Best Software for Diabetes Coaches: 12 Picks, Ranked for 2026

Best Software for Diabetes Coaches: 12 Picks, Ranked for 2026

The best software for diabetes coaches is the one that keeps clients doing the small daily things (the walk after dinner, the vegetable at lunch, the evening wind-down) between calls, while keeping clinical decisions with the client's health care team. So the deciding question is not "which tool has the most features?" but "where will my clients check in every day, and how many logins will that take?" A tool that only books calls leaves the most important part of diabetes coaching, the 160-odd hours between sessions each week, in scattered texts and spreadsheets.

Our pick is Coachful, because it puts booking, payments, agreements, multi-week programs, habits, morning and evening check-ins, a group community and a website behind one login, with one branded app for the client. We make Coachful, so weigh that, and read the other eleven entries: each one opens with the situation where it wins, and each ends with when you should pick it instead. Prices for other tools are as listed by each vendor in October 2026.

What does diabetes coaching software need to do?

It needs to support behaviour change over months, not just schedule appointments. Diabetes and prediabetes coaching is mostly about routines: meals, movement, sleep, stress and the habit of following the care plan a client already has. Software earns its place when it makes those routines visible to both of you every day.

Here is what a typical client journey looks like for a diabetes or prediabetes coach, and what each stage asks of your tools:

  • Discovery. A prospect finds you through a website, a referral or a free guide, then books a short consultation. You need a booking page and somewhere to capture the lead.
  • Agreement and payment. Before the first session, the client signs a coaching agreement that states clearly that coaching is not medical care, and pays for a package or subscription. You need e-signature and payments in one flow.
  • Intake. You learn goals, routines, what their care team has already recommended, and what support they want. Keep this to lifestyle information; more on that below.
  • The program. Twelve weeks (for example) of weekly goals, daily tasks, habits and short check-ins. This is where most of the value is, and where most coaching tools are thinnest.
  • Group support. Many diabetes coaches run cohorts, because peer support helps and because group pricing makes coaching affordable for more people. You need a community or group space.
  • Review and renewal. You look at streaks, check-in rates and goal progress to decide what comes next with the client.

Where is the line between coaching and treatment?

Coaching is not treatment. A diabetes coach helps a client build and keep the habits that their care plan calls for; a coach does not diagnose, change medication or insulin doses, set glucose targets, or interpret lab results. The US National Institute of Diabetes and Digestive and Kidney Diseases tells people with diabetes to "work with your health care team to create a diabetes care plan that works for you," and notes that the team "may include a registered dietitian or a diabetes educator" for meal planning (NIDDK, Managing Diabetes). Your software should reflect that division of labour.

In practice: refer back to the client's doctor, dietitian or diabetes educator whenever a question touches medication, targets, symptoms or test results, and tell clients to seek medical care straight away for symptoms of very low or very high blood sugar. Put that scope line in your coaching agreement and your welcome message, not only in your head.

Why privacy shapes the choice

Most coaching platforms, Coachful included, are not HIPAA-certified and do not sign a business associate agreement (BAA). If you work inside a clinic, for an insurer or alongside a covered provider, that matters, and you should check with an attorney about what applies to you. If you coach independently, the simplest safe habit is to keep clinical data such as glucose logs, A1C results and medication lists out of your coaching tools entirely, and to coach on behaviours: how many walks, how many home-cooked dinners, how the client felt. Every recommendation below assumes that approach unless the tool documents a BAA.

Thinking of launching your coaching business?

Answer a few questions and Coachful builds it around you: your website, programs, booking and payments. Ready in minutes.

Which tool wins which situation? Quick picks

We ranked on four things, in this order: one login for the whole client journey, between-session delivery (habits, check-ins, programs), total monthly stack cost, and setup effort, including whether someone will build it for you.

How did we choose and rank these tools?

We pictured one realistic practice and asked what each tool would cost and how many logins it would take. The example: an independent diabetes lifestyle coach with 15 one-to-one clients on a three-month package, plus one 12-week group program for adults with prediabetes who were referred by their own doctors. The coach wants clients to report two or three habits daily, meet weekly, and talk to each other in a group space. These numbers are illustrative, not a survey.

For each tool we checked what the vendor documents on its pricing and product pages (as listed in October 2026), plus notes from earlier profiles where we say so. We did not run hands-on tests; where we mention reviewer sentiment, it comes from public reviews. Tools that cover the whole journey ranked higher than tools that cover one stage well. Specialist tools that do one job brilliantly, such as Acuity's BAA-backed booking, still rank well, because some coaches need exactly that job done.

