Best App for Interview Coaches: Top 12 Picks for 2026

Best App for Interview Coaches: Top 12 Picks for 2026

The best app for interview coaches is the one your candidates actually open on the bus to work, the night before a panel interview, or in the car park ten minutes before they walk in. Interview coaching is short, intense and deadline-driven: a client may have nine days until a final round. So the deciding question is simple. Does the app give a candidate something useful to do every day between mock interviews, and can you see that they did it?

Our pick is Coachful's client app. It runs on iPhone and Android, shows your branding inside the Coachful app, and puts daily practice habits, morning and evening check-ins, program lessons, messaging, a community and session booking in one place, all connected to the same back office you use for payments and contracts. We make Coachful, so weigh our ranking accordingly; we have tried to be exact about what every tool, including ours, does and does not do. The other eleven picks below each win in a specific situation, and three of them have no native mobile app at all.

This guide is about the client's side: the app a candidate installs. If you are choosing your own back office first, read our guide to the best software for career transition coaches, which covers the coach-side tools in depth.

What do interview coaching clients actually do in an app each week?

They rehearse, reflect and prepare for a specific date. A typical candidate's week mixes structured practice with logistics, and the app has to carry both.

  • Daily story practice. Saying one behavioral answer out loud each day, usually built with the STAR structure (situation, task, action, result), which is well documented as a method for behavioral questions. Our guide to answering behavioral interview questions covers the content side.
  • Short check-ins. A morning prompt ("Which story are you practicing today?") and an evening one ("How confident did you feel, one to five?") tell the coach where nerves are building.
  • Lessons on demand. Short modules on research, salary conversations, case questions or presenting a portfolio, released in order as the interview gets closer.
  • Booking the next mock interview. Often at short notice, often across time zones when the role is remote.
  • Quick messages to the coach. "The recruiter just moved it to Thursday." The app should make that a ten-second job.
  • Pre-session homework. A form with the job description, the interviewer names and the questions they fear most, completed before the call.
  • Group practice. Cohort programs for graduates or career changers use a shared space for peer mock interviews and accountability.

If you run engagements this way, our overview of how interview coaching works, costs and results is a useful companion piece.

Which app fits your practice? Answer these five questions

Answer each one honestly before you look at feature lists. Most coaches find two or three tools drop out immediately.

  1. Do your clients need daily practice tasks between sessions, or only session reminders? If you assign a story to rehearse every day, you need habits and check-ins, not just a calendar.
  2. Do you sell 1:1 packages, group cohorts, or both? Community platforms handle cohorts well but have no 1:1 client record. Practice tools handle 1:1 well but often have no community.
  3. Must the experience be a real installed app on iPhone and Android? Several coaching back offices are mobile browser only. That is fine for invoices, weak for a daily practice habit.
  4. How much should feel like your brand? Options range from the vendor's own brand, to your branding inside the vendor's app, to your own App Store listing (usually an expensive add-on or custom contract).
  5. How many tools are you willing to connect? Booking in one place, payments in another and lessons in a third means three logins for your candidate, and three places for a rescheduled interview to get lost.

Thinking of launching your coaching business?

Answer a few questions and Coachful builds it around you: your website, programs, booking and payments. Ready in minutes.

How did we choose and rank these apps?

We ranked by the candidate's experience first, then by what it costs the coach to run it. We did not test the products hands-on; we compared what each vendor documents, its pricing page as listed in October 2026, and what public reviewers report. The criteria:

  • Between-session delivery: habits, check-ins, lessons and progress the client sees daily.
  • One login for the whole client journey: booking, paying, signing, learning and messaging in the same app.
  • Real mobile apps: native iPhone and Android availability versus browser only.
  • Branding: how much of the experience carries the coach's identity.
  • Total stack cost: what you pay once you add the tools a platform lacks.
  • Setup effort: how long until a candidate has something useful on their phone.

Criteria in one line: one login for the whole client journey, between-session delivery, total stack cost, and setup effort with the free white-glove build.

1. Coachful: the best app for interview coaches overall

A candidate's goal view and habit tracker in Coachful shown on a laptop and a tablet beside interview practice cards
Coachful's demo goal view with daily momentum on a laptop and the Growing Habits tracker on a tablet, beside index cards of practice answers.

Coachful is the only app on this list that gives a candidate daily practice, lessons, messaging, community and booking in one installed app, connected to the back office where the coach handles payments, contracts and notes. For an interview coach, that means the client's whole engagement, from the first intake form to the offer call, lives behind one login.

