Best Scheduling Software for Online Fitness Coaches (2026)

Best Scheduling Software for Online Fitness Coaches (2026)

The best scheduling software for online fitness coaches does more than show open slots. Your clients live in different time zones, buy check-in calls in blocks, need a screening question or two before the first session, and expect the call link to just work. Then, after the call, they need a training plan, a place to log workouts and someone noticing when they go quiet. The deciding question is simple: do you want a booking tool that hands the client off to three other apps, or one place where the booking is the start of the coaching?

Our pick is Coachful, because booking, payment, the coaching agreement, the video link, the reminder and the workout program all live behind one login, with one branded app for the client. We make Coachful, so we have tried to be specific about where each of the other nine tools is the better fit. Some of them are excellent schedulers, and if scheduling is the only gap in your stack, one of them may be all you need.

This guide is written for online coaches: people who sell remote training, check-in calls, form reviews and nutrition support rather than in-person sessions on a gym floor. If you train clients face to face, our guide to scheduling software for personal trainers covers studio and gym needs. For the general category across every coaching niche, start with the best scheduling software for coaches.

Which scheduling tool fits which online fitness coach?

Coachful is the best overall choice for online fitness coaches who sell programs, and each of the other tools below wins one specific situation. Use this table to jump to the scenario that sounds like you.

How did we rank these tools for online fitness coaches?

We ranked on what actually happens around a remote training session, not on how many calendar features a tool has. An online coach's week is mostly check-in calls, consults with new leads, form reviews and the occasional program-design session, and the software has to handle each of those without manual chasing.

Thinking of launching your coaching business?

Answer a few questions and Coachful builds it around you: your website, programs, booking and payments. Ready in minutes.

Build your platform

Ranking criteria: session credits and packages, payment at booking, intake questions, reminders, automatic video links, time-zone handling, one login for the whole client journey after the booking, total stack cost, and setup effort (including Coachful's free white-glove build).

  • Session credits and packages. Most online coaches sell a block: four check-in calls a month, or a 12-week program with six calls. The tool should count down credits so you never invoice by hand.
  • Payment at booking. Consults can be free, but a technique review or a one-off program audit should be paid before it lands on your calendar.
  • Intake questions. You want goals, training age, available equipment and any injury or medical history before the first call. That last part matters for scope, which we come back to below.
  • Reminders. Email is the minimum. A text or WhatsApp nudge an hour before reduces no-shows from clients who booked two weeks earlier.
  • Video links. The link should be created with the booking, not pasted in afterwards.
  • Time zones. Online clients book from anywhere. The booking page should detect the client's zone and show slots in their local time. Watch the weeks when clocks change: the US and Europe switch to and from daylight saving time on different dates, so the gap between you and a client can shift by an hour for a week or two each spring and autumn.
  • What happens after the booking. This is where most schedulers stop. A fitness client needs a program, workout logging, check-ins and progress photos. If those live in another app, you are paying for and maintaining two systems.

We did not run hands-on tests of every tool. Vendor details come from each vendor's pricing page and documentation as listed in October 2026; review scores are Trustpilot figures seen in late October 2026.

1. Coachful: best overall for online fitness coaches

Coachful wins when the session is part of a program. If you sell a 12-week transformation with fortnightly calls, weekly check-ins and a workout plan, it keeps the booking and everything after it in one place, under your brand.

A tablet on a gym bench showing a client's coaching hub with the next session at the top
Coachful's client coaching hub, with the next session and pre-session work, on a tablet beside a set of dumbbells.

Coachful is a coaching platform built for coaches who deliver programs, not just sessions. One subscription covers booking, payments, coaching agreements, program delivery with habits and check-ins, courses, a community, a website with funnels and email, and an AI assistant. The coach has one login; the client has one app carrying the coach's branding. It suits solo online coaches, coaches growing into a small team, and anyone tired of stitching four to six tools together.

