Satori Review 2026: Features, Pricing, Limits and Verdict

This Satori review comes down to one line: Satori is a tidy, coach-specific back office for one-to-one coaching, good at discovery questionnaires, proposals, agreements, booking and recurring billing, but it stops at the edge of the session. There are no courses, no community, no website or funnels and no native mobile app, and every plan caps how many active clients you can bill. If you sell private packages to a few dozen clients and already have a website, Satori is a sensible, fairly priced choice. If you deliver programs between sessions, run groups or want to retire your website and email tools too, you will outgrow it.
We make Coachful, a competing coaching platform, so read this with that in mind. We have not run a hands-on test of Satori; everything below comes from what Satori documents on its own site (checked on 25 October 2026), our September 2026 research profile, and what public reviewers report. Where a figure comes from the older profile, we say so.
Satori review: what is the short verdict?
Satori suits solo coaches who run private, session-based packages and want the paperwork around them handled in one place. It is a weaker fit for anyone who sells group programs, courses or memberships.
- Who it suits: life, career and executive coaches with roughly 5 to 50 active one-to-one clients, who already have a website and want discovery forms, proposals, agreements, booking and billing in one tool.
- Who should skip it: coaches who deliver multi-week programs with daily habits and check-ins, coaches who want a community or courses, coaches who need a client mobile app, and anyone who wants their website, funnels and email list on the same login.
- Public rating: 4.5 out of 5 on Capterra from 13 reviews (our September 2026 profile; Satori's homepage also cites "4.5 stars on Capterra"). Satori's Trustpilot page showed 0 reviews when we checked in October 2026, so the public review base is small.
- Price: a free Scholar plan for coaches in training, then Essentials, Pro and Leader from $33 to $124 per month (September 2026 profile; the page renders prices with JavaScript and they did not load for us in October 2026).
- Trial: 15 days with unrestricted access and no credit card, plus a refund if you ask within 30 days of signing up, as listed in October 2026.

What is Satori?
Satori is a coaching practice management app: scheduling, a client portal, coaching programs built as multi-session packages, invoices, recurring billing and coaching agreements. The footer of its site names Audacity International Limited as the company behind it, and its homepage says it is "trusted by over 1,244 coaches" (Satori's own figure).
The product is organized around a client's path from first contact to renewal. Satori's homepage groups its features into five stages: Discover (questionnaires, reminders, proposals), Engage (one-touch enrollment, branded booking pages, agreements), Deliver (programs, check-in prompts, notes), Liberate (scheduling and calendar sync) and Expand (business dashboard, recurring billing, custom billing schedules). That framing is honest about what Satori is for. It manages the business of one-to-one coaching rather than the delivery of content.
Billing is per coach, and only active clients count. Each tier sets a ceiling on active clients, so price rises as your roster grows, not as you add features you might never use. Satori accepts card payments through Stripe and also supports PayPal, and it does not take a cut of client payments; standard Stripe and PayPal processing fees apply.
What does Satori do for marketing, selling, delivery, client experience and admin?
Satori is strongest at selling and admin, adequate at delivery for one-to-one work, and thin on marketing and client experience beyond the portal. Here is how its documented features line up by job.
Marketing: lead capture, but no website or funnels
Satori lists "Marketing Insights" and "Client Reviews" (collecting testimonials and feedback) on its homepage. Our September 2026 profile found no landing pages, no website builder, no funnels and no email marketing. In practice that means you still need a website host, a form or funnel tool, and an email platform to attract clients; Satori picks up once someone books a discovery session. For coaches who already have a site they like, this is fine. For coaches starting from nothing, it means two or three more subscriptions.
Selling: discovery questionnaires and personal proposals
This is where Satori stands out among small coaching tools. It documents discovery questionnaires that qualify a prospect before the call, session reminders, and personalized proposals you send after a discovery conversation. "One-touch enrollment" turns the usual run of emails and forms into a single link that onboards the client. Coaching agreements are generated from your own template. Booking discovery sessions is included from Essentials, as listed in October 2026.
Honest note: proposals and enrollment links help close individual packages. There is no sales page builder, no checkout funnel with order bumps and no lead magnet flow, so Satori does not help you sell a group program to a cold audience.
Delivery: multi-session packages with check-ins
Satori's "Coaching Programs" are multi-session packages with intake forms, check-ins and progress tracking. Check-in prompts capture session agendas, accountability and feedback. Session notes, messages and file attachments keep the record of each engagement. "Coaching Groups" appears on the homepage, and our September 2026 profile placed group coaching on the Pro plan and above.
Honest note: delivery is session-shaped. The September 2026 profile found no courses, no goal tracking module and no community feed, and reviewers flagged no native Zoom integration. If your clients need daily habits, weekly goals and lessons between calls, you will be adding other tools.
Client experience: a branded portal in the browser
Clients get a portal with visibility of their program and schedule, and booking pages can carry your theme through custom branding (on Pro and above per the September 2026 profile). There is no native mobile app, which was one of the two most repeated complaints in public reviews. Clients use the portal in a browser on their phone.
Admin: scheduling, billing and an ICF coaching log
Satori documents appointment scheduling that lets clients book and manage their own sessions, calendar connections for Google, Apple and Outlook, availability rules for travel and breaks, and time-zone conversion. Billing covers recurring invoices or subscriptions, custom billing cycles, payment plans and discounts. A business dashboard shows sales, future revenue and current engagements, and a financial summary sits alongside it. A coaching log reports your hours for ICF credentialing, which is genuinely useful for coaches working toward ACC or PCC.
Honest note: reviewers described calendar sync as one-directional and cumbersome (September 2026 profile). We could not confirm a general client-data export beyond the coaching log, so ask Satori support before you commit if portability matters to you.
How much does Satori cost?
Satori has four plans: a free Scholar plan for coaches studying for a certification, and three paid tiers capped by active clients. Annual billing gives two months free. The per-month annual figures below are our arithmetic (monthly price times 10, divided by 12), not numbers Satori prints.