What Coachful is, and who it is for. Coachful is a coaching platform. One subscription covers booking, payments, contracts, program delivery with habits and check-ins, courses, a community, a website with funnels and email, and an AI assistant, with one login for the coach and one branded app for the client. It suits coaches who deliver programs rather than isolated sessions, solo coaches growing into a small team, and coaches replacing four to six separate tools. The company is based in Tallinn, Estonia, and is rated 4.5 on Trustpilot from 21 reviews as listed in October 2026.

What the candidate sees. The client app is on iPhone and Android and shows the coach's branding inside the Coachful app. It is not published under the coach's own App Store account, which matters if you want your own listing; for most interview coaches, the branded experience inside one well-maintained app is the practical choice. Inside it, a candidate gets:

  • Multi-week programs with weekly goals, daily tasks and habits. A two-week "final round sprint" might assign one STAR story per day and a company research task every second day.
  • Morning and evening check-ins, goals with progress bars, and streaks, so a candidate sees momentum building as the interview approaches.
  • Courses with modules, lessons, drip release and completion tracking, plus downloads, videos and books, delivered into the client's branded home and app.
  • Community feed, group chat and direct messages, with cohort groups created automatically when a client enrolls in a program. Group calls and webinars run from the same place.
  • Booking with availability rules, buffers, minimum notice and time-zone detection, built-in video or auto-created Zoom, Meet or Teams links, and intake questions at booking. Reminders go by email, plus SMS 24 hours before and WhatsApp one hour before once messaging is enabled.
  • An AI Coach: an AI version of the coach that selected clients can chat with between sessions, configured by the coach.

Here is a short walkthrough of how check-ins are set up and what the client answers:

What the coach gets behind it. Every check-in, habit, note, intake answer, payment and session lands on one client record, along with an AI briefing per client and a status of thriving, active, quiet or at risk. That status is useful in interview coaching, where a candidate who goes quiet three days before a final round usually needs a call, not a reminder email. Payments run through your own Stripe Connect or Razorpay account (one-time, subscriptions, payment plans, coupons, Apple Pay and Google Pay), with a 0% Coachful platform fee since August 2026, so only processing fees apply. Coaching agreements with e-signature go out before the first call. Michelle, the built-in AI assistant, can draft a program from your outline, summarize recorded mock interviews and brief you before each session. Coaches holding or pursuing an ICF credential can track coaching hours against ICF ACC, PCC and MCC thresholds.

What it does not do. Coachful is not HIPAA-certified and is not for clinical records or insurance billing. There is no PayPal and no permanent free plan. The client app ships under the Coachful listing with your branding, not under your own App Store account. There is no Salesforce or HubSpot integration and no multi-stage deal board for large sales teams. It is not a course marketplace and does not support third-party plugins.

Pricing. Plans are flat monthly, lower plans cap the number of clients, Pro is unlimited, and monthly plans cancel in one click. Current plans: (Lite: $29/month for up to 5 clients; Solo: $49/month for up to 20 clients; Pro: $99/month with unlimited clients; Studio: $199/month with unlimited clients). A free trial is available.

Why Coachful stands out: a free white-glove service. On every plan, you can ask the Coachful team to build things for you from Create > We'll build it for you: a program, a course outline with written material, a website, a funnel, an email sequence, a lead quiz or an intake form. You describe what you want, attach up to 8 reference links and up to 10 files, and the team builds it inside your own account, usually within about 24 hours. Nothing is invented: no fake credentials, testimonials or prices, and gaps are left for you to fill. It does not cover recording videos, logo design or ad management. For an interview coach, a sensible first request is a two-week interview sprint program plus a pre-session intake form asking for the job description and interview format. Read more in how the free white-glove service works.

Coachful Create page with the We'll build it for you card
The Create page in Coachful with the We'll build it for you card that starts a free white-glove build request.

How to start. Start a free trial, request a white-glove build of your first program, and invite one current candidate to the app before moving everyone. Clients, programs and content are imported for you during onboarding, and a full client data export as a ZIP is available if you ever leave. The Coachful page for career coaches shows how the same setup works for broader career work, and the executive coach page covers senior-level interview prep.

2. Mighty Networks: strongest for cohort-based interview programs

Mighty Networks public homepage with its headline and main product navigation, captured in October 2026
Mighty Networks's homepage in October 2026.

