Best Software for NLP Coaches: 7 Picks, Ranked for 2026

Best Software for NLP Coaches: 7 Picks, Ranked for 2026

The best software for NLP coaches is the one that carries the work between sessions, not just the booking before them. Neuro-linguistic programming coaching leans on practice: anchoring a resourceful state, rehearsing a reframe, revisiting a well-formed outcome, listening to a recorded visualisation. If those exercises live in a PDF that a client forgets by Thursday, the session loses half its value. So the deciding question for this list is simple: which tool lets you book, contract, get paid, assign daily practice and see who actually did it, without five logins?

Our pick is Coachful, because it puts booking, agreements, payments, multi-week programs with habits and check-ins, courses and a community inside one account, with one branded app for the client. We make Coachful, so weigh that disclosure as you read. Below you will find six other tools that suit specific NLP practices better in certain cases, each with its listed price as of October 2026 and a plain line on when to pick it instead.

If you are still deciding how much weight to put on NLP methods themselves, read our evidence review, NLP Coaching Techniques: Evidence, Five Approaches and Alternatives, first. Software cannot fix a method, but it can make whatever you deliver more consistent and easier to measure.

What do NLP coaches actually need from software?

NLP coaches need a place to elicit outcomes before the first call, deliver short daily exercises between calls, and run group trainings without a second platform. Most also need clean records, because NLP sits close to therapeutic territory and scope questions come up.

Here is how a typical practice runs, and what each stage asks of your tools:

  • Discovery and intake. Many NLP coaches open with outcome elicitation: what does the client want, how will they know they have it, what will it cost them, and what stops them now. That belongs in intake questions attached to the booking, so you arrive at the first call already holding the answers.
  • The agreement. Because NLP techniques get used on fears, habits and confidence, your coaching agreement needs a clear scope line and a referral clause. It should be signed before the first session, not emailed as an afterthought.
  • 1:1 sessions. Usually video, often in packages of six to twelve. You want reminders, rescheduling rules and a link that works without manual steps.
  • Between-session practice. Anchor practice, state check-ins, journaling on submodality shifts, a daily reframe exercise, an audio track. This is where generic booking tools fall short, and where engagement tools earn their place.
  • Group trainings. Plenty of NLP coaches also teach: practitioner-style courses, weekend workshops, alumni groups. That calls for course lessons, cohorts, a community feed and live events.
  • Marketing. A website, a lead magnet (a short audio or a values worksheet works well), and email follow-up.

One more consideration is credentials. NLP certifications are issued by private training bodies and are not regulated. Many NLP coaches add an International Coaching Federation credential for credibility, and the ICF credential requirements ask you to log coaching hours and clients. If that is on your roadmap, software that counts hours for you saves an annual spreadsheet headache.

A scope line worth repeating. Coaching, including NLP-based coaching, is not therapy or medical treatment. Techniques marketed as quick phobia or trauma fixes do not belong in a coaching practice working with clinical conditions. Wikipedia's neuro-linguistic programming entry summarises scientific reviews that found little support for NLP's core claims, which is another reason to stay in your lane. Refer clients to a licensed clinician when you see signs of trauma, clinical anxiety or depression, an eating disorder, substance dependence, or any risk of harm, and say so in your agreement. The ICF Code of Ethics is a good template for how to word that boundary.

Build your platform

Which tools made the list, at a glance?

Ranking criteria: one login for the whole client journey, between-session delivery of exercises and check-ins, total stack cost for a working practice, and setup effort (including whether someone will build it for you).

Rank and toolBest forStarting price (as listed October 2026)Main gap for NLP coaches

2. QuenzaWorksheet and exercise delivery between sessions$25/mo (Spark, 10 clients)No payments or scheduling
3. KajabiNLP trainers selling practitioner courses$179/mo (Basic)No per-client habits or check-ins
4. CoachAccountableStructured action plans and metrics$20/mo (2 active clients)Priced per active client; no website
5. PaperbellSimple package sales and admin$97/mo (single plan)No courses, community or habit tracking
6. Acuity SchedulingBooking with intake forms$20/mo (Starter)Booking only; no client portal for practice
7. Systeme.ioLow-cost funnels, email and courses$0 (Free plan)No 1:1 scheduling with client records

How did we choose and rank these tools?

