Top 12 Coaching Platforms That Handle Sales Tax and VAT

The best coaching platforms that handle sales tax and VAT do one of two jobs. Either they act as merchant of record, which means the platform is legally the seller and takes on tax registration, collection and filing in exchange for a bigger cut of each sale, or they calculate and collect tax at your checkout through your own payment account (usually Stripe Tax), which keeps fees low but leaves you as the seller who registers and files. The right choice depends less on the software than on what you sell: live coaching by a person, recorded courses, or both.
Our pick for most coaches is Coachful, because it runs the whole client journey (booking, payments with Stripe Tax on your own Stripe account, contracts, programs, courses and community) under one login and adds no platform fee on top of Stripe's processing. We make Coachful, so weigh that, and read the sections on merchant of record tools if you sell mainly downloadable products to consumers in dozens of countries. This is not tax advice: rules differ by country, state and the kind of service, so check with an accountant before you register anywhere.
What do coaches actually need from a tax-ready platform?
Coaches need checkout that charges the right tax to the right buyer, an invoice that shows it properly, and records an accountant can file from. The detail that trips most coaches up is that a coaching business usually sells two different kinds of thing, and tax authorities often treat them differently.
- Live coaching delivered by you. HMRC's guidance on digital services says education, training or a similar service delivered by a person over the internet, such as a webinar, is not an electronically supplied service, because an actual person is involved in the delivery. One-to-one video sessions sit closer to this side.
- Automated products. The same guidance treats automated learning with no human involvement as a digital service, and the place of supply for cross-border digital services to consumers is where the consumer usually lives. A self-paced course, a recorded workshop library or a downloadable workbook usually falls here.
- Bundles. A package of live calls plus a course portal raises the question HMRC also flags: is it a single supply or several separate ones? That answer changes which rate applies.
- Business clients. Executive and corporate coaches selling to companies often need invoices with the buyer's VAT number and the right reverse-charge wording, rather than consumer checkout tax.
On the EU side, the European Commission's One Stop Shop (OSS) has, since 1 July 2021, let businesses declare EU-wide consumer sales in one quarterly return through the Union scheme (for EU-established sellers) or the non-Union scheme (for sellers established outside the EU). In the US, sales tax on services and digital products is set state by state, and many states do not tax services like coaching at all. That patchwork is exactly why the software choice matters: a tool that only lets you type a flat tax percentage on an invoice will not cope with a buyer in Germany one day and a buyer in Texas the next.
If you are still deciding how the business itself is structured, our guides on tax deductions for coaches and whether coaching is tax deductible for your clients cover the other side of the ledger.
Which platform fits which situation? Quick picks

How did we choose and rank these platforms?
We started from the question a coach actually faces at checkout: who is the seller of record, and who calculates the tax? Then we scored each tool on four things.
- Tax at checkout. Does the platform calculate tax from the buyer's location, or does it act as merchant of record? A manual percentage field scores lowest.
- Fit with live coaching. Merchant of record services are built for digital products. Coaching is mostly a human service, so a tool that sells sessions, packages and programs ranks higher than one that only sells files.
- Whole-journey coverage. Tax is one line on an invoice. The rest of the client relationship (booking, contracts, delivery, check-ins) still needs a home, and every extra tool is another subscription and another export for your accountant.
- Total cost. A merchant of record that takes 5 to 10% of every sale can cost more than a monthly subscription once you sell a few thousand a month. We compared both shapes.
We did not test these tools hands-on. Everything here comes from what vendors publish and the facts we hold on file, dated in each section. Where a vendor does not document tax handling, we say so rather than guess.
1. Coachful: best overall for coaches who sell services and products
Wins when: you sell live coaching, multi-week programs and a course or two, and you want tax calculated at checkout without handing a merchant of record a slice of every sale.

Coachful is a coaching platform. One membership covers booking, payments, contracts, program delivery with habits and check-ins, courses, a community, a website with funnels and email, and an AI assistant called Michelle. The coach has one login; each client gets one branded home and app. It is built for coaches who deliver programs rather than single sessions, and for solo coaches growing into a small team.
For tax, the important part is how payments work. Coachful connects to your own Stripe Connect account (or Razorpay, common for coaches in India). Stripe Tax is supported, so tax can be calculated on Coachful checkouts through your Stripe account. Coachful is not a merchant of record: you remain the seller, which means you decide where to register, Stripe applies the registrations you add, and you or your accountant file the returns. For a service business that is usually the right trade, because live coaching is often taxed differently from automated digital products, and you keep control of that classification.
Since August 2026, Coachful charges a 0% platform fee on client payments. You pay only Stripe or Razorpay processing, plus whatever Stripe charges for Stripe Tax on your account. That matters when you compare it with a merchant of record that keeps 5 to 10% of every sale.

