Top 7 Coaching Platforms With Razorpay: Ranked and Reviewed

The best coaching platforms with Razorpay let you connect your own Razorpay account, so a client in India can pay by UPI, card, net banking or wallet on your checkout and land straight inside the program they bought. The deciding question is not "can it take money?" but "what happens after the money arrives?" If the contract, the booking link, the first week of the program and the reminder on WhatsApp all follow the payment without you copying details between tools, the platform is doing its job.
We make Coachful, and it is our pick for most coaches in this position. Of the seven platforms below, it is the only one whose own materials name Razorpay as a supported processor next to Stripe, and it puts booking, contracts, programs, check-ins, courses, community, website, funnels and email behind one login with a 0% platform fee. The other six document Stripe, PayPal or their own payments system; one of them, Graphy, says it accepts "Stripe or your preferred gateway". We explain where each one fits, what it costs as listed in October 2026, and how to work around a missing Razorpay connection if you choose it anyway.
Razorpay is an Indian payment gateway, and for a coach whose business and clients are in India it is often the natural processor: clients pay with UPI the way they pay for everything else. If you also sell abroad, read our guide to coaching platforms that accept multiple currencies, and for the wider category see the best payment platforms for coaches.
What does a coach who takes Razorpay payments need at each stage of the client journey?
You need four things to work together: a way to attract people, a checkout that takes Razorpay and enrolls them, a place to deliver the work between sessions, and a reason for them to renew. Most tools cover one or two of those stages well, and the gaps are where Razorpay coaches lose time, because a payment taken outside the platform has to be matched to a client by hand.
Attract: a site, a link and a free first step
If prospects find you through Instagram, YouTube or WhatsApp forwards, the first page they see is usually a link-in-bio page, a lead magnet or a booking page for a discovery call. At this stage you want a website with a custom domain, funnel pages with pixels and UTM tracking so you know which reel or post worked, and a low-friction way to sign up. A paid workshop at a low price, taken through Razorpay, is a common first step, and it only pays off if the buyer lands in your email list and client records automatically.

Enroll: checkout, instalments and a signed agreement
Enrollment is where Razorpay matters most. A three-month package is easier to say yes to when it can be split into monthly instalments, an early-bird coupon is easier to run when the checkout handles it, and an invoice per transaction saves you rebuilding receipts at the end of the quarter. Before the first call, the client should sign a coaching agreement and answer your intake questions. If GST applies to your coaching income, your invoices need to carry the right details; the rules depend on your turnover and registration, so check with a chartered accountant (the overview of India's Goods and Services Tax is a starting point, not advice).
Deliver: sessions plus everything between them
Delivery covers the live sessions and, more importantly for programs, the days in between. Sessions need booking rules, calendar sync, a video link and reminders on the channel your clients actually read; for many Indian clients that is WhatsApp. Between sessions, clients need weekly goals, daily tasks, habits and check-ins, so you can see who is moving and who has stalled. Group programs need a cohort space, and course content needs drip release and completion tracking.

