Best Scheduling Software for Dating Coaches: 12 Picks for 2026

Best Scheduling Software for Dating Coaches: 12 Picks for 2026

The best scheduling software for dating coaches is the one that handles what happens around the booking, not just the booking itself. A dating client rarely buys one call. They buy a package of sessions, fill in a fairly personal intake, book evenings around a day job, sometimes live three time zones away, and then need a place to put their homework between a first date and the next session. A link that drops a meeting on your calendar covers maybe a third of that.

Our pick is Coachful, because booking, session credits, payment, the coaching agreement, the intake answers and the between-session work all sit on one client record behind one login. We make Coachful, so weigh that, and read the eleven other picks too: several are excellent if all you need is a clean booking page. Below you will find a five-question checklist about your practice, a table that maps your answers to a tool, then every tool ranked, with costs at 5, 15 and 40 clients.

What does a dating coach actually need from scheduling software?

A dating coach needs packages, payment at booking, private intake questions, reminders that reach people on their phones, time-zone handling and a home for follow-up work. Answer these five questions about your own practice before you compare tools; the answers decide the pick more than any feature list.

  1. Do you sell sessions one at a time or in packages? Most dating coaches sell a bundle: for example, a six-session "dating reset" or a three-month relationship-readiness program. If you sell bundles, you need session credits that count down automatically, or you will be tracking balances in a spreadsheet.
  2. Do clients pay before they book, or after? Unpaid first calls are where dating coaches lose the most time. If you want payment taken at the moment of booking, the tool needs native Stripe (or similar) checkout on the booking page, and ideally payment plans for higher-priced packages.
  3. How personal is your intake? You will probably ask about relationship history, which apps they use, what has gone wrong before, and what they want. That belongs in intake questions attached to the booking and stored with the client, not in a free-text field that lives only in a confirmation email.
  4. Where are your clients, and when do they book? Dating clients book after work and on weekends, often on a phone, and online coaches regularly work across time zones. Time-zone detection, buffers after late sessions, minimum notice, and SMS or WhatsApp reminders all matter more here than in a nine-to-five niche.
  5. What happens between sessions? A date debrief, a profile rewrite, a weekly goal like "start three conversations", a group of clients in the same cohort. If that work matters to your results, your scheduling tool either connects to a client portal or it is one more tool you have to glue to everything else.

If you are still building the business itself, our 90-day plan for starting a dating coaching business covers offers and pricing before you choose software.

Which tool fits your answers?

Match your answers to the row that sounds most like you. Ranking criteria, in one line: one login for the whole client journey, between-session delivery, total stack cost at your client count, packages and payment at booking, and setup effort (including whether someone will build it for you).

Thinking of launching your coaching business?

Answer a few questions and Coachful builds it around you: your website, programs, booking and payments. Ready in minutes.

Build your platform

How did we rank these 12 tools?

We ranked on documented features and listed prices, not hands-on testing. Vendor prices and limits come from each vendor's pricing page as listed in October 2026; review scores are Trustpilot figures seen in late October 2026. Where a vendor's page did not show a price we could verify, we say so rather than guess.

Each tool was scored against the five checklist questions: packages and credits, payment at booking, intake questions stored with the client, reminders and time zones, and what the client gets after booking. We then weighed total stack cost: a cheap scheduler plus a separate payment tool, contract tool, email tool and client portal is often more expensive, and much more work, than one platform. Our broader comparison of scheduling software for coaches in general uses the same method without the dating-specific weighting.

1. Coachful: best overall for dating coaches who sell packages

Tablet showing a client's coaching hub with the next session and a laptop showing a coaching agreements tab on a café table at dusk
A client's coaching hub with the next session and pre-session work, beside the coach's Agreements tab, both with demo data.

Coachful is a coaching platform where scheduling is one part of a single system: booking pages, payments, contracts, programs with habits and check-ins, courses, community, a website with funnels and email, and an AI assistant, with one login for you and one branded app for your client. For a dating coach, that means the booking is the start of the client record, not a calendar entry you then copy into four other places.