If you are still deciding what kind of tool you want at all, our companion guides on the best app for diabetes coaches and the best platform for diabetes coaches come at the same question from the client's phone and from the business side.

1. Coachful: best overall for diabetes coaches

A laptop on a home desk showing a client's Coachful progress page beside a notebook and a cup of tea

Coachful wins when your coaching lives between sessions. If your clients need a reason to open an app every morning and every evening, and you want the booking, contract, payment, program and group to sit in the same place, this is the tool built for that shape of work.

What Coachful is, and who it is for. Coachful is a coaching platform. One subscription covers booking, payments, coaching agreements, program delivery with habits and check-ins, courses, a community, a website with funnels and email, and an AI assistant, with one login for you and one branded app for your client. It suits coaches who deliver programs rather than single sessions, solo coaches growing into a small team, and coaches who are tired of paying for four to six separate tools. The company is based in Tallinn, Estonia, and holds a Trustpilot rating of 4.5 from 21 reviews.

Daily structure for habit change. You build multi-week programs with weekly goals, daily tasks and habits, plus morning and evening check-ins. For a diabetes client, a week might hold a goal ("three 15-minute walks after meals"), daily tasks ("prepare tomorrow's lunch"), and two habits with streaks. Goals show progress bars, so the client sees momentum instead of a blank week.

A client record that flags who is slipping. Each client record holds goals, check-ins, habits, notes, intake answers, tags, payments and sessions, and Coachful marks each client as thriving, active, quiet or at risk. When a client stops checking in during a holiday week, you see them move to quiet before the next call, which is the moment a short encouraging message helps most. Michelle, the built-in AI assistant, works from that live practice data: it can brief you before a session, summarise a recorded session and draft follow-up emails. Questions and planning are included in your Coachful membership; confirmed builds and changes use AI credits.

This short walkthrough shows how check-ins are set up and what the client sees:

Groups and cohorts. When a client enrolls in a group program, Coachful creates a cohort group automatically, with a community feed, group chat, direct messages and video events. That suits a 12-week prediabetes cohort well: weekly live calls, a feed for sharing a swap that worked, and the same habits running for everyone.

Booking, agreements and payments. Booking pages handle availability rules, buffers, minimum notice and time-zone detection, with two-way Google, Apple/iCloud and Outlook calendar sync, and built-in video or auto-created Zoom, Meet or Teams links. Reminders go out by email, plus SMS (24 hours before) and WhatsApp (1 hour before) once messaging is enabled. Your coaching agreement, with the scope line about medical care, is sent for e-signature before the first call and stored on the client record. Payments run through your own Stripe Connect or Razorpay account: one-time, subscriptions, payment plans, coupons and refunds, with Apple Pay and Google Pay. Coachful takes a 0% platform fee; only Stripe or Razorpay processing applies.

Selling and education. Courses with modules, drip release and completion tracking let you package diabetes-friendly meal planning or label-reading lessons. The section-based website builder (30 designed homepage templates, a blog, custom domain and SEO settings) and funnels for booking, applications, lead magnets and checkout cover marketing, and email sequences with triggers, delays and branching handle follow-up. If you also coach food and movement in detail, the Fitness & Nutrition pack adds nutrition targets, meal plans, recipes, food lookup and barcode scanning, plus a workout builder with an illustrated exercise library; there are no stock exercise videos, so you attach your own demos.

Why Coachful stands out: a free white-glove service. On every plan, you can open Create > We'll build it for you · FREE, describe what you want (a website, a funnel, a program, a course outline, an email sequence, a form) and attach up to 8 reference links and up to 10 files. The Coachful team builds it inside your own account, usually within about 24 hours. Nothing gets invented: no fake credentials, testimonials or prices, and gaps are left for you to fill. For example, a menopause and midlife health coach starting from nothing got a five-page site in sage and cream with every button leading to a free 20-minute consultation. The service does not include recording videos, logo design or ad management. Read more about the free white-glove service.

What Coachful does not do. It is not HIPAA-certified and does not sign a BAA, so it is not for clinical record-keeping or insurance billing. It does not sync with Garmin, Fitbit, Whoop or Oura, Apple Health sync is not available publicly, and it does not connect to glucose meters or CGMs. There is no PayPal and no permanent free plan. The client app ships under the Coachful listing with your branding, not under your own App Store account. For a diabetes coach, the honest workaround is the right one anyway: coach behaviours, and let the care team own the numbers.