How booking works

Booking pages use availability rules, buffers between calls and minimum notice, so nobody grabs a 6 a.m. slot an hour before it starts. The page detects the client's time zone. Calendars sync both ways with Google, Apple/iCloud and Outlook, so a client's call blocks your personal calendar and a dentist appointment in your personal calendar blocks the booking page.

Every booking gets a video link, either from Coachful's built-in video or an auto-created Zoom, Google Meet or Teams meeting. Reminders go out by email, plus SMS 24 hours before and WhatsApp one hour before once messaging is enabled. You can attach intake questions to a session type, so a new lead answers "What are you training for?" and "Any injuries we should know about?" before the consult.

Paid sessions and session credits

Sessions can be paid at booking or drawn from session credits. A client who buys a program with six check-in calls gets six credits, and each booking uses one. Payments run through your own Stripe Connect or Razorpay account: one-time payments, subscriptions, payment plans, coupons, refunds, Apple Pay and Google Pay, with an invoice for every transaction. Coachful charges a 0% platform fee (since August 2026), so you pay only Stripe or Razorpay processing. Coachful does not support PayPal.

Before the first call, Coachful can send a coaching agreement for e-signature and store it on the client record. For an online trainer, that agreement is where you set out your scope, your cancellation window and what happens to unused calls.

What happens after the booking

This is the part a standalone scheduler cannot do. With the Fitness & Nutrition pack, you build workouts from an exercise library of illustrated exercises, with supersets, circuits, AMRAP, EMOM, intervals and tempo. Clients log sets in the app and see their history and PRs. You can set calorie and macro targets, share meal plans and recipes, and clients can look up foods or scan barcodes. Progress photos and measurements stay private. Weekly check-ins arrive on the client record, and clients can send a form-check video that you comment on at exact timestamps.

The client record pulls it together: goals, check-ins, habits, notes, intake answers, payments and sessions, with a status of thriving, active, quiet or at risk. Before a call, Michelle, the built-in AI assistant, can brief you from that live data, so you open a check-in already knowing the client missed two sessions and their squat moved up.

Here is a short walkthrough of scheduling in Coachful:

Why Coachful stands out: a free white-glove service. On every plan, you can ask the Coachful team to build things for you from Create > We'll build it for you. Describe what you want, such as a booking funnel for free consults, a sales page for your 12-week program, a program outline or an email sequence, and attach up to 8 reference links and up to 10 files like your logo, photos or existing copy. The team builds it inside your own account, usually within about 24 hours. They do not invent credentials, testimonials or prices; gaps are left for you to fill. It does not cover recording videos, logo design or ad management. Read more about the free white-glove service. Your clients, programs and content are also imported for you during onboarding.

Limits to know

Coachful is not HIPAA-certified and does not sign a BAA, so clinical records belong in a clinical system. It does not sync with Garmin, Fitbit, Whoop or Oura, Apple Health sync is not publicly available, and it does not include stock exercise videos: you attach your own demo videos. The client app ships under the Coachful listing with your branding, not under your own App Store account. There is no routing form that picks a coach from form answers, although team plans support round-robin or least-busy assignment for multi-coach session types.

Pricing is flat and monthly, with lower plans capping the number of clients and Pro unlimited (current plans: Lite: $29/month for up to 5 clients; Solo: $49/month for up to 20 clients; Pro: $99/month with unlimited clients; Studio: $199/month with unlimited clients). There is a free trial, and monthly plans cancel in one click. Learn more on the Coachful for fitness coaches page or the scheduling software overview.

2. Acuity Scheduling: best dedicated scheduler for call packages

If you already have a training app you like and only need a strong scheduler, Acuity Scheduling is the most complete pure booking tool here for fitness work. It handles packages, memberships and intake forms, which covers most of what an online coach sells around calls.

Acuity Scheduling homepage
Acuity Scheduling's homepage in October 2026.