The booking side covers what the checklist asks for. Booking pages have availability rules, buffers and minimum notice, so you can stop a client booking a 9 pm debrief ten minutes before it starts, and keep a gap after late sessions. Time zones are detected for the person booking, which matters when your client is in another country or travelling for a date. Calendars sync both ways with Google, Apple/iCloud and Outlook. Each session gets a built-in video room or an automatically created Zoom, Google Meet or Microsoft Teams link.

Coachful's Sessions calendar for a demo month, with 1:1 coaching and group calls colour-coded by type.

Packages are handled with session credits. Sell a six-session bundle and the client books against their balance; you are not counting by hand. Paid sessions take payment at booking through your own Stripe Connect or Razorpay account, with one-time payments, subscriptions, payment plans, coupons, order bumps, refunds, Apple Pay and Google Pay. Coachful charges a 0% platform fee (since August 2026); you pay only Stripe or Razorpay processing. Current plans: (Lite: $29/month for up to 5 clients; Solo: $49/month for up to 20 clients; Pro: $99/month with unlimited clients; Studio: $199/month with unlimited clients).

Intake questions attach to the booking itself, so the answers about relationship history, dating apps and goals land on the client record next to their sessions, payments, notes and tags. Before the first call, you can send a coaching agreement with e-signature; it is stored on the client record too. Reminders go out by email, plus SMS 24 hours before and WhatsApp one hour before once messaging is enabled. For clients who check their phone far more than their inbox, the WhatsApp reminder is the one that prevents a no-show.

What happens after a dating client books

This is where Coachful separates from every pure scheduler in this list. After booking, the client lands in their own branded home and app (your branding inside the Coachful app), where they see the next session, pre-session work, their programs, progress and documents. You can put them into a multi-week program with weekly goals, daily tasks, habits, goals with progress bars, streaks, and morning and evening check-ins. A dating coach might use an evening check-in for a short post-date reflection, and a weekly goal for "send three first messages" or "plan one low-pressure date".

What a client sees after booking: the next session, tabs for programs and progress, and pre-session work (demo data).

Group work is covered as well. When clients enroll in a group program, Coachful creates the cohort group automatically, with a community feed, group chat, direct messages and video events. Our guide to community platforms for dating coaches goes deeper on running those groups. Courses, downloads and videos (a profile-photo guide, a first-message library) are delivered into the same client home.

Michelle, the built-in AI assistant, works from your live practice data: it briefs you before each session, summarizes recorded sessions, drafts follow-up emails and can build program outlines. Questions and planning are included in your Coachful membership; confirmed builds and changes use AI credits. Each client record also carries a status of thriving, active, quiet or at risk, which is useful for spotting the client who went silent after a disappointing date.

Here is the scheduling walkthrough, so you can see the booking settings in motion:

Why Coachful stands out: a free white-glove service. On every plan, you can open Create, choose "We'll build it for you · FREE", describe what you want (a website, a booking or application funnel, a program, an email sequence, a sales page for your package) and attach up to 8 reference links and up to 10 files. The Coachful team builds it inside your own account, usually within about 24 hours. Nothing gets invented: no fake credentials, testimonials or prices, and gaps are left for you to fill. It does not include recording videos, logo design or ad management. One recent build: a leadership coach with a website renewal days away got one clean homepage with a repeated "talk with me" button. A worked example: setting up a dating practice in Coachful, step by step

Here is how a solo dating coach might set this up. The package names and session counts are examples; set your own prices.

  1. Connect payments. Link your Stripe Connect account so bookings can be paid on the spot.
  2. Create a free discovery call as a session type with three intake questions: "What brings you to dating coaching now?", "Which apps or settings are you meeting people in?" and "What would a good outcome in three months look like?" Add a 15-minute buffer and 12 hours of minimum notice.
  3. Create the package. For example, a six-session "Dating Reset" sold with session credits, with a payment plan option for clients who prefer to spread the cost.
  4. Attach your coaching agreement with e-signature so it goes out before the first paid call. Include your scope: coaching is not therapy.
  5. Build a short program for between sessions: weekly goals, a profile-rewrite task in week one, a habit like "one new conversation a day", and an evening check-in for date reflections. Or start from one of the 40+ program templates.
  6. Turn on messaging so SMS and WhatsApp reminders go out, and connect your Google, Apple or Outlook calendar.
  7. Publish a booking funnel from your Coachful website, or ask the team to build the page and funnel for you.

