Best Social Media Scheduler for Relationship Coaches: 12 Picks

Best Social Media Scheduler for Relationship Coaches: 12 Picks

The best social media scheduler for relationship coaches is the one that turns a carousel about repair conversations into a booked discovery call, not just the one with the prettiest content calendar. Most relationship coaches post on Instagram, Facebook and increasingly Threads or LinkedIn, and a follower who saves a post about "the fight you keep having" usually wants a private next step: a quiz, a free guide, a call. So the deciding question is simple. Where does the post send people, and how many tools sit between the post and a paid couples package?

Our pick is Coachful, because its Social planner writes and schedules posts to six networks from the same account that holds your booking pages, funnels, link-in-bio, contracts and client programs. Dedicated schedulers such as Buffer, Metricool and Later still win on analytics, TikTok and Pinterest, and inbox tools, and we say exactly where below. We make Coachful, so read our ranking with that in mind; every competitor fact comes from the vendor's own pricing pages as listed in October 2026.

What do relationship coaches actually need from a social media scheduler?

Relationship coaches need a scheduler that handles a small number of networks well and hands warm followers to a private, consent-based next step. Volume matters less than where each post points and how sensitive conversations are handled once someone replies.

Your content mix is specific. Most relationship coaches rotate a few formats:

  • Carousels with scripts. "Three ways to say 'I need space' without starting a fight" is a save-and-share format, and it needs a scheduler that publishes Instagram carousels, not just single images.
  • Short videos. Reels, Shorts and talking-head clips about attachment patterns, dating apps or co-parenting after divorce.
  • Longer posts on LinkedIn or Facebook. Coaches who work with professionals on work-life strain, or who run couples workshops for employers, often find their buyers there.
  • Threads and X conversations. Short opinion posts that start discussions, which you then move to a newsletter or a free guide.
  • Seasonal hooks. Valentine's Day, wedding season and the holidays give relationship content predictable moments, so batch scheduling weeks ahead is worth more to you than to most niches.

The client journey is also different from a fitness or business coach. A single person may follow you for months before they book. A couple has two decision makers, two calendars and sometimes two time zones. Many inquiries arrive by DM, often from someone in a painful moment. That means three practical needs:

  1. A link-in-bio and booking flow that works on a phone. Every post should be able to point to one clear action: a free consultation, an application or a lead magnet such as a communication-style quiz.
  2. Intake before the call. Questions on the booking form let you spot fit early, including whether both partners are attending and whether there are safety concerns.
  3. Privacy discipline. Couples' stories involve two people. You need written consent before anything client-related appears in a post, and testimonials have disclosure rules in many countries (the US Federal Trade Commission's Disclosures 101 for social media influencers is a plain-language starting point).

Scope also shapes your content. Relationship coaching is not couples therapy. Posts should not diagnose a partner, and your booking flow should say that you refer out when someone describes abuse, coercive control, threats to safety or a mental health crisis. Point those people to a licensed therapist or local domestic violence services rather than a discovery call. The ICF Code of Ethics covers both confidentiality and referral, and it is worth rereading before you publish client-adjacent content. If you are still weighing whether couples see value in coaching at all, our guide Are relationship coaches worth it? covers the buyer's side.

Which social media scheduler is best for relationship coaches at a glance?

Ranking criteria: one login for the whole client journey, between-session delivery, total stack cost and setup effort (including the free white-glove build), then network coverage and analytics for the dedicated schedulers.

Thinking of launching your coaching business?

Answer a few questions and Coachful builds it around you: your website, programs, booking and payments. Ready in minutes.

Build your platform

How did we choose and rank these tools?

We started from what a relationship coach's week looks like: a few posts, a handful of DMs, a couple of discovery calls and ongoing couples or individual programs. Then we scored each tool on whether it shortens the path from a post to a paying client.

  • One login for the client journey. Does the tool hold the post, the link it points to, the booking, the payment and the program, or do you stitch four products together?
  • Between-session delivery. Couples work happens between calls: communication exercises, check-ins, shared goals. Tools that support it ranked higher.
  • Total stack cost. A $15 scheduler is cheap until you add a booking tool, a link-in-bio store, an email platform and a course host.
  • Setup effort. How long before a new coach is posting and taking bookings? A done-for-you build counts here.
  • Networks and analytics. For the dedicated schedulers, we compared which networks they publish to and what they report.

