WithMe Review 2026: Features, Pricing and Verdict for Coaches

WithMe Review 2026: Features, Pricing and Verdict for Coaches

This WithMe review is for coaches deciding whether a creator hub can run their practice. Short answer: WithMe is an affordable, single-plan storefront for selling courses, memberships, communities, digital products and paid calls, with email and Instagram comment-to-DM included. It is a good fit if you sell content to an audience. It is a weaker fit if your coaching depends on structured 1:1 programs, client check-ins, contracts and a calendar that syncs both ways, because WithMe documents little of that.

We make Coachful, a coaching platform that competes with WithMe for some of the same coaches, so read this with that in mind. We have not run a WithMe account for this article. Everything below comes from what WithMe publishes on its own pricing page and help center, what public review sites show, and our vendor research from October 2026.

What is the verdict on WithMe for coaches?

WithMe suits creator coaches who sell to followers: one plan, 0% WithMe commission and a lot of selling tools for $25 a month billed yearly. Coaches who run private client programs should look elsewhere, because WithMe's coaching tools are thin next to its selling tools.

  • Who it suits: fitness, wellness and lifestyle creators with an Instagram audience who sell courses, memberships, a community and occasional paid calls, and who want one cheap plan instead of a link-in-bio tool, a course platform and a DM bot.
  • Who should skip it: coaches whose income comes from 1:1 or small-group programs with weekly goals, habits, check-ins, signed agreements and reminders; coaches with a team of other coaches; anyone who needs a documented full data export.
  • Public rating: 3.8 on Trustpilot from 2 reviews (seen on 2026-10-29). Two reviews is too few to say anything about how WithMe treats its customers.
  • Price: $25 a month billed annually ($300 a year). The monthly price is disputed on WithMe's own site, which we explain below.

What is WithMe?

WithMe is a creator platform from FitWith LTD for selling courses, memberships, communities, digital products and coaching, with email marketing and Instagram comment-to-DM built in. Its pricing page says it is "trusted by 8,000+ creator entrepreneurs" and positions it against link-in-bio stores and course platforms in a single line:

Start like Stan. Grow like Kajabi. No ManyChat needed.

That line tells you who WithMe is built for. Its comparison table lines it up against Stan Store, Kajabi, Skool, Nas.io, Teachable and Patreon, which are tools for selling content to an audience. It does not compare itself with coaching practice software. The testimonials on its pricing page come from creator entrepreneurs with social followings, not from practice-based coaches. That is a useful signal. WithMe treats coaching as one product type inside a creator store, not as the center of the product.

Clients and buyers use WithMe's own branded iOS and Android app. A custom-branded app, under your own name, is a paid extra with no published price.

What does WithMe do for each job in a coaching business?

WithMe covers marketing and selling well, covers delivery of content well, and covers 1:1 coaching delivery and admin lightly. Here is what it documents, job by job, with notes on where coaches may hit limits.

Marketing: storefront, landing pages, email and comment-to-DM

WithMe's pricing page lists a custom creator storefront, landing pages, a custom domain, custom branding, unlimited emails with automated sequences and newsletters, pixel tracking, affiliates and Instagram comment-to-DM. Comment-to-DM is the headline: a follower comments a keyword on a post and gets a link in their DMs, which is what tools like ManyChat sell separately. WithMe also lists an "Integrated AI Suite" for visitor leads, copy, design and ads, and "AI Assistant Access (MCP)" so you can connect an outside AI assistant. AI credits are bought separately, and WithMe does not publish their price.

Honest note: landing pages and a storefront are not the same as a multi-page website with a blog. If you want a full coaching site with an About page, articles for search and booking funnels, check the builder in the trial before you commit.

Selling: payments, plans and fees

WithMe takes 0% commission on sales; you pay Stripe's processing fees only. It lists unlimited products and subscriptions, payment plans, Afterpay and other buy-now-pay-later options, promotional codes, instant payouts and payments in more than 190 countries. Our research notes that PayPal works through its Stripe integration. For a creator selling a $97 course, a $19 monthly membership and a $49 template pack, this side of WithMe is strong for the price.