| Plan | Monthly | Annual, per month | Active clients | Notable limits and additions |
|---|---|---|---|---|
| Coachful | Lite: $29/month for up to 5 clients | Flat monthly plans; monthly plans cancel in one click | Pro: $99/month with unlimited clients | Lower plans cap clients; Pro is unlimited; programs, courses, community, website, funnels and email included in your Coachful membership |
| Satori Scholar | $0 | $0 | Unlimited pro bono clients | For coaches studying for a certification; apply via form |
| Satori Essentials | $33 | $27.50 | Up to 10 active paying clients | Discovery session booking; 3 programs and 60 bookings (September 2026 profile) |
| Satori Pro | $49 | $40.83 | 50 (September 2026 profile) | 10 programs, 120 bookings, group coaching, custom branding (September 2026 profile) |
| Satori Leader | $124 | $103.33 | 150 (September 2026 profile) | 50 programs, unlimited bookings, dedicated support; marked "new" on the page |
Satori's dollar amounts come from our September 2026 profile because the pricing page renders them with JavaScript and they did not load in our October 2026 check; the Essentials cap of 10 active paying clients, the 15-day trial and the 30-day refund window were confirmed on 25 October 2026. For a full breakdown of each tier, see our Satori pricing guide.
Two things matter more than the sticker price. First, the caps are on active clients, programs and bookings, so a coach with 11 paying clients is already past Essentials. Second, the price covers only the back office. A realistic stack adds a website host, an email platform, possibly a course or community tool and a video-call subscription. Those add-ons vary widely; total your own before you compare.
What does Satori cost at different roster sizes?
The table below shows which Satori tier you would need at three example roster sizes (illustrative, not anyone's real practice) and the matching Coachful plan.
| Platform | 10 active clients | 50 active clients | 150+ active clients | Website, email and courses |
|---|---|---|---|---|
| Coachful | Solo: $49/month for up to 20 clients | Pro: $99/month with unlimited clients | Pro: $99/month with unlimited clients | Included in your Coachful membership |
| Satori | Essentials, $33/month | Pro, $49/month | Leader, $124/month (cap of 150) | Not included; separate tools needed |