What the checkout and invoice side covers
- One-time payments, subscriptions, payment plans, order bumps, coupons and refunds, with Apple Pay and Google Pay.
- An invoice per transaction, plus manual invoices for clients who pay outside checkout, such as a company paying for an executive's engagement.
- Paid sessions and session credits, so a package of six calls is one purchase with one tax calculation rather than six.
- Coaching agreements with e-signature, sent before the first call and stored on the client record next to their payments.
That last point is easy to overlook. When an accountant or a tax office asks what you actually sold to a client, the agreement, the sessions delivered and the payment history sit on the same client record. See Coachful's payment features and coaching contracts for the detail.

How offers map to tax categories
Because offers, programs, courses and bundles are separate products in Coachful, you can keep live coaching offers apart from self-paced course products. That separation makes it easier for your accountant to treat a recorded course differently from a block of one-to-one calls. Clients see everything in their branded Discover area, and each purchase lands in the same Payments table.

Here is a short walkthrough of the invoices view, so you can see what a client's payment record looks like before you set anything up:
What it does not do
Coachful does not take on your tax liability, does not file VAT or sales tax returns, and does not accept PayPal. It is not HIPAA-certified and has no permanent free plan. The client app runs under the Coachful listing with your branding, not under your own App Store account. If you sell mostly downloadable files to consumers in many countries and never want to register for VAT anywhere, a merchant of record further down this list may suit you better.
Why Coachful stands out: a free white-glove service. From Create, the "We'll build it for you · FREE" option lets you describe what you want built (a website, a funnel, an offer or sales page, a program, a course outline, an email sequence and more) and attach up to 8 reference links and 10 files. The Coachful team builds it inside your own account, usually within about 24 hours. Nothing is invented: no fake credentials, testimonials or prices, and gaps are left for you. One recent build was a 12-week mentorship sales page, a free start-up-guide funnel and rewritten follow-up emails for a business mentor working with beauty professionals; another gave a leadership coach with a Squarespace renewal days away one clean homepage with a repeated "talk with me" button. It does not include recording videos, logo design or ad management. Read more about the free white-glove service.

