Top 12 Satori Alternatives for Business Coaches in 2026

Top 12 Satori Alternatives for Business Coaches in 2026

The best satori alternatives for business coaches are the tools that handle what a business coaching engagement really looks like: a discovery call that turns into a proposal, a three, six or twelve month retainer billed monthly, a signed agreement, and weekly accountability on revenue, pipeline and hiring goals between calls. Satori covers scheduling, packages, invoices and contracts well for a solo practice, but by its own feature set it has no landing pages, no courses and no community, and our September 2026 profile found no native mobile app. If your clients need more than a booking link between sessions, you will outgrow it.

Our pick is Coachful, because it puts booking, payment plans, agreements, multi-week programs with goals and check-ins, a mastermind community, courses and your website behind one login, with one branded app for your clients. We make Coachful, so weigh that, and use the five-question checklist below to test the ranking against your own practice. The other eleven tools each win for a specific kind of business coach, and we say exactly which.

If you want the general version of this list, read our ranking of Satori alternatives for all coaches. This guide is written only for coaches who work with founders, small business owners, agency owners and service providers.

What do business coaches need that Satori does not cover?

Business coaches need tools for retainers, accountability on numbers, and group formats like masterminds. Satori was built around the session and the package, which is a good fit for coaches who sell a block of calls and stop there.

A typical business coaching client journey runs longer and has more moving parts:

  • Qualification before the call. Founders book a strategy call after reading your site or downloading a guide, and you want to know their revenue stage and biggest constraint before you speak.
  • A proposal and an agreement. Engagements often run 90 days to a year, so scope, confidentiality and cancellation terms need a signature before the first session.
  • Monthly billing or payment plans. Retainers and split payments are the norm, not one-off packages.
  • Accountability between calls. The work happens in the weeks between sessions: a sales target, a hiring plan, a pricing change. Clients need weekly goals, tasks and a check-in so you can see whether they moved.
  • Group formats. Many business coaches add a mastermind, a cohort program or a workshop series once their 1:1 calendar is full.
  • Content that sells and teaches. A lead-magnet funnel, a sales page for the flagship offer, and often a short course on pricing or offer design.

Satori handles the first three in part. The last three are where business coaches end up adding Kajabi, Circle, a website builder and a habit app, which is the stack this list tries to replace. Our full Satori review covers what it does well in more detail.

Which five questions should you answer before you switch?

Answer these five questions about your practice first; the table in the next section maps each answer to the tools that fit it.

  1. How do you bill? One-off packages, monthly retainers, payment plans, or a mix?
  2. What happens between sessions? Nothing structured, shared notes and action items, or a full program with weekly goals, habits and check-ins?
  3. Do you run anything in groups? A mastermind, a cohort, workshops, or a paid community?
  4. Where do new clients come from? Referrals only, or your own website, lead magnets and email sequences?
  5. How many active clients will you have in 12 months? Under 10, around 15 to 20, or 40 and above, possibly with an associate coach?

Be honest about question five. Per-client pricing that looks cheap at five clients can triple by the time you reach twenty, and switching software in the middle of a full calendar is far harder than choosing well now.

Which tool fits your answers?

How do the 12 alternatives compare at a glance?

We ranked on what a business coach pays and does every week: one login for booking, billing, agreements, programs and groups; how well clients are carried between calls; the full monthly cost of the stack you would still need; and how much setup work lands on you.

Vendor prices are monthly, as listed in October 2026. For reference, Satori's Essentials plan was $33/mo and Pro $49/mo as listed in September 2026; the cap of 10 active paying clients on Essentials was still on the page in October 2026. The Satori pricing breakdown has every tier.

1. Coachful: why is it the best Satori alternative for business coaches?

Coachful replaces Satori and the three or four tools business coaches usually add around it. It is a coaching platform where one subscription covers booking, payments, coaching agreements, multi-week programs with habits and check-ins, courses, a community, a website with funnels and email, and an AI assistant, with one login for you and one branded app for your clients.

It is built for coaches who deliver programs, not just sessions, for solo coaches growing into a small team, and for coaches replacing four to six tools. That describes most business coaches two or three years in.