We pictured a specific practice and asked what each tool would take to run it. The example: an NLP coach with 15 active 1:1 clients on a 10-week package, plus one group program of about 20 people working through an eight-week confidence course with weekly live calls. Those numbers are illustrative, not a benchmark.

For that practice, we checked five things against each vendor's own documentation and pricing page as listed in October 2026:

  1. Intake and booking. Can a prospect book, answer outcome questions and get reminders without you touching anything?
  2. Agreement and payment. Can they sign a scope-clear agreement and pay a package or payment plan in the same flow?
  3. Between-session practice. Can you assign a daily anchor exercise or check-in, and see who completed it?
  4. Group delivery. Can the 20-person group get lessons, a shared space and live calls?
  5. Total monthly cost. What does the practice pay once every gap is filled with another subscription?

We did not run hands-on trials of each product for this article. Where we mention user sentiment, it comes from public review sites, dated. Prices change; check each vendor before you buy.

1. Coachful: why is it the best fit for most NLP coaches?

A tablet showing a habit tracker and a laptop showing a client goal page on a low table beside headphones
Coachful's client habit tracker on a tablet and a demo goal page with daily momentum on a laptop, beside headphones for guided practice.

Coachful fits NLP coaching because the practice part of the work, the daily exercise and the check-in, sits in the same place as the booking, the agreement and the payment. Clients open one branded app and see their next session, today's tasks and their goal progress together.

What Coachful is, in one paragraph. Coachful is a coaching platform built for coaches who deliver programs, not just sessions. One subscription covers booking, payments, contracts, program delivery with habits and check-ins, courses, a community, a website with funnels and email, and an AI assistant. The coach has one login; the client gets one app under the coach's branding. It suits solo coaches, coaches growing into a small team, and anyone tired of paying for four to six separate tools. It does not do clinical record-keeping, insurance billing, PayPal checkout or a permanent free plan, and it is not HIPAA-certified. To start, take a free trial and ask the team to build your setup for you.

Between-session practice that clients actually see. You build multi-week programs with weekly goals, daily tasks and habits. For an NLP client that might be "fire your confidence anchor before each meeting" as a daily task, "evening reflection on one reframe" as a habit, and a goal such as "speak first in Monday stand-ups" with a progress bar. Morning and evening check-ins let the client rate their state, and streaks show consistency. You see completion on the client record instead of asking "did you practise?" on the next call.

The short walkthrough below shows how check-ins are set up and what the client receives.

Booking with intake built in. Booking pages handle availability rules, buffers, minimum notice and time-zone detection, with two-way Google, Apple/iCloud and Outlook calendar sync. Sessions run on built-in video or auto-created Zoom, Meet or Teams links. Add intake questions to the booking so your outcome elicitation happens before the call. Reminders go by email, and by SMS (24 hours before) and WhatsApp (1 hour before) once messaging is enabled. Paid sessions and session credits work for packages.

Agreements and payments in the same flow. Coaching agreements with e-signature go out before the first call and stay on the client record, which is where your scope and referral clause belong. Payments run through your own Stripe Connect or Razorpay account: one-time, subscriptions, payment plans, order bumps, coupons, refunds, Apple Pay and Google Pay, and Stripe Tax. Since August 2026 there is a 0% platform fee; you pay only Stripe or Razorpay processing. See coaching contracts and coaching payment software for the detail.

One view of every client. Each client record holds goals, check-ins, habits, notes, intake answers, tags, payments and sessions, plus an AI briefing. Clients are flagged as thriving, active, quiet or at risk, so you notice when someone who was practising daily goes silent. That matters in change work, where a quiet week is often the week to reach out.

Trainings, audio and community. If you teach, courses support modules, lessons, drip release and completion tracking. Downloads, videos, books, events and bundles sit next to them in the client's branded home. A community feed, group chat, direct messages and video events cover alumni groups, and cohort groups are created automatically when someone enrols in a program. More than 40 ready-to-film program templates and 48 course templates with quizzes give you a starting structure. See group coaching software and course platform for coaches.

Michelle and the AI Coach. Michelle, the built-in AI assistant, works from your live practice data. It builds programs, drafts emails and content, summarises recorded sessions and briefs you before each session. It can also give private feedback on your own coaching against ICF Core Competencies 3 to 8, useful if you are working toward an ICF credential. Questions and planning are included in your Coachful membership; confirmed builds and changes use AI credits. Separately, the AI Coach is an AI version of you that selected clients can chat with between sessions, configured by you. More at AI coaching assistant.