Price: flat monthly plans, with lower plans capping the number of clients and Pro unlimited (current plans: Lite: $29/month for up to 5 clients; Solo: $49/month for up to 20 clients; Pro: $99/month with unlimited clients; Studio: $199/month with unlimited clients). A free trial is available, and monthly plans cancel in one click.
Who it is for: coaches replacing four to six tools, selling a mix of live coaching and programs, who want tax calculated at checkout on their own Stripe account. How to start: open a free trial, connect Stripe, then ask the team to build your first offer page for free.
2. Teachable: for course-first coaches who want payments to handle tax
Wins when: your income is mostly recorded courses sold to consumers, the category tax authorities most often treat as a digital service.
Teachable is a course platform, and its pricing page lists "Global payments & taxes" on every plan. It also promotes Teachable Payments with "automatic tax handling", and its custom tier lists "Automated international tax handling". For a coach whose product is a self-paced course bought by individuals in many countries, that is the most relevant promise on this list after the merchant of record tools.
Price as listed when we checked: Starter $39/mo ($29/mo billed annually) with 5 products and a 7.5% transaction fee; Builder $89/mo with 10 products and 0% transaction fee; Growth $189/mo with 50 products. Each paid plan shows a 7-day free trial and a 30-day guarantee.
Limits for coaches: Teachable is built around products and students, not one-to-one client relationships. Session booking, check-ins, habits and per-client programs are not its focus, so most coaches pair it with a scheduler and a separate client tool. The 7.5% fee on Starter also eats into margins quickly. Teachable's pricing page does not say whether it acts as merchant of record, so ask before assuming it files for you.
Pick it over Coachful if nearly all your revenue is self-paced courses sold to consumers abroad and you want the platform's own payments to take on tax handling, accepting that coaching delivery lives elsewhere.
3. Lemon Squeezy: the merchant of record for digital products
Wins when: you sell workbooks, templates or a recorded program to buyers across the EU, UK and beyond, and you do not want to register for VAT in any of those places.
Lemon Squeezy states plainly that it is your merchant of record: it takes on "the liability of tax collection and calculation and pay[s] taxes on your behalf", and markets "fully automated sales tax compliance". In practice, the buyer's receipt names Lemon Squeezy as the seller, and you receive payouts after tax and fees.
Price as listed when we checked: no monthly charge for ecommerce features and 5% + 50¢ per sale. Its pricing page says you can accept up to 21 payment methods, including PayPal.
Limits for coaches: it is a store and checkout, not a coaching tool. There is no booking, client record, contract or program delivery. Merchant of record services typically restrict what they will sell on your behalf, and live services delivered by a person are a different tax category from digital goods, so read its product policy before listing one-to-one coaching. On a $1,000 sale, the 5% + 50¢ fee is $50.50 before card processing questions even come up, which adds up on high-ticket offers.
Pick it over Coachful if your main product is a low-priced digital download sold to consumers worldwide and avoiding VAT registration matters more to you than per-sale cost or a client portal.
4. Gumroad: the quickest way to hand off tax on small digital offers
Wins when: you want to put a single workbook or mini-course on sale this afternoon and never think about VAT, GST or US state tax for it.
Gumroad's pricing page says that since 1 January 2025 it is a merchant of record and "handles ALL your tax obligations", collecting and remitting sales tax worldwide. Existing tax settings in creator dashboards were switched off as part of that change. Its FAQ adds a qualifier worth noting: it collects taxes "in regions where we have tax obligations as a merchant of record".
Price as listed when we checked: no monthly fee, 10% + $0.50 per transaction on sales through your profile or direct links, and 30% when new customers find you through Gumroad's Discover marketplace.
Limits for coaches: Gumroad sells digital products, memberships and courses. It has no scheduling, client records, contracts or check-ins. At 10% per sale it is the most expensive option here for anything above a small price point: a $2,000 coaching program would cost $200.50 in Gumroad fees.
Pick it over Coachful if you sell one or two inexpensive digital products, your volume is low, and you value never touching tax settings over everything else.
5. HoneyBook: best for invoicing companies that sponsor coaching
Wins when: your clients are businesses that need proposals, contracts and formal invoices, typical for executive and leadership coaches.

HoneyBook is a client-management CRM for service businesses: proposals, contracts, invoices, a scheduler and a client portal. Payments must run through HoneyBook's own processing. It is not a merchant of record, so you remain the seller and responsible for any tax you owe. For business-to-business coaching, where consumer checkout tax often does not apply in the same way, a clean invoice trail matters more than an automated tax engine.
Price as listed in October 2026: Starter $29/mo billed annually with unlimited clients and projects; Essentials $59/mo ($49/mo annual) for up to 2 team members; Premium $129/mo ($109/mo annual). A 30-day free trial with no card is offered. Card processing appears as 2.7% + 10¢ in its FAQ but 2.9% + 25¢ in the plan comparison (the page conflicts); ACH is 1.5%.
Limits for coaches: no programs, courses, habits, check-ins or community. The scheduler and automations start on Essentials. Prices rose in February 2025.
Pick it over Coachful if you run a small number of corporate engagements, live in proposals and invoices, and do not deliver programs or courses between sessions.
6. Paperbell: simple package sales for solo coaches
Wins when: you sell session packages to individuals and want one flat price for booking, payments and contracts.

Paperbell is an all-in-one admin tool for solo coaches covering booking, packages, payments, contracts, a client portal and a simple website. Payments go through your Stripe or PayPal account, so Paperbell is not the seller of record and tax remains your responsibility. Our October 2026 facts do not document a built-in tax calculation feature, so confirm with Paperbell how tax lines appear on its checkout before you rely on it for VAT.
Price as listed in October 2026: one plan at $97/mo ($80.83/mo annual) with unlimited clients, sessions and packages, no added transaction fees and a 30-day money-back guarantee.
Limits for coaches: no courses, community, goal or habit tracking, and no native mobile app. If you later add a self-paced course, you will need a second platform, which splits your tax records across two systems.
Pick it over Coachful if you only ever sell one-to-one packages, want PayPal at checkout, and prefer a single fixed price regardless of client count.
7. Practice Better: for wellness practitioners who bill like a clinic
Wins when: you are a nutrition or wellness practitioner who needs charting and billing alongside coaching programs.