Mighty Networks is a community, course and events platform whose members use Mighty-branded apps. If your business is a graduate interview bootcamp or a career-change cohort that meets weekly and practices in pairs between calls, it gives that group a lively home.

Plans as listed in October 2026: Launch at $95 per month ($79 annually) with 3 hosts and 20 hours of livestreaming a month for up to 100 attendees; Scale at $215 per month ($179 annually); Growth at $354 per month on annual billing; and custom-priced Mighty Pro. A 14-day trial needs no card. Mighty also takes a platform fee on sales: 2% on Launch, 1% on Scale and 0.5% on Growth and Mighty Pro, on top of Stripe processing.

The gaps for interview coaching are on the 1:1 side. Mighty has no 1:1 scheduling, invoicing or contracts, and no per-client habits, check-ins or private coaching plans. Your own branded app is reserved for Mighty Pro. A coach selling individual mock interview packages would need a separate booking and payment tool, which means a second login for the candidate. Mighty is rated 3.3 on Trustpilot from 219 reviews.

Pick it over Coachful if your entire offer is a large group community and you never sell private sessions.

3. Circle: a polished home for a paid interview-prep membership

Circle public homepage with its headline and main product navigation, captured in October 2026
Circle's homepage in October 2026.

Think of Circle as a members' club with a classroom attached. Communities, courses, events, live streams and paid memberships sit in one place, which suits a coach running an always-open interview prep library with monthly live question clinics.

Circle lists Professional at $89 per month billed annually, Business at $199 and Scale at $419 (annual billing; monthly prices were not shown), plus custom Circle Plus. All three standard plans include a 14-day trial with no card. Circle charges a fee on payments of 2% on Professional, 1% on Business and Scale, and 0.5% on Circle Plus, before Stripe processing.

For a candidate, Circle shines in group discussion and lesson libraries. It has no 1:1 scheduling or client management back office and no per-client habits, check-ins or coaching plans, so a daily "practice one story" routine has to be improvised with posts. Branded mobile apps are only on custom-priced Circle Plus. Public reviewers rate it 4.1 on Trustpilot from 129 reviews.

Pick it over Coachful if you run a membership with hundreds of members and need many moderators more than private coaching tools.

4. Kajabi: best when the product is a recorded interview course

Kajabi public homepage with its headline and main product navigation, captured in October 2026
Kajabi's homepage in October 2026.

Kajabi is built for selling knowledge products: courses, communities, newsletters, podcasts and coaching, with a website, funnels and email marketing included. Its site lists a Branded Mobile App among its products; which plans include it, and at what cost, was not something we could verify on a page today, so confirm that with Kajabi before you buy.

As listed in October 2026, Basic costs $179 per month ($143 annually) with 5 products, 2,500 contacts and no AI credits; Growth is $249 ($199 annually); Pro is $499 ($399 annually). The standard trial is 14 days. Kajabi Payments in the US charges 2.7% to 2.9% plus 30 cents depending on plan, and using another processor (other than PayPal) adds a Kajabi fee of 0.5% to 2%.

The fit question is daily practice. Kajabi has no habit tracking or daily client check-ins; coaching is organized as products and communities rather than per-client plans. A coach selling a "Behavioral Interview Masterclass" to hundreds of buyers will be well served. A coach guiding six candidates through individual final rounds will find the client-level tools thin. Kajabi holds 3.4 on Trustpilot from 2,347 reviews.

Pick it over Coachful if most of your revenue comes from self-paced course sales to a large email list.

5. Thinkific: a course academy with an optional branded app

Thinkific earns its spot because it sells a clearly priced branded app. On its pricing page as we fetched it today, the Branded Mobile App add-on is $199 per month and launches your own iOS and Android app where learners access courses and community under your brand; it is included on select Plus contracts.

Core plans were shown to us in euros: Start at €107 per month (€79 billed annually), Grow at €213 (€159 annually) and Expand at €488 (€366 annually), with a custom Plus tier. Start includes unlimited courses, quizzes and certificates, live cohorts and coaching with unlimited Zoom sessions and bookable calendars, memberships and a custom domain. Grow removes Thinkific branding and adds 3 communities. Start, Grow and Expand each offer a free trial; the length was not stated in the sections we read.

For interview coaches, Thinkific is strongest for structured courses with quizzes, for example a 20-lesson interview skills program with a certificate for university career services. Its documented features do not include per-client habits or daily check-ins, and the branded app add-on more than doubles the cost of the Start plan. Prices in your currency may differ from what we saw.