Selling retainers and engagements

Payments run through your own Stripe Connect or Razorpay account. You can sell one-time payments, subscriptions for monthly retainers, payment plans for a six-month engagement, order bumps (a strategy workbook added at checkout, for example), coupons, refunds, Apple Pay and Google Pay, and Stripe Tax. Each transaction gets an invoice, and you can raise manual invoices for corporate clients who pay by bank transfer. Since August 2026 Coachful takes a 0% platform fee; you pay only Stripe or Razorpay processing.

The coaching agreement, with e-signature, goes out before the first call and is stored on the client record, so scope and confidentiality are settled before you start. Our page on coaching contracts shows how that flow works.

Accountability between calls

This is the main gap Satori leaves. In Coachful you build a multi-week program with weekly goals, daily tasks, habits, morning and evening check-ins, goals with progress bars and streaks. For a founder that might be "close three new retainers this quarter" as a goal, with weekly tasks for outreach and a Friday check-in asking for pipeline numbers. The client record then shows goals, check-ins, habits, notes, intake answers, tags, payments and sessions, and marks each client as thriving, active, quiet or at risk, so you can see who has gone silent before the next call.

Michelle, the built-in AI assistant, works from that live practice data. She briefs you before sessions, summarizes recorded sessions, drafts emails and content, and builds programs. Questions and planning are included in your Coachful membership; confirmed builds and changes use AI credits. If you want clients to have support between calls, the AI Coach is an AI version of you that selected clients can chat with, configured by you.

Masterminds, courses and your marketing

When you add a group, Coachful creates a cohort group automatically on program enrollment, with a community feed, group chat, direct messages, video events, group calls and webinars. That covers a mastermind without a separate community tool. Courses come with modules, lessons, drip and completion tracking, delivered into the client's branded home and app.

On the marketing side, there is a section-based website builder with a blog, custom domain, SEO settings and 30 designed homepage templates, plus booking, application, lead-magnet and checkout funnels with pixels and UTM tracking. An application funnel suits high-ticket business coaching: prospects answer qualifying questions before they reach your calendar. Email lists, broadcasts and multi-step sequences with triggers, delays, branching and A/B splits handle the nurture. Booking pages have availability rules, buffers, minimum notice and time-zone detection, two-way Google, Apple and Outlook sync, and built-in video or auto-created Zoom, Meet or Teams links.

If you hold or are working toward an ICF credential, ICF hour tracking counts coaching hours and distinct clients against ACC, PCC and MCC thresholds and exports a client coaching log with paid and pro bono hours. Satori also exports a coaching log, so you do not lose that when you move.

Here is a short walkthrough of how programs are built:

Why Coachful stands out: a free white-glove service. On every plan, you can open Create and choose "We'll build it for you", describe what you want, attach up to 8 reference links and up to 10 files, and the Coachful team builds it inside your account, usually within about 24 hours. For business coaches that can mean a sales page for a 12-week mentorship, a lead-magnet funnel, a follow-up email sequence or a full website. One recent example: a business mentor for beauty professionals got a 12-week mentorship sales page, a free start-up-guide funnel and rewritten follow-up emails. Another: a leadership coach with a Squarespace renewal days away got one clean homepage with a repeated "talk with me" button. Nothing is invented (no fake testimonials, credentials or prices), and it does not include recording videos, logo design or ad management. More in how the white-glove service works.

Where Coachful falls short for business coaches

Coachful is not a sales CRM for large teams: it has no multi-stage deal board and no Salesforce or HubSpot integration. There is no PayPal, no permanent free plan and no routing forms that pick a host from form answers. The client app ships under the Coachful listing with your branding, not under your own App Store account. The affiliate program tracks links, clicks, conversions and revenue, but payouts are recorded manually. It is not HIPAA-certified, which matters little for business coaching but is worth knowing.

Price: flat monthly plans; lower plans cap the number of clients, Pro is unlimited, and team plans add coach seats (Current plans: Lite: $29/month for up to 5 clients; Solo: $49/month for up to 20 clients; Pro: $99/month with unlimited clients; Studio: $199/month with unlimited clients). Monthly plans cancel in one click, and there is a free trial. See the full Coachful for business coaches page for templates aimed at this niche.

2. AttractWell: is it the better pick for marketing-led business coaches?

AttractWell suits business coaches whose practice runs on marketing volume: funnels, email, texting and a blog feeding a steady flow of calls. It is an all-in-one platform for coaches, course creators, consultants, authors and speakers.

AttractWell homepage promoting its all-in-one platform for coaches and course creators
AttractWell's homepage in October 2026.