Retain: renewals, re-engagement and the next offer
Retention runs on recurring payments, early warning and timely offers. Razorpay subscriptions or a renewal checkout keep the relationship going; a client status that flags quiet or at-risk clients tells you who to call this week; and an email sequence or a bundle gives graduates a next step. If retention lives in a spreadsheet, it tends not to happen.
Which of the seven platforms covers each stage, and which take Razorpay?
Ranked on: a native connection to your own Razorpay account, one login for the whole client journey, delivery between sessions, total stack cost, and setup effort, including Coachful's free white-glove build.
| Platform | Razorpay | Attract | Enroll | Deliver | Retain |
|---|---|---|---|---|---|
| Coachful | Native: your own Razorpay account (or Stripe Connect) | Website, funnels, link-in-bio, email | Checkout, payment plans, coupons, e-signed agreements, intake | Booking, programs, habits, check-ins, courses, community | Subscriptions, client status, sequences, bundles |
| Graphy | "Stripe or your preferred gateway"; Razorpay not named on the pricing page | AI website builder, landing pages, email | Course and membership checkout, coupons | Courses, webinars, live classes | Memberships, email, push notifications |
| Systeme.io | No; Stripe and PayPal | Funnels, blog, email | Funnel checkout | Basic courses and community | Email automation |
| Simply.Coach | Processors not stated on the pricing pages | Booking pages | Contracts, programs | Sessions, programs, client portal | Not documented in our data |
| Practice Better | No; Practice Better Payments, powered by Stripe | None (no website builder) | Billing | Scheduling, telehealth, programs, charting | Programs, portal |
| Kajabi | No; Kajabi Payments, PayPal or other providers with an extra fee | Website, funnels, email | Product checkout | Courses, community | Email, community |
| Stan Store | No; Stripe or PayPal | Link-in-bio storefront | Product and paid-call checkout | Digital products, courses | Email on Creator Pro only |
How did we choose and rank these seven platforms?
We started from the question a Razorpay coach actually asks: "If I connect my account, does the rest of my business follow?" We read each vendor's pricing and feature pages as listed in October 2026, plus what public reviewers report. We did not run paid accounts on the competing tools, so where a vendor does not document something, we say so instead of guessing.
Five things decided the order:
- Razorpay connection. Can you plug in your own Razorpay account, or do you need a payment link outside the platform and a manual step to grant access?
- One login for the journey. How many of the four stages above sit in the same tool as the payment?
- Delivery between sessions. Programs, habits and check-ins, not just session booking.
- Total stack cost. The platform's list price plus any platform fee on top of Razorpay's processing, plus the tools you would still have to add.
- Setup effort. How long until a paying client can book, sign and start.
Platforms that only schedule (Calendly, Acuity Scheduling) or only send email (Kit) were left out of the ranking because none documents Razorpay and each covers a single stage; they appear in the stack recipes instead.
1. Coachful: the best coaching platform with Razorpay for most coaches

Coachful is a coaching platform where one subscription covers booking, payments, contracts, program delivery with habits and check-ins, courses, a community, a website with funnels and email, and an AI assistant. The coach has one login and the client gets one branded app. Payments run through your own Razorpay account or your own Stripe Connect account, and since August 2026 Coachful takes a 0% platform fee, so the only deduction from a client payment is the processor's own charge. It is built for coaches who deliver programs, not just sessions, for solo coaches growing into a small team, and for coaches replacing four to six tools.
Where Razorpay sits in Coachful's checkout
Razorpay is the money layer under everything you sell: session packages, programs, offers, courses, bundles and funnel checkouts. Coachful lists one-time payments, subscriptions, payment plans, order bumps, coupons and refunds, with an invoice for every transaction and manual invoices for anything you sold elsewhere. Paid sessions and session credits work on the booking side too, so a client who bought a five-session pack books against their credits instead of paying each time.

The payment sits on the same client record as goals, check-ins, habits, notes, intake answers, tags and sessions. That is the part a payment link cannot give you: you can see in one place who paid, who is on instalment two of three, and who has stopped checking in. Each record carries a status of thriving, active, quiet or at risk, and Michelle, the built-in AI assistant, prepares a briefing before each session from that live data. This short walkthrough shows invoices and payments from the coach's side:
From paid to first session without copy and paste
After checkout, the client receives a coaching agreement with e-signature before the first call, and the signed copy is stored on their record. Booking pages handle availability rules, buffers, minimum notice and time-zone detection, which matters if you also coach clients abroad. Calendars sync both ways with Google, Apple/iCloud and Outlook, and each session gets built-in video or an auto-created Zoom, Meet or Teams link. Reminders go out by email, and once messaging is enabled, by SMS 24 hours before and WhatsApp one hour before, which suits clients who live in WhatsApp (more in our guide to coaching platforms with WhatsApp reminders).

What clients do between sessions
Programs run for multiple weeks with weekly goals, daily tasks, habits, morning and evening check-ins, goals with progress bars and streaks. Enrolling a client in a group program creates the cohort group automatically, and the community adds a feed, group chat, direct messages and video events. Courses come with modules, lessons, drip release and completion tracking, and everything appears in the client's branded home and app. You can start from more than 40 ready-to-film program templates or 48 course templates with quizzes. If you want clients to have support between calls, AI Coach is an AI version of you that selected clients can chat with, configured by you. Coaches working toward ICF credentials can also track coaching hours against ACC, PCC and MCC thresholds and export a client coaching log.