We did not run hands-on tests for this article. Competitor features, limits and prices come from each vendor's pricing page or help center as listed in October 2026, and Trustpilot ratings are shown with the date we saw them. Two tools on this list, Paperbell and Practice Better, are coaching platforms without a social scheduler; we include them because many relationship coaches compare them with all-in-one options, and they need a separate scheduler on top.

1. Coachful: the scheduler that sits inside your whole coaching business

A laptop with a funnels list and a tablet with a session calendar on a kitchen table
Coachful's funnels list on a laptop and its session calendar on a tablet, beside two coffee cups.

Coachful is a coaching platform with a built-in Social planner, so the post, the funnel it links to, the booking calendar and the couples program all live in one account. That is the main reason it ranks first for relationship coaches: the hard part of social media in this niche is not publishing, it is what happens after someone taps your link.

How the Social planner works. You find it under Sell, then How you reach them, then Social planner. Michelle, Coachful's built-in AI assistant, helps with post ideas and captions, working from your live practice data. You then schedule and publish to Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, X, Threads and YouTube from one calendar. Each network publishes separately, with a per-network retry and a notification if one fails, so a LinkedIn hiccup does not stop your Instagram post. Every post can point to a Coachful booking page, a funnel or your link-in-bio page, which is itself able to sell.

Where the post leads. This is where the advantage shows. A carousel about "four signs you are stuck in a pursue-withdraw loop" can link to a lead-magnet funnel that delivers a free guide and adds the reader to an email sequence. Coachful's funnels cover booking, application, lead-magnet and checkout flows with Meta Pixel and UTM tracking, so you can see which campaign brought the sign-up. There are about 25 funnel templates to start from.

Booking for one partner or both. Booking pages support availability rules, buffers, minimum notice and time-zone detection, with two-way Google, Apple/iCloud and Outlook calendar sync. Sessions can run on built-in video or auto-created Zoom, Meet or Teams links. Intake questions on the booking form let you ask whether both partners will attend and whether anything about safety should be discussed first. Email reminders are included, and SMS (24 hours before) and WhatsApp (1 hour before) reminders work once messaging is enabled. You can sell paid sessions or session credits for a package of couples calls. See booking software for coaches for the full set.

Agreements before the first session. Coaching agreements go out for e-signature before the first call and are stored on the client record. For relationship coaches this is where you state what coaching is and is not, your confidentiality terms, your referral policy, and whether you will ever share anything from sessions (the answer for social media should be "only with written consent from both partners"). More on that at coaching contracts.

Between sessions. Once a couple enrolls, a multi-week program can hold weekly goals, daily tasks, habits, morning and evening check-ins and goals with progress bars. A "daily appreciation" habit or a weekly "state of us" check-in is easy to set up, and every client sees it in their branded home and the client app, which ships under the Coachful listing with your branding. The client record shows goals, check-ins, notes, intake answers, payments and sessions, with a status of thriving, active, quiet or at risk, so you notice when a couple goes quiet.

Payments, email and the rest. Payments run through your own Stripe Connect or Razorpay account, with one-time payments, subscriptions, payment plans and coupons, and a 0% Coachful platform fee since August 2026 (only Stripe or Razorpay processing applies). Email lists, broadcasts and multi-step sequences with branching and A/B splits are included in your Coachful membership, as are courses, a community feed with group chat and video events, and a section-based website builder with a blog and custom domain. If you run a couples workshop, cohort groups are created automatically when people enroll in a program.

Here is a walkthrough of how funnels are built in Coachful, the piece most of your posts will point to:

Why Coachful stands out: a free white-glove service. From Create, then "We'll build it for you · FREE", you describe what you want: a website, a funnel, a sales page for a couples program, an email sequence, a link-in-bio page or a lead quiz. You can attach up to 8 reference links and up to 10 files such as your logo, photos and existing copy. The Coachful team builds it inside your own account, usually within about 24 hours, without inventing credentials, testimonials or prices; gaps are left for you to fill. One recent build: a somatic coach leaving Kajabi had their homepage and About page rebuilt and the contact form connected. Another: a leadership coach with a Squarespace renewal days away got one clean homepage with a repeated "talk with me" button. The service does not include recording videos, logo design, ad management or ongoing marketing. Details are in our white-glove service guide.