For a business coach the useful parts are the website, funnels and blog, a CRM, email and text messaging, booking, contracts, invoicing and a store. Session bundles are called "call packages" and include usage tracking, which is close to how Satori handles packages. Courses are called "vaults", there is a Facebook-style community with scheduled posts, and memberships take recurring payments, so a mastermind with a monthly fee is possible. Every plan also includes custom GPTs, from 1 on Starter to 100 on Diamond.

Price as listed in October 2026: Starter $69/mo (500 contacts, 100 texts, 5 automations, 1 vault, no call packages), Basic $99/mo (1,000 contacts, 5 call packages, 3 vaults), Premium $129/mo (4,000 contacts, unlimited booking links and call packages), Pro $179/mo, Diamond $239/mo and Team $600/mo starting at six accounts. The first month costs $1 on every plan, and there is a 0% transaction fee; processors charge their usual fees. Trustpilot showed 4.6 from 21 reviews in October 2026.

Limits to plan for. Starter has no call packages at all, so a business coach selling 1:1 blocks needs Basic at minimum. Pricing scales with contacts rather than clients, which hurts if you build a large email list from lead magnets. Extra vaults and classes cost an added $17/mo. The program side is thinner than a coaching-first tool: there is no documented weekly goal, habit and check-in structure for accountability between calls.

Pick it over Coachful if texting your list is central to your marketing, you want dozens of custom GPTs for clients, or you need many separate domains for different brands.

3. Coaches Console: what does the long-standing option offer?

Coaches Console is a long-running coach business system that bundles a CRM, calendar, website, client portal, email and invoicing, with courses on the higher plan. It appeals to business coaches who want everything run from one established vendor and do not mind paying more for it.

Coaches Console homepage describing its coach business system
Coaches Console's homepage in October 2026.

For business coaching, the CRM and email tools let you track prospects from first contact to signed client, the calendar handles discovery and session bookings, and the client portal gives each founder a place for resources. The Total plan adds unlimited products and courses, which fits a coach who sells a pricing course or an offer-design program alongside 1:1 work.

Cost, as listed in October 2026: Core Console System $197/mo ($166.42/mo billed annually) for a single coach account, and Total Console System $297/mo ($249.75/mo annually). Client limits are not specified on the pricing page. There is no free trial: billing details are required at signup, with a 100% money-back guarantee in the first 30 days. No setup fees are listed.

Trade-offs. This is the highest entry price among the coaching admin tools here. Reviewers in our September 2026 profile describe the interface as dated. There is no documented community feature for a mastermind, and between-session accountability depends on the client portal rather than goals, habits and check-ins. Because there is no trial, you are committing money before you have moved a single client, which raises the stakes on a switch from Satori.

Pick it over Coachful if you already know the Coaches Console way of working from a previous practice, or a coach you trust runs their business on it and can show you their setup.

4. Merkora: can a newer tool carry a business coach's first offer?

Merkora is a newer platform for coaches, therapists, consultants and other independent experts, and its pricing is built around your first sale. That makes it a candidate for a business coach launching a first paid offer who does not want a monthly bill yet.

Merkora homepage aimed at coaches, therapists and consultants
Merkora's homepage in October 2026.

You get one branded public page at yourname.merkora.app, booking with automatic confirmations and reminders, intake forms, a waitlist, and session packages where clients see their remaining balance. Cancellation and no-show policies are enforced by issuing wallet credits instead of cash refunds, which some business coaches like for strategy-call packages. It also hosts video courses, digital downloads and free lead magnets with email capture, plus built-in live streaming for events, which could cover a launch workshop.

What it costs, listed in October 2026: the Free plan is $0 until your first paid sale; after that you have 14 days to move to Professional or new bookings and sales pause. Free also caps live events at 10 participants and 25 participant hours a month, with no recordings and Merkora branding. Professional is $79/mo (events up to 200 participants, 500 participant hours, 10 hours of recordings). A founding-member rate of $29/mo, locked for 12 months and then $39/mo for life, is offered for 50 founder spots. Merkora takes 0% of sales; Stripe processing applies.

Watch for: the product appears new, and we found no public reviews. There is one public page rather than a full website builder, and no documented contracts, programs with weekly goals, or community for a mastermind. The founder rate is a limited offer, so budget for $79/mo once it is gone.