ICF hours without a spreadsheet. Coachful counts coaching hours and distinct clients against ACC, PCC and MCC thresholds, and exports an ICF client coaching log with paid and pro bono hours. See ICF hour tracking.

Marketing in the same account. A section-based website builder with blog, custom domain, SEO settings and 30 designed homepage templates; booking, application, lead-magnet and checkout funnels with pixel and UTM tracking; email lists, broadcasts and multi-step sequences with branching and A/B splits. A lead magnet such as a recorded "resourceful state" audio can feed a nurture sequence that ends at a discovery call.

Why Coachful stands out: a free white-glove service. On every plan, you can open Create > We'll build it for you, describe what you need (a website, funnel, sales page, program, course outline, coaching flow, worksheet, email sequence and more), and attach up to 8 reference links and up to 10 files such as your logo, photos and existing copy. The Coachful team builds it inside your own account, usually within about 24 hours. Nothing is invented: no fake credentials, testimonials or prices, and gaps are left for you to fill. It does not cover filming videos, logo design, ad management or ongoing marketing. As one example, a somatic coach leaving Kajabi had the homepage and About page rebuilt and the contact form connected. Read more about the free white-glove service.

Limits to know. Coachful is not HIPAA-certified and offers no BAA, so it is not for clinical records. There is no PayPal. The client app ships under the Coachful listing with your branding, not as your own App Store app. There are no routing forms that pick a host from form answers, and no Salesforce or HubSpot integration. Lower plans cap the number of clients; Pro is unlimited (current plans: Lite: $29/month for up to 5 clients; Solo: $49/month for up to 20 clients; Pro: $99/month with unlimited clients; Studio: $199/month with unlimited clients). Coachful holds a Trustpilot rating of 4.5 from 21 reviews.

2. Quenza: is it the right pick for exercise-heavy NLP work?

Quenza homepage introducing its client engagement app for coaches
Quenza's homepage in October 2026.

Quenza is a strong second choice if your NLP practice is mostly about structured exercises between sessions and you already handle booking and payments elsewhere. It was built for coaches and therapists who send activities, worksheets and multi-step programs to clients through a client app.

For an NLP coach, that maps well to things like a values elicitation worksheet, a submodality journal, or a staged "new behaviour generator" exercise delivered over a week. Quenza also has chat with clients, so short questions between sessions do not drift into email.

Pricing as listed in October 2026: Spark $25/mo ($20/mo annual) for one professional and 10 clients; Growth $50/mo ($40/mo annual) for 250 clients; Impact $125/mo ($100/mo annual) for 400 clients; Collective $160/mo ($128/mo annual) for up to three professionals and 500 clients. There is a 30-day free trial with no credit card. Trustpilot shows 4.3 from 8 reviews (seen October 2026).

The catch is everything around the exercises. Quenza does not process client payments yet (invoicing and digital products are marked as planned), and older profile data shows no scheduling or video calls. In practice you would pair it with a booking tool, a payment tool and a website, which pushes the real monthly cost well above the sticker price. There is no community or course marketplace for group trainings, and Spark caps at 10 clients.

Pick it over Coachful if you only want an exercise and worksheet library for clients, already have booking, payments and a website you are happy with, and do not plan to run group trainings.

3. Kajabi: does it suit NLP trainers who sell courses?

Kajabi homepage promoting its course, community and website platform
Kajabi's homepage in October 2026.

Kajabi suits NLP trainers whose business is mostly selling courses and memberships, such as a recorded practitioner-level curriculum or a paid alumni community. It combines courses, community, a website, funnels and email marketing under one roof.

If your revenue comes from hundreds of course buyers rather than 15 private clients, Kajabi's product-first structure makes sense. It gives you sales pages, checkout, email automations and a community space, and its contact caps are generous for an audience-led business.

Listed pricing in October 2026: Basic $179/mo ($143/mo annual) with 5 products, 2,500 contacts, one community and 0 AI credits; Growth $249/mo ($199/mo annual) with 50 products and 25,000 contacts; Pro $499/mo ($399/mo annual). On payments, Kajabi Payments in the US charges 2.9% + $0.30 on Basic down to 2.7% + $0.30 on Pro. If you use a provider other than Kajabi Payments or PayPal, Kajabi adds its own fee of 2% on Basic, 1% on Growth or 0.5% on Pro on top of processing. The standard trial is 14 days per its help center. Trustpilot shows 3.4 from 2,347 reviews (seen October 2026).