Price and how to start. Plans are flat and monthly; lower plans cap the number of clients, Pro is unlimited, team plans add coach seats, and monthly plans cancel in one click (current plans: Lite: $29/month for up to 5 clients; Solo: $49/month for up to 20 clients; Pro: $99/month with unlimited clients; Studio: $199/month with unlimited clients). Start with a free trial, then ask the team for a white-glove build so your program and site are ready before your first client arrives.

2. Quenza: best for education activities between sessions

Picture a coach whose clients learn best from short worksheets: a plate-planning exercise one week, a stress log the next. Quenza is built for that. It is a client-engagement tool for coaches and therapists, with activities, worksheets, programs, chat and a client app.

Quenza homepage as it appeared in October 2026
Quenza's homepage in October 2026.

The pricing, as listed in October 2026, is per professional and capped by clients: Spark $25/mo ($20/mo billed annually) for 10 clients, Growth $50/mo ($40 annual) for 250 clients, Impact $125/mo for 400 clients, and Collective $160/mo for up to 3 professionals and 500 clients. A 30-day trial without a card is offered.

The limits are real for a business. Quenza does not process client payments today; invoicing and digital products are marked as planned. Earlier profiles also found no scheduling or video calls. So a diabetes coach using Quenza still needs a booking tool, a payment tool and a website, which turns one subscription into three or four. The Spark cap of 10 clients also pushes a 15-client practice onto Growth.

Pick it over Coachful if you already have booking and payments sorted elsewhere and mainly want a deep library of interactive worksheets and psychoeducation-style activities.

3. Acuity Scheduling: best when you need a BAA for booking

Some diabetes coaches work under a clinic or alongside a covered provider and are told that anything touching appointments needs a business associate agreement. Acuity Scheduling, owned by Squarespace, offers a HIPAA BAA on its Premium plan, which makes it a practical choice for that one job.

Acuity Scheduling homepage as it appeared in October 2026
Acuity Scheduling's homepage in October 2026.

As listed in October 2026: Starter $20/mo ($16 annual) for 1 calendar, Standard $34/mo ($27 annual) for up to 6 calendars, Premium $69/mo ($55 annual) for up to 36 calendars, and a custom Enterprise tier. There is a 7-day trial on every plan with no card. Intake forms, packages and memberships are included, and you connect your own Stripe, Square, PayPal or Venmo account; Acuity does not mention a fee of its own. Text reminders start on Standard.

What it does not do: there is no client portal for programs, habits, check-ins or messaging, and no courses, community, website builder or email marketing. Acuity books the call and stops there.

Pick it over Coachful if a BAA for scheduling is a hard requirement of your work setting and the rest of your coaching happens inside systems your employer or clinic already provides.

4. Kajabi: best for selling a self-paced lifestyle course

If your plan is to sell a recorded course, say an eight-week "eating well with type 2" program, to hundreds or thousands of people, Kajabi is designed for that kind of knowledge business: courses, communities, websites, funnels and email in one product.

Kajabi homepage as it appeared in October 2026
Kajabi's homepage in October 2026.

The October 2026 list prices are high for a solo coach: Basic $179/mo ($143 annual) with 5 products, 2,500 contacts and 0 AI credits; Growth $249/mo ($199 annual) with 50 products and 25,000 contacts; Pro $499/mo ($399 annual). Kajabi Payments in the US charges 2.9% + $0.30 on Basic, falling to 2.7% + $0.30 on Pro, and using another processor (other than PayPal) adds a Kajabi fee of 2% on Basic, 1% on Growth or 0.5% on Pro. The standard trial is 14 days.

The gap for coaching is per-client delivery. Kajabi has no habit tracking or daily client check-ins; coaching is delivered as products and communities rather than individual plans. Public Trustpilot ratings sit at 3.4 from 2,347 reviews, as seen in October 2026.

Pick it over Coachful if your business is mostly a course with a large audience, and one-to-one coaching is a small add-on you are happy to run through separate tools.

5. Systeme.io: best on a near-zero budget

A coach testing the market before committing money has a clear option here. Systeme.io bundles funnels, email, courses, a community, a blog and an affiliate program, and its free plan never expires.

Systeme.io homepage as it appeared in October 2026
Systeme.io's homepage in October 2026.