What do public reviewers praise and complain about?
The public record on Satori is thin: 13 reviews on Capterra averaging 4.5 (September 2026 profile), a G2 average of 4.1 in the same profile, and no reviews on Trustpilot in October 2026. Treat any summary, including this one, as directional.
What gets praised
Capterra and G2 both blocked our fetcher in October 2026, so we could not reread the full review text, and we will not invent praise. What we can say is that the overall Capterra score is high for a small tool, and the strengths Satori itself leads with are simplicity and concierge support. Its homepage publishes support figures of a 23-minute median first response and a 1.24-hour median resolution time; those are Satori's own numbers, not independent measurements. The selling features (questionnaires, proposals, one-link enrollment) are the most distinctive part of what Satori documents.
What gets criticized
The complaints in our September 2026 profile cluster around five points:
- No native Zoom integration and no mobile app. These were the two most repeated complaints. Coaches add meeting links themselves and clients use a browser.
- Calendar sync. Reviewers described it as one-directional and cumbersome.
- Missing delivery tools. No landing pages, courses, goal tracking or community, so Satori sits alongside other subscriptions rather than replacing them.
- Interface. One reviewer called the look unappealing.
- Caps. Program and booking limits per tier, and a ceiling of 150 active clients on Leader.
What are Satori's pros and cons?
Satori's biggest advantage is a complete, coach-specific sales and admin flow at a modest price; its biggest disadvantage is that it does nothing for delivery between sessions or for marketing.
| Pros | Cons |
|---|---|
| Discovery questionnaires, personal proposals and one-link enrollment | No website builder, landing pages or funnels |
| Coaching agreements generated from your own template | No courses or community |
| Recurring billing, payment plans and custom billing cycles | No native mobile app for clients |
| Accepts Stripe and PayPal, with no Satori cut of client payments | No native Zoom integration (September 2026 profile) |
| Coaching log for ICF credentialing | Calendar sync reported as one-directional |
| Only active clients count toward billing | Active-client, program and booking caps on every paid tier |
| Free Scholar plan for coaches in training; 15-day trial without a card | Small public review base (13 on Capterra, 0 on Trustpilot) |
Who is Satori best for?
Satori is best for a solo coach who sells private packages after a discovery call and already has the marketing side handled. Three profiles fit well:
- The coach in training. If you are building pro bono hours toward a credential, the free Scholar plan plus the ICF coaching log is a strong, low-risk start.
- The established one-to-one coach. An executive or career coach with 15 to 40 clients on retainers gets proposals, agreements and recurring invoices in one place, at Pro pricing.
- The coach whose clients pay by PayPal. Satori supports PayPal; several alternatives, including Coachful, do not.
It is a poor fit for fitness and health coaches who need daily tracking, for anyone running cohorts or memberships, and for coaches who want one login for their website, email and client delivery. If you are a life coach moving from sessions to programs, that shift is usually the moment Satori stops being enough.
What are the best alternatives to Satori?
We ranked these on one login for the whole client journey, delivery between sessions, total stack cost, and setup effort (including a free white-glove build). On those criteria Coachful comes first, and the others follow in the order below. For a longer list, see our Satori alternatives ranking or the Coachful vs Satori page.
| Platform | Starting price | Client cap at entry | Courses and community | Website and funnels | Best for |
|---|---|---|---|---|---|
| Coachful | Lite: $29/month for up to 5 clients | Capped on lower plans; Pro unlimited | Yes, both | Yes, both | Coaches delivering programs who want one login for everything |
| Paperbell | $97/month, single plan | Unlimited | No | Simple website only | Solo coaches who want unlimited clients and simple admin |
| CoachAccountable | $20/month (2 active clients) | Per active client | Courses yes; community not listed | No | Accountability-heavy one-to-one coaching |
| Satori | $0 Scholar; $33/month Essentials | 10 active paying clients | No | No | One-to-one packages sold after discovery calls |
| Practice Better | $0 Sprout (3 clients); $35/month Starter | 10 clients on Starter | Programs yes; community not listed | No | Nutrition and wellness practitioners |
| CoachVantage | $39/month Clarity | Unlimited contacts | 2 courses on Clarity | Sales and booking pages, capped on Clarity | Coaches who want a CRM with unlimited clients |
Prices for alternatives are as listed in October 2026; Satori's are from the September 2026 profile.
1. Coachful

Coachful is a coaching platform where one subscription covers booking, payments, contracts, program delivery with habits and check-ins, courses, a community, a website with funnels and email, and an AI assistant. The coach has one login and the client has one branded app. It is built for coaches who deliver programs rather than only sessions, for solo coaches growing into a small team, and for coaches replacing four to six tools.
Where Satori stops at the session, Coachful continues into the week. Programs run for multiple weeks with weekly goals, daily tasks, habits, morning and evening check-ins, goals with progress bars and streaks. Here is a short walkthrough of how programs are built:

On the admin side Coachful covers what Satori does and closes the gaps reviewers complain about. Booking pages handle availability rules, buffers, minimum notice and time-zone detection, with two-way Google, Apple/iCloud and Outlook calendar sync and either built-in video or auto-created Zoom, Meet or Teams links. Reminders go by email, plus SMS 24 hours before and WhatsApp one hour before once messaging is enabled. See our scheduling software page for detail.

