2026 profile noted that CVMeet was reported as weak and that many users run sessions on Zoom instead.
What is the difference between CoachVantage Clarity and Aha!?
Aha! removes the caps on group programs, sales pages, booking pages and e-signatures, adds cohorts within groups, raises contract templates to 5, courses to 5 and storage to 1 GB, and lets you embed e-contracts in sign-up pages. Clarity keeps the same core features with tighter limits.
What is Coachful's free white-glove service?
It is a build service included on every Coachful plan. You describe what you want, such as a website, funnel, program or email sequence, attach references and files, and the Coachful team builds it inside your account, usually within about 24 hours. It does not include video recording, logo design, ads or ongoing marketing.
What is the best alternative to CoachVantage?
For most coaches who want marketing, selling, delivery and the client app under one login, Coachful is the best alternative. Paperbell suits coaches who want the simplest single-plan admin, and Satori suits coaches still in certification. See our CoachVantage alternatives ranking for the full list.