As listed in October 2026: Free $0 (2,000 contacts, 3 funnels, 1 course), Startup $17/mo (5,000 contacts, 10 funnels, 5 courses), Webinar $47/mo, and Unlimited $97/mo. Systeme.io charges 0% transaction fees on every plan; you pay only Stripe or PayPal processing. Its Trustpilot score is 4.9 from 8,696 reviews.

The trade-off is the coaching itself. Earlier profiles found no native one-to-one scheduling with client records, no habits and no check-ins, and community and course features are described as basic with no branded mobile app. You would add a booking tool and handle daily accountability by email or chat.

Pick it over Coachful if you are pre-revenue, want to build an email list with a downloadable guide on, for example, reading nutrition labels, and are not yet coaching clients through a structured program.

6. Practice Better: best for dietitian-led practices

Registered dietitians and nutrition professionals who also coach often need tools that look more like a practice-management system. Practice Better covers scheduling, telehealth, charting, billing, programs and a client portal, and is aimed at wellness and nutrition practitioners.

Practice Better homepage as it appeared in October 2026
Practice Better's homepage in October 2026.

October 2026 list prices: Sprout $0 (3 clients), Starter $35/mo ($25 annual, 10 clients), Professional $69/mo ($59 annual, 300 clients), Plus $99/mo ($89 annual, unlimited clients) and Team $155/mo ($145 annual) for 2 practitioners, with more at $50 each. Trials run 14 days (30 on Team). Payments run through Practice Better Payments, powered by Stripe; rates are not listed on the pricing page.

Watch the plan gates: evergreen programs, portal branding, a custom URL and SMS start on Plus at $99/mo. Earlier profiles found no website builder or funnel pages, so you still need a marketing stack. Public reviewers on Trustpilot rate it 3.8 from 87 reviews.

Pick it over Coachful if you are a licensed nutrition professional who needs charting as part of your clinical practice, and you can confirm with the vendor that its privacy terms fit your obligations.

7. CoachAccountable: best for metrics on a small roster

For a coach who loves numbers on behaviours, such as minutes walked or vegetable servings, CoachAccountable offers action plans, metrics, worksheets, courses, invoicing and agreements in a back-office style.

CoachAccountable homepage as it appeared in October 2026
CoachAccountable's homepage in October 2026.

Pricing scales with active clients, as listed in October 2026: Starter $20/mo for 2, Level 1 $40/mo for 5, Level 2 $70/mo for 10, Level 3 $120/mo for 20, Level 4 $250/mo for 50 and Level 5 $400/mo for 100. The 30-day trial needs no card. Trustpilot shows 4.8 from 47 reviews.

Per-client pricing hurts group work: a 12-week cohort of 25 people on top of 15 private clients puts you on Level 4. Earlier profiles found no native mobile app and no landing pages, website or marketing automation, and the company has stated it is not HIPAA compliant.

Pick it over Coachful if you coach a handful of private clients, want very granular custom metrics, and do not run groups or market through your own site.

8. Paperbell: best for selling packages simply

The pitch is one price, no tiers. Paperbell handles booking, packages, payments, contracts, a client portal and a simple website for solo coaches, at $97/mo ($80.83/mo annual) with unlimited clients, as listed in October 2026.

Paperbell homepage as it appeared in October 2026
Paperbell's homepage in October 2026.

Paperbell advertises no additional transaction fees, so you pay only your processor. There is a 30-day money-back guarantee; its help center (July 2026) described a 7-day trial with the public site offline and client messages off.

For diabetes coaching, the gaps sit exactly where the work is: earlier profiles found no courses, no community and no goal or habit tracking, and no native mobile app. Clients book and pay smoothly, then the daily accountability has to happen somewhere else. Trustpilot shows 3.5 from 14 reviews. Our Paperbell alternatives page covers the options in more depth.

Pick it over Coachful if you sell straightforward session packages, never run group programs, and value a single flat price over between-session tools.

9. Satori: best for a lean 1:1 package business

Only active clients count toward Satori's billing, which suits a coach whose roster rises and falls with referral seasons. It covers scheduling, a client portal, packages and programs, invoices and contracts.

Satori homepage as it appeared in October 2026
Satori's homepage in October 2026.

As listed in October 2026: Essentials $33/mo ($27.50 annual) for up to 10 active paying clients, Pro $49/mo ($40.83 annual) and Leader $124/mo ($103.33 annual); earlier profiles put Pro at 50 and Leader at 150 active clients. A free Scholar tier serves coaches studying for certification with pro-bono clients. The trial is 15 days without a card, and Satori takes no charge on client payments beyond PayPal or Stripe fees.

