Best Platform for Entrepreneur Coaches in 2026 (5 Compared)

Best Platform for Entrepreneur Coaches in 2026 (5 Compared)

The best platform for entrepreneur coaches is the one that lets a founder find you, pay you, sign your agreement, work through your program and stay for the next round without ever leaving one place. Entrepreneur coaches rarely sell only hourly calls. They sell accelerators, masterminds, cohort programs, VIP days and courses, and each of those needs a checkout, a delivery space and a way to keep clients accountable between calls. So the deciding question is simple: how much of your selling and delivery can one platform carry, and what does the full stack cost once you add whatever it leaves out?

Our pick is Coachful. It covers booking, payments with payment plans, agreements, multi-week programs with tasks, habits and check-ins, courses, a community, a website with funnels and email, all under one login for you and one branded app for your clients. We make Coachful, so weigh that, and read the "Pick it over Coachful if" line at the end of every other entry. Kajabi, Kartra, Skool and Systeme.io each win for a specific kind of entrepreneur coach, and we say which.

This guide is organised around the client journey rather than a feature list. You will see what each stage (attract, enroll, deliver, retain) needs, which platform covers which stage, two stack recipes with real October 2026 list prices, and how to move platforms without losing clients mid-program.

What do entrepreneur coaches sell online?

Most entrepreneur coaches sell outcomes tied to a business milestone: first revenue, a launch, a hire, a pricing reset, a calmer founder. Those outcomes take weeks, so the offers are programs rather than single sessions. Typical examples:

  • A 12-week launch accelerator. A group cohort with weekly calls, a curriculum, weekly goals and a shared space for questions. Often sold with a payment plan.
  • A founder mastermind. A small, high-commitment group that meets every two weeks for a year. The format traces back to the mastermind group idea of peers holding each other to account. It needs an application, a recurring subscription and a private community.
  • 1:1 strategy coaching. Monthly retainers or session packs for founders who want private attention, with notes, goals and a record of every call.
  • A VIP strategy day. One paid, intensive session with pre-work and a written action plan afterwards.
  • A self-paced course. A goal-setting or offer-building course sold on its own or as a bonus inside a program.
  • A free lead magnet or webinar. The top of the funnel: a planning template, a short training or a live workshop that feeds your email list.

Notice what these share. Every one needs a page that sells it, a checkout, and somewhere the client does the work. Masterminds and accelerators add community. Retainers add scheduling and client records. That spread is why entrepreneur coaches often end up with five or six subscriptions, and why the platform choice matters more for this niche than for coaches who only sell hourly calls.

What does each stage of the client journey need?

Each stage has a short list of jobs, and a platform either does them or hands them to another tool. Here is the journey for a typical entrepreneur coach selling a cohort program plus 1:1 retainers.

Thinking of launching your coaching business?

Answer a few questions and Coachful builds it around you: your website, programs, booking and payments. Ready in minutes.

Build your platform

Attract: be found and capture the lead

You need a website on your own domain, a blog or content hub for search, a lead magnet or webinar funnel, an email list with a welcome sequence, and tracking (a pixel and UTM tags) so you know which channel brings buyers. Founders often find coaches on LinkedIn or podcasts, so a link-in-bio page that actually sells helps too.

Enroll: turn interest into a paying, signed client

High-ticket entrepreneur offers usually start with an application form or a discovery call. Then come the checkout (pay in full, payment plan or subscription, maybe an order bump), a coaching agreement signed before the first call, and invoices that a founder can hand to their bookkeeper. Tax handling matters once you sell across borders; rules vary, so check with an accountant before you switch it on.

Deliver: help the client actually do the work

This is where entrepreneur coaching lives or dies. Clients need weekly goals and daily tasks, check-ins that surface when they are stuck, a curriculum they can work through, scheduled calls with reminders, and a community for the cohort. Between-session delivery (the work that happens on the other six days of the week) is the part most course and marketing platforms leave out.

Retain: keep clients for the next round

Retention needs visibility. You want to see which clients are thriving and which have gone quiet, then offer the next step at the right moment: an alumni membership, a mastermind seat or a renewed retainer. Email sequences, a community that stays open after the program and a clear upsell path all help.

How did we rank these platforms?