Price. Coachful uses flat monthly plans; lower plans cap the number of clients, Pro is unlimited, and monthly plans cancel in one click (current plans: Lite: $29/month for up to 5 clients; Solo: $49/month for up to 20 clients; Pro: $99/month with unlimited clients; Studio: $199/month with unlimited clients). A free trial is available.

What it does not do. Be clear on the limits. Coachful's Social planner does not publish to TikTok or Pinterest, it has no social analytics dashboard, and it has no unified inbox for comments and DMs. Coachful is not HIPAA-certified, so it is not the place for clinical records if you are also a licensed therapist. There is no PayPal and no permanent free plan.

Who it is for. Solo relationship, dating and divorce coaches who want posts, bookings, agreements and couples programs under one login, and who would rather not maintain a scheduler, a link-in-bio tool, a booking app and an email platform separately. Our Coachful for relationship coaches page shows the setup in more detail, and there are dedicated pages for dating coaches and divorce coaches.

2. Buffer: the cheapest way to schedule three or four networks

Buffer homepage with its headline and main call to action, October 2026
Buffer's homepage in October 2026.

Buffer is a plain, inexpensive scheduler priced per connected channel, which suits a relationship coach who posts to a few accounts and wants nothing else. It publishes to Instagram, Facebook Pages, TikTok, LinkedIn, X, YouTube Shorts, Threads, Pinterest, Google Business Profile, Bluesky, Mastodon and Substack. Instagram personal profiles and Facebook groups are reminder-only, which matters if you run a private Facebook group for past clients.

For this niche, Buffer's appeal is cost and calm. A coach posting to Instagram, LinkedIn and Facebook pays $18 a month on Essentials when billed monthly, or $15 a month billed yearly, as listed in October 2026. The Free plan covers up to three channels with 10 scheduled posts per channel at any one time, one user and 30 days of insights, which is enough to test a weekly rhythm. Start Page, a simple link-in-bio landing page, is on every plan.

Buffer pricing page with Free, Essentials and Team plans
Buffer's pricing page in October 2026.

Prices as listed: Free at $0; Essentials at $6 per channel per month ($5 yearly) with one user and unlimited scheduled posts (fair use cap of 5,000 per channel); Team at $12 per channel per month ($10 yearly) with unlimited team members. A 14-day trial drops to the Free plan if you add no payment details. Trustpilot showed 4.2 from 146 reviews on 28 October 2026.

The limits are about what happens after the post. Buffer does not take bookings, collect payments, send agreements or deliver programs, so a relationship coach will pair it with a booking tool, an email platform and somewhere to run couples work. Start Page is a list of links, not a funnel with a lead magnet and email sequence behind it.

Pick it over Coachful if you already have a booking and program setup you are happy with, you need TikTok, Pinterest or Bluesky publishing, or you want insights on which posts perform, and you want the lowest monthly bill for scheduling alone.

3. Metricool: when you want to know which posts bring followers

Metricool homepage with its headline and main call to action, October 2026
Metricool's homepage in October 2026.

Metricool combines scheduling with the analytics most relationship coaches eventually want: which carousel got saved, which Reel brought followers, and how your account compares with other coaches in your space. It connects Instagram, Facebook, Threads, TikTok, YouTube, Pinterest, Bluesky, Google Business Profile, Twitch and LinkedIn (paid plans), with X only via a $10 monthly add-on.

Its strength for this niche is competitor tracking. Watching five or more relationship coaches you admire, and seeing which of their topics land, is a practical way to plan the next month of content. Flows, available on paid plans, automates Instagram comment-to-DM and keyword DM replies, so a post that says "comment REPAIR for my free script" can deliver the guide automatically. SmartLinks link-in-bio is on every plan.

Prices as listed in October 2026: Free at $0 for one brand, 20 scheduled posts a month, 30 days of analytics and five competitor profiles, but no LinkedIn or X. Starter costs $25 a month ($20 yearly) for up to five brands with unlimited analytics history and up to 100 competitors. Advanced, which adds team and client management, starts at $67 a month ($53 yearly) for up to 15 brands. There is no standard paid-plan trial; the Free plan serves that role. Trustpilot showed 4.1 from 690 reviews on 28 October 2026.