Delivery: courses, communities, calls and message-based coaching

Courses and communities are unlimited. Coaching comes in two product types, according to our research of WithMe's help center:

  • Coaching Call products book sessions through Google Calendar with Google Meet or Zoom. The client pays before choosing a time.
  • 1:1 Coaching products are ongoing coaching by messages, goals and resources, with no call booking.

Honest note: these two types do not combine into a structured program. If you sell a 12-week package with a weekly call, a daily habit, a Friday check-in and a module to watch each week, you would assemble it from a course, a messaging product and a call product, and track progress yourself. We found no documented habit tracking, morning or evening check-ins, session credits, buffers or Apple and Outlook calendar sync.

Client experience: the app

Buyers access everything inside the WithMe app on iOS and Android, plus the web. WithMe lists paid or free messaging, so you can sell access to yourself by chat. For many creator audiences the WithMe-branded app is fine. If you want your own name on the app icon, that is the paid custom-branded app add-on.

Admin: CRM, team and data

WithMe's own comparison table rates its CRM as "Basic". Extra people get admin logins, but there is no per-seat pricing and no multi-coach tools such as per-coach availability or round-robin booking. It lists webhooks and API access for connecting other tools. We could not find documentation of a full data export, which matters if you ever want to leave. WithMe also lists "All Customer Admin Handled" and real human support, and offers a free migration service from other platforms.

How much does WithMe cost?

WithMe has one plan, the All-in-One Creator Hub, at $25 a month billed annually ($300 a year). Every source we checked agrees on that figure. The monthly price is where WithMe's own site disagrees with itself.

  • The pricing page lists $29 a month on monthly billing.
  • WithMe's help center says new trials started on or after 11 August 2026 are billed $49 a month on monthly billing.

If you plan to pay monthly, ask WithMe in writing which price applies to your account before the trial ends. The trial is 14 days and needs a credit card. There is no free plan. Annual buyers get two months free and access to weekly group coaching sessions, which WithMe values at $627. When we loaded the pricing page, parts of it showed pounds rather than dollars, so the currency you see may depend on where you are.

Two costs sit outside the plan: AI credits and the custom-branded app. Neither has a published price, so budget for a sales conversation if you need either.

WithMe add-on: custom-branded appNo published priceNo published pricen/an/a

The value claim on WithMe's pricing page is that separate tools for the same jobs would cost about $122 a month plus a cut of sales. For a creator who would otherwise pay for a link-in-bio store, a course tool, a community and a DM bot, that math is plausible. For a coach, the comparison that matters is different: what would you still need to buy alongside WithMe? A scheduling tool with full calendar sync and reminders, an e-signature tool for agreements and a way to run check-ins could add back much of the saving.

What do public reviewers say about WithMe?

Very little so far. WithMe had 2 reviews on Trustpilot with a 3.8 score when we checked on 2026-10-29. Two reviews cannot tell you about reliability, support response times or billing disputes, so we are not going to summarize them as a trend.

The quotes on WithMe's pricing page are testimonials it chose, not independent reviews. They praise affordability, having everything in one place and the team's help building products. Treat them as WithMe's pitch.

Because independent feedback is thin, use the 14-day trial to test what reviews would normally tell you:

  1. Email support with a real question on day one and note how long the answer takes.
  2. Ask in writing whether your monthly price is $29 or $49, and what the AI credits and branded app would cost you.
  3. Ask how you would export your customers, purchases and messages if you left.
  4. Build one coaching product end to end, with booking, payment and a follow-up, and buy it yourself from the app.

What are WithMe's pros and cons?

WithMe's strengths are price, simplicity and selling tools; its weaknesses are coaching depth, unclear monthly pricing and thin independent feedback.

Who is WithMe best for?