Pick it over Coachful if you need your own App Store listing for a course academy and accept paying for it as an add-on.

6. Practice Better: a client portal for structured, form-heavy practices

Practice Better public homepage with its headline and main product navigation, captured in October 2026
Practice Better's homepage in October 2026.

Originally built for wellness and nutrition practitioners, Practice Better combines scheduling, telehealth, charting, billing, programs and a client portal. Our Practice Better app guide covers what clients see on their phones in more detail.

Pricing as listed in October 2026: Sprout is free for 3 clients; Starter is $35 per month ($25 annually) for 10 clients; Professional is $69 ($59 annually) for 300 clients; Plus is $99 ($89 annually) with unlimited clients; Team is $155 ($145 annually) for 2 practitioners. Trials run 14 days on paid plans and 30 days on Team. Payments run through Practice Better Payments, powered by Stripe.

The catch for interview coaches is where the useful features sit. Evergreen programs, portal branding, a custom URL and SMS start on Plus. There is no website builder or funnel pages (older profile), and accounts below Team cover one practitioner. The vocabulary of charting and protocols also reads clinical next to interview prep. Trustpilot shows 3.8 from 87 reviews.

Pick it over Coachful if you also work in a wellness context and want charting-style notes in the same portal.

7. CoachAccountable: deep action plans, no native app

CoachAccountable homepage
CoachAccountable's homepage in October 2026.

CoachAccountable is a long-standing coaching back office with sessions, action plans, metrics, worksheets, courses, invoicing and agreements. Its metrics tracking can follow numbers like applications sent or interviews landed each week, which suits job-search coaching.

It has no native mobile app per our older profile, so candidates use it through a browser. Pricing is per active client, as listed in October 2026: Starter $20 per month for 2 active clients, Level 1 $40 for 5, Level 2 $70 for 10, Level 3 $120 for 20, Level 4 $250 for 50 and Level 5 $400 for 100. A 30-day trial requires no card. Per-client pricing climbs quickly for group programs.

It also has no landing pages, website or marketing automation (older profile) and states it is not HIPAA compliant. Public reviewers are positive: 4.8 on Trustpilot from 47 reviews. If you are weighing it, our list of CoachAccountable alternatives compares it against similar tools.

Pick it over Coachful if your clients are happy working on a desktop browser and you value detailed metric tracking above an installed app.

8. Paperbell: the admin shortcut for solo session sellers

Paperbell public homepage with its headline and main product navigation, captured in October 2026
Paperbell's homepage in October 2026.

Paperbell handles booking, packages, payments, contracts, a client portal and a simple website for solo coaches, at one price: $97 per month ($80.83 annually) with unlimited clients, sessions and packages as listed in October 2026. It states no additional transaction fees beyond Stripe or PayPal processing.

For the candidate, though, there is little to do between sessions. Paperbell has no native mobile app (mobile browser only), and no courses, community, goal or habit tracking per our older profile. A help center note from July 2026 describes a 7-day trial with the public site offline and client messages off during the trial; there is also a 30-day money-back guarantee. Trustpilot shows 3.5 from 14 reviews. See our Paperbell alternatives for tools that add a client app.

Pick it over Coachful if you only sell single mock interview sessions and want the lightest possible checkout and booking flow.

9. Satori: inexpensive booking and packages

Satori public homepage with its headline and main product navigation, captured in October 2026
Satori's homepage in October 2026.

Satori covers scheduling, a client portal, packages and programs, invoices and contracts. Only active clients count toward billing, which helps interview coaches whose clients come and go within a few weeks.

As listed in October 2026: Essentials is $33 per month ($27.50 annually) for up to 10 active paying clients; Pro is $49 ($40.83 annually), which our older profile lists at 50 active clients; Leader is $124 ($103.33 annually). A free Scholar plan exists for coaches studying for a certification, by application. The 15-day trial needs no card, and Satori takes no cut of client payments beyond PayPal and Stripe fees.

Our older profile notes no native mobile app, no native Zoom integration, and no landing pages, courses or community. Candidates book and pay smoothly but have no daily practice space.

Pick it over Coachful if budget is the deciding factor and your clients only need booking and invoices.

10. Skool: gamified groups at a low entry price

Skool public homepage with its headline and main product navigation, captured in October 2026
Skool's homepage in October 2026.

Skool puts a community feed, a classroom and a calendar in one group, with leaderboards that reward participation. A peer mock interview club can work well here: members earn points for posting practice answers and showing up to live calls.