Why Coachful stands out: a free white-glove service. On every plan, you can open Create > We'll build it for you · FREE and describe what you need: a website, a funnel, a sales page, a program, a course outline, an email sequence, a link-in-bio page, an event or an automation. Attach up to 8 reference links and up to 10 files (logos, photos, brand guides, copy; no video files), and the Coachful team builds it inside your own account, usually within about 24 hours. Nothing is invented: no fake credentials, testimonials or prices, and gaps are left for you to fill. One recent build was a year-long cohort program with an application form, an eight-page site and a nine-day bootcamp funnel for a real-estate and money coach; another gave a business mentor for beauty professionals a 12-week mentorship sales page, a start-up-guide funnel and rewritten follow-up emails. It does not cover recording videos, logo design, ad management or ongoing marketing. Details are in our post on the free white-glove service.

What Coachful does not do
- No PayPal. If many of your international clients insist on PayPal, that is a real gap.
- Not HIPAA-certified and not for clinical record-keeping or insurance billing.
- The client app ships under the Coachful listing with your branding, not in your own App Store account.
- No Garmin, Fitbit, Whoop or Oura sync, and no stock exercise videos (the Fitness & Nutrition pack uses illustrated exercises and your own demo videos).
- No Salesforce or HubSpot integration and no multi-stage deal board for large sales teams.
- The affiliate program tracks links, clicks, conversions and revenue, but payouts are recorded manually rather than sent by Coachful.
Price: flat monthly plans, where lower plans cap the number of clients, Pro is unlimited and team plans add coach seats (current plans: Lite: $29/month for up to 5 clients; Solo: $49/month for up to 20 clients; Pro: $99/month with unlimited clients; Studio: $199/month with unlimited clients). Monthly plans cancel in one click, and you can start with a free trial. Coachful holds a Trustpilot rating of 4.5 from 21 reviews.
2. Graphy: courses and webinars with an India price view
Graphy is a course, webinar, membership and digital-product platform with an AI website builder and branded mobile apps. It earns second place for one reason: its pricing page, which we read on 25 October 2026, says every paid plan can "accept payments via Stripe or your preferred gateway" and lists "Integrated Payment Gateways". That page does not name Razorpay, so confirm with Graphy that your own Razorpay account is supported before you build on it.
Two price lists on the same page
The page shows a dollar view and an India view. In dollars, Launch is $49/month, Rise $149/month and Scale $399/month, each marked "0% transaction fee", with 25% off for annual billing. In the India view, Launch is ₹1,999 per month billed annually with "10% per sale or ₹10 whichever is higher", and Rise is ₹9,999 per month billed annually with 5% per sale or ₹10, and the iOS app is a paid add-on. Which list applies to you depends on your account, so ask before you compare it against a flat-fee tool: a 10% cut on a high-ticket package adds up quickly. There is a 14-day free trial.
What a 1:1 coach would still add
Launch includes 10,000 contacts, 10,000 live-class minutes a month, up to 500 webinar participants and 5,000 marketing emails a month. Rise adds AI agents for sales, support and tutoring, Android and iOS apps, and 10 admin accounts. What the pricing page does not list is 1:1 booking pages, coaching agreements with e-signature, per-client habits or daily check-ins. A coach selling three-month 1:1 packages would add a scheduler and an e-sign tool and track client progress somewhere else.
Pick it over Coachful if your business is mostly recorded courses and large live webinars for an audience of learners rather than clients, you want DRM protection on your videos, and you want your own branded app on the Rise plan.
3. Systeme.io: the cheapest marketing front end, with Razorpay kept outside

Systeme.io is a low-cost marketing suite: funnels, email, courses, community, a blog and an affiliate program. For a Razorpay coach, its appeal is price. The Free plan costs $0 and includes 2,000 contacts, 3 funnels, 1 course and 1 custom domain; Startup is $17/month (5,000 contacts, 10 funnels, 5 courses); Webinar is $47/month; Unlimited is $97/month, as listed in October 2026. It charges 0% transaction fees on every plan, with Stripe or PayPal handling the processing.
The Razorpay workaround and its cost in time
Because the checkout runs on Stripe or PayPal, a coach who wants clients to pay by UPI through Razorpay has to send them somewhere else: a Razorpay Payment Page or Payment Link behind a funnel button. The payment then has to be matched to a contact and the buyer given course access by hand. That is manageable at five clients a month and tedious at forty.
Public profiles also note that Systeme.io has no native 1:1 scheduling with client records, habits or check-ins, that course and community features are basic, and that there is no branded mobile app. It holds a Trustpilot rating of 4.9 from 8,696 reviews.
Pick it over Coachful if you mainly need landing pages and email on the smallest possible budget, you deliver coaching elsewhere, and your clients are happy to pay by card through Stripe or by PayPal.
4. Simply.Coach: contract-first practice management for structured engagements

