Top 12 Software for Coaching Agencies: Ranked and Reviewed

Top 12 Software for Coaching Agencies: Ranked and Reviewed

The best software for coaching agencies is the one that lets the agency own the client relationship while several hired coaches deliver the work. That means one place where a prospect fills in an intake, gets assigned to the right coach, signs the agreement, pays the agency, and then lives inside a program that looks like your brand no matter which coach they drew. So the deciding question is simple: can a single platform carry a client from first form to renewal across every coach on your roster, or will you be stitching four tools together and reconciling them every Friday?

Our pick is Coachful, ranked first below because it covers intake, multi-coach booking with round-robin assignment, contracts, payments through your own Stripe account, program delivery with habits and check-ins, community and a branded client app under one login. We make Coachful, so weigh that, and check each claim against what the vendors document. The other 11 tools are ranked by how much of the agency workflow they cover and how cleanly they handle more than one coach.

This guide is workflow-led. We map the agency client journey in four stages, show which tool covers which stage, review each tool, then price two ways to build the stack: one platform or an assembled set. If you run a smaller practice with two or three associates, our guide to coaching software for small teams goes deeper on seat planning.

What does a coaching agency's client journey look like?

An agency client journey has four stages: attract, enroll, deliver and retain. What makes an agency different from a solo practice is that the person who sells is often not the person who coaches, so every hand-off between stages is also a hand-off between people.

Attract: one brand, many coaches

Prospects find the agency, not an individual coach. You need a website and funnels under the agency's name, lead capture that lands in one shared list, and email that nurtures leads before anyone books. If each associate runs their own booking link and their own newsletter, your brand splinters and your lead data ends up in their inboxes.

Enroll: intake, matching and the paperwork

This is where agencies leak the most. A good enroll stage asks intake questions before the first call, routes the consult to a coach with availability, sends a coaching agreement for e-signature, and takes payment to the agency's account, not the coach's. Matching is the hard part: most tools can spread bookings across coaches, very few can read an intake form and pick the right coach automatically, so plan for a human to review intakes for anything beyond workload balancing.

Deliver: consistent programs, different coaches

Your method is the product. Each client should see the same program structure, the same worksheets and the same check-in rhythm whether they work with your senior coach or your newest associate. Between-session delivery (habits, tasks, check-ins, messages) is what clients notice most, and it is where coach quality varies the most, so software that makes the method repeatable protects the brand.

Retain: spot drift before renewal

Agencies live on renewals and referrals. You need a view across all coaches' clients that shows who is engaged and who has gone quiet, a community or group layer that keeps clients connected to the agency rather than one coach, and email sequences for renewals and alumni. If a coach leaves, the client history should stay with you.

A note on scope: if your agency coaches touch health, nutrition or mental wellbeing, coaching is not treatment. Write that into your agreements, train associates to refer clients to a doctor or licensed therapist when symptoms, medication questions or crisis signs come up, and keep clinical records out of coaching software. Coachful is not HIPAA-certified, so clinical work belongs in a clinical system. Agreement wording varies by state and country; check with an attorney.

Which tool covers which stage of the agency journey?

Only one tool on this list covers all four stages for a multi-coach team without add-ons. Ranking criteria, in one line: one login for the whole client journey, between-session delivery, total stack cost for a team, and setup effort (including Coachful's free white-glove build).

How we chose: we pictured an example agency with three coaches, 15 active one-to-one clients and one eight-week group program, then asked which tools could run that agency without a second login for the client. Vendor facts are as listed on vendor sites in October 2026; we did not test the tools hands-on, so everything below reflects what vendors document and what public reviewers report.

1. Coachful: the whole agency journey under one login

Coachful's sessions calendar on a monitor in a coaching agency's operations corner
Coachful's month view of demo sessions, with 1:1 coaching and group calls in different colours, on an agency planning desk.

Coachful is a coaching platform where one subscription covers booking, payments, contracts, program delivery with habits and check-ins, courses, a community, a website with funnels and email, and an AI assistant. The coach team works from one login; each client gets one branded app. It is built for coaches who deliver programs, not just sessions, and for solo coaches growing into a small team, which describes most coaching agencies in their first few years. The company is based in Tallinn, Estonia, and holds a Trustpilot rating of 4.5 from 21 reviews.