We ranked by four criteria: one login for the whole client journey, between-session delivery, total stack cost at 5, 15 and 40 clients, and setup effort (including whether someone will build it for you). We did not test these platforms hands-on; we compared what each vendor documents on its own pages in October 2026 and what public reviewers report.

Which platform covers which stage of the journey?

Coachful is the only one of the five that covers all four stages, including 1:1 delivery between sessions. The others are strong at attract and enroll, then thin out at deliver.

1. Coachful: the most complete selling and delivery platform

Laptop showing a coaching business analytics dashboard beside a tablet showing a list of funnels in a co-working studio
Coachful's Analytics tab on a laptop and the Funnels list on a tablet, both with demo data.

Coachful is a coaching platform built for coaches who deliver programs, not just sessions. One subscription covers booking, payments, contracts, program delivery with habits and check-ins, courses, a community, a website with funnels and email, and an AI assistant. You get one login; your clients get one app with your branding inside the Coachful app. It suits solo entrepreneur coaches growing into a small team and coaches replacing four to six separate tools.

How Coachful handles attract and enroll

The website builder is section-based, with a blog, a custom domain, SEO settings and 30 designed homepage templates, plus an Import website option if you already have a site. Funnels come in booking, application, lead-magnet and checkout types, with pixels and UTM tracking, and there are about 25 funnel templates to start from. Email lists, broadcasts and multi-step sequences support triggers, delays, branching and A/B splits, so a webinar sign-up can flow into a nurture sequence and an application without a separate email tool. A link-in-bio page sells directly, which helps if founders find you on social channels.

Enrollment runs through your own Stripe Connect or Razorpay account: one-time payments, subscriptions, payment plans, order bumps, coupons, refunds, Apple Pay and Google Pay, and Stripe Tax. Every transaction produces an invoice, and you can send manual invoices too. Coachful takes a 0% platform fee (since August 2026), so you pay only Stripe or Razorpay processing. Coaching agreements with e-signature go out before the first call and are stored on the client record. Booking pages handle availability rules, buffers, minimum notice and time-zone detection, with two-way Google, Apple/iCloud and Outlook sync and intake questions at booking.

How Coachful handles deliver and retain

Delivery is where it pulls ahead for this niche. Multi-week programs carry weekly goals, daily tasks, habits, morning and evening check-ins, goals with progress bars and streaks. When a client enrolls in a program, a cohort group is created automatically, so your accelerator has its community the moment the first payment lands. Courses support modules, lessons, drip and completion tracking, and there are 48 course templates with quizzes and more than 40 program templates. Calls run on built-in video or auto-created Zoom, Meet or Teams links, with email reminders, plus SMS (24 hours before) and WhatsApp (1 hour before) once messaging is enabled.

The demo client Programs view: an enrolled group program, its current week, members and the way into the program.

For retention, every client record shows goals, check-ins, habits, notes, intake answers, tags, payments and sessions, plus a status of thriving, active, quiet or at risk. That status is the early warning a founder program needs: the client who stops checking in during week five is usually the one who will not renew. Bundles let you package a program, a course and a community into one offer for alumni.

Michelle, the built-in AI assistant, works from your live practice data. She builds programs, drafts emails and content, summarises recorded sessions and briefs you before each call. Questions and planning are included in your Coachful membership; confirmed builds and changes use AI credits. You can also configure an AI Coach, an AI version of you that selected clients can chat with between sessions. Team plans (Studio and Agency) add coach seats with per-coach availability and staff permissions, and multi-coach session types can use round-robin or least-busy assignment.

Why Coachful stands out: a free white-glove service. From Create, the "We'll build it for you" option lets you describe what you want: a website, a sales page, an application funnel, a program, a course outline, an email sequence, a webinar page. You can attach up to 8 reference links and up to 10 files such as logos, brand guides and existing copy. The Coachful team builds it inside your own account, usually within about 24 hours. Nothing gets invented: no fake credentials, testimonials or prices, and any gaps are left for you to fill. One recent build for a business mentor working with beauty professionals produced a 12-week mentorship sales page, a start-up-guide lead funnel and rewritten follow-up emails. It does not cover recording videos, logo design, ad management or ongoing marketing. Read more in our white-glove service guide.