Earlier profiles found no native mobile app, no native Zoom integration, and no landing pages, courses or community. A 15-client practice would sit on Pro.

Pick it over Coachful if you run only private packages, want billing to follow active clients exactly, and do not need groups, courses or a website.

10. Calendly: best as a booking add-on

When a coach already delivers through a hospital program, an employer wellness scheme or another platform and only needs people to book time, Calendly is the familiar choice. It handles booking pages, reminder workflows and paid bookings through your own Stripe or PayPal.

Calendly homepage as it appeared in October 2026

As listed in October 2026: Free (1 event type, 1 calendar), Standard $10 per seat per month billed annually, Teams $16 per seat per month billed annually, and Enterprise from $15k per year. Priced per seat, each coach on a team pays separately.

It has no client records, notes, programs, habits or check-ins, no contracts and no invoicing. See our guide to calendar scheduling software for coaches for how it compares with other bookers.

Pick it over Coachful if scheduling is genuinely the only gap in a system someone else already runs for you.

11. Skool: best for a cheap peer community

Peer support is a big part of group diabetes programs, and Skool makes a community with a classroom and calendar cheap to start. Its gamified leaderboards can suit a step or meal-prep challenge.

Skool homepage as it appeared in October 2026
Skool's homepage in October 2026.

October 2026 list prices: Hobby $9/mo ($7.50 annual) and Pro $99/mo ($82.50 annual), both with unlimited members and courses. Payments go only through Skool Payments: Hobby takes 10% + 30¢ per transaction; Pro charges 2.9% + 30¢ up to $899 and 3.9% + 30¢ above $900. Trustpilot shows 1.6 from 54 reviews.

There are no 1:1 client records, intake forms, habits or check-ins, and no website on your own domain, funnels or email automation.

Pick it over Coachful if you run a large, low-price community and do no individual coaching at all.

12. Kit: best for an education newsletter

A weekly email with one practical tip (a breakfast swap, a walking route idea, a question to bring to your next appointment) is a good way to build trust before anyone buys coaching. Kit, formerly ConvertKit, is an email marketing platform with landing pages and simple digital-product sales.

As listed in October 2026: a free Newsletter plan up to 10,000 subscribers, Creator from $39/mo and Pro from $79/mo for up to 1,000 subscribers, rising with list size. Automations and sequences need a paid plan. Kit Commerce charges 3.5% + $0.30 per US transaction. There is a 14-day trial on paid plans with no card.

It has no scheduling, client records, courses portal, community, habits or check-ins.

Pick it over Coachful if email is your whole business for now and you are not yet delivering coaching through software.

How do the features compare side by side?

Coachful is the only tool here with "yes" across the whole client journey. "Not documented" means the vendor's pages and our earlier profiles did not confirm the feature either way.

What does a full stack cost each month?

It depends far more on how many tools you need than on any one price. Below are three example stacks for the practice described earlier (15 private clients plus a group), using list prices from October 2026 and monthly billing unless noted. Processing fees are left out because they depend on your sales.

StackToolsMonthly cost at about 15 clientsLogins for the client
Coachful (all-in-one)Coachful onlySolo: $49/month for up to 20 clientsOne branded app
Budget practice stackPractice Better Professional + Systeme.io Startup + Calendly Standard (annual)$69 + $17 + $10 = $96Portal plus booking page plus email
Course-first stackKajabi Basic + Acuity Standard + Quenza Growth$179 + $34 + $50 = $263Three separate places

As the roster grows, the gap usually widens. At 40 clients, the Coachful plan that covers you is Pro: $99/month with unlimited clients, and the unlimited plan is Pro: $99/month with unlimited clients. A per-client tool such as CoachAccountable would sit on Level 4 at $250/mo for 40 active clients, before you add a website or email. Even where an example stack looks cheaper on paper, count the hours spent copying a client's details between systems, and the clients who quietly stop logging because the habit tracker lives in a different app from their sessions.

How would you set up a diabetes coaching program in Coachful?

Here is a step-by-step setup for a 12-week prediabetes lifestyle group with optional private sessions, and what the client sees at each step. The program details are an example to adapt, not a clinical protocol.