Acuity, owned by Squarespace, lets you build intake forms that clients complete when they book, so screening questions about injuries, equipment and goals arrive before your first conversation. You can sell packages (for example, four check-in calls) and memberships that clients draw from when they book. Payments run through your own Stripe, Square, PayPal or Venmo account; Acuity documents no fee of its own, so you pay only the processor's rates.

Pricing as listed in October 2026: Starter $20/mo ($16/mo billed annually) with one calendar, Standard $34/mo ($27/mo annually) with up to six calendars, Premium $69/mo ($55/mo annually) with up to 36 calendars, and a custom Enterprise tier. Every plan has a 7-day free trial with no card. Text reminders start on Standard, which matters if your clients are the kind who forget an 8 p.m. call. A HIPAA BAA is available only on Premium.

The limit is everything after the booking. Acuity has no client portal for programs, habits, check-ins or messaging, and no courses, community, website builder or email marketing. A typical Acuity coach also pays for a training app such as Everfit or TrueCoach, plus an email tool. Public reviewers on Trustpilot gave it 3.6 from 687 reviews when we looked in October 2026.

Pick it over Coachful if you are committed to a separate training app, you need detailed booking-time intake forms and packages, and you want Venmo or PayPal at checkout.

3. Calendly: best for a simple consult-call link

When the only scheduling you do is free discovery calls from Instagram, Calendly is hard to beat for a clean, quick-to-set-up link.

Calendly homepage with its scheduling headline and sign-up buttons
Calendly's homepage in October 2026.

The free plan gives you one event type, one calendar connection and 1:1 scheduling. For an online coach that might be enough: a single "15-minute fit call" link in your bio. Standard is $10/mo per seat billed annually (the monthly price was not shown on the pricing page we checked) and adds up to six calendar connections and unlimited event types, so you can separate consults, check-ins and form reviews. Teams is $16 per seat annually and Teams Plus $24. Calendly takes no fee on payments; you connect Stripe or PayPal and pay their rates.

Booking questions let you ask a few things up front, but Calendly has no intake questionnaires beyond those, no contracts, no invoicing, and no client records, notes, programs, habits or check-ins. It also does not count session credits for a package as documented in our data, so a coach selling eight calls has to track usage elsewhere. Because pricing is per seat, adding an assistant coach doubles the bill. Trustpilot showed 4.1 from 714 reviews in October 2026.

For online fitness coaches, Calendly works best as the top of the funnel: a lead books a consult, you sell the program on the call, and then the client moves into your training app. That handoff is exactly the manual step a combined platform removes.

Pick it over Coachful if a single no-cost consult link is all you need right now, your coaching runs in another app you are happy with, and you want PayPal on paid bookings.

4. My PT Hub: best for bookings inside a personal-training app

Trainers who think workouts first and calendar second will like that My PT Hub puts bookings, payments, workouts and nutrition in one personal-training product. It is one of the few fitness-specific apps whose plans include booking rather than selling it as an add-on.

My PT Hub pricing page with Starter, Premium and Ultimate plans
My PT Hub's pricing page in October 2026 (shown in euros).

My PT Hub covers workouts, nutrition plans, bookings, payments through Stripe, habits, check-ins and a client app. As listed in October 2026, Starter is $25/mo ($22.50/mo annually) for 3 clients (a My PT Hub blog says 5), 50 workouts and 50 nutrition plans. Premium is $59/mo ($52/mo annually) with unlimited clients, workouts and nutrition plans. Ultimate is $215/mo ($195/mo annually) and includes five additional trainers. The pricing page shows euros from some locations. There is a 30-day trial with no card, after which the account drops to a free plan. Trustpilot showed 4.4 from 2,557 reviews.

For an online coach, Starter's three-client cap is a trial rather than a business plan, so Premium is the realistic starting point. A white-label app store listing is a paid add-on below Ultimate. The pricing page shows no course builder, website or funnels, or email marketing, so lead generation and nurture still need other tools. Our data does not document session-credit packages, SMS reminders or automatic video links for My PT Hub bookings, so check those in the trial if they matter to you.