Pick it over Coachful if you have not made a sale yet, want to pay nothing until you do, and are comfortable with a young product.

5. Coach Recap: is a lightweight notes tool enough?

Coach Recap is built for solo coaches, and its own site says it is not aimed at agencies or enterprises. For a business coach with a small 1:1 roster who mostly needs clean session notes, it is the closest like-for-like swap for Satori's admin side.

Coach Recap homepage presenting client notes and booking for solo coaches
Coach Recap's homepage in October 2026.

Each client profile holds session history, session notes, goals and action items, with full-text search, which helps when a founder asks what you agreed about pricing two months ago. Booking has buffers and notice rules, two-way Google Calendar and Outlook sync, and email reminders at 24 hours, 1 hour and 15 minutes. Programs are session packs or monthly subscriptions paid through Stripe, with sessions used versus remaining tracked, so a monthly retainer works. Intake forms, check-ins, contracts, private chat and resource sharing are included.

October 2026 list prices: Starter $0/mo for up to 3 active clients (active means a session or booking in the last 90 days), Professional $29/mo for up to 20, Business $79/mo for unlimited clients. There is no separate trial; the free Starter plan is the entry point. No cut of client payments; Stripe's standard fees apply. Annual pricing is not shown, and App Store prices differ from the website without explanation.

Where it stops. Courses, a community, a full website and funnels are not among the features we could confirm, so a business coach still needs a site, an email tool and somewhere for a mastermind. At 40 clients the jump to $79/mo puts it in the same range as broader platforms.

Pick it over Coachful if you coach fewer than 20 founders 1:1, have a website you are happy with, and want the simplest possible notes and booking tool.

6. Paperbell: does flat pricing beat Satori's tiers?

Paperbell is all-in-one admin for solo coaches at a single price, and it is the most common tool business coaches compare with Satori. Both handle booking, packages, payments, contracts and a client portal.

Paperbell homepage describing admin software for coaches
Paperbell's homepage in October 2026.

Where Paperbell differs is the pricing shape: one plan with unlimited clients, sessions, files, packages and traffic, so a business coach growing from 10 to 40 clients pays the same. It also includes a simple website, and it takes Stripe and PayPal, which matters if some of your clients insist on PayPal.

Listed in October 2026: $97/mo, or $80.83/mo billed annually, with a "Try For Free" button and a 30-day money-back guarantee. Our September 2026 profile, based on the help center, notes a 7-day trial with the public site offline and client messages and SMS off. No additional transaction fees; Stripe and PayPal fees apply. Trustpilot showed 3.5 from 14 reviews in October 2026.

Gaps for business coaching. Per our September 2026 profile, there are no courses, no community and no goal or habit tracking, and there is no native mobile app, only the mobile browser. That means the accountability work between calls happens in email or another app, and a mastermind needs a separate community tool. At five clients, $97/mo is also a lot more than Satori's Essentials plan. Our Paperbell alternatives for business coaches guide goes deeper.

Pick it over Coachful if you need PayPal for client payments and want nothing but admin at one predictable price.

7. CoachAccountable: built for metrics, priced per client

CoachAccountable is a coaching back office designed around action plans and metrics, which is a natural fit for business coaches who track revenue, leads or calls with clients each week. It covers sessions, action plans, metrics, worksheets, courses, invoicing and agreements.

CoachAccountable homepage describing its coaching back office
CoachAccountable's homepage in October 2026.

The metrics feature is the draw: a founder can log weekly numbers and you can see the trend before the session. Action plans give each client a list of commitments with due dates, and worksheets work for quarterly planning. Agreements and invoicing replace the Satori admin side.

The bill, as listed in October 2026: Starter $20/mo (2 active clients), Level 1 $40/mo (5), Level 2 $70/mo (10), Level 3 $120/mo (20), Level 4 $250/mo (50) and Level 5 $400/mo (100). There is a 30-day trial with no credit card and no limits. Transaction fees are not stated; processor fees apply. Trustpilot showed 4.8 from 47 reviews in October 2026.

The catch. Pricing per active client gets expensive for large group programs, and a mastermind of 20 founders would push you up two tiers. Per our September 2026 profile there is no native mobile app and no landing pages, website or marketing automation, and the vendor states it is not HIPAA compliant. See our CoachAccountable alternatives for business coaches for the full comparison.

Pick it over Coachful if metric tracking is the whole method, you coach fewer than ten clients, and you never plan to run a group.