For a solo relationship coach, the catch is the Free plan's missing LinkedIn, and the fact that Metricool stops at the post and the DM. Bookings, agreements, payments and program delivery live elsewhere, and a five-brand Starter plan is more than one coach usually needs.

Pick it over Coachful if analytics and competitor benchmarking are the reason you want a scheduler, you publish to TikTok or Pinterest, or you want comment-to-DM automation built into the same tool that schedules your posts.

4. Later: for coaches whose business runs on an Instagram grid

Later homepage with its headline and main call to action, October 2026
Later's homepage in October 2026.

Later started as a visual Instagram planner and still feels like one, which suits relationship coaches who think in grids of quote cards, carousels and Reels covers. It publishes to Instagram, Facebook Pages, Threads, Pinterest, TikTok, LinkedIn, YouTube (Shorts only) and Snapchat. X support ended on 28 August 2025, and Bluesky and Google Business Profile are not supported.

The visual planner is the reason to choose it. Dragging posts around a preview of your grid helps keep a consistent look, which matters when your brand is warmth and trust. Every plan includes a Link in Bio page (one per Social Set) that can collect email sign-ups into Mailchimp or a CSV, and Starter and above remove Later branding from it.

As listed in October 2026: the Free plan, documented in Later's help center, allows 12 posts per profile a month, one Social Set, no analytics and no carousel or Stories scheduling, which rules out the carousel format many relationship coaches rely on. Starter costs $25 a month ($18.75 yearly) for one user, one Social Set of up to eight profiles, 30 posts per profile a month and three months of analytics. Growth costs $50 a month ($37.50 yearly) with two users, 180 posts per profile and a Social Inbox for Instagram and Facebook DMs and comments. The 14-day trial requires a card and converts automatically. Trustpilot showed 1.4 from 352 reviews on 28 October 2026, which is worth reading before you commit.

Later does not handle bookings, payments, contracts or programs, and its link-in-bio collects emails but does not run a funnel with a follow-up sequence on its own.

Pick it over Coachful if Instagram is your main channel and a visual grid planner matters most to you, you also publish to TikTok, Pinterest or Snapchat, or you want a DM and comment inbox (on Growth and above).

5. Planoly: a grid planner with a store attached

Planoly homepage with its headline and main call to action, October 2026
Planoly's homepage in October 2026.

Planoly is another visual Instagram planner, with one twist that matters for coaches: every paid plan includes Creator Store, a link-in-bio storefront that can sell digital downloads, e-courses, memberships, live events and paid one-to-one consultations. It auto-posts to Instagram, Facebook Pages, TikTok, LinkedIn, YouTube, Threads and Pinterest. X is reminder-only, and Bluesky and Google Business Profile are not supported.

A relationship coach could sell a "Fair Fighting Workbook" and a paid 60-minute clarity call straight from the bio link, with Planoly taking no cut of sales; Stripe or PayPal processing fees still apply. Paid one-to-one bookings support availability windows, buffers, Google Calendar sync and Zoom or Google Meet links.

Prices as listed in October 2026: a free mobile-app plan with 10 uploads a month; Starter at $16 a month ($14 yearly) with one Social Set, one user and unlimited uploads; Growth at $28 a month ($24 yearly) with two Social Sets and two users; Pro at $55 a month ($47 yearly) with six Social Sets and six users. All paid plans include a 14-day free trial. Trustpilot showed 3.2 from 61 reviews on 28 October 2026.

The gap for couples work is after the sale. Creator Store sells a call or a product, but there are no coaching agreements, client records with notes and check-ins, or multi-week programs with habits. You would still need somewhere to run the actual coaching.

Pick it over Coachful if you want a visual grid planner and a simple bio-link store in one cheap subscription, you post to TikTok or Pinterest, and your coaching delivery already lives in another tool.

6. Paperbell: booking and packages, no scheduler

Paperbell homepage with its headline and main call to action, October 2026
Paperbell's homepage in October 2026.