Pick it over Coachful if you train a hybrid roster of in-person and online clients, you want a PT app with a large public review base, and you do not need a website, funnels, courses or a community.

5. Paperbell: best flat-price admin for package sellers

Paperbell wins for the solo coach who sells fixed packages with contracts and wants one predictable bill regardless of client count. It is a direct coaching-admin substitute for Coachful rather than a pure scheduler.

Paperbell homepage pitching all-in-one admin software for coaches
Paperbell's homepage in October 2026.

One plan covers booking, packages, payments, contracts, a client portal and a simple website, with unlimited clients, sessions, files, packages and traffic. It costs $97/mo, or $80.83/mo billed annually, as listed in October 2026. Paperbell states "no additional transaction fees"; Stripe or PayPal processing applies. The trial length is not shown on the pricing page; an older help-center profile described a 7-day trial with the public site offline and client messages and SMS switched off. There is a 30-day money-back guarantee.

For fitness work, the gap is delivery. Paperbell has no workout builder, no logging, no courses, no community, and no goal or habit tracking according to our older profile. There is no native mobile app; clients use a mobile browser. That means your client books and pays in Paperbell, then trains in something else. Trustpilot showed 3.5 from 14 reviews.

Compare more options on our Paperbell alternatives page.

Pick it over Coachful if you sell only call-based packages with no workout programming, you want PayPal, and a single fixed price matters more than in-app training tools.

6. Practice Better: best when nutrition and clinical charting overlap

Practice Better is the right call for coaches whose work leans toward nutrition and who collaborate with dietitians or clinicians. It is practice-management software for wellness and nutrition practitioners: scheduling, telehealth, charting, billing, programs and a client portal.

Practice Better homepage for wellness and nutrition practitioners
Practice Better's homepage in October 2026.

Plans as listed in October 2026: Sprout is free for 3 clients, one practitioner and 100 MB; Starter is $35/mo ($25/mo annually) for 10 clients; Professional is $69/mo ($59/mo annually) for 300 clients; Plus is $99/mo ($89/mo annually) for unlimited clients and three admins; Team is $155/mo ($145/mo annually) for two practitioners, with more at $50 each. Trials are 14 days on most paid plans and 30 days on Team. Payments run through Practice Better Payments, powered by Stripe.

The catch for an online fitness coach is where key features sit. Evergreen programs, portal branding, a custom URL and SMS reminders start on Plus at $99/mo. Our older profile found no website builder or funnel pages, and our data shows no workout builder with set logging. Trustpilot showed 3.8 from 87 reviews.

If a client discloses an eating disorder, uncontrolled blood pressure or a recent injury, that is a referral to a doctor or registered dietitian, not a coaching task, whatever software you use. Practice Better's charting suits practitioners who keep clinical-style notes; a coach who is not a clinician should keep notes to coaching.

Pick it over Coachful if your work is mainly nutrition counselling alongside licensed practitioners, you want clinical-style charting, and your clients do not need a workout log.

7. ABC Trainerize: best if your workouts already live there

Coaches with a roster already in Trainerize are the audience here: adding scheduling keeps clients in the app they already open every day. As a new choice for scheduling alone, it is harder to justify.

ABC Trainerize homepage for personal trainers and fitness coaches
ABC Trainerize's homepage in October 2026.

Trainerize is a fitness and personal-training app for workouts, habits, nutrition tracking and messaging, priced by client seats. As listed in October 2026: Basic is free for 1 client; Grow is $10/mo ($9 annually) for 2 clients; Pro starts at $25/mo ($23 annually) for 5 clients with tiers at 15, 30, 50, 75, 100 and 200 clients; Studio Plus is $275/mo ($248 annually) for 500 or more clients. A 30-day trial with unlimited clients and no card reverts to the free plan, and add-ons are not included in the trial.