Simply.Coach is a coaching practice platform built around contracts, programs, sessions, booking pages and a client portal, with business tiers for coaching organizations. Its solo plans as listed in October 2026: Starter $9/month (3 active coachees, 1 contract, 1 program, 1 GB), Essentials $29/month or $24.17/month billed annually (7 coachees, 3 contracts, 3 programs, 10 GB), Growth $49/month (30 coachees, 10 contracts and programs, 50 GB, 3 calendars) and Leap $69/month (unlimited coachees, contracts and programs, 100 GB). The business tiers are priced per active coach: CoCreate $79/month with 10 clients per coach, and Surge $159/month with 25 clients per coach, 2 program managers and 5 sponsors.
The payments picture is unclear
We checked Simply.Coach's pricing page on 25 October 2026 and it does not say which payment processors it supports or whether it charges a transaction fee. Automated invoices are marked "Coming Soon" on the solo pricing page. If Razorpay is a requirement, ask Simply.Coach directly during the 14-day trial (no credit card required), and get the answer in writing.
The other limit is caps. Every solo tier below Leap caps clients, contracts and programs, so a coach with 15 clients and five offers outgrows Essentials fast. Simply.Coach also states that there are no refunds for cancellations in the middle of a billing period.
Pick it over Coachful if you run corporate coaching engagements where a sponsor and a program manager need visibility into each coachee's contract and progress, and you handle billing outside the platform anyway.
5. Practice Better: for nutrition and wellness practitioners who chart

Practice Better is practice management for wellness and nutrition practitioners: scheduling, telehealth, charting, billing, programs and a client portal. It comes closer to a clinic tool than a coaching tool. As listed in October 2026, Sprout is $0/month for 3 clients and 100 MB; Starter is $35/month ($25 annually) for 10 clients; Professional is $69/month ($59 annually) for 300 clients; Plus is $99/month ($89 annually) for unlimited clients; and Team is $155/month ($145 annually) with two practitioners. Trials run 30 days on Team and 14 days on the other paid plans.
Stripe-based billing, and features gated to Plus
Client payments run through Practice Better Payments, powered by Stripe, and the pricing page does not list the rates. Nothing in its documentation that we reviewed mentions Razorpay, so Indian clients would pay by card through Stripe, or you would take UPI through a Razorpay link outside the platform and mark the invoice paid yourself.
Several features a growing coach wants start on Plus: evergreen programs, portal branding, a custom URL and SMS. There is no website builder or funnel pages, and below Team each account has one practitioner. Practice Better holds a Trustpilot rating of 3.8 from 87 reviews. If you are a health coach, keep the scope line clear in any tool: coaching supports behavior change and does not treat medical conditions, so refer clients to a doctor or registered dietitian when symptoms or diagnoses come up (our health coaching software guide covers this in more depth).
Pick it over Coachful if you are a nutrition or wellness practitioner whose work needs charting and telehealth in one place, and card payments through Stripe suit your clients.
6. Kajabi: a large course and community stack where Razorpay stays outside

Kajabi is a course, community, website, funnel and email platform for selling knowledge products. As listed in October 2026, Basic is $179/month ($143 annually) with 5 products, 2,500 contacts, 1 community and 0 AI credits; Growth is $249/month ($199 annually) with 50 products and 25,000 contacts; Pro is $499/month ($399 annually) with unlimited products and 100,000 contacts. The standard trial is 14 days.
Fees stack on fees if you bring another processor
Kajabi Payments in the US charges 2.9% + $0.30 on Basic, 2.8% + $0.30 on Growth and 2.7% + $0.30 on Pro. If you use another provider (excluding PayPal), Kajabi adds its own fee of 2% on Basic, 1% on Growth or 0.5% on Pro on top of that provider's charges. Razorpay is not among the options documented in the data we reviewed, so a Razorpay coach would typically sell through a Razorpay Payment Page and grant access in Kajabi by hand, which avoids the extra fee but loses the automation you are paying for.
Kajabi's coaching model is products and communities, not per-client plans: there is no habit tracking or daily client check-in. Kajabi holds a Trustpilot rating of 3.4 from 2,347 reviews. Our guide to coaching platforms with no transaction fees compares this fee structure with the alternatives.
Pick it over Coachful if your business is mostly courses and memberships sold to a large international audience paying by card, you need a big contact list from day one, and your coaching is a small add-on rather than the core offer.
7. Stan Store: a link-in-bio shop for small offers and paid calls