8. Simply.Coach: the choice for corporate and sponsor work

Simply.Coach is a coaching practice platform with contracts, programs, sessions, booking pages and a client portal, plus business and enterprise tiers. Its stand-out feature for business coaches is sponsor support on the higher tiers, useful when a company pays for coaching its managers.

Simply.Coach homepage describing its coaching practice platform
Simply.Coach's homepage in October 2026.

If you coach owners directly, the solo tiers work like Satori with program structure on top. If you sell into companies, the business tiers add program managers and sponsors, so an HR lead can follow an engagement.

Pricing listed in October 2026: Starter $9/mo (3 active coachees, 1 contract, 1 program), Essentials $29/mo (7 coachees, 3 contracts, 3 programs), Growth $49/mo (30 coachees, 10 contracts and programs, 3 calendars), Leap $69/mo (unlimited coachees, contracts and programs). The business tiers are CoCreate at $79/mo per active coach (10 clients per coach) and Surge at $159/mo per active coach (25 clients per coach, 2 program managers, 5 sponsors). A 14-day trial needs no credit card. Transaction fees are not stated.

Things to check first. Every solo tier below Leap caps clients, contracts and programs, so a business coach with several engagement types can hit the contract cap before the client cap. Automated invoices were marked "Coming Soon" on the solo pricing page, and there are no refunds for mid-period cancellations. Website, funnel and community features are not documented. More in our Simply.Coach alternatives for business coaches.

Pick it over Coachful if most of your revenue comes from corporate engagements where a sponsor needs their own view of progress.

9. CoachVantage: unlimited clients on a small budget

CoachVantage is practice management with a CRM, scheduling, contracts with e-signature, invoices, a client portal, group programs and small courses. It is priced per coach with unlimited clients, which makes it cheaper than Satori once you pass ten paying clients.

CoachVantage homepage describing coaching practice management
CoachVantage's homepage in October 2026.

For a business coach the useful mix is the CRM for prospects, sales pages and booking pages for a flagship offer, group programs with cohorts for a mastermind, and courses for a short self-paced add-on.

Listed prices, October 2026: Clarity $39/mo ($35/mo annually) with unlimited contacts and engagements but caps of 2 group programs, 2 sales pages, 2 booking pages, 4 e-signatures a month, 2 contract templates and 2 courses. Aha! is $59/mo ($53/mo annually) with unlimited group programs, sales pages, booking pages and e-signatures, 5 contract templates and 5 courses. A 14-day trial needs no card. "No commissions on the revenue you earn"; Stripe and PayPal fees apply.

Limits. Four e-signatures a month on Clarity is tight for a business coach signing new engagements and renewals. Our September 2026 profile notes no team or multi-coach features, and reviewers report the built-in video (CVMeet) as weak, with many users still on Zoom. Weekly goals, habits and check-ins are not documented.

Pick it over Coachful if you want the lowest flat monthly cost for unlimited clients and accept caps on sales pages and courses.

10. Delenta: client portals that scale by tier

Delenta offers a CRM, scheduling, contracts, client portals and group coaching, with a course creator on its top tier. Its pricing counts client portals, so it fits business coaches who plan growth in clear steps.

Delenta homepage describing its coaching platform
Delenta's homepage in October 2026.

Each client gets a portal for sessions, files and notes. Pro supports up to 6 calendars, helpful if you split founder calls and workshop bookings. Premium adds the course creator and the mobile app.

October 2026 listing: Starter $29/mo ($19.08/mo annually) for 1 seat and 10 client portals, Pro $49/mo ($39.08/mo annually) for 40 portals, Premium $79/mo ($58.25/mo annually) for unlimited portals. Teams is priced per seat (amount not shown) and Enterprise is custom. The headline says 14-day free trial while the FAQ says 7 days, with no credit card. No additional transaction fees; Stripe and PayPal fees apply. Trustpilot showed 4.1 from just 5 reviews.

Downsides. Courses and the mobile app sit only on Premium, so a business coach wanting a course alongside coaching pays the top tier. Multi-coach features need custom-priced Teams. A website and funnels are not documented.

Pick it over Coachful if you need PayPal and want a portal-based tool at a low entry price, and you do not need funnels.