What Coachful does not do

Coachful is not a course marketplace, so it will not send you buyers the way a marketplace might. It has no PayPal, no permanent free plan, no Salesforce or HubSpot integration and no multi-stage sales deal board for large sales teams. The client app ships under the Coachful listing with your branding, not under your own App Store account. The affiliate program is partial: it tracks links, clicks, conversions and revenue, but you record payouts manually. Monthly plans cancel in one click, and a full client data export comes as a ZIP.

How to start

Start a free trial, connect Stripe or Razorpay, then request a white-glove build of your site or first funnel. Clients, programs and content are imported for you during onboarding. Plans are flat monthly; lower plans cap the number of clients and Pro is unlimited (current plans: Lite: $29/month for up to 5 clients; Solo: $49/month for up to 20 clients; Pro: $99/month with unlimited clients; Studio: $199/month with unlimited clients). Coaches who focus on founders can see the niche setup on our business coaches page.

2. Kajabi: strong for course-led coaches with a big audience

Kajabi homepage promoting its course, community and website platform for creators
Kajabi's homepage in October 2026.

Kajabi is a course, community, website, funnel and email platform for selling knowledge products. For an entrepreneur coach whose business is mainly a flagship course plus a community, it is a capable and well-known home.

Where Kajabi earns its place

Kajabi puts your storefront, your course library, your community and your email marketing under one roof. As listed in October 2026, Basic costs $179/mo ($143/mo billed annually) with 5 products, 2,500 contacts, 1 community, 1 website and 0 AI credits. Growth is $249/mo ($199/mo annually) with 50 products, 25,000 contacts and 500 AI credits. Pro is $499/mo ($399/mo annually) with unlimited products and 100,000 contacts. On Kajabi Payments in the US, processing runs from 2.9% + $0.30 on Basic down to 2.7% + $0.30 on Pro. Use another processor (other than PayPal) and Kajabi adds its own fee of 2% on Basic, 1% on Growth or 0.5% on Pro.

The 14-day trial lets you enter a card optionally; if you do, Kajabi places an authorization hold and charges when the trial ends. Some features, such as bulk contact import and test emails, stay locked until you activate a paid plan.

The gap for 1:1 and accountability work

Kajabi treats coaching as products and communities, not per-client plans. There is no habit tracking and no daily client check-in, so the between-session accountability that founders pay for has to happen elsewhere, often in a spreadsheet or a messaging app. The Basic plan's five-product cap also bites quickly: an accelerator, a mastermind, a course, a VIP day and a lead magnet already fill it. On Trustpilot, Kajabi showed 3.4 from 2,347 reviews when we checked in October 2026.

Pick it over Coachful if your business is primarily a large-audience course with tens of thousands of email contacts, and 1:1 delivery is a small side of what you do.

3. Kartra: a marketing suite for funnel-heavy launches

Kartra homepage presenting its marketing suite of pages, funnels and email
Kartra's homepage in October 2026.

Kartra suits the entrepreneur coach who thinks like a direct-response marketer. It bundles pages, funnels, email and SMS, memberships, calendars and a helpdesk in one marketing suite.

What the suite includes

As listed in October 2026, Essentials costs $59/mo ($52/mo annually) with 500 contacts, 5 pages, 1 product, 1 membership or course and 10,000 emails a month, and it charges a 5% transaction fee. Starter at $119/mo ($99/mo annually) is the realistic entry point: 2,500 contacts, unlimited pages, products and memberships, unlimited email and SMS, 5 team members and a 0% Kartra fee. Growth costs $229/mo ($189/mo annually) with 12,500 contacts and 3 domains, and Professional is $549/mo ($429/mo annually) with 25,000 contacts. There is a 14-day free trial and a 30-day money-back guarantee.

Watch-outs before you commit

The 500-contact cap on Essentials is low for anyone running webinars, so most coaches will need Starter or above. Kartra has no client habits, check-ins or per-client coaching plans, which leaves program accountability to another tool. Profile data from September 2026 also reported no mobile app for students or admins, and noted that funnels and memberships are not portable to other platforms, which matters if you ever want to leave. Kartra showed 3.2 on Trustpilot from 129 reviews in October 2026.

Pick it over Coachful if SMS broadcasting and a helpdesk are central to how you sell, and your coaching itself is delivered mostly through group calls and a membership area.

Which one looks like you?