Stan Store is a link-in-bio storefront for selling digital products, courses, memberships and paid calls. As listed in October 2026, Creator is $29/month ($25 annually) and Creator Pro is $99/month ($79 annually), both with unlimited products and customers. Stan takes a 0% fee ("keep 100% of every sale"), and standard Stripe or PayPal processing applies. There is a 14-day free trial, after which the first month is charged.
What a storefront cannot hold
Stan is a shop, not a client workspace. It has no contracts, invoices or client records and no programs with tasks, habits or check-ins, and email marketing, upsells, discount codes and affiliates are only on the $99 Creator Pro plan. Payment runs through Stripe or PayPal, so Razorpay and UPI are not part of the checkout. It holds a Trustpilot rating of 4.7 from 2,205 reviews.
Coachful also includes a link-in-bio page that sells, so a coach who likes Stan's format can keep the same bio-link habit while the buyer lands in a program instead of a download folder.
Pick it over Coachful if you sell downloads, templates and occasional paid calls to an audience that pays by card or PayPal, and you do not need contracts, programs or client tracking.
Which payment processors and fees does each platform document?
Here is the payment layer on its own, because "accepts payments" covers very different setups. Razorpay's own processing charges apply wherever Razorpay is used; check Razorpay's current pricing page for your account type.
| Platform | Processors documented | Platform fee on sales | Instalments or subscriptions | E-signed contracts |
|---|---|---|---|---|
| Coachful | Your own Razorpay or Stripe Connect account | 0% (since August 2026) | Payment plans and subscriptions | Yes, before the first call |
| Graphy | "Stripe or your preferred gateway" | 0% in the dollar view; 10% or 5% per sale in the India view | Memberships | Not listed |
| Systeme.io | Stripe, PayPal | 0% | Not covered in our data | Not listed |
| Simply.Coach | Not stated on the pricing pages | Not stated | Not stated | Yes (capped below Leap) |
| Practice Better | Practice Better Payments (Stripe) | None stated | Billing (details not listed) | Not listed in our data |
| Kajabi | Kajabi Payments, PayPal, other providers | 0.5% to 2% extra with other providers | Not covered in our data | Not listed |
| Stan Store | Stripe, PayPal | 0% | Memberships | No |
What does each platform cost at 5, 15 and 40 clients?
Monthly list prices for the cheapest plan that covers each client count, as listed in October 2026 (Graphy as read on 25 October 2026). Razorpay's processing is extra everywhere.
| Platform | 5 clients | 15 clients | 40 clients | What you still add |
|---|---|---|---|---|
| Coachful | Lite: $29/month for up to 5 clients | Solo: $49/month for up to 20 clients | Pro: $99/month with unlimited clients | Nothing for the four stages; Razorpay connects natively |
| Graphy | $49 (Launch) | $49 (Launch) | $49 (Launch) | Scheduler, e-sign tool; per-sale fee in the India view |
| Systeme.io | $0 to $17 | $17 (Startup) | $17 (Startup) | Scheduler, e-sign tool, Razorpay Payment Pages |
| Simply.Coach | $29 (Essentials) | $49 (Growth) | $69 (Leap) | Website, funnels, email; confirm payments |
| Practice Better | $35 (Starter) | $69 (Professional) | $69 (Professional) | Website, funnels; Razorpay outside |
| Kajabi | $179 (Basic) | $179 (Basic) | $179 (Basic) | Scheduler, contracts, check-ins; Razorpay outside |
| Stan Store | $29 (Creator) | $29 (Creator) | $29, or $99 with email | Scheduler, contracts, client records; Razorpay outside |
The cheapest row is not the cheapest business. A $17 tool that needs three more tools and an hour a week of manual payment matching costs more than its price suggests. Our guide to platforms for selling coaching packages walks through the same trade-off for package-based offers.
All-in-one or assembled: which stack recipe fits a Razorpay coach?
An all-in-one stack puts Razorpay inside the platform that runs the client journey. An assembled stack keeps Razorpay on its own Payment Pages or Payment Links and stitches the rest together. Both work; the difference is who does the matching. Prices below are list prices as listed in October 2026 for an example practice of 15 clients; e-sign tool prices were not verified for this article.