Practice Better is practice-management software for wellness practitioners: scheduling, telehealth, charting, billing, programs and a client portal. Payments run through Practice Better Payments, powered by Stripe. It is not a merchant of record. Our facts do not list automatic VAT calculation, so check its billing settings for how tax rates are applied to invoices in your country.
Price as listed in October 2026: Sprout $0/mo for 3 clients; Starter $35/mo ($25/mo annual) for 10 clients; Professional $69/mo ($59/mo annual) for 300 clients; Plus $99/mo ($89/mo annual) unlimited; Team $155/mo ($145/mo annual). Trials run 14 days, 30 days on Team.
Limits for coaches: no website builder or funnel pages. Evergreen programs, portal branding and SMS start on Plus. One practitioner per account below Team.
Pick it over Coachful if you need clinical-style charting for a wellness practice and the wider marketing side of your business already lives elsewhere.
8. CoachAccountable: per-client billing for a small premium roster
Wins when: you coach a handful of high-value clients through action plans and metrics, and invoice them directly.

CoachAccountable is a coaching back office with sessions, action plans, metrics, worksheets, courses, invoicing and agreements. It connects to Stripe, Square or PayPal, so you stay the seller. Tax handling is not described on its pricing page, which leaves you to set rates on invoices and confirm the result with your accountant.
Price as listed in October 2026: priced by active clients, from Starter $20/mo for 2 up to Level 5 $400/mo for 100. A 30-day trial with no card is available.
Limits for coaches: per-client pricing gets expensive for group programs; no website, landing pages or marketing automation; no native mobile app; not HIPAA compliant by its own statement.
Pick it over Coachful if you have fewer than ten clients, bill each one by invoice, and care most about detailed action-plan tracking.
9. CoachVantage: unlimited clients at a fixed fee
Wins when: you want CRM, scheduling, contracts and invoices for a growing roster without per-client pricing.

CoachVantage covers CRM, scheduling, contracts with e-signature, invoices, a client portal, group programs and small courses. It states "no commissions on the revenue you earn", with Stripe or PayPal fees applying. As with the tools above, you are the seller; our facts do not document automatic tax calculation.
Price as listed in October 2026: Clarity $39/mo ($35/mo annual) and Aha! $59/mo ($53/mo annual), both with unlimited contacts. A 14-day trial needs no card.
Limits for coaches: Clarity caps booking pages, sales pages and e-signatures (4 a month); no team features; its built-in video is reported as weak, so many users keep Zoom.
Pick it over Coachful if you mainly need an invoicing CRM with unlimited contacts at the lowest fixed price and do not need habits, check-ins or a website.
10. Kajabi: when courses and community drive revenue
Wins when: your business is a library of courses, a community and email marketing, with coaching as an add-on product.

Kajabi sells courses, communities, websites, funnels and email from one account. You can use Kajabi Payments or another provider; it is not a merchant of record. Its pricing page in October 2026 does not describe tax collection, so ask Kajabi support how tax is calculated for buyers in your markets before you launch internationally.
Price as listed in October 2026: Basic $179/mo ($143/mo annual), Growth $249/mo ($199/mo annual), Pro $499/mo ($399/mo annual). Kajabi Payments in the US costs 2.9% + $0.30 on Basic down to 2.7% + $0.30 on Pro; other providers (excluding PayPal) add a 0.5 to 2% Kajabi fee.
Limits for coaches: no habit tracking or daily check-ins; Basic caps you at 5 products and 2,500 contacts with no AI credits.
Pick it over Coachful if you already run a large Kajabi course business and coaching is a small share of revenue.
11. Stan Store: small digital offers from a link in bio
Wins when: you sell a mini-course, a template or a paid call from your social profile.

Stan Store is a link-in-bio storefront for digital products, courses, memberships and paid calls. It takes 0% of sales, with Stripe or PayPal processing. It is not a merchant of record, so the tax position of each sale is yours.
Price as listed in October 2026: Creator $29/mo ($25/mo annual); Creator Pro $99/mo ($79/mo annual). A 14-day trial is offered.
Limits for coaches: no contracts, invoices or client records; email marketing, upsells and discount codes only on Creator Pro; no programs or check-ins.
Pick it over Coachful if your sales are impulse buys from social media and you have no ongoing client relationships to manage.
12. Systeme.io: funnels and courses on the smallest budget
Wins when: you need funnels, email and a course for free or close to it.