What Coachful does not do: it is not HIPAA-certified and is not for clinical records or insurance billing; it has no PayPal; there is no permanent free plan (there is a free trial); and it has no routing forms that pick a host from form answers. If a client discloses abuse, a safety concern, or symptoms of depression or trauma, refer them to a licensed therapist or the relevant support service: dating coaching is not treatment. Coachful's page for dating coaches shows the full setup.

2. Acuity Scheduling: the strongest standalone pick for packages and intake

Acuity Scheduling's public homepage as captured in October 2026
Acuity Scheduling's homepage in October 2026.

Acuity Scheduling, owned by Squarespace, is the most complete pure scheduler here for the way dating coaches sell. It supports intake forms, packages and memberships, so a "five-session confidence package" can be sold and redeemed on the booking page, and clients can be asked detailed intake questions before they get a slot. Payments run through your own Stripe, Square, PayPal or Venmo account at their processor rates; Acuity does not document a fee of its own on top.

Pricing as listed in October 2026: Starter $20/month ($16 annual) with one calendar, Standard $34/month ($27 annual) with up to six calendars, Premium $69/month ($55 annual) with up to 36 calendars, and a custom Enterprise tier. Every plan has a 7-day trial with no credit card. For a dating coach, the detail to notice is that text reminders start on Standard, so the cheapest plan only gives you email reminders, and evening clients are the ones most likely to miss an email.

The limits show once the call ends. There is no client portal for programs, habits, check-ins or messaging, and no courses, community, website builder or email marketing. Your post-date debrief notes, homework and group cohort have to live elsewhere. A HIPAA BAA is offered only on Premium, which matters little for dating coaching but tells you how the product is positioned: as appointment software for many kinds of businesses. On Trustpilot, Acuity showed 3.6 from 687 reviews in late October 2026. Our Acuity Scheduling review and Acuity pricing breakdown cover the plans in more depth.

For a dating coach whose whole service is the session itself, Acuity is a dependable choice. Once you add a program, a group or an online course, you are back to stitching tools together.

Pick it over Coachful if you only ever sell sessions, you want detailed intake forms and package redemption, and you never plan to deliver anything between calls.

3. Calendly: the familiar link for single paid calls

Calendly's public homepage as captured in October 2026
Calendly's homepage in October 2026.

Calendly is the booking link most of your prospects have already clicked, and that familiarity has real value: nobody hesitates at a Calendly page. It covers booking pages, reminders and workflows, and paid bookings through your own Stripe or PayPal account, with no Calendly fee on payments documented.

The free plan, as listed in October 2026, gives you one event type and one calendar connection for 1:1 scheduling. That is enough for a single discovery call and nothing else, so most dating coaches will need Standard: $10/month per seat on annual billing, with up to six calendar connections and unlimited event types. Teams is $16/month per seat annually, and Teams Plus $24. Calendly's monthly prices were not shown on the pricing page when we looked, and the free-trial answer did not render either.

What Calendly does not do is the part that costs a dating coach time. It has no client records, notes, programs, habits or check-ins. Booking questions exist, but there are no full intake questionnaires, no contracts and no invoicing. It also does not list packages with session credits, so a six-session bundle means selling the package somewhere else and handing out a link. Pricing is per seat, so if you later bring in a second coach for, say, LGBTQ+ dating or divorce recovery clients, each one pays separately.

Trustpilot showed 4.1 from 714 reviews in late October 2026. In practice, Calendly works best as the front door for a coach who sells one-off "date debrief" calls and handles everything else by email. Our comparison of meeting scheduling software for coaches sets it beside the other general-purpose schedulers.

Pick it over Coachful if your clients only book single calls, you are happy managing the relationship by email, and you want the booking link people already recognise.

4. SavvyCal: discreet, branded booking on your own domain

SavvyCal earns its place here for one dating-specific reason: discretion. On its Premium plan, booking pages run on your own domain, SavvyCal branding is removed, and confirmations and reminders come from your own email address. A client booking from a work laptop sees your name, not a scheduling brand they have to explain. Premium also adds Stripe payment at booking, so the call is confirmed only once it is paid.