For 1:1 change work, Kajabi is thin. Coaching is handled as products and communities rather than per-client plans, and it has no habit tracking or daily client check-ins. Contracts with e-signature are not among its listed features. The entry price is also high for a coach with a small private roster.

Pick it over Coachful if courses and a large email list are your main business, 1:1 coaching is a small side line, and you value Kajabi's marketing depth over per-client practice tracking.

4. CoachAccountable: is per-client pricing worth the structure?

CoachAccountable homepage describing its coaching back office
CoachAccountable's homepage in October 2026.

CoachAccountable is worth considering if you like highly structured accountability: action plans, metrics clients report on, worksheets and agreements, all inside a coaching back office. It is one of the longer-standing tools built purely for coaches.

NLP coaches who track measurable behaviour change, such as "number of times I used my anchor before a presentation", can set those up as metrics clients report against. Sessions, invoicing, courses and agreements are included, so the 1:1 admin side is well covered.

Prices as listed in October 2026 scale with active clients: Starter $20/mo for 2, Level 1 $40/mo for 5, Level 2 $70/mo for 10, Level 3 $120/mo for 20, Level 4 $250/mo for 50, and Level 5 $400/mo for 100. The trial runs 30 days with no credit card and no limits. Transaction fees are not stated on its pricing page. Trustpilot shows 4.8 from 47 reviews (seen October 2026), a strong score.

Per-active-client pricing is the sticking point for NLP trainers. Put a 20-person group program on top of a 15-client 1:1 roster and you jump tiers fast. Older profile data also lists no native mobile app, no website or landing pages and no marketing automation, so marketing still needs a separate stack. By its own statement in older profile data, it is not HIPAA compliant either.

Pick it over Coachful if you run a small, purely 1:1 roster, want granular client-reported metrics above all else, and already have a website and email tool you plan to keep.

5. Paperbell: when is a simpler admin tool enough?

Paperbell homepage presenting its all-in-one admin for coaches
Paperbell's homepage in October 2026.

Paperbell is enough when you sell 1:1 NLP packages and want the admin to disappear: booking, packages, payments, contracts, a client portal and a simple website, at one price.

Its appeal is plainness. A prospect lands on your page, picks a six-session package, signs the agreement, pays and books, and you did not have to wire three tools together. For a newer NLP coach testing their first offer, that simplicity is real value.

As listed in October 2026, Paperbell has a single plan at $97/mo ($80.83/mo annual) with unlimited clients, sessions, files and packages. The pricing page shows a "Try For Free" button without a stated length; older profile data from its help center describes a 7-day trial with the public site offline and client messages switched off. There is a 30-day money-back guarantee, and Paperbell states no additional transaction fees beyond Stripe or PayPal processing. Trustpilot shows 3.5 from 14 reviews (seen October 2026).

For NLP work specifically, the gaps are the between-session layer and teaching. Older profile data lists no courses, no community and no goal or habit tracking, and no native mobile app (clients use a mobile browser). If you want clients to log daily anchor practice or run a group training, you would add other tools. Our Paperbell alternatives page goes deeper.

Pick it over Coachful if you only sell 1:1 packages, never plan to run group programs or courses, and want the narrowest possible tool.

6. Acuity Scheduling: is booking alone ever enough?

Acuity Scheduling homepage showing its appointment booking tool
Acuity Scheduling's homepage in October 2026.

Booking alone is enough only if your NLP sessions are stand-alone, such as single-session breakthrough calls, and you deliver nothing between them. Acuity Scheduling handles that job well: appointment types, intake forms, packages and memberships, with your own Stripe, Square, PayPal or Venmo account for payment.

The intake forms are the useful part for NLP. You can ask outcome questions on booking and read them before the call. Packages let a client prepay for a block of sessions.