Scheduling, selling products, payments, video and advanced nutrition are separate paid add-ons below Studio, and the add-on prices were not shown in the data we have, so we cannot give a verified all-in figure. In-app payments need the Stripe Integrated Payments add-on. There is no course builder, website or funnels, or email marketing, and our older profile noted that client data export leaves out messages, photos and attachments. Trustpilot showed 3.1 from 100 reviews.

Pick it over Coachful if your clients already train in Trainerize, moving them would cost you more than the add-ons, and you do not need a website, funnels or courses.

8. Setmore: best free booking page for a small team

Setmore suits a two- or three-coach online business that wants a free shared booking page before committing to anything. The free plan allows up to four users and unlimited appointments.

Setmore homepage promoting its free appointment scheduling app
Setmore's homepage in October 2026.

As listed in October 2026, the free plan covers up to 4 users, unlimited appointments and one email reminder, with no SMS and no two-way calendar sync. Pro costs $12/mo per user, or $5/mo per user billed annually, with unlimited users and 500 SMS credits per user each month. Pro can be tried "risk-free for 30 days" with a refund on request. Setmore shows no fee of its own on payments; processor rates apply. Trustpilot showed 4.9 from 3,274 reviews, the highest score in this list.

The missing two-way sync on the free plan is a real issue for online coaches: without it, a personal appointment does not automatically block your booking page, and double-bookings follow. Upgrade to Pro once you rely on it. Setmore has no client programs, habits, check-ins, courses or community, and no contracts or invoicing workflow on its pricing page.

Pick it over Coachful if you run a small team that only needs a shared appointment calendar, and training delivery already lives in another app.

9. TidyCal: best low-cost option with packages

For the coach watching every dollar, TidyCal offers paid bookings and packages with no monthly fee on its free plan. The trade-off is a platform fee on payments.

TidyCal homepage showing its simple booking page product
TidyCal's homepage in October 2026.

The free plan, as listed in October 2026, includes unlimited booking types and bookings with one readable and one writable calendar and basic Google, Office 365 and Apple integrations. Lifetime plans (Individual and Agency) raise the calendar limit to ten, and Agency adds 10 SMS reminders a month in the US and Canada; their prices were not shown in our data. Pro is $12/mo ($8.25/mo annually) with unlimited calendar connections and unlimited SMS reminders. On the free and Lifetime plans, TidyCal takes 1% of Stripe payments, on top of Stripe's fees; Pro has no TidyCal fee.

Run the numbers: at $3,000 a month in paid bookings (an illustrative figure), 1% is $30, more than Pro would cost. TidyCal has no client records, notes, programs, habits, check-ins, courses, community, website builder or email marketing. Trustpilot showed 3.1 from 182 reviews. For more budget options, see the cheapest scheduling software for coaches.

Pick it over Coachful if you are just starting, sell only a few call packages, and want to avoid any fixed monthly cost while you test demand.

10. TimeTuna: best-looking branded booking page

TimeTuna is for the coach who wants the booking page itself to feel like part of the brand, with video backgrounds and custom styling, even on the free plan. Coaches are the first audience on its homepage.

TimeTuna homepage with branded booking pages for coaches
TimeTuna's homepage in October 2026.

The free plan, with no card required, already includes unlimited booking pages, video backgrounds, two-way Google, Microsoft and iCal sync, and auto-created Meet, Teams and Zoom links. Custom intake form fields and a custom domain start on Pro, at $11.50/mo ($5.83/mo annually). Charging for sessions through Stripe needs Executive, at $23/mo ($11.67/mo annually), which also adds team sharing for up to six people. Pro and Executive have a 14-day trial. The site shows euros from some locations; we read USD prices from its own price table but did not see them rendered from a US location, so treat the dollar figures with some caution. We found no Trustpilot profile.