  1. Write your scope line first. Draft a coaching agreement that says you coach lifestyle habits, do not give medical advice, and that the client keeps working with their health care team. See coaching contracts. Client experience: they sign it electronically before the first call.
  2. Build the offer and checkout. Create the group program as an offer with a one-time price or a payment plan through your own Stripe account. Client experience: a clean checkout with Apple Pay or Google Pay.
  3. Keep intake to lifestyle questions. Ask about routines, goals, what support they want and whether their care team has given them a plan to follow. Do not ask for lab values or medication lists. Client experience: a short form at booking.
  4. Lay out 12 weeks. Give each week one goal (for example, "walk 10 minutes after two meals a day"), three to five daily tasks and two habits. Ask Michelle to draft the outline from your notes, then edit it. Client experience: a clear "this week" view on their phone.
  5. Add morning and evening check-ins. Morning: energy, today's plan. Evening: did the walk happen, how did meals go, one win. Client experience: a check-in that takes under a minute, with streaks building.
  6. Open the cohort space. The cohort group is created when people enroll; schedule a weekly video event. Client experience: a feed of peers sharing swaps and wins.
  7. Watch status, not just sessions. Each week, sort clients by quiet or at risk and send a short personal message. Client experience: they feel noticed before they drift.
  8. Ask for the website to be built. Send a white-glove request with your bio, photos and offer, and get a site with a clear booking button. Client experience: a professional first impression that leads to one action.

What mistakes do diabetes coaches make with software?

  • Collecting clinical data in a coaching tool. Glucose logs and medication lists belong with the care team. Track behaviours instead.
  • Buying a booking tool and calling it a system. Most of the work happens between calls. If nothing prompts the client daily, results depend on willpower alone.
  • Paying per client for a group program. Per-active-client pricing turns a 25-person cohort into a large bill.
  • Leaving scope out of the agreement. A clear written line about medical care protects the client and you.
  • Spreading clients across three apps. Every extra login is a reason to stop checking in.
  • Waiting until everything is perfect. A simple four-week pilot with five clients tells you more than a month of tool research.

What is the verdict?

For most independent diabetes and prediabetes coaches, Coachful is the best choice: programs, daily habits and check-ins, cohorts, booking, agreements, payments and a website in one login, with a free white-glove build to get you started. Choose Acuity Scheduling alongside your employer's systems if a BAA is required for booking, Practice Better if you are a licensed nutrition professional who needs charting, and Kajabi if your business is mainly a large self-paced course. Whatever you choose, keep the numbers with the care team and coach the habits. You can compare more options on our comparison page or read the health coaches overview.

Many independent coaches do, by keeping clinical data out of the tool and coaching on behaviours only. If you work for a clinic, insurer or covered provider, ask an attorney what applies and use a tool with a BAA where required. Coachful is not HIPAA-certified and does not sign a BAA.

Can Coachful connect to a glucose meter or CGM?

No. Coachful does not sync with glucose devices, Garmin, Fitbit, Whoop or Oura, and Apple Health sync is not available publicly. That fits a coaching scope where readings stay with the client's health care team.

What should a diabetes coach track instead of glucose numbers?

Track behaviours the care plan supports: walks completed, home-cooked meals, sleep routine, stress practices and how the client felt. Coachful's habits, streaks and morning and evening check-ins are built for this kind of tracking.

What is Coachful's free white-glove service?

On every plan, the Coachful team will build a website, funnel, program, course outline, email sequence or form inside your account from your brief, usually within about 24 hours. You attach up to 8 links and 10 files. Nothing is invented, and gaps are left for you; videos, logos and ads are not included.

How much does diabetes coaching software cost?

Single-purpose tools start free or at $9 to $35 a month as listed in October 2026, but a full stack of booking, delivery, website and email often runs from about $96 to $263 a month in our examples. Coachful covers the whole journey on one plan (current plans: Lite: $29/month for up to 5 clients; Solo: $49/month for up to 20 clients; Pro: $99/month with unlimited clients; Studio: $199/month with unlimited clients).

Is Coachful good for group prediabetes programs?

Yes. Enrolling in a group program creates a cohort group automatically, with a feed, group chat and video events, and everyone works through the same weekly goals, habits and check-ins.

Does Coachful take a cut of my sales?

No. Since August 2026, Coachful charges a 0% platform fee. You pay only Stripe or Razorpay processing on your own account.

Can I import my existing clients?

Yes. Clients, programs and content are imported for you during onboarding, and you can export full client data as a ZIP at any time.

Is there a free trial?

Coachful offers a free trial, and monthly plans cancel in one click. There is no permanent free plan.

Does Coachful work for a dietitian who also coaches?

It works for the coaching side: programs, check-ins, groups and sales. It is not built for clinical charting or insurance billing, so a dietitian who needs those should keep a dedicated clinical system for that work.