Coachful builds your coaching website from a few answers, in a design chosen for your niche, with programs, booking and payments ready behind it.

Build your platform

4. Skool: the community-first choice for masterminds

Skool homepage presenting its community, classroom and calendar groups
Skool's homepage in October 2026.

Skool combines a community, a classroom and a calendar in one group, with gamified leaderboards that reward members for posting and showing up. Its pricing has only two plans, which keeps the decision simple.

Pricing in plain numbers

As listed in October 2026, Hobby costs $9/mo ($7.50/mo annually) and Pro $99/mo ($82.50/mo annually), both with unlimited members, courses, videos and live calls. Payments run only through Skool Payments. On Hobby, Skool takes 10% + 30¢ on every transaction. On Pro, fees are 2.9% + 30¢ up to $899 and 3.9% + 30¢ above $900, which matters for high-ticket mastermind seats. Fees are non-refundable, and payouts arrive weekly on Wednesdays in your local currency. The pricing page offers a free trial, but its length and card terms were not stated when we checked.

What you would bolt on

Skool has no custom-domain website, no funnels, no email automation and no public API. It also has no 1:1 client records, intake forms, habits or check-ins. An entrepreneur coach running a mastermind on Skool will usually add a website builder, an email platform, a scheduler and an e-signature tool. Skool showed 1.6 on Trustpilot from 54 reviews in October 2026, a small sample.

Pick it over Coachful if you run a large, low-price community where leaderboards and engagement matter more than individual client progress, and you already own a website and email list elsewhere.

5. Systeme.io: the lowest-cost way to start selling

Systeme.io homepage presenting its funnel, email and course builder
Systeme.io's homepage in October 2026.

Systeme.io is a low-cost marketing suite: funnels, email, courses, community, a blog and an affiliate program. For a coach just leaving a corporate job to coach founders, it is the cheapest way to get a funnel and a list running.

The cost floor

As listed in October 2026, the Free plan never expires and needs no card. It includes 2,000 contacts, 3 funnels, 1 course with up to 500 students, 1 blog, 1 custom domain and 1 automation rule. Startup is $17/mo (5,000 contacts, 10 funnels, 5 courses), Webinar is $47/mo (10,000 contacts, 50 funnels, 20 courses) and Unlimited is $97/mo. Systeme.io charges 0% transaction fees on every plan, including the free one; you pay Stripe or PayPal processing only. It had a 4.9 Trustpilot score from 8,696 reviews in October 2026.

Where it stops

Based on profile data from September 2026, Systeme.io has no native 1:1 scheduling with client records, habits or check-ins, and no branded mobile app. Its community and course features are basic. That is fine for a first lead magnet and a starter course, but an accelerator with weekly accountability will outgrow it, and you will need a scheduler and an agreement tool on top.

Pick it over Coachful if your budget is close to zero, you are still validating your first offer and you only need a funnel, a list and a simple course for now.

How do you build an entrepreneur offer end to end in Coachful?

Here is one example offer, built from start to finish, to show how the stages connect. The offer and prices are illustrative.

The example: "Founder Launch Lab", a 12-week cohort for first-time founders. Weekly group calls, a goal-setting course, daily tasks and a private cohort space. Priced as an example at $1,800 in full or three payments of $650, with an optional $300 VIP strategy call as an order bump.

Step 1: the application funnel

Start from an application funnel template: a landing page, an application form and a thank-you page that offers a discovery call. Add your Meta Pixel and GA4 so you can see which channel sends serious applicants. A free planning template can feed a lead-magnet funnel that drops subscribers into a five-email sequence ending with the application link.

Coachful Funnels page listing a webinar funnel, a lead magnet funnel and a program launch funnel
The demo Funnels page: a free webinar funnel, a lead magnet funnel and a program launch funnel.

This short walkthrough shows how funnels are set up inside Coachful:

Step 2: checkout and agreement

Accepted applicants get a checkout link with the pay-in-full and payment-plan options, the VIP call as an order bump and Apple Pay or Google Pay for speed. Each payment creates an invoice. Your coaching agreement goes out for e-signature before the first call and is stored on the client record, which is the paper trail founders and their bookkeepers expect. Our coaching contracts page covers what to include.