Prices from SavvyCal's pricing page, fetched in October 2026: Basic is $12 per user per month billed monthly, or $10 a month billed annually ($120 a year). Premium is $20 per user billed monthly or $17 a month annually ($200 a year). There is a 30-day money-back guarantee, and the page says you can try it for free and only upgrade when you are ready to share your links. Note that taking payment is Premium-only, so a dating coach who charges for sessions should budget for Premium.

Both plans include unlimited scheduling links and polls, unlimited calendars (Google, Microsoft, iCloud and Fastmail), reminders and workflows, conferencing integrations, Zapier, and frequency limits, which are handy for capping how many discovery calls land in a week. SavvyCal also lists round robin and shared-availability links if you grow into a team.

The gaps are the familiar ones for schedulers. SavvyCal's pricing page lists no packages or session credits, no intake forms beyond booking questions, no contracts and no client portal. Everything that happens after the call needs another tool.

Pick it over Coachful if you mainly need a private, own-domain booking link with payment, and you already run your programs and client communication in tools you like.

5. TidyCal: a low-cost scheduler that still sells packages

TidyCal's public homepage as captured in October 2026
TidyCal's homepage in October 2026.

TidyCal is a budget booking tool, sold through AppSumo, that is more useful to dating coaches than its price suggests because it supports paid bookings and packages. If your offer is "buy three sessions, book them when you need them", TidyCal can handle the basic version of that.

As listed in October 2026, the free plan includes unlimited booking types and bookings, with one readable and one writable calendar and basic integrations (Google, Office 365, Apple). Lifetime plans exist (Individual and Agency), but their prices were not listed on the page we saw. Pro is $12/month ($8.25/month annual), with unlimited calendar connections and unlimited SMS reminders. TidyCal does not list a trial.

Fees deserve your attention. On the Free and Lifetime plans, TidyCal takes a 1% platform fee on Stripe payments, on top of Stripe's own fees; Pro removes it. If you sell a few higher-priced packages a month, that 1% can quickly exceed the cost of Pro. The Agency Lifetime plan includes only 10 SMS reminders a month (US and Canada), which will not cover an evening-heavy dating calendar.

Beyond booking, there is little. No client records, notes, programs, habits or check-ins, and no courses, community, website builder or email marketing. Trustpilot showed 3.1 from 182 reviews in late October 2026. Our list of the cheapest scheduling software for coaches compares TidyCal with other low-cost options.

Pick it over Coachful if you are testing demand with a handful of paid sessions and want the smallest possible monthly bill before you commit to a full platform.

6. Paperbell: all-in-one admin, without the between-session layer

Paperbell's public homepage as captured in October 2026
Paperbell's homepage in October 2026.

Paperbell is the closest direct substitute to Coachful in this list, built as all-in-one admin for solo coaches: booking, packages, payments, contracts, a client portal and a simple website. For a dating coach who wants packages and a contract handled together, it is a coherent product.

There is one plan, listed in October 2026 at $97/month or $80.83/month on annual billing, covering unlimited clients, sessions, files, packages and traffic. Paperbell states "no additional transaction fees"; Stripe or PayPal processing applies. The pricing page has a "Try For Free" button but no trial length; an older help-center profile from July 2026 described a 7-day trial with the public site offline and client messages and SMS switched off. A 30-day money-back guarantee is listed.

Its limits are in delivery. Based on older profile data, Paperbell has no courses or LMS, no community, and no goal or habit tracking, and no native mobile app (clients use a mobile browser). For a dating coach, that means the weekly "three new conversations" goal, the post-date reflection, the profile-photo course and the cohort group all need other tools. Trustpilot showed 3.5 from just 14 reviews in late October 2026, too few to read much into.

If you are already weighing Paperbell, our Paperbell alternatives for dating coaches goes through the trade-offs one by one.

Pick it over Coachful if you want packages, contracts and payments in one place and you are certain you will never run programs, habits, courses or a client community.

7. Practice Better: practitioner software that fits wellness-adjacent dating work

Practice Better's public homepage as captured in October 2026
Practice Better's homepage in October 2026.

Practice Better is practice-management software for wellness and nutrition practitioners: scheduling, telehealth, charting, billing, programs and a client portal. It makes sense for a dating coach whose practice overlaps with wellness work, such as a coach who also holds a health-coaching credential and runs body-confidence sessions alongside dating coaching.