Systeme.io is a low-cost marketing suite: funnels, email, courses, community, blog and an affiliate program. It charges 0% transaction fees on every plan, with Stripe or PayPal processing. It is not a merchant of record; our facts do not document how it calculates VAT.
Price as listed in October 2026: Free $0/mo (2,000 contacts, 3 funnels, 1 course), Startup $17/mo, Webinar $47/mo, Unlimited $97/mo.
Limits for coaches: no native one-to-one scheduling with client records, habits or check-ins; community and course features are basic; no branded mobile app.
Pick it over Coachful if budget is the deciding factor and you sell courses through funnels rather than coaching programs.
How do the 12 platforms compare feature by feature?
The matrix below compares what matters for tax and for the rest of a coaching business. "Not documented" means the vendor facts we hold do not describe the feature, not that it is impossible.
| Platform | Merchant of record | Tax at checkout | Invoices | Booking and client records | Programs and courses | Platform fee on sales |
|---|---|---|---|---|---|---|
| Coachful | No, you are the seller | Stripe Tax on your Stripe | Per transaction plus manual | Yes | Both | 0% |
| Teachable | Not stated | "Global payments & taxes" | Not documented | No | Courses | 7.5% on Starter, 0% above |
| Lemon Squeezy | Yes | Yes, by the platform | Receipts from platform | No | Digital products | 5% + 50¢ |
| Gumroad | Yes, since 2025 | Yes, by the platform | Receipts from platform | No | Digital products, courses | 10% + $0.50 direct |
| HoneyBook | No | Not documented | Yes | Scheduler from Essentials | No | Processing only |
| Paperbell | No | Not documented | Not documented | Yes | Packages only | None added |
| Practice Better | No | Not documented | Billing | Yes | Programs | Not stated |
| CoachAccountable | No | Not documented | Yes | Yes | Both | Not stated |
| CoachVantage | No | Not documented | Yes | Yes | Group programs, small courses | None |
| Kajabi | No | Not documented | Not documented | Limited | Courses | 0.5 to 2% off Kajabi Payments |
| Stan Store | No | Not documented | No | Paid calls only | Courses | 0% |
| Systeme.io | No | Not documented | Not documented | No | Courses | 0% |
What do three real-world stacks cost each month?
The stacks below use an illustrative month of $5,000 in sales: $4,000 of live coaching packages and $1,000 of a self-paced course. These are examples, not forecasts, and card processing is left out because it applies to every option. Stripe Tax fees vary by account, so check Stripe's current rate.