WithMe is best for a solo creator coach whose business is mostly products, with occasional calls. Three examples, all illustrative:

  • A pilates instructor with a large Instagram following who sells a monthly membership, a few on-demand programs and a paid community, and uses comment-to-DM to send people to the checkout.
  • A nutrition educator who sells recipe ebooks and a self-paced course, plus a handful of paid 30-minute calls a month.
  • A mindset creator moving off a link-in-bio store and a separate course tool who wants one bill and no commission.

It is a poorer fit for an executive coach with eight clients on six-month engagements, a health coach running 12-week programs with daily habits and weekly check-ins, a career coach who needs signed agreements before the first session, or a small team of coaches who share clients. Those practices need client records, programs and scheduling depth more than a storefront.

Which one looks like you?

Coachful builds your coaching website from a few answers, in a design chosen for your niche, with programs, booking and payments ready behind it.

Build your platform

1. Coachful

Coachful sessions calendar for September 2026 with color-coded coaching sessions
Coachful's sessions calendar with demo 1:1 coaching, accountability calls and group sessions across September 2026.

Coachful is a coaching platform where one subscription covers booking, payments, contracts, program delivery with habits and check-ins, courses, a community, a website with funnels and email, and an AI assistant. The coach has one login and the client has one app with the coach's branding. It is built for coaches who deliver programs, not just sessions, for solo coaches growing into a small team, and for coaches replacing four to six tools.

Where WithMe treats a call as a product to buy, Coachful treats the client as a relationship to manage. Booking pages have availability rules, buffers, minimum notice and time-zone detection, with two-way Google, Apple/iCloud and Outlook calendar sync. Sessions get built-in video or an auto-created Zoom, Meet or Teams link, plus email reminders and, once messaging is enabled, SMS 24 hours and WhatsApp 1 hour before. You can sell paid sessions and session credits, ask intake questions on booking, and send a coaching agreement for e-signature before the first call. Here is a short walkthrough of scheduling:

Between sessions, multi-week programs carry weekly goals, daily tasks, habits, morning and evening check-ins, progress bars and streaks. Each client record collects goals, check-ins, habits, notes, intake answers, payments and sessions, and flags clients as thriving, active, quiet or at risk, so you see who needs a message before they drift. Michelle, the built-in AI assistant, briefs you before sessions, summarizes recorded sessions and drafts programs and emails from your live practice data.

The selling side covers what most WithMe users come for. Payments run through your own Stripe Connect or Razorpay account with one-time payments, subscriptions, payment plans, order bumps, coupons, Apple Pay and Google Pay, with a 0% Coachful platform fee. Courses, downloads, a community feed, group chat and video events are delivered into the client's branded home. A section-based website builder with a blog, funnels with pixels and UTM tracking, a link-in-bio page that sells, and email sequences with branching and A/B splits handle marketing. Instagram automations answer a keyword comment with a DM carrying your booking link, lead magnet or checkout, and the person lands in the same Coachful lead and client records. The social planner schedules posts to Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, X, Threads and YouTube from one calendar.

Coachful automations screen listing app, reminder and Instagram automation choices
Coachful's Automations screen with app, reminder and Instagram automation choices; none are active in this demo.

What Coachful does not do: it is not HIPAA-certified and has no BAA, so it is not for clinical records or insurance billing. It has no PayPal and no permanent free plan. The client app ships under the Coachful listing with your branding, not in your own App Store account. It is not a course marketplace and has no third-party plugins. If you run a health practice, keep coaching inside its scope and refer clients to a doctor or licensed clinician when they describe symptoms, medication questions or anything that needs diagnosis.

Plans are flat and monthly; lower plans cap the number of clients and Pro is unlimited (current plans: Lite: $29/month for up to 5 clients; Solo: $49/month for up to 20 clients; Pro: $99/month with unlimited clients; Studio: $199/month with unlimited clients). Monthly plans cancel in one click, and there is a free trial. Your clients, programs and content are imported for you during onboarding, and you can export full client data as a ZIP at any time. See how it works for fitness coaches, health coaches and life coaches, or browse the full coaching software overview.