How it handles intake and coach assignment

Booking pages carry intake questions, so the agency sees goals and context before the consult. For session types shared across the team, Coachful assigns the booking by round-robin or to the least-busy coach, and each coach keeps their own availability. Calendars sync two ways with Google, Apple/iCloud and Outlook, and video links are created automatically for Zoom, Meet or Teams, or the built-in video is used. Clients get email reminders, plus SMS 24 hours and WhatsApp one hour before the call once messaging is enabled. The Intakes page tracks upcoming consults, conversions and conversion rate across the roster.

Coachful's Intakes page in demo data: total intakes, upcoming calls, conversions and a table of intake calls.

One honest limit: Coachful has no routing forms that pick a host from form answers. If you match clients to coaches by specialty, an admin reads the intake and reassigns, which most agencies prefer anyway for the first sessions.

How it keeps the brand consistent across coaches

You build the method once as a multi-week program with weekly goals, daily tasks, habits, morning and evening check-ins, and goals with progress bars, then enroll clients into it regardless of coach. Cohort groups are created automatically when a client enrolls in a program, so group work does not depend on someone remembering to add people. More than 40 ready-to-film program templates and 48 course templates give associates a starting structure. Clients see everything inside the agency's branding within the Coachful app, alongside courses, downloads, videos and events.

Billing to the agency, not the coach

Payments run through the agency's own Stripe Connect or Razorpay account: one-time, subscriptions, payment plans, order bumps, coupons, refunds, Apple Pay and Google Pay, and Stripe Tax. Each transaction gets an invoice, and manual invoices cover corporate clients. Coachful has charged a 0% platform fee since August 2026, so only Stripe or Razorpay processing applies. Coaching agreements with e-signature go out before the first call and stay on the client record, which matters when an associate leaves. See coaching contracts and coaching payment software for the details.

Seeing every client across every coach

The client record holds goals, check-ins, habits, notes, intake answers, tags, payments and sessions, with an AI briefing per client and a status of thriving, active, quiet or at risk. For an agency owner, that status is the retention dashboard: you can spot a quiet client on an associate's roster before renewal week. Team plans (Studio and Agency) add coach seats with per-coach availability and staff permissions, so an associate sees what they need and an operations assistant can manage billing. Michelle, the built-in AI assistant, works from live practice data, briefs coaches before sessions, summarizes recorded sessions and drafts emails; questions and planning are included in your Coachful membership, while confirmed builds and changes use AI credits. ICF credential tracking counts coaching hours and distinct clients against ACC, PCC and MCC thresholds, which associates working toward a credential appreciate (more on ICF hour tracking).

Here is a short walkthrough of how team seats work inside Coachful:

What Coachful does not do

It is not HIPAA-certified and offers no BAA, so it is not for clinical records or insurance billing. There is no PayPal and no permanent free plan. It has no multi-stage sales deal board for large teams and no Salesforce or HubSpot integration, so agencies selling large corporate contracts through a sales team may still want a separate CRM. The client app ships under the Coachful listing with your branding, not under your own App Store account. The affiliate program tracks links, clicks, conversions and revenue, but payouts are recorded manually.

Why Coachful stands out: a free white-glove service. From Create, the "We'll build it for you · FREE" card lets you describe what you need, such as the agency website, a consult-booking funnel, an application form, a program or an onboarding email sequence. You can attach up to 8 reference links and up to 10 files such as logos, brand guides and existing copy. The Coachful team builds it inside your own account, usually within about 24 hours, and leaves gaps for you rather than inventing credentials, testimonials or prices. One recent example: a real-estate and money coach received a year-long cohort program with an application form, an eight-page site and a free nine-day bootcamp funnel. It does not cover recording videos, logo design, ad management or ongoing marketing. Read more in our guide to the white-glove service.

Price: flat monthly plans; lower plans cap clients, Pro is unlimited, and team plans add seats (Current plans: Lite: $29/month for up to 5 clients; Solo: $49/month for up to 20 clients; Pro: $99/month with unlimited clients; Studio: $199/month with unlimited clients). Monthly plans cancel in one click and there is a free trial.

2. HoneyBook: a polished back office for the sales side

HoneyBook homepage with its headline, navigation and sign-up call to action
HoneyBook's homepage in October 2026.

HoneyBook is a client-management CRM for service businesses, built around proposals, contracts, invoices, a scheduler and a client portal. For a coaching agency, its strength is the enroll stage: a prospect can receive a proposal, sign and pay in one flow, and the team sees every project in a shared pipeline. Essentials allows up to two team members and Premium allows unlimited team members and multiple companies, which suits an agency with an operations lead handling sales.