Pricing is Hobby at $9 per month ($7.50 annually) and Pro at $99 ($82.50 annually), both with unlimited members, courses and live calls. Transaction fees are the cost to watch: Hobby charges 10% plus 30 cents on every sale; Pro charges 2.9% plus 30 cents up to $899 and 3.9% plus 30 cents above $900. Payments go only through Skool Payments. The pricing page and help FAQ did not state trial length or mobile app details, so check the app stores yourself.

Skool has no 1:1 client records, intake forms, habits or check-ins, no custom domain website, funnels or email automation, and no public API. Trustpilot shows 1.6 from 54 reviews.

Pick it over Coachful if you run a low-cost peer practice community and leaderboards matter more than private coaching.

11. ABC Trainerize: a habit app designed for trainers

ABC Trainerize public homepage with its headline and main product navigation, captured in October 2026
ABC Trainerize's homepage in October 2026.

Trainerize appears here for one reason: it has a mature client app with habits and messaging. It is designed for personal trainers, so workouts and nutrition sit at its center, and an interview coach would be using a fraction of it.

Pricing as listed in October 2026 is per client seat: Basic is free for 1 client, Grow is $10 per month for 2, and Pro starts at $25 per month for 5 clients, with tiers at 15, 30, 50, 75, 100 and 200 clients. The 30-day trial has unlimited clients and no card. Scheduling, selling products, payments and video are separate paid add-ons below Studio, and there is no course builder, website, funnels or email marketing. Our older profile notes an incomplete client data export (no messages, photos or attachments). Trustpilot shows 3.1 from 100 reviews.

Pick it over Coachful if you also coach fitness and want one app for both, accepting a workout-first interface.

12. Everfit: a free tier for habit tracking

Everfit public homepage with its headline and main product navigation, captured in October 2026
Everfit's homepage in October 2026.

Everfit is another fitness coaching app with workouts, habits, nutrition and messaging. Its appeal to a new interview coach is the Starter plan, free forever for up to 5 clients.

Pro starts at $19 per month for 5 clients and scales by client count (20 clients at $49, 50 at $95, 100 at $140), with Studio from $105 for 50 clients. The 30-day trial needs no card. Automation, payments and meal plans are paid add-ons, and there is no course builder, website, funnels or email marketing. Trustpilot shows 2.7 from 16 reviews. As with Trainerize, the vocabulary and default content are about training, not interviews.

Pick it over Coachful if you need a no-cost habit tracker for a handful of clients and will run booking and payments elsewhere.

What does a candidate's day look like inside Coachful's app?

Here is an illustrative example, not a customer story: a candidate we will call Sam has a final-round interview for a product manager role in eight days and is enrolled in their coach's two-week sprint program.

Coachful's client progress page and program view on screens next to a highlighted job description
Coachful's demo My Coaching progress page and the enrolled program view, next to a highlighted job description.
  • 7:40 a.m. Sam opens the app and answers the morning check-in: which story they will practice today and how they slept. Today's task is the "conflict with a stakeholder" story.
  • 8:15 a.m. On the train, Sam watches a six-minute lesson from week two of the program on structuring results with numbers. Completion is tracked, so the coach sees it.
  • 12:30 p.m. Sam records the story out loud on their own phone and ticks the daily habit. The streak reaches six days.
  • 3:05 p.m. The recruiter adds a case presentation. Sam sends a direct message to the coach, then books an extra mock interview from the coach's booking page. Their time zone is detected, the video link is created automatically, and the intake question asks them to paste the case brief.
  • 6:00 p.m. In the cohort group, created automatically when Sam enrolled, two other candidates offer to run a peer practice round on the weekend.
  • 9:30 p.m. The evening check-in asks for a confidence score. Sam answers 3 out of 5 and writes one sentence about the weak spot.
  • Next morning. The coach opens Sam's record before the mock interview: check-ins, the habit streak, the intake answer and an AI briefing are all in one place. The session starts with the weak spot, not small talk. Sam got an SMS reminder 24 hours before and a WhatsApp reminder one hour before.

First, community platforms and course platforms do not handle 1:1 booking and contracts, so add a scheduling tool and an e-signature tool to their line (our e-signature comparison lists options). Second, transaction fees scale with revenue: a coach selling an example $1,500 interview package ten times a month pays $300 a month in a 2% platform fee alone, before processing. For the whole picture of features per plan, see the plans page.

What red flags and switching costs should interview coaches watch for?