Plans as listed in October 2026: Sprout is $0 for 3 clients and one practitioner; Starter $35/month ($25 annual) for 10 clients; Professional $69/month ($59 annual) for 300 clients; Plus $99/month ($89 annual) for unlimited clients and 3 admins; Team $155/month ($145 annual) for 2 practitioners, with more at $50 each. Trials are 14 days on paid plans and 30 days on Team. Payments run through Practice Better Payments, powered by Stripe; rates are not listed.

The catch for a dating coach is where the useful features sit. Evergreen programs, portal branding, a custom URL and SMS start on Plus, so the plan with text reminders and a branded portal is the $99 one. Below Team, each account has one practitioner. Older profile data says there is no website builder or funnel pages, so your sales pages live elsewhere. The charting-first design also feels clinical for a service that is, by definition, not clinical.

Trustpilot showed 3.8 from 87 reviews in late October 2026.

Pick it over Coachful if part of your work is in a wellness practice that needs charting and telehealth, and dating coaching is a smaller add-on to that practice.

8. Cal.com: paid calls on an individual plan that costs nothing

Cal.com is a developer-friendly scheduler whose individual plan is unusually generous for a solo dating coach who charges per call. According to its pricing page, fetched in October 2026, the free individual plan includes one user, unlimited event types and calendars, email and SMS notifications, 100+ app integrations, a mobile app, Stripe and PayPal payments, two-way Salesforce and HubSpot sync, and one-click import of Calendly events.

Paid tiers are aimed at teams. Teams is $12 per user per month on yearly billing, with a 14-day trial, adding shared availability, round robin, recurring events, customisable email and SMS notifications, branding removal, routing forms and booking analytics. Organizations is $28 per user per month yearly, adding compliance features including HIPAA and SOC 2. So the free plan shows Cal.com branding; removing it means Teams.

For a dating coach, the free plan covers the booking moment well: a paid 60-minute strategy call, a paid date debrief, and a free discovery call can all exist as event types. Recurring events on Teams can suit a weekly slot during a package. What Cal.com does not list is session-credit packages, contracts, client records or a client portal, so it stops where the coaching relationship starts.

Pick it over Coachful if you charge per call, need PayPal as well as Stripe, and are comfortable assembling the rest of your client experience yourself.

9. YouCanBookMe: the most customisable booking page

YouCanBookMe's pitch is customisation, and it lists coaches among its industries. Its pricing page, fetched in October 2026, says its free plan includes one calendar connection and one booking page with your own logo and text, customisable confirmation emails and SMS, booking form questions, Zoom, Teams and Meet connections, Stripe payments with Apple Pay and Google Pay, an availability overlay for bookers, and reschedule and cancellation links. A 2-week free trial covers the paid plans.

The Individual tier adds two calendars and two booking pages, reminder emails and SMS, group sessions, minimum and maximum notice periods and password-protected booking pages. Password protection is a nice touch for a dating coach who wants a private page only for existing package clients. Professional adds up to six calendars and ten booking pages, workflows with no-show management, unlimited booking form questions, promotion codes and booking notes.

We could not verify YouCanBookMe's paid prices: the plan amounts on its pricing page load through a script and did not render when we fetched it, so we do not quote them here. Check the page directly before you budget.

As with the other schedulers, there are no session-credit packages, contracts or client portal listed. YouCanBookMe gives you a very good booking page and very little after it.

Pick it over Coachful if the look and behaviour of the booking page is your main concern and you already have a separate home for packages and client work.

10. Setmore: reminders and appointments on a tight budget

Setmore's public homepage as captured in October 2026
Setmore's homepage in October 2026.

Setmore is appointment-scheduling software with a booking page, reminders and payments, and the highest Trustpilot score in this list: 4.9 from 3,274 reviews in late October 2026. Its design comes from service businesses like salons and studios, which shows in how it thinks about appointments rather than coaching relationships.

The free plan, as listed in October 2026, covers up to 4 users and unlimited appointments, but only one email reminder, no SMS and no two-way calendar sync. For a dating coach, missing two-way sync is a real problem: a date you add to your personal calendar will not block a booking slot. Pro is $12/month per user, or $5/month on annual billing, with unlimited users and 500 SMS credits per user per month, which comfortably covers evening reminders for a solo practice. Setmore says you can try Pro risk-free for 30 days with a refund on request.