As listed in October 2026, Starter is $29/month billed annually with two live lead forms, Essentials is $59/month ($49 annually), and Premium is $129/month ($109 annually). There is a 30-day free trial with no card. HoneyBook is the payment processor; its page lists card fees as 2.7% + 10¢ in the FAQ but 2.9% + 25¢ in the plan comparison, and ACH at 1.5%. Trustpilot showed 4.1 from 748 reviews in late October 2026.

The limits are on delivery. HoneyBook has no programs, courses, habits, check-ins or community, so your coaches still need somewhere to coach. The scheduler and automations start on Essentials, and you cannot bring your own Stripe account. Pair it with a delivery tool and you have two logins for every client.

Pick it over Coachful if your agency's main pain is proposals and corporate paperwork, and coaching itself happens in calls with little between-session work.

3. Kajabi: strong marketing engine, light coaching layer

Kajabi homepage with its headline, navigation and sign-up call to action
Kajabi's homepage in October 2026.

Agencies that grew out of a personal brand often already sit on Kajabi. It combines a website, funnels, email, courses and a community, and its marketing tools are mature. Admin users scale with plan: 2 on Basic, 11 on Growth and 26 on Pro, which gives each coach a login to manage products and community spaces.

Prices as listed in October 2026: Basic $179/month ($143 annually) with 5 products and 2,500 contacts; Growth $249/month ($199 annually) with 50 products and 25,000 contacts; Pro $499/month ($399 annually). Kajabi Payments in the US runs 2.9% + $0.30 on Basic, falling to 2.7% + $0.30 on Pro, and using another processor (other than PayPal) adds a Kajabi fee of 0.5% to 2%. The standard trial is 14 days.

Kajabi treats coaching as products and communities, not per-client plans. There is no habit tracking or daily check-in for individual clients, and no e-signed coaching agreements in our notes. Public reviewers on Trustpilot gave it 3.4 from 2,347 reviews. An agency on Kajabi usually adds a scheduler and a contracts tool, and associates track client progress in their own documents.

Pick it over Coachful if most of your revenue comes from selling courses to large audiences and one-to-one coaching is a small add-on.

4. Mighty Networks: when the community is the program

Mighty Networks homepage with its headline, navigation and sign-up call to action
Mighty Networks's homepage in October 2026.

Some agencies sell a membership first and coaching second. Mighty Networks fits that model: community, courses and live events in one network, with member apps branded Mighty. Hosts and moderators let several coaches run spaces, with 3 hosts on Launch and 5 on Scale.

Listed prices in October 2026: Launch $95/month ($79 annually), Scale $215/month ($179 annually), Growth $354/month billed annually, and custom-priced Mighty Pro, which is the only tier with your own branded apps. Mighty takes a platform fee of 2% on Launch, 1% on Scale and 0.5% on higher tiers, plus Stripe processing. Trials run 14 days without a card. Trustpilot showed 3.3 from 219 reviews.

There is no one-to-one scheduling, invoicing or contracts, and no private per-client coaching plan with habits or check-ins. For an agency, that means intake, matching and the actual coaching relationship live elsewhere, and the network becomes the retention layer.

Pick it over Coachful if your agency is primarily a paid community with group calls, and private coaching is rare.

5. Quenza: structured activities between sessions

Quenza homepage with its headline, navigation and sign-up call to action
Quenza's homepage in October 2026.

Quenza focuses on what clients do between sessions: activities, worksheets, programs, chat and a client app, built for coaches and therapists. For an agency that wants every associate to deliver the same exercises in the same order, the activity library is a sensible standard. The Collective plan allows up to 3 professionals and 500 clients.

As listed in October 2026, Spark is $25/month ($20 annually) for 10 clients, Growth $50/month ($40) for 250 clients, Impact $125/month ($100) for 400, and Collective $160/month ($128) for up to 3 professionals. A custom Beyond tier covers unlimited professionals. The trial is 30 days without a card. Trustpilot showed 4.3 from 8 reviews, a small sample.

The gap is commercial. Quenza does not process client payments today; invoicing and digital products are marked as planned. Our notes also list no scheduling or video calls. An agency would need separate booking, contracts and billing, which puts the enroll stage entirely outside Quenza.

Pick it over Coachful if your agency is three coaches or fewer, billing already runs elsewhere, and you only need a structured exercise library for clients.

6. Simply.Coach: built with business tiers in mind

Simply.Coach homepage with its headline, navigation and sign-up call to action
Simply.Coach's homepage in October 2026.