Paperbell is not a social media scheduler. It is an all-in-one admin tool for solo coaches, and it appears here because many relationship coaches compare it with Coachful when deciding where their posts should send people. If you choose it, you still need Buffer, Later or another scheduler on top.

What it covers, per its pricing page as listed in October 2026: a coaching website, scheduling, payments and packages, a client portal, contracts, email workflows, forms, group coaching, video call integration, notes, digital downloads and online classes. A couples package of six sessions with a contract and payment upfront is straightforward to set up. Our Paperbell alternatives for relationship coaches article goes deeper.

There is one plan: $97 a month, or $970 a year (about $80.83 a month), with unlimited clients and sessions and "no additional transaction fees" beyond Stripe or PayPal processing. The pricing page has a "Try For Free" button without a stated length, plus a 30-day money-back guarantee. Trustpilot showed 3.5 from 14 reviews on 25 October 2026.

Limits for this niche: an older profile of Paperbell lists no goal or habit tracking and no native mobile app, so between-session exercises for couples have to happen by email or documents. There is no social planner, so the cost of a scheduler sits on top of the monthly fee.

Pick it over Coachful if you mainly sell session packages, you want PayPal as a payment option, and you are happy running social media in a separate scheduler.

Which one looks like you?

Coachful builds your coaching website from a few answers, in a design chosen for your niche, with programs, booking and payments ready behind it.

Build your platform

7. Publer: bulk scheduling for coaches who batch a season at a time

Publer is a dedicated scheduler built around volume: bulk scheduling of up to 500 posts at once from a CSV, post recycling, a threads composer for X, Threads, Bluesky and Mastodon, and a link-in-bio page called Linkie. Its integrations page lists Facebook, Instagram, Threads, LinkedIn, Pinterest, Bluesky, Google Business, Mastodon, X, Telegram, YouTube, WordPress and TikTok.

For relationship coaches, recycling is the interesting part. Evergreen posts about communication patterns or boundaries stay useful, and resurfacing them every few months keeps a quiet account alive while you focus on clients. If you write a season of Valentine's Day content in one sitting, the CSV upload saves real time.

We fetched Publer's plans page on 29 October 2026. The Free plan is listed as free forever with one user, one workspace, three social accounts (X is excluded), 10 scheduled posts per account at a time, 25 saved drafts and 24 hours of post history. A Professional plan is described as "best for solopreneurs and creators", and Business sits above it, but the paid prices load only after the page runs scripts, so we could not verify them. Check the plans page for the current figure before you sign up.

Publer is a scheduler only. There is no booking, payment, contract or program delivery, so like Buffer it sits beside the tools that run your practice.

Pick it over Coachful if you batch large volumes of posts, want automatic recycling of evergreen content, or need Pinterest, TikTok, Bluesky or Telegram, and your booking and programs already run elsewhere.

8. Practice Better: for coaches who are also clinicians

Practice Better homepage with its headline and main call to action, October 2026
Practice Better's homepage in October 2026.

Practice Better is practice-management software aimed mainly at wellness and nutrition practitioners, with scheduling, telehealth video, charting, billing, programs and a client portal. It has no social scheduler. It fits this list for one reason: some relationship coaches are also licensed marriage and family therapists or counselors, and they may want a clinical-style system for that side of their work.

If that describes you, the distinction matters. Coaching and therapy should stay separate in your marketing, your agreements and your records. A therapist-coach might keep clinical notes in a system designed for them and run coaching offers and social content elsewhere. Coachful is not HIPAA-certified and is not meant for clinical record-keeping.

Prices as listed in October 2026: Sprout is free for three clients; Starter costs $35 a month ($25 yearly) for 10 clients; Professional costs $69 a month ($59 yearly) for 300 clients and adds group scheduling and fixed-date programs; Plus costs $99 a month ($89 yearly) for unlimited clients and adds evergreen programs, portal branding and SMS. Trials run 14 days on most paid plans. Add-ons include an AI charting assistant from $10 a month per practitioner. Trustpilot showed 3.8 from 87 reviews on 25 October 2026.

For pure relationship coaching, Practice Better's clinical features add little, and an older profile lists no website builder or funnel pages, so your posts would point to a separate site.

Pick it over Coachful if you hold a clinical license and need charting, telehealth and clinical-style records alongside your coaching, and you will run social media in a separate scheduler.