Step 3: onboarding

The client books the kickoff call on your booking page, answering intake questions on the way (stage of business, revenue goal, biggest blocker), and a welcome flow greets them before the call. Reminders go out automatically. Enrollment in the program creates the cohort group automatically, so the client lands in a space with the other founders on day one.

Step 4: the program

Each week has a goal ("validate your offer with five conversations"), daily tasks and a habit or two, such as a daily 30-minute deep-work block. Morning and evening check-ins show you who is moving and who is stuck. The goal-setting course drips one module a week inside the client's branded home. Michelle can draft the 12 weeks from your outline, and you edit before confirming.

Phone showing a client coaching progress page and a laptop showing a catalog of program bundles on a cafe table
The client's My Coaching progress page on a phone and the Discover catalog of bundles on a laptop, both demo data.

Step 5: community and retention

The cohort space carries announcements, questions and wins, and group calls run on built-in video or an auto-created Zoom link. By week eight, client status shows who is thriving and who has gone quiet. In week ten, an email sequence offers the alumni mastermind as a subscription, packaged as a bundle with the course and an ongoing community seat. For more on group formats, see our guides to cohort coaching platforms and hosting coaching masterminds.

How to set the price

We do not quote market rates here, because no reliable public source covers entrepreneur coaching fees. A workable method: estimate the hours you will spend per client over 12 weeks (calls, reviews, messages), multiply by the hourly rate you need to hit your income goal, then sanity-check the result against the business outcome the program targets. A founder who expects the program to bring in their first ten customers can judge the price against that.

What does each stack cost at 5, 15 and 40 clients?

The all-in-one recipe is one subscription. The assembled recipe is a marketing or community platform plus a separate scheduler, e-signature tool and accountability tracker. Prices below are monthly list prices as listed in October 2026, before payment processing.

Stack5 clients15 clients40 clientsWhat you still add
CoachfulLite: $29/month for up to 5 clientsSolo: $49/month for up to 20 clientsPro: $99/month with unlimited clientsNothing for the stages above; Stripe or Razorpay processing only
Kajabi Basic + add-ons$179$179$179 (Growth $249 once you pass 5 products)Scheduler, e-signature, habit and check-in tool
Kartra Starter + add-ons$119$119$119 (Growth $229 past 2,500 contacts)E-signature, habit and check-in tool
Skool Pro + add-ons$99$99$99Website, email platform, scheduler, e-signature, client records
Systeme.io + add-ons$0 to $17$17 to $47$47 to $97Scheduler, e-signature, habit and check-in tool, client app

The add-on tools vary too widely to price fairly, so we leave them out; most coaches pay for at least two. Their real cost is also time: every extra tool is another login for your clients and another place a payment or a signed agreement can go missing.

Transaction fees change the picture

As a worked example, take 15 clients on a $600 monthly retainer, or $9,000 a month in sales. On Skool Hobby, the 10% + 30¢ fee would be $904.50 a month. On Skool Pro it would be $265.50 (2.9% + 30¢ per payment). On Kartra Essentials, the 5% fee adds $450 before processing. Kajabi Basic with a non-Kajabi processor adds 2%, or $180. Systeme.io, Kartra Starter and Kajabi Payments add no platform fee. Coachful also takes 0%, so processing is the only cost on your sales there.

Which recipe fits which coach?

  • All-in-one: coaches selling programs, masterminds and retainers to fewer than a few hundred clients, who want one login and want to see every client's progress.
  • Assembled: coaches whose income is mostly a mass-market course or a large paid community, who already run a separate tool for 1:1 work and are happy maintaining the connections.

For a broader comparison of single-platform options, see our all-in-one coaching platform guide and the online course platform comparison.

How do you migrate without losing clients mid-program?

Move between cohorts, not during one, and run the old and new platforms side by side for one billing cycle. The practical order:

  1. Export everything first. Contacts, purchase history, course content, community posts you want to keep and signed agreements. Our guide to protecting coaching data lists what to save.
  2. Rebuild the offer before you announce it. Website, checkout, program and community should all be live and tested with a test purchase. In Coachful, clients, programs and content are imported for you during onboarding, and the white-glove team can rebuild your site and funnels.
  3. Handle recurring payments carefully. Subscriptions on one processor account do not move by themselves to a different platform's checkout. Plan to invite retainer clients to re-subscribe at their next renewal date, and cancel the old subscription only after the new one succeeds.
  4. Start new clients on the new platform. Let the current cohort finish where it is, and enroll the next cohort in the new system.
  5. Redirect your old URLs. If your domain moves, point old sales page and blog addresses to their new equivalents so search traffic and saved links still work.
  6. Tell clients what changes for them. One email with the new login, where to find their program and who to contact if something is missing.