Simply.Coach is one of the few coaching-specific tools with pricing designed for coaching businesses rather than individual coaches. It covers contracts, programs, sessions, booking pages and a client portal, and its business tiers add program managers and sponsor access, which is useful when a company pays for its staff to be coached.

Solo tiers as listed in October 2026: Starter $9/month (3 active coachees), Essentials $29/month (7 coachees), Growth $49/month (30 coachees) and Leap $69/month (unlimited). The business tiers are priced per active coach: CoCreate at $79/month with 10 clients per coach, and Surge at $159/month with 25 clients per coach, 2 program managers and 5 sponsors. There is a 14-day trial with no card. Mid-period cancellations are not refunded.

Watch the caps: every solo tier below Leap limits clients, contracts and programs, and automated invoices were marked "Coming Soon" on the solo pricing page. Per-coach pricing adds up quickly; three coaches on CoCreate is $237/month before you have a website or email marketing, which Simply.Coach does not provide in our notes.

Pick it over Coachful if most of your work is corporate coaching engagements where a sponsor needs a reporting view into progress.

Coachful builds your coaching website from a few answers, in a design chosen for your niche, with programs, booking and payments ready behind it.

7. Practice Better: practice management for wellness teams

Practice Better homepage with its headline, navigation and sign-up call to action
Practice Better's homepage in October 2026.

Agencies in nutrition and wellness will recognise Practice Better. It handles scheduling, telehealth, charting, billing, programs and a client portal, and its Team plan supports from 2 practitioners up to 200, at $50 per extra practitioner.

Prices as listed in October 2026: Sprout is free for 3 clients; Starter $35/month ($25 annually) for 10 clients; Professional $69/month ($59) for 300 clients; Plus $99/month ($89) for unlimited clients and 3 admins; Team $155/month ($145) for 2 practitioners. Trials are 30 days on Team and 14 days on other paid plans. Trustpilot showed 3.8 from 87 reviews.

Everything below Team is one practitioner per account, so an agency starts at the Team price. Evergreen programs, portal branding, a custom URL and SMS begin on Plus. There is no website builder or funnel pages in our notes, so attract happens elsewhere.

Pick it over Coachful if your agency employs licensed practitioners who need charting and clinical-style records alongside coaching.

8. Delenta: per-portal pricing with a teams option

Delenta homepage with its headline, navigation and sign-up call to action
Delenta's homepage in October 2026.

Delenta combines a CRM, scheduling, contracts, client portals and group coaching. Its pricing counts client portals: Starter $29/month ($19.08 annually) for 10 portals, Pro $49/month ($39.08) for 40, and Premium $79/month ($58.25) for unlimited portals, as listed in October 2026. Each of those is one seat.

For agencies, the relevant tier is Teams, which carries a per-seat licence fee that the pricing page does not show, or a custom Enterprise plan. The trial terms conflict on the page: the headline says 14 days, the FAQ says 7. Course creation and the mobile app are only on Premium. Trustpilot showed 4.1 from just 5 reviews.

Delenta is a reasonable middle ground if you want a coaching-specific CRM, but you will need a sales call to price a team, and there is no website or funnel builder noted in our research.

Pick it over Coachful if you want a custom enterprise contract and a vendor-led onboarding for a large coaching team.

9. CoachAccountable: deep accountability, priced per client

CoachAccountable homepage with its headline, navigation and sign-up call to action
CoachAccountable's homepage in October 2026.

CoachAccountable is a long-standing coaching back office with sessions, action plans, metrics, worksheets, courses, invoicing and agreements. Public reviewers rate it highly: Trustpilot showed 4.8 from 47 reviews in October 2026. Its action plans and metrics give associates a disciplined between-session routine.

Pricing is per active client, as listed in October 2026: Starter $20/month (2 clients), Level 1 $40 (5), Level 2 $70 (10), Level 3 $120 (20), Level 4 $250 (50) and Level 5 $400 (100). The trial is 30 days, no card and no limits. That model becomes expensive for an agency running group programs, since every participant counts.

There is no native mobile app, website, landing pages or marketing automation in our notes, and the vendor states it is not HIPAA compliant. Multi-coach setup is not documented in the vendor facts we have, so ask during the trial how associates and permissions work.

Pick it over Coachful if your agency runs a small number of high-ticket one-to-one engagements and values its metric tracking above everything else.

10. Calendly: the scheduler many agencies start with

Calendly homepage with its headline, navigation and sign-up call to action
Calendly's homepage in October 2026.