The expensive mistakes are rarely about price. They are about candidates losing access to their work, or a coach rebuilding everything after a few months.

  • "Mobile-friendly" that means browser only. A browser tab is easy to forget. If daily practice is part of your method, insist on an installed app on both iPhone and Android.
  • Branded apps priced as custom contracts. Mighty Pro and Circle Plus are custom-priced, and Thinkific's app is an add-on. Decide whether your own App Store listing is worth that before you commit.
  • Per-sale platform fees. Mighty, Circle, Kajabi (with non-Kajabi processors) and Skool take a percentage. On high-ticket interview packages, that adds up.
  • Client data you cannot take with you. Ask what the export includes. Our older profile notes Trainerize's export misses messages, photos and attachments. Coachful exports roster, notes, check-ins, goals, habits, sessions and form responses as a ZIP.
  • Re-teaching candidates a new app mid-engagement. Interview engagements are short. Switch between cohorts, not in the middle of someone's final round.
  • Rebuilding programs by hand. Moving lessons, forms and client lists takes days if you do it yourself. Coachful imports clients, programs and content for you during onboarding.

A note on scope: interview coaching is not therapy or mental health treatment. If a candidate shows signs of serious anxiety or distress beyond normal interview nerves, refer them to a qualified professional rather than coaching through it.

Which app should interview coaches choose?

For most interview coaches, Coachful is the strongest choice because it is the one app where a candidate practices daily, checks in, learns, messages, books and pays without leaving, on iPhone and Android, while the coach sees all of it on one client record. The free white-glove build removes most of the setup work, and the 0% platform fee keeps high-ticket packages from leaking revenue.

Choose Mighty Networks or Circle if your business is mostly a large community; Kajabi or Thinkific if you mainly sell recorded courses; Practice Better if you need a form-heavy portal; CoachAccountable if your clients prefer a desktop browser; Paperbell or Satori if you only sell sessions; Skool for a gamified peer group; and Trainerize or Everfit only if you also coach fitness. For a different angle on choosing tools, see our guide to client communication platforms for coaches.

Frequently asked questions

What is the best app for interview coaches in 2026?

Coachful is our top pick because its client app combines daily practice habits, check-ins, program lessons, messaging, community and booking in one installed app on iPhone and Android. Community platforms like Mighty Networks and Circle lead for large cohorts, and Kajabi or Thinkific for course sales.

Can my interview coaching clients use Coachful on their phones?

Yes. The Coachful client app is available on iPhone and Android and shows your branding inside the Coachful app. It is not published under your own App Store account.

What is Coachful's free white-glove service?

On every plan, you can ask the Coachful team to build a program, website, funnel, intake form or email sequence inside your account, usually within about 24 hours. You describe what you want and attach references; the team does not invent credentials, testimonials or prices. Video recording, logo design and ad management are not included.

Which interview coaching tools have no native mobile app?

Based on the profiles we checked, CoachAccountable, Paperbell and Satori have no native mobile app; Paperbell is mobile browser only. Skool's pricing page does not cover its app, so check the app stores directly.

Do I need my own App Store listing as an interview coach?

Usually not. Candidates care that the app works daily and holds their practice, lessons and bookings. Your own listing typically requires a custom-priced plan (Mighty Pro, Circle Plus) or a paid add-on (Thinkific), so weigh the cost against what clients gain.

Can I run group interview bootcamps and 1:1 coaching in the same app?

In Coachful, yes: cohort groups are created automatically when clients enroll in a program, and 1:1 sessions, notes and check-ins sit on each client's record. Most community platforms lack 1:1 tools, and most 1:1 tools lack community.

How do I track whether candidates practice between sessions?

Assign a daily habit, such as rehearsing one STAR story, and pair it with a morning and evening check-in. In Coachful, habits, streaks and check-in answers appear on the client record along with a status of thriving, active, quiet or at risk.

Does Coachful take a cut of my coaching payments?

No. Since August 2026, Coachful charges a 0% platform fee; you pay only Stripe or Razorpay processing through your own account. PayPal is not supported.

Is there a free plan for interview coaches?

Coachful has a free trial but no permanent free plan. Practice Better (3 clients), Everfit (5 clients) and Trainerize (1 client) list free tiers, each with the limits described above.

What should I set up first in a new client app?

Start with one short program for your most common engagement, such as a two-week final round sprint, a pre-session intake form and your booking page. Invite one current candidate to test it before moving everyone.