Pricing as listed in October 2026: Starter $20/mo ($16/mo annual) with 1 calendar; Standard $34/mo ($27/mo annual) with up to 6 calendars; Premium $69/mo ($55/mo annual) with up to 36. Each plan comes with a 7-day free trial, no card. Acuity documents no fee of its own on payments. Text reminders start on Standard, and a HIPAA BAA is offered only on Premium. Trustpilot shows 3.6 from 687 reviews (seen October 2026).

Beyond booking, there is no client portal for programs, habits, check-ins or messaging, and no courses, community, website builder or email marketing. Contracts with e-signature are not part of its listed features either. For most NLP practices, Acuity becomes one tool in a stack of four or five. Our calendar scheduling software for coaches guide compares it with other booking tools.

Pick it over Coachful if you run single-session work, want the cheapest dependable booking page, or need a BAA from your scheduler for a clinical side of your practice.

7. Systeme.io: can a low-budget marketing suite carry an NLP practice?

Systeme.io homepage promoting its funnels, email and course suite
Systeme.io's homepage in October 2026.

Systeme.io can carry the marketing and course side of an NLP practice on a very small budget, but not the 1:1 client side. It bundles funnels, email, courses, a community, a blog and an affiliate program.

For an NLP coach building an audience, the free plan is generous: a free audio or a "five reframes" mini-course can sit behind a funnel, with an email sequence that follows up. Affiliate tracking can help if past students refer new ones.

As listed in October 2026: Free $0/mo with 2,000 contacts, 3 funnels and 1 course; Startup $17/mo with 5,000 contacts; Webinar $47/mo with 10,000 contacts; Unlimited $97/mo. The free plan does not expire and needs no credit card. There are 0% transaction fees on all plans, with Stripe or PayPal processing only. Trustpilot shows 4.9 from 8,696 reviews (seen October 2026).

Older profile data lists no native 1:1 scheduling with client records, habits or check-ins, and describes community and course features as basic, with no branded mobile app. Agreements with e-signature are not part of its listed features. You would still need a booking tool, a contract tool and something for between-session practice.

Pick it over Coachful if you are pre-revenue, want to build an email list and sell a low-priced course before taking on private clients, and can live without 1:1 client tools for now.

How do the features compare side by side?

"Yes" means the vendor documents the feature, "Partial" means a limited or indirect version, and "No" means it is not part of the vendor's documented features as of October 2026.

The pattern is clear. Every other tool on this list is strong in one or two columns and empty in the rest, which is how coaches end up paying for a scheduler, a payment link, a worksheet app and an email tool at once.

What will each option cost at 5, 15 and 40 clients?

The table shows the listed monthly price (billed monthly) of the cheapest plan that covers each roster size, as listed in October 2026. Payment processing fees are extra in every case, and the last column notes what you would still need to add.

Sticker price is only half the comparison. As an illustration, an Acuity Starter plan ($20) plus a Quenza Growth plan ($50) plus Systeme.io Startup ($17) comes to $87 a month before contracts, and the client still juggles three logins. Compare that against the single-account line above.

How would you set up an NLP practice in Coachful, step by step?

Here is a worked setup for the example practice above: a 10-week 1:1 package called "Confident Voice" plus an eight-week group training. Names and structure are examples to adapt.

  1. Request the build. Open Create > We'll build it for you and describe your offer, your audience and your tone. Attach your logo, headshot and any existing copy. The team builds the site and a booking funnel in your account, usually within about 24 hours, leaving gaps for anything you have not supplied, such as testimonials.
  2. Set up the discovery call. Create a 30-minute booking page with buffers and minimum notice. Add intake questions in outcome-elicitation form: "What do you want instead?", "How will you know you have it?", "What would having it allow you to do?", "What has stopped you so far?"
  3. Write the agreement. Add a coaching agreement with your scope line ("coaching, not therapy or medical care"), a referral clause and your cancellation policy. It is sent for e-signature before the first paid call.
  4. Create the offer. Set up "Confident Voice" as a one-time payment or a three-part payment plan through your Stripe Connect account, with ten session credits attached.
  5. Build the program. Ten weeks, one weekly goal each. Week 2 might be "install and test a confidence anchor", with a daily task to fire it before one conversation and a habit for an evening note on what changed. Turn on morning and evening check-ins so clients rate their state on a simple scale.
  6. Add resources. Upload your recorded visualisation as audio, a values worksheet as a download, and a short lesson explaining reframing. They appear in the client's branded home.
  7. Launch the group training. Use a course template for the eight-week training, drip lessons weekly, and schedule a weekly group call. A cohort group is created automatically when people enrol.
  8. Prepare for each session. Ask Michelle for a briefing before a call: recent check-ins, missed tasks, notes from last time. If you record sessions, Michelle can summarise them for the client record.
  9. Watch status. Each week, filter for clients marked quiet or at risk and send a short message.
Client portal My Coaching page with Overview, Programs, Sessions, Progress and Documents tabs and a journey section
The client's My Coaching page, with tabs for programs, sessions, progress and documents and a demo journey in progress.