| Stack | Tools | Subscription | Platform fees on example sales | Who handles tax |
|---|---|---|---|---|
| Coachful (all in one, 15 clients) | Coachful with Stripe Tax | Solo: $49/month for up to 20 clients | None from the platform | Stripe Tax calculates; you register and file |
| Packages plus merchant of record | Paperbell for packages, Lemon Squeezy for the course | $97/mo | Course: about $55 (5% + 50¢ on ten $100 sales) | Lemon Squeezy for the course; you for coaching |
| Course-first stack | Teachable Builder, HoneyBook Essentials | $148/mo ($89 + $59) | None at 0% on Builder | Teachable's payments for the course; you for HoneyBook invoices |
The merchant of record stack looks cheap until the course sells more: at $10,000 a month in course sales, Lemon Squeezy's fee alone passes $500. The split stacks also leave you reconciling tax across two dashboards at year end. A single platform on your own Stripe keeps one tax report, one client list and one export.
How does a coach set up tax-ready checkout in Coachful?
Here is the order we suggest for a coach who sells one-to-one packages and a course to clients in several countries. Your accountant decides the registrations; the software only applies them.
- Get advice on where you must register. Bring your accountant a list of what you sell (live coaching, group programs, recorded courses) and where your buyers live. Ask which offers are electronically supplied services and which are person-delivered.
- Connect your Stripe account. In Coachful, connect Stripe Connect so payments land in your own account.
- Turn on Stripe Tax and add your registrations. In your Stripe account, add the tax registrations your accountant confirmed, and set your business address.
- Build each offer as its own product. Keep a six-session package, a 12-week program and a self-paced course as separate offers, so each can carry the right tax treatment.
- Collect business details from company buyers. Add an intake question on booking for company name and VAT number, and issue a manual invoice when a company pays for an employee's coaching.
- Send the agreement before the first call. The signed agreement describes the service, which supports how you classified it.
- Review the Payments tab monthly. Check invoices and refunds against your Stripe tax report before you hand them to your accountant, and keep the full client data export as a year-end backup.
If building offer pages and the checkout funnel is the part you dread, request it through the free white-glove service and spend that time with your accountant instead. More on the moving parts: coaching packages, coaching funnels and our guide to coaching platforms that accept multiple currencies, which pairs naturally with international tax.
What tax mistakes do coaches make with their platform?
- Assuming the platform files for you. Only a merchant of record takes on the seller's obligations. A tool that calculates tax on your Stripe still leaves registration and returns with you.
- Treating every sale as a digital product. HMRC distinguishes a webinar delivered by a person from automated learning. Charging consumer VAT at the buyer's rate on live sessions may be wrong in some cases, and so may the reverse for a recorded course.
- Bundling without thinking. A package of calls plus a course portal may be one supply or two. Decide with your accountant before you price it.
- Ignoring company buyers. Business clients in another country may need an invoice with their VAT number rather than consumer tax added at checkout.
- Splitting records across tools. Three checkouts mean three tax reports. Every extra platform adds reconciliation work.
- Choosing on headline price alone. A 10% per-sale fee looks free at zero sales and costly at your first high-ticket client. Run the numbers in our article on coaching platforms with no transaction fees.
Which platform should you choose?
If you sell coaching delivered by you, along with programs or a course, Coachful is the strongest fit: Stripe Tax on your own Stripe account, invoices on every transaction, contracts and sessions on the same client record, and no platform fee on sales. If you sell only cheap digital downloads to consumers worldwide and never want a VAT registration, Lemon Squeezy or Gumroad is worth the higher per-sale cost. Course-only businesses should look at Teachable, and coaches who invoice companies for a few large engagements may prefer HoneyBook. Whatever you pick, have an accountant confirm where you must register before the first international sale.
For the bigger picture of what a coaching platform should cover, see Coachful's coaching software overview and the coaching platform page, or compare plans on the plans page.
Frequently asked questions
Do online coaches have to charge VAT?
It depends on where you are established, where your clients live, whether they are consumers or businesses, and what you sell. HMRC treats person-delivered online training such as webinars differently from automated digital services. Ask an accountant to map your offers before you set rates.
What is a merchant of record?
A merchant of record is the company legally selling to your buyer. It collects the tax, files the returns and appears on the receipt, then pays you the remainder. Lemon Squeezy and Gumroad both describe themselves this way on their pricing pages.
Is Coachful a merchant of record?
No. Coachful connects to your own Stripe or Razorpay account and supports Stripe Tax, so tax can be calculated at checkout, but you remain the seller and handle registration and filing with your accountant.
Is a self-paced coaching course taxed like live coaching?
Often not. HMRC's guidance says automated learning without human involvement is a digital service taxed where the consumer usually lives, while education delivered by a person over the internet is not an electronically supplied service. Your accountant will confirm how this applies to your offers.
What is the EU One Stop Shop?
The One Stop Shop lets a business declare VAT on qualifying EU consumer sales in a single quarterly return in one member state, instead of registering in each country. It has run in its current form since 1 July 2021, with a Union scheme for EU-established sellers and a non-Union scheme for others.
Can I add a client's VAT number to an invoice?
In Coachful you can collect the company name and VAT number through intake questions and issue a manual invoice for that client. Whether reverse-charge wording is needed depends on both countries, so confirm the wording with your accountant.
Does a merchant of record make sense for one-to-one coaching?
Usually less than for digital products. Merchant of record services are built for digital goods, charge 5 to 10% per sale in the examples here, and offer no booking or client records. Read the provider's product policy before listing live sessions.
Do US coaches need to charge sales tax?
Sales tax is set state by state, and many states do not tax services like coaching, while some tax certain digital products. Check your own state and any states where you have significant sales with a tax professional.
What is Coachful's free white-glove service?
It is a free build service on every plan: you describe a website, funnel, offer page, program or email sequence, attach references, and the Coachful team builds it in your account, usually within about 24 hours. It does not include video recording, logo design or ad management.
Which platform is cheapest if I sell a lot of courses?
Percentage-based fees grow with sales, so a flat subscription usually wins at higher volume. Compare a merchant of record's per-sale fee against a subscription plus processing at your expected monthly sales before deciding.