There are no client programs, habits, check-ins, courses or community, and Setmore's pricing page shows no contracts or invoicing workflow. Packages of sessions are not part of what the pricing page lists either.

Pick it over Coachful if you need a very cheap annual plan with plenty of SMS reminders and treat each session as a standalone appointment.

11. TimeTuna: well-designed booking pages aimed at coaches

TimeTuna's public homepage as captured in October 2026
TimeTuna's homepage in October 2026.

TimeTuna is a branded booking-page scheduler whose homepage lists coaches first among its audiences. Its free plan, as listed in October 2026, is generous on the booking side: unlimited booking pages, video backgrounds, two-way Google, Microsoft and iCal sync, and automatic Meet, Teams and Zoom links, with no credit card required.

Paid plans: Pro is $11.50/month ($5.83/month annual) for one user and adds custom intake form fields and a custom domain. Executive is $23/month ($11.67/month annual) with team sharing for up to six people, and it is the plan you need to charge for sessions through Stripe. A white-label tier is billed yearly only. Pro and Executive have a 14-day trial. Confidence is medium: TimeTuna's homepage rendered euro prices for us, and the dollar figures come from the site's own price table rather than a US-rendered page. Its pricing page also shows euros.

TimeTuna's own Paperbell comparison page lists client packages, programs and contracts as "coming soon", so a dating coach selling bundles cannot rely on those yet. There is no client portal, courses or community. We found no Trustpilot profile.

Pick it over Coachful if you want a polished branded booking page with custom intake fields, and you charge per session rather than by package.

12. Calendon: the cheapest way to sell a paid session

Calendon's public homepage as captured in October 2026
Calendon's homepage in October 2026.

Calendon is a simple booking-link scheduler whose Pro plan is pitched at coaches, freelancers and professionals, and whose homepage talks about selling coaching sessions paid upfront. It takes 0% commission, so your booking revenue goes to your Stripe account minus Stripe's processing fee.

As listed in October 2026, the free plan allows 3 services, 2 schedules, unlimited bookings and one custom question per service, with a "Powered by Calendon" badge on the booking page. Pro is $5/month ($4/month annual) with unlimited services, schedules and custom questions. Payments, reminder emails and Zoom are Pro-only; Google Meet links work on Free. A Pro trial exists, but its length is not stated on the pricing page.

The limits are significant for dating coaches. Booking links only work once Google Calendar is connected, and Microsoft Outlook and Teams show as "coming soon" in the app, so a coach who lives in Outlook is stuck. One intake question on the free plan is too few for any meaningful dating intake. And like the other low-cost tools, Calendon lists no packages, contracts or client portal.

Pick it over Coachful if you use Google Calendar, sell individual paid sessions, and want the lowest monthly cost of anything on this list.

What does each tool cost at 5, 15 and 40 clients?

Most schedulers charge per seat, not per client, so their price is flat; the real cost difference is in what you add on top. This table shows the listed monthly price for the plan a solo dating coach who charges at booking would need, as listed in October 2026 (monthly billing where shown; annual otherwise).

The last column is the one to cost out. A dating coach running a cheap scheduler usually adds an e-signature tool, an email platform, a course or community host and a website builder. Add those up at your own client count before deciding the cheapest scheduler is the cheapest stack. Payment processing (Stripe, PayPal, Razorpay) applies on top of every row.

What red flags and switching costs should dating coaches watch for?

The biggest red flags are tools that cannot hold a package balance, tools that put a scheduling brand in front of a private client, and fees that grow with revenue. Watch for these before you commit:

  • Package balances kept by hand. If the tool has no session credits, you will eventually double-book or under-book a six-session client. Ask the vendor exactly how a package is redeemed.
  • Branding and sender addresses. Some dating clients do not want a third-party brand or an obvious calendar title. Check whether you can rename event titles, use your own domain and send reminders from your own address.
  • Percentage fees. A 1% platform fee looks small until you sell several larger packages a month. Compare it against the price of the plan that removes it.
  • Features locked behind higher tiers. SMS reminders, payments and custom intake fields often sit one or two plans up. Price the plan you will actually use.
  • One-way calendar sync. Without two-way sync, your own evenings are not protected, and dating coaches work evenings.
  • Scope. Your intake will surface things that are not coaching. Make sure your agreement and intake say so, and keep a referral list of licensed therapists. Our piece on what dating coaches can and cannot fix is a useful read for prospects too.