9. Stan Store: selling straight from the bio link

Stan Store is a link-in-bio storefront for creators, and it suits relationship coaches who sell a low-priced product (a conversation-starter deck, a breakup recovery guide) directly from Instagram or TikTok. It does not schedule posts. What it adds is the page your posts point to, plus AutoDM for Instagram on the Creator plan.

On Creator you get a mobile and desktop storefront, calendar booking, a course builder, recurring subscriptions, lead magnets with email collection, a community and AutoDM. Creator Pro adds discount codes, upsells and order bumps, funnels of up to 20 products, Afterpay and Klarna, affiliates, email broadcasts and flows, and Meta, Google, Pinterest and TikTok pixels.

Prices from Stan's own pricing article, as listed in October 2026: Creator at $29 a month ($25 yearly, $300 a year) and Creator Pro at $99 a month ($79 yearly). Both have a 14-day free trial, and the first month is charged when it ends. Stan takes 0% of sales; Stripe or PayPal processing applies. Trustpilot showed 4.7 from 2,205 reviews on 25 October 2026.

The gap for couples coaching: no contracts, invoices or client records, and no programs with tasks, habits or check-ins. Email marketing sits on the higher plan. You still need a scheduler and somewhere to run sessions.

Pick it over Coachful if most of your income comes from small digital products sold to followers rather than coaching packages, and you want a storefront with Instagram AutoDM built in.

10. LinkDM: delivering your free guide when someone comments

LinkDM automates Instagram DMs. When a follower comments a keyword on your post, it sends them the link. That is a natural fit for relationship content: "Comment SCRIPT and I'll send you the exact words to start a hard conversation." It does not schedule posts, so it pairs with a scheduler.

Features on the Free plan include comment-to-DM on posts and Reels (all comments, specific keywords, emojis or mentions), story reply and story mention auto-DMs, Facebook comment auto-DMs and up to four conversation starters. Pro adds public comment auto-replies, keyword triggers across posts, stories, Live and ads, DM sequences and reminders, and lead-gen forms inside DMs that can send emails to Kit or Flodesk.

Prices as listed in October 2026: Free at $0 for one Instagram account and up to 1,000 DMs a month, with LinkDM branding on messages; Pro at $19 a month or $182 a year for up to three accounts and 25,000 DMs a month; Platinum+ at $99 a month or $832 a year for up to 10 accounts.

Keep the niche in mind. People who comment on relationship posts are sometimes in distress, and an automated reply should be warm, short and should include your referral note for anyone describing abuse or a crisis. Automation is fine for delivering a guide; it is not a substitute for a human reply to a hard message.

Pick it over Coachful if comment-to-DM delivery on Instagram is the main thing you need, since Coachful's Social planner schedules and publishes posts but does not automate DM replies.

11. ManyChat: a bigger DM automation toolkit

ManyChat is the larger option in DM automation. It works across Instagram, TikTok, Facebook Messenger and Telegram on lower plans, and WhatsApp, SMS and email from Pro upward. It does not schedule posts. Relationship coaches use it to run a short qualifying conversation in DMs before offering a call, or to collect an email address in exchange for a free guide.

The Free plan covers 25 active contacts a month, two channels and up to four live automations, including comment-to-DM, keyword triggers, story replies and follow-to-DM welcomes, but no email or phone collection. Essential adds unlimited automations, data collection, follower checks and Google Sheets. Pro adds ManyChat AI for DM and comment replies and integrations with Zapier, Kit, Mailchimp, Stripe and others.

Prices as listed in October 2026 (read from ManyChat's pricing page data captured on 9 October 2026, because the live page blocked automated fetches): Essential at $17 a month ($14 yearly) for 250 active contacts, then $0.10 per extra contact on monthly billing; Pro at $39 a month ($29 yearly) for 2,500 contacts; Business at $99 a month ($69 yearly). Billing grows with active contacts, so a viral post can raise your bill.

An AI that replies to DMs in this niche needs careful limits. Write the knowledge it draws from yourself, avoid anything resembling advice about a specific partner, and route emotional messages to a human.

Pick it over Coachful if you want automated DM conversations across several messaging channels, including WhatsApp, with AI replies and lead capture inside the chat.