Calendly is a scheduling tool and nothing more: booking pages, reminders, workflows and paid bookings. It is often the first tool an agency adds, because Teams lets several coaches share booking pages. Teams is $16 per seat per month billed annually, dropping at higher seat counts; Standard is $10 per seat billed annually; the Free plan has one event type. Enterprise starts at $15k a year with a 50-seat minimum.

There are no client records, notes, programs, habits, check-ins, contracts or invoicing. Calendly takes no fee on payments; you connect your own Stripe or PayPal. Because pricing is per seat, every associate adds cost. Trustpilot showed 4.1 from 714 reviews.

Pick it over Coachful if you only need team booking pages and already run delivery, billing and client records in other systems you are happy with.

11. Acuity Scheduling: calendars and intake forms together

Acuity Scheduling homepage with its headline, navigation and sign-up call to action
Acuity Scheduling's homepage in October 2026.

Acuity, owned by Squarespace, adds intake forms, packages and memberships to scheduling. Instead of seats, it counts calendars: Starter $20/month ($16 annually) for 1, Standard $34/month ($27) for up to 6, Premium $69/month ($55) for up to 36, as listed in October 2026. A 7-day trial needs no card. Text reminders start on Standard and a HIPAA BAA is only on Premium.

For a coaching agency, the calendar model is friendlier than per-seat pricing at five or six coaches. But Acuity stops at the booking: no client portal, programs, habits, messaging, courses, community, website or email marketing. Trustpilot showed 3.6 from 687 reviews.

Pick it over Coachful if your agency already runs on a Squarespace site and needs intake-form booking for several coaches, nothing more.

12. Thinkific: courses first, coaching bolted on

Thinkific homepage with its headline, navigation and sign-up call to action
Thinkific's homepage in October 2026.

Thinkific is a course platform with communities, memberships and coaching or webinar products. An agency that packages its method into self-paced courses, with coaching as a premium tier, can use it as the learning layer. Start is $109/month ($82 annually) with 2 admins; Grow is $219/month ($164) with 6 admins; Expand is $499/month ($374) with 15 admins, as listed in October 2026 after a price rise of about 10% on 13 August 2026. Trials run 30 days.

Built-in one-to-one scheduling is not available in our notes; coaching relies on external booking links. There are no client habits, daily check-ins or per-client plans, and the branded mobile app is a $199/month add-on. Public reviewers on Trustpilot gave it 1.8 from 868 reviews.

Pick it over Coachful if your agency is really a course business with thousands of students and coaching is an occasional upsell.

All-in-one or assembled: what does each stack cost?

An all-in-one platform usually costs less than an assembled stack once you add a second coach, and it removes the hand-offs between tools. The table below shows list prices for each tool alone at three client counts; the recipes after it show full stacks.

Recipe A: the all-in-one stack

One platform covers site, funnels, email, intake, team booking, agreements, payments, programs, community and the client app. Your cost is a single team plan plus Stripe processing (Current plans: Lite: $29/month for up to 5 clients; Solo: $49/month for up to 20 clients; Pro: $99/month with unlimited clients; Studio: $199/month with unlimited clients). If you need a separate CRM for large corporate deals, add it on top, since that is the one gap an agency might feel.

Recipe B: the assembled sales-led stack (example)

HoneyBook Essentials for proposals and invoices ($59/month), Calendly Teams for three coaches ($48/month billed annually) and Kajabi Basic for the website, email and a course ($179/month) totals $286/month for this example. You still have no habits, check-ins or per-client program view, and clients deal with three logins.

Recipe C: the assembled delivery-led stack (example)

Acuity Standard for team booking ($34/month) plus Quenza Collective for between-session activities ($160/month) comes to $194/month before email, contracts, payments or a website. This stack delivers well but leaves billing and contracts unsolved.

How do you set up an agency in Coachful, step by step?

A typical setup takes a few working sessions, and the free white-glove build can take the website and funnel off your plate. Here is an example sequence for an agency with three coaches.

  1. Request the build. From Create, ask the Coachful team for the agency website and a consult-booking funnel. Attach your brand guide, logo and current copy.
  2. Add your coaches. On a Studio or Agency plan, invite each associate, set their availability and give staff permissions to whoever handles billing.
  3. Create the consult session type. Add intake questions, turn on round-robin or least-busy assignment, set buffers and minimum notice, and connect each coach's calendar.
  4. Write the agreement once. Set up your coaching agreement for e-signature so it goes out before every first call, and connect the agency's Stripe account.
  5. Build the core program. Start from a program template, add weekly goals, daily tasks, habits and morning and evening check-ins. Every coach enrolls clients into the same program.
  6. Set up retention. Create an email sequence for renewals and alumni, and use the community feed so clients stay connected to the agency.