11. Practice Better: only if you also coach health

Practice Better is practice management for wellness and nutrition practitioners, with scheduling, telehealth, charting, billing, programs and a client portal. It ranks low for business coaches because it is shaped around clinical-style practices, but it works for coaches who blend business coaching with wellbeing or burnout work.

Practice Better homepage describing practice management for wellness practitioners
Practice Better's homepage in October 2026.

The program and portal tools can carry a burnout-recovery track for founders, and billing covers packages. Charting and telehealth are more than a business coach needs.

October 2026 pricing: Sprout $0/mo (3 clients), Starter $35/mo ($25/mo annually, 10 clients), Professional $69/mo ($59/mo annually, 300 clients), Plus $99/mo ($89/mo annually, unlimited clients, 3 admins) and Team $155/mo ($145/mo annually, 2 practitioners, up to 200 at $50 each). Trials are 14 days, or 30 on Team. Payments are powered by Stripe; rates are not listed. Trustpilot showed 3.8 from 87 reviews.

Not a fit for most business coaches. Evergreen programs, portal branding, a custom URL and SMS start on Plus at $99/mo. Our September 2026 profile found no website builder or funnel pages, and there is one practitioner per account below Team. If you coach wellbeing, keep coaching separate from treatment and refer clients with clinical needs to a licensed professional.

Pick it over Coachful if part of your practice is health coaching that needs charting or telehealth.

12. Quenza: worksheets without the admin

Quenza is a client-engagement tool for coaches and therapists: activities, worksheets, programs, chat and a client app. A business coach might use it for structured reflection exercises, but it does not replace Satori's admin.

Quenza homepage describing client activities and programs for coaches
Quenza's homepage in October 2026.

It is good at sending a quarterly review worksheet or a values exercise to a founder and collecting answers in the app.

As listed in October 2026: Spark $25/mo ($20/mo annually, 10 clients), Growth $50/mo ($40/mo annually, 250 clients), Impact $125/mo (400 clients), Collective $160/mo (up to 3 professionals, 500 clients) and Beyond on request. The trial is 30 days with no card. Trustpilot showed 4.3 from 8 reviews.

Why it ranks last here. Quenza has no client payment processing today (invoicing and digital products are marked planned), and our September 2026 profile found no scheduling or video calls. A business coach would still need Satori or another tool for booking, contracts and billing.

Pick it over Coachful if you only need a worksheet library and already run admin elsewhere.

The last column is the real cost. A Satori, Paperbell or CoachAccountable setup usually pulls in a website builder, an email tool and a community app, each with its own monthly fee, and your client logs into several places. Add those up before you compare headline prices. For a wider view of the same question, see our Kajabi alternatives for business coaches, which covers the course-and-marketing side.

How would a business coach set this up in Coachful, step by step?

Here is an illustrative setup for a business coach selling a 90-day growth engagement to owners of service businesses, plus a quarterly mastermind. The offer names are examples; you set your own terms and prices.

A laptop showing a client goal with daily tasks and habits next to a tablet showing a list of coaching invoices
Coachful's client goal view with linked tasks and habits on a laptop, beside the Payments tab on a tablet.
  1. Request the build. Open Create, choose "We'll build it for you" and ask for a homepage, a sales page for the 90-day engagement and an application funnel. Attach your old Satori booking link, your logo and any copy you already have.
  2. Create the offers. Connect Stripe, then create the 90-day engagement with a three-month payment plan, a monthly retainer as a subscription for clients who continue, and the mastermind as a separate offer.
  3. Attach the agreement. Add your coaching agreement so it goes out for e-signature before the first call and lands on the client record.
  4. Set up booking. Create a strategy-call session type with intake questions on revenue stage, team size and the main constraint, plus buffers and minimum notice. Sync your Google or Outlook calendar.
  5. Build the program. Ask Michelle to draft a 12-week program: week one offer audit, weeks two to four pricing and pipeline, and so on. Add a weekly goal, daily tasks such as outreach, and a Friday check-in asking for leads, calls booked and revenue closed.
  6. Turn on the cohort. Link the mastermind offer to a program so enrolling creates the cohort group automatically, then schedule monthly group calls as video events.
  7. Add the nurture. Build an email sequence for people who download your lead magnet, with a branch for those who open the sales page.
  8. Move clients over. Your clients, programs and content are imported for you during onboarding; see our guide on how to migrate from Satori for the export side.

Before each call, read the client briefing to see check-in answers and goal progress, and check the at-risk list on Monday mornings.