12. Hootsuite: built for teams, priced for teams

Hootsuite homepage with its headline and main call to action, October 2026
Hootsuite's homepage in October 2026.

Hootsuite is an enterprise-oriented social media suite. It connects Facebook, Instagram, X, LinkedIn, Threads, TikTok, YouTube, Pinterest, Bluesky and Google Business Profile, and every plan includes Hootbio (link-in-bio) and a unified inbox for comments and DMs, with WhatsApp messages in the inbox too. Competitive benchmarking and AI credits are included.

For a relationship coaching practice with several coaches, a marketing assistant and approval steps, the unified inbox is the standout feature: one place to see every comment and message, assign replies and keep tone consistent. For a solo coach it is far more than needed.

Prices as listed in October 2026 are per user: Standard at $149 a month or $99 a month billed yearly, with up to 10 social accounts and unlimited scheduled posts; Professional at $299 a month ($199 yearly) with unlimited accounts, DM automations and automated responses; Advanced at $499 a month ($399 yearly); Enterprise on request. The 14-day trial needs no card. Trustpilot showed 1.3 from 556 reviews on 28 October 2026. There is no booking calendar or coaching delivery.

Pick it over Coachful if you run a multi-coach practice with a dedicated social media person, need a unified inbox and approval workflows across many accounts, and have the budget for per-user pricing.

How do the features compare side by side?

Coachful is the only tool here that both publishes posts and runs booking, agreements, payments and couples programs. The dedicated schedulers lead on networks, analytics and inbox tools.

What does each option cost at 5, 15 and 40 clients?

Dedicated schedulers cost the same whatever your client count, but they only cover posting. The fairer comparison adds what you need to take bookings, payments and deliver couples programs.

The table below shows each tool's own price for a solo coach posting to three networks, billed yearly where available, as listed in October 2026. Coachful's price includes booking, payments, agreements, programs, email and the Social planner; the others need extra tools for those jobs (Paperbell and Practice Better need a scheduler; the schedulers need a booking and program tool).

As an illustrative example only: a relationship coach running Buffer, a separate booking tool, an email platform and a course or program host pays four subscriptions and keeps four logins in sync. Add up your own current stack before comparing it with a single plan.

How does a relationship coach set this up in Coachful, step by step?

Expect a working setup in a weekend, or less if you request the free white-glove build for the website and funnel. Here is the order we would follow for a couples coach launching a six-week "Reconnect" program.

  1. Build the destination first. Create a lead-magnet funnel that delivers a free guide, for example "The 10-minute weekly check-in for couples", and adds sign-ups to an email list. If you would rather not build it, request it from Create, then "We'll build it for you · FREE", and attach your logo and draft copy.
  2. Write the follow-up sequence. Set up a five-email sequence: the guide, a story about a common pattern (no identifiable client details), a short explainer of how you work, an invitation to a free consultation, and a gentle last call. Branch on whether the person booked.
  3. Set up the booking page. Add a free 20-minute consultation with buffers and minimum notice, and intake questions: who is attending, what you would like to change, and "Is there anything about safety we should know before we talk?" Add your referral note to the page.
  4. Prepare the agreement. Write a coaching agreement that covers scope, confidentiality, the referral policy and a clear statement that nothing from sessions appears on social media without written consent from both partners. It goes out for e-signature before the first paid call.
  5. Build the program. Create the six-week program with weekly goals, a daily appreciation habit for each partner and a weekly evening check-in. Start from one of the more than 40 ready-to-film program templates if it helps.
  6. Connect your link-in-bio. Point your bio link to your link-in-bio page with three buttons: the guide, the consultation and the program.
  7. Plan four weeks of posts. Open the Social planner and ask Michelle for post ideas around your program themes. Edit every caption in your own voice, then schedule a mix, for example two carousels, one video and one longer LinkedIn or Facebook post a week, each linking to the guide or the consultation.
  8. Watch what converts. Use UTM tags on the funnel links and check funnel analytics weekly. Note which topics bring sign-ups and write more of those.

What mistakes should relationship coaches avoid with social media scheduling?

The costliest mistakes in this niche are about consent and next steps, not posting frequency.