What the client experiences: they land on the agency site, answer a few intake questions, book a consult that lands on an available coach's calendar, receive the agreement and payment link, and then open one branded app where their program, sessions, habits and community live. If they change coach, the history stays with the agency. For the team side, see Coachful for teams.

What should you know before migrating an agency?

Migrate one stage at a time, and move client records first. Agencies that switch everything in one weekend usually lose agreements or payment schedules in the gap.

  • Export before you cancel. Pull client lists, notes, signed agreements and payment histories from every current tool. Under the GDPR, clients in Europe have rights over that data, so know where each copy lives.
  • Do not move live subscriptions blindly. Recurring payments tied to another processor usually need clients to re-enter card details. Plan renewal dates so each client switches once, at the start of a billing cycle.
  • Let Coachful import for you. During onboarding, clients, programs and content are imported for you. Coachful also exports full client data as a ZIP (roster, notes, check-ins, goals, habits, sessions, form responses) if you ever leave.
  • Brief associates in one session. Show coaches where notes, check-ins and their calendars live before the first client arrives. A short recorded walkthrough saves repeated questions.
  • Keep old tools read-only for a month. Downgrade rather than delete until you have confirmed every agreement and invoice moved.

Session notes need extra care when several coaches share clients; our session notes software guide covers privacy and review.

What is the verdict on software for coaching agencies?

Coachful is the best fit for most coaching agencies because it carries a client from intake to renewal across every coach on one login, with team seats, round-robin booking, agency-owned payments and consistent programs. HoneyBook is the strongest sales-side back office if delivery happens on calls. Simply.Coach and Practice Better suit corporate-sponsored and clinical-adjacent agencies respectively. The schedulers and course platforms are building blocks, not agency systems.

Frequently asked questions

What software do coaching agencies need?

At minimum: a website or funnel, intake and team booking, agreements, payments to the agency's account, a place to deliver programs between sessions, and a view of every client across every coach. You can assemble that from three or four tools or use one platform such as Coachful.

Can Coachful assign clients to coaches automatically?

Yes, for bookings. Multi-coach session types can assign by round-robin or to the least-busy coach. Coachful does not have routing forms that choose a coach from intake answers, so matching by specialty is done by an admin reviewing the intake.

What is Coachful's free white-glove service?

It is a done-for-you build included on every plan. You describe what you need, such as a website, funnel, program or email sequence, attach links and files, and the Coachful team builds it inside your account, usually within about 24 hours. It does not include video recording, logo design or ad management.

How should an agency pay associate coaches?

Clients pay the agency through its own Stripe or Razorpay account, and the agency pays associates through its normal contractor or payroll process. Tax treatment of associates varies by country and state, so check with an accountant or attorney.

Is per-coach or per-client pricing better for an agency?

It depends on your mix. Per-client pricing, such as CoachAccountable's, climbs fast with group programs. Per-seat pricing, such as Calendly's or Simply.Coach's business tiers, climbs with each associate. Flat team plans are easiest to forecast.

Can each coach have their own brand inside the agency?

Most agencies should not split the brand, because clients belong to the agency. In Coachful, clients see the agency's branding inside the Coachful app, whichever coach they work with.

Is Coachful suitable for a health or wellness coaching agency?

For coaching, yes, including programs, habits and check-ins. It is not HIPAA-certified, so clinical records and insurance billing belong in a clinical system, and coaches should refer clients to a doctor or licensed therapist when issues go beyond coaching.

What happens to client data when an associate coach leaves?

On an agency-owned platform, the client record, agreements, notes and payment history stay with the agency account, not the coach. Hand the client to another coach with a short brief from the record, and close the departing coach's access.

Does Coachful integrate with HubSpot or Salesforce?

No. Coachful connects with Zapier, Stripe, Razorpay, Google, Apple and Outlook calendars, Zoom, Meet, Teams, Meta Pixel and GA4, but has no HubSpot or Salesforce integration and no multi-stage deal board for large sales teams.

How do I start with Coachful?

Start a free trial, add your coaches on a team plan, and request the free white-glove build for your website or funnel. Clients, programs and content are imported for you during onboarding.