Coachful's Create page with the white-glove build card on the laptop and the Agreements tab on the second screen.

Why Coachful stands out: a free white-glove service. On every plan, you can open Create, choose "We'll build it for you", describe what you want and attach up to 8 reference links and up to 10 files such as logos, photos, brand guides and copy. The Coachful team builds it inside your own account, usually within about 24 hours: a website, funnel, sales page, program, course outline, email sequence, link in bio, lead quiz, event or automation. Nothing gets invented; no fake credentials, testimonials or prices, and gaps are left for you to fill. A somatic coach leaving Kajabi had the homepage and About page rebuilt and the contact form connected. A business mentor for beauty professionals got a 12-week mentorship sales page, a free start-up-guide funnel and rewritten follow-up emails. It does not include recording videos, logo design, ad management or ongoing marketing. Read more about the free white-glove service.

Kajabi is a course, community, website, funnel and email platform for knowledge businesses. As listed in October 2026, Basic is $179 a month ($143 billed annually) with 5 products, 2,500 contacts and no AI credits; Growth is $249 ($199 annually) and Pro is $499 ($399 annually). Kajabi Payments in the US costs 2.9% + $0.30 on Basic, and other providers add a 0.5% to 2% Kajabi fee. It has no habit tracking, daily check-ins or per-client plans. Trustpilot shows 3.4 from 2,347 reviews (seen 2026-10-25). Our Kajabi review covers it in depth.

Pick it over Coachful if... your business is mostly large course launches and you want Kajabi's long-established marketing ecosystem more than 1:1 delivery tools.

3. Stan Store

Stan Store homepage promoting its link-in-bio creator storefront
Stan Store's homepage in October 2026.

Stan Store is the link-in-bio storefront WithMe compares itself with most directly. As listed in October 2026, Creator costs $29 a month ($25 annually) and Creator Pro $99 ($79 annually), with a 0% Stan fee. Email marketing, upsells, discount codes and affiliates are on Creator Pro only. It has no contracts, client records or programs with habits and check-ins. Trustpilot shows 4.7 from 2,205 reviews (seen 2026-10-25), a much larger body of feedback than WithMe has. See our Stan Store review.

Pick it over Coachful if... all you need is a simple phone-first store for a few digital products and paid calls.

4. Systeme.io

Systeme.io homepage promoting its funnels, email and course suite
Systeme.io's homepage in October 2026.

Systeme.io is a low-cost marketing suite with funnels, email, courses, a community, a blog and an affiliate program. As listed in October 2026, it has a free plan with 2,000 contacts and 3 funnels, then Startup at $17, Webinar at $47 and Unlimited at $97 a month, all with 0% transaction fees. It lacks 1:1 scheduling with client records, habits or check-ins. Trustpilot shows 4.9 from 8,696 reviews (seen 2026-10-25). Read our Systeme.io review.

Pick it over Coachful if... you are building an email list on a near-zero budget and do not yet have paying coaching clients.

5. Skool

Skool homepage promoting its community and classroom platform
Skool's homepage in October 2026.

Skool puts a community, a classroom and a calendar in one group, with gamified leaderboards. As listed in October 2026, Hobby costs $9 a month ($7.50 annually) with a 10% + 30¢ fee on every transaction; Pro costs $99 ($82.50 annually) at 2.9% + 30¢ up to $899 and 3.9% + 30¢ above $900. It has no custom-domain website, funnels, email automation or 1:1 client records. Trustpilot shows 1.6 from 54 reviews (seen 2026-10-25). Our Skool review has the details.

Pick it over Coachful if... your offer is a single paid community where members mostly learn from each other.

Other tools we have reviewed for coaches include Circle, GoHighLevel and Teachable, and our comparison hub lines up more options.

How does WithMe compare with Coachful for a coaching practice?