| Recipe | Tools | Monthly software cost (15 clients) | Logins | Where Razorpay sits |
|---|---|---|---|---|
| Coachful all-in-one | Coachful plus your Razorpay account | Solo: $49/month for up to 20 clients | 1 | Inside every checkout, linked to the client record |
| Budget assembled | Systeme.io Startup, Calendly Standard, Razorpay Payment Pages, an e-sign tool | $17 + $10 (Calendly, billed annually) + e-sign tool | 4 | Separate pages; payments matched by hand |
| Course-led assembled | Graphy Launch, Calendly Standard, an e-sign tool | $49 + $10 + e-sign tool | 3 | Graphy's gateway setup (confirm Razorpay) |
| Premium assembled | Kajabi Basic, Calendly Standard, Razorpay Payment Pages | $179 + $10 | 3 | Separate pages; access granted by hand |
Calendly's Standard plan is per seat, and its free plan allows one event type and one calendar connection, so a coach with a discovery call and a paid session type outgrows it quickly. If your assembled stack depends on automation between tools, our guide to coaching platforms with Zapier integration covers what each one can trigger.
How would a coach set up Razorpay payments in Coachful, step by step?
Take an example: a career coach in Pune who sells a three-month 1:1 package and runs a low-priced weekend workshop as the first step. Here is the order that gets the first paying client from Instagram to session one with the least back-and-forth.