Coaching agreements with e-signature go out before the first call and stay on the client record (more on our coaching contracts page). Payments run through your own Stripe Connect or Razorpay account: one-time, subscriptions, payment plans, order bumps, coupons, refunds, Apple Pay and Google Pay, with Stripe Tax and an invoice per transaction. Coachful charges a 0% platform fee (since August 2026); only Stripe or Razorpay processing applies.

Marketing lives in the same account. The section-based website builder includes a blog, custom domain, SEO settings and 30 designed homepage templates, and funnels cover booking, applications, lead magnets and checkout with pixel and UTM tracking. Email lists, broadcasts and multi-step sequences with triggers, delays, branching and A/B splits replace a separate email tool. Courses (with drip and completion tracking) and a community feed with group chat, direct messages and video events are included in your Coachful membership. See the course platform and group coaching pages.

For coaches tracking credential hours, Coachful counts coaching hours and distinct clients against ACC, PCC and MCC thresholds and exports an ICF client coaching log with paid and pro bono hours, matching Satori's coaching log and adding progress tracking. Details are on our ICF hour tracking page.

Why Coachful stands out: a free white-glove service. On every plan, you can open Create, choose "We'll build it for you · FREE", and describe what you want: a website, funnel, sales page, program, course outline, email sequence, form or something else. You can attach up to 8 reference links and up to 10 files such as logos, photos and brand guides. The Coachful team builds it inside your own account, usually within about 24 hours, and invents nothing: no fake credentials, testimonials or prices, with gaps left for you to fill. A leadership coach with a Squarespace renewal days away, for example, got one clean homepage with a repeated "talk with me" button. It does not cover recording videos, logo design, ad management or ongoing marketing. Read more about the free white-glove service.

What Coachful does not do: it is not HIPAA-certified and offers no BAA, so it is not for clinical record-keeping or insurance billing. It has no PayPal and no permanent free plan. The client app ships under the Coachful listing with your branding rather than under your own App Store account. There are no Garmin, Fitbit, Whoop or Oura integrations, and no deal board or Salesforce or HubSpot integration for large sales teams.
How to start: begin a free trial, then request a free white-glove build of your website, program or funnel. Your clients, programs and content are imported for you during onboarding. Current plans: Lite: $29/month for up to 5 clients; Solo: $49/month for up to 20 clients; Pro: $99/month with unlimited clients; Studio: $199/month with unlimited clients. Our Coachful review covers who should not buy it.
Pick Satori over Coachful if your clients pay by PayPal, you only coach one-to-one with a website you already like, or you want a free plan while you collect pro bono hours.
2. Paperbell

Paperbell is all-in-one admin for solo coaches: booking, packages, payments, contracts, a client portal and a simple website. It has a single plan at $97 per month ($80.83 per month billed annually) with unlimited clients, sessions, files and packages, as listed in October 2026, plus a 30-day money-back guarantee. Our September 2026 profile found no courses, community, or goal and habit tracking, and no native mobile app. It holds a Trustpilot rating of 3.5 from 14 reviews (October 2026). Our Paperbell review goes deeper.
Pick it over Coachful if you want one flat price with no client cap and only need sessions, packages and a basic site.
3. CoachAccountable

CoachAccountable is a coaching back office with sessions, action plans, metrics, worksheets, courses, invoicing and agreements. Pricing runs per active client, from Starter at $20 per month for 2 clients to Level 5 at $400 per month for 100, with a 30-day trial and no card, as listed in October 2026. It has a Trustpilot rating of 4.8 from 47 reviews (October 2026). Our September 2026 profile found no native mobile app and no website or marketing automation, and the per-client pricing gets expensive for large group programs.
Pick it over Coachful if your coaching relies on detailed action plans and metrics for a small number of high-value clients.
4. Practice Better

Practice Better is practice management for wellness and nutrition practitioners: scheduling, telehealth, charting, billing, programs and a client portal. Plans start with a free Sprout plan for 3 clients, Starter at $35 per month for 10 clients and Professional at $69 per month for 300, as listed in October 2026. Evergreen programs, portal branding and SMS start on Plus at $99 per month. It has no website builder or funnels (September 2026 profile) and a Trustpilot rating of 3.8 from 87 reviews (October 2026). See our Practice Better review.
Pick it over Coachful if you are a nutrition or wellness practitioner who needs charting and telehealth in the same tool.
5. CoachVantage