WithMe is cheaper on an annual plan and stronger as a creator store; Coachful is built around the coaching relationship. The deciding question is where your revenue comes from. If most of it is products sold to followers, WithMe's single plan covers a lot. If most of it is clients on programs, you need client records, check-ins, agreements and full scheduling, which Coachful includes in your Coachful membership and WithMe does not document.

A worked example, with illustrative numbers: a life coach with 12 clients on a three-month package and a $47 self-paced course. On WithMe, the course and the storefront are covered. The package needs a call product for sessions, a messaging product for support between calls, and something outside WithMe for signed agreements, reminders by SMS or WhatsApp, and weekly check-ins. On Coachful, the package is one program with sessions, habits and check-ins attached, the agreement goes out before the first call, the course sits in the same client home, and the cost is one plan (the cheapest plan covering 15 clients: Solo: $49/month for up to 20 clients).

Two places where WithMe has an edge: PayPal works through its Stripe setup, which Coachful does not offer, and its plan has no client cap. Two places where Coachful has an edge for credentialed coaches: ICF hour tracking that counts coaching hours against ACC, PCC and MCC thresholds, and coaching contracts with e-signature stored on the client record.

Is WithMe worth it in 2026?

WithMe is worth a trial for creator coaches who mostly sell products and want comment-to-DM without a separate subscription. At $25 a month billed yearly with 0% commission, it is among the cheaper all-in-one creator plans we have looked at. Go in clear-eyed about three things: the monthly price you will actually pay ($29 or $49), the extra cost of AI credits and a branded app, and the lack of independent reviews.

For coaches whose work is the relationship itself, with programs, check-ins, agreements, reminders and a calendar that syncs both ways, WithMe documents too little. Coachful covers that delivery side alongside the selling tools, and the free white-glove service will build your site or first program inside your account so you are not starting from a blank page.

Frequently asked questions about WithMe

Is WithMe good for coaches?

WithMe is good for creator coaches who sell courses, memberships, communities and occasional paid calls to an audience. It is less suited to coaches running structured 1:1 programs, because it does not document habits, daily check-ins, agreements or two-way Apple and Outlook calendar sync. Test a full coaching product in the 14-day trial before deciding.

How much does WithMe cost per month?

WithMe costs $25 a month billed annually, or $300 a year. On monthly billing, its pricing page shows $29, while its help center says trials started from 11 August 2026 are billed $49 a month. Confirm your price in writing before the trial ends.

Does WithMe have a free plan or trial?

There is no free plan. WithMe offers a 14-day free trial that needs a credit card, so set a reminder if you decide not to continue.

Does WithMe take a cut of sales?

No. WithMe charges 0% commission and you pay Stripe's processing fees only. AI credits and the custom-branded app are separate costs without published prices.

Can clients book calls on WithMe?

Yes, through Coaching Call products, which book sessions through Google Calendar with Google Meet or Zoom. Clients pay before choosing a time. Its 1:1 Coaching products are message-based and have no call booking.

Does WithMe have its own app?

Buyers use the WithMe-branded iOS and Android app. An app under your own brand is a paid extra, and WithMe does not publish its price.

What are WithMe's Trustpilot reviews like?

WithMe had a 3.8 score from 2 reviews on Trustpilot when we checked on 2026-10-29. That is too few reviews to judge support or reliability, so use the trial to test support yourself.

What is the best WithMe alternative for coaches?

For coaches who run programs and sessions, Coachful is the closest all-in-one fit, because it adds client records, habits, check-ins, agreements and full scheduling to selling tools. For pure link-in-bio selling, Stan Store is the most direct like-for-like option.

What is Coachful's free white-glove service?

On every Coachful plan, you can ask the team to build a website, funnel, program, course outline, email sequence or similar inside your own account, usually within about 24 hours. You describe what you want and attach up to 8 links and 10 files. It does not include video recording, logo design or ad management.

Can I move from WithMe to Coachful?

Yes. Your clients, programs and content are imported for you during onboarding, and the white-glove team can rebuild your site or funnel. Ask WithMe how to export your customer and purchase data first, since a full export is not documented on its site.