- Get your Razorpay account active. Complete Razorpay's account activation for your business, then connect that account to Coachful as your payment processor. Payments go to your account; Coachful takes a 0% platform fee.
- Request the build. Open Create > We'll build it for you · FREE, ask for a site and a workshop funnel, and attach your logo, photos, an old flyer and links to coaches whose style you like. The team builds it in your account, usually within about 24 hours, and leaves any missing details for you.
- Set up the offers. Create the three-month package with a payment plan of three monthly instalments, add an early-bird coupon for the workshop, and add a workbook as an order bump. Every sale generates its own invoice.
- Attach the agreement and intake. Add your coaching agreement for e-signature before the first call and put your intake questions on the booking page, so answers land on the client record. Our coaching contracts page shows how agreements are stored.
- Open the calendar. Set availability, buffers and minimum notice, turn on two-way Google Calendar sync and auto-created Google Meet links, and enable messaging so clients get an SMS 24 hours before and a WhatsApp message one hour before.
- Build the 12 weeks. Start from a program template, then set weekly goals, daily tasks, two or three habits and morning and evening check-ins. If you run the workshop graduates as a group, the cohort group appears when they enroll; see group coaching software for how cohorts work.
- Plan the renewal. Write a three-email sequence that starts in week 10 with an offer to continue on a monthly subscription, and check client statuses weekly so a quiet client gets a call before they drift.
- Sort the paperwork. Download invoices for your records and ask a chartered accountant whether you need GST registration and what your invoices must show.
If you want to see how other coaches structure their checkout pages, our coaching payment software page covers the options, and coaching funnel software covers the workshop funnel.
Which mistakes do Razorpay coaches make when choosing a platform?
- Reading "accepts payments" as "accepts Razorpay". Most platforms in this list document Stripe or PayPal only. Ask the vendor in writing during the trial.
- Forgetting the platform fee sits on top of Razorpay's. A per-sale cut from the platform plus Razorpay's processing can take a noticeable share of a high-ticket package. Compare the totals, not the headline.
- Running checkout on payment links indefinitely. Links are fine for the first five clients. After that, unmatched payments, missed access grants and lost receipts cost hours each month.
- Skipping a test purchase. Use Razorpay's test mode, then make one small live purchase yourself and follow it through: receipt, agreement, booking, program access, reminder.
- Ignoring reminders. If your clients read WhatsApp and not email, email-only reminders mean more no-shows.
How do you move to a Razorpay-ready platform without disrupting clients?
Move in a planned order and keep both systems running for one billing cycle. Most of the risk sits in recurring payments, because a saved card or UPI mandate is usually tied to the merchant account it was set up with, so plan for clients to re-authorize renewals on the new checkout.
- Export first. Pull your client list, notes, session history and any course content from the old tool before you cancel anything.
- Let the import happen for you. On Coachful, clients, programs and content are imported for you during onboarding, and the white-glove team can rebuild your site and funnels.
- Move new sales first. Point your link-in-bio and website buttons to the new checkout, so new clients start on Razorpay in Coachful while existing ones finish their current cycle.
- Switch renewals with notice. Email existing subscribers a week before their next renewal with a short explanation and the new payment link, then cancel the old subscription only after the new one is active.
- Keep your exit open. Coachful exports full client data as a ZIP (roster, notes, check-ins, goals, habits, sessions, form responses) and courses separately, so you are never locked in.
Our full guide on how to switch coaching platforms without disrupting clients has a week-by-week checklist.
Which coaching platform with Razorpay should you choose?
Choose Coachful if you take payments through Razorpay and deliver programs: it is the only platform in this ranking whose own materials name Razorpay as a native processor, it charges a 0% platform fee, and the payment opens a client record that carries the agreement, the bookings, the program, the check-ins and the renewal. Choose Graphy if you mainly sell courses and webinars and Graphy confirms your gateway. Choose Systeme.io if budget is the only constraint and you can live with Razorpay on separate pages. Choose Simply.Coach for sponsor-led corporate engagements, Practice Better for wellness work that needs charting, Kajabi for large course audiences paying by card, and Stan Store for small digital products sold from your bio.
What Coachful is, in one line: a coaching platform for coaches who deliver programs, with booking, payments through your own Razorpay or Stripe account, contracts, programs, courses, community, website, funnels and email in one login. What it does not do: PayPal, HIPAA-covered clinical work, wearable sync or your own App Store listing. How to start: open a free trial, connect Razorpay and ask the team for the free white-glove build of your site or first program.
Frequently asked questions
Which coaching platforms work with Razorpay?
Among the seven platforms here, Coachful is the only one whose own materials name Razorpay as a supported processor, alongside Stripe Connect. Graphy says it accepts "Stripe or your preferred gateway" without naming Razorpay on its pricing page, and the others document Stripe, PayPal or their own payments. Ask any vendor to confirm in writing before you commit.
Does Coachful take a cut of Razorpay payments?
No. Since August 2026, Coachful charges a 0% platform fee, so only Razorpay's own processing charges apply. Features are included in your Coachful membership rather than billed per sale.
Can clients pay in instalments through Razorpay on Coachful?
Yes. Coachful lists payment plans, subscriptions, one-time payments, coupons, order bumps and refunds through your connected processor, and generates an invoice for every transaction. You can also send manual invoices for anything sold outside the platform.
Can I use Razorpay with Kajabi, Systeme.io or Stan Store?
Not natively, based on what these vendors document: their checkouts run on Stripe, PayPal or their own payments. The usual workaround is a Razorpay Payment Page or Payment Link outside the platform, followed by granting access by hand. On Kajabi, using another processor instead of Kajabi Payments can also add a 0.5% to 2% Kajabi fee.
Do I need GST registration to sell coaching through Razorpay?
It depends on your turnover, where your clients are and how your business is registered, so check with a chartered accountant. The overview of India's GST explains the basics. Whatever you decide, keep the invoice Coachful generates for each transaction.
What is Coachful's free white-glove service?
On every plan, you can ask the Coachful team to build a website, funnel, sales page, program, course outline, email sequence, link-in-bio page, event or automation inside your account, usually within about 24 hours. You attach up to 8 reference links and 10 files, and nothing is invented: gaps are left for you. It does not include video recording, logo design, ads or ongoing marketing.
Can I send WhatsApp reminders to clients in India?
Yes. Coachful sends email reminders and, once messaging is enabled, an SMS 24 hours before a session and a WhatsApp message one hour before. That helps if your clients check WhatsApp far more often than email.
Can I try Coachful before paying?
Yes, there is a free trial. Plans are flat monthly fees where lower plans cap the number of clients and Pro is unlimited (current plans: Lite: $29/month for up to 5 clients; Solo: $49/month for up to 20 clients; Pro: $99/month with unlimited clients; Studio: $199/month with unlimited clients). Monthly plans cancel in one click.
Is Coachful suitable for therapists or clinical practitioners in India?
Coachful is a coaching platform, not a clinical system. It is not HIPAA-certified and is not built for clinical record-keeping or insurance billing. Coaches in health and wellness can use it for behavior change programs, and should refer clients to a qualified clinician when medical or mental health concerns come up.
How long does it take to move from another platform?
The setup itself can be quick because Coachful imports clients, programs and content during onboarding and the white-glove team builds pages, usually within about 24 hours of a request. The slower part is moving recurring payments, so plan one full billing cycle with both systems running.