CoachVantage combines a CRM, scheduling, contracts with e-signature, invoices, a client portal, group programs and small courses, priced per coach with unlimited clients. Clarity costs $39 per month ($35 annual) with caps on booking pages, sales pages, e-signatures and courses; Aha! costs $59 per month ($53 annual) and lifts most caps, as listed in October 2026. Our September 2026 profile noted no team features and a built-in video tool that reviewers find weak.
Pick it over Coachful if you want a CRM-centered tool with unlimited contacts at a low per-coach price and do not need a full website.
Should you switch from Satori to Coachful?
Switch if you are paying for Satori plus a website, an email tool and a course or community tool, or if your clients keep asking for something between sessions. Stay if Satori already covers everything you do and PayPal matters to your clients.
A quick way to decide: list every tool you pay for, then mark what each one does. If Satori handles booking and billing while three other subscriptions handle your site, emails and content, you are managing four logins and four bills. Coachful puts all of that into one account, and the free white-glove build means you do not have to rebuild your site or program by hand. During onboarding your clients, programs and content are imported for you. Before you cancel Satori, export your ICF coaching log and confirm with Satori support how to export the rest of your client records.

Is Satori worth it in 2026?
Yes, for a narrow group: solo coaches selling one-to-one packages who value proposals, agreements and recurring billing in one tidy tool, and coaches in training who can use the free Scholar plan. For most coaches building a business beyond private sessions, no. The missing website, courses, community, mobile app and native Zoom link mean Satori ends up as one subscription among several, and the active-client caps rise as you succeed.
Our recommendation for coaches who deliver programs, run groups or want fewer logins is Coachful: one account for booking, payments, contracts, programs with habits and check-ins, courses, community, website, funnels and email, with a free white-glove build to get set up. Satori remains a reasonable pick if your practice is purely one-to-one and your marketing stack is already settled. For a broader view, see our coaching software guide.
Frequently asked questions about Satori
Is Satori free?
Satori has a free Scholar plan for coaches studying for a coaching certification, with unlimited pro bono clients; you apply through a form. Paid plans start with Essentials. There is also a 15-day trial with unrestricted access and no credit card required, as listed in October 2026.
How many clients can I have on Satori?
Essentials allows up to 10 active paying clients, as listed in October 2026. Our September 2026 profile listed 50 active clients on Pro and 150 on Leader. Only active clients count toward billing, so past clients who are no longer active do not count against your cap.
Does Satori have a mobile app?
Our September 2026 profile found no native mobile app, and it was one of the most repeated complaints in public reviews. Clients use the portal in a mobile browser.
Does Satori integrate with Zoom?
Reviewers reported no native Zoom integration in our September 2026 profile, so coaches add meeting links manually. Satori does connect to Google, Apple and Outlook calendars, though reviewers described the sync as one-directional.
Does Satori support PayPal?
Yes. Satori accepts card payments via Stripe and also PayPal, and it does not charge its own fee on client payments; standard processor fees apply. Coachful does not support PayPal, so this is a real reason to pick Satori.
Can Satori host courses or a community?
Not according to our September 2026 profile, which found no courses, community or landing pages. Coaching programs in Satori are multi-session packages with intake forms and check-ins rather than self-paced courses.
Does Satori help with ICF credentialing?
Yes. Satori offers a coaching log that reports your hours for ICF certification. Coachful also tracks hours and distinct clients against ACC, PCC and MCC thresholds and exports an ICF client coaching log.
Can I get a refund from Satori?
Satori says it will refund you if you ask within 30 days of signing up, as listed in October 2026. Our September 2026 profile found no long-term contract, so you can upgrade, downgrade or cancel at any time.
What is Coachful's free white-glove service?
On every Coachful plan you can ask the team to build a website, funnel, sales page, program, course outline, email sequence or similar inside your own account, usually within about 24 hours. You can attach up to 8 links and 10 files, and nothing is invented; gaps are left for you. It does not include video recording, logo design or ad management.
Is Satori or Coachful better for group coaching?
Coachful is the stronger fit: cohort groups are created automatically when clients enroll in a program, with a community feed, group chat, group calls and webinars. Satori lists coaching groups (on Pro and above per our September 2026 profile) but has no community feed or courses.