What red flags and switching costs should you watch for?

The biggest switching cost is your client data, so check exports before you commit to any tool.

  • Exports. Satori exports a coaching log for ICF credentialing; a general client-data export was not verified in our profile. Ask support for your notes and payment history before you cancel. Coachful exports a full ZIP of the roster, notes, check-ins, goals, habits, sessions and form responses.
  • Live subscriptions. Monthly retainers billed through Satori's Stripe or PayPal connection will need to be recreated. Time the switch to each client's renewal date so nobody is charged twice.
  • Per-client pricing. CoachAccountable's $120/mo at 20 clients is a warning sign if you plan a mastermind; count group members as clients when you model costs.
  • Caps that are not about clients. Simply.Coach caps contracts and programs, CoachVantage Clarity caps e-signatures, and AttractWell caps contacts. Read every limit, not just the client count.
  • Trials that hide features. Paperbell's trial runs with the public site offline, per our September 2026 profile, and Coaches Console has no trial at all.
  • Young products. Merkora has no public reviews yet; keep your own backups.
  • PayPal dependence. If clients pay by PayPal today, note that Coachful does not support it; Paperbell, CoachVantage and Delenta do.

Our Satori alternative page lists what moves across automatically and what you redo by hand.

What is the verdict for business coaches?

Choose Coachful if your business coaching includes anything beyond 1:1 sessions: accountability on weekly numbers, a mastermind, a course, or your own funnels and email. It replaces Satori plus the website, community and email tools around it, with one login for you and one branded app for your clients, and the white-glove build means you do not start from a blank account.

Coach Recap or Paperbell make sense for a small, admin-only 1:1 practice. CoachAccountable is the specialist for metrics with a few clients. Simply.Coach suits corporate work with sponsors. AttractWell suits coaches who market by text and volume. Satori itself remains reasonable for a solo coach under ten paying clients who needs nothing between calls.

In short: Coachful is a coaching platform for coaches who deliver programs, not just sessions. It does not offer PayPal, HIPAA certification, a sales deal board for large teams or a permanent free plan. To start, take the free trial and request a white-glove build of your site or first funnel from the Create page.

Frequently asked questions

What is the best Satori alternative for business coaches?

Coachful is our pick because it covers booking, payment plans, agreements, accountability programs, masterminds, courses and your website in one login. If you only need admin for a small 1:1 roster, Coach Recap or Paperbell are simpler.

Is Satori good for business coaches?

Satori works for business coaches who sell session packages and need scheduling, invoices and contracts. It does not offer landing pages, courses or a community, so coaches running masterminds or funnels add other tools.

How much does Satori cost?

As listed in September 2026, Essentials was $33/mo, Pro $49/mo and Leader $124/mo, with a Scholar plan for coaches studying for certification. Essentials caps you at 10 active paying clients, and annual billing gives two months free.

Which alternative is best for tracking client business metrics?

CoachAccountable has a dedicated metrics feature, priced per active client. Coachful handles the same need with goals and progress bars, weekly check-ins that ask for numbers, and client status flags.

Can I run a mastermind without a separate community tool?

Yes, in Coachful, AttractWell and CoachVantage. Coachful creates a cohort group automatically when someone enrolls in the linked program, with a feed, group chat and video events.

What is Coachful's free white-glove service?

On every plan, the Coachful team builds what you describe inside your account, such as a website, sales page, funnel, program outline or email sequence, usually within about 24 hours. You attach links and files, and nothing like testimonials or credentials is invented.

Which Satori alternatives accept PayPal?

Paperbell, CoachVantage and Delenta list Stripe and PayPal. Coachful uses Stripe Connect or Razorpay and does not support PayPal.

Will I lose my ICF coaching log if I leave Satori?

Export it from Satori first, since it supports a coaching-log export. Coachful then tracks hours and distinct clients against ACC, PCC and MCC thresholds and exports its own ICF log.

Which alternative is cheapest for 40 clients?

Among the vendor list prices, CoachVantage Clarity at $39/mo is the lowest for 40 clients, but it caps e-signatures, sales pages and courses. Compare the full stack cost, including website and email tools, before deciding.

Can I bring an associate coach later?

Coachful's team plans add coach seats with per-coach availability and staff permissions. Simply.Coach and Delenta charge per coach on their business or team tiers, and Coach Recap is aimed at solo coaches only.