Switching costs are mostly data and habits. Before you move, export your client list, intake answers, session history and any notes; check the export format and whether package balances come across. Rebuild your booking links and update them everywhere (link-in-bio, website, email signature). With Coachful, clients, programs and content are imported for you during onboarding, and a full client data export as a ZIP is available if you ever leave. Run old and new tools side by side for one booking cycle so no client falls through the gap.

Which scheduling software should a dating coach choose?

Choose Coachful if you sell packages and care about what your client does between sessions; choose a pure scheduler only if your service really is just the call. Coachful puts the booking, the session credits, the payment, the agreement, the intake answers and the program behind one login, with a branded app for your client and a team that will build the setup for you.

If you want a standalone scheduler, Acuity Scheduling is the strongest for packages and intake, Calendly and Cal.com are the simplest for single paid calls, and SavvyCal is the most discreet. Paperbell is a fair all-in-one choice if you never plan to run programs. For the wider stack beyond scheduling, see our guide to the best software for dating coaches and our best apps for dating coaches, or Coachful's scheduling software page.

Frequently asked questions

What is the best scheduling software for dating coaches?

For most dating coaches who sell packages, Coachful is the best fit, because booking, session credits, payments, contracts, intake answers and between-session programs share one client record. If you only sell single calls, Acuity Scheduling, Calendly or Cal.com are solid standalone choices.

Can I take payment when a dating client books?

Yes, with most tools here, though sometimes only on a higher plan. SavvyCal requires Premium, TimeTuna requires Executive and Calendon requires Pro. Coachful takes payment at booking through your own Stripe Connect or Razorpay account, with payment plans available for larger packages.

How should I handle packages of dating sessions?

Use a tool with session credits so each booking draws down the client's balance automatically. Acuity Scheduling, TidyCal, Paperbell and Coachful support packages; Calendly, Cal.com and Calendon do not list them, so you would track balances yourself.

What should a dating coach ask in an intake form?

Keep it short and purposeful: what brings them to coaching now, where they are meeting people, what has not worked, and what a good outcome looks like in three months. Add a line that coaching is not therapy, and ask whether they are currently working with a therapist so you know when to refer.

Is Coachful's white-glove build service really free?

Yes. On every plan, you can request a website, funnel, program, sales page, email sequence and more from Create, attach references and files, and the Coachful team builds it in your account, usually within about 24 hours. It does not include video recording, logo design or ad management, and nothing is invented: gaps are left for you.

Do I need SMS or WhatsApp reminders?

For a dating practice, usually yes. Clients book evenings and check their phone more than their inbox. Coachful sends SMS 24 hours before and WhatsApp one hour before once messaging is enabled; Acuity starts text reminders on Standard, and Setmore Pro includes 500 SMS credits per user per month.

How do these tools handle clients in other time zones?

Coachful detects the booker's time zone automatically. For any other tool, confirm during the trial that the booking page shows times in the client's zone, then check the details around it: buffers after late sessions, minimum notice, and reminders that arrive at a sensible local time.

Is any of this software suitable for therapy clients?

Dating coaching is not therapy, and Coachful is not HIPAA-certified, so clinical records do not belong in it. If a client needs treatment, refer them to a licensed professional. Acuity offers a HIPAA BAA on Premium and Cal.com lists HIPAA on Organizations, but those are for clinical practices, not coaching.

Can I start with a cheap scheduler and switch later?

Yes, but plan the move. Export clients, intake answers and session history, check how package balances transfer, and update every booking link. Coachful imports clients, programs and content for you during onboarding, which lowers the cost of switching once you outgrow a basic tool.

Does Coachful work with my existing calendar and video tools?

Yes. Coachful syncs both ways with Google, Apple/iCloud and Outlook calendars, and creates a built-in video room or a Zoom, Google Meet or Microsoft Teams link for each session. Zapier, Meta Pixel and GA4 are also supported.