  • Posting client stories without written consent from both partners. Even an anonymized story can be recognizable to the couple's friends. Get consent in writing, and remember that testimonials in many countries need disclosure.
  • Posts with no next step. A carousel that gets 400 saves and no link wastes the attention. Every post should point to the guide, the consultation or the program.
  • Diagnosing partners in captions. Labels like "narcissist" in a post invite people to diagnose their partner from a carousel. Talk about patterns and behaviors, and keep clinical language out.
  • Automating sensitive replies. DM tools are useful for sending a guide. A message describing abuse or crisis needs a human reply with referral resources.
  • Paying for networks you do not use. Most relationship coaches do best on two or three networks. A scheduler priced per channel or per user rewards restraint.
  • Letting the stack grow by accident. A scheduler, a bio-link store, a booking app, an email tool and a course host each feel cheap. Add them up every six months.
  • Batching too far ahead without review. A post scheduled weeks ago can land badly on a day of difficult news. Check the queue each week.

If social media is not where your clients are, our guide on how to get coaching clients without social media covers four other channels.

Which social media scheduler should a relationship coach choose?

Choose Coachful if you want your posts, booking pages, agreements, payments and couples programs in one account, with AI help on captions and a free white-glove build to get the website and funnel live. Choose Buffer if you only need cheap scheduling on a few networks, Metricool if analytics and competitor tracking matter most, and Later or Planoly if Instagram's visual grid drives your brand.

Paperbell and Practice Better are coaching platforms without schedulers, so they need one on top. Stan Store, LinkDM and ManyChat are companions to a scheduler rather than replacements. Hootsuite makes sense for a multi-coach practice with a dedicated social media role.

For most solo relationship coaches, the gap between a post and a paying couple is the real problem, and that is the gap Coachful closes. You can compare it with other tools on our comparison page or read the best coaching software for relationship coaches. Coaches in other niches may prefer our versions for life coaches and business coaches, and the broader best software for social media coaches.

Frequently asked questions

What is the best social media scheduler for relationship coaches?

For coaches who want posts, booking, agreements and couples programs in one place, Coachful is our pick because its Social planner publishes to six networks and links straight to your booking pages and funnels. If you only need scheduling, Buffer is the lowest-cost dedicated option on this list, and Metricool is the strongest for analytics.

Does Coachful post to TikTok or Pinterest?

No. Coachful's Social planner publishes to Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, X, Threads and YouTube. If TikTok or Pinterest is central to your strategy, pair a dedicated scheduler such as Buffer, Metricool or Later with Coachful, or choose one of those tools instead.

Can I see social media analytics in Coachful?

Coachful has business, funnel, email and client analytics, plus UTM and pixel tracking on funnels, so you can see which campaigns bring sign-ups and bookings. It does not have a social analytics dashboard for follower growth or post reach. For that, Metricool, Buffer or Hootsuite are better fits.

What is Coachful's free white-glove service?

It is a done-for-you build included on every plan. You describe what you want, such as a website, funnel, sales page or email sequence, attach up to 8 links and 10 files, and the Coachful team builds it in your account, usually within about 24 hours. It does not include video recording, logo design, ad management or ongoing marketing.

Should relationship coaches share client stories on social media?

Only with written consent from everyone involved, which for couples means both partners. Even anonymized stories can be recognizable. Put your consent policy in your coaching agreement, and follow testimonial disclosure rules where you work.

How often should a relationship coach post?

There is no single right number. A steady rhythm you can sustain, such as three or four posts a week on two networks, usually beats bursts of daily posting. Batch content around seasonal moments like Valentine's Day and review the queue weekly.

Do I need a DM automation tool like ManyChat or LinkDM?

Only if comment-to-DM delivery is a big part of how you grow. They work well for sending a free guide when someone comments a keyword. Keep a human in the loop for emotional messages, and include referral resources for anyone describing abuse or crisis.

Is relationship coaching the same as couples therapy?

No. Coaching focuses on goals, communication skills and change going forward, and it does not diagnose or treat mental health conditions. Say this in your posts and your agreement, and refer to a licensed therapist or local support services when someone needs clinical care or is unsafe.

Can I try Coachful before paying?

Yes, there is a free trial, and you can request a free white-glove build of your website or funnel while you set up. See plans for the current options; monthly plans cancel in one click.