What the client experiences. They book a discovery call from your site, answer four outcome questions and get reminders. After the call, they receive the agreement, sign it, pay and land in your branded app. Each morning they see one task and a quick check-in; each evening, a reflection prompt. Their goal shows a progress bar and a streak. Before every session they see what is coming up, and after it, your notes. If they join the group training, the lessons, the community feed and the live calls sit in the same app.

What mistakes should NLP coaches avoid when choosing software?

  • Buying for the session, not the week. Most change happens between calls. A scheduler with no way to assign or track practice leaves you guessing.
  • Skipping the agreement. NLP is often used on fears and habits. A signed scope line and referral clause protect the client and you.
  • Storing clinical information in a coaching tool. If you also hold a clinical licence and keep treatment notes, use a system built for that, with a BAA where required. Coaching platforms such as Coachful are not designed for clinical records.
  • Underestimating per-client pricing. A group training of 20 can push a per-active-client tool into a much higher tier overnight.
  • Making clients juggle logins. Each extra login is another place for a client to drop off. Count how many your clients would need.
  • Overclaiming in marketing. Avoid promising cures or guaranteed results on your website and funnels. Describe the process and what clients practise instead.
  • Ignoring credential tracking until renewal. If an ICF credential is a goal, start logging hours from day one.

For more on choosing tools by practice type, see our guides for mindset coaches, life coaches and new coaches, or the overview at Coachful for mindset coaches.

What is our verdict?

For most NLP coaches, Coachful is the best fit, because it covers the full journey from discovery call to daily practice to group training in one account, and the team will build the setup for you. Quenza is the best specialist pick if you only need an exercise library. Kajabi suits trainers whose business is mostly courses. CoachAccountable and Paperbell serve purely 1:1 practices well, with different trade-offs on pricing and depth. Acuity Scheduling and Systeme.io are useful single pieces of a larger stack.

If you are starting fresh, take a free trial of Coachful and request a white-glove build of your site, offer and first program. You will see the client side in your own branding within a day or so and can judge it with real material rather than a demo.

Frequently asked questions

What is the best software for NLP coaches?

For most NLP coaches, Coachful is the best fit because it combines booking, agreements, payments, programs with daily habits and check-ins, courses and community in one account. If you only need a worksheet and exercise library, Quenza is a good specialist choice. Course-led NLP trainers may prefer Kajabi.

Can I deliver NLP exercises between sessions in Coachful?

Yes. You build multi-week programs with daily tasks, habits and morning and evening check-ins, and attach audio, downloads and lessons. You then see completion and streaks on each client's record.

What does Coachful's free white-glove service include?

On every plan, the Coachful team will build a website, funnel, sales page, program, course outline, coaching flow, worksheet, email sequence and more inside your own account, usually within about 24 hours. You can attach up to 8 links and 10 files. It does not include filming videos, logo design, ad management or ongoing marketing, and nothing such as credentials or testimonials is invented.

Is Coachful HIPAA-compliant for NLP work with clinical clients?

No. Coachful is not HIPAA-certified and does not sign a BAA, so it is not for clinical record-keeping or insurance billing. Coaching clients with clinical needs should be referred to a licensed professional.

Is NLP coaching the same as therapy?

No. NLP coaching is a coaching approach, not a treatment for mental health conditions, and scientific reviews have found little support for many of NLP's core claims. If a client shows signs of trauma, clinical anxiety, depression or risk of harm, refer them to a licensed clinician and put that boundary in your agreement.

Do I need a separate course platform to run NLP trainings?

Not with Coachful, which includes courses with modules, drip release and completion tracking, plus cohorts, a community and live events. If you prefer a course-first tool with a large marketing suite, Kajabi or Systeme.io are alternatives, though neither covers 1:1 habit tracking.