Which mistakes cost entrepreneur coaches the most?

  • Choosing for launch, ignoring delivery. A beautiful funnel that sells a program you then run in a chat app produces refunds and weak testimonials. Pick for the deliver stage first.
  • Ignoring the fee line. A cheap plan with a 5% to 10% transaction fee can cost more than a pricier plan once you sell high-ticket offers.
  • Hitting product or contact caps mid-launch. Kajabi Basic's five products and Kartra Essentials' 500 contacts are easy to outgrow in one webinar.
  • No signed agreement. Founders are used to contracts. Send one before the first call and store it with the client record.
  • Building the whole stack yourself. Weeks spent on page builders are weeks not spent selling. Use templates or ask for a build.
  • No exit plan. Check that you can export clients and content before you commit, and keep a copy offline. Our outage plan guide covers the basics.

Verdict: which is the best platform for entrepreneur coaches?

For most entrepreneur coaches, Coachful is the best choice because it is the only platform here that runs all four stages (attract, enroll, deliver and retain) under one login, with daily accountability for clients between calls and a 0% platform fee. Kajabi is the pick for a course-led business with a very large list. Kartra suits funnel-heavy marketers who want SMS and a helpdesk. Skool suits community-first masterminds that already have a website and email elsewhere. Systeme.io is the low-budget way to test a first offer.

If you are still deciding what to look for, our 12-point checklist for choosing a coaching platform walks through the questions to ask any vendor, and the group coaching software and coach website builder pages show those parts of Coachful in more detail.

Frequently asked questions

What is the best platform for entrepreneur coaches in 2026?

Coachful, for coaches who sell programs, masterminds and 1:1 retainers, because it covers selling, delivery and retention in one place. Kajabi is a strong alternative for course-led businesses with large email lists. Skool is popular for paid communities.

Can I run a founder mastermind on Coachful?

Yes. You can sell seats through an application funnel, charge a recurring subscription through your Stripe or Razorpay account and host members in a community with group chat and video events. Each member can also have their own goals, habits and check-ins.

Do I need a separate scheduler with Kajabi or Skool?

For 1:1 coaching, usually yes. Kajabi treats coaching as products and communities rather than per-client plans, and Skool has no 1:1 client records or intake forms. Most coaches on either platform add a scheduler and an e-signature tool.

Which platform has the lowest transaction fees?

Coachful and Systeme.io take 0% platform fees on all plans, and Kartra takes 0% from Starter up. Kajabi takes nothing extra on Kajabi Payments but adds 0.5% to 2% on other processors. Skool charges 10% + 30¢ on Hobby.

What is Coachful's free white-glove service?

It is a done-for-you build included on every plan. You describe what you want (a website, funnel, sales page, program, course outline or email sequence), attach references and files, and the Coachful team builds it inside your account, usually within about 24 hours. It does not include video recording, logo design or ad management.

Does Coachful accept PayPal?

No. Payments run through your own Stripe Connect or Razorpay account, which supports cards, Apple Pay and Google Pay, payment plans, subscriptions and coupons.

Can my clients use a branded app?

Yes. Clients use the Coachful app with your branding inside it. The app ships under the Coachful listing rather than your own App Store account.

Is Systeme.io enough for a new entrepreneur coach?

For a first funnel, an email list and a simple course, often yes, and its free plan costs nothing. Once you run a cohort with weekly accountability or 1:1 retainers, you will need scheduling, agreements and client progress tracking that it does not offer natively.

How long does it take to move to a new platform?

It depends on how much content you have. The safest approach is to rebuild before you announce, finish any running cohort on the old platform and start the next one on the new system, with one billing cycle of overlap.

Is Coachful suitable for a small coaching team?

Yes. Team plans add coach seats with per-coach availability and staff permissions, and multi-coach session types can assign bookings round-robin or to the least-busy coach. Our guide to platforms for coaching teams compares the options.