Its own comparison page lists client packages and contracts as "coming soon", so session credits are not there yet. There are no courses, community or client portal. For an online coach that means a pretty front door with nothing behind it.

Pick it over Coachful if a striking booking page is your main need, you take only unpaid consults, and your coaching happens in a separate app.

How do the 10 tools compare feature by feature?

The matrix shows each tool against the needs of a remote training business. "Not listed" means the vendor's pricing page or the profile we hold from October 2026 does not document the feature; test it in a trial before you rely on it.

What does a full scheduling stack cost each month?

A scheduler alone rarely covers an online fitness business. The fair comparison is the whole stack you need to book, take payment and deliver training. Here are three example stacks for a coach with about 15 to 20 clients. Figures are list prices from October 2026, before tax and processor fees, and are examples rather than quotes.

StackWhat it coversMonthly cost (example)What is still missing
Coachful on its ownBooking, session credits, payments, agreements, video, reminders, workouts, nutrition, check-ins, website, funnels, emailSolo: $49/month for up to 20 clientsWearable sync and stock exercise videos
Acuity Standard + Everfit Pro (20 clients)Booking with packages and intake forms, plus a training app$34 + $49 = $83/mo monthly, or $27 + $41 = $68/mo billed annuallyWebsite, funnels, email marketing, contracts; payments in Everfit are an add-on
Calendly Standard + TrueCoach Standard (20 clients)Consult and check-in links, plus strength programming$10 + $57.99 = $67.99/mo, both billed annuallyPackages, contracts, website, funnels, email; TrueCoach payments only for coaches banking in the US, UK, Canada or Australia

The cheaper-looking stacks also carry time costs: two logins, two client apps or a web page plus an app, and a manual step every time a booked consult becomes a paying client. Add an email tool and a website builder to the second and third stacks if you need them. For more on pricing a live-call tier against an app-only tier, read how to price app-only and live-call coaching.

How would an online fitness coach set this up in Coachful?

Setup is a handful of steps, and the white-glove team can do the building parts for you. Here is an example for a coach selling a 12-week remote strength program with fortnightly calls.

A laptop and monitor showing an intake call list and a payments table on a standing desk
Coachful's Intakes page and Payments tab with demo data, on a standing desk next to a foam roller.
  1. Connect your calendar and video. Link Google, Apple/iCloud or Outlook for two-way sync, and pick built-in video or Zoom, Meet or Teams.
  2. Create two session types. A free 20-minute consult with intake questions (goal, training history, equipment, injuries), and a 30-minute check-in that draws from session credits. Set buffers and minimum notice.
  3. Connect Stripe. Link your own Stripe Connect or Razorpay account. Create the program offer as one payment or a payment plan, with six check-in credits included.
  4. Add your coaching agreement. Send it for e-signature before the first call. Include scope, cancellation rules and when you will refer out.
  5. Build the program. Use the workout builder for 12 weeks of sessions, attach your own demo videos, set macro targets and turn on weekly check-ins.
  6. Turn on reminders. Enable messaging for SMS 24 hours before and WhatsApp one hour before each call.
  7. Publish the booking funnel. Put the consult link on your link-in-bio page and website, or ask the white-glove team to build the funnel from your notes.

When a lead books, their intake answers land on the Intakes page. After they buy, they get the agreement, then the program and credits in the app, and every later booking appears on their client record next to their logs and check-ins.

What mistakes do online fitness coaches make with scheduling software?

The common mistakes are about what happens around the booking, not the booking itself.

  • Using the free plan without two-way sync. Several free plans (Setmore's, for example) skip two-way sync. A personal appointment then fails to block your page and a client books over it.
  • Ignoring time zones in clock-change weeks. If you coach clients across the US and Europe, confirm the booking page shows local time zones and double-check recurring calls during daylight-saving changeovers.
  • Taking injury and health answers without a scope line. Online coaching is not medical treatment. If intake answers mention chest pain, fainting, a heart condition, pregnancy complications, a recent surgery or an eating disorder, ask the client to get clearance from a doctor before training, and refer out. Coachful is not HIPAA-certified, so do not store clinical records there.
  • Selling packages without credits. Counting calls by hand works for five clients and fails at twenty.
  • Paying per seat too early. Per-seat tools double the bill when you add one assistant coach.
  • Forgetting the processor fee layer. A 1% platform fee on top of Stripe adds up quickly once your paid bookings grow.

For more on the errors that cost online trainers clients, see 10 online fitness coaching mistakes.

Which scheduling software should an online fitness coach choose?

Choose Coachful if you sell programs rather than single calls: it handles booking, credits, payment, agreement, video and reminders, then delivers the workouts, nutrition targets and check-ins in the same client app. Choose Acuity Scheduling if you want the strongest standalone scheduler beside a training app you already like. Choose Calendly, TidyCal or TimeTuna for a free or cheap consult link while you test demand. Choose My PT Hub or ABC Trainerize if your roster and workouts already live there.

Whatever you pick, judge it by the full client journey: from the first consult to week 12. A scheduler that saves $20 a month but adds a second app and a manual handoff for every new client is rarely the cheaper choice. For payment options across the same stack, see the best payment platforms for online fitness coaches.

Frequently asked questions

What is the best scheduling software for online fitness coaches?

Coachful is our pick for coaches who sell programs, because the booking, payment, agreement, video link and the training program all sit in one branded client app. Acuity Scheduling is the strongest standalone scheduler if you already use a separate training app. Calendly is the simplest option for a free consult link.

Do I need scheduling software if my clients mostly train asynchronously?

Yes, if you hold any calls at all: consults, monthly check-ins or form reviews. Without booking pages, every call becomes a back-and-forth message thread across time zones. If you sell an app-only tier, a simple booking link for consults is often enough.

Can clients pay for sessions when they book?

Most tools here support paid bookings through Stripe or a similar processor. In Coachful, sessions can be paid at booking or drawn from session credits, using your own Stripe Connect or Razorpay account. TimeTuna requires its Executive plan for payments, and TidyCal takes 1% of payments below its Pro plan.

How do session credits work for a 12-week program?

You attach a number of calls to the offer, for example six check-ins, and each booking uses one credit. The client cannot book past what they bought, and you do not need to track usage in a spreadsheet. Acuity, Paperbell and TidyCal offer packages; Coachful uses session credits.

How do these tools handle clients in other time zones?

Good booking pages detect the visitor's time zone and show slots in local time, as Coachful does. Watch recurring calls around daylight-saving changes, since the US and Europe change their clocks on different dates.

Should I collect health information in my booking intake form?

Ask enough to know whether a client should get medical clearance first, such as injuries, heart or blood pressure issues, pregnancy or recent surgery. Coaching is not medical treatment, so refer clients with red flags to a doctor. Keep clinical records in a clinical system; Coachful is not HIPAA-certified.

Does Coachful sync with Garmin, Fitbit or Apple Health?

No. Coachful does not sync with Garmin, Fitbit, Whoop or Oura, and Apple Health sync is not publicly available. Clients log workouts, measurements and check-ins inside the Coachful app instead.

What is Coachful's free white-glove service?

On every plan, the Coachful team will build things inside your account for you, such as a consult booking funnel, a program sales page, a program outline or an email sequence. You describe what you want and attach links or files, and it is usually ready within about 24 hours. It does not include recording videos, logo design or ad management.

Can I use Coachful with a team of coaches?

Yes. Team plans add coach seats with per-coach availability and staff permissions, and multi-coach session types can use round-robin or least-busy assignment. Coachful does not have routing forms that choose a coach from form answers.

How do I get started with Coachful?

Start a free trial, connect your calendar and Stripe, and create a consult session type. You can then ask the white-glove team to build your booking funnel or program, and your existing clients and programs are imported for you during onboarding.
